আর এ জগতেও তাদের পেছনে লানত রয়েছে এবং কিয়ামতের দিনেও; অত্যন্ত জঘন্য প্রতিফল, যা তারা পেয়েছে।
And they are followed by a curse in this (life) and on the Day of Judgment: and woeful is the gift which shall be given (unto them)! |

এবং পঞ্চমবার বলবে যে, যদি সে মিথ্যাবাদী হয় তবে তার উপর আল্লাহর লানত।
And the fifth (oath) (should be) that they solemnly invoke the curse of Allah on themselves if they tell a lie. |

ইব্রাহীম বললেন, পার্থিব জীবনে তোমাদের পারস্পরিক ভালবাসা রক্ষার জন্যে তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে প্রতিমাগুলোকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছ। এরপর কেয়ামতের দিন তোমরা একে অপরকে অস্বীকার করবে এবং একে অপরকে লানত করবে। তোমাদের ঠিকানা জাহান্নাম এবং তোমাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
And he said: "For you, ye have taken (for worship) idols besides Allah, out of mutual love and regard between yourselves in this life; but on the Day of Judgment ye shall disown each other and curse each other: and your abode will be the Fire, and ye shall have none to help." |
