সেসমস্ত লোক, যারা আনুগত্য অবলম্বন করে এ রসূলের, যিনি উম্মী নবী, যাঁর সম্পর্কে তারা নিজেদের কাছে রক্ষিত তওরাত ও ইঞ্জিলে লেখা দেখতে পায়, তিনি তাদেরকে নির্দেশ দেন সৎকর্মের, বারণ করেন অসৎকর্ম থেকে; তাদের জন্য যাবতীয় পবিত্র বস্তু হালাল ঘোষনা করেন ও নিষিদ্ধ করেন হারাম বস্তুসমূহ এবং তাদের উপর থেকে সে বোঝা নামিয়ে দেন এবং বন্দীত্ব অপসারণ করেন যা তাদের উপর বিদ্যমান ছিল। সুতরাং যেসব লোক তাঁর উপর ঈমান এনেছে, তাঁর সাহচর্য অবলম্বন করেছে, তাঁকে সাহায্য করেছে এবং সে নূরের অনুসরণ করেছে যা তার সাথে অবতীর্ণ করা হয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র তারাই নিজেদের উদ্দেশ্য সফলতা অর্জন করতে পেরেছে।
"Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper." |

আরও বলঃ পালনকর্তা, আমাকে কল্যাণকর ভাবে নামিয়ে দাও, তুমি শ্রেষ্ঠ অবতারণকারী।
And say: "O my Lord! enable me to disembark with thy blessing: for Thou art the Best to enable (us) to disembark." |

সেদিন আকাশ মেঘমালাসহ বিদীর্ণ হবে এবং সেদিন ফেরেশতাদের নামিয়ে দেয়া হবে,
The Day the heaven shall be rent asunder with clouds, and angels shall be sent down, descending (in ranks),- |

কিতাবীদের মধ্যে যারা কাফেরদের পৃষ্টপোষকতা করেছিল, তাদেরকে তিনি তাদের দূর্গ থেকে নামিয়ে দিলেন এবং তাদের অন্তরে ভীতি নিক্ষেপ করলেন। ফলে তোমরা একদলকে হত্যা করছ এবং একদলকে বন্দী করছ।
And those of the People of the Book who aided them - Allah did take them down from their strongholds and cast terror into their hearts. (So that) some ye slew, and some ye made prisoners. |

তোমরা তা মেঘ থেকে নামিয়ে আন, না আমি বর্ষন করি?
Do ye bring it down (in rain) from the cloud or do We? |
