তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের উদ্ভাবক। যখন তিনি কোন কার্য সম্পাদনের সিন্ধান্ত নেন, তখন সেটিকে একথাই বলেন, ‘হয়ে যাও’ তৎক্ষণাৎ তা হয়ে যায়।
To Him is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: When He decreeth a matter, He saith to it: "Be," and it is. |
(আল বাকারা:

তারা কাফের, যারা বলে যে, মরিময়-তনয় মসীহ-ই আল্লাহ; অথচ মসীহ বলেন, হে বণী-ইসরাঈল, তোমরা আল্লাহর এবাদত কর, যিনি আমার পালন কর্তা এবং তোমাদেরও পালনকর্তা। নিশ্চয় যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর সাথে অংশীদার স্থির করে, আল্লাহ তার জন্যে জান্নাত হারাম করে দেন। এবং তার বাসস্থান হয় জাহান্নাম। অত্যাচারীদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
They do blaspheme who say: "Allah is Christ the son of Mary." But said Christ: "O Children of Israel! worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Whoever joins other gods with Allah,- Allah will forbid him the garden, and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help. |

তিনি বলেন, উহা তোমাদের কাছে আল্লাহই আনবেন, যদি তিনি ইচ্ছা করেন তখন তোমরা পালিয়ে তাঁকে অপারগ করতে পারবে না।
He said: "Truly, Allah will bring it on you if He wills,- and then, ye will not be able to frustrate it! |

আল্লাহ বলেন, হে নূহ! নিশ্চয় সে আপনার পরিবারভুক্ত নয়। নিশ্চই সে দুরাচার! সুতরাং আমার কাছে এমন দরখাস্ত করবেন না, যার খবর আপনি জানেন না। আমি আপনাকে উপপদেশ দিচ্ছি যে, আপনি অজ্ঞদের দলভুক্ত হবেন না।
He said: "O Noah! He is not of thy family: For his conduct is unrighteous. So ask not of Me that of which thou hast no knowledge! I give thee counsel, lest thou act like the ignorant!" |

আল্লাহ বলেন, কখনই নয় তোমরা উভয়ে যাও আমার নিদর্শনাবলী নিয়ে। আমি তোমাদের সাথে থেকে শোনব।
Allah said: "By no means! proceed then, both of you, with Our Signs; We are with you, and will listen (to your call). |
(আশ-শো'আরা:

তোমাদের পালনকর্তা বলেন, তোমরা আমাকে ডাক, আমি সাড়া দেব। যারা আমার এবাদতে অহংকার করে তারা সত্বরই জাহান্নামে দাখিল হবে লাঞ্ছিত হয়ে।
And your Lord says: "Call on Me; I will answer your (Prayer): but those who are too arrogant to serve Me will surely find themselves in Hell - in humiliation!" |

তিনিই জীবিত করেন এবং মৃত্যু দেন। যখন তিনি কোন কাজের আদেশ করেন, তখন একথাই বলেন, হয়ে যা’-তা হয়ে যায়।
It is He Who gives Life and Death; and when He decides upon an affair, He says to it, "Be", and it is. |
