যারা এতীমদের অর্থ-সম্পদ অন্যায়ভাবে খায়, তারা নিজেদের পেটে আগুনই ভর্তি করেছে এবং সত্ত্বরই তারা অগ্নিতে প্রবেশ করবে।
Those who unjustly eat up the property of orphans, eat up a Fire into their own bodies: They will soon be enduring a Blazing Fire! |

তারা আপনাকে জিজ্ঞেস করে যে, কি বস্তু তাদের জন্যে হালাল? বলে দিন, তোমাদের জন্যে পবিত্র বস্তুসমূহ হালাল করা হয়েছে। যেসব শিকারী জন্তুকে তোমরা প্রশিক্ষণ দান কর শিকারের প্রতি প্রেরণের জন্যে এবং ওদেরকে ঐ পদ্ধতিতে প্রশিক্ষণ দাও, যা আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন। এমন শিকারী জন্তু যে শিকারকে তোমাদের জন্যে ধরে রাখে, তা খাও এবং তার উপর আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ কর। আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সত্ত্বর হিসাব গ্রহণকারী।
They ask thee what is lawful to them (as food). Say: lawful unto you are (all) things good and pure: and what ye have taught your trained hunting animals (to catch) in the manner directed to you by Allah: eat what they catch for you, but pronounce the name of Allah over it: and fear Allah; for Allah is swift in taking account. |

কিংবা বলতে শুরু করঃ যদি আমাদের প্রতি কোন গ্রন্থ অবতীর্ণ হত, আমরা এদের চাইতে অধিক পথপ্রাপ্ত হতাম। অতএব, তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের কাছে সুষ্পষ্ট প্রমাণ, হেদায়েত ও রহমত এসে গেছে। অতঃপর সে ব্যক্তির চাইতে অধিক অনাচারী কে হবে, যে আল্লাহর আয়াত সমূহকে মিথ্যা বলে এবং গা বাঁচিয়ে চলে। অতি সত্ত্বর আমি তাদেরকে শাস্তি দেব। যারা আমার আয়াত সমূহ থেকে গা বাঁচিয়ে চলে-জঘন্য শাস্তি তাদের গা বাঁচানোর কারণে।
Or lest ye should say: "If the Book had only been sent down to us, we should have followed its guidance better than they." Now then hath come unto you a clear (sign) from your Lord,- and a guide and a mercy: then who could do more wrong than one who rejecteth Allah's signs, and turneth away therefrom? In good time shall We requite those who turn away from Our signs, with a dreadful penalty, for their turning away. |

যে কেউ ইহকাল কামনা করে, আমি সেসব লোককে যা ইচ্ছা সত্ত্বর দিয়ে দেই। অতঃপর তাদের জন্যে জাহান্নাম নির্ধারণ করি। ওরা তাতে নিন্দিত-বিতাড়িত অবস্থায় প্রবেশ করবে।
If any do wish for the transitory things (of this life), We readily grant them - such things as We will, to such person as We will: in the end have We provided Hell for them: they will burn therein, disgraced and rejected. |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |

বলুন, হে আমার কওম, তোমরা তোমাদের জায়গায় কাজ কর, আমিও কাজ করছি। সত্ত্বরই জানতে পারবে।
Say: "O my People! Do whatever ye can: I will do (my part): but soon will ye know- |

তাদের দুস্কর্ম তাদেরকে বিপদে ফেলেছে, এদের মধ্যেও যারা পাপী, তাদেরকেও অতি সত্ত্বর তাদের দুস্কর্ম বিপদে ফেলবে। তারা তা প্রতিহত করতে সক্ষম হবে না।
Nay, the evil results of their Deeds overtook them. And the wrong-doers of this (generation)- the evil results of their Deeds will soon overtake them (too), and they will never be able to frustrate (Our Plan)! |

যারা আপনার কাছে আনুগত্যের শপথ করে, তারা তো আল্লাহর কাছে আনুগত্যের শপথ করে। আল্লাহর হাত তাদের হাতের উপর রয়েছে। অতএব, যে শপথ ভঙ্গ করে; অতি অবশ্যই সে তা নিজের ক্ষতির জন্যেই করে এবং যে আল্লাহর সাথে কৃত অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ করে; আল্লাহ সত্ত্বরই তাকে মহাপুরস্কার দান করবেন।
Verily those who plight their fealty to thee do no less than plight their fealty to Allah: the Hand of Allah is over their hands: then any one who violates his oath, does so to the harm of his own soul, and any one who fulfils what he has covenanted with Allah,- Allah will soon grant him a great Reward. |
(আল ফাতহ:

এ দল তো সত্ত্বরই পরাজিত হবে এবং পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করবে।
Soon will their multitude be put to flight, and they will show their backs. |
(আল ক্বামার:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫) |

বলুন, তিনি পরম করুণাময়, আমরা তাতে বিশ্বাস রাখি এবং তাঁরই উপর ভরসা করি। সত্ত্বরই তোমরা জানতে পারবে, কে প্রকাশ্য পথ-ভ্রষ্টতায় আছে।
Say: "He is (Allah) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error." |
(আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ২৯) |

সত্ত্বরই আপনি দেখে নিবেন এবং তারাও দেখে নিবে।
Soon wilt thou see, and they will see, |
(আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৫) |
| 11 |
আমি সত্ত্বরই তাকে শাস্তির পাহাড়ে আরোহণ করাব।
Soon will I visit him with a mount of calamities! |
(আল মুদ্দাসসির:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |
| 12 |
না, সত্ত্বরই তারা জানতে পারবে,
Verily, they shall soon (come to) know! |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৪) |
| 13 |
এটা কখনও উচিত নয়। তোমরা সত্ত্বরই জেনে নেবে।
But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality). |
(তাকাসূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |
| 14 |
অতঃপর এটা কখনও উচিত নয়। তোমরা সত্ত্বরই জেনে নেবে।
Again, ye soon shall know! |
