যে পবিত্রসত্তা তোমাদের জন্য ভূমিকে বিছানা এবং আকাশকে ছাদ স্বরূপ স্থাপন করে দিয়েছেন, আর আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করে তোমাদের জন্য ফল-ফসল উৎপাদন করেছেন তোমাদের খাদ্য হিসাবে। অতএব, আল্লাহর সাথে তোমরা অন্য কাকেও সমকক্ষ করো না। বস্তুতঃ এসব তোমরা জান।
Who has made the earth your couch, and the heavens your canopy; and sent down rain from the heavens; and brought forth therewith Fruits for your sustenance; then set not up rivals unto Allah when ye know (the truth). |

আল্লাহ পাক নিঃসন্দেহে মশা বা তদুর্ধ্ব বস্তু দ্বারা উপমা পেশ করতে লজ্জাবোধ করেন না। বস্তুতঃ যারা মুমিন তারা নিশ্চিতভাবে বিশ্বাস করে যে, তাদের পালনকর্তা কর্তৃক উপস্থাপিত এ উপমা সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভূল ও সঠিক। আর যারা কাফের তারা বলে, এরূপ উপমা উপস্থাপনে আল্লাহর মতলবই বা কি ছিল। এ দ্বারা আল্লাহ তা’আলা অনেককে বিপথগামী করেন, আবার অনেককে সঠিক পথও প্রদর্শন করেন। তিনি অনুরূপ উপমা দ্বারা অসৎ ব্যক্তিবর্গ ভিন্ন কাকেও বিপথগামী করেন না।
Allah disdains not to use the similitude of things, lowest as well as highest. Those who believe know that it is truth from their Lord; but those who reject Faith say: "What means Allah by this similitude?" By it He causes many to stray, and many He leads into the right path; but He causes not to stray, except those who forsake (the path),- |

এবং যখন আমি হযরত আদম (আঃ)-কে সেজদা করার জন্য ফেরেশতাগণকে নির্দেশ দিলাম, তখনই ইবলীস ব্যতীত সবাই সিজদা করলো। সে (নির্দেশ) পালন করতে অস্বীকার করল এবং অহংকার প্রদর্শন করল। ফলে সে কাফেরদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে গেল।
And behold, We said to the angels: "Bow down to Adam" and they bowed down. Not so Iblis: he refused and was haughty: He was of those who reject Faith. |

এবং আমি আদমকে হুকুম করলাম যে, তুমি ও তোমার স্ত্রী জান্নাতে বসবাস করতে থাক এবং ওখানে যা চাও, যেখান থেকে চাও, পরিতৃপ্তিসহ খেতে থাক, কিন্তু এ গাছের নিকটবর্তী হয়ো না। অন্যথায় তোমরা যালিমদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে পড়বে।
We said: "O Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden; and eat of the bountiful things therein as (where and when) ye will; but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression." |

তোমরা কি মানুষকে সৎকর্মের নির্দেশ দাও এবং নিজেরা নিজেদেরকে ভূলে যাও, অথচ তোমরা কিতাব পাঠ কর? তবুও কি তোমরা চিন্তা কর না?
Do ye enjoin right conduct on the people, and forget (To practise it) yourselves, and yet ye study the Scripture? Will ye not understand? |
(আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪) |

তারা বলল, আপনি প্রভুর কাছে প্রার্থনা করুন-তিনি বলে দিন যে, সেটা কিরূপ? কেননা, গরু আমাদের কাছে সাদৃশ্যশীল মনে হয়। ইনশাআল্লাহ এবার আমরা অবশ্যই পথপ্রাপ্ত হব। মূসা (আঃ) বললেন, তিনি বলেন যে, এ গাভী ভূকর্ষণ ও জল সেচনের শ্রমে অভ্যস্ত নয়-হবে নিষ্কলঙ্ক, নিখুঁত।
They said: "Beseech on our behalf Thy Lord to make plain to us what she is: To us are all heifers alike: We wish indeed for guidance, if Allah wills." |

আয়াতঃ ৭০) |

তুমি কি জান না যে, আল্লাহর জন্যই নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের আধিপত্য? আল্লাহ ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন বন্ধু ও সাহায্যকারী নেই।
Knowest thou not that to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth? And besides Him ye have neither patron nor helper. |
(আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৭) |

তারা বলে, আল্লাহ সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন। তিনি তো এসব কিছু থেকে পবিত্র, বরং নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু রয়েছে সবই তার আজ্ঞাধীন।
They say: "Allah hath begotten a son": Glory be to Him.-Nay, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: everything renders worship to Him. |

আয়াতঃ ১১৬) |

তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের উদ্ভাবক। যখন তিনি কোন কার্য সম্পাদনের সিন্ধান্ত নেন, তখন সেটিকে একথাই বলেন, ‘হয়ে যাও’ তৎক্ষণাৎ তা হয়ে যায়।
To Him is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: When He decreeth a matter, He saith to it: "Be," and it is. |

আর যদি মোহর সাব্যস্ত করার পর স্পর্শ করার পূর্বে তালাক দিয়ে দাও, তাহলে যে, মোহর সাব্যস্ত করা হয়েছে তার অর্ধেক দিয়ে দিতে হবে। অবশ্য যদি নারীরা ক্ষমা করে দেয় কিংবা বিয়ের বন্ধন যার অধিকারে সে (অর্থাৎ, স্বামী) যদি ক্ষমা করে দেয় তবে তা স্বতন্ত্র কথা। আর তোমরা পুরুষরা যদি ক্ষমা কর, তবে তা হবে পরহেযগারীর নিকটবর্তী। আর পারস্পরিক সহানুভূতির কথা বিস্মৃত হয়ো না। নিশ্চয় তোমরা যা কিছু কর আল্লাহ সেসবই অত্যন্ত ভাল করে দেখেন।
And if ye divorce them before consummation, but after the fixation of a dower for them, then the half of the dower (Is due to them), unless they remit it or (the man's half) is remitted by him in whose hands is the marriage tie; and the remission (of the man's half) is the nearest to righteousness. And do not forget Liberality between yourselves. For Allah sees well all that ye do. |

তোমাদের কেউ পছন্দ করে যে, তার একটি খেজুর ও আঙ্গুরের বাগান হবে, এর তলদেশ দিয়ে নহর প্রবাহিত হবে, আর এতে সর্বপ্রকার ফল-ফসল থাকবে এবং সে বার্ধক্যে পৌছবে, তার দুর্বল সন্তান সন্ততিও থাকবে, এমতাবস্থায় এ বাগানের একটি ঘূর্ণিবায়ু আসবে, যাতে আগুন রয়েছে, অনন্তর বাগানটি ভষ্মীভূত হয়ে যাবে? এমনিভাবে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের জন্যে নিদর্শনসমূহ বর্ননা করেন-যাতে তোমরা চিন্তা-ভাবনা কর।
Does any of you wish that he should have a garden with date-palms and vines and streams flowing underneath, and all kinds of fruit, while he is stricken with old age, and his children are not strong (enough to look after themselves)- that it should be caught in a whirlwind, with fire therein, and be burnt up? Thus doth Allah make clear to you (His) Signs; that ye may consider. |

আয়াতঃ ২৬৬) |
| 12 |
হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা স্বীয় উপার্জন থেকে এবং যা আমি তোমাদের জন্যে ভূমি থেকে উৎপন্ন করেছি, তা থেকে উৎকৃষ্ট বস্তু ব্যয় কর এবং তা থেকে নিকৃষ্ট জিনিস ব্যয় করতে মনস্থ করো না। কেননা, তা তোমরা কখনও গ্রহণ করবে না; তবে যদি তোমরা চোখ বন্ধ করে নিয়ে নাও। জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ অভাব মুক্ত, প্রশংসিত।
O ye who believe! Give of the good things which ye have (honourably) earned, and of the fruits of the earth which We have produced for you, and do not even aim at getting anything which is bad, in order that out of it ye may give away something, when ye yourselves would not receive it except with closed eyes. And know that Allah is Free of all wants, and worthy of all praise. |

আল্লাহ কাউকে তার সাধ্যাতীত কোন কাজের ভার দেন না, সে তাই পায় যা সে উপার্জন করে এবং তাই তার উপর বর্তায় যা সে করে। হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, যদি আমরা ভুলে যাই কিংবা ভুল করি, তবে আমাদেরকে অপরাধী করো না। হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা! এবং আমাদের উপর এমন দায়িত্ব অর্পণ করো না, যেমন আমাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের উপর অর্পণ করেছ, হে আমাদের প্রভূ! এবং আমাদের দ্বারা ঐ বোঝা বহন করিও না, যা বহন করার শক্তি আমাদের নাই। আমাদের পাপ মোচন কর। আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা কর এবং আমাদের প্রতি দয়া কর। তুমিই আমাদের প্রভু। সুতরাং কাফের সম্প্রদায়ের বিরুদ্ধে আমাদের কে সাহায্যে কর।
On no soul doth Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. (Pray:) "Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith." |
(আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৮৬) |
| 14 |
কাফেরদিগকে বলে দিন, খুব শিগগীরই তোমরা পরাভূত হয়ে দোযখের দিকে হাঁকিয়ে নীত হবে-সেটা কতই না নিকৃষ্টতম অবস্থান।
Say to those who reject Faith: "Soon will ye be vanquished and gathered together to Hell,-an evil bed indeed (to lie on)! |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১২) |
| 15 |
যখন ফেরেশতাগণ বললো, হে মারইয়াম আল্লাহ তোমাকে তাঁর এক বানীর সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছেন, যার নাম হলো মসীহ-মারইয়াম-তনয় ঈসা, দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে তিনি মহাসম্মানের অধিকারী এবং আল্লাহর ঘনিষ্ঠদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত।
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah; |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫) |
| 16 |
অবশ্যই আল্লাহ তাদের তওবা কবুল করবেন, যারা ভূলবশতঃ মন্দ কাজ করে, অতঃপর অনতিবিলম্বে তওবা করে; এরাই হল সেসব লোক যাদেরকে আল্লাহ ক্ষমা করে দেন। আল্লাহ মহাজ্ঞানী, রহস্যবিদ।
Allah accept the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and repent soon afterwards; to them will Allah turn in mercy: For Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |
| 17 |
মুসলমানের কাজ নয় যে, মুসলমানকে হত্যা করে; কিন্তু ভুলক্রমে। যে ব্যক্তি মুসলমানকে ভূলক্রমে হত্যা করে, সে একজন মুসলমান ক্রীতদাস মুক্ত করবে এবং রক্ত বিনিময় সমর্পন করবে তার স্বজনদেরকে; কিন্তু যদি তারা ক্ষমা করে দেয়। অতঃপর যদি নিহত ব্যক্তি তোমাদের শত্রু সম্প্রদায়ের অন্তর্গত হয়, তবে মুসলমান ক্রীতদাস মুক্ত করবে এবং যদি সে তোমাদের সাথে চুক্তিবদ্ধ কোন সম্প্রদায়ের অন্তর্গত হয়, তবে রক্ত বিনিময় সমর্পণ করবে তার স্বজনদেরকে এবং একজন মুসলমান ক্রীতদাস মুক্ত করবে। অতঃপর যে ব্যক্তি না পায়, সে আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে গোনাহ মাফ করানোর জন্যে উপর্যুপুরি দুই মাস রোযা রাখবে। আল্লাহ, মহাজ্ঞানী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
Never should a believer kill a believer; but (If it so happens) by mistake, (Compensation is due): If one (so) kills a believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you, and he was a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (Is enough). If he belonged to a people with whom ye have treaty of Mutual alliance, compensation should be paid to his family, and a believing slave be freed. For those who find this beyond their means, (is prescribed) a fast for two months running: by way of repentance to Allah: for Allah hath all knowledge and all wisdom. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৯২) |
| 18 |
যারা নিজের অনিষ্ট করে, ফেরেশতারা তাদের প্রাণ হরণ করে বলে, তোমরা কি অবস্থায় ছিলে? তারা বলেঃ এ ভূখন্ডে আমরা অসহায় ছিলাম। ফেরেশতারা বলেঃ আল্লাহর পৃথিবী কি প্রশস্ত ছিল না যে, তোমরা দেশত্যাগ করে সেখানে চলে যেতে? অতএব, এদের বাসস্থান হল জাহান্নাম এবং তা অত্যন্ত মন্দ স্থান।
When angels take the souls of those who die in sin against their souls, they say: "In what (plight) Were ye?" They reply: "Weak and oppressed Were we in the earth." They say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away (From evil)?" Such men will find their abode in Hell,- What an evil refuge! - |

আয়াতঃ ৯৭) |
| 19 |
যে ব্যক্তি ভূল কিংবা গোনাহ করে, অতঃপর কোন নিরপরাধের উপর অপবাদ আরোপ করে সে নিজের মাথায় বহন করে জঘন্য মিথ্যা ও প্রকাশ্য গোনাহ।
But if any one earns a fault or a sin and throws it on to one that is innocent, He carries (on himself) (Both) a falsehood and a flagrant sin. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১২) |
| 20 |
নিশ্চয় তারা কাফের, যারা বলে, মসীহ ইবনে মরিয়মই আল্লাহ। আপনি জিজ্ঞেস করুন, যদি তাই হয়, তবে বল যদি আল্লাহ মসীহ ইবনে মরিয়ম, তাঁর জননী এবং ভূমন্ডলে যারা আছে, তাদের সবাইকে ধ্বংস করতে চান, তবে এমন কারও সাধ্য আছে কি যে আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে তাদেরকে বিন্দুমাত্রও বাঁচাতে পারে? নভোমন্ডল, ভুমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যে যা আছে, সবকিছুর উপর আল্লাহ তা’আলার আধিপত্য। তিনি যা ইচ্ছা সৃষ্টি করেন। আল্লাহ সবকিছুর উপর শক্তিমান।
In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary. Say: "Who then hath the least power against Allah, if His will were to destroy Christ the son of Mary, his mother, and all every - one that is on the earth? For to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. For Allah hath power over all things." |

আয়াতঃ ১৭) |
| 21 |
আমি চাই যে, আমার পাপ ও তোমার পাপ তুমি নিজের মাথায় চাপিয়ে নাও। অতঃপর তুমি দোযখীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে যাও। এটাই অত্যাচারীদের শাস্তি।
"For me, I intend to let thee draw on thyself my sin as well as thine, for thou wilt be among the companions of the fire, and that is the reward of those who do wrong." |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৯) |
| 22 |
তুমি কি জান না যে আল্লাহর নিমিত্তেই নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের আধিপত্য। তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা শাস্তি দেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা ক্ষমা করেন। আল্লাহ সবকিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান।
Knowest thou not that to Allah (alone) belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punisheth whom He pleaseth, and He forgiveth whom He pleaseth: and Allah hath power over all things. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪০) |
| 23 |
নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল এবং এতদুভয়ে অবস্থিত সবকিছুর আধিপত্য আল্লাহরই। তিনি সবকিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান।
To Allah doth belong the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is therein, and it is He Who hath power over all things. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২০) |
| 24 |
সর্ববিধ প্রশংসা আল্লাহরই জন্য যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং অন্ধকার ও আলোর উদ্ভব করেছেন। তথাপি কাফেররা স্বীয় পালনকর্তার সাথে অন্যান্যকে সমতুল্য স্থির করে।
Praise be Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and made the darkness and the light. Yet those who reject Faith hold (others) as equal, with their Guardian-Lord. |

আয়াতঃ ১) |
| 25 |
তিনিই আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডলে এবং ভূমন্ডলে। তিনি তোমাদের গোপন ও প্রকাশ্য বিষয় জানেন এবং তোমরা যা কর তাও অবগত।
And He is Allah in the heavens and on earth. He knoweth what ye hide, and what ye reveal, and He knoweth the (recompense) which ye earn (by your deeds). |

আয়াতঃ ৩) |
| 26 |
আর যদি তাদের বিমুখতা আপনার পক্ষে কষ্টকর হয়, তবে আপনি যদি ভূতলে কোন সুড়ঙ্গ অথবা আকাশে কোন সিড়ি অনুসন্ধান করতে সমর্থ হন, অতঃপর তাদের কাছে কোন একটি মোজেযা আনতে পারেন, তবে নিয়ে আসুন। আল্লাহ ইচ্ছা করলে সবাইকে সরল পথে সমবেত করতে পারতেন। অতএব, আপনি নির্বোধদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন না।
If their spurning is hard on thy mind, yet if thou wert able to seek a tunnel in the ground or a ladder to the skies and bring them a sign,- (what good?). If it were Allah's will, He could gather them together unto true guidance: so be not thou amongst those who are swayed by ignorance (and impatience)! |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫) |
| 27 |
আর তাদেরকে বিতাড়িত করবেন না, যারা সকাল-বিকাল স্বীয় পালকর্তার এবাদত করে, তাঁর সন্তুষ্টি কামনা করে। তাদের হিসাব বিন্দুমাত্রও আপনার দায়িত্বে নয় এবং আপনার হিসাব বিন্দুমাত্রও তাদের দায়িত্বে নয় যে, আপনি তাদেরকে বিতাড়িত করবেন। নতুবা আপনি অবিচারকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে যাবেন।
Send not away those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking His face. In naught art thou accountable for them, and in naught are they accountable for thee, that thou shouldst turn them away, and thus be (one) of the unjust. |

আয়াতঃ ৫২) |
| 28 |
যখন আপনি তাদেরকে দেখেন, যারা আমার আয়াত সমূহে ছিদ্রান্বেষণ করে, তখন তাদের কাছ থেকে সরে যান যে পর্যন্ত তারা অন্য কথায় প্রবৃত্ত না হয়, যদি শয়তান আপনাকে ভূলিয়ে দেয় তবে স্মরণ হওয়ার পর জালেমদের সাথে উপবেশন করবেন না।
When thou seest men engaged in vain discourse about Our signs, turn away from them unless they turn to a different theme. If Satan ever makes thee forget, then after recollection, sit not thou in the company of those who do wrong. |

আয়াতঃ ৬৮) |
| 29 |
তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের আদি স্রষ্টা। কিরূপে আল্লাহর পুত্র হতে পারে, অথচ তাঁর কোন সঙ্গী নেই ? তিনি যাবতীয় কিছু সৃষ্টি করেছেন। তিনি সব বস্তু সম্পর্কে সুবিজ্ঞ।
To Him is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: How can He have a son when He hath no consort? He created all things, and He hath full knowledge of all things. |

আয়াতঃ ১০১) |
| 30 |
আপনি বলে দিনঃ আমার প্রতিপালক আমাকে সরল পথ প্রদর্শন করেছেন একাগ্রচিত্ত ইব্রাহীমের বিশুদ্ধ ধর্ম। সে অংশীবাদীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিল না।
Say: "Verily, my Lord hath guided me to a way that is straight,- a religion of right,- the path (trod) by Abraham the true in Faith, and he (certainly) joined not gods with Allah." |

আয়াতঃ ১৬১) |

আর আমি তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছি, এরপর আকার-অবয়ব, তৈরী করেছি। অতঃপর আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলছি-আদমকে সেজদা কর তখন সবাই সেজদা করেছে, কিন্তু ইবলীস সে সেজদাকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিল না।
It is We Who created you and gave you shape; then We bade the angels prostrate to Adam, and they prostrate; not so Iblis; He refused to be of those who prostrate. |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |
| 32 |
তারা কি এখন এ অপেক্ষায়ই আছে যে, এর বিষয়বস্তু প্রকাশিত হোক? যেদিন এর বিষয়বস্তু প্রকাশিত হবে, সেদিন পূর্বে যারা একে ভূলে গিয়েছিল, তারা বলবেঃ বাস্তবিকই আমাদের প্রতিপালকের পয়গম্বরগণ সত্যসহ আগমন করেছিলেন। অতএব, আমাদের জন্যে কোন সুপারিশকারী আছে কি যে, সুপারিশ করবে অথবা আমাদেরকে পুনঃ প্রেরণ করা হলে আমরা পূর্বে যা করতাম তার বিপরীত কাজ করে আসতাম। নিশ্চয় তারা নিজেদেরকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করেছে। তারা মনগড়া যা বলত, তা উধাও হয়ে যাবে।
Do they just wait for the final fulfilment of the event? On the day the event is finally fulfilled, those who disregarded it before will say: "The messengers of our Lord did indeed bring true (tidings). Have we no intercessors now to intercede on our behalf? Or could we be sent back? then should we behave differently from our behaviour in the past." In fact they will have lost their souls, and the things they invented will leave them in the lurch. |

নিশ্চয় তোমাদের প্রতিপালক আল্লাহ। তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলকে ছয় দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। অতঃপর আরশের উপর অধিষ্টিত হয়েছেন। তিনি পরিয়ে দেন রাতের উপর দিনকে এমতাবস্থায় যে, দিন দৌড়ে রাতের পিছনে আসে। তিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন সূর্য, চন্দ্র ও নক্ষত্র দৌড় স্বীয় আদেশের অনুগামী। শুনে রেখ, তাঁরই কাজ সৃষ্টি করা এবং আদেশ দান করা। আল্লাহ, বরকতময় যিনি বিশ্বজগতের প্রতিপালক।
Your Guardian-Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority): He draweth the night as a veil o'er the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession: He created the sun, the moon, and the stars, (all) governed by laws under His command. Is it not His to create and to govern? Blessed be Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds! |

অতঃপর পাকড়াও করল তাদেরকে ভূমিকম্প। ফলে সকাল বেলায় নিজ নিজ গৃহে উপুড় হয়ে পড়ে রইল।
So the earthquake took them unawares, and they lay prostrate in their homes in the morning! |

অনন্তর পাকড়াও করল তাদেরকে ভূমিকম্প। ফলে তারা সকাল বেলায় গৃহ মধ্যে উপুড় হয়ে পড়ে রইল।
But the earthquake took them unawares, and they lay prostrate in their homes before the morning! |

আর মূসা বেছে নিলেন নিজের সম্প্রদায় থেকে সত্তর জন লোক আমার প্রতিশ্রুত সময়ের জন্য। তারপর যখন তাদেরকে ভূমিকম্প পাকড়াও করল, তখন বললেন, হে আমার পরওয়ারদেগার, তুমি যদি ইচ্ছা করতে, তবে তাদেরকে আগেই ধ্বংস করে দিতে এবং আমাকেও। আমাদেরকে কি সে কর্মের কারণে ধ্বংস করছ, যা আমার সম্প্রদায়ের নির্বোধ লোকেরা করেছে? এসবই তোমার পরীক্ষা; তুমি যাকে ইচ্ছা এতে পথ ভ্রষ্ট করবে এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা সরলপথে রাখবে। তুমি যে আমাদের রক্ষক-সুতরাং আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করে দাও এবং আমাদের উপর করুনা কর। তাছাড়া তুমিই তো সর্বাধিক ক্ষমাকারী।
And Moses chose seventy of his people for Our place of meeting: when they were seized with violent quaking, he prayed: "O my Lord! if it had been Thy will Thou couldst have destroyed, long before, both them and me: wouldst Thou destroy us for the deeds of the foolish ones among us? this is no more than Thy trial: by it Thou causest whom Thou wilt to stray, and Thou leadest whom Thou wilt into the right path. Thou art our Protector: so forgive us and give us Thy mercy; for Thou art the best of those who forgive. |

আর আপনি তাদেরকে শুনিয়ে দিন, সে লোকের অবস্থা, যাকে আমি নিজের নিদর্শনসমূহ দান করেছিলাম, অথচ সে তা পরিহার করে বেরিয়ে গেছে। আর তার পেছনে লেগেছে শয়তান, ফলে সে পথভ্রষ্টদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে পড়েছে।
Relate to them the story of the man to whom We sent Our signs, but he passed them by: so Satan followed him up, and he went astray. |

অতঃপর তোমরা পরিভ্রমণ কর এ দেশে চার মাসকাল। আর জেনে রেখো, তোমরা আল্লাহকে পরাভূত করতে পারবে না, আর নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ কাফেরদিগকে লাঞ্ছিত করে থাকেন।
Go ye, then, for four months, backwards and forwards, (as ye will), throughout the land, but know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah (by your falsehood) but that Allah will cover with shame those who reject Him. |

আর মহান হজ্বের দিনে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের পক্ষ থেকে লোকদের প্রতি ঘোষণা করে দেয়া হচ্ছে যে, আল্লাহ মুশরেকদের থেকে দায়িত্ব মুক্ত এবং তাঁর রসূলও। অবশ্য যদি তোমরা তওবা কর, তবে তা, তোমাদের জন্যেও কল্যাণকর, আর যদি মুখ ফেরাও, তবে জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহকে তোমরা পরাভূত করতে পারবে না। আর কাফেরদেরকে মর্মান্তিক শাস্তির সুসংবাদ দাও।
And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage,- that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith. |

নিঃসন্দেহে তারাই আল্লাহর মসজিদ আবাদ করবে যারা ঈমান এনেছে আল্লাহর প্রতি ও শেষ দিনের প্রতি এবং কায়েম করেছে নামায ও আদায় করে যাকাত; আল্লাহ ব্যতীত আর কাউকে ভয় করে না। অতএব, আশা করা যায়, তারা হেদায়েত প্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে।
The mosques of Allah shall be visited and maintained by such as believe in Allah and the Last Day, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity, and fear none (at all) except Allah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance. |
(আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |
| 41 |
তারা আল্লাহর নামে হলফ করে বলে যে, তারা তোমাদেরই অন্তর্ভুক্ত, অথচ তারা তোমাদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত নয়, অবশ্য তারা তোমাদের ভয় করে।
They swear by Allah that they are indeed of you; but they are not of you: yet they are afraid (to appear in their true colours). |

আয়াতঃ ৫৬) |
| 42 |
মুনাফেক নর-নারী সবারই গতিবিধি একরকম; শিখায় মন্দ কথা, ভাল কথা থেকে বারণ করে এবং নিজ মুঠো বন্ধ রাখে। আল্লাহকে ভুলে গেছে তার, কাজেই তিনিও তাদের ভূলে গেছেন নিঃসন্দেহে মুনাফেকরাই নাফরমান।
The Hypocrites, men and women, (have an understanding) with each other: They enjoin evil, and forbid what is just, and are close with their hands. They have forgotten Allah; so He hath forgotten them. Verily the Hypocrites are rebellious and perverse. |

আয়াতঃ ৬৭) |
| 43 |
আর কোন কোন বেদুইন হল তারা, যারা ঈমান আনে আল্লাহর উপর, কেয়ামত দিনের উপর এবং নিজেদের ব্যয়কে আল্লাহর নৈকট্য এবং রসূলের দোয়া লাভের উপায় বলে গণ্য করে। জেনো! তাই হল তাদের ক্ষেত্রে নৈকট্য। আল্লাহ তাদেরকে নিজের রহমতের অন্তর্ভূক্ত করবেন। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুনাময়।
But some of the desert Arabs believe in Allah and the Last Day, and look on their payments as pious gifts bringing them nearer to Allah and obtaining the prayers of the Messenger. Aye, indeed they bring them nearer (to Him): soon will Allah admit them to His Mercy: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. |

বরং আমরাও তো বলি যে, আমাদের কোন দেবতা তোমার উপরে শোচনীয় ভূত চাপিয়ে দিয়েছে। হুদ বললেন-আমি আল্লাহকে সাক্ষী করেছি আর তোমাও সাক্ষী থাক যে, আমার কোন সম্পর্ক নাই তাঁদের সাথে যাদের কে তোমরা শরিক করছ;
"We say nothing but that (perhaps) some of our gods may have seized thee with imbecility." He said: "I call Allah to witness, and do ye bear witness, that I am free from the sin of ascribing, to Him, |

আমি তোমার নিকট উত্তম কাহিনী বর্ণনা করেছি, যেমতে আমি এ কোরআন তোমার নিকট অবতীর্ণ করেছি। তুমি এর আগে অবশ্যই এ ব্যাপারে অনবহিতদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিলে।
We do relate unto thee the most beautiful of stories, in that We reveal to thee this (portion of the) Qur'an: before this, thou too was among those who knew it not. |

আয়াতঃ ৩) |
| 46 |
ইউসুফ বললঃ হে পালনকর্তা তারা আমাকে যে কাজের দিকে আহবান করে, তার চাইতে আমি কারাগারই পছন্দ করি। যদি আপনি তাদের চক্রান্ত আমার উপর থেকে প্রতিহত না করেন, তবে আমি তাদের প্রতি আকৃষ্ট হয়ে পড়ব এবং অজ্ঞদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে যাব।
He said: "O my Lord! the prison is more to my liking than that to which they invite me: Unless Thou turn away their snare from me, I should (in my youthful folly) feel inclined towards them and join the ranks of the ignorant." |

আয়াতঃ ৩৩) |

হে পালনকর্তা আপনি আমাকে রাষ্ট্রক্ষমতাও দান করেছেন এবং আমাকে বিভিন্ন তাৎপর্য সহ ব্যাখ্যা করার বিদ্যা শিখিয়ে দিয়েছেন। হে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলের স্রষ্টা, আপনিই আমার কার্যনির্বাহী ইহকাল ও পরকালে। আমাকে ইসলামের উপর মৃত্যুদান করুন এবং আমাকে স্বজনদের সাথে মিলিত করুন।
"O my Lord! Thou hast indeed bestowed on me some power, and taught me something of the interpretation of dreams and events,- O Thou Creator of the heavens and the earth! Thou art my Protector in this world and in the Hereafter. Take Thou my soul (at death) as one submitting to Thy will (as a Muslim), and unite me with the righteous." |

আল্লাহকে সেজদা করে যা কিছু নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূমন্ডলে আছে ইচ্ছায় অথবা অনিচ্ছায় এবং তাদের প্রতিচ্ছায়াও সকাল-সন্ধ্যায়।
Whatever beings there are in the heavens and the earth do prostrate themselves to Allah (Acknowledging subjection),- with good-will or in spite of themselves: so do their shadows in the morning and evenings. |
(রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫) |
| 49 |
তিনি আল্লাহ; যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলের সবকিছুর মালিক। কাফেরদের জন্যে বিপদ রয়েছে, কঠোর আযাব;
Of Allah, to Whom do belong all things in the heavens and on earth! But alas for the Unbelievers for a terrible penalty (their Unfaith will bring them)!- |

আয়াতঃ ২) |

তোমরা তাদের বাসভূমিতেই বসবাস করতে, যারা নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করেছে এবং তোমাদের জানা হয়ে গিয়েছিল যে, আমি তাদের সাথে কিরূপ ব্যবহার করেছি এবং আমি তোমাদেরকে ওদের সব কাহিনীই বর্ণনা করেছি।
"And ye dwelt in the dwellings of men who wronged their own souls; ye were clearly shown how We dealt with them; and We put forth (many) parables in your behoof!" |
(ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫) |

কিন্তু ইবলীস-সে সেজদাকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হতে স্বীকৃত হল না।
Not so Iblis: he refused to be among those who prostrated themselves. |
(হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৩১) |
| 52 |
আল্লাহ বললেনঃ হে ইবলিস, তোমার কি হলো যে তুমি সেজদাকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হতে স্বীকৃত হলে না?
(Allah) said: "O Iblis! what is your reason for not being among those who prostrated themselves?" |
(হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |

তবে তার স্ত্রী। আমরা স্থির করেছি যে, সে থেকে যাওয়াদের দলভূক্ত হবে।
"Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." |
(হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৬০) |
| 54 |
অতএব আপনি পালনকর্তার সৌন্দর্য স্মরণ করুন এবং সেজদাকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে যান।
But celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and be of those who prostrate themselves in adoration. |

আয়াতঃ ৯৮) |
| 55 |
যিনি যথাবিধি আকাশরাজি ও ভূ-মন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন। তারা যাকে শরীক করে তিনি তার বহু উর্ধ্বে।
He has created the heavens and the earth for just ends: Far is He above having the partners they ascribe to Him! |
(নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |
| 56 |
এদের দ্বারা তোমাদের সম্মান হয়, যখন বিকালে চারণভূমি থেকে নিয়ে আস এবং সকালে চারণ ভূমিতে নিয়ে যাও।
And ye have a sense of pride and beauty in them as ye drive them home in the evening, and as ye lead them forth to pasture in the morning. |
(নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৬) |
| 57 |
যারা কুচক্র করে, তারা কি এ বিষয়ে ভয় করে না যে, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে ভূগর্ভে বিলীন করে দিবেন কিংবা তাদের কাছে এমন জায়গা থেকে আযাব আসবে যা তাদের ধারণাতীত।
Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive?- |
(নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫) |
| 58 |
এরপর যখন আল্লাহ তোমাদের কষ্ট দুরীভূত করে দেন, তখনই তোমাদের একদল স্বীয় পালনকর্তার সাথে অংশীদার সাব্যস্ত করতে থাকে।
Yet, when He removes the distress from you, behold! some of you turn to other gods to join with their Lord- |

আয়াতঃ ৫৪) |
| 59 |
নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের গোপন রহস্য আল্লাহর কাছেই রয়েছে। কিয়ামতের ব্যাপারটি তো এমন, যেমন চোখের পলক অথবা তার চাইতেও নিকটবর্তী। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর শক্তিমান।
To Allah belongeth the Mystery of the heavens and the earth. And the Decision of the Hour (of Judgment) is as the twingkling of an eye, or even quicker: for Allah hath power over all things. |
(নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৭৭) |
| 60 |
আমি তাঁকে দুনিয়াতে দান করেছি কল্যাণ এবং তিনি পরকালেও সৎকর্মশীলদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত।
And We gave him Good in this world, and he will be, in the Hereafter, in the ranks of the Righteous. |
(নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১২২) |
| 61 |
অতঃপর আপনার প্রতি প্রত্যাদেশ প্রেরণ করেছি যে, ইব্রাহীমের দ্বীন অনুসরণ করুন, যিনি একনিষ্ঠ ছিলেন এবং শিরককারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিলেন না।
So We have taught thee the inspired (Message), "Follow the ways of Abraham the True in Faith, and he joined not gods with Allah." |
(নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১২৩) |
| 62 |
পৃথিবীতে দম্ভভরে পদচারণা করো না। নিশ্চয় তুমি তো ভূ পৃষ্ঠকে কখনই বিদীর্ণ করতে পারবে না এবং উচ্চতায় তুমি কখনই পর্বত প্রমাণ হতে পারবে না।
Nor walk on the earth with insolence: for thou canst not rend the earth asunder, nor reach the mountains in height. |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |
| 63 |
এটা ঐ হিকমতের অন্তর্ভূক্ত, যা আপনার পালনকর্তা আপনাকে ওহী মারফত দান করেছেন। আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য কোন উপাস্য স্থির করবেন না। তাহলে অভিযুক্ত ও আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ থেকে বিতাড়িত অবস্থায় জাহান্নামে নিক্ষিপ্ত হবেন।
These are among the (precepts of) wisdom, which thy Lord has revealed to thee. Take not, with Allah, another object of worship, lest thou shouldst be thrown into Hell, blameworthy and rejected. |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |
| 64 |
তোমরা কি এ বিষয়ে নিশ্চিন্ত রয়েছ যে, তিনি তোমাদেরকে স্থলভাগে কোথাও ভূগর্ভস্থ করবেন না। অথবা তোমাদের উপর প্রস্তর বর্ষণকারী ঘুর্ণিঝড় প্রেরণ করবেন না, তখন তোমরা নিজেদের জন্যে কোন কর্মবিধায়ক পাবে না।
Do ye then feel secure that He will not cause you to be swallowed up beneath the earth when ye are on land, or that He will not send against you a violent tornado (with showers of stones) so that ye shall find no one to carry out your affairs for you? |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৬৮) |
| 65 |
বলুনঃ প্রত্যেকেই নিজ রীতি অনুযায়ী কাজ করে। অতঃপর আপনার পালনকর্তা বিশেষ রূপে জানেন, কে সর্বাপেক্ষা নির্ভূল পথে আছে।
Say: "Everyone acts according to his own disposition: But your Lord knows best who it is that is best guided on the Way." |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪) |
| 66 |
এবং তারা বলেঃ আমরা কখনও আপনাকে বিশ্বাস করব না, যে পর্যন্ত না আপনি ভূপৃষ্ঠ থেকে আমাদের জন্যে একটি ঝরণা প্রবাহিত করে দিন।
They say: "We shall not believe in thee, until thou cause a spring to gush forth for us from the earth, |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৯০) |
| 67 |
তাদের কাছে পার্থিব জীবনের উপমা বর্ণনা করুন। তা পানির ন্যায়, যা আমি আকাশ থেকে নাযিল করি। অতঃপর এর সংমিশ্রণে শ্যামল সবুজ ভূমিজ লতা-পাতা নির্গত হয়; অতঃপর তা এমন শুস্ক চুর্ণ-বিচুর্ণ হয় যে, বাতাসে উড়ে যায়। আল্লাহ এ সবকিছুর উপর শক্তিমান।
Set forth to them the similitude of the life of this world: It is like the rain which we send down from the skies: the earth's vegetation absorbs it, but soon it becomes dry stubble, which the winds do scatter: it is (only) Allah who prevails over all things. |

আয়াতঃ ৪৫) |

এরাই তারা-নবীগণের মধ্য থেকে যাদেরকে আল্লাহ তা’আলা নেয়ামত দান করেছেন। এরা আদমের বংশধর এবং যাদেরকে আমি নূহের সাথে নৌকায় আরোহন করিয়েছিলাম, তাদের বংশধর, এবং ইব্রাহীম ও ইসরাঈলের বংশধর এবং যাদেরকে আমি পথ প্রদর্শন করেছি ও মনোনীত করেছি, তাদের বংশোদ্ভূত। তাদের কাছে যখন দয়াময় আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহ পাঠ করা হত, তখন তারা সেজদায় লুটিয়ে পড়ত এবং ক্রন্দন করত।
Those were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears. |

আয়াতঃ ৫৮) |

তিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডলে এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবার পালনকর্তা। সুতরাং তাঁরই বন্দেগী করুন এবং তাতে দৃঢ় থাকুন আপনি কি তাঁর সমনাম কাউকে জানেন?
"Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and of all that is between them; so worship Him, and be constant and patient in His worship: knowest thou of any who is worthy of the same Name as He?" |
(মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৬৫) |
| 70 |
নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলে কেউ নেই যে, দয়াময় আল্লাহর কাছে দাস হয়ে উপস্থিত হবে না।
Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. |
(মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৯৩) |

এটা তাঁর কাছ থেকে অবতীর্ণ, যিনি ভূমন্ডল ও সমুচ্চ নভোমন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন।
A revelation from Him Who created the earth and the heavens on high. |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৪) |
| 72 |
নভোমন্ডলে, ভুমন্ডলে, এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী স্থানে এবং সিক্ত ভূগর্ভে যা আছে, তা তাঁরই।
To Him belongs what is in the heavens and on earth, and all between them, and all beneath the soil. |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৬) |

অতঃপর পৃথিবীকে মসৃণ সমতলভূমি করে ছাড়বেন।
"He will leave them as plains smooth and level; |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৬) |
| 74 |
আমি তাঁদেরকে আমার রহমাতপ্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত করেছিলাম। তাঁরা ছিলেন সৎকর্মপরায়ণ।
We admitted them to Our mercy: for they were of the righteous ones. |
(আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬) |

হে লোকসকল! যদি তোমরা পুনরুত্থানের ব্যাপারে সন্দিগ্ধ হও, তবে (ভেবে দেখ-) আমি তোমাদেরকে মৃত্তিকা থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছি। এরপর বীর্য থেকে, এরপর জমাট রক্ত থেকে, এরপর পূর্ণাকৃতিবিশিষ্ট ও অপূর্ণাকৃতিবিশিষ্ট মাংসপিন্ড থেকে, তোমাদের কাছে ব্যক্ত করার জন্যে। আর আমি এক নির্দিষ্ট কালের জন্যে মাতৃগর্ভে যা ইচ্ছা রেখে দেই, এরপর আমি তোমাদেরকে শিশু অবস্থায় বের করি; তারপর যাতে তোমরা যৌবনে পদার্পণ কর। তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ মৃত্যুমুখে পতিত হয় এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে কাউকে নিষ্কর্মা বয়স পর্যন্ত পৌছানো হয়, যাতে সে জানার পর জ্ঞাত বিষয় সম্পর্কে সজ্ঞান থাকে না। তুমি ভূমিকে পতিত দেখতে পাও, অতঃপর আমি যখন তাতে বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করি, তখন তা সতেজ ও স্ফীত হয়ে যায় এবং সর্বপ্রকার সুদৃশ্য উদ্ভিদ উৎপন্ন করে।
O mankind! if ye have a doubt about the Resurrection, (consider) that We created you out of dust, then out of sperm, then out of a leech-like clot, then out of a morsel of flesh, partly formed and partly unformed, in order that We may manifest (our power) to you; and We cause whom We will to rest in the wombs for an appointed term, then do We bring you out as babes, then (foster you) that ye may reach your age of full strength; and some of you are called to die, and some are sent back to the feeblest old age, so that they know nothing after having known (much), and (further), thou seest the earth barren and lifeless, but when We pour down rain on it, it is stirred (to life), it swells, and it puts forth every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs). |

এবং কা’বার জন্যে উৎসর্গীকৃত উটকে আমি তোমাদের জন্যে আল্লাহর অন্যতম নিদর্শন করেছি। এতে তোমাদের জন্যে মঙ্গল রয়েছে। সুতরাং সারিবদ্ধভাবে বাঁধা অবস্থায় তাদের যবেহ করার সময় তোমরা আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ কর। অতঃপর যখন তারা কাত হয়ে পড়ে যায় তখন তা থেকে তোমরা আহার কর এবং আহার করাও যে কিছু যাচ্ঞা করে না তাকে এবং যে যাচ্ঞা করে তাকে। এমনিভাবে আমি এগুলোকে তোমাদের বশীভূত করে দিয়েছি, যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর।
The sacrificial camels we have made for you as among the symbols from Allah: in them is (much) good for you: then pronounce the name of Allah over them as they line up (for sacrifice): when they are down on their sides (after slaughter), eat ye thereof, and feed such as (beg not but) live in contentment, and such as beg with due humility: thus have We made animals subject to you, that ye may be grateful. |

তারা এমন লোক যাদেরকে আমি পৃথিবীতে শক্তি-সামর্থ?2470;ান করলে তারা নামায কায়েম করবে, যাকাত দেবে এবং সৎকাজে আদেশ ও অসৎকাজে নিষেধ করবে। প্রত্যেক কর্মের পরিণাম আল্লাহর এখতিয়ারভূক্ত।
(They are) those who, if We establish them in the land, establish regular prayer and give regular charity, enjoin the right and forbid wrong: with Allah rests the end (and decision) of (all) affairs. |

আয়াতঃ ৪১) |

তুমি কি দেখ না যে, আল্লাহ আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেন, অতঃপর ভূপৃষ্ট সবুজ-শ্যামল হয়ে উঠে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সুক্ষদর্শী, সর্ববিষয়ে খবরদার।
Seest thou not that Allah sends down rain from the sky, and forthwith the earth becomes clothed with green? for Allah is He Who understands the finest mysteries, and is well-acquainted (with them). |

তুমি কি দেখ না যে, ভূপৃষ্টে যা আছে এবং সমুদ্রে চলমান নৌকা তৎসমুদয়কে আল্লাহ নিজ আদেশে তোমাদের অধীন করে দিয়েছেন এবং তিনি আকাশ স্থির রাখেন, যাতে তাঁর আদেশ ব্যতীত ভূপৃষ্টে পতিত না হয়। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ মানুষের প্রতি করুণাশীল, দয়াবান।
Seest thou not that Allah has made subject to you (men) all that is on the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? He withholds the sky (rain) from failing on the earth except by His leave: for Allah is Most Kind and Most Merciful to man. |

সত্য যদি তাদের কাছে কামনা-বাসনার অনুসারী হত, তবে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল এবং এগুলোর মধ্যবর্তꦣ2496; সবকিছুই বিশৃঙ্খল হয়ে পড়ত। বরং আমি তাদেরকে দান করেছি উপদেশ, কিন্তু তারা তাদের উপদেশ অনুধাবন করে না।
If the Truth had been in accord with their desires, truly the heavens and the earth, and all beings therein would have been in confusion and corruption! Nay, We have sent them their admonition, but they turn away from their admonition. |

হে আমার পালনকর্তা! তবে আপনি আমাকে গোনাহগার সম্প্রদায়ের অন্তর্ভূক্ত করবেন না।
"Then, O my Lord! put me not amongst the people who do wrong!" |
(আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৯৪) |
| 82 |
তারা বলবেঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমরা দূর্ভাগ্যের হাতে পরাভূত ছিলাম এবং আমরা ছিলাম বিভ্রান্ত জাতি।
They will say: "our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray! |
(আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ১০৬) |

যারা মিথ্যা অপবাদ রটনা করেছে, তারা তোমাদেরই একটি দল। তোমরা একে নিজেদের জন্যে খারাপ মনে করো না; বরং এটা তোমাদের জন্যে মঙ্গলজনক। তাদের প্রত্যেকের জন্যে ততটুকু আছে যতটুকু সে গোনাহ করেছে এবং তাদের মধ্যে যে এ ব্যাপারে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা নিয়েছে, তার জন্যে রয়েছে বিরাট শাস্তি।
Those who brought forward the lie are a body among yourselves: think it not to be an evil to you; On the contrary it is good for you: to every man among them (will come the punishment) of the sin that he earned, and to him who took on himself the lead among them, will be a penalty grievous. |

আয়াতঃ ১১) |

আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের জ্যোতি, তাঁর জ্যোতির উদাহরণ যেন একটি কুলঙ্গি, যাতে আছে একটি প্রদীপ, প্রদীপটি একটি কাঁচপাত্রে স্থাপিত, কাঁচপাত্রটি উজ্জ্বল নক্ষত্র সদৃশ্য। তাতে পুতঃপবিত্র যয়তুন বৃক্ষের তৈল প্রজ্বলিত হয়, যা পূর্বমুখী নয় এবং পশ্চিমমুখীও নয়। অগ্নি স্পর্শ না করলেও তার তৈল যেন আলোকিত হওয়ার নিকটবর্তী। জ্যোতির উপর জ্যোতি। আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা পথ দেখান তাঁর জ্যোতির দিকে। আল্লাহ মানুষের জন্যে দৃষ্টান্তসমূহ বর্ণনা করেন এবং আল্লাহ সব বিষয়ে জ্ঞাত।
Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree, an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah doth guide whom He will to His Light: Allah doth set forth Parables for men: and Allah doth know all things. |

আয়াতঃ ৩৫) |
| 85 |
তুমি কি দেখ না যে, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যারা আছে, তারা এবং উড়ন্ত পক্ষীকুল তাদের পাখা বিস্তার করতঃ আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করে? প্রত্যেকেই তার যোগ্য এবাদত এবং পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণার পদ্ধতি জানে। তারা যা করে, আল্লাহ সে বিষয়ে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
Seest thou not that it is Allah Whose praises all beings in the heavens and on earth do celebrate, and the birds (of the air) with wings outspread? Each one knows its own (mode of) prayer and praise. And Allah knows well all that they do. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সার্বভৌমত্ব আল্লাহরই এবং তাঁরই দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করতে হবে।
Yea, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and to Allah is the final goal (of all). |

আয়াতঃ ৪২) |

তুমি কি দেখ না যে, আল্লাহ মেঘমালাকে সঞ্চালিত করেন, অতঃপর তাকে পুঞ্জীভূত করেন, অতঃপর তাকে স্তরে স্তরে রাখেন; অতঃপর তুমি দেখ যে, তার মধ্য থেকে বারিধারা নির্গত হয়। তিনি আকাশস্থিত শিলাস্তুপ থেকে শিলাবর্ষণ করেন এবং তা দ্বারা যাকে ইচ্ছা আঘাত করেন এবং যার কাছ থেকে ইচ্ছা, তা অন্যদিকে ফিরিয়ে দেন। তার বিদ্যুৎঝলক দৃষ্টিশক্তি যেন বিলীন করে দিতে চায়।
Seest thou not that Allah makes the clouds move gently, then joins them together, then makes them into a heap? - then wilt thou see rain issue forth from their midst. And He sends down from the sky mountain masses (of clouds) wherein is hail: He strikes therewith whom He pleases and He turns it away from whom He pleases, the vivid flash of His lightning well-nigh blinds the sight. |

মনে রেখো নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা আছে, তা আল্লাহরই। তোমরা যে অবস্থায় আছ তা তিনি জানেন। যেদিন তারা তাঁর কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে, সেদিন তিনি বলে দেবেন তারা যা করেছে। আল্লাহ প্রত্যেক বিষয়ই জানেন।
Be quite sure that to Allah doth belong whatever is in the heavens and on earth. Well doth He know what ye are intent upon: and one day they will be brought back to Him, and He will tell them the truth of what they did: for Allah doth know all things. |

আয়াতঃ ৬৪) |

তিনি হলেন যাঁর রয়েছে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব। তিনি কোন সন্তান গ্রহণ করেননি। রাজত্বে তাঁর কোন অংশীদার নেই। তিনি প্রত্যেক বস্তু সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তাকে শোধিত করেছেন পরিমিতভাবে।
He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: no son has He begotten, nor has He a partner in His dominion: it is He who created all things, and ordered them in due proportions. |

বলুন, একে তিনিই অবতীর্ণ করেছেন, যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের গোপন রহস্য অবগত আছেন। তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, মেহেরবান।
Say: "The (Qur'an) was sent down by Him who knows the mystery (that is) in the heavens and the earth: verily He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." |

আয়াতঃ ৬) |

তদ্দ্বারা মৃত ভূভাগকে সঞ্জীবিত করার জন্যে এবং আমার সৃষ্ট জীবজন্তু ও অনেক মানুষের তৃষ্ণা নিবারণের জন্যে।
That with it We may give life to a dead land, and slake the thirst of things We have created,- cattle and men in great numbers. |

আয়াতঃ ৪৯) |

তিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের অন্তর্বর্তী সবকিছু ছয়দিনে সৃস্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর আরশে সমাসীন হয়েছেন। তিনি পরম দয়াময়। তাঁর সম্পর্কে যিনি অবগত, তাকে জিজ্ঞেস কর।
He Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between, in six days, and is firmly established on the Throne (of Authority): Allah Most Gracious: ask thou, then, about Him of any acquainted (with such things). |

মূসা বলল, তিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছুর পালনকর্তা যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও।
(Moses) said: "The Lord and Cherisher of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- if ye want to be quite sure." |

এবং আমাকে নেয়ামত উদ্যানের অধিকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত কর।
"Make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss; |

বল তো কে সৃষ্টি করেছেন নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল এবং আকাশ থেকে তোমাদের জন্যে বর্ষণ করেছেন পানি; অতঃপর তা দ্বারা আমি মনোরম বাগান সৃষ্টি করেছি। তার বৃক্ষাদি উৎপন্ন করার শক্তিই তোমাদের নেই। অতএব, আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য কোন উপাস্য আছে কি? বরং তারা সত্যবিচ্যুত সম্প্রদায়।
Or, Who has created the heavens and the earth, and Who sends you down rain from the sky? Yea, with it We cause to grow well-planted orchards full of beauty of delight: it is not in your power to cause the growth of the trees in them. (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Nay, they are a people who swerve from justice. |

বল তো কে নিঃসহায়ের ডাকে সাড়া দেন যখন সে ডাকে এবং কষ্ট দূরীভূত করেন এবং তোমাদেরকে পৃথিবীতে পুর্ববর্তীদের স্থলাভিষিক্ত করেন। সুতরাং আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য কোন উপাস্য আছে কি? তোমরা অতি সামান্যই ধ্যান কর।
Or, Who listens to the (soul) distressed when it calls on Him, and Who relieves its suffering, and makes you (mankind) inheritors of the earth? (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Little it is that ye heed! |

বলুন, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে কেউ গায়বের খবর জানে না এবং তারা জানে না যে, তারা কখন পুনরুজ্জীবিত হবে।
Say: None in the heavens or on earth, except Allah, knows what is hidden: nor can they perceive when they shall be raised up (for Judgment). |

আয়াতঃ ৬৫) |

যখন প্রতিশ্রুতি (কেয়ামত) সমাগত হবে, তখন আমি তাদের সামনে ভূগর্ভ থেকে একটি জীব নির্গত করব। সে মানুষের সাথে কথা বলবে। এ কারণে যে মানুষ আমার নিদর্শনসমূহে বিশ্বাস করত না।
And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. |

আয়াতঃ ৮২) |

যেদিন সিঙ্গায় ফুৎকার দেওয়া হবে, অতঃপর আল্লাহ যাদেরকে ইচ্ছা করবেন, তারা ব্যতীত নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূমন্ডলে যারা আছে, তারা সবাই ভীতবিহ্বল হয়ে পড়বে এবং সকলেই তাঁর কাছে আসবে বিনীত অবস্থায়।
And the Day that the Trumpet will be sounded - then will be smitten with terror those who are in the heavens, and those who are on earth, except such as Allah will please (to exempt): and all shall come to His (Presence) as beings conscious of their lowliness. |

আয়াতঃ ৮৭) |

যখন সে তার কাছে পৌছল, তখন পবিত্র ভূমিতে অবস্থিত উপত্যকার ডান প্রান্তের বৃক্ষ থেকে তাকে আওয়াজ দেয়া হল, হে মূসা! আমি আল্লাহ, বিশ্ব পালনকর্তা।
But when he came to the (fire), a voice was heard from the right bank of the valley, from a tree in hallowed ground: "O Moses! Verily I am Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.... |
(আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৩০) |
| 101 |
আল্লাহ তোমাকে যা দান করেছেন, তদ্বারা পরকালের গৃহ অনুসন্ধান কর, এবং ইহকাল থেকে তোমার অংশ ভূলে যেয়ো না। তুমি অনুগ্রহ কর, যেমন আল্লাহ তোমার প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করেছেন এবং পৃথিবীতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করতে প্রয়াসী হয়ো না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ অনর্থ সৃষ্টিকারীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন না।
"But seek, with the (wealth) which Allah has bestowed on thee, the Home of the Hereafter, nor forget thy portion in this world: but do thou good, as Allah has been good to thee, and seek not (occasions for) mischief in the land: for Allah loves not those who do mischief." |

আয়াতঃ ৭৭) |

অতঃপর আমি কারুনকে ও তার প্রাসাদকে ভূগর্ভে বিলীন করে দিলাম। তার পক্ষে আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এমন কোন দল ছিল না, যারা তাকে সাহায্য করতে পারে এবং সে নিজেও আত্মরক্ষা করতে পারল না।
Then We caused the earth to swallow up him and his house; and he had not (the least little) party to help him against Allah, nor could he defend himself. |
(আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৮১) |

গতকল্য যারা তার মত হওয়ার বাসনা প্রকাশ করেছিল, তারা প্রত্যুষে বলতে লাগল, হায়, আল্লাহ তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যে যার জন্যে ইচ্ছা রিযিক বর্ধিত করেন ও হ্রাস করেন। আল্লাহ আমাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ না করলে আমাদেরকেও ভূগর্ভে বিলীন করে দিতেন। হায়, কাফেররা সফলকাম হবে না।
And those who had envied his position the day before began to say on the morrow: "Ah! it is indeed Allah Who enlarges the provision or restricts it, to any of His servants He pleases! had it not been that Allah was gracious to us, He could have caused the earth to swallow us up! Ah! those who reject Allah will assuredly never prosper." |

আয়াতঃ ৮২) |

আমি তাকে দান করলাম ইসহাক ও ইয়াকুব, তাঁর বংশধরদের মধ্যে নবুওয়ত ও কিতাব রাখলাম এবং দুনিয়াতে তাঁকে পুরস্কৃত করলাম। নিশ্চয় পরকালে ও সে সৎলোকদর অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে।
And We gave (Abraham) Isaac and Jacob, and ordained among his progeny Prophethood and Revelation, and We granted him his reward in this life; and he was in the Hereafter (of the company) of the Righteous. |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ২৭) |

সে বলল, এই জনপদে তো লূতও রয়েছে। তারা বলল, সেখানে কে আছে, তা আমরা ভাল জানি। আমরা অবশ্যই তাকে ও তাঁর পরিবারবর্গকে রক্ষা করব তাঁর স্ত্রী ব্যতীত; সে ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত থাকবে।
He said: "But there is Lut there." They said: "Well do we know who is there: we will certainly save him and his following,- except his wife: she is of those who lag behind!" |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |

যখন আমার প্রেরিত ফেরেশতাগণ লূতের কাছে আগমন করল, তখন তাদের কারণে সে বিষন্ন হয়ে পড়ল এবং তার মন সংকীর্ণ হয়ে গেল। তারা বলল, ভয় করবেন না এবং দুঃখ করবেন না। আমরা আপনাকে ও আপনার পরিবারবর্গকে রক্ষা করবই আপনার স্ত্রী ব্যতীত, সে ধ্বংস প্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত থাকবে।
And when Our Messengers came to Lut, he was grieved on their account, and felt himself powerless (to protect) them: but they said: "Fear thou not, nor grieve: we are (here) to save thee and thy following, except thy wife: she is of those who lag behind. |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩) |

কিন্তু তারা তাঁকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলল; অতঃপর তারা ভূমিকম্প দ্বারা আক্রান্ত হল এবং নিজেদের গৃহে উপুড় হয়ে পড়ে রইল।
But they rejected him: Then the mighty Blast seized them, and they lay prostrate in their homes by the morning. |

আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |
| 108 |
আমি প্রত্যেককেই তার অপরাধের কারণে পাকড়াও করেছি। তাদের কারও প্রতি প্রেরণ করেছি প্রস্তরসহ প্রচন্ড বাতাস, কাউকে পেয়েছে বজ্রপাত, কাউকে আমি বিলীন করেছি ভূগর্ভে এবং কাউকে করেছি নিমজ্জত। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি যুলুম করার ছিলেন না; কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের প্রতি যুলুম করেছে।
Each one of them We seized for his crime: of them, against some We sent a violent tornado (with showers of stones); some were caught by a (mighty) Blast; some We caused the earth to swallow up; and some We drowned (in the waters): It was not Allah Who injured (or oppressed) them:" They injured (and oppressed) their own souls. |

আয়াতঃ ৪০) |

আল্লাহ যথার্থরূপে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন। এতে নিদর্শন রয়েছে ঈমানদার সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে।
Allah created the heavens and the earth in true (proportions): verily in that is a Sign for those who believe. |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪) |

বলুন, আমার মধ্যে ও তোমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহই সাক্ষীরূপে যথেষ্ট। তিনি জানেন যা কিছু নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূ-মন্ডলে আছে। আর যারা মিথ্যায় বিশ্বাস করে ও আল্লাহকে অস্বীকার করে, তারাই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Say: "Enough is Allah for a witness between me and you: He knows what is in the heavens and on earth. And it is those who believe in vanities and reject Allah, that will perish (in the end). |

যদি আপনি তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস করেন, কে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছে, চন্দ্র ও সূর্যকে কর্মে নিয়োজিত করেছে? তবে তারা অবশ্যই বলবে আল্লাহ। তাহলে তারা কোথায় ঘুরে বেড়াচ্ছে?
If indeed thou ask them who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon (to his Law), they will certainly reply, "Allah". How are they then deluded away (from the truth)? |

তারা কি তাদের মনে ভেবে দেখে না যে, আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু সৃষ্টি করেছেন যথাযথরূপে ও নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য, কিন্তু অনেক মানুষ তাদের পালনকর্তার সাক্ষাতে অবিশ্বাসী।
Do they not reflect in their own minds? Not but for just ends and for a term appointed, did Allah create the heavens and the earth, and all between them: yet are there truly many among men who deny the meeting with their Lord (at the Resurrection)! |

এবং অপরাহেߠও মধ্যাহেߦ#2404; নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে, তাঁরই প্রসংসা।
Yea, to Him be praise, in the heavens and on earth; and in the late afternoon and when the day begins to decline. |

তিনি মৃত থেকে জীবিতকে বহির্গত করেন জীবিত থেকে মৃতকে বহির্গত করেন, এবং ভূমির মৃত্যুর পর তাকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেন। এভাবে তোমরা উত্থিত হবে।
It is He Who brings out the living from the dead, and brings out the dead from the living, and Who gives life to the earth after it is dead: and thus shall ye be brought out (from the dead). |

তাঁর আর ও এক নিদর্শন হচ্ছে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সৃজন এবং তোমাদের ভাষা ও বর্ণের বৈচিত্র। নিশ্চয় এতে জ্ঞানীদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the variations in your languages and your colours: verily in that are Signs for those who know. |

তাঁর আরও নিদর্শনঃ তিনি তোমাদেরকে দেখান বিদ্যুৎ, ভয় ও ভরসার জন্যে এবং আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেন, অতঃপর তদ্দ্বারা ভূমির মৃত্যুর পর তাকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেন। নিশ্চয় এতে বুদ্ধিমান লোকদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
And among His Signs, He shows you the lightning, by way both of fear and of hope, and He sends down rain from the sky and with it gives life to the earth after it is dead: verily in that are Signs for those who are wise. |

আয়াতঃ ২৪) |

হে বৎস, কোন বস্তু যদি সরিষার দানা পরিমাণও হয় অতঃপর তা যদি থাকে প্রস্তর গর্ভে অথবা আকাশে অথবা ভূ-গর্ভে, তবে আল্লাহ তাও উপস্থিত করবেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ গোপন ভেদ জানেন, সবকিছুর খবর রাখেন।
"O my son!" (said Luqman), "If there be (but) the weight of a mustard-seed and it were (hidden) in a rock, or (anywhere) in the heavens or on earth, Allah will bring it forth: for Allah understands the finest mysteries, (and) is well-acquainted (with them). |

আয়াতঃ ১৬) |

তোমরা কি দেখ না আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলে যাকিছু আছে, সবই তোমাদের কাজে নিয়োজিত করে দিয়েছেন এবং তোমাদের প্রতি তাঁর প্রকাশ্য ও অপ্রকাশ্য নেয়ামতসমূহ পরিপূর্ন করে দিয়েছেন? এমন লোক ও আছে; যারা জ্ঞান, পথনির্দেশ ও উজ্জল কিতাব ছাড়াই আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে বাকবিতন্ডা করে।
Do ye not see that Allah has subjected to your (use) all things in the heavens and on earth, and has made his bounties flow to you in exceeding measure, (both) seen and unseen? Yet there are among men those who dispute about Allah, without knowledge and without guidance, and without a Book to enlighten them! |

আয়াতঃ ২০) |

আপনি যদি তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস করেন, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল কে সৃষ্টি করেছে? তারা অবশ্যই বলবে, আল্লাহ। বলুন, সকল প্রশংসাই আল্লাহর। বরং তাদের অধিকাংশই জ্ঞান রাখে না।
If thou ask them, who it is that created the heavens and the earth. They will certainly say, "Allah". Say: "Praise be to Allah!" But most of them understand not. |

আয়াতঃ ২৫) |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলে যা কিছু রয়েছে সবই আল্লাহর। আল্লাহ অভাবমুক্ত, প্রশংসিত।
To Allah belong all things in heaven and earth: verily Allah is He (that is) free of all wants, worthy of all praise. |

অতএব এ দিবসকে ভূলে যাওয়ার কারণে তোমরা মজা আস্বাদন কর। আমিও তোমাদেরকে ভুলে গেলাম। তোমরা তোমাদের কৃতকর্মের কারণে স্থায়ী আযাব ভোগ কর।
"Taste ye then - for ye forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours, and We too will forget you - taste ye the Penalty of Eternity for your (evil) deeds!" |

আয়াতঃ ১৪) |

তারা কি লক্ষ্য করে না যে, আমি উষর ভূমিতে পানি প্রবাহিত করে শস্য উদগত করি, যা থেকে ভক্ষণ করে তাদের জন্তুরা এবং তারা কি দেখে না?
And do they not see that We do drive rain to parched soil (bare of herbage), and produce therewith crops, providing food for their cattle and themselves? Have they not the vision? |

যখন তারা তোমাদের নিকটবর্তী হয়েছিল উচ্চ ভূমি ও নিম্নভূমি থেকে এবং যখন তোমাদের দৃষ্টিভ্রম হচ্ছিল, প্রাণ কন্ঠাগত হয়েছিল এবং তোমরা আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে নানা বিরূপ ধারণা পোষণ করতে শুরু করছিলে।
Behold! they came on you from above you and from below you, and behold, the eyes became dim and the hearts gaped up to the throats, and ye imagined various (vain) thoughts about Allah! |

তিনি তোমাদেরকে তাদের ভূমির, ঘর-বাড়ীর, ধন-সম্পদের এবং এমন এক ভূ-খন্ডের মালিক করে দিয়েছেন, যেখানে তোমরা অভিযান করনি। আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়োপরি সর্বশক্তিমান।
And He made you heirs of their lands, their houses, and their goods, and of a land which ye had not frequented (before). And Allah has power over all things. |

সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর, যিনি নভোমন্ডলে যা আছে এবং ভূমন্ডলে যা আছে সব কিছুর মালিক এবং তাঁরই প্রশংসা পরকালে। তিনি প্রজ্ঞাময়, সর্বজ্ঞ।
Praise be to Allah, to Whom belong all things in the heavens and on earth: to Him be Praise in the Hereafter: and He is Full of Wisdom, acquainted with all things. |

তিনি জানেন যা ভূগর্ভে প্রবেশ করে, যা সেখান থেকে নির্গত হয়, যা আকাশ থেকে বর্ষিত হয় এবং যা আকাশে উত্থিত হয়। তিনি পরম দয়ালু ক্ষমাশীল।
He knows all that goes into the earth, and all that comes out thereof; all that comes down from the sky and all that ascends thereto and He is the Most Merciful, the Oft-Forgiving. |

কাফেররা বলে আমাদের উপর কেয়ামত আসবে না। বলুন কেন আসবে না? আমার পালনকর্তার শপথ-অবশ্যই আসবে। তিনি অদৃশ্য সম্পর্কে জ্ঞাত। নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূ-মন্ডলে তাঁর আগোচরে নয় অণু পরিমাণ কিছু, না তদপেক্ষা ক্ষুদ্র এবং না বৃহৎ-সমস্তই আছে সুস্পষ্ট কিতাবে।
The Unbelievers say, "Never to us will come the Hour": Say, "Nay! but most surely, by my Lord, it will come upon you;- by Him Who knows the unseen,- from Whom is not hidden the least little atom in the heavens or on earth: Nor is there anything less than that, or greater, but is in the Record Perspicuous: |

তারা কি তাদের সামনের ও পশ্চাতের আকাশ ও পৃথিবীর প্রতিলক্ষ্য করে না? আমি ইচ্ছা করলে তাদের সহ ভূমি ধসিয়ে দেব অথবা আকাশের কোন খন্ড তাদের উপর পতিত করব। আল্লাহ অভিমুখী প্রত্যেক বান্দার জন্য এতে অবশ্যই নিদর্শন রয়েছে।
See they not what is before them and behind them, of the sky and the earth? If We wished, We could cause the earth to swallow them up, or cause a piece of the sky to fall upon them. Verily in this is a Sign for every devotee that turns to Allah (in repentance). |

সাবার অধিবাসীদের জন্যে তাদের বাসভূমিতে ছিল এক নিদর্শন-দুটি উদ্যান, একটি ডানদিকে, একটি বামদিকে। তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার রিযিক খাও এবং তাঁর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর। স্বাস্থ্যকর শহর এবং ক্ষমাশীল পালনকর্তা।
There was, for Saba, aforetime, a Sign in their home-land - two Gardens to the right and to the left. "Eat of the Sustenance (provided) by your Lord, and be grateful to Him: a territory fair and happy, and a Lord Oft-Forgiving! |

আয়াতঃ ১৫) |

বলুন, তোমরা তাদেরকে আহবান কর, যাদেরকে উপাস্য মনে করতে আল্লাহ ব্যতীত। তারা নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলের অনু পরিমাণ কোন কিছুর মালিক নয়, এতে তাদের কোন অংশও নেই এবং তাদের কেউ আল্লাহর সহায়কও নয়।
Say: "Call upon other (gods) whom ye fancy, besides Allah: They have no power,- not the weight of an atom,- in the heavens or on earth: No (sort of) share have they therein, nor is any of them a helper to Allah. |

বলুন, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল থেকে কে তোমাদের কে রিযিক দেয়। বলুন, আল্লাহ। আমরা অথবা তোমরা সৎপথে অথবা স্পষ্ট বিভ্রান্তিতে আছি ও আছ?
Say: "Who gives you sustenance, from the heavens and the earth?" Say: "It is Allah; and certain it is that either we or ye are on right guidance or in manifest error!" |

আয়াতঃ ২৪) |

আল্লাহই বায়ু প্রেরণ করেন, অতঃপর সে বায়ু মেঘমালা সঞ্চারিত করে। অতঃপর আমি তা মৃত ভূ-খন্ডের দিকে পরিচালিত করি, অতঃপর তদ্বারা সে ভূ-খন্ডকে তার মৃত্যুর পর সঞ্জীবিত করে দেই। এমনিভাবে হবে পুনরুত্থান।
It is Allah Who sends forth the Winds, so that they raise up the Clouds, and We drive them to a land that is dead, and revive the earth therewith after its death: even so (will be) the Resurrection! |

আয়াতঃ ৯) |

সে আমার সম্পর্কে এক অদ্ভূত কথা বর্ণনা করে, অথচ সে নিজের সৃষ্টি ভুলে যায়। সে বলে কে জীবিত করবে অস্থিসমূহকে যখন সেগুলো পচে গলে যাবে?
And he makes comparisons for Us, and forgets his own (origin and) Creation: He says, "Who can give life to (dry) bones and decomposed ones (at that)?" |

আয়াতঃ ৭৮) |

যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনিই কি তাদের অনুরূপ সৃষ্টি করতে সক্ষম নন? হ্যাঁ তিনি মহাস্রষ্টা, সর্বজ্ঞ।
"Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof?" - Yea, indeed! for He is the Creator Supreme, of skill and knowledge (infinite)! |

তারপর তারা তার বিরুদ্ধে মহা ষড়যন্ত্র আঁটতে চাইল, কিন্তু আমি তাদেরকেই পরাভূত করে দিলাম।
(This failing), they then sought a stratagem against him, but We made them the ones most humiliated! |

সে ছিল আমার বিশ্বাসী বান্দাদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত।
For he was one of our believing Servants. |

নাকি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছুর উপর তাদের সাম্রাজ্য রয়েছে? থাকলে তাদের আকাশে আরোহণ করা উচিত রশি ঝুলিয়ে।
Or have they the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all between? If so, let them mount up with the ropes and means (to reach that end)! |

আয়াতঃ ১০) |

হে দাউদ! আমি তোমাকে পৃথিবীতে প্রতিনিধি করেছি, অতএব, তুমি মানুষের মাঝে ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে রাজত্ব কর এবং খেয়াল-খুশীর অনুসরণ করো না। তা তোমাকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিচ্যুত করে দেবে। নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিচ্যুত হয়, তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে কঠোর শাস্তি, এ কারণে যে, তারা হিসাবদিবসকে ভূলে যায়।
O David! We did indeed make thee a vicegerent on earth: so judge thou between men in truth (and justice): Nor follow thou the lusts (of thy heart), for they will mislead thee from the Path of Allah: for those who wander astray from the Path of Allah, is a Penalty Grievous, for that they forget the Day of Account. |
(ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৬) |
| 139 |
তুমি তোমার পা দিয়ে ভূমিতে আঘাত কর। ঝরণা নির্গত হল গোসল করার জন্যে শীতল ও পান করার জন্যে।
(The command was given:) "Strike with thy foot: here is (water) wherein to wash, cool and refreshing, and (water) to drink." |
(ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪২) |

যখন মানুষকে দুঃখ-কষ্ট স্পর্শ করে, তখন সে একাগ্রচিত্তে তার পালনকর্তাকে ডাকে, অতঃপর তিনি যখন তাকে নেয়ামত দান করেন, তখন সে কষ্টের কথা বিস্মৃত হয়ে যায়, যার জন্যে পূর্বে ডেকেছিল এবং আল্লাহর সমকক্ষ স্থির করে; যাতে করে অপরকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিভ্রান্ত করে। বলুন, তুমি তোমার কুফর সহকারে কিছুকাল জীবনোপভোগ করে নাও। নিশ্চয় তুমি জাহান্নামীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত।
When some trouble toucheth man, he crieth unto his Lord, turning to Him in repentance: but when He bestoweth a favour upon him as from Himself, (man) doth forget what he cried and prayed for before, and he doth set up rivals unto Allah, thus misleading others from Allah's Path. Say, "Enjoy thy blasphemy for a little while: verily thou art (one) of the Companions of the Fire!" |

আয়াতঃ ৮) |

যাতে কেউ না বলে, হায়, হায়, আল্লাহ সকাশে আমি কর্তব্যে অবহেলা করেছি এবং আমি ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রুপকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিলাম।
"Lest the soul should (then) say: 'Ah! Woe is me!- In that I neglected (my duty) towards Allah, and was but among those who mocked!'- |

আয়াতঃ ৫৬) |

হাঁ, তোমার কাছে আমার নির্দেশ এসেছিল; অতঃপর তুমি তাকে মিথ্যা বলেছিলে, অহংকার করেছিলে এবং কাফেরদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে গিয়েছিলে।
"(The reply will be:) 'Nay, but there came to thee my Signs, and thou didst reject them: thou wast Haughty, and became one of those who reject faith!'" |
(আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৫৯) |

তারা বলবে, সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর, যিনি আমাদের প্রতি তাঁর ওয়াদা পূর্ণ করেছেন এবং আমাদেরকে এ ভূমির উত্তরাধিকারী করেছেন। আমরা জান্নাতের যেখানে ইচ্ছা বসবাস করব। মেহনতকারীদের পুরস্কার কতই চমৎকার।
They will say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has truly fulfilled His Promise to us, and has given us (this) land in heritage: We can dwell in the Garden as we will: how excellent a reward for those who work (righteousness)!" |

আয়াতঃ ৭৪) |

মানুষের সৃষ্টি অপেক্ষা নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলের সৃষ্টি কঠিনতর। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ মানুষ বোঝে না।
Assuredly the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater (matter) than the creation of men: Yet most men understand not. |
(আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭) |

তাঁর এক নিদর্শন এই যে, তুমি ভূমিকে দেখবে অনুর্বর পড়ে আছে। অতঃপর আমি যখন তার উপর বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করি, তখন সে শস্যশ্যামল ও স্ফীত হয়। নিশ্চয় যিনি একে জীবিত করেন, তিনি জীবিত করবেন মৃতদেরকেও। নিশ্চয় তিনি সবকিছু করতে সক্ষম।
And among His Signs in this: thou seest the earth barren and desolate; but when We send down rain to it, it is stirred to life and yields increase. Truly, He Who gives life to the (dead) earth can surely give life to (men) who are dead. For He has power over all things. |
(হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |
| 146 |
নভোমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে এবং ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সমস্তই তাঁর। তিনি সমুন্নত, মহান।
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: and He is Most High, Most Great. |
(আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪) |

তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের স্রষ্টা। তিনি তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে তোমাদের জন্যে যুগল সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং চতুস্পদ জন্তুদের মধ্য থেকে জোড়া সৃষ্টি করেছেন। এভাবে তিনি তোমাদের বংশ বিস্তার করেন। কোন কিছুই তাঁর অনুরূপ নয়। তিনি সব শুনেন, সব দেখেন।
(He is) the Creator of the heavens and the earth: He has made for you pairs from among yourselves, and pairs among cattle: by this means does He multiply you: there is nothing whatever like unto Him, and He is the One that hears and sees (all things). |
(আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |

তাঁর এক নিদর্শন নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সৃষ্টি এবং এতদুভয়ের মধ্যে তিনি যেসব জীব-জন্তু ছড়িয়ে দিয়েছেন। তিনি যখন ইচ্ছা এগুলোকে একত্রিত করতে সক্ষম।
And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the living creatures that He has scattered through them: and He has power to gather them together when He wills. |
(আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ২৯) |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব আল্লাহ তা’আলারই। তিনি যা ইচ্ছা, সৃষ্টি করেন, যাকে ইচ্ছা কন্যা-সন্তান এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা পুত্র সন্তান দান করেন।
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills (and plans). He bestows (children) male or female according to His Will (and Plan), |

আয়াতঃ ৪৯) |

আল্লাহর পথ। নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল যা কিছু আছে, সব তাঁরই। শুনে রাখ, আল্লাহ তা’আলার কাছেই সব বিষয়ে পৌঁছে।
The Way of Allah, to Whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Behold (how) all affairs tend towards Allah! |

আয়াতঃ ৫৩) |

আপনি যদি তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞাসা করেন কে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছে? তারা অবশ্যই বলবে, এগুলো সৃষ্টি করেছেন পরাক্রমশালী সর্বজ্ঞ আল্লাহ।
If thou wert to question them, 'Who created the heavens and the earth?' They would be sure to reply, 'they were created by (Him), the Exalted in Power, Full of Knowledge';- |

আয়াতঃ ৯) |

এবং যিনি আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেছেন পরিমিত। আতঃপর তদ্দ্বারা আমি মৃত ভূ-ভাগকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেছি। তোমরা এমনিভাবে উত্থিত হবে।
That sends down (from time to time) rain from the sky in due measure;- and We raise to life therewith a land that is dead; even so will ye be raised (from the dead);- |

আয়াতঃ ১১) |

যাতে তোমরা তাদের পিঠের উপর আরোহণ কর। অতঃপর তোমাদের পালনকর্তার নেয়ামত স্মরণ কর এবং বল পবিত্র তিনি, যিনি এদেরকে আমাদের বশীভূত করে দিয়েছেন এবং আমরা এদেরকে বশীভূত করতে সক্ষম ছিলাম না।
In order that ye may sit firm and square on their backs, and when so seated, ye may celebrate the (kind) favour of your Lord, and say, "Glory to Him Who has subjected these to our (use), for we could never have accomplished this (by ourselves), |

তারা যা বর্ণনা করে, তা থেকে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের পালনকর্তা, আরশের পালনকর্তা পবিত্র।
Glory to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne (of Authority)! (He is free) from the things they attribute (to him)! |

বরকতময় তিনিই, নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু যার। তাঁরই কাছে আছে কেয়ামতের জ্ঞান এবং তাঁরই দিকে তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে।
And blessed is He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all between them: with Him is the Knowledge of the Hour (of Judgment): and to Him shall ye be brought back. |

যদি তোমাদের বিশ্বাস থাকে দেখতে পাবে। তিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যেবর্তী সবকিছুর পালনকর্তা।
The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all between them, if ye (but) have an assured faith. |

আমি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু ক্রীড়াচ্ছলে সৃষ্টি করিনি।
We created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, merely in (idle) sport: |

নিশ্চয় নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলে মুমিনদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
Verily in the heavens and the earth, are Signs for those who believe. |

এবং আয়ত্ত্বাধীন করে দিয়েছেন তোমাদের, যা আছে নভোমন্ডলে ও যা আছে ভূমন্ডলে; তাঁর পক্ষ থেকে। নিশ্চয় এতে চিন্তাশীল সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
And He has subjected to you, as from Him, all that is in the heavens and on earth: Behold, in that are Signs indeed for those who reflect. |

আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল যথাযথভাবে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, যাতে প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি তার উপার্জনের ফল পায়। তাদের প্রতি যুলুম করা হবে না।
Allah created the heavens and the earth for just ends, and in order that each soul may find the recompense of what it has earned, and none of them be wronged. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলের রাজত্ব আল্লাহরই। যেদিন কেয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে, সেদিন মিথ্যাপন্থীরা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and the Day that the Hour of Judgment is established,- that Day will the dealers in Falsehood perish! |

অতএব, বিশ্বজগতের পালনকর্তা, ভূ-মন্ডলের পালনকর্তা ও নভোমন্ডলের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহর-ই প্রশংসা।
Then Praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth,- Lord and Cherisher of all the Worlds! |

নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূ-মন্ডলে তাঁরই গৌরব। তিনি পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
To Him be glory throughout the heavens and the earth: and He is Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom! |

নভোমন্ডল, ভূ-মন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু আমি যথাযথভাবেই এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্যেই সৃষ্টি করেছি। আর কাফেররা যে বিষয়ে তাদেরকে সতর্ক করা হয়েছে, তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
We created not the heavens and the earth and all between them but for just ends, and for a Term Appointed: But those who reject Faith turn away from that whereof they are warned. |

আয়াতঃ ৩) |

তারা কি জানে না যে, আল্লাহ যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং এগুলোর সৃষ্টিতে কোন ক্লান্তিবোধ করেননি, তিনি মৃতকে জীবিত করতে সক্ষম? কেন নয়, নিশ্চয় তিনি সর্ব বিষয়ে সর্বশক্তিমান।
See they not that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and never wearied with their creation, is able to give life to the dead? Yea, verily He has power over all things. |

আয়াতঃ ৩৩) |

অতঃপর যখন তোমরা কাফেরদের সাথে যুদ্ধে অবতীর্ণ হও, তখন তাদের গর্দার মার, অবশেষে যখন তাদেরকে পূর্ণরূপে পরাভূত কর তখন তাদেরকে শক্ত করে বেধে ফেল। অতঃপর হয় তাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ কর, না হয় তাদের নিকট হতে মুক্তিপণ লও। তোমরা যুদ্ধ চালিয়ে যাবে যে পর্যন্ত না শত্রুপক্ষ অস্ত্র সমর্পণ করবে! একথা শুনলে। আল্লাহ ইচ্ছা করলে তাদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ নিতে পারতেন। কিন্তু তিনি তোমাদের কতককে কতকের দ্বারা পরীক্ষা করতে চান। যারা আল্লাহর পথে শহীদ হয়, আল্লাহ কখনই তাদের কর্ম বিনষ্ট করবেন না।
Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,- He will never let their deeds be lost. |

পরহেযগারদেরকে যে জান্নাতের ওয়াদা দেয়া হয়েছে, তার অবস্থা নিম্নরূপঃ তাতে আছে পানির নহর, নির্মল দুধের নহর যারা স্বাদ অপরিবর্তনীয়, পানকারীদের জন্যে সুস্বাদু শরাবের নহর এবং পরিশোধিত মধুর নহর। তথায় তাদের জন্যে আছে রকমারি ফল-মূল ও তাদের পালনকর্তার ক্ষমা। পরহেযগাররা কি তাদের সমান, যারা জাহান্নামে অনন্তকাল থাকবে এবং যাদেরকে পান করতে দেয়া হবে ফুটন্ত পানি অতঃপর তা তাদের নাড়িভূঁড়ি ছিন্ন বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দেবে?
(Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to such as shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)? |

তিনি মুমিনদের অন্তরে প্রশান্তি নাযিল করেন, যাতে তাদের ঈমানের সাথে আরও ঈমান বেড়ে যায়। নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের বাহিনীসমূহ আল্লাহরই এবং আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
It is He Who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the Believers, that they may add faith to their faith;- for to Allah belong the Forces of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom;- |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের বাহিনীসমূহ আল্লাহরই। আল্লাহ পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
For to Allah belong the Forces of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব আল্লাহরই। তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা ক্ষমা করেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা শাস্তি দেন। তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, পরম মেহেরবান।
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: He forgives whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills: but Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. |

মুহাম্মদ আল্লাহর রসূল এবং তাঁর সহচরগণ কাফেরদের প্রতি কঠোর, নিজেদের মধ্যে পরস্পর সহানুভূতিশীল। আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ ও সন্তুষ্টি কামনায় আপনি তাদেরকে রুকু ও সেজদারত দেখবেন। তাদের মুখমন্ডলে রয়েছে সেজদার চিহ্ন । তওরাতে তাদের অবস্থা এরূপ এবং ইঞ্জিলে তাদের অবস্থা যেমন একটি চারা গাছ যা থেকে নির্গত হয় কিশলয়, অতঃপর তা শক্ত ও মজবুত হয় এবং কান্ডের উপর দাঁড়ায় দৃঢ়ভাবে-চাষীকে আনন্দে অভিভুত করে-যাতে আল্লাহ তাদের দ্বারা কাফেরদের অন্তর্জালা সৃষ্টি করেন। তাদের মধ্যে যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম করে, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে ক্ষমা ও মহাপুরস্কারের ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন।
Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness, and a great Reward. |

বলুনঃ তোমরা কি তোমাদের ধর্ম পরায়ণতা সম্পর্কে আল্লাহকে অবহিত করছ? অথচ আল্লাহ জানেন যা কিছু আছে ভূমন্ডলে এবং যা কিছু আছে নভোমন্ডলে। আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়ে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
Say: "What! Will ye instruct Allah about your religion? But Allah knows all that is in the heavens and on earth: He has full knowledge of all things. |

আয়াতঃ ১৬) |

আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের অদৃশ্য বিষয় জানেন, তোমরা যা কর আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
"Verily Allah knows the secrets of the heavens and the earth: and Allah Sees well all that ye do." |
(আল হুজরাত:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |

আমি ভূমিকে বিস্তৃত করেছি, তাতে পর্বতমালার ভার স্থাপন করেছি এবং তাতে সর্বপ্রকার নয়নাভিরাম উদ্ভিদ উদগত করেছি।
And the earth- We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and produced therein every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs)- |

আমি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু ছয়দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছি এবং আমাকে কোনরূপ ক্লান্তি স্পর্শ করেনি।
We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in Six Days, nor did any sense of weariness touch Us. |

আয়াতঃ ৩৮) |

যেদিন ভূমন্ডল বিদীর্ণ হয়ে মানুষ ছুটাছুটি করে বের হয়ে আসবে। এটা এমন সমবেত করা, যা আমার জন্যে অতি সহজ।
The Day when the Earth will be rent asunder, from (men) hurrying out: that will be a gathering together,- quite easy for Us. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের পালনকর্তার কসম, তোমাদের কথাবার্তার মতই এটা সত্য।
Then, by the Lord of heaven and earth, this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that ye can speak intelligently to each other. |

আমি ভূমিকে বিছিয়েছি। আমি কত সুন্দরভাবেই না বিছাতে সক্ষম।
And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! |

না তারা নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছে? বরং তারা বিশ্বাস করে না।
Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, they have no firm belief. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবই আল্লাহর, যাতে তিনি মন্দকর্মীদেরকে তাদের কর্মের প্রতিফল দেন এবং সৎকর্মীদেরকে দেন ভাল ফল।
Yea, to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: so that He rewards those who do evil, according to their deeds, and He rewards those who do good, with what is best. |
(আন-নাজম:
আয়াতঃ ৩১) |

তারা আমার সকল নিদর্শনের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল। অতঃপর আমি পরাভূতকারী, পরাক্রমশালীর ন্যায় তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করলাম।
The (people) rejected all Our Signs; but We seized them with such Penalty (as comes) from One Exalted in Power, able to carry out His Will. |

ভূপৃষ্টের সবকিছুই ধ্বংসশীল।
All that is on earth will perish: |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সবাই তাঁর কাছে প্রার্থী। তিনি সর্বদাই কোন না কোন কাজে রত আছেন।
Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! |
(আর রহমান:
আয়াতঃ ২৯) |

হে জিন ও মানবকূল, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের প্রান্ত অতিক্রম করা যদি তোমাদের সাধ্যে কুলায়, তবে অতিক্রম কর। কিন্তু ছাড়পত্র ব্যতীত তোমরা তা অতিক্রম করতে পারবে না।
O ye assembly of Jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass! |

আয়াতঃ ৩৩) |

এবং একে মিথ্যা বলাকেই তোমরা তোমাদের ভূমিকায় পরিণত করবে?
And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবাই আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে। তিনি শক্তিধর; প্রজ্ঞাময়।
Whatever is in the heavens and on earth,- let it declare the Praises and Glory of Allah: for He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব তাঁরই। তিনি জীবন দান করেন ও মৃত্যু ঘটান। তিনি সবকিছু করতে সক্ষম।
To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: It is He Who gives Life and Death; and He has Power over all things. |

আয়াতঃ ২) |

তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন ছয়দিনে, অতঃপর আরশের উপর সমাসীন হয়েছেন। তিনি জানেন যা ভূমিতে প্রবেশ করে ও যা ভূমি থেকে নির্গত হয় এবং যা আকাশ থেকে বর্ষিত হয় ও যা আকাশে উত্থিত হয়। তিনি তোমাদের সাথে আছেন তোমরা যেখানেই থাক। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and is moreover firmly established on the Throne (of Authority). He knows what enters within the earth and what comes forth out of it, what comes down from heaven and what mounts up to it. And He is with you wheresoever ye may be. And Allah sees well all that ye do. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব তাঁরই। সবকিছু তাঁরই দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে।
To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: and all affairs are referred back to Allah. |

তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর পথে ব্যয় করতে কিসে বাধা দেয়, যখন আল্লাহই নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের উত্তরাধিকারী? তোমাদের মধ্যে যে মক্কা বিজয়ের পূর্বে ব্যয় করেছে ও জেহাদ করেছে, সে সমান নয়। এরূপ লোকদের মর্যদা বড় তাদের অপেক্ষা, যার পরে ব্যয় করেছে ও জেহাদ করেছে। তবে আল্লাহ উভয়কে কল্যাণের ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে সম্পর্কে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
And what cause have ye why ye should not spend in the cause of Allah?- For to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth. Not equal among you are those who spent (freely) and fought, before the Victory, (with those who did so later). Those are higher in rank than those who spent (freely) and fought afterwards. But to all has Allah promised a goodly (reward). And Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do. |

তোমরা জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহই ভূ-ভাগকে তার মৃত্যুর পর পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেন। আমি পরিস্কারভাবে তোমাদের জন্যে আয়াতগুলো ব্যক্ত করেছি, যাতে তোমরা বোঝ।
Know ye (all) that Allah giveth life to the earth after its death! already have We shown the Signs plainly to you, that ye may learn wisdom. |

আয়াতঃ ১৭) |

আপনি কি ভেবে দেখেননি যে, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, আল্লাহ তা জানেন। তিন ব্যক্তির এমন কোন পরামর্শ হয় না যাতে তিনি চতুর্থ না থাকেন এবং পাঁচ জনেরও হয় না, যাতে তিনি ষষ্ঠ না থাকেন তারা এতদপেক্ষা কম হোক বা বেশী হোক তারা যেখানেই থাকুক না কেন তিনি তাদের সাথে আছেন, তারা যা করে, তিনি কেয়ামতের দিন তা তাদেরকে জানিয়ে দিবেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়ে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
Seest thou not that Allah doth know (all) that is in the heavens and on earth? There is not a secret consultation between three, but He makes the fourth among them, - Nor between five but He makes the sixth,- nor between fewer nor more, but He is in their midst, wheresoever they be: In the end will He tell them the truth of their conduct, on the Day of Judgment. For Allah has full knowledge of all things. |

আয়াতঃ ৭) |

আপনি কি তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করেননি, যারা আল্লাহর গযবে নিপতিত সম্প্রদায়ের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করে? তারা মুসলমানদের দলভুক্ত নয় এবং তাদেরও দলভূক্ত নয়। তারা জেনেশুনে মিথ্যা বিষয়ে শপথ করে।
Turnest thou not thy attention to those who turn (in friendship) to such as have the Wrath of Allah upon them? They are neither of you nor of them, and they swear to falsehood knowingly. |
(আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪) |

শয়তান তাদেরকে বশীভূত করে নিয়েছে, অতঃপর আল্লাহর স্মরণ ভূলিয়ে দিয়েছে। তারা শয়তানের দল। সাবধান, শয়তানের দলই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
The Evil One has got the better of them: so he has made them lose the remembrance of Allah. They are the Party of the Evil One. Truly, it is the Party of the Evil One that will perish! |
(আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯) |

নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের বিরুদ্ধাচারণ করে, তারাই লাঞ্ছিতদের দলভূক্ত।
Those who resist Allah and His Messenger will be among those most humiliated. |
(আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২০) |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবই আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা বর্ণনা করে। তিনি পরাক্রমশালী মহাজ্ঞানী।
Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, let it declare the Praises and Glory of Allah: for He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. |

আয়াতঃ ১) |

আল্লাহ জনপদবাসীদের কাছ থেকে তাঁর রসূলকে যা দিয়েছেন, তা আল্লাহর, রসূলের, তাঁর আত্নীয়-স্বজনের, ইয়াতীমদের, অভাবগ্রস্তদের এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, যাতে ধনৈশ্বর্য্য কেবল তোমাদের বিত্তশালীদের মধ্যেই পুঞ্জীভূত না হয়। রসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেন, তা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা নিষেধ করেন, তা থেকে বিরত থাক এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা।
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment. |

তিনিই আল্লাহ তা’আলা, স্রষ্টা, উদ্ভাবক, রূপদাতা, উত্তম নাম সমূহ তাঁরই। নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবই তাঁর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে। তিনি পরাক্রান্ত প্রজ্ঞাময়।
He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Bestower of Forms (or Colours). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare His Praises and Glory: and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. |

নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবই আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে। তিনি পরাক্রান্ত প্রজ্ঞাবান।
Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, let it declare the Praises and Glory of Allah: for He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. |

রাজ্যাধিপতি, পবিত্র, পরাক্রমশালী ও প্রজ্ঞাময় আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে, যা কিছু আছে নভোমন্ডলে ও যা কিছু আছে ভূমন্ডলে।
Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare the Praises and Glory of Allah,- the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. |

তারাই বলেঃ আল্লাহর রাসূলের সাহচর্যে যারা আছে তাদের জন্যে ব্যয় করো না। পরিণামে তারা আপনা-আপনি সরে যাবে। ভূ ও নভোমন্ডলের ধন-ভান্ডার আল্লাহরই কিন্তু মুনাফিকরা তা বোঝে না।
They are the ones who say, "Spend nothing on those who are with Allah's Messenger, to the end that they may disperse (and quit Medina)." But to Allah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth; but the Hypocrites understand not. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবই আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে। রাজত্ব তাঁরই এবং প্রশংসা তাঁরই। তিনি সর্ববিষয়ে সর্বশক্তিমান।
Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare the Praises and Glory of Allah: to Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs praise: and He has power over all things. |

তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলকে যথাযথভাবে সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং তোমাদেরকে আকৃতি দান করেছেন, অতঃপর সুন্দর করেছেন তোমাদের আকৃতি। তাঁরই কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন।
He has created the heavens and the earth in just proportions, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the final Goal. |

নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা আছে, তিনি তা জানেন। তিনি আরও জানেন তোমরা যা গোপনে কর এবং যা প্রকাশ্যে কর। আল্লাহ অন্তরের বিষয়াদি সম্পর্কে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
He knows what is in the heavens and on earth; and He knows what ye conceal and what ye reveal: yea, Allah knows well the (secrets) of (all) hearts. |

আল্লাহ সপ্তাকাশ সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং পৃথিবীও সেই পরিমাণে, এসবের মধ্যে তাঁর আদেশ অবতীর্ণ হয়, যাতে তোমরা জানতে পার যে, আল্লাহ সর্বশক্তিমান এবং সবকিছু তাঁর গোচরীভূত।
Allah is He Who created seven Firmaments and of the earth a similar number. Through the midst of them (all) descends His Command: that ye may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah comprehends, all things in (His) Knowledge. |

তোমরা কি ভাবনামুক্ত হয়ে গেছ যে, আকাশে যিনি আছেন তিনি তোমাদেরকে ভূগর্ভে বিলীন করে দেবেন, অতঃপর তা কাঁপতে থাকবে।
Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)? |

আয়াতঃ ১৬) |

বলুন, তোমরা ভেবে দেখেছ কি, যদি তোমাদের পানি ভূগর্ভের গভীরে চলে যায়, তবে কে তোমাদেরকে সরবরাহ করবে পানির স্রোতধারা?
Say: "See ye?- If your stream be some morning lost (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water?" |
(আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ৩০) |

অতঃপর যখন তারা বাগান দেখল, তখন বললঃ আমরা তো পথ ভূলে গেছি।
But when they saw the (garden), they said: "We have surely lost our way: |

আয়াতঃ ২৬) |

যা তিনি প্রবাহিত করেছিলেন তাদের উপর সাত রাত্রি ও আট দিবস পর্যন্ত অবিরাম। আপনি তাদেরকে দেখতেন যে, তারা অসার খর্জুর কান্ডের ন্যায় ভূপাতিত হয়ে রয়েছে।
He made it rage against them seven nights and eight days in succession: so that thou couldst see the (whole) people lying prostrate in its (path), as they had been roots of hollow palm-trees tumbled down! |
(আল হাক্বক্বাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭) |

সম্পদ পুঞ্জীভূত করেছিল, অতঃপর আগলিয়ে রেখেছিল।
And collect (wealth) and hide it (from use)! |
(আল মা'আরিজ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |

কিন্তু তাদের স্ত্রী অথবা মালিকানাভূক্ত দাসীদের বেলায় তিরস্কৃত হবে না।
Except with their wives and the (captives) whom their right hands possess,- for (then) they are not to be blamed, |

আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের জন্যে ভূমিকে করেছেন বিছানা।
"'And Allah has made the earth for you as a carpet (spread out), |
(নূহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯) |

আমি কি করিনি ভূমিকে বিছানা
Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse, |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৬) |

যিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছুর পালনকর্তা, দয়াময়, কেউ তাঁর সাথে কথার অধিকারী হবে না।
(From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between, (Allah) Most Gracious: None shall have power to argue with Him. |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |

তখনই তারা ময়দানে আবির্ভূত হবে।
When, behold, they will be in the (full) awakening (to Judgment). |
(আন-নযিআ'ত:

এরপর আমি ভূমিকে বিদীর্ণ করেছি,
And We split the earth in fragments, |

যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের ক্ষমতার মালিক, আল্লাহর সামনে রয়েছে সবকিছু।
Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things. |
