“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 আর নামায কায়েম কর, যাকাত দান কর এবং নামাযে অবনত হও তাদের সাথে, যারা অবনত হয়।
And be steadfast in prayer; practise regular charity; and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
2 আর তোমরা যখন বললে, হে মূসা, আমরা একই ধরনের খাদ্য-দ্রব্যে কখনও ধৈর্য্যধারণ করব না। কাজেই তুমি তোমার পালনকর্তার নিকট আমাদের পক্ষে প্রার্থনা কর, তিনি যেন আমাদের জন্যে এমন বস্তুসামগ্রী দান করেন যা জমিতে উৎপন্ন হয়, তরকারী, কাকড়ী, গম, মসুরি, পেঁয়াজ প্রভৃতি। মূসা (আঃ) বললেন, তোমরা কি এমন বস্তু নিতে চাও যা নিকৃষ্ট সে বস্তুর পরিবর্তে যা উত্তম? তোমরা কোন নগরীতে উপনীত হও, তাহলেই পাবে যা তোমরা কামনা করছ। আর তাদের উপর আরোপ করা হল লাঞ্ছনা ও পরমুখাপেক্ষিতা। তারা আল্লাহর রোষানলে পতিত হয়ে ঘুরতে থাকল। এমন হলো এ জন্য যে, তারা আল্লাহর বিধি বিধান মানতো না এবং নবীগনকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করত। তার কারণ, তারা ছিল নাফরমান সীমালংঘকারী।
And remember ye said: "O Moses! we cannot endure one kind of food (always); so beseech thy Lord for us to produce for us of what the earth groweth, -its pot-herbs, and cucumbers, Its garlic, lentils, and onions." He said: "Will ye exchange the better for the worse? Go ye down to any town, and ye shall find what ye want!" They were covered with humiliation and misery; they drew on themselves the wrath of Allah. This because they went on rejecting the Signs of Allah and slaying His Messengers without just cause. This because they rebelled and went on transgressing.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৬১)
3 তারা বলেঃ আগুন আমাদিগকে কখনও স্পর্শ করবে না; কিন্তু গণাগনতি কয়েকদিন। বলে দিনঃ তোমরা কি আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে কোন অঙ্গীকার পেয়েছ যে, আল্লাহ কখনও তার খেলাফ করবেন না-না তোমরা যা জান না, তা আল্লাহর সাথে জুড়ে দিচ্ছ।
And they say: "The Fire shall not touch us but for a few numbered days:" Say: "Have ye taken a promise from Allah, for He never breaks His promise? or is it that ye say of Allah what ye do not know?"		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৮০)
4 তারা ঐ শাস্ত্রের অনুসরণ করল, যা সুলায়মানের রাজত্ব কালে শয়তানরা আবৃত্তি করত। সুলায়মান কুফর করেনি; শয়তানরাই কুফর করেছিল। তারা মানুষকে জাদুবিদ্যা এবং বাবেল শহরে হারুত ও মারুত দুই ফেরেশতার প্রতি যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছিল, তা শিক্ষা দিত। তারা উভয়ই একথা না বলে কাউকে শিক্ষা দিত না যে, আমরা পরীক্ষার জন্য; কাজেই তুমি কাফের হয়ো না। অতঃপর তারা তাদের কাছ থেকে এমন জাদু শিখত, যদ্দ্বারা স্বামী ও স্ত্রীর মধ্যে বিচ্ছেদ ঘটে। তারা আল্লাহর আদেশ ছাড়া তদ্দ্বারা কারও অনিষ্ট করতে পারত না। যা তাদের ক্ষতি করে এবং উপকার না করে, তারা তাই শিখে। তারা ভালরূপে জানে যে, যে কেউ জাদু অবলম্বন করে, তার জন্য পরকালে কোন অংশ নেই। যার বিনিময়ে তারা আত্নবিক্রয় করেছে, তা খুবই মন্দ যদি তারা জানত।
They followed what the evil ones gave out (falsely) against the power of Solomon: the blasphemers Were, not Solomon, but the evil ones, teaching men Magic, and such things as came down at babylon to the angels Harut and Marut. But neither of these taught anyone (Such things) without saying: "We are only for trial; so do not blaspheme." They learned from them the means to sow discord between man and wife. But they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's permission. And they learned what harmed them, not what profited them. And they knew that the buyers of (magic) would have no share in the happiness of the Hereafter. And vile was the price for which they did sell their souls, if they but knew!		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১০২)
5 যদি তারা ঈমান আনত এবং খোদাভীরু হত, তবে আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে উত্তম প্রতিদান পেত। যদি তারা জানত।
If they had kept their Faith and guarded themselves from evil, far better had been the reward from their Lord, if they but knew!		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৩)
6 হে মুমিন গণ, তোমরা ‘রায়িনা’ বলো না-‘উনযুরনা’ বল এবং শুনতে থাক। আর কাফেরদের জন্যে রয়েছে বেদনাদায়ক শাস্তি।
O ye of Faith! Say not (to the Messenger) words of ambiguous import, but words of respect; and hearken (to him): To those without Faith is a grievous punishment.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
7 যেমন, আমি পাঠিয়েছি তোমাদেরই মধ্য থেকে তোমাদের জন্যে একজন রসূল, যিনি তোমাদের নিকট আমার বাণীসমুহ পাঠ করবেন এবং তোমাদের পবিত্র করবেন; আর তোমাদের শিক্ষা দেবেন কিতাব ও তাঁর তত্ত্বজ্ঞান এবং শিক্ষা দেবেন এমন বিষয় যা কখনো তোমরা জানতে না।
A similar (favour have ye already received) in that We have sent among you a Messenger of your own, rehearsing to you Our Signs, and sanctifying you, and instructing you in Scripture and Wisdom, and in new knowledge.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫১)
8 নিশ্চয় যারা কুফরী করে এবং কাফের অবস্থায়ই মৃত্যুবরণ করে, সে সমস্ত লোকের প্রতি আল্লাহর ফেরেশতাগনের এবং সমগ্র মানুষের লা’নত।
Those who reject Faith, and die rejecting,- on them is Allah's curse, and the curse of angels, and of all mankind;		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬১)
9 এরা চিরকাল এ লা’নতের মাঝেই থাকবে। তাদের উপর থেকে আযাব কখনও হালকা করা হবে না বরং এরা বিরাম ও পাবে না।
They will abide therein: Their penalty will not be lightened, nor will respite be their (lot).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬২)
10 আর কোন লোক এমনও রয়েছে যারা অন্যান্যকে আল্লাহর সমকক্ষ সাব্যস্ত করে এবং তাদের প্রতি তেমনি ভালবাসা পোষণ করে, যেমন আল্লাহর প্রতি ভালবাসা হয়ে থাকে। কিন্তু যারা আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমানদার তাদের ভালবাসা ওদের তুলনায় বহুগুণ বেশী। আর কতইনা উত্তম হ’ত যদি এ জালেমরা পার্থিব কোন কোন আযাব প্রত্যক্ষ করেই উপলব্ধি করে নিত যে, যাবতীয় ক্ষমতা শুধুমাত্র আল্লাহরই জন্য এবং আল্লাহর আযাবই সবচেয়ে কঠিনতর।
Yet there are men who take (for worship) others besides Allah, as equal (with Allah): They love them as they should love Allah. But those of Faith are overflowing in their love for Allah. If only the unrighteous could see, behold, they would see the penalty: that to Allah belongs all power, and Allah will strongly enforce the penalty.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৫)
11 আর যখন তাদেরকে কেউ বলে যে, সে হুকুমেরই আনুগত্য কর যা আল্লাহ তা’আলা নাযিল করেছেন, তখন তারা বলে কখনো না, আমরা তো সে বিষয়েরই অনুসরণ করব। যাতে আমরা আমাদের বাপ-দাদাদেরকে দেখেছি। যদি ও তাদের বাপ দাদারা কিছুই জানতো না, জানতো না সরল পথও।
When it is said to them: "Follow what Allah hath revealed:" They say: "Nay! we shall follow the ways of our fathers." What! even though their fathers Were void of wisdom and guidance?		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭০)
12 তোমার নিকট তারা জিজ্ঞেস করে নতুন চাঁদের বিষয়ে। বলে দাও যে এটি মানুষের জন্য সময় নির্ধারণ এবং হজ্বের সময় ঠিক করার মাধ্যম। আর পেছনের দিক দিয়ে ঘরে প্রবেশ করার মধ্যে কোন নেকী বা কল্যাণ নেই। অবশ্য নেকী হল আল্লাহকে ভয় করার মধ্যে। আর তোমরা ঘরে প্রবেশ কর দরজা দিয়ে এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক যাতে তোমরা নিজেদের বাসনায় কৃতকার্য হতে পার।
They ask thee concerning the New Moons. Say: They are but signs to mark fixed periods of time in (the affairs of) men, and for Pilgrimage. It is no virtue if ye enter your houses from the back: It is virtue if ye fear Allah. Enter houses through the proper doors: And fear Allah: That ye may prosper.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৯)
13 অতঃপর যদি তোমাদের কারো ব্যাপারে ভয় থাকে, তাহলে পদচারী অবস্থাতেই পড়ে নাও অথবা সওয়ারীর উপরে। তারপর যখন তোমরা নিরাপত্তা পাবে, তখন আল্লাহকে স্মরণ কর, যেভাবে তোমাদের শেখানো হয়েছে, যা তোমরা ইতিপূর্বে জানতে না।
If ye fear (an enemy), pray on foot, or riding, (as may be most convenient), but when ye are in security, celebrate Allah's praises in the manner He has taught you, which ye knew not (before).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩৯)
14 তোমরা যে খয়রাত বা সদ্ব্যয় কর কিংবা কোন মানত কর, আল্লাহ নিশ্চয়ই সেসব কিছুই জানেন। অন্যায়কারীদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
And whatever ye spend in charity or devotion, be sure Allah knows it all. But the wrong-doers have no helpers.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭০)
15 খয়রাত ঐ সকল গরীব লোকের জন্যে যারা আল্লাহর পথে আবদ্ধ হয়ে গেছে-জীবিকার সন্ধানে অন্যত্র ঘোরাফেরা করতে সক্ষম নয়। অজ্ঞ লোকেরা যাঞ্চা না করার কারণে তাদেরকে অভাবমুক্ত মনে করে। তোমরা তাদেরকে তাদের লক্ষণ দ্বারা চিনবে। তারা মানুষের কাছে কাকুতি-মিনতি করে ভিক্ষা চায় না। তোমরা যে অর্থ ব্যয় করবে, তা আল্লাহ তা’আলা অবশ্যই পরিজ্ঞাত।
(Charity is) for those in need, who, in Allah's cause are restricted (from travel), and cannot move about in the land, seeking (For trade or work): the ignorant man thinks, because of their modesty, that they are free from want. Thou shalt know them by their (Unfailing) mark: They beg not importunately from all the sundry. And whatever of good ye give, be assured Allah knoweth it well.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭৩)
16 মুমিনগন যেন অন্য মুমিনকে ছেড়ে কেন কাফেরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ না করে। যারা এরূপ করবে আল্লাহর সাথে তাদের কেন সম্পর্ক থাকবে না। তবে যদি তোমরা তাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোন অনিষ্টের আশঙ্কা কর, তবে তাদের সাথে সাবধানতার সাথে থাকবে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাঁর সম্পর্কে তোমাদের সতর্ক করেছেন। এবং সবাই কে তাঁর কাছে ফিরে যেতে হবে।
Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: except by way of precaution, that ye may Guard yourselves from them. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
17 বলে দিন, তোমরা যদি মনের কথা গোপন করে রাখ অথবা প্রকাশ করে দাও, আল্লাহ সে সবই জানতে পারেন। আর আসমান ও জমিনে যা কিছু আছে, সেসব ও তিনি জানেন। আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে শক্তিমান।
Say: "Whether ye hide what is in your hearts or reveal it, Allah knows it all: He knows what is in the heavens, and what is on earth. And Allah has power over all things.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
18 শোন! ইতিপূর্বে তোমরা যে বিষয়ে কিছু জানতে, তাই নিয়ে বিবাদ করতে। এখন আবার যে বিষয়ে তোমরা কিছুই জান না, সে বিষয়ে কেন বিবাদ করছ?
Ah! Ye are those who fell to disputing (Even) in matters of which ye had some knowledge! but why dispute ye in matters of which ye have no knowledge? It is Allah Who knows, and ye who know not!		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬)
19 কোন কোন আহলে কিতাব এমনও রয়েছে, তোমরা যদি তাদের কাছে বহু ধন-সম্পদ আমানত রাখ, তাহলেও তা তোমাদের যথারীতি পরিশোধ করবে। আর তোদের মধ্যে অনেক এমনও রয়েছে যারা একটি দীনার গচ্ছিত রাখলেও ফেরত দেবে না-যে পর্যন্ত না তুমি তার মাথার উপর দাঁড়াতে পারবে। এটা এজন্য যে, তারা বলে রেখেছে যে, উম্মীদের অধিকার বিনষ্ট করাতে আমাদের কোন পাপ নেই। আর তারা আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে জেনে শুনেই মিথ্যা বলে।
Among the People of the Book are some who, if entrusted with a hoard of gold, will (readily) pay it back; others, who, if entrusted with a single silver coin, will not repay it unless thou constantly stoodest demanding, because, they say, "there is no call on us (to keep faith) with these ignorant (Pagans)." but they tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৭৫)
20 তোমরাই হলে সর্বোত্তম উম্মত, মানবজাতির কল্যানের জন্যেই তোমাদের উদ্ভব ঘটানো হয়েছে। তোমরা সৎকাজের নির্দেশ দান করবে ও অন্যায় কাজে বাধা দেবে এবং আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান আনবে। আর আহলে-কিতাবরা যদি ঈমান আনতো, তাহলে তা তাদের জন্য মঙ্গলকর হতো। তাদের মধ্যে কিছু তো রয়েছে ঈমানদার আর অধিকাংশই হলো পাপাচারী।
Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it were best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১১০)
21 তোমরা যদি আহত হয়ে থাক, তবে তারাও তো তেমনি আহত হয়েছে। আর এ দিনগুলোকে আমি মানুষের মধ্যে পালাক্রমে আবর্তন ঘটিয়ে থাকি। এভাবে আল্লাহ জানতে চান কারা ঈমানদার আর তিনি তোমাদের কিছু লোককে শহীদ হিসাবে গ্রহণ করতে চান। আর আল্লাহ অত্যাচারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন না।
If a wound hath touched you, be sure a similar wound hath touched the others. Such days (of varying fortunes) We give to men and men by turns: that Allah may know those that believe, and that He may take to Himself from your ranks Martyr-witnesses (to Truth). And Allah loveth not those that do wrong.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৪০)
22 আর আল্লাহ সে ওয়াদাকে সত্যে পরিণত করেছেন, যখন তোমরা তাঁরই নির্দেশে ওদের খতম করছিলে। এমনকি যখন তোমরা ছত্রভঙ্গ হয়ে পড়েছে ও কর্তব্য স্থির করার ব্যাপারে বিবাদে লিপ্ত হয়েছে। আর যা তোমরা চাইতে তা দেখার পর কৃতঘ্নতা প্রদর্শন করেছ, তাতে তোমাদের কারো কাম্য ছিল দুনিয়া আর কারো বা কাম্য ছিল আখেরাত। অতঃপর তোমাদিগকে সরিয়ে দিলেন ওদের উপর থেকে যাতে তোমাদিগকে পরীক্ষা করেন। বস্তুতঃ তিনি তোমাদিগকে ক্ষমা করেছেন। আর আল্লাহর মুমিনদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহশীল।
Allah did indeed fulfil His promise to you when ye with His permission Were about to annihilate your enemy,-until ye flinched and fell to disputing about the order, and disobeyed it after He brought you in sight (of the booty) which ye covet. Among you are some that hanker after this world and some that desire the Hereafter. Then did He divert you from your foes in order to test you but He forgave you: For Allah is full of grace to those who believe.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৫২)
23 এবং তাদেরকে যাতে সনাক্ত করা যায় যারা মুনাফিক ছিল। আর তাদেরকে বলা হল এসো, আল্লাহর রাহে লড়াই কর কিংবা শত্রুদিগকে প্রতিহত কর। তারা বলেছিল, আমরা যদি জানতাম যে, লড়াই হবে, তাহলে অবশ্যই তোমাদের সাথে থাকতাম। সে দিন তারা ঈমানের তুলনায় কুফরীর কাছাকাছি ছিল। যা তাদের অন্তরে নেই তারা নিজের মুখে সে কথাই বলে বস্তুতঃআল্লাহ ভালভাবে জানেন তারা যা কিছু গোপন করে থাকে।
And the Hypocrites also. These were told: "Come, fight in the way of Allah, or (at least) drive (The foe from your city)." They said: "Had we known how to fight, we should certainly have followed you." They were that day nearer to Unbelief than to Faith, saying with their lips what was not in their hearts but Allah hath full knowledge of all they conceal.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৭)
24 ওরা হলো যে সব লোক, যারা বসে থেকে নিজেদের ভাইদের সম্বদ্ধে বলে, যদি তারা আমাদের কথা শুনত, তবে নিহত হত না। তাদেরকে বলে দিন, এবার তোমাদের নিজেদের উপর থেকে মৃত্যুকে সরিয়ে দাও, যদি তোমরা সত্যবাদী হয়ে থাক।
(They are) the ones that say, (of their brethren slain), while they themselves sit (at ease): "If only they had listened to us they would not have been slain." Say: "Avert death from your own selves, if ye speak the truth."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৮)
25 কাফেররা যেন মনে না করে যে আমি যে, অবকাশ দান করি, তা তাদের পক্ষে কল্যাণকর। আমি তো তাদেরকে অবকাশ দেই যাতে করে তারা পাপে উন্নতি লাভ করতে পারে। বস্তুতঃ তাদের জন্য রয়েছে লাঞ্ছনাজনক শাস্তি।
Let not the Unbelievers think that our respite to them is good for themselves: We grant them respite that they may grow in their iniquity: But they will have a shameful punishment.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৮)
26 আর আহলে কিতাবদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ এমনও রয়েছে, যারা আল্লাহর উপর ঈমান আনে এবং যা কিছু তোমার উপর অবতীর্ণ হয় আর যা কিছু তাদের উপর অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে সেগুলোর উপর, আল্লাহর সামনে বিনয়াবনত থাকে এবং আল্লার আয়াতসমুহকে স্বল্পমুল্যের বিনিময়ে সওদা করে না, তারাই হলো সে লোক যাদের জন্য পারিশ্রমিক রয়েছে তাদের পালনকর্তার নিকট। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ যথাশীঘ্র হিসাব চুকিয়ে দেন।
And there are, certainly, among the People of the Book, those who believe in Allah, in the revelation to you, and in the revelation to them, bowing in humility to Allah: They will not sell the Signs of Allah for a miserable gain! For them is a reward with their Lord, and Allah is swift in account.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৯৯)
27 অবশ্যই আল্লাহ তাদের তওবা কবুল করবেন, যারা ভূলবশতঃ মন্দ কাজ করে, অতঃপর অনতিবিলম্বে তওবা করে; এরাই হল সেসব লোক যাদেরকে আল্লাহ ক্ষমা করে দেন। আল্লাহ মহাজ্ঞানী, রহস্যবিদ।
Allah accept the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and repent soon afterwards; to them will Allah turn in mercy: For Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
28 আর কিই বা ক্ষতি হত তাদের যদি তারা ঈমান আনত আল্লাহর উপর কেয়ামত দিবসের উপর এবং যদি ব্যয় করত আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত রিযিক থেকে! অথচ আল্লাহ, তাদের ব্যাপারে যথার্থভাবেই অবগত।
And what burden Were it on them if they had faith in Allah and in the Last Day, and they spent out of what Allah hath given them for sustenance? For Allah hath full knowledge of them.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
29 এরা হলো সে সমস্ত লোক, যাদের উপর লা’নত করেছেন আল্লাহ তা’আলা স্বয়ং। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ যার উপর লা’নত করেন তুমি তার কোন সাহায্যকারী খুঁজে পাবে না।
They are (men) whom Allah hath cursed: And those whom Allah Hath cursed, thou wilt find, have no one to help.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
30 নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে নির্দেশ দেন যে, তোমরা যেন প্রাপ্য আমানতসমূহ প্রাপকদের নিকট পৌছে দাও। আর যখন তোমরা মানুষের কোন বিচার-মীমাংসা করতে আরম্ভ কর, তখন মীমাংসা কর ন্যায় ভিত্তিক। আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে সদুপদেশ দান করেন। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ শ্রবণকারী, দর্শনকারী।
Allah doth command you to render back your Trusts to those to whom they are due; And when ye judge between man and man, that ye judge with justice: Verily how excellent is the teaching which He giveth you! For Allah is He Who heareth and seeth all things.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৫৮)
31 যদি আপনার প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ ও করুণা না হত, তবে তাদের একদল আপনাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করার সংকল্প করেই ফেলেছিল। তারা পথভ্রান্ত করতে পারে না কিন্তু নিজেদেরকেই এবং আপনার কোন অনিষ্ট করতে পারে না। আল্লাহ আপনার প্রতি ঐশী গ্রন্থ ও প্রজ্ঞা অবতীর্ণ করেছেন এবং আপনাকে এমন বিষয় শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন, যা আপনি জানতেন না। আপনার প্রতি আল্লাহর করুণা অসীম।
But for the Grace of Allah to thee and his Mercy, a party of them would certainly have plotted to lead thee astray. But (in fact) they will only Lead their own souls astray, and to thee they can do no harm in the least. For Allah hath sent down to thee the Book and wisdom and taught thee what thou Knewest not (before): And great is the Grace of Allah unto thee.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৩)
32 যে আল্লাহর নির্দেশের সামনে মস্তক অবনত করে সৎকাজে নিয়োজিত থাকে এবং ইব্রাহীমের ধর্ম অনুসরণ করে, যিনি একনিষ্ঠ ছিলেন, তার চাইতে উত্তম ধর্ম কার? আল্লাহ ইব্রাহীমকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করেছেন।
Who can be better in religion than one who submits his whole self to Allah, does good, and follows the way of Abraham the true in Faith? For Allah did take Abraham for a friend.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৫)
33 যারা একবার মুসলমান হয়ে পরে পুনরায় কাফের হয়ে গেছে, আবার মুসলমান হয়েছে এবং আবারো কাফের হয়েছে এবং কুফরীতেই উন্নতি লাভ করেছে, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে না কখনও ক্ষমা করবেন, না পথ দেখাবেন।
Those who believe, then reject faith, then believe (again) and (again) reject faith, and go on increasing in unbelief,- Allah will not forgive them nor guide them nor guide them on the way.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৭)
34 আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে আল্লাহর উপর, তাঁর রসূলের উপর এবং তাঁদের কারও প্রতি ঈমান আনতে গিয়ে কাউকে বাদ দেয়নি, শীঘ্রই তাদেরকে প্রাপ্য সওয়াব দান করা হবে। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল দয়ালু।
To those who believe in Allah and His messengers and make no distinction between any of the messengers, we shall soon give their (due) rewards: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫২)
35 আর তাদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিশ্রুতি নেবার উদ্দেশ্যে আমি তাদের উপর তূর পর্বতকে তুলে ধরেছিলাম এবং তাদেরকে বলেছিলাম, অবনত মস্তকে দরজায় ঢোক। আর বলেছিলাম, শনিবার দিন সীমালংঘন করো না। এভাবে তাদের কাছ থেকে দৃঢ় অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছিলাম।
And for their covenant we raised over them (the towering height) of Mount (Sinai); and (on another occasion) we said: "Enter the gate with humility"; and (once again) we commanded them: "Transgress not in the matter of the sabbath." And we took from them a solemn covenant.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৪)
36 মানুষ আপনার নিকট ফতোয়া জানতে চায় অতএব, আপনি বলে দিন, আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে কালালাহ এর মীরাস সংক্রান্ত সুস্পষ্ট নির্দেশ বাতলে দিচ্ছেন, যদি কোন পুরুষ মারা যায় এবং তার কোন সন্তানাদি না থাকে এবং এক বোন থাকে, তবে সে পাবে তার পরিত্যাক্ত সম্পত্তির অর্ধেক অংশ এবং সে যদি নিঃসন্তান হয়, তবে তার ভাই তার উত্তরাধিকারী হবে। তা দুই বোন থাকলে তাদের জন্য পরিত্যক্ত সম্পত্তির দুই তৃতীয়াংশ। পক্ষান্তরে যদি ভাই ও বোন উভয়ই থাকে, তবে একজন পুরুষের অংশ দুজন নারীর সমান। তোমরা বিভ্রান্ত হবে আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে সুস্পষ্ট ভাবে জানিয়ে দিচ্ছেন। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন সর্ব বিষয়ে পরিজ্ঞাত।
They ask thee for a legal decision. Say: Allah directs (thus) about those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs. If it is a man that dies, leaving a sister but no child, she shall have half the inheritance: If (such a deceased was) a woman, who left no child, Her brother takes her inheritance: If there are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of the inheritance (between them): if there are brothers and sisters, (they share), the male having twice the share of the female. Thus doth Allah make clear to you (His law), lest ye err. And Allah hath knowledge of all things.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৬)
37 অতঃপর তাদের কোন অপরিচ্ছন্নতা থাকবে না; তবে এটুকুই যে তারা বলবে আমাদের প্রতিপালক আল্লাহর কসম, আমরা মুশরিক ছিলাম না।
There will then be (left) no subterfuge for them but to say: "By Allah our Lord, we were not those who joined gods with Allah."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
38 আর যদি তাদের বিমুখতা আপনার পক্ষে কষ্টকর হয়, তবে আপনি যদি ভূতলে কোন সুড়ঙ্গ অথবা আকাশে কোন সিড়ি অনুসন্ধান করতে সমর্থ হন, অতঃপর তাদের কাছে কোন একটি মোজেযা আনতে পারেন, তবে নিয়ে আসুন। আল্লাহ ইচ্ছা করলে সবাইকে সরল পথে সমবেত করতে পারতেন। অতএব, আপনি নির্বোধদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন না।
If their spurning is hard on thy mind, yet if thou wert able to seek a tunnel in the ground or a ladder to the skies and bring them a sign,- (what good?). If it were Allah's will, He could gather them together unto true guidance: so be not thou amongst those who are swayed by ignorance (and impatience)!		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
39 আর আমি আপনার পূর্ববর্তী উম্মতদের প্রতিও পয়গম্বর প্রেরণ করেছিলাম। অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে অভাব-অনটন ও রোগ-ব্যধি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করেছিলাম যাতে তারা কাকুতি মিনতি করে।
Before thee We sent (messengers) to many nations, and We afflicted the nations with suffering and adversity, that they might learn humility.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
40 অতঃপর তাদের কাছে যখন আমার আযাব আসল, তখন কেন কাকুতি-মিনতি করল না ? বস্তুতঃ তাদের অন্তর কঠোর হয়ে গেল এবং শয়তান তাদের কাছে সুশোভিত করে দেখাল, যে কাজ তারা করছিল।
When the suffering reached them from us, why then did they not learn humility? On the contrary their hearts became hardened, and Satan made their (sinful) acts seem alluring to them.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
41 আর তাদেরকে বিতাড়িত করবেন না, যারা সকাল-বিকাল স্বীয় পালকর্তার এবাদত করে, তাঁর সন্তুষ্টি কামনা করে। তাদের হিসাব বিন্দুমাত্রও আপনার দায়িত্বে নয় এবং আপনার হিসাব বিন্দুমাত্রও তাদের দায়িত্বে নয় যে, আপনি তাদেরকে বিতাড়িত করবেন। নতুবা আপনি অবিচারকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে যাবেন।
Send not away those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking His face. In naught art thou accountable for them, and in naught are they accountable for thee, that thou shouldst turn them away, and thus be (one) of the unjust.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
42 এটি ছিল আমার যুক্তি, যা আমি ইব্রাহীমকে তাঁর সম্প্রަ#2470;ায়ের বিপক্ষে প্রদান করেছিলাম। আমি যাকে ইচ্ছা মর্যাদায় সমুন্নত করি। আপনার পালনকর্তা প্রজ্ঞাময়, মহাজ্ঞানী
That was the reasoning about Us, which We gave to Abraham (to use) against his people: We raise whom We will, degree after degree: for thy Lord is full of wisdom and knowledge.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৮৩)
43 তারা আল্লাহকে যথার্থ মূল্যায়ন করতে পারেনি, যখন তারা বললঃ আল্লাহ কোন মানুষের প্রতি কোন কিছু অবতীর্ণ করেননি। আপনি জিজ্ঞেস করুনঃ ঐ গ্রন্থ কে নাযিল করেছে, যা মূসা নিয়ে এসেছিল ? যা জ্যোতিবিশেষ এবং মানব মন্ডলীর জন্যে হোদায়েতস্বরূপ, যা তোমরা বিক্ষিপ্তপত্রে রেখে লোকদের জন্যে প্রকাশ করছ এবং বহুলাংশকে গোপন করছ। তোমাদেরকে এমন অনেক বিষয় শিক্ষা দেয়া হয়েছে, যা তোমরা এবং তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষরা জানতো না। আপনি বলে দিনঃ আল্লাহ নাযিল করেছেন। অতঃপর তাদেরকে তাদের ক্রীড়ামূলক বৃত্তিতে ব্যাপৃত থাকতে দিন।
No just estimate of Allah do they make when they say: "Nothing doth Allah send down to man (by way of revelation)" Say: "Who then sent down the Book which Moses brought?- a light and guidance to man: But ye make it into (separate) sheets for show, while ye conceal much (of its contents): therein were ye taught that which ye knew not- neither ye nor your fathers." Say: "Allah (sent it down)": Then leave them to plunge in vain discourse and trifling.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৯১)
44 তারা জিনদেরকে আল্লাহর অংশীদার স্থির করে; অথচ তাদেরকে তিনিই সৃস্টি করেছেন। তারা অজ্ঞতাবশতঃ আল্লাহর জন্যে পুত্র ও কন্যা সাব্যস্ত করে নিয়েছে। তিনি পবিত্র ও সমুন্নত, তাদের বর্ননা থেকে।
Yet they make the Jinns equals with Allah, though Allah did create the Jinns; and they falsely, having no knowledge, attribute to Him sons and daughters. Praise and glory be to Him! (for He is) above what they attribute to Him!		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১০০)
45 আপনি বলে দিনঃ হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা স্বস্থানে কাজ করে যাও, আমিও কাজ করি। অচিরেই জানতে পারবে যে, পরিণাম গৃহ কে লাভ করে। নিশ্চয় জালেমরা সুফলপ্রাপ্ত হবে না।
Say: "O my people! Do whatever ye can: I will do (my part): soon will ye know who it is whose end will be (best) in the Hereafter: certain it is that the wrong-doers will not prosper."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৫)
46 এ জন্যে যে, কখনও তোমরা বলতে শুরু করঃ গ্রন্থ তো কেবল আমাদের পূর্ববর্তী দু'সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতিই অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে এবং আমরা সেগুলোর পাঠ ও পঠন সম্পর্কে কিছুই জানতাম না।
Lest ye should say: "The Book was sent down to two Peoples before us, and for our part, we remained unacquainted with all that they learned by assiduous study:"		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৬)
47 তিনিই তোমাদেরকে পৃথিবীতে প্রতিনিধি করেছেন এবং একে অন্যের উপর মর্যাদা সমুন্নত করেছেন, যাতে তোমাদের কে এ বিষয়ে পরীক্ষা করেন, যা তোমাদেরকে দিয়েছেন। আপনার প্রতিপালক দ্রুত শাস্তি দাতা এবং তিনি অত্যন্ত ক্ষমাশীল, দয়ালু।
It is He Who hath made you (His) agents, inheritors of the earth: He hath raised you in ranks, some above others: that He may try you in the gifts He hath given you: for thy Lord is quick in punishment: yet He is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৫)
48 বললেন তুই এখান থেকে যা। এখানে অহংকার করার কোন অধিকার তোর নাই। অতএব তুই বের হয়ে যা। তুই হীনতমদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
(Allah) said: "Get thee down from this: it is not for thee to be arrogant here: get out, for thou art of the meanest (of creatures)."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
49 তোমরা স্বীয় প্রতিপালককে ডাক, কাকুতি-মিনতি করে এবং সংগোপনে। তিনি সীমা অতিক্রমকারীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন না।
Call on your Lord with humility and in private: for Allah loveth not those who trespass beyond bounds.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
50 আর যদি সে জনপদের অধিবাসীরা ঈমান আনত এবং পরহেযগারী অবলম্বন করত, তবে আমি তাদের প্রতি আসমানী ও পার্থিব নেয়ামত সমূহ উম্মুক্ত করে দিতাম। কিন্তু তারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে। সুতরাং আমি তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছি তাদের কৃতকর্মের বদলাতে।
If the people of the towns had but believed and feared Allah, We should indeed have opened out to them (All kinds of) blessings from heaven and earth; but they rejected (the truth), and We brought them to book for their misdeeds.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৬)
51 তাদের নিকট কি একথা প্রকাশিত হয়নি, যারা উত্তারাধিকার লাভ করেছে। সেখানকার লোকদের ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত হবার পর যদি আমি ইচ্ছা করতাম, , তবে তাদেরকে তাদের পাপের দরুন পাকড়াও করে ফেলতাম। বস্তুতঃ আমি মোহর এঁটে দিয়েছি তাদের অন্তরসমূহের উপর। কাজেই এরা শুনতে পায় না।
To those who inherit the earth in succession to its (previous) possessors, is it not a guiding, (lesson) that, if We so willed, We could punish them (too) for their sins, and seal up their hearts so that they could not hear?		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০০)
52 তারপর যখন মূসা নিজ সম্প্রদায়ে ফিরে এলেন রাগাম্বিত ও অনুতপ্ত অবস্থায়, তখন বললেন, আমার অনুপস্থিতিতে তোমরা আমার কি নিকৃষ্ট প্রতিনিধিত্বটাই না করেছ। তোমরা নিজ পরওয়ারদেগারের হুকুম থেকে কি তাড়াহুড়া করে ফেললে এবং সে তখতীগুলো ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দিলেন এবং নিজের ভাইয়ের মাথার চুল চেপে ধরে নিজের দিকে টানতে লাগলেন। ভাই বললেন, হে আমার মায়ের পুত্র, লোকগুলো যে আমাকে দুর্বল মনে করল এবং আমাকে যে মেরে ফেলার উপক্রম করেছিল। সুতরাং আমার উপর আর শত্রুদের হাসিও না। আর আমাকে জালিমদের সারিতে গন্য করো না।
When Moses came back to his people, angry and grieved, he said: "Evil it is that ye have done in my place in my absence: did ye make haste to bring on the judgment of your Lord?" He put down the tablets, seized his brother by (the hair of) his head, and dragged him to him. Aaron said: "Son of my mother! the people did indeed reckon me as naught, and went near to slaying me! Make not the enemies rejoice over my misfortune, nor count thou me amongst the people of sin."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫০)
53 তাদের কি পা আছে, যদ্বারা তারা চলাফেরা করে, কিংবা তাদের কি হাত আছে, যদ্বারা তারা ধরে। অথবা তাদের কি চোখ আছে যদ্বারা তারা দেখতে পায় কিংবা তাদের কি কান আছে যদ্বারা শুনতে পায়? বলে দাও, তোমরা ডাক তোমাদের অংশীদারদিগকে, অতঃপর আমার অমঙ্গল কর এবং আমাকে অবকাশ দিও না।
Have they feet to walk with? Or hands to lay hold with? Or eyes to see with? Or ears to hear with? Say: "Call your 'god-partners', scheme (your worst) against me, and give me no respite!		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯৫)
54 বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ যদি তাদের মধ্যে কিছুমাত্র শুভ চিন্তা জানতেন, তবে তাদেরকে শুনিয়ে দিতেন। আর এখনই যদি তাদের শুনিয়ে দেন, তবে তারা মুখ ঘুরিয়ে পালিয়ে যাবে।
If Allah had found in them any good. He would indeed have made them listen: (As it is), if He had made them listen, they would but have turned back and declined (Faith).		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
55 হে ঈমানদারগণ, খেয়ানত করোনা আল্লাহর সাথে ও রসূলের সাথে এবং খেয়ানত করো না নিজেদের পারস্পরিক আমানতে জেনে-শুনে।
O ye that believe! betray not the trust of Allah and the Messenger, nor misappropriate knowingly things entrusted to you.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
56 আর মুশরিকদের কেউ যদি তোমার কাছে আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করে, তবে তাকে আশ্রয় দেবে, যাতে সে আল্লাহর কালাম শুনতে পায়, অতঃপর তাকে তার নিরাপদ স্থানে পৌছে দেবে। এটি এজন্যে যে এরা জ্ঞান রাখে না।
If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah; and then escort him to where he can be secure. That is because they are men without knowledge.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
57 যদি তোমরা তাকে (রসূলকে) সাহায্য না কর, তবে মনে রেখো, আল্লাহ তার সাহায্য করেছিলেন, যখন তাকে কাফেররা বহিষ্কার করেছিল, তিনি ছিলেন দু’জনের একজন, যখন তারা গুহার মধ্যে ছিলেন। তখন তিনি আপন সঙ্গীকে বললেন বিষন্ন হয়ো না, আল্লাহ আমাদের সাথে আছেন। অতঃপর আল্লাহ তার প্রতি স্বীয় সান্তনা নাযিল করলেন এবং তাঁর সাহায্যে এমন বাহিনী পাঠালেন, যা তোমরা দেখনি। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ কাফেরদের মাথা নীচু করে দিলেন আর আল্লাহর কথাই সদা সমুন্নত এবং আল্লাহ পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
If ye help not (your leader), (it is no matter): for Allah did indeed help him, when the Unbelievers drove him out: he had no more than one companion; they two were in the cave, and he said to his companion, "Have no fear, for Allah is with us": then Allah sent down His peace upon him, and strengthened him with forces which ye saw not, and humbled to the depths the word of the Unbelievers. But the word of Allah is exalted to the heights: for Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
58 অভিযোগের পথ তো তাদের ব্যাপারে রয়েছে, যারা তোমার নিকট অব্যাহতি কামনা করে অথচ তারা সম্পদশালী। যারা পেছনে পড়ে থাকা লোকদের সাথে থাকতে পেরে আনন্দিত হয়েছে। আর আল্লাহ মোহর এঁটে দিয়েছেন তাদের অন্তরসমূহে। বস্তুতঃ তারা জানতেও পারেনি।
The ground (of complaint) is against such as claim exemption while they are rich. They prefer to stay with the (women) who remain behind: Allah hath sealed their hearts; so they know not (What they miss).		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৩)
59 তারা কি একথা জানতে পারেনি যে, আল্লাহ নিজেই স্বীয় বান্দাদের তওবা কবুল করেন এবং যাকাত গ্রহণ করেন? বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহই তওবা কবুলকারী, করুণাময়।
Know they not that Allah doth accept repentance from His votaries and receives their gifts of charity, and that Allah is verily He, the Oft-Returning, Most Merciful?		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
60 তিনিই সে মহান সত্তা, যিনি বানিয়েছেন সুর্যকে উজ্জল আলোকময়, আর চন্দ্রকে স্নিগ্ধ আলো বিতরণকারীরূপে এবং অতঃপর নির্ধারিত করেছেন এর জন্য মনযিল সমূহ, যাতে করে তোমরা চিনতে পার বছরগুলোর সংখ্যা ও হিসাব। আল্লাহ এই সমস্ত কিছু এমনিতেই সৃষ্টি করেননি, কিন্তু যথার্থতার সাথে। তিনি প্রকাশ করেন লক্ষণসমূহ সে সমস্ত লোকের জন্য যাদের জ্ঞান আছে।
It is He Who made the sun to be a shining glory and the moon to be a light (of beauty), and measured out stages for her; that ye might know the number of years and the count (of time). Nowise did Allah create this but in truth and righteousness. (Thus) doth He explain His Signs in detail, for those who understand.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
61 তিনিই তোমাদের ভ্রমন করান স্থলে ও সাগরে। এমনকি যখন তোমরা নৌকাসমূহে আরোহণ করলে আর তা লোকজনকে অনুকূল হাওয়ায় বয়ে নিয়ে চলল এবং তাতে তারা আনন্দিত হল, নৌকাগুলোর উপর এল তীব্র বাতাস, আর সর্বদিক থেকে সেগুলোর উপর ঢেউ আসতে লাগল এবং তারা জানতে পারল যে, তারা অবরুদ্ধ হয়ে পড়েছে, তখন ডাকতে লাগল আল্লাহকে তাঁর এবাদতে নিঃস্বার্থ হয়ে যদি তুমি আমাদেরকে এ বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধার করে তোল, তাহলে নিঃসন্দেহে আমরা কৃতজ্ঞ থাকব।
He it is Who enableth you to traverse through land and sea; so that ye even board ships;- they sail with them with a favourable wind, and they rejoice thereat; then comes a stormy wind and the waves come to them from all sides, and they think they are being overwhelmed: they cry unto Allah, sincerely offering (their) duty unto Him saying, "If thou dost deliver us from this, we shall truly show our gratitude!"		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ২২)
62 যারা সৎকর্ম করেছে তাদের জন্য রয়েছে কল্যাণ এবং তারও চেয়ে বেশী। আর তাদের মুখমন্ডলকে আবৃত করবে না মলিনতা কিংবা অপমান। তারাই হল জান্নাতবাসী, এতেই তারা বসবাস করতে থাকবে অনন্তকাল।
To those who do right is a goodly (reward)- Yea, more (than in measure)! No darkness nor shame shall cover their faces! they are companions of the garden; they will abide therein (for aye)!		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
63 বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ আমাদের ও তোমাদের মাঝে সাক্ষী হিসাবে যথেষ্ট। আমরা তোমাদের বন্দেগী সম্পর্কে জানতাম না।
"Enough is Allah for a witness between us and you: we certainly knew nothing of your worship of us!"		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
64 তারা পৃথিবীতেও আল্লাহকে অপারগ করতে পারবে না এবং আল্লাহ ব্যতীত তাদের কোন সাহায্যকারীও নেই, তাদের জন্য দ্বিগুণ শাস্তি রয়েছে; তারা শুনতে পারত না এবং দেখতেও পেত না।
They will in no wise frustrate (His design) on earth, nor have they protectors besides Allah! Their penalty will be doubled! They lost the power to hear, and they did not see!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
65 নিশ্চয়ই যারা ঈমান এনেছে ও সৎকাজ করেছে এবং স্বীয় পালনকর্তার সমীপে বিনতি প্রকাশ করেছে তারাই বেহেশতবাসী, সেখানেই তারা চিরকাল থাকবে।
But those who believe and work righteousness, and humble themselves before their Lord,- They will be companions of the gardens, to dwell therein for aye!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
66 উভয় পক্ষের দৃষ্টান্ত হচ্ছে যেমন অন্ধ ও বধির এবং যে দেখতে পায় ও শুনতে পায় উভয়ের অবস্থা কি এক সমান? তবুও তোমরা কি ভেবে দেখ না?
These two kinds (of men) may be compared to the blind and deaf, and those who can see and hear well. Are they equal when compared? Will ye not then take heed?		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
67 অতঃপর অচিরেই জানতে পারবে-লাঞ্ছনাজনক আযাব কার উপর আসে এবং চিরস্থায়ী আযাব কার উপর অবতরণ করে।
"But soon will ye know who it is on whom will descend a penalty that will cover them with shame,- on whom will be unloosed a penalty lasting:"		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
68 এ দুনিয়ায় তাদের পিছনে পিছনে লা’নত রয়েছে এবং কেয়ামতের দিনেও; জেনে রাখ, আদ জাতি তাদের পালনকর্তাকে অস্বীকার করেছে, হুদের জ্ঞাতি আদ জাতির প্রতি অভিসম্পাত রয়েছে জেনে রাখ।
And they were pursued by a Curse in this life,- and on the Day of Judgment. Ah! Behold! for the 'Ad rejected their Lord and Cherisher! Ah! Behold! removed (from sight) were 'Ad the people of Hud!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
69 আর হে আমার জাতি! আল্লাহর এ উষ্ট্রীটি তোমাদের জন্য নিদর্শন, অতএব তাকে আল্লাহর যমীনে বিচরণ করে খেতে দাও, এবং তাকে মন্দভাবে স্পর্শও করবে না। নতুবা অতি সত্বর তোমাদেরকে আযাব পাকড়াও করবে।
"And O my people! This she-camel of Allah is a symbol to you: leave her to feed on Allah's (free) earth, and inflict no harm on her, or a swift penalty will seize you!"		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৪)
70 আর হে আমার জাতি, তোমরা নিজ স্থানে কাজ করে যাও, আমিও কাজ করছি, অচিরেই জানতে পারবে কার উপর অপমানকর আযাব আসে আর কে মিথ্যাবাদী? আর তোমরাও অপেক্ষায় থাক, আমিও তোমাদের সাথে অপেক্ষায় রইলাম।
"And O my people! Do whatever ye can: I will do (my part): Soon will ye know who it is on whom descends the penalty of ignominy; and who is a liar! and watch ye! for I too am watching with you!"		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৩)
71 আর এ জগতেও তাদের পেছনে লানত রয়েছে এবং কিয়ামতের দিনেও; অত্যন্ত জঘন্য প্রতিফল, যা তারা পেয়েছে।
And they are followed by a curse in this (life) and on the Day of Judgment: and woeful is the gift which shall be given (unto them)!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৯)
72 আর পাপিষ্ঠদের প্রতি ঝুঁকবে না। নতুবা তোমাদেরকেও আগুনে ধরবে। আর আল্লাহ ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন বন্ধু নাই। অতএব কোথাও সাহায্য পাবে না।
And incline not to those who do wrong, or the Fire will seize you; and ye have no protectors other than Allah, nor shall ye be helped.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৩)
73 আর তোমার পালনকর্তা যদি ইচ্ছা করতেন, তবে অবশ্যই সব মানুষকে একই জাতিসত্তায় পরিনত করতে পারতেন আর তারা বিভিন্ন ভাগে বিভক্ত হতো না।
If thy Lord had so willed, He could have made mankind one people: but they will not cease to dispute.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৮)
74 তারা যখন তাদের পিতার কাছে ফিরে এল তখন বললঃ হে আমাদের পিতা, আমাদের জন্যে খাদ্য শস্যের বরাদ্দ নিষিদ্ধ করা হয়েছে। অতএব আপনি আমাদের ভাইকে আমাদের সাথে প্রেরণ করুন; যাতে আমরা খাদ্য শস্যের বরাদ্দ আনতে পারি এবং আমরা অবশ্যই তার পুরোপুরি হেফাযত করব।
Now when they returned to their father, they said: "O our father! No more measure of grain shall we get (unless we take our brother): So send our brother with us, that we may get our measure; and we will indeed take every care of him."		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩)
75 এবং তিনি পিতা-মাতাকে সিংহাসনের উপর বসালেন এবং তারা সবাই তাঁর সামনে সেজদাবনত হল। তিনি বললেনঃ পিতা এ হচ্ছে আমার ইতিপূর্বেকার স্বপ্নের বর্ণনা আমার পালনকর্তা একে সত্যে পরিণত করেছেন এবং তিনি আমার প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করেছেন। আমাকে জেল থেকে বের করেছেন এবং আপনাদেরকে গ্রাম থেকে নিয়ে এসেছেন, শয়তান আমার ও আমার ভাইদের মধ্যে কলহ সৃষ্টি করে দেয়ার পর। আমার পালনকর্তা যা চান, কৌশলে সম্পন্ন করেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি বিজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
And he raised his parents high on the throne (of dignity), and they fell down in prostration, (all) before him. He said: "O my father! this is the fulfilment of my vision of old! Allah hath made it come true! He was indeed good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you (all here) out of the desert, (even) after Satan had sown enmity between me and my brothers. Verily my Lord understandeth best the mysteries of all that He planneth to do, for verily He is full of knowledge and wisdom.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০০)
76 যদি আপনি বিস্ময়ের বিষয় চান, তবে তাদের একথা বিস্ময়কর যে, আমরা যখন মাটি হয়ে যাব, তখনও কি নতুন ভাবে সৃজিত হব? এরাই স্বীয় পালনকর্তার সত্তায় অবিশ্বাসী হয়ে গেছে, এদের গর্দানেই লৌহ-শৃংখল পড়বে এবং এরাই দোযখী এরা তাতে চিরকাল থাকবে।
If thou dost marvel (at their want of faith), strange is their saying: "When we are (actually) dust, shall we indeed then be in a creation renewed?" They are those who deny their Lord! They are those round whose necks will be yokes (of servitude): they will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein (for aye)!		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
77 তুমি কি দেখনি যে, আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডল ও ভুমন্ডল যথাবিধি সৃষ্টি করেছেন? যদি তিনি ইচ্ছা করেন, তবে তোমাদেরকে বিলুপ্তিতে নিয়ে যাবেন এবং নতুন সৃষ্টি আনয়ন করবেন।
Seest thou not that Allah created the heavens and the earth in Truth? If He so will, He can remove you and put (in your place) a new creation?		 (ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
78 আপনি চক্ষু তুলে ঐ বস্তুর প্রতি দেখবেন না, যা আমি তাদের মধ্যে কয়েক প্রকার লোককে ভোগ করার জন্যে দিয়েছি, তাদের জন্যে চিন্তিত হবেন না আর ঈমানদারদের জন্যে স্বীয় বাহু নত করুন।
Strain not thine eyes. (Wistfully) at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them, nor grieve over them: but lower thy wing (in gentleness) to the believers.		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮)
79 আপনি তাদেরকে সুপথে আনতে আগ্রহী হলেও আল্লাহ যাকে বিপথগামী করেন তিনি তাকে পথ দেখান না এবং তাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী ও নেই।
If thou art anxious for their guidance, yet Allah guideth not such as He leaves to stray, and there is none to help them.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭)
80 যারা নির্যাতিত হওয়ার পর আল্লাহর জন্যে গৃহত্যাগ করেছে, আমি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে দুনিয়াতে উত্তম আবাস দেব এবং পরকালের পুরস্কার তো সর্বাধিক; হায়! যদি তারা জানত।
To those who leave their homes in the cause of Allah, after suffering oppression,- We will assuredly give a goodly home in this world; but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater. If they only realised (this)!		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
81 তারা কি আল্লাহর সৃজিত বস্তু দেখে না, যার ছায়া আল্লাহর প্রতি বিনীতভাবে সেজদাবনত থেকে ডান ও বাম দিকে ঝুঁকে পড়ে।
Do they not look at Allah's creation, (even) among (inanimate) things,- How their (very) shadows turn round, from the right and the left, prostrating themselves to Allah, and that in the humblest manner?		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
82 যাতে ঐ নেয়ামত অস্বীকার করে, যা আমি তাদেরকে দিয়েছি। অতএব মজা ভোগ করে নাও-সত্বরই তোমরা জানতে পারবে।
(As if) to show their ingratitude for the favours we have bestowed on them! then enjoy (your brief day): but soon will ye know (your folly)!		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
83 আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন এরপর তোমাদের মৃত্যুদান করেন। তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ পৌছে যায় জরাগ্রস্ত অকর্মন্য বয়সে, ফলে যা কিছু তারা জানত সে সম্পর্কে তারা সজ্ঞান থাকবে না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সু-বিজ্ঞ সর্বশক্তিমান।
It is Allah who creates you and takes your souls at death; and of you there are some who are sent back to a feeble age, so that they know nothing after having known (much): for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Powerful.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
84 আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের মায়ের গর্ভ থেকে বের করেছেন। তোমরা কিছুই জানতে না। তিনি তোমাদেরকে কর্ণ, চক্ষু ও অন্তর দিয়েছেন, যাতে তোমরা অনুগ্রহ স্বীকার কর।
It is He Who brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers when ye knew nothing; and He gave you hearing and sight and intelligence and affections: that ye may give thanks (to Allah).		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৭৮)
85 তোমাদের মুখ থেকে সাধারনতঃ যেসব মিথ্যা বের হয়ে আসে তেমনি করে তোমরা আল্লাহর বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা অপবাদ আরোপ করে বল না যে, এটা হালাল এবং ওটা হারাম। নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহর বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা আরোপ করে, তাদের মঙ্গল হবে না।
But say not - for any false thing that your tongues may put forth,- "This is lawful, and this is forbidden," so as to ascribe false things to Allah. For those who ascribe false things to Allah, will never prosper.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১১৬)
86 তাদের সামনে ভালবাসার সাথে, নম্রভাবে মাথা নত করে দাও এবং বলঃ হে পালনকর্তা, তাদের উভয়ের প্রতি রহম কর, যেমন তারা আমাকে শৈশবকালে লালন-পালন করেছেন।
And, out of kindness, lower to them the wing of humility, and say: "My Lord! bestow on them thy Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood."		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
87 তারা বলেঃ যখন আমরা অস্থিতে পরিণত ও চূর্ণ বিচূর্ণ হয়ে যাব, তখনও কি নতুন করে সৃজিত হয়ে উত্থিত হব?
They say: "What! when we are reduced to bones and dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new creation?"		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
88 বলুনঃ যদি মানব ও জ্বিন এই কোরআনের অনুরূপ রচনা করে আনয়নের জন্যে জড়ো হয়, এবং তারা পরস্পরের সাহায্যকারী হয়; তবুও তারা কখনও এর অনুরূপ রচনা করে আনতে পারবে না।
Say: "If the whole of mankind and Jinns were to gather together to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they backed up each other with help and support.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮)
89 এটাই তাদের শাস্তি। কারণ, তারা আমার নিদর্শনসমূহ অস্বীকার করেছে এবং বলেছেঃ আমরা যখন অস্থিতে পরিণত ও চুর্ণ-বিচুর্ণ হয়ে যাব, তখনও কি আমরা নতুনভাবে সৃজিত হয়ে উত্থিত হব?
That is their recompense, because they rejected Our signs, and said, "When we are reduced to bones and broken dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new Creation?"		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৯৮)
90 বলুনঃ তোমরা কোরআনকে মান্য কর অথবা অমান্য কর; যারা এর পূর্ব থেকে এলেম প্রাপ্ত হয়েছে, যখন তাদের কাছে এর তেলাওয়াত করা হয়, তখন তারা নতমস্তকে সেজদায় লুটিয়ে পড়ে।
Say: "Whether ye believe in it or not, it is true that those who were given knowledge beforehand, when it is recited to them, fall down on their faces in humble prostration,		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১০৭)
91 তারা ক্রন্দন করতে করতে নতমস্তকে ভুমিতে লুটিয়ে পড়ে এবং তাদের বিনয়ভাব আরো বৃদ্ধি পায়।
They fall down on their faces in tears, and it increases their (earnest) humility.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১০৯)
92 তারা যদি তোমাদের খবর জানতে পারে, তবে পাথর মেরে তোমাদেরকে হত্যা করবে, অথবা তোমাদেরকে তাদের ধর্মে ফিরিয়ে নেবে। তাহলে তোমরা কখনই সাফল্য লাভ করবে না।
"For if they should come upon you, they would stone you or force you to return to their cult, and in that case ye would never attain prosperity."		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
93 অথবা সকালে তার পানি শুকিয়ে যাবে। অতঃপর তুমি তা তালাশ করে আনতে পারবে না।
"Or the water of the garden will run off underground so that thou wilt never be able to find it."		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
94 যাদের চক্ষুসমূহের উপর পর্দা ছিল আমার স্মরণ থেকে এবং যারা শুনতেও সক্ষম ছিল না।
(Unbelievers) whose eyes had been under a veil from remembrance of Me, and who had been unable even to hear.		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০১)
95 সে বললঃ হে আমার পালনকর্তা আমার অস্থি বয়স-ভারাবনত হয়েছে; বার্ধক্যে মস্তক সুশুভ্র হয়েছে; হে আমার পালনকর্তা! আপনাকে ডেকে আমি কখনও বিফলমনোরথ হইনি।
Praying: "O my Lord! infirm indeed are my bones, and the hair of my head doth glisten with grey: but never am I unblest, O my Lord, in my prayer to Thee!		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
96 যখন আহার কর, পান কর এবং চক্ষু শীতল কর। যদি মানুষের মধ্যে কাউকে তুমি দেখ, তবে বলে দিওঃ আমি আল্লাহর উদ্দেশে রোযা মানত করছি। সুতরাং আজ আমি কিছুতেই কোন মানুষের সাথে কথা বলব না।
"So eat and drink and cool (thine) eye. And if thou dost see any man, say, 'I have vowed a fast to (Allah) Most Gracious, and this day will I enter into not talk with any human being'"		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
97 আপনি তাদেরকে পরিতাপের দিবস সম্পর্কে হুশিয়ার করে দিন যখন সব ব্যাপারের মীমাংসা হয়ে যাবে। এখন তারা অনবধানতায় আছে এবং তারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করছে না।
But warn them of the Day of Distress, when the matter will be determined: for (behold,) they are negligent and they do not believe!		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
98 সুতরাং আপনার পালনকর্তার কসম, আমি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে এবং শয়তানদেরকে একত্রে সমবেত করব, অতঃপর অবশ্যই তাদেরকে নতজানু অবস্থায় জাহান্নামের চারপাশে উপস্থিত করব।
So, by thy Lord, without doubt, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Evil Ones (with them); then shall We bring them forth on their knees round about Hell;		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৬৮)
99 অতঃপর আমি পরহেযগারদেরকে উদ্ধার করব এবং জালেমদেরকে সেখানে নতজানু অবস্থায় ছেড়ে দেব।
But We shall save those who guarded against evil, and We shall leave the wrong-doers therein, (humbled) to their knees.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
100 বলুন, যারা পথভ্রষ্টতায় আছে, দয়াময় আল্লাহ তাদেরকে যথেষ্ট অবকাশ দেবেন; এমনকি অবশেষে তারা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে যে বিষয়ে তাদেরকে ওয়াদা দেয়া হচ্ছে, তা আযাব হোক অথবা কেয়ামতই হোক। সুতরাং তখন তারা জানতে পারবে কে মর্তবায় নিকৃষ্ট ও দলবলে দূর্বল।
Say: "If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour,- they will at length realise who is worst in position, and (who) weakest in forces!		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৭৫)
101 তাদের পূর্বে আমি কত মানবগোষ্ঠীকে ধ্বংস করেছি। আপনি কি তাদের কাহারও সাড়া পান, অথবা তাদের ক্ষীনতম আওয়ায ও শুনতে পান?
But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them?		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৯৮)
102 তিনি যখন আগুন দেখলেন, তখন পরিবারবর্গকে বললেনঃ তোমরা এখানে অবস্থান কর আমি আগুন দেখেছি। সম্ভবতঃ আমি তা থেকে তোমাদের কাছে কিছু আগুন জালিয়ে আনতে পারব অথবা আগুনে পৌছে পথের সন্ধান পাব।
Behold, he saw a fire: So he said to his family, "Tarry ye; I perceive a fire; perhaps I can bring you some burning brand therefrom, or find some guidance at the fire."		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
103 এবং আমি তোমাকে মনোনীত করেছি, অতএব যা প্রত্যাদেশ করা হচ্ছে, তা শুনতে থাক।
"I have chosen thee: listen, then, to the inspiration (sent to thee).		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
104 ফেরাউন বললঃ আমার অনুমতি দানের পূর্বেই? তোমরা কি তার প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করলে; দেখছি সেই তোমাদের প্রধান, সে তোমাদেরকে যাদু শিক্ষা দিয়েছে। অতএব আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের হস্তপদ বিপরীত দিক থেকে কর্তন করব এবং আমি তোমাদেরকে খর্জুর বৃক্ষের কান্ডে শূলে চড়াব এবং তোমরা নিশ্চিত রূপেই জানতে পারবে আমাদের মধ্যে কার আযাব কঠোরতর এবং অধিক্ষণ স্থায়ী।
(Pharaoh) said: "Believe ye in Him before I give you permission? Surely this must be your leader, who has taught you magic! be sure I will cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will have you crucified on trunks of palm-trees: so shall ye know for certain, which of us can give the more severe and the more lasting punishment!"		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
105 বলুন, প্রত্যেকেই পথপানে চেয়ে আছে, সুতরাং তোমরাও পথপানে চেয়ে থাক। অদূর ভবিষ্যতে তোমরা জানতে পারবে কে সরল পথের পথিক এবং কে সৎপথ প্রাপ্ত হয়েছে।
Say: "Each one (of us) is waiting: wait ye, therefore, and soon shall ye know who it is that is on the straight and even way, and who it is that has received Guidance."		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৫)
106 তাদের কাছে তাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে যখনই কোন নতুন উপদেশ আসে, তারা তা খেলার ছলে শ্রবণ করে।
Never comes (aught) to them of a renewed Message from their Lord, but they listen to it as in jest,-		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২)
107 যদি কাফেররা ঐ সময়টি জানত, যখন তারা তাদের সম্মুখ ও পৃষ্ঠদেশ থেকে অগ্নি প্রতিরোধ করতে পারবে না এবং তারা সাহায্য প্রাপ্ত হবে না।
If only the Unbelievers knew (the time) when they will not be able to ward off the fire from their faces, nor yet from their backs, and (when) no help can reach them!		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
108 অতঃপর তারা ঝুঁকে গেল মস্তক নত করে, তুমি তো জান যে, এরা কথা বলে না
Then were they confounded with shame: (they said), "Thou knowest full well that these (idols) do not speak!"		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৬৫)
109 তারা সেখানে চীৎকার করবে এবং সেখানে তারা কিছুই শুনতে পাবে না।
There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else).		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১০০)
110 কতক মানুষ অজ্ঞানতাবশতঃ আল্লাহ সম্পꦣ2503;ক বিতর্ক করে এবং প্রত্যেক অবাধ্য শয়তানের অনুসরণ করে।
And yet among men there are such as dispute about Allah, without knowledge, and follow every evil one obstinate in rebellion!		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
111 এরপর তারা যেন দৈহিক ময়লা দূর করে দেয়, তাদের মানত পূর্ণ করে এবং এই সুসংরক্ষিত গৃহের তাওয়াফ করে।
"Then let them complete the rites prescribed for them, perform their vows, and (again) circumambulate the Ancient House."		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
112 এবং যারা আমানত ও অঙ্গীকার সম্পর্কে হুশিয়ার থাকে।
Those who faithfully observe their trusts and their covenants;		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
113 এরপর আমি শুক্রবিন্দুকে জমাট রক্তরূপে সৃষ্টি করেছি, অতঃপর জমাট রক্তকে মাংসপিন্ডে পরিণত করেছি, এরপর সেই মাংসপিন্ড থেকে অস্থি সৃষ্টি করেছি, অতঃপর অস্থিকে মাংস দ্বারা আবৃত করেছি, অবশেষে তাকে নতুন রূপে দাঁড় করিয়েছি। নিপুণতম সৃষ্টিকর্তা আল্লাহ কত কল্যাণময়।
Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (foetus) lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah, the best to create!		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
114 অতএব তাদের কিছু কালের জন্যে তাদের অজ্ঞানতায় নিমজ্জত থাকতে দিন।
But leave them in their confused ignorance for a time.		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৫৪)
115 না, তাদের অন্তর এ বিষয়ে অজ্ঞানতায় আচ্ছন্ন, এ ছাড়া তাদের আরও কাজ রয়েছে, যা তারা করছে।
But their hearts are in confused ignorance of this; and there are, besides that, deeds of theirs, which they will (continue) to do,-		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩)
116 আমি তাদেরকে শাস্তি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করেছিলাম, কিন্তু তারা তাদের পালনকর্তার সামনে নত হল না এবং কাকুতি-মিনুতিও করল না।
We inflicted Punishment on them, but they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor do they submissively entreat (Him)!-		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৭৬)
117 আল্লাহ বলবেনঃ তোমরা তাতে অল্পদিনই অবস্থান করেছ, যদি তোমরা জানতে?
He will say: "Ye stayed not but a little,- if ye had only known!		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ১১৪)
118 এবং পঞ্চমবার বলবে যে, যদি সে মিথ্যাবাদী হয় তবে তার উপর আল্লাহর লানত।
And the fifth (oath) (should be) that they solemnly invoke the curse of Allah on themselves if they tell a lie.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
119 সেদিন আল্লাহ তাদের সমুচিত শাস্তি পুরোপুরি দেবেন এবং তারা জানতে পারবে যে, অল্লাহই সত্য, স্পষ্ট ব্যক্তকারী।
On that Day Allah will pay them back (all) their just dues, and they will realise that Allah is the (very) Truth, that makes all things manifest.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
120 মুমিনদেরকে বলুন, তারা যেন তাদের দৃষ্টি নত রাখে এবং তাদের যৌনাঙ্গর হেফাযত করে। এতে তাদের জন্য খুব পবিত্রতা আছে। নিশ্চয় তারা যা করে আল্লাহ তা অবহিত আছেন।
Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And Allah is well acquainted with all that they do.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
121 ঈমানদার নারীদেরকে বলুন, তারা যেন তাদের দৃষ্টিকে নত রাখে এবং তাদের যৌন অঙ্গের হেফাযত করে। তারা যেন যা সাধারণতঃ প্রকাশমান, তা ছাড়া তাদের সৌন্দর্য প্রদর্শন না করে এবং তারা যেন তাদের মাথার ওড়না বক্ষ দেশে ফেলে রাখে এবং তারা যেন তাদের স্বামী, পিতা, শ্বশুর, পুত্র, স্বামীর পুত্র, ভ্রাতা, ভ্রাতুস্পুত্র, ভগ্নিপুত্র, স্ত্রীলোক অধিকারভুক্ত বাঁদী, যৌনকামনামুক্ত পুরুষ, ও বালক, যারা নারীদের গোপন অঙ্গ সম্পর্কে অজ্ঞ, তাদের ব্যতীত কারো আছে তাদের সৌন্দর্য প্রকাশ না করে, তারা যেন তাদের গোপন সাজ-সজ্জা প্রকাশ করার জন্য জোরে পদচারণা না করে। মুমিনগণ, তোমরা সবাই আল্লাহর সামনে তওবা কর, যাতে তোমরা সফলকাম হও।
And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards Allah, that ye may attain Bliss.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
122 অগ্নি যখন দূর থেকে তাদেরকে দেখবে, তখন তারা শুনতে পাবে তার গর্জন ও হুঙ্কার।
When it sees them from a place far off, they will hear its fury and its ranging sigh.		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
123 সে তো আমাদেরকে আমাদের উপাস্যগণের কাছ থেকে সরিয়েই দিত, যদি আমরা তাদেরকে আঁকড়ে ধরে না থাকতাম। তারা যখন শাস্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, তখন জানতে পারবে কে অধিক পথভ্রষ্ট।
"He indeed would well-nigh have misled us from our gods, had it not been that we were constant to them!" - Soon will they know, when they see the Penalty, who it is that is most misled in Path!		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
124 এবং যারা রাত্রি যাপন করে পালনকর্তার উদ্দেশ্যে সেজদাবনত হয়ে ও দন্ডায়মান হয়ে;
Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing;		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৬৪)
125 আমি যদি ইচ্ছা করি, তবে আকাশ থেকে তাদের কাছে কোন নিদর্শন নাযিল করতে পারি। অতঃপর তারা এর সামনে নত হয়ে যাবে।
If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility.		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
126 যখনই তাদের কাছে রহমান এর কোন নতুন উপদেশ আসে, তখনই তারা তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom.		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
127 তখন জাদুকররা সেজদায় নত হয়ে গেল।
Then did the sorcerers fall down, prostrate in adoration,		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
128 ফেরাউন বলল, আমার অনুমতি দানের পূর্বেই তোমরা কি তাকে মেনে নিলে? নিশ্চয় সে তোমাদের প্রধান, যে তোমাদেরকে জাদু শিক্ষা দিয়েছে। শীঘ্রই তোমরা পরিণাম জানতে পারবে। আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের হাত ও পা বিপরীত দিক থেকে কর্তন করব। এবং তোমাদের সবাইকে শূলে চড়াব।
Said (Pharaoh): "Believe ye in Him before I give you permission? surely he is your leader, who has taught you sorcery! but soon shall ye know! Be sure I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will cause you all to die on the cross!"		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
129 তবে তাদের কথা ভিন্ন, যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম করে এবং আল্লাহ কে খুব স্মরণ করে এবং নিপীড়িত হওয়ার পর প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করে। নিপীড়নকারীরা শীঘ্রই জানতে পারবে তাদের গন্তব্যস্থল কিরূপ।
Except those who believe, work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah, and defend themselves only after they are unjustly attacked. And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take!		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ২২৭)
130 যখন মূসা তাঁর পরিবারবর্গকে বললেনঃ আমি অগ্নি দেখেছি, এখন আমি সেখান থেকে তোমাদের জন্যে কোন খবর আনতে পারব অথবা তোমাদের জন্যে জ্বলন্ত অঙ্গার নিয়ে আসতে পারব যাতে তোমরা আগুন পোহাতে পার।
Behold! Moses said to his family: "I perceive a fire; soon will I bring you from there some information, or I will bring you a burning brand to light our fuel, that ye may warm yourselves.		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
131 আপনি অন্ধদেরকে তাদের পথভ্রষ্টতা থেকে ফিরিয়ে সৎপথে আনতে পারবেন না। আপনি কেবল তাদেরকে শোনাতে পারবেন, যারা আমার আয়াতসমূহে বিশ্বাস করে। অতএব, তারাই আজ্ঞাবহ।
Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam.		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৮১)
132 এবং আরও বলুন, সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর। সত্বরই তিনি তাঁর নিদর্শনসমূহ তোমাদেরকে দেখাবেন। তখন তোমরা তা চিনতে পারবে। এবং তোমরা যা কর, সে সম্পর্কে আপনার পালনকর্তা গাফেল নন।
And say: "Praise be to Allah, Who will soon show you His Signs, so that ye shall know them"; and thy Lord is not unmindful of all that ye do.		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৯৩)
133 অতঃপর মূসা (আঃ) যখন সেই মেয়াদ পূর্ণ করল এবং সপরিবারে যাত্রা করল, তখন সে তুর পর্বতের দিক থেকে আগুন দেখতে পেল। সে তার পরিবারবর্গকে বলল, তোমরা অপেক্ষা কর, আমি আগুন দেখেছি। সম্ভবতঃ আমি সেখান থেকে তোমাদের কাছে কোন খবর নিয়ে আসতে পারি অথবা কোন জ্বলন্ত কাষ্ঠখন্ড আনতে পারি, যাতে তোমরা আগুন পোহাতে পার।
Now when Moses had fulfilled the term, and was travelling with his family, he perceived a fire in the direction of Mount Tur. He said to his family: "Tarry ye; I perceive a fire; I hope to bring you from there some information, or a burning firebrand, that ye may warm yourselves."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
134 আপনি যাকে পছন্দ করেন, তাকে সৎপথে আনতে পারবেন না, তবে আল্লাহ তা’আলাই যাকে ইচ্ছা সৎপথে আনয়ন করেন। কে সৎপথে আসবে, সে সম্পর্কে তিনিই ভাল জানেন।
It is true thou wilt not be able to guide every one, whom thou lovest; but Allah guides those whom He will and He knows best those who receive guidance.		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
135 প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায় থেকে আমি একজন সাক্ষী আলাদা করব; অতঃপর বলব, তোমাদের প্রমাণ আন। তখন তারা জানতে পারবে যে, সত্য আল্লাহর এবং তারা যা গড়ত, তা তাদের কাছ থেকে উধাও হয়ে যাবে।
And from each people shall We draw a witness, and We shall say: "Produce your Proof": then shall they know that the Truth is in Allah (alone), and the (lies) which they invented will leave them in lurch.		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৭৫)
136 ইব্রাহীম বললেন, পার্থিব জীবনে তোমাদের পারস্পরিক ভালবাসা রক্ষার জন্যে তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে প্রতিমাগুলোকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছ। এরপর কেয়ামতের দিন তোমরা একে অপরকে অস্বীকার করবে এবং একে অপরকে লানত করবে। তোমাদের ঠিকানা জাহান্নাম এবং তোমাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
And he said: "For you, ye have taken (for worship) idols besides Allah, out of mutual love and regard between yourselves in this life; but on the Day of Judgment ye shall disown each other and curse each other: and your abode will be the Fire, and ye shall have none to help."		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
137 যারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে অপরকে সাহায্যকারীরূপে গ্রহণ করে তাদের উদাহরণ মাকড়সা। সে ঘর বানায়। আর সব ঘরের মধ্যে মাকড়সার ঘরই তো অধিক দুর্বল, যদি তারা জানত।
The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of the spider, who builds (to itself) a house; but truly the flimsiest of houses is the spider's house;- if they but knew.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
138 এই পার্থিব জীবন ক্রীড়া-কৌতুক বৈ তো কিছুই নয়। পরকালের গৃহই প্রকৃত জীবন; যদি তারা জানত।
What is the life of this world but amusement and play? but verily the Home in the Hereafter,- that is life indeed, if they but knew.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৬৪)
139 যাতে তারা তাদের প্রতি আমার দান অস্বীকার করে এবং ভোগ-বিলাসে ডুবে থাকে। সত্বরই তারা জানতে পারবে।
Disdaining ungratefully Our gifts, and giving themselves up to (worldly) enjoyment! But soon will they know.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬)
140 বরং যারা যে-ইনসাফ, তারা অজ্ঞানতাবশতঃ তাদের খেয়াল-খূশীর অনুসরণ করে থাকে। অতএব, আল্লাহ যাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেন, তাকে কে বোঝাবে? তাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
Nay, the wrong-doers (merely) follow their own lusts, being devoid of knowledge. But who will guide those whom Allah leaves astray? To them there will be no helpers.		 (আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
141 যাতে তারা অস্বীকার করে যা আমি তাদেরকে দিয়েছি। অতএব, মজা লুটে নাও, সত্বরই জানতে পারবে।
(As if) to show their ingratitude for the (favours) We have bestowed on them! Then enjoy (your brief day); but soon will ye know (your folly).		 (আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
142 যাদের জ্ঞান ও ঈমান দেয়া হয়েছে, তারা বলবে আমরা আল্লাহর কিতাব মতে পুনরুত্থান দিবস পর্যন্ত অবস্থান করেছি। এটাই পুনরুত্থান দিবস, কিন্তু তোমরা তা জানতে না।
But those endued with knowledge and faith will say: "Indeed ye did tarry, within Allah's Decree, to the Day of Resurrection, and this is the Day of Resurrection: but ye - ye were not aware!"		 (আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
143 যখন ওদের সামনে আমার আয়তসমূহ পাঠ করা হয়, তখন ওরা দম্ভের সাথে এমনভাবে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়, যেন ওরা তা শুনতেই পায়নি অথবা যেন ওদের দু’কান বধির। সুতরাং ওদেরকে কষ্টদায়ক আযাবের সংবাদ দাও।
When Our Signs are rehearsed to such a one, he turns away in arrogance, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in both his ears: announce to him a grievous Penalty.		 (লোকমান:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
144 তারা বলে, আমরা মৃত্তিকায় মিশ্রিত হয়ে গেলেও পুনরায় নতুন করে সৃজিত হব কি? বরং তারা তাদের পালনকর্তার সাক্ষাতকে অস্বীকার করে।
And they say: "What! when we lie, hidden and lost, in the earth, shall we indeed be in a Creation renewed? Nay, they deny the Meeting with their Lord.		 (সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
145 যদি আপনি দেখতেন যখন অপরাধীরা তাদের পালনকর্তার সামনে নতশির হয়ে বলবে, হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমরা দেখলাম ও শ্রবণ করলাম। এখন আমাদেরকে পাঠিয়ে দিন, আমরা সৎকর্ম করব। আমরা দৃঢ়বিশ্বাসী হয়ে গেছি।
If only thou couldst see when the guilty ones will bend low their heads before their Lord, (saying:) "Our Lord! We have seen and we have heard: Now then send us back (to the world): we will work righteousness: for we do indeed (now) believe."		 (সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
146 আমি আকাশ পৃথিবী ও পর্বতমালার সামনে এই আমানত পেশ করেছিলাম, অতঃপর তারা একে বহন করতে অস্বীকার করল এবং এতে ভীত হল; কিন্তু মানুষ তা বহণ করল। নিশ্চয় সে জালেম-অজ্ঞ।
We did indeed offer the Trust to the Heavens and the Earth and the Mountains; but they refused to undertake it, being afraid thereof: but man undertook it;- He was indeed unjust and foolish;-		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
147 কাফেররা বলে, আমরা কি তোমাদেরকে এমন ব্যক্তির সন্ধান দেব, যে তোমাদেরকে খবর দেয় যে; তোমরা সম্পুর্ণ ছিন্ন-বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে গেলেও তোমরা নতুন সৃজিত হবে।
The Unbelievers say (in ridicule): "Shall we point out to you a man that will tell you, when ye are all scattered to pieces in disintegration, that ye shall (then be raised) in a New Creation?		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
148 বলুন, সত্য আগমন করেছে এবং অসত্য না পারে নতুন কিছু সৃজন করতে এবং না পারে পূনঃ প্রত্যাবর্তিত হতে।
Say: "The Truth has arrived, and Falsehood neither creates anything new, nor restores anything."		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
149 তিনি ইচ্ছা করলে তোমাদেরকে বিলুপ্ত করে এক নতুন সৃষ্টির উদ্ভব করবেন।
If He so pleased, He could blot you out and bring in a New Creation.		 (ফাতির:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
150 তাকে বলা হল, জান্নাতে প্রবেশ কর। সে বলল হায়, আমার সম্প্রদায় যদি কোন ক্রমে জানতে পারত-
It was said: "Enter thou the Garden." He said: "Ah me! Would that my People knew (what I know)!-		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
151 আপনি তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস করুন, তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করা কঠিনতর, না আমি অন্য যা সৃষ্টি করেছি? আমিই তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছি এঁটেল মাটি থেকে।
Just ask their opinion: are they the more difficult to create, or the (other) beings We have created? Them have We created out of a sticky clay!		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
152 তাদের কাছে থাকবে নত, আয়তলোচনা তরুণীগণ।
And besides them will be chaste women, restraining their glances, with big eyes (of wonder and beauty).		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
153 তাদের কাছে থাকবে আনতনয়না সমবয়স্কা রমণীগণ।
And beside them will be chaste women restraining their glances, (companions) of equal age.		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
154 যখন আমি তাকে সুষম করব এবং তাতে আমার রূহ ফুঁকে দেব, তখন তোমরা তার সম্মুখে সেজদায় নত হয়ে যেয়ো।
"When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him."		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
155 অতঃপর সমস্ত ফেরেশতাই একযোগে সেজদায় নত হল,
So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together:		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩)
156 তোমরা কিছু কাল পরে এর সংবাদ অবশ্যই জানতে পারবে।
"And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while."		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮)
157 অতঃপর আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পার্থিব জীবনে লাঞ্ছনার স্বাদ আস্বাদন করালেন, আর পরকালের আযাব হবে আরও গুরুতর, যদি তারা জানত!
So Allah gave them a taste of humiliation in the present life, but greater is the punishment of the Hereafter, if they only knew!		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
158 বলুন, হে আমার কওম, তোমরা তোমাদের জায়গায় কাজ কর, আমিও কাজ করছি। সত্ত্বরই জানতে পারবে।
Say: "O my People! Do whatever ye can: I will do (my part): but soon will ye know-		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
159 তারা বলবে, সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর, যিনি আমাদের প্রতি তাঁর ওয়াদা পূর্ণ করেছেন এবং আমাদেরকে এ ভূমির উত্তরাধিকারী করেছেন। আমরা জান্নাতের যেখানে ইচ্ছা বসবাস করব। মেহনতকারীদের পুরস্কার কতই চমৎকার।
They will say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has truly fulfilled His Promise to us, and has given us (this) land in heritage: We can dwell in the Garden as we will: how excellent a reward for those who work (righteousness)!"		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৭৪)
160 যারা কাফের তাদেরকে উচ্চঃস্বরে বলা হবে, তোমাদের নিজেদের প্রতি তোমাদের আজকের এ ক্ষোভ অপেক্ষা আল্লার ক্ষোভ অধিক ছিল, যখন তোমাদেরকে ঈমান আনতে বলা হয়েছিল, অতঃপর তোমরা কুফরী করছিল।
The Unbelievers will be addressed: "Greater was the aversion of Allah to you than (is) your aversion to yourselves, seeing that ye were called to the Faith and ye used to refuse."		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
161 সকালে ও সন্ধ্যায় তাদেরকে আগুনের সামনে পেশ করা হয় এবং যেদিন কেয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে, সেদিন আদেশ করা হবে, ফেরাউন গোত্রকে কঠিনতর আযাবে দাখিল কর।
In front of the Fire will they be brought, morning and evening: And (the sentence will be) on the Day that Judgment will be established: "Cast ye the People of Pharaoh into the severest Penalty!"		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
162 মানুষের সৃষ্টি অপেক্ষা নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলের সৃষ্টি কঠিনতর। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ মানুষ বোঝে না।
Assuredly the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater (matter) than the creation of men: Yet most men understand not.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
163 যারা কিতাবের প্রতি এবং যে বিষয় দিয়ে আমি পয়গম্বরগণকে প্রেরণ করেছি, সে বিষয়ের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করে। অতএব, সত্বরই তারা জানতে পারবে।
Those who reject the Book and the (revelations) with which We sent our messengers: but soon shall they know,-		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
164 মানুষ উন্নতি কামনায় ক্লান্ত হয় না; যদি তাকে অমঙ্গল স্পর্শ করে, তবে সে সম্পূর্ণ রূপে নিরাশ হয়ে পড়ে।
Man does not weary of asking for good (things), but if ill touches him, he gives up all hope (and) is lost in despair.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
165 নভোমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে এবং ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সমস্তই তাঁর। তিনি সমুন্নত, মহান।
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: and He is Most High, Most Great.		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
166 জাহান্নামের সামনে উপস্থিত করার সময় আপনি তাদেরকে দেখবেন, অপমানে অবনত এবং অর্ধ নিমীলিত দৃষ্টিতে তাকায়। মুমিনরা বলবে, কেয়ামতের দিন ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত তারাই, যারা নিজেদের ও তাদের পরিবার-পরিজনের ক্ষতি সাধন করেছে। শুনে রাখ, পাপাচারীরা স্থায়ী আযাবে থাকবে।
And thou wilt see them brought forward to the (Penalty), in a humble frame of mind because of (their) disgrace, (and) looking with a stealthy glance. And the Believers will say: "Those are indeed in loss, who have given to perdition their own selves and those belonging to them on the Day of Judgment. Behold! Truly the Wrong-doers are in a lasting Penalty!"		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
167 এমনিভাবে আমি আপনার কাছে এক ফেরেশতা প্রেরণ করেছি আমার আদেশক্রমে। আপনি জানতেন না, কিতাব কি এবং ঈমান কি? কিন্তু আমি একে করেছি নূর, যাদ্দ্বারা আমি আমার বান্দাদের মধ্য থেকে যাকে ইচ্ছা পথ প্রদর্শন করি। নিশ্চয় আপনি সরল পথ প্রদর্শন করেন-
And thus have We, by Our Command, sent inspiration to thee: thou knewest not (before) what was Revelation, and what was Faith; but We have made the (Qur'an) a Light, wherewith We guide such of Our servants as We will; and verily thou dost guide (men) to the Straight Way,-		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
168 নিশ্চয় এ কোরআন আমার কাছে সমুন্নত অটল রয়েছে লওহে মাহফুযে।
And verily, it is in the Mother of the Book, in Our Presence, high (in dignity), full of wisdom.		 (যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
169 অতএব, আপনি তাদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিন এবং বলুন, ‘সালাম’। তারা শীঘ্রই জানতে পারবে।
But turn away from them, and say "Peace!" But soon shall they know!		 (যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৯)
170 এরূপই হবে এবং আমি তাদেরকে আনতলোচনা স্ত্রী দেব।
So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes.		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৪)
171 তারা সেখানে শান্ত মনে বিভিন্ন ফল-মূল আনতে বলবে।
There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security;		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
172 আপনি প্রত্যেক উম্মতকে দেখবেন নতজানু অবস্থায়। প্রত্যেক উম্মতকে তাদের আমলনামা দেখতে বলা হবে। তোমরা যা করতে, অদ্য তোমারদেরকে তার প্রতিফল দেয়া হবে।
And thou wilt see every sect bowing the knee: Every sect will be called to its Record: "This Day shall ye be recompensed for all that ye did!		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
173 বলুন, আমি তো কোন নতুন রসূল নই। আমি জানি না, আমার ও তোমাদের সাথে কি ব্যবহার করা হবে। আমি কেবল তারই অনুসরণ করি, যা আমার প্রতি ওহী করা হয়। আমি স্পষ্ট সতর্ক কারী বৈ নই।
Say: "I am no bringer of new-fangled doctrine among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I follow but that which is revealed to me by inspiration; I am but a Warner open and clear."		 (আল আহক্বাফ:

174 আমি ইচ্ছা করলে আপনাকে তাদের সাথে পরিচিত করে দিতাম। তখন আপনি তাদের চেহারা দেখে তাদেরকে চিনতে পারতেন এবং আপনি অবশ্যই কথার ভঙ্গিতে তাদেরকে চিনতে পারবেন। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কর্মসমূহের খবর রাখেন।
Had We so wiled, We could have shown them up to thee, and thou shouldst have known them by their marks: but surely thou wilt know them by the tone of their speech! And Allah knows all that ye do.		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
175 তারাই তো কুফরী করেছে এবং বাধা দিয়েছে তোমাদেরকে মসজিদে হারাম থেকে এবং অবস্থানরত কোরবানীর জন্তুদেরকে যথাস্থানে পৌছতে। যদি মক্কায় কিছুসংখ্যক ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও ঈমানদার নারী না থাকত, যাদেরকে তোমরা জানতে না। অর্থাৎ তাদের পিষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ার আশংকা না থাকত, অতঃপর তাদের কারণে তোমরা অজ্ঞাতসারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে, তবে সব কিছু চুকিয়ে দেয়া হত; কিন্তু এ কারণে চুকানো হয়নি, যাতে আল্লাহ তা’আলা যাকে ইচ্ছা স্বীয় রহমতে দাখিল করে নেন। যদি তারা সরে যেত, তবে আমি অবশ্যই তাদের মধ্যে যারা কাফের তাদেরকে যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শস্তি দিতাম।
They are the ones who denied Revelation and hindered you from the Sacred Mosque and the sacrificial animals, detained from reaching their place of sacrifice. Had there not been believing men and believing women whom ye did not know that ye were trampling down and on whose account a crime would have accrued to you without (your) knowledge, (Allah would have allowed you to force your way, but He held back your hands) that He may admit to His Mercy whom He will. If they had been apart, We should certainly have punished the Unbelievers among them with a grievous Punishment.		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
176 আমি কি প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেই ক্লান্ত হয়ে পড়েছি? বরং তারা নতুন সৃষ্টির ব্যাপারে সন্দেহ পোষন করেছে।
Were We then weary with the first Creation, that they should be in confused doubt about a new Creation?		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
177 যেদিন মানুষ নিশ্চিত সেই ভয়াবহ আওয়াজ শুনতে পাবে, সেদিনই পুনরত্থান দিবস।
The Day when they will hear a (mighty) Blast in (very) truth: that will be the Day of Resurrection.		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
178 এবং সমুন্নত ছাদের,
By the Canopy Raised High;		 (আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
179 এখন আগামীকল্যই তারা জানতে পারবে কে মিথ্যাবাদী, দাম্ভিক।
Ah! they will know on the morrow, which is the liar, the insolent one!		 (আল ক্বামার:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
180 তিনি আকাশকে করেছেন সমুন্নত এবং স্থাপন করেছেন তুলাদন্ড।
And the Firmament has He raised high, and He has set up the Balance (of Justice),		 (আর রহমান:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
181 তথায় থাকবে আনতনয়ন রমনীগন, কোন জিন ও মানব পূর্বে যাদের ব্যবহার করেনি।
In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;-		 (আর রহমান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
182 এটা নীচু করে দেবে, সমুন্নত করে দেবে।
(Many) will it bring low; (many) will it exalt;		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
183 তথায় থাকবে আনতনয়না হুরগণ,
And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,-		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২২)
184 আর থাকবে সমুন্নত শয্যায়।
And on Thrones (of Dignity), raised high.		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
185 নিশ্চয় এটা এক মহা শপথ-যদি তোমরা জানতে।
And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,-		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৭৬)
186 হে নবী, তোমরা যখন স্ত্রীদেরকে তালাক দিতে চাও, তখন তাদেরকে তালাক দিয়ো ইদ্দতের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রেখে এবং ইদ্দত গণনা করো। তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় করো। তাদেরকে তাদের গৃহ থেকে বহিস্কার করো না এবং তারাও যেন বের না হয় যদি না তারা কোন সুস্পষ্ট নির্লজ্জ কাজে লিপ্ত হয়। এগুলো আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত সীমা। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর সীমালংঘন করে, সে নিজেরই অনিষ্ট করে। সে জানে না, হয়তো আল্লাহ এই তালাকের পর কোন নতুন উপায় করে দেবেন।
O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation.		 (আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১)
187 আল্লাহ সপ্তাকাশ সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং পৃথিবীও সেই পরিমাণে, এসবের মধ্যে তাঁর আদেশ অবতীর্ণ হয়, যাতে তোমরা জানতে পার যে, আল্লাহ সর্বশক্তিমান এবং সবকিছু তাঁর গোচরীভূত।
Allah is He Who created seven Firmaments and of the earth a similar number. Through the midst of them (all) descends His Command: that ye may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah comprehends, all things in (His) Knowledge.		 (আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
188 যখন তারা তথায় নিক্ষিপ্ত হবে, তখন তার উৎক্ষিপ্ত গর্জন শুনতে পাবে।
When they are cast therein, they will hear the (terrible) drawing in of its breath even as it blazes forth,		 (আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
189 তারা আরও বলবেঃ যদি আমরা শুনতাম অথবা বুদ্ধি খাটাতাম, তবে আমরা জাহান্নামবাসীদের মধ্যে থাকতাম না।
They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!"		 (আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
190 না তোমরা নিশ্চিন্ত হয়ে গেছ যে, আকাশে যিনি আছেন, তিনি তোমাদের উপর প্রস্তর বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করবেন, অতঃপর তোমরা জানতে পারবে কেমন ছিল আমার সতর্কবাণী।
Or do ye feel secure that He Who is in Heaven will not send against you a violent tornado (with showers of stones), so that ye shall know how (terrible) was My warning?		 (আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
191 বলুন, তিনি পরম করুণাময়, আমরা তাতে বিশ্বাস রাখি এবং তাঁরই উপর ভরসা করি। সত্ত্বরই তোমরা জানতে পারবে, কে প্রকাশ্য পথ-ভ্রষ্টতায় আছে।
Say: "He is (Allah) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error."		 (আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
192 শাস্তি এভাবেই আসে এবং পরকালের শাস্তি আরও গুরুতর; যদি তারা জানত!
Such is the Punishment (in this life); but greater is the Punishment in the Hereafter,- if only they knew!		 (আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
193 তাদের দৃষ্টি অবনত থাকবে; তারা লাঞ্ছনাগ্রস্ত হবে, অথচ যখন তারা সুস্থ ও স্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় ছিল, তখন তাদেরকে সেজদা করতে আহবান জানানো হত।
Their eyes will be cast down,- ignominy will cover them; seeing that they had been summoned aforetime to bow in adoration, while they were whole, (and had refused).		 (আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
194 অতএব, যারা এই কালামকে মিথ্যা বলে, তাদেরকে আমার হাতে ছেড়ে দিন, আমি এমন ধীরে ধীরে তাদেরকে জাহান্নামের দিকে নিয়ে যাব যে, তারা জানতে পারবে না।
Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not.		 (আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
195 আমি জানতাম যে, আমাকে হিসাবের সম্মুখীন হতে হবে।
"I did really understand that my Account would (One Day) reach me!"		 (আল হাক্বক্বাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
196 আমি যদি না জানতাম আমার হিসাব!
"And that I had never realised how my account (stood)!		 (আল হাক্বক্বাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
197 তা আসবে আল্লাহ তা’আলার পক্ষ থেকে, যিনি সমুন্নত মর্তবার অধিকারী।
(A Penalty) from Allah, Lord of the Ways of Ascent.		 (আল মা'আরিজ:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
198 এবং যারা তাদের আমানত ও অঙ্গীকার রক্ষা করে
And those who respect their trusts and covenants;		 (আল মা'আরিজ:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
199 তাদের দৃষ্টি থাকবে অবনমিত; তারা হবে হীনতাগ্রস্ত। এটাই সেইদিন, যার ওয়াদা তাদেরকে দেয়া হত।
Their eyes lowered in dejection,- ignominy covering them (all over)! such is the Day the which they are promised!		 (আল মা'আরিজ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
200 আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের পাপসমূহ ক্ষমা করবেন এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত অবকাশ দিবেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তা’আলার নির্দিষ্টকাল যখন হবে, তখন অবকাশ দেয়া হবে না, যদি তোমরা তা জানতে!
"So He may forgive you your sins and give you respite for a stated Term: for when the Term given by Allah is accomplished, it cannot be put forward: if ye only knew."		 (নূহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
201 আমরা আকাশের বিভিন্ন ঘাঁটিতে সংবাদ শ্রবণার্থে বসতাম। এখন কেউ সংবাদ শুনতে চাইলে সে জলন্ত উল্কাপিন্ড ওঁৎ পেতে থাকতে দেখে।
'We used, indeed, to sit there in (hidden) stations, to (steal) a hearing; but any who listen now will find a flaming fire watching him in ambush.		 (আল জিন:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
202 এমনকি যখন তারা প্রতিশ্রুত শাস্তি দেখতে পাবে, তখন তারা জানতে পারবে, কার সাহায্যকারী দূর্বল এবং কার সংখ্যা কম।
At length, when they see (with their own eyes) that which they are promised,- then will they know who it is that is weakest in (his) helper and least important in point of numbers.		 (আল জিন:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
203 তারা মান্নত পূর্ণ করে এবং সেদিনকে ভয় করে, যেদিনের অনিষ্ট হবে সুদূরপ্রসারী।
They perform (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil flies far and wide.		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
204 যখন তাদেরকে বলা হয়, নত হও, তখন তারা নত হয় না।
And when it is said to them, "Prostrate yourselves!" they do not so.		 (আল মুরসালাত:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
205 না, সত্ত্বরই তারা জানতে পারবে,
Verily, they shall soon (come to) know!		 (আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
206 অতঃপর না, সত্বর তারা জানতে পারবে।
Verily, verily they shall soon (come to) know!		 (আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
207 তাদের দৃষ্টি নত হবে।
Cast down will be (their owners') eyes.		 (আন-নযিআ'ত:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
208 তিনি অদৃশ্য বিষয় বলতে কৃপনতা করেন না।
Neither doth he withhold grudgingly a knowledge of the Unseen.		 (আত-তাকভীর:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
209 তথায় থাকবে উন্নত সুসজ্জিত আসন।
Therein will be Thrones (of dignity), raised on high,		 (আল গাশিয়াহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
210 শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন মানুষকে যা সে জানত না।
Taught man that which he knew not.		 (আলাক:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
211 কখনই নয়; যদি তোমরা নিশ্চিত জানতে।
Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!)		 (তাকাসূর:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
