তবে যারা তওবা করে এবং বর্ণিত তথ্যাদির সংশোধন করে মানুষের কাছে তা বর্ণনা করে দেয়, সে সমস্ত লোকের তওবা আমি কবুল করি এবং আমি তওবা কবুলকারী পরম দয়ালু।
Except those who repent and make amends and openly declare (the Truth): To them I turn; for I am Oft-returning, Most Merciful. |

তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে যে দু’জন সেই কুকর্মে লিপ্ত হয়, তাদেরকে শাস্তি প্রদান কর। অতঃপর যদি উভয়ে তওবা করে এবং নিজেদের সংশোধন করে, তবে তাদের থেকে হাত গুটিয়ে নাও। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তওবা কবুলকারী, দয়ালু।
If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone; for Allah is Oft-returning, Most Merciful. |

তোমরা কখনও নারীদেরকে সমান রাখতে পারবে না, যদিও এর আকাঙ্ক্ষী হও। অতএব, সম্পূর্ণ ঝুঁকেও পড়ো না যে, একজনকে ফেলে রাখ দোদুল্যমান অবস্থায়। যদি সংশোধন কর এবং খোদাভীরু হও, তবে আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুণাময়।
Ye are never able to be fair and just as between women, even if it is your ardent desire: But turn not away (from a woman) altogether, so as to leave her (as it were) hanging (in the air). If ye come to a friendly understanding, and practise self-restraint, Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. |

আর আমি মূসাকে প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছি ত্রিশ রাত্রির এবং সেগুলোকে পূর্ন করেছি আরো দশ দ্বারা। বস্তুতঃ এভাবে চল্লিশ রাতের মেয়াদ পূর্ণ হয়ে গেছে। আর মূসা তাঁর ভাই হারুনকে বললেন, আমার সম্প্রদায়ে তুমি আমার প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে থাক। তাদের সংশোধন করতে থাক এবং হাঙ্গামা সৃষ্টিকারীদের পথে চলো না।
We appointed for Moses thirty nights, and completed (the period) with ten (more): thus was completed the term (of communion) with his Lord, forty nights. And Moses had charged his brother Aaron (before he went up): "Act for me amongst my people: Do right, and follow not the way of those who do mischief." |

আপনার কাছে জিজ্ঞেস করে, গনীমতের হুকুম। বলে দিন, গণীমতের মাল হল আল্লাহর এবং রসূলের। অতএব, তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং নিজেদের অবস্থা সংশোধন করে নাও। আর আল্লাহ এবং তাঁর রসূলের হুকুম মান্য কর, যদি ঈমানদার হয়ে থাক।
They ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war. Say: "(such) spoils are at the disposal of Allah and the Messenger: So fear Allah, and keep straight the relations between yourselves: Obey Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe." |

অনন্তর যারা অজ্ঞতাবশতঃ মন্দ কাজ করে, অতঃপর তওবা করে এবং নিজেকে সংশোধন করে নেয়, আপনার পালনকর্তা এসবের পরে তাদের জন্যে অবশ্যই ক্ষমাশীল, দয়ালু।
But verily thy Lord,- to those who do wrong in ignorance, but who thereafter repent and make amends,- thy Lord, after all this, is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. |

আর সেই শহরে ছিল এমন একজন ব্যক্তি, যারা দেশময় অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করে বেড়াত এবং সংশোধন করত না।
There were in the city nine men of a family, who made mischief in the land, and would not reform. |

তিনি তোমাদের আমল-আচরণ সংশোধন করবেন এবং তোমাদের পাপসমূহ ক্ষমা করবেন। যে কেউ আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের আনুগত্য করে, সে অবশ্যই মহা সাফল্য অর্জন করবে।
That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest achievement. |
(আল আহযাব:

কেউ অপরের বোঝা বহন করবে না। কেউ যদি তার গুরুতর ভার বহন করতে অন্যকে আহবান করে কেউ তা বহন করবে না-যদি সে নিকটবর্তী আত্নীয়ও হয়। আপনি কেবল তাদেরকে সতর্ক করেন, যারা তাদের পালনকর্তাকে না দেখেও ভয় করে এবং নামায কায়েম করে। যে কেউ নিজের সংশোধন করে, সে সংশোধন করে, স্বীয় কল্যাণের জন্যেই আল্লাহর নিকটই সকলের প্রত্যাবর্তন।
Nor can a bearer of burdens bear another's burdens if one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load. Not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other). Even though he be nearly related. Thou canst but admonish such as fear their Lord unseen and establish regular Prayer. And whoever purifies himself does so for the benefit of his own soul; and the destination (of all) is to Allah. |
