অতঃপর তাদের পালনকর্তা তাদের দোয়া (এই বলে) কবুল করে নিলেন যে, আমি তোমাদের কোন পরিশ্রমকারীর পরিশ্রমই বিনষ্ট করি না, তা সে পুরুষ হোক কিংবা স্ত্রীলোক। তোমরা পরস্পর এক। তারপর সে সমস্ত লোক যারা হিজরত করেছে, তাদেরকে নিজেদের দেশ থেকে বের করে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং তাদের প্রতি উৎপীড়ন করা হয়েছে আমার পথে এবং যারা লড়াই করেছে ও মৃত্যুবরণ করেছে, অবশ্যই আমি তাদের উপর থেকে অকল্যাণকে অপসারিত করব। এবং তাদেরকে প্রবিষ্ট করব জান্নাতে যার তলদেশে নহর সমূহ প্রবাহিত। এই হলো বিনিময় আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে। আর আল্লাহর নিকট রয়েছে উত্তম বিনিময়।
And their Lord hath accepted of them, and answered them: "Never will I suffer to be lost the work of any of you, be he male or female: Ye are members, one of another: Those who have left their homes, or been driven out therefrom, or suffered harm in My Cause, or fought or been slain,- verily, I will blot out from them their iniquities, and admit them into Gardens with rivers flowing beneath;- A reward from the presence of Allah, and from His presence is the best of rewards." |

হে মুমিনগণ, তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ স্মরণ কর, যখন এক সম্প্রদায় তোমাদের দিকে স্বীয় হস্ত প্রসারিত করতে সচেষ্ট হয়েছিল, তখন তিনি তাদের হস্ত তোমাদের থেকে প্রতিহত করে দিলেন। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং মুমিনদের আল্লাহর উপরই ভরসা করা উচিত।
O ye who believe! Call in remembrance the favour of Allah unto you when certain men formed the design to stretch out their hands against you, but (Allah) held back their hands from you: so fear Allah. And on Allah let believers put (all) their trust. |

যদি তুমি আমাকে হত্যা করতে আমার দিকে হস্ত প্রসারিত কর, তবে আমি তোমাকে হত্যা করতে তোমার দিকে হস্ত প্রসারিত করব না। কেননা, আমি বিশ্বজগতের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় করি।
"If thou dost stretch thy hand against me, to slay me, it is not for me to stretch my hand against thee to slay thee: for I do fear Allah, the cherisher of the worlds. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:

ঐ ব্যক্তির চাইতে বড় জালেম কে হবে, যে আল্লাহর প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করে অথবা বলেঃ আমার প্রতি ওহী অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। অথচ তার প্রতি কোন ওহী আসেনি এবং যে দাবী করে যে, আমিও নাযিল করে দেখাচ্ছি যেমন আল্লাহ নাযিল করেছেন। যদি আপনি দেখেন যখন জালেমরা মৃত্যু যন্ত্রণায় থাকে এবং ফেরেশতারা স্বীয় হস্ত প্রসারিত করে বলে, বের কর স্বীয় আত্মা! অদ্য তোমাদেরকে অবমাননাকর শাস্তি প্রদান করা হবে। কারণ, তোমরা আল্লাহর উপর অসত্য বলতে এবং তাঁর আয়াত সমূহ থেকে অহংকার করতে।
Who can be more wicked than one who inventeth a lie against Allah, or saith, "I have received inspiration," when he hath received none, or (again) who saith, "I can reveal the like of what Allah hath revealed"? If thou couldst but see how the wicked (do fare) in the flood of confusion at death! - the angels stretch forth their hands, (saying),"Yield up your souls: this day shall ye receive your reward,- a penalty of shame, for that ye used to tell lies against Allah, and scornfully to reject of His signs!" |

তারপর যখন মূসা নিজ সম্প্রদায়ে ফিরে এলেন রাগাম্বিত ও অনুতপ্ত অবস্থায়, তখন বললেন, আমার অনুপস্থিতিতে তোমরা আমার কি নিকৃষ্ট প্রতিনিধিত্বটাই না করেছ। তোমরা নিজ পরওয়ারদেগারের হুকুম থেকে কি তাড়াহুড়া করে ফেললে এবং সে তখতীগুলো ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দিলেন এবং নিজের ভাইয়ের মাথার চুল চেপে ধরে নিজের দিকে টানতে লাগলেন। ভাই বললেন, হে আমার মায়ের পুত্র, লোকগুলো যে আমাকে দুর্বল মনে করল এবং আমাকে যে মেরে ফেলার উপক্রম করেছিল। সুতরাং আমার উপর আর শত্রুদের হাসিও না। আর আমাকে জালিমদের সারিতে গন্য করো না।
When Moses came back to his people, angry and grieved, he said: "Evil it is that ye have done in my place in my absence: did ye make haste to bring on the judgment of your Lord?" He put down the tablets, seized his brother by (the hair of) his head, and dragged him to him. Aaron said: "Son of my mother! the people did indeed reckon me as naught, and went near to slaying me! Make not the enemies rejoice over my misfortune, nor count thou me amongst the people of sin." |

যখন তিনি আরোপ করেন তোমাদের উপর তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্ন তা নিজের পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের প্রশান্তির জন্য এবং তোমাদের উপর আকাশ থেকে পানি অবতরণ করেন, যাতে তোমাদিগকে পবিত্র করে দেন এবং যাতে তোমাদের থেকে অপসারিত করে দেন শয়তানের অপবিত্রতা। আর যাতে করে সুরক্ষিত করে দিতে পারেন তোমাদের অন্তরসমূহকে এবং তাতে যেন সুদৃঢ় করে দিতে পারেন তোমাদের পা গুলো।
Remember He covered you with a sort of drowsiness, to give you calm as from Himself, and he caused rain to descend on you from heaven, to clean you therewith, to remove from you the stain of Satan, to strengthen your hearts, and to plant your feet firmly therewith. |

কিন্তু যখন দেখলেন যে, আহার্য্যের দিকে তাদের হস্ত প্রসারিত হচ্ছে না, তখন তিনি সন্ধিগ্ধ হলেন এবং মনে মনে তাঁদের সম্পর্কে ভয় অনুভব করতে লাগলেন। তারা বলল-ভয় পাবেন না। আমরা লূতের কওমের প্রতি প্রেরিত হয়েছি।
But when he saw their hands went not towards the (meal), he felt some mistrust of them, and conceived a fear of them. They said: "Fear not: We have been sent against the people of Lut." |

সত্যের আহবান একমাত্র তাঁরই এবং তাকে ছাড়া যাদেরকে ডাকে, তারা তাদের কোন কাজে আসে না; ওদের দৃষ্টান্ত সেরূপ, যেমন কেউ দু’ হাত পানির দিকে প্রসারিত করে যাতে পানি তার মুখে পৌঁছে যায়। অথচ পানি কোন সময় পৌঁছাবে না। কাফেরদের যত আহবান তার সবই পথভ্রষ্টতা।
For Him (alone) is prayer in Truth: any others that they call upon besides Him hear them no more than if they were to stretch forth their hands for water to reach their mouths but it reaches them not: for the prayer of those without Faith is nothing but (futile) wandering (in the mind). |

তুমি মনে করবে তারা জাগ্রত, অথচ তারা নিদ্রিত। আমি তাদেরকে পার্শ্ব পরিবর্তন করাই ডান দিকে ও বাম দিকে। তাদের কুকুর ছিল সামনের পা দুটি গুহাদ্বারে প্রসারিত করে। যদি তুমি উঁকি দিয়ে তাদেরকে দেখতে, তবে পেছন ফিরে পলায়ন করতে এবং তাদের ভয়ে আতংক গ্রস্ত হয়ে পড়তে।
Thou wouldst have deemed them awake, whilst they were asleep, and We turned them on their right and on their left sides: their dog stretching forth his two fore-legs on the threshold: if thou hadst come up on to them, thou wouldst have certainly turned back from them in flight, and wouldst certainly have been filled with terror of them. |

তারা আপনার পালনকর্তার সামনে পেশ হবে সারিবদ্ধ ভাবে এবং বলা হবেঃ তোমরা আমার কাছে এসে গেছ; যেমন তোমাদেরকে প্রথম বার সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম। না, তোমরা তো বলতে যে, আমি তোমাদের জন্যে কোন প্রতিশ্রুত সময় নির্দিষ্ট করব না।
And they will be marshalled before thy Lord in ranks, (with the announcement), "Now have ye come to Us (bare) as We created you first: aye, ye thought We shall not fulfil the appointment made to you to meet (Us)!": |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮) |
| 11 |
অতএব, তোমরা তোমাদের কলাকৌশল সুসংহত কর, অতঃপর সারিবদ্ধ হয়ে আস। আজ যে জয়ী হবে, সেই সফলকাম হবে।
"Therefore concert your plan, and then assemble in (serried) ranks: He wins (all along) today who gains the upper hand." |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৬৪) |

এবং কা’বার জন্যে উৎসর্গীকৃত উটকে আমি তোমাদের জন্যে আল্লাহর অন্যতম নিদর্শন করেছি। এতে তোমাদের জন্যে মঙ্গল রয়েছে। সুতরাং সারিবদ্ধভাবে বাঁধা অবস্থায় তাদের যবেহ করার সময় তোমরা আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ কর। অতঃপর যখন তারা কাত হয়ে পড়ে যায় তখন তা থেকে তোমরা আহার কর এবং আহার করাও যে কিছু যাচ্ঞা করে না তাকে এবং যে যাচ্ঞা করে তাকে। এমনিভাবে আমি এগুলোকে তোমাদের বশীভূত করে দিয়েছি, যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর।
The sacrificial camels we have made for you as among the symbols from Allah: in them is (much) good for you: then pronounce the name of Allah over them as they line up (for sacrifice): when they are down on their sides (after slaughter), eat ye thereof, and feed such as (beg not but) live in contentment, and such as beg with due humility: thus have We made animals subject to you, that ye may be grateful. |

| 13 |
তাদের জন্যে এক নিদর্শন রাত্রি, আমি তা থেকে দিনকে অপসারিত করি, তখনই তারা অন্ধকারে থেকে যায়।
And a Sign for them is the Night: We withdraw therefrom the Day, and behold they are plunged in darkness; |

| 14 |
শপথ তাদের যারা সারিবদ্ধ হয়ে দাঁড়ানো,
By those who range themselves in ranks, |
(আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ১) |
| 15 |
এবং আমরাই সারিবদ্ধভাবে দন্ডায়মান থাকি।
"And we are verily ranged in ranks (for service); |
(আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৫) |
| 16 |
তোমাদেরকে করতলগত করতে পারলে তারা তোমাদের শত্রু হয়ে যাবে এবং মন্দ উদ্দেশ্যে তোমাদের প্রতি বাহু ও রসনা প্রসারিত করবে এবং চাইবে যে, কোনরূপে তোমরা ও কাফের হয়ে যাও।
If they were to get the better of you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you for evil: and they desire that ye should reject the Truth. |

| 17 |
আল্লাহ তাদেরকে ভালবাসেন, যারা তাঁর পথে সারিবদ্ধভাবে লড়াই করে, যেন তারা সীসাগালানো প্রাচীর।
Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure. |
(আছ-ছফ:

| 18 |
যেদিন রূহ ও ফেরেশতাগণ সারিবদ্ধভাবে দাঁড়াবে। দয়াময় আল্লাহ যাকে অনুমতি দিবেন, সে ব্যতিত কেউ কথা বলতে পারবে না এবং সে সত্যকথা বলবে।
The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by (Allah) Most Gracious, and He will say what is right. |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮) |
| 19 |
যখন পর্বতমালা অপসারিত হবে,
When the mountains vanish (like a mirage); |
(আত-তাকভীর:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |
| 20 |
যখন আকাশের আবরণ অপসারিত হবে,
When the world on High is unveiled; |
(আত-তাকভীর:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |
| 21 |
এবং যখন পৃথিবীকে সম্প্রসারিত করা হবে।
And when the earth is flattened out, |
(আল ইনশিক্বাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |

এবং সারি সারি গালিচা
And cushions set in rows, |
(আল গাশিয়াহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫) |
| 23 |
এবং আপনার পালনকর্তা ও ফেরেশতাগণ সারিবদ্ধভাবে উপস্থিত হবেন,
And thy Lord cometh, and His angels, rank upon rank, |
(আল ফজর:
আয়াতঃ ২২) |
