Ye People of the Book! Why do ye clothe Truth with falsehood, and conceal the Truth, while ye have knowledge? |

তাদের কাছে পার্থিব জীবনের উপমা বর্ণনা করুন। তা পানির ন্যায়, যা আমি আকাশ থেকে নাযিল করি। অতঃপর এর সংমিশ্রণে শ্যামল সবুজ ভূমিজ লতা-পাতা নির্গত হয়; অতঃপর তা এমন শুস্ক চুর্ণ-বিচুর্ণ হয় যে, বাতাসে উড়ে যায়। আল্লাহ এ সবকিছুর উপর শক্তিমান।
Set forth to them the similitude of the life of this world: It is like the rain which we send down from the skies: the earth's vegetation absorbs it, but soon it becomes dry stubble, which the winds do scatter: it is (only) Allah who prevails over all things. |
