“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 নিশ্চয় আমি আপনাকে সত্যধর্মসহ সুসংবাদদাতা ও ভীতি প্রদর্শনকারীরূপে পাঠিয়েছি। আপনি দোযখবাসীদের সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসিত হবেন না।
Verily We have sent thee in truth as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner: But of thee no question shall be asked of the Companions of the Blazing Fire.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৯)
2 যখন ইব্রাহীম বললেন, পরওয়ারদেগার! এ স্থানকে তুমি শান্তিধান কর এবং এর অধিবাসীদের মধ্যে যারা অল্লাহ ও কিয়ামতে বিশ্বাস করে, তাদেরকে ফলের দ্বারা রিযিক দান কর। বললেনঃ যারা অবিশ্বাস করে, আমি তাদেরও কিছুদিন ফায়দা ভোগ করার সুযোগ দেব, অতঃপর তাদেরকে বলপ্রয়োগে দোযখের আযাবে ঠেলে দেবো; সেটা নিকৃষ্ট বাসস্থান।
And remember Abraham said: "My Lord, make this a City of Peace, and feed its people with fruits,-such of them as believe in Allah and the Last Day." He said: "(Yea), and such as reject Faith,-for a while will I grant them their pleasure, but will soon drive them to the torment of Fire,- an evil destination (indeed)!"		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৬)
3 সম্মানিত মাস সম্পর্কে তোমার কাছে জিজ্ঞেস করে যে, তাতে যুদ্ধ করা কেমন? বলে দাও এতে যুদ্ধ করা ভীষণ বড় পাপ। আর আল্লাহর পথে প্রতিবন্দ্বকতা সৃষ্টি করা এবং কুফরী করা, মসজিদে-হারামের পথে বাধা দেয়া এবং সেখানকার অধিবাসীদেরকে বহিস্কার করা, আল্লাহর নিকট তার চেয়েও বড় পাপ। আর ধর্মের ব্যাপারে ফেতনা সৃষ্টি করা নরহত্যা অপেক্ষাও মহা পাপ। বস্তুতঃ তারা তো সর্বদাই তোমাদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে থাকবে, যাতে করে তোমাদিগকে দ্বীন থেকে ফিরিয়ে দিতে পারে যদি সম্ভব হয়। তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা নিজের দ্বীন থেকে ফিরে দাঁড়াবে এবং কাফের অবস্থায় মৃত্যুবরণ করবে, দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে তাদের যাবতীয় আমল বিনষ্ট হয়ে যাবে। আর তারাই হলো দোযখবাসী। তাতে তারা চিরকাল বাস করবে।
They ask thee concerning fighting in the Prohibited Month. Say: "Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members." Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you Turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter; they will be companions of the Fire and will abide therein.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২১৭)
4 তারা কি জাহেলিয়াত আমলের ফয়সালা কামনা করে? আল্লাহ অপেক্ষা বিশ্বাসীদের জন্যে উত্তম ফয়সালাকারী কে?
Do they then seek after a judgment of (the days of) ignorance? But who, for a people whose faith is assured, can give better judgment than Allah?		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
5 আর যারা আল্লাহ তাঁর রসূল এবং বিশ্বাসীদেরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করে, তারাই আল্লাহর দল এবং তারাই বিজয়ী।
As to those who turn (for friendship) to Allah, His Messenger, and the (fellowship of) believers,- it is the fellowship of Allah that must certainly triumph.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
6 আর আপনি যদি দেখেন, যখন তাদেরকে দোযখের উপর দাঁড় করানো হবে! তারা বলবেঃ কতই না ভাল হত, যদি আমরা পুনঃ প্রেরিত হতাম; তা হলে আমরা স্বীয় পালনকর্তার নিদর্শনসমূহে মিথ্যারোপ করতাম না এবং আমরা বিশ্বাসীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যেতাম।
If thou couldst but see when they are confronted with the Fire! They will say: "Would that we were but sent back! Then would we not reject the signs of our Lord, but would be amongst those who believe!"		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
7 এটা এ জন্যে যে, আপনার প্রতিপালক কোন জনপদের অধিবাসীদেরকে জুলুমের কারণে ধ্বংস করেন না এমতাবস্থায় যে, তথাকার অধিবাসীরা অজ্ঞ থাকে।
(The messengers were sent) thus, for thy Lord would not destroy for their wrong-doing men's habitations whilst their occupants were unwarned.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৩১)
8 এটি একটি গ্রন্থ, যা আপনার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে, যাতে করে আপনি এর মাধ্যমে ভীতি-প্রদর্শন করেন। অতএব, এটি পৌছে দিতে আপনার মনে কোনরূপ সংকীর্ণতা থাকা উচিত নয়। আর এটিই বিশ্বাসীদের জন্যে উপদেশ।
A Book revealed unto thee,- So let thy heart be oppressed no more by any difficulty on that account,- that with it thou mightest warn (the erring) and teach the Believers).		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ২)
9 তোমরা পথে ঘাটে এ কারণে বসে থেকো না যে, আল্লাহ বিশ্বাসীদেরকে হুমকি দিবে, আল্লাহর পথে বাধা সৃষ্টি করবে এবং তাতে বক্রতা অনুসন্ধান করবে। স্মরণ কর, যখন তোমরা সংখ্যায় অল্প ছিলে অতঃপর আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে অধিক করেছেন এবং লক্ষ্য কর কিরূপ অশুভ পরিণতি হয়েছে অনর্থকারীদের।
"And squat not on every road, breathing threats, hindering from the path of Allah those who believe in Him, and seeking in it something crooked; But remember how ye were little, and He gave you increase. And hold in your mind's eye what was the end of those who did mischief.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬)
10 তাদের সংবাদ কি এদের কানে এসে পৌঁছায়নি, যারা ছিল তাদের পূর্বে; নূহের আ’দের ও সামুদের সম্প্রদায় এবং ইব্রাহীমের সম্প্রদায়ের এবং মাদইয়ানবাসীদের? এবং সেসব জনপদের যেগুলোকে উল্টে দেয়া হয়েছিল? তাদের কাছে এসেছিলেন তাদের নবী পরিষ্কার নির্দেশ নিয়ে। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ তো এমন ছিলেন না যে, তাদের উপর জুলুম করতেন, কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করতো।
Hath not the story reached them of those before them?- the People of Noah, and 'Ad, and Thamud; the People of Abraham, the men of Midian, and the cities overthrown. To them came their messengers with clear signs. It is not Allah Who wrongs them, but they wrong their own souls.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
11 মদীনাবাসী ও পাশ্ববর্তী পল্লীবাসীদের উচিত নয় রসূলুল্লাহর সঙ্গ ত্যাগ করে পেছনে থেকে যাওয়া এবং রসূলের প্রাণ থেকে নিজেদের প্রাণকে অধিক প্রিয় মনে করা। এটি এজন্য যে, আল্লাহর পথে যে তৃষ্ণা, ক্লান্তি ও ক্ষুধা তাদের স্পর্শ করে এবং তাদের এমন পদক্ষেপ যা কাফেরদের মনে ক্রোধের কারণ হয় আর শত্রুদের পক্ষ থেকে তারা যা কিছু প্রাপ্ত হয়-তার প্রত্যেকটির পরিবর্তে তাদের জন্য লিখিত হয়ে নেক আমল। নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ সৎকর্মশীল লোকদের হক নষ্ট করেন না।
It was not fitting for the people of Medina and the Bedouin Arabs of the neighbourhood, to refuse to follow Allah's Messenger, nor to prefer their own lives to his: because nothing could they suffer or do, but was reckoned to their credit as a deed of righteousness,- whether they suffered thirst, or fatigue, or hunger, in the cause of Allah, or trod paths to raise the ire of the Unbelievers, or received any injury whatever from an enemy: for Allah suffereth not the reward to be lost of those who do good;-		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২০)
12 আর মাদইয়ানবাসীদের প্রতি তাদের ভাই শোয়ায়েব (আঃ) কে প্রেরণ করেছি। তিনি বললেন-হে আমার কওম! আল্লাহর বন্দেগী কর, তিনি ছাড়া আমাদের কোন মাবুদ নাই। আর পরিমাপে ও ওজনে কম দিও না, আজ আমি তোমাদেরকে ভাল অবস্থায়ই দেখছি, কিন্তু আমি তোমাদের উপর এমন একদিনের আযাবের আশঙ্কা করছি যেদিনটি পরিবেষ্টনকারী।
To the Madyan People (We sent) Shu'aib, one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah: Ye have no other god but Him. And give not short measure or weight: I see you in prosperity, but I fear for you the penalty of a day that will compass (you) all round.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
13 আপনার পূর্বে আমি যতজনকে রসূল করে পাঠিয়েছি, তারা সবাই পুরুষই ছিল জনপদবাসীদের মধ্য থেকে। আমি তাঁদের কাছে ওহী প্রেরণ করতাম। তারা কি দেশ-বিদেশ ভ্রমণ করে না, যাতে দেখে নিত কিরূপ পরিণতি হয়েছে তাদের যারা পূর্বে ছিল ? সংযমকারীদের জন্যে পরকালের আবাসই উত্তম। তারা কি এখনও বোঝে না?
Nor did We send before thee (as messengers) any but men, whom we did inspire,- (men) living in human habitations. Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those before them? But the home of the hereafter is best, for those who do right. Will ye not then understand?		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৯)
14 তারা কি উড়ন্ত পাখীকে দেখে না? এগুলো আকাশের অন্তরীক্ষে আজ্ঞাধীন রয়েছে। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কেউ এগুলোকে আগলে রাখে না। নিশ্চয় এতে বিশ্বাসীদের জন্যে নিদর্শনবলী রয়েছে।
Do they not look at the birds, held poised in the midst of (the air and) the sky? Nothing holds them up but (the power of) Allah. Verily in this are signs for those who believe.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৭৯)
15 এটা এ জন্যে যে, তারা পার্থিব জীবনকে পরকালের চাইতে প্রিয় মনে করেছে এবং আল্লাহ অবিশ্বাসীদেরকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেন না।
This because they love the life of this world better than the Hereafter: and Allah will not guide those who reject Faith.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১০৭)
16 যখন আপনি কোরআন পাঠ করেন, তখন আমি আপনার মধ্যে ও পরকালে অবিশ্বাসীদের মধ্যে প্রচ্ছন্ন পর্দা ফেলে দেই।
When thou dost recite the Qur'an, We put, between thee and those who believe not in the Hereafter, a veil invisible:		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
17 অতঃপর তারা চলতে লাগল, অবশেষে যখন একটি জনপদের অধিবাসীদের কাছে পৌছে তাদের কাছে খাবার চাইল, তখন তারা তাদের অতিথেয়তা করতে অস্বীকার করল। অতঃপর তারা সেখানে একটি পতনোম্মুখ প্রাচীর দেখতে পেলেন, সেটি তিনি সোজা করে দাঁড় করিয়ে দিলেন। মূসা বললেনঃ আপনি ইচ্ছা করলে তাদের কাছ থেকে এর পারিশ্রমিক আদায় করতে পারতেন।
Then they proceeded: until, when they came to the inhabitants of a town, they asked them for food, but they refused them hospitality. They found there a wall on the point of falling down, but he set it up straight. (Moses) said: "If thou hadst wished, surely thou couldst have exacted some recompense for it!"		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৭)
18 যখন তোমার ভগিনী এসে বললঃ আমি কি তোমাদেরকে বলে দেব কে তাকে লালন পালন করবে। অতঃপর আমি তোমাকে তোমার মাতার কাছে ফিরিয়ে দিলাম, যাতে তার চক্ষু শীতল হয় এবং দুঃখ না পায়। তুমি এক ব্যক্তিকে হত্যা করেছিলে, অতঃপর আমি তোমাকে এই দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে মুক্তি দেই; আমি তোমাকে অনেক পরীক্ষা করেছি। অতঃপর তুমি কয়েক বছর মাদইয়ান বাসীদের মধ্যে অবস্থান করেছিলে; হে মূসা, অতঃপর তুমি নির্ধারিত সময়ে এসেছ।
"Behold! thy sister goeth forth and saith, 'shall I show you one who will nurse and rear the (child)?' So We brought thee back to thy mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve. Then thou didst slay a man, but We saved thee from trouble, and We tried thee in various ways. Then didst thou tarry a number of years with the people of Midian. Then didst thou come hither as ordained, O Moses!		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
19 অতঃপর আমি তাঁর আহবানে সাড়া দিলাম এবং তাঁকে দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে মুক্তি দিলাম। আমি এমনি ভাবে বিশ্ববাসীদেরকে মুক্তি দিয়ে থাকি।
So We listened to him: and delivered him from distress: and thus do We deliver those who have faith.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮)
20 যেসব জনপদকে আমি ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছি, তার অধিবাসীদের ফিরে না আসা অবধারিত।
But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed: that they shall not return,		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫)
21 হে মুমিনগণ, তোমরা নিজেদের গৃহ ব্যতীত অন্য গৃহে প্রবেশ করো না, যে পর্যন্ত আলাপ-পরিচয় না কর এবং গৃহবাসীদেরকে সালাম না কর। এটাই তোমাদের জন্যে উত্তম, যাতে তোমরা স্মরণ রাখ।
O ye who believe! enter not houses other than your own, until ye have asked permission and saluted those in them: that is best for you, in order that ye may heed (what is seemly).		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
22 আমি এক নারীকে সাবাবাসীদের উপর রাজত্ব করতে দেখেছি। তাকে সবকিছুই দেয়া হয়েছে এবং তার একটা বিরাট সিংহাসন আছে।
"I found (there) a woman ruling over them and provided with every requisite; and she has a magnificent throne.		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
23 কিন্তু আমি অনেক সম্প্রদায় সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম, অতঃপর তাদের অনেক যুগ অতিবাহিত হয়েছে। আর আপনি মাদইয়ানবাসীদের মধ্যে ছিলেন না যে, তাদের কাছে আমার আয়াতসমূহ পাঠ করতেন। কিন্তু আমিই ছিলাম রসূল প্রেরণকারী।
But We raised up (new) generations, and long were the ages that passed over them; but thou wast not a dweller among the people of Madyan, rehearsing Our Signs to them; but it is We Who send messengers (with inspiration).		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
24 যখন আমার প্রেরিত ফেরেশতাগণ সুসংবাদ নিয়ে ইব্রাহীমের কাছে আগমন করল, তখন তারা বলল, আমরা এই জনপদের অধিবাসীদেরকে ধ্বংস করব। নিশ্চয় এর অধিবাসীরা জালেম।
When Our Messengers came to Abraham with the good news, they said: "We are indeed going to destroy the people of this township: for truly they are (addicted to) crime."		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
25 আমরা এই জনপদের অধিবাসীদের উপর আকাশ থেকে আযাব নাজিল করব তাদের পাপাচারের কারণে।
"For we are going to bring down on the people of this township a Punishment from heaven, because they have been wickedly rebellious."		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
26 আমি মাদইয়ানবাসীদের প্রতি তাদের ভাই শোআয়বকে প্রেরণ করেছি। সে বলল, হে আমার সম্প্রদায় তোমরা আল্লাহর এবাদত কর, শেষ দিবসের আশা রাখ এবং পৃথিবীতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করো না।
To the Madyan (people) (We sent) their brother Shu'aib. Then he said: "O my people! serve Allah, and fear the Last Day: nor commit evil on the earth, with intent to do mischief."		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
27 এভাবেই আমি আপনার প্রতি কিতাব অবর্তীণ করেছি। অতঃপর যাদের কে আমি কিতাব দিয়েছিলাম, তারা একে মেনে চলে এবং এদেরও (মক্কাবাসীদেরও) কেউ কেউ এতে বিশ্বাস রাখে। কেবল কাফেররাই আমার আয়াতসমূহ অস্বীকার করে।
And thus (it is) that We have sent down the Book to thee. So the People of the Book believe therein, as also do some of these (pagan Arabs): and none but Unbelievers reject our signs.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
28 হে নবী! আল্লাহকে ভয় করুন এবং কাফের ও কপট বিশ্বাসীদের কথা মানবেন না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
O Prophet! Fear Allah, and hearken not to the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites: verily Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ১)
29 তারা মনে করে শক্রবাহিনী চলে যায়নি। যদি শক্রবাহিনী আবার এসে পড়ে, তবে তারা কামনা করবে যে, যদি তারা গ্রামবাসীদের মধ্য থেকে তোমাদের সংবাদাদি জেনে নিত, তবেই ভাল হত। তারা তোমাদের মধ্যে অবস্থান করলেও যুদ্ধ সামান্যই করত।
They think that the Confederates have not withdrawn; and if the Confederates should come (again), they would wish they were in the deserts (wandering) among the Bedouins, and seeking news about you (from a safe distance); and if they were in your midst, they would fight but little.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
30 সাবার অধিবাসীদের জন্যে তাদের বাসভূমিতে ছিল এক নিদর্শন-দুটি উদ্যান, একটি ডানদিকে, একটি বামদিকে। তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার রিযিক খাও এবং তাঁর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর। স্বাস্থ্যকর শহর এবং ক্ষমাশীল পালনকর্তা।
There was, for Saba, aforetime, a Sign in their home-land - two Gardens to the right and to the left. "Eat of the Sustenance (provided) by your Lord, and be grateful to Him: a territory fair and happy, and a Lord Oft-Forgiving!		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
31 আপনি তাদের কাছে সে জনপদের অধিবাসীদের দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করুন, যখন সেখানে রসূল আগমন করেছিলেন।
Set forth to them, by way of a parable, the (story of) the Companions of the City. Behold!, there came messengers to it.		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
32 আমি যদি একে অনারব ভাষায় কোরআন করতাম, তবে অবশ্যই তারা বলত, এর আয়াতসমূহ পরিস্কার ভাষায় বিবৃত হয়নি কেন? কি আশ্চর্য যে, কিতাব অনারব ভাষায় আর রসূল আরবী ভাষী! বলুন, এটা বিশ্বাসীদের জন্য হেদায়েত ও রোগের প্রতিকার। যারা মুমিন নয়, তাদের কানে আছে ছিপি, আর কোরআন তাদের জন্যে অন্ধত্ব। তাদেরকে যেন দূরবর্তী স্থান থেকে আহবান করা হয়।
Had We sent this as a Qur'an (in the language) other than Arabic, they would have said: "Why are not its verses explained in detail? What! (a Book) not in Arabic and (a Messenger an Arab?" Say: "It is a Guide and a Healing to those who believe; and for those who believe not, there is a deafness in their ears, and it is blindness in their (eyes): They are (as it were) being called from a place far distant!"		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
33 আকাশ উপর থেকে ফেটে পড়ার উপক্রম হয় আর তখন ফেরেশতাগণ তাদের পালনকর্তার প্রশংসাসহ পবিত্রতা বর্ণনা করে এবং পৃথিবীবাসীদের জন্যে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করে। শুনে রাখ, আল্লাহই ক্ষমাশীল, পরম করুনাময়।
The heavens are almost rent asunder from above them (by Him Glory): and the angels celebrate the Praises of their Lord, and pray for forgiveness for (all) beings on earth: Behold! Verily Allah is He, the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
34 আমি জেনেশুনে তাদেরকে বিশ্ববাসীদের উপর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব দিয়েছিলাম।
And We chose them aforetime above the nations, knowingly,		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
35 আর তোমাদের সৃষ্টিতে এবং চারদিকে ছড়িয়ে রাখা জীব জন্তুর সৃজনের মধ্যেও নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে বিশ্বাসীদের জন্য।
And in the creation of yourselves and the fact that animals are scattered (through the earth), are Signs for those of assured Faith.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
36 মরুবাসীদের মধ্যে যারা গৃহে বসে রয়েছে, তারা আপনাকে বলবেঃ আমরা আমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও পরিবার-পরিজনের কাজে ব্যস্ত ছিলাম। অতএব, আমাদের পাপ মার্জনা করান। তারা মুখে এমন কথা বলবে, যা তাদের অন্তরে নেই। বলুনঃ আল্লাহ তোমাদের ক্ষতি অথবা উপকার সাধনের ইচ্ছা করলে কে তাকে বিরত রাখতে পারে? বরং তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে বিষয় পরিপূর্ণ জ্ঞাত।
The desert Arabs who lagged behind will say to thee: "We were engaged in (looking after) our flocks and herds, and our families: do thou then ask forgiveness for us." They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say: "Who then has any power at all (to intervene) on your behalf with Allah, if His Will is to give you some loss or to give you some profit? But Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do.		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
37 গৃহে অবস্থানকারী মরুবাসীদেরকে বলে দিনঃ আগামীতে তোমরা এক প্রবল পরাক্রান্ত জাতির সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে আহুত হবে। তোমরা তাদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করবে, যতক্ষণ না তারা মুসলমান হয়ে যায়। তখন যদি তোমরা নির্দেশ পালন কর, তবে আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে উত্তম পুরস্কার দিবেন। আর যদি পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন কর যেমন ইতিপূর্বে পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করেছ, তবে তিনি তোমাদেরকে যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শাস্তি দিবেন।
Say to the desert Arabs who lagged behind: "Ye shall be summoned (to fight) against a people given to vehement war: then shall ye fight, or they shall submit. Then if ye show obedience, Allah will grant you a goodly reward, but if ye turn back as ye did before, He will punish you with a grievous Penalty."		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
38 আমি সেই বৃক্ষকে করেছি স্মরণিকা এবং মরুবাসীদের জন্য সামগ্রী।
We have made it a memorial (of Our handiwork), and an article of comfort and convenience for the denizens of deserts.		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩)
39 আল্লাহ জনপদবাসীদের কাছ থেকে তাঁর রসূলকে যা দিয়েছেন, তা আল্লাহর, রসূলের, তাঁর আত্নীয়-স্বজনের, ইয়াতীমদের, অভাবগ্রস্তদের এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, যাতে ধনৈশ্বর্য্য কেবল তোমাদের বিত্তশালীদের মধ্যেই পুঞ্জীভূত না হয়। রসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেন, তা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা নিষেধ করেন, তা থেকে বিরত থাক এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা।
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
40 তারা আরও বলবেঃ যদি আমরা শুনতাম অথবা বুদ্ধি খাটাতাম, তবে আমরা জাহান্নামবাসীদের মধ্যে থাকতাম না।
They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!"		 (আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
41 আমরা জানি না পৃথিবীবাসীদের অমঙ্গল সাধন করা অভীষ্ট, না তাদের পালনকর্তা তাদের মঙ্গল সাধন করার ইচ্ছা রাখেন।
'And we understand not whether ill is intended to those on earth, or whether their Lord (really) intends to guide them to right conduct.		 (আল জিন:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
42 আমি অবিশ্বাসীদের জন্যে প্রস্তুত রেখেছি শিকল, বেড়ি ও প্রজ্বলিত অগ্নি।
For the Rejecters we have prepared chains, yokes, and a blazing Fire.		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
43 এটা তো কেবল বিশ্বাবাসীদের জন্যে উপদেশ,
Verily this is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds:		 (আত-তাকভীর:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
44 যারা অপরাধী, তারা বিশ্বাসীদেরকে উপহাস করত।
Those in sin used to laugh at those who believed,		 (আত-তাতফীফ:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
45 আর যখন তারা বিশ্বাসীদেরকে দেখত, তখন বলত, নিশ্চয় এরা বিভ্রান্ত।
And whenever they saw them, they would say, "Behold! These are the people truly astray!"		 (আত-তাতফীফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
46 অথচ তারা বিশ্বাসীদের তত্ত্বাবধায়করূপে প্রেরিত হয়নি।
But they had not been sent as keepers over them!		 (আত-তাতফীফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
47 এবং তারা বিশ্বাসীদের সাথে যা করেছিল, তা নিরীক্ষণ করছিল।
And they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers.		 (আল বুরূজ:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
