নিঃসন্দেহে সর্বপ্রথম ঘর যা মানুষের জন্যে নির্ধারিত হয়েছে, সেটাই হচ্ছে এ ঘর, যা মক্কায় অবস্থিত এবং সারা জাহানের মানুষের জন্য হেদায়েত ও বরকতময়।
The first House (of worship) appointed for men was that at Bakka: Full of blessing and of guidance for all kinds of beings: |

এ কোরআন এমন গ্রন্থ, যা আমি অবতীর্ন করেছি; বরকতময়, পূর্ববর্তী গ্রন্থের সত্যতা প্রমাণকারী এবং যাতে আপনি মক্কাবাসী ও পাশ্ববর্তীদেরকে ভয় প্রদর্শন করেন। যারা পরকালে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে তারা এর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং তার স্বীয় নামায সংরক্ষণ করে।
And this is a Book which We have sent down, bringing blessings, and confirming (the revelations) which came before it: that thou mayest warn the mother of cities and all around her. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in this (Book), and they are constant in guarding their prayers. |

নিশ্চয় তোমাদের প্রতিপালক আল্লাহ। তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলকে ছয় দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। অতঃপর আরশের উপর অধিষ্টিত হয়েছেন। তিনি পরিয়ে দেন রাতের উপর দিনকে এমতাবস্থায় যে, দিন দৌড়ে রাতের পিছনে আসে। তিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন সূর্য, চন্দ্র ও নক্ষত্র দৌড় স্বীয় আদেশের অনুগামী। শুনে রেখ, তাঁরই কাজ সৃষ্টি করা এবং আদেশ দান করা। আল্লাহ, বরকতময় যিনি বিশ্বজগতের প্রতিপালক।
Your Guardian-Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority): He draweth the night as a veil o'er the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession: He created the sun, the moon, and the stars, (all) governed by laws under His command. Is it not His to create and to govern? Blessed be Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds! |

আর যাদেরকে দুর্বল মনে করা হত তাদেরকেও আমি উত্তরাধিকার দান করেছি এ ভুখন্ডের পূর্ব ও পশ্চিম অঞ্চলের যাতে আমি বরকত সন্নিহিত রেখেছি এবং পরিপূর্ণ হয়ে গেছে তোমার পালনকর্তার প্রতিশ্রুত কল্যাণ বনী-ইসরাঈলদের জন্য তাদের ধৈর্য্যধারণের দরুন। আর ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছে সে সবকিছু যা তৈরী করেছিল ফেরাউন ও তার সম্প্রদায় এবং ধ্বংস করেছি যা কিছু তারা সুউচ্চ নির্মাণ করেছিল।
And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both east and west, - lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We levelled to the ground the great works and fine buildings which Pharaoh and his people erected (with such pride). |

তাদের মালামাল থেকে যাকাত গ্রহণ কর যাতে তুমি সেগুলোকে পবিত্র করতে এবং সেগুলোকে বরকতময় করতে পার এর মাধ্যমে। আর তুমি তাদের জন্য দোয়া কর, নিঃসন্দেহে তোমার দোয়া তাদের জন্য সান্ত্বনা স্বরূপ। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ সবকিছুই শোনেন, জানেন।
Of their goods, take alms, that so thou mightest purify and sanctify them; and pray on their behalf. Verily thy prayers are a source of security for them: And Allah is One Who heareth and knoweth. |
(আত তাওবাহ:

হুকুম হল-হে নূহ (আঃ)! আমার পক্ষ হতে নিরাপত্তা এবং আপনার নিজের ও সঙ্গীয় সম্প্রদায়গুলির উপর বরকত সহকারে অবতরণ করুণ। আর অন্যান্য যেসব সম্প্রদায় রয়েছে আমি তাদের কেও উপকৃত হতে দেব। অতঃপর তাদের উপর আমার দরুন আযাব আপতিত হবে।
The word came: "O Noah! Come down (from the Ark) with peace from Us, and blessing on thee and on some of the peoples (who will spring) from those with thee: but (there will be other) peoples to whom We shall grant their pleasures (for a time), but in the end will a grievous penalty reach them from Us." |
(হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮) |

তারা বলল-তুমি আল্লাহর হুকুম সম্পর্কে বিস্ময়বোধ করছ? হে গৃহবাসীরা, তোমাদের উপর আল্লাহর রহমত ও প্রভুত বরকত রয়েছে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ প্রশংসিত মহিমাময়।
They said: "Dost thou wonder at Allah's decree? The grace of Allah and His blessings on you, o ye people of the house! for He is indeed worthy of all praise, full of all glory!" |

পরম পবিত্র ও মহিমাময় সত্তা তিনি, যিনি স্বীয় বান্দাকে রাত্রি বেলায় ভ্রমণ করিয়েছিলেন মসজিদে হারাম থেকে মসজিদে আকসা পর্যান্ত-যার চার দিকে আমি পর্যাপ্ত বরকত দান করেছি যাতে আমি তাঁকে কুদরতের কিছু নিদর্শন দেখিয়ে দেই। নিশ্চয়ই তিনি পরম শ্রবণকারী ও দর্শনশীল।
Glory to (Allah) Who did take His servant for a Journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the farthest Mosque, whose precincts We did bless,- in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who heareth and seeth (all things). |

আমি যেখানেই থাকি, তিনি আমাকে বরকতময় করেছেন। তিনি আমাকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, যতদিন জীবিত থাকি, ততদিন নামায ও যাকাত আদায় করতে।
"And He hath made me blessed wheresoever I be, and hath enjoined on me Prayer and Charity as long as I live; |
(মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৩১) |

এবং এটা একটা বরকতময় উপদেশ, যা আমি নাযিল করেছি। অতএব তোমরা কি একে অস্বীকার কর?
And this is a blessed Message which We have sent down: will ye then reject it? |
(আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৫০) |

তাকে এবং ইসহাককে আমি বরকত দান করেছি। তাদের বংশধরদের মধ্যে কতক সৎকর্মী এবং কতক নিজেদের উপর স্পষ্ট জুলুমকারী।
We blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls. |
(আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ১১৩) |

এটি একটি বরকতময় কিতাব, যা আমি আপনার প্রতি বরকত হিসেবে অবতীর্ণ করেছি, যাতে মানুষ এর আয়াতসূহ লক্ষ্য করে এবং বুদ্ধিমানগণ যেন তা অনুধাবন করে।
(Here is) a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition. |
(ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৯) |

আল্লাহ, পৃথিবীকে করেছেন তোমাদের জন্যে বাসস্থান, আকাশকে করেছেন ছাদ এবং তিনি তোমাদেরকে আকৃতি দান করেছেন, অতঃপর তোমাদের আকৃতি সুন্দর করেছেন এবং তিনি তোমাদেরকে দান করেছেন পরিচ্ছন্ন রিযিক। তিনি আল্লাহ, তোমাদের পালনকর্তা। বিশ্বজগতের পালনকর্তা, আল্লাহ বরকতময়।
It is Allah Who has made for you the earth as a resting place, and the sky as a canopy, and has given you shape- and made your shapes beautiful,- and has provided for you Sustenance, of things pure and good;- such is Allah your Lord. So Glory to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds! |
(আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৬৪) |

বরকতময় তিনিই, নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু যার। তাঁরই কাছে আছে কেয়ামতের জ্ঞান এবং তাঁরই দিকে তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে।
And blessed is He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all between them: with Him is the Knowledge of the Hour (of Judgment): and to Him shall ye be brought back. |
(যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫) |

আমি একে নাযিল করেছি। এক বরকতময় রাতে, নিশ্চয় আমি সতর্ককারী।
We sent it down during a Blessed Night: for We (ever) wish to warn (against Evil). |
(আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |
