অতঃপর হযরত আদম (আঃ) স্বীয় পালনকর্তার কাছ থেকে কয়েকটি কথা শিখে নিলেন, অতঃপর আল্লাহ পাক তাঁর প্রতি (করুণাভরে) লক্ষ্য করলেন। নিশ্চয়ই তিনি মহা-ক্ষমাশীল ও অসীম দয়ালু।
Then learnt Adam from his Lord words of inspiration, and his Lord Turned towards him; for He is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful. |

আর যখন মূসা তার সম্প্রদায়কে বলল, হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা তোমাদেরই ক্ষতিসাধন করেছ এই গোবৎস নির্মাণ করে। কাজেই এখন তওবা কর স্বীয় স্রষ্টার প্রতি এবং নিজ নিজ প্রাণ বিসর্জন দাও। এটাই তোমাদের জন্য কল্যাণকর তোমাদের স্রষ্টার নিকট। তারপর তোমাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করা হল। নিঃসন্দেহে তিনিই ক্ষমাকারী, অত্যন্ত মেহেরবান।
And remember Moses said to his people: "O my people! Ye have indeed wronged yourselves by your worship of the calf: So turn (in repentance) to your Maker, and slay yourselves (the wrong-doers); that will be better for you in the sight of your Maker." Then He turned towards you (in forgiveness): For He is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful. |

পার্থিব জীবনের উপর কাফেরদিগকে উম্মত্ত করে দেয়া হয়েছে। আর তারা ঈমানদারদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করে হাসাহাসি করে। পক্ষান্তরে যারা পরহেযগার তারা সেই কাফেরদের তুলনায় কেয়ামতের দিন অত্যন্ত উচ্চমর্যাদায় থাকবে। আর আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা সীমাহীন রুযী দান করেন।
The life of this world is alluring to those who reject faith, and they scoff at those who believe. But the righteous will be above them on the Day of Resurrection; for Allah bestows His abundance without measure on whom He will. |

আর নিজেদের শপথের জন্য আল্লাহর নামকে লক্ষ্যবস্তু বানিও না মানুষের সাথে কোন আচার আচরণ থেকে পরহেযগারী থেকে এবং মানুষের মাঝে মীমাংসা করে দেয়া থেকে বেঁচে থাকার উদ্দেশ্যে। আল্লাহ সবকিছুই শুনেন ও জানেন।
And make not Allah's (name) an excuse in your oaths against doing good, or acting rightly, or making peace between persons; for Allah is One Who heareth and knoweth all things. |

যারা আল্লাহর রাস্তায় স্বীয় ধন-সম্পদ ব্যয় করে আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে এবং নিজের মনকে সুদৃঢ় করার জন্যে তাদের উদাহরণ টিলায় অবস্থিত বাগানের মত, যাতে প্রবল বৃষ্টিপাত হয়; অতঃপর দ্বিগুণ ফসল দান করে। যদি এমন প্রবল বৃষ্টিপাত নাও হয়, তবে হাল্কা বর্ষণই যথেষ্ট। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজকর্ম যথার্থই প্রত্যক্ষ করেন।
And the likeness of those who spend their substance, seeking to please Allah and to strengthen their souls, is as a garden, high and fertile: heavy rain falls on it but makes it yield a double increase of harvest, and if it receives not Heavy rain, light moisture sufficeth it. Allah seeth well whatever ye do. |

খয়রাত ঐ সকল গরীব লোকের জন্যে যারা আল্লাহর পথে আবদ্ধ হয়ে গেছে-জীবিকার সন্ধানে অন্যত্র ঘোরাফেরা করতে সক্ষম নয়। অজ্ঞ লোকেরা যাঞ্চা না করার কারণে তাদেরকে অভাবমুক্ত মনে করে। তোমরা তাদেরকে তাদের লক্ষণ দ্বারা চিনবে। তারা মানুষের কাছে কাকুতি-মিনতি করে ভিক্ষা চায় না। তোমরা যে অর্থ ব্যয় করবে, তা আল্লাহ তা’আলা অবশ্যই পরিজ্ঞাত।
(Charity is) for those in need, who, in Allah's cause are restricted (from travel), and cannot move about in the land, seeking (For trade or work): the ignorant man thinks, because of their modesty, that they are free from want. Thou shalt know them by their (Unfailing) mark: They beg not importunately from all the sundry. And whatever of good ye give, be assured Allah knoweth it well. |

কোন কোন ইহুদী তার লক্ষ্য থেকে কথার মোড় ঘুড়িয়ে নেয় এবং বলে, আমরা শুনেছি কিন্তু অমান্য করছি। তারা আরো বলে, শোন, না শোনার মত। মুখ বাঁকিয়ে দ্বীনের প্রতি তাচ্ছিল্য প্রদর্শনের উদ্দেশে বলে, রায়েনা’ (আমাদের রাখাল)। অথচ যদি তারা বলত যে, আমরা শুনেছি ও মান্য করেছি এবং (যদি বলত, ) শোন এবং আমাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রাখ, তবে তাই ছিল তাদের জন্য উত্তম আর সেটাই ছিল যথার্থ ও সঠিক। কিন্তু আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি অভিসম্পাত করেছেন তাদের কুফরীর দরুন। অতএব, তারা ঈমান আনছে না, কিন্তু অতি অল্পসংখ্যক।
Of the Jews there are those who displace words from their (right) places, and say: "We hear and we disobey"; and "Hear what is not Heard"; and "Ra'ina"; with a twist of their tongues and a slander to Faith. If only they had said: "What hear and we obey"; and "Do hear"; and "Do look at us"; it would have been better for them, and more proper; but Allah hath cursed them for their Unbelief; and but few of them will believe. |

লক্ষ্য কর, কেমন করে তারা আল্লাহর প্রতি মিথ্যা অপবাদ আরোপ করে, অথচ এই প্রকাশ্য পাপই যথেষ্ট।
Behold! how they invent a lie against Allah! but that by itself is a manifest sin! |

এরা কি লক্ষ্য করে না কোরআনের প্রতি? পক্ষান্তরে এটা যদি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপর কারও পক্ষ থেকে হত, তবে এতো অবশ্যই বহু বৈপরিত্য দেখতে পেত।
Do they not consider the Qur'an (with care)? Had it been from other Than Allah, they would surely have found therein Much discrepancy. |

তিনিই আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেছেন অতঃপর আমি এর দ্বারা সর্বপ্রকার উদ্ভিদ উৎপন্ন করেছি, অতঃপর আমি এ থেকে সবুজ ফসল নির্গত করেছি, যা থেকে যুগ্ম বীজ উৎপন্ন করি। খেজুরের কাঁদি থেকে গুচ্ছ বের করি, যা নুয়ে থাকে এবং আঙ্গুরের বাগান, যয়তুন, আনার পরস্পর সাদৃশ্যযুক্ত এবং সাদৃশ্যহীন। বিভিন্ন গাছের ফলের প্রতি লক্ষ্য কর যখন সেুগুলো ফলন্ত হয় এবং তার পরিপক্কতার প্রতি লক্ষ্য কর। নিশ্চয় এ গুলোতে নিদর্শন রয়েছে ঈমানদারদের জন্যে।
It is He Who sendeth down rain from the skies: with it We produce vegetation of all kinds: from some We produce green (crops), out of which We produce grain, heaped up (at harvest); out of the date-palm and its sheaths (or spathes) (come) clusters of dates hanging low and near: and (then there are) gardens of grapes, and olives, and pomegranates, each similar (in kind) yet different (in variety): when they begin to bear fruit, feast your eyes with the fruit and the ripeness thereof. Behold! in these things there are signs for people who believe. |

তোমরা পথে ঘাটে এ কারণে বসে থেকো না যে, আল্লাহ বিশ্বাসীদেরকে হুমকি দিবে, আল্লাহর পথে বাধা সৃষ্টি করবে এবং তাতে বক্রতা অনুসন্ধান করবে। স্মরণ কর, যখন তোমরা সংখ্যায় অল্প ছিলে অতঃপর আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে অধিক করেছেন এবং লক্ষ্য কর কিরূপ অশুভ পরিণতি হয়েছে অনর্থকারীদের।
"And squat not on every road, breathing threats, hindering from the path of Allah those who believe in Him, and seeking in it something crooked; But remember how ye were little, and He gave you increase. And hold in your mind's eye what was the end of those who did mischief. |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬) |

অতঃপর যখন শুভদিন ফিরে আসে, তখন তারা বলতে আরম্ভ করে যে, এটাই আমাদের জন্য উপযোগী। আর যদি অকল্যাণ এসে উপস্থিত হয় তবে তাতে মূসার এবং তাঁর সঙ্গীদের অলক্ষণ বলে অভিহিত করে। শুনে রাখ তাদের অলক্ষণ যে, আল্লাহরই এলেমে রয়েছে, অথচ এরা জানে না।
But when good (times) came, they said, "This is due to us;" When gripped by calamity, they ascribed it to evil omens connected with Moses and those with him! Behold! in truth the omens of evil are theirs in Allah's sight, but most of them do not understand! |

আয়াতঃ ১৩১) |

আর বানিয়ে নিল মূসার সম্প্রদায় তার অনুপস্থিতিতে নিজেদের অলংকারাদির দ্বারা একটি বাছুর তা থেকে বেরুচ্ছিল ‘হাম্বা হাম্বা’ শব্দ। তারা কি একথাও লক্ষ্য করল না যে, সেটি তাদের সাথে কথাও বলছে না এবং তাদেরকে কোন পথও বাতলে দিচ্ছে না! তারা সেটিকে উপাস্য বানিয়ে নিল। বস্তুতঃ তারা ছিল জালেম।
The people of Moses made, in his absence, out of their ornaments, the image of calf, (for worship): it seemed to low: did they not see that it could neither speak to them, nor show them the way? They took it for worship and they did wrong. |

আয়াতঃ ১৪৮) |
| 14 |
তারা কি লক্ষ্য করেনি যে, তাদের সঙ্গী লোকটির মস্তিষ্কে কোন বিকৃতি নেই? তিনি তো ভীতি প্রদর্শনকারী প্রকৃষ্টভাবে।
Do they not reflect? Their companion is not seized with madness: he is but a perspicuous warner. |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৪) |
| 15 |
আর তাদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে থাক যতক্ষণ না ভ্রান্তি শেষ হয়ে যায়; এবং আল্লাহর সমস্ত হুকুম প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়ে যায়। তারপর যদি তারা বিরত হয়ে যায়, তবে আল্লাহ তাদের কার্যকলাপ লক্ষ্য করেন।
And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do. |
(আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |
| 16 |
কিন্তু রসূল এবং সেসব লোক যারা ঈমান এনেছে, তাঁর সাথে তারা যুদ্ধ করেছে নিজেদের জান ও মালের দ্বারা। তাদেরই জন্য নির্ধারিত রয়েছে কল্যাণসমূহ এবং তারাই মুক্তির লক্ষ্যে উপনীত হয়েছে।
But the Messenger, and those who believe with him, strive and fight with their wealth and their persons: for them are (all) good things: and it is they who will prosper. |
(আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮) |
| 17 |
তারা কি লক্ষ্য করে না, প্রতি বছর তারা দু’একবার বিপর্যস্ত হচ্ছে, অথচ, তারা এরপরও তওবা করে না কিংবা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করে না।
See they not that they are tried every year once or twice? Yet they turn not in repentance, and they take no heed. |
(আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২৬) |
| 18 |
তিনিই সে মহান সত্তা, যিনি বানিয়েছেন সুর্যকে উজ্জল আলোকময়, আর চন্দ্রকে স্নিগ্ধ আলো বিতরণকারীরূপে এবং অতঃপর নির্ধারিত করেছেন এর জন্য মনযিল সমূহ, যাতে করে তোমরা চিনতে পার বছরগুলোর সংখ্যা ও হিসাব। আল্লাহ এই সমস্ত কিছু এমনিতেই সৃষ্টি করেননি, কিন্তু যথার্থতার সাথে। তিনি প্রকাশ করেন লক্ষণসমূহ সে সমস্ত লোকের জন্য যাদের জ্ঞান আছে।
It is He Who made the sun to be a shining glory and the moon to be a light (of beauty), and measured out stages for her; that ye might know the number of years and the count (of time). Nowise did Allah create this but in truth and righteousness. (Thus) doth He explain His Signs in detail, for those who understand. |

পার্থিব জীবনের উদাহরণ তেমনি, যেমনি আমি আসমান থেকে পানি বর্ষন করলাম, পরে তা মিলিত সংমিশ্রিত হয়ে তা থেকে যমীনের শ্যামল উদ্ভিদ বেরিয়ে এল যা মানুষ ও জীব-জন্তুরা খেয়ে থাকে। এমনকি যমীন যখন সৌন্দর্য সুষমায় ভরে উঠলো আর যমীনের অধিকর্তারা ভাবতে লাগল, এগুলো আমাদের হাতে আসবে, হঠাৎ করে তার উপর আমার নির্দেশ এল রাত্রে কিংবা দিনে, তখন সেগুলোকে কেটে স্তুপাকার করে দিল যেন কাল ও এখানে কোন আবাদ ছিল না। এমনিভাবে আমি খোলাখুলি বর্ণনা করে থাকি নিদর্শণসমূহ সে সমস্ত লোকদের জন্য যারা লক্ষ্য করে।
The likeness of the life of the present is as the rain which We send down from the skies: by its mingling arises the produce of the earth- which provides food for men and animals: (It grows) till the earth is clad with its golden ornaments and is decked out (in beauty): the people to whom it belongs think they have all powers of disposal over it: There reaches it Our command by night or by day, and We make it like a harvest clean-mown, as if it had not flourished only the day before! thus do We explain the Signs in detail for those who reflect. |

কিন্তু কথা হল এই যে, তারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করতে আরম্ভ করেছে যাকে বুঝতে, তারা অক্ষম। অথচ এখনো এর বিশ্লেষণ আসেনি। এমনিভাবে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে তাদের পূর্ববর্তীরা। অতএব, লক্ষ্য করে দেখ, কেমন হয়েছে পরিণতি।
Nay, they charge with falsehood that whose knowledge they cannot compass, even before the elucidation thereof hath reached them: thus did those before them make charges of falsehood: but see what was the end of those who did wrong! |

আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |
| 21 |
বল, আচ্ছা নিজেই লক্ষ্য করে দেখ, যা কিছু আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্য রিযিক হিসাবে অবতীর্ণ করেছেন, তোমরা সেগুলোর মধ্য থেকে কোনটাকে হারাম আর কোনটাকে হালাল সাব্যস্ত করেছ? বল, তোমাদের কি আল্লাহ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, নাকি আল্লাহর উপর অপবাদ আরোপ করছ?
Say: "See ye what things Allah hath sent down to you for sustenance? Yet ye hold forbidden some things thereof and (some things) lawful." Say: "Hath Allah indeed permitted you, or do ye invent (things) to attribute to Allah?" |
(ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৫৯) |
| 22 |
তারপরও এরা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করল। সুতরাং তাকে এবং তার সাথে নৌকায় যারা ছিল তাদের কে বাঁচিয়ে নিয়েছি এবং যথাস্থানে আবাদ করেছি। আর তাদেরকে ডুবিয়ে দিয়েছি যারা আমার কথাকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে। সুতরাং লক্ষ্য কর, কেমন পরিণতি ঘটেছে তাদের যাদেরকে ভীতি প্রদর্শন করা হয়েছিল।
They rejected Him, but We delivered him, and those with him, in the Ark, and We made them inherit (the earth), while We overwhelmed in the flood those who rejected Our Signs. Then see what was the end of those who were warned (but heeded not)! |

অতএব আজকের দিনে বাঁচিয়ে দিচ্ছি আমি তোমার দেহকে যাতে তোমার পশ্চাদবর্তীদের জন্য নিদর্শন হতে পারে। আর নিঃসন্দেহে বহু লোক আমার মহাশক্তির প্রতি লক্ষ্য করে না।
"This day shall We save thee in the body, that thou mayest be a sign to those who come after thee! but verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Signs!" |
(ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৯২) |
| 24 |
তোমরা তোমাদের পিতার কাছে ফিরে যাও এবং বলঃ পিতা আপনার ছেলে চুরি করেছে। আমরা তাই বলে দিলাম, যা আমাদের জানা ছিল এবং অদৃশ্য বিষয়ের প্রতি আমাদের লক্ষ্য ছিল না।
"Turn ye back to your father, and say, 'O our father! behold! thy son committed theft! we bear witness only to what we know, and we could not well guard against the unseen! |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮১) |

তুমি কি লক্ষ্য কর না, আল্লাহ তা’আলা কেমন উপমা বর্ণনা করেছেনঃ পবিত্র বাক্য হলো পবিত্র বৃক্ষের মত। তার শিকড় মজবুত এবং শাখা আকাশে উত্থিত।
Seest thou not how Allah sets forth a parable? - A goodly word like a goodly tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and its branches (reach) to the heavens,- of its Lord. So Allah sets forth parables for men, in order that they may receive admonition. |
(ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ২৪) |
| 26 |
সে বললঃ আপনি কি লক্ষ্য করেছেন, আমরা যখন প্রস্তর খন্ডে আশ্রয় নিয়েছিলাম, তখন আমি মাছের কথা ভুলে গিয়েছিলাম। শয়তানই আমাকে একথা স্মরণ রাখতে ভুলিয়ে দিয়েছিল। মাছটি আশ্চর্য জনক ভাবে সমুদ্রে নিজের পথ করে নিয়েছে।
He replied: "Sawest thou (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock? I did indeed forget (about) the Fish: none but Satan made me forget to tell (you) about it: it took its course through the sea in a marvellous way!" |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩) |
| 27 |
আপনি কি তাকে লক্ষ্য করেছেন যে, আমার নিদর্শনাবলীতে বিশ্বাস করে না এবং বলেঃ আমাকে অর্থ-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি অবশ্যই দেয়া হবে।
Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" |
(মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৭৭) |
| 28 |
আপনি কি লক্ষ্য করেননি যে, আমি কাফেরদের উপর শয়তানদেরকে ছেড়ে দিয়েছি। তারা তাদেরকে বিশেষভাবে (মন্দকর্মে) উৎসাহিত করে।
Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? |
(মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৮৩) |
| 29 |
মূসা বললেনঃ দূর হ, তোর জন্য সারা জীবন এ শাস্তিই রইল যে, তুই বলবি; আমাকে স্পর্শ করো না, এবং তোর জন্য একটি নির্দিষ্ট ওয়াদা আছে, যার ব্যতিক্রম হবে না। তুই তোর সেই ইলাহের প্রতি লক্ষ্য কর, যাকে তুই ঘিরে থাকতি। আমরা সেটি জালিয়ে দেবই। অতঃপর একে বিক্ষিপ্ত করে সাগরে ছড়িয়ে দেবই।
(Moses) said: "Get thee gone! but thy (punishment) in this life will be that thou wilt say, 'touch me not'; and moreover (for a future penalty) thou hast a promise that will not fail: Now look at thy god, of whom thou hast become a devoted worshipper: We will certainly (melt) it in a blazing fire and scatter it broadcast in the sea!" |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৯৭) |
| 30 |
যখন তাদের কাছে আমার সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ আবৃত্তি করা হয়, তখন তুমি কাফেরদের চোখে মুখে অসন্তোষের লক্ষণ প্রত্যক্ষ করতে পারবে। যারা তাদের কাছে আমার আয়াত সমূহ পাঠ করে, তারা তাদের প্রতি মার মুখো হয়ে উঠে। বলুন, আমি কি তোমাদেরকে তদপেক্ষা মন্দ কিছুর সংবাদ দেব? তা আগুন; আল্লাহ কাফেরদেরকে এর ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন। এটা কতই না নিকৃষ্ট প্রত্যাবর্তনস্থল।
When Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, thou wilt notice a denial on the faces of the Unbelievers! they nearly attack with violence those who rehearse Our Signs to them. Say, "Shall I tell you of something (far) worse than these Signs? It is the Fire (of Hell)! Allah has promised it to the Unbelievers! and evil is that destination!" |
(হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৭২) |
| 31 |
তারা কি লক্ষ্য করে না যে, আমি উষর ভূমিতে পানি প্রবাহিত করে শস্য উদগত করি, যা থেকে ভক্ষণ করে তাদের জন্তুরা এবং তারা কি দেখে না?
And do they not see that We do drive rain to parched soil (bare of herbage), and produce therewith crops, providing food for their cattle and themselves? Have they not the vision? |
(সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৭) |
| 32 |
তারা কি তাদের সামনের ও পশ্চাতের আকাশ ও পৃথিবীর প্রতিলক্ষ্য করে না? আমি ইচ্ছা করলে তাদের সহ ভূমি ধসিয়ে দেব অথবা আকাশের কোন খন্ড তাদের উপর পতিত করব। আল্লাহ অভিমুখী প্রত্যেক বান্দার জন্য এতে অবশ্যই নিদর্শন রয়েছে।
See they not what is before them and behind them, of the sky and the earth? If We wished, We could cause the earth to swallow them up, or cause a piece of the sky to fall upon them. Verily in this is a Sign for every devotee that turns to Allah (in repentance). |
(সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৯) |
| 33 |
অতএব লক্ষ্য করুন, যাদেরকে ভীতিপ্রদর্শণ করা হয়েছিল, তাদের পরিণতি কি হয়েছে।
Then see what was the end of those who were admonished (but heeded not),- |

অতঃপর সে একবার তারকাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করল।
Then did he cast a glance at the Stars. |

এবং তাঁকে, লক্ষ বা ততোধিক লোকের প্রতি প্রেরণ করলাম।
And We sent him (on a mission) to a hundred thousand (men) or more. |
(আস-সাফফাত:

এটি একটি বরকতময় কিতাব, যা আমি আপনার প্রতি বরকত হিসেবে অবতীর্ণ করেছি, যাতে মানুষ এর আয়াতসূহ লক্ষ্য করে এবং বুদ্ধিমানগণ যেন তা অনুধাবন করে।
(Here is) a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition. |

যারা ছিল আদ, তারা পৃথিবীতে অযথা অহংকার করল এবং বলল, আমাদের অপেক্ষা অধিক শক্তিধর কে? তারা কি লক্ষ্য করেনি যে, যে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনি তাদের অপেক্ষা অধিক শক্তিধর ? বস্তুতঃ তারা আমার নিদর্শনাবলী অস্বীকার করত।
Now the 'Ad behaved arrogantly through the land, against (all) truth and reason, and said: "Who is superior to us in strength?" What! did they not see that Allah, Who created them, was superior to them in strength? But they continued to reject Our Signs! |
(হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫) |
| 38 |
যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে অভিভাবক হিসাবে গ্রহণ করে, আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রাখেন। আপনার উপর নয় তাদের দায়-দায়িত্ব।
And those who take as protectors others besides Him,- Allah doth watch over them; and thou art not the disposer of their affairs. |
(আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৬) |
| 39 |
আপনি কি তার প্রতি লক্ষ্য করেছেন, যে তার খেয়াল-খুশীকে স্বীয় উপাস্য স্থির করেছে? আল্লাহ জেনে শুনে তাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছেন, তার কান ও অন্তরে মহর এঁটে দিয়েছেন এবং তার চোখের উপর রেখেছেন পর্দা। অতএব, আল্লাহর পর কে তাকে পথ প্রদর্শন করবে? তোমরা কি চিন্তাভাবনা কর না?
Then seest thou such a one as takes as his god his own vain desire? Allah has, knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart (and understanding), and put a cover on his sight. Who, then, will guide him after Allah (has withdrawn Guidance)? Will ye not then receive admonition? |
(আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৩) |

তারা শুধু এই অপেক্ষাই করছে যে, কেয়ামত অকস্মাৎ তাদের কাছে এসে পড়ুক। বস্তুতঃ কেয়ামতের লক্ষণসমূহ তো এসেই পড়েছে। সুতরাং কেয়ামত এসে পড়লে তারা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে কেমন করে ?
Do they then only wait for the Hour,- that it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens thereof, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their admonition? |
(মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |

আমি তাদের পরীক্ষার জন্য এক উষ্ট্রী প্রেরণ করব, অতএব, তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রাখ এবং সবর কর।
For We will send the she-camel by way of trial for them. So watch them, (O Salih), and possess thyself in patience! |
(আল ক্বামার:
আয়াতঃ ২৭) |

আপনি কি তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করেননি, যারা আল্লাহর গযবে নিপতিত সম্প্রদায়ের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করে? তারা মুসলমানদের দলভুক্ত নয় এবং তাদেরও দলভূক্ত নয়। তারা জেনেশুনে মিথ্যা বিষয়ে শপথ করে।
Turnest thou not thy attention to those who turn (in friendship) to such as have the Wrath of Allah upon them? They are neither of you nor of them, and they swear to falsehood knowingly. |
(আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪) |
| 43 |
হে নবী, তোমরা যখন স্ত্রীদেরকে তালাক দিতে চাও, তখন তাদেরকে তালাক দিয়ো ইদ্দতের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রেখে এবং ইদ্দত গণনা করো। তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় করো। তাদেরকে তাদের গৃহ থেকে বহিস্কার করো না এবং তারাও যেন বের না হয় যদি না তারা কোন সুস্পষ্ট নির্লজ্জ কাজে লিপ্ত হয়। এগুলো আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত সীমা। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর সীমালংঘন করে, সে নিজেরই অনিষ্ট করে। সে জানে না, হয়তো আল্লাহ এই তালাকের পর কোন নতুন উপায় করে দেবেন।
O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation. |

আয়াতঃ ১) |

তারা কি লক্ষ্য করে না, তাদের মাথার উপর উড়ন্ত পক্ষীকুলের প্রতি পাখা বিস্তারকারী ও পাখা সংকোচনকারী? রহমান আল্লাহ-ই তাদেরকে স্থির রাখেন। তিনি সর্ব-বিষয় দেখেন।
Do they not observe the birds above them, spreading their wings and folding them in? None can uphold them except (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly (Allah) Most Gracious: Truly it is He that watches over all things. |
(আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ১৯) |
| 45 |
সে দিন তারা কবর থেকে দ্রুতবেগে বের হবে, যেন তারা কোন এক লক্ষ্যস্থলের দিকে ছুটে যাচ্ছে।
The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- |

তোমরা কি লক্ষ্য কর না যে, আল্লাহ কিভাবে সপ্ত আকাশ স্তরে স্তরে সৃষ্টি করেছেন।
"'See ye not how Allah has created the seven heavens one above another, |
(নূহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫) |

মানুষ তার খাদ্যের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করুক,
Then let man look at his food, (and how We provide it): |
(আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪) |

তারা কি উষ্ট্রের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করে না যে, তা কিভাবে সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে?
Do they not look at the Camels, how they are made?- |
(আল গাশিয়াহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |
| 49 |
এবং আকাশের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করে না যে, তা কিভাবে উচ্চ করা হয়েছে?
And at the Sky, how it is raised high?- |
(আল গাশিয়াহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |

আপনি কি লক্ষ্য করেননি, আপনার পালনকর্তা আদ বংশের ইরাম গোত্রের সাথে কি আচরণ করেছিলেন,
Seest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the 'Ad (people),- |
