যদি তোমরা এক স্ত্রীর স্থলে অন্য স্ত্রী পরিবর্তন করতে ইচ্ছা কর এবং তাদের একজনকে প্রচুর ধন-সম্পদ প্রদান করে থাক, তবে তা থেকে কিছুই ফেরত গ্রহণ করো না। তোমরা কি তা অন্যায়ভাবে ও প্রকাশ্য গোনাহর মাধ্যমে গ্রহণ করবে?
But if ye decide to take one wife in place of another, even if ye had given the latter a whole treasure for dower, Take not the least bit of it back: Would ye take it by slander and manifest wrong? |

নবীর পক্ষে উচিত নয় বন্দীদিগকে নিজের কাছে রাখা, যতক্ষণ না দেশময় প্রচুর রক্তপাত ঘটাবে। তোমরা পার্থিব সম্পদ কামনা কর, অথচ আল্লাহ চান আখেরাত। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন পরাক্রমশালী হেকমতওয়ালা।
It is not fitting for a prophet that he should have prisoners of war until he hath thoroughly subdued the land. Ye look for the temporal goods of this world; but Allah looketh to the Hereafter: And Allah is Exalted in might, Wise. |

তোমরা বের হয়ে পড় স্বল্প বা প্রচুর সরঞ্জামের সাথে এবং জেহাদ কর আল্লাহর পথে নিজেদের মাল ও জান দিয়ে, এটি তোমাদের জন্যে অতি উত্তম, যদি তোমরা বুঝতে পার।
Go ye forth, (whether equipped) lightly or heavily, and strive and struggle, with your goods and your persons, in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if ye (but) knew. |

তাদের কাহিনীতে বুদ্ধিমানদের জন্য রয়েছে প্রচুর শিক্ষণীয় বিষয়, এটা কোন মনগড়া কথা নয়, কিন্তু যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে তাদের জন্যে পূর্বেকার কালামের সমর্থন এবং প্রত্যেক বস্তুর বিবরণ রহমত ও হেদায়েত।
There is, in their stories, instruction for men endued with understanding. It is not a tale invented, but a confirmation of what went before it,- a detailed exposition of all things, and a guide and a mercy to any such as believe. |

আল্লাহ দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করেছেন একটি জনপদের, যা ছিল নিরাপদ ও নিশ্চিন্ত, তথায় প্রত্যেক জায়গা থেকে আসত প্রচুর জীবনোপকরণ। অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর নেয়ামতের প্রতি অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করল। তখন আল্লাহ তাদেরকে তাদের কৃতকর্মের কারণে স্বাদ আস্বাদন করালেন, ক্ষুধা ও ভীতির।
Allah sets forth a Parable: a city enjoying security and quiet, abundantly supplied with sustenance from every place: Yet was it ungrateful for the favours of Allah: so Allah made it taste of hunger and terror (in extremes) (closing in on it) like a garment (from every side), because of the (evil) which (its people) wrought. |

অতঃপর আমি তা দ্বারা তোমাদের জন্যে খেজুর ও আঙ্গুরের বাগান সৃষ্টি করেছি। তোমাদের জন্যে এতে প্রচুর ফল আছে এবং তোমরা তা থেকে আহার করে থাক।
With it We grow for you gardens of date-palms and vines: in them have ye abundant fruits: and of them ye eat (and have enjoyment),- |

এবং তোমাদের জন্যে চতুস্পদ জন্তু সমূহের মধ্যে চিন্তা করার বিষয় রয়েছে। আমি তোমাদেরকে তাদের উদরস্থিত বস্তু থেকে পান করাই এবং তোমাদের জন্যে তাদের মধ্যে প্রচুর উপকারিতা আছে। তোমরা তাদের কতককে ভক্ষণ কর।
And in cattle (too) ye have an instructive example: from within their bodies We produce (milk) for you to drink; there are, in them, (besides), numerous (other) benefits for you; and of their (meat) ye eat; |

যদি আল্লাহ তাঁর সকল বান্দাকে প্রচুর রিযিক দিতেন, তবে তারা পৃথিবীতে বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি করত। কিন্তু তিনি যে পরিমাণ ইচ্ছা সে পরিমাণ নাযিল করেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি তাঁর বান্দাদের খবর রাখেন ও সবকিছু দেখেন।
If Allah were to enlarge the provision for His Servants, they would indeed transgress beyond all bounds through the earth; but he sends (it) down in due measure as He pleases. For He is with His Servants Well-acquainted, Watchful. |

আয়াতঃ ২৭) |

তথায় তোমাদের জন্যে আছে প্রচুর ফল-মূল, তা থেকে তোমরা আহার করবে।
Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. |
(যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩) |

ও প্রচুর ফল-মূলে,
And fruit in abundance. |
(আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |
| 11 |
আর এই প্রত্যাদেশ করা হয়েছে যে, তারা যদি সত্যপথে কায়েম থাকত, তবে আমি তাদেরকে প্রচুর পানি বর্ষণে সিক্ত করতাম।
(And Allah's Message is): "If they (the Pagans) had (only) remained on the (right) Way, We should certainly have bestowed on them Rain in abundance. |

আমি জলধর মেঘমালা থেকে প্রচুর বৃষ্টিপাত করি,
And do We not send down from the clouds water in abundance, |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১৪) |

সে বলেঃ আমি প্রচুর ধন-সম্পদ ব্যয় করেছি।
He may say (boastfully); Wealth have I squandered in abundance! |
(আল বালাদ:
