"বিলম্ব" শব্দযুক্ত আয়াত ম্যাচ করেছেঃ ৮
নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	অবশ্যই আল্লাহ তাদের তওবা কবুল করবেন, যারা ভূলবশতঃ মন্দ কাজ করে, অতঃপর অনতিবিলম্বে তওবা করে; এরাই হল সেসব লোক যাদেরকে আল্লাহ ক্ষমা করে দেন। আল্লাহ মহাজ্ঞানী, রহস্যবিদ। Allah accept the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and repent soon afterwards; to them will Allah turn in mercy: For Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ১৭)
2	আর তোমাদের মধ্যে এমনও কেউ কেউ রয়েছে, যারা অবশ্য বিলম্ব করবে এবং তোমাদের উপর কোন বিপদ উপস্থিত হলে বলবে, আল্লাহ আমার প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করেছেন যে, আমি তাদের সাথে যাইনি। There are certainly among you men who would tarry behind: If a misfortune befalls you, they say: "Allah did favour us in that we were not present among them."	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ৭২)
3	আর আমি যে উহা বিলম্বিত করি, তা শুধু একটি ওয়াদার কারণে যা নির্ধারিত রয়েছে। Nor shall We delay it but for a term appointed.	(হুদ: আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
4	যদি আল্লাহ লোকদেরকে তাদের অন্যায় কাজের কারণে পাকড়াও করতেন, তবে ভুপৃষ্ঠে চলমান কোন কিছুকেই ছাড়তেন না। কিন্তু তিনি প্রতিশ্রুতি সময় পর্যন্ত তাদেরকে অবকাশ দেন। অতঃপর নির্ধারিত সময়ে যখন তাদের মৃত্যু এসে যাবে, তখন এক মুহুর্তও বিলম্বিত কিংবা তরাম্বিত করতে পারবে না। If Allah were to punish men for their wrong-doing, He would not leave, on the (earth), a single living creature: but He gives them respite for a stated Term: When their Term expires, they would not be able to delay (the punishment) for a single hour, just as they would not be able to anticipate it (for a single hour).	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ৬১)
5	আমি জানি না সম্ভবতঃ বিলম্বের মধ্যে তোমাদের জন্যে একটি পরীক্ষা এবং এক সময় পর্যন্ত ভোগ করার সুযোগ। "I know not but that it may be a trial for you, and a grant of (worldly) livelihood (to you) for a time."	(আম্বিয়া: আয়াতঃ ১১১)
6	তুমি কি তোমার পালনকর্তাকে দেখ না, তিনি কিভাবে ছায়াকে বিলম্বিত করেন? তিনি ইচ্ছা করলে একে স্থির রাখতে পারতেন। এরপর আমি সূর্যকে করেছি এর নির্দেশক। Hast thou not turned thy vision to thy Lord?- How He doth prolong the shadow! If He willed, He could make it stationary! then do We make the sun its guide;	(আল-ফুরকান: আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
7	যদি শত্রুপক্ষ চতুর্দিক থেকে নগরে প্রবেশ করে তাদের সাথে মিলিত হত, অতঃপর বিদ্রোহ করতে প্ররোচিত করত, তবে তারা অবশ্যই বিদ্রোহ করত এবং তারা মোটেই বিলম্ব করত না। And if an entry had been effected to them from the sides of the (city), and they had been incited to sedition, they would certainly have brought it to pass, with none but a brief delay!	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ১৪)
8	বলুন, তোমাদের জন্যে একটি দিনের ওয়াদা রয়েছে যাকে তোমরা এক মহূর্তও বিলম্বিত করতে পারবে না এবং ত্বরান্বিত ও করতে পারবে না। Say: "The appointment to you is for a Day, which ye cannot put back for an hour nor put forward."	(সাবা: আয়াতঃ ৩০)
