যখন আমি বনী-ইসরাঈলের কাছ থেকে অঙ্গীকার নিলাম যে, তোমরা আল্লাহ ছাড়া কারও উপাসনা করবে না, পিতা-মাতা, আত্নীয়-স্বজন, এতীম ও দীন-দরিদ্রদের সাথে সদ্ব্যবহার করবে, মানুষকে সৎ কথাবার্তা বলবে, নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা করবে এবং যাকাত দেবে, তখন সামান্য কয়েকজন ছাড়া তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিলে, তোমরাই অগ্রাহ্যকারী।
And remember We took a covenant from the Children of Israel (to this effect): Worship none but Allah; treat with kindness your parents and kindred, and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; be steadfast in prayer; and practise regular charity. Then did ye turn back, except a few among you, and ye backslide (even now). |

ইহুদীরা বলে, খ্রীস্টানরা কোন ভিত্তির উপরেই নয় এবং খ্রীস্টানরা বলে, ইহুদীরা কোন ভিত্তির উপরেই নয়। অথচ ওরা সবাই কিতাব পাঠ করে! এমনিভাবে যারা মূর্খ, তারাও ওদের মতই উক্তি করে। অতএব, আল্লাহ কেয়ামতের দিন তাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা দেবেন, যে বিষয়ে তারা মতবিরোধ করছিল।
The Jews say: "The Christians have naught (to stand) upon; and the Christians say: "The Jews have naught (To stand) upon." Yet they (Profess to) study the (same) Book. Like unto their word is what those say who know not; but Allah will judge between them in their quarrel on the Day of Judgment. |

যখন ইব্রাহীম বললেন, পরওয়ারদেগার! এ স্থানকে তুমি শান্তিধান কর এবং এর অধিবাসীদের মধ্যে যারা অল্লাহ ও কিয়ামতে বিশ্বাস করে, তাদেরকে ফলের দ্বারা রিযিক দান কর। বললেনঃ যারা অবিশ্বাস করে, আমি তাদেরও কিছুদিন ফায়দা ভোগ করার সুযোগ দেব, অতঃপর তাদেরকে বলপ্রয়োগে দোযখের আযাবে ঠেলে দেবো; সেটা নিকৃষ্ট বাসস্থান।
And remember Abraham said: "My Lord, make this a City of Peace, and feed its people with fruits,-such of them as believe in Allah and the Last Day." He said: "(Yea), and such as reject Faith,-for a while will I grant them their pleasure, but will soon drive them to the torment of Fire,- an evil destination (indeed)!" |

এমনিভাবে আমি তোমাদেরকে মধ্যপন্থী সম্প্রদায় করেছি যাতে করে তোমরা সাক্ষ্যদাতা হও মানবমন্ডলীর জন্যে এবং যাতে রসূল সাক্ষ্যদাতা হন তোমাদের জন্য। আপনি যে কেবলার উপর ছিলেন, তাকে আমি এজন্যই কেবলা করেছিলাম, যাতে একথা প্রতীয়মান হয় যে, কে রসূলের অনুসারী থাকে আর কে পিঠটান দেয়। নিশ্চিতই এটা কঠোরতর বিষয়, কিন্তু তাদের জন্যে নয়, যাদেরকে আল্লাহ পথপ্রদর্শন করেছেন। আল্লাহ এমন নন যে, তোমাদের ঈমান নষ্ট করে দেবেন। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ, মানুষের প্রতি অত্যন্ত স্নেহশীল, করুনাময়।
Thus, have We made of you an Ummat justly balanced, that ye might be witnesses over the nations, and the Messenger a witness over yourselves; and We appointed the Qibla to which thou wast used, only to test those who followed the Messenger from those who would turn on their heels (From the Faith). Indeed it was (A change) momentous, except to those guided by Allah. And never would Allah Make your faith of no effect. For Allah is to all people Most surely full of kindness, Most Merciful. |

নিশ্চয়ই আমি আপনাকে বার বার আকাশের দিকে তাকাতে দেখি। অতএব, অবশ্যই আমি আপনাকে সে কেবলার দিকেই ঘুরিয়ে দেব যাকে আপনি পছন্দ করেন। এখন আপনি মসজিদুল-হারামের দিকে মুখ করুন এবং তোমরা যেখানেই থাক, সেদিকে মুখ কর। যারা আহলে-কিতাব, তারা অবশ্যই জানে যে, এটাই ঠিক পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে। আল্লাহ বেখবর নন, সে সমস্ত কর্ম সম্পর্কে যা তারা করে।
We see the turning of thy face (for guidance to the heavens: now Shall We turn thee to a Qibla that shall please thee. Turn then Thy face in the direction of the sacred Mosque: Wherever ye are, turn your faces in that direction. The people of the Book know well that that is the truth from their Lord. Nor is Allah unmindful of what they do. |

যেমন, আমি পাঠিয়েছি তোমাদেরই মধ্য থেকে তোমাদের জন্যে একজন রসূল, যিনি তোমাদের নিকট আমার বাণীসমুহ পাঠ করবেন এবং তোমাদের পবিত্র করবেন; আর তোমাদের শিক্ষা দেবেন কিতাব ও তাঁর তত্ত্বজ্ঞান এবং শিক্ষা দেবেন এমন বিষয় যা কখনো তোমরা জানতে না।
A similar (favour have ye already received) in that We have sent among you a Messenger of your own, rehearsing to you Our Signs, and sanctifying you, and instructing you in Scripture and Wisdom, and in new knowledge. |

নিঃসন্দেহে সাফা ও মারওয়া আল্লাহ তা’আলার নিদর্শন গুলোর অন্যতম। সুতরাং যারা কা’বা ঘরে হজ্ব বা ওমরাহ পালন করে, তাদের পক্ষে এ দুটিতে প্রদক্ষিণ করাতে কোন দোষ নেই। বরং কেউ যদি স্বেচ্ছায় কিছু নেকীর কাজ করে, তবে আল্লাহ তা’আলার অবশ্যই তা অবগত হবেন এবং তার সে আমলের সঠিক মুল্য দেবেন।
Behold! Safa and Marwa are among the Symbols of Allah. So if those who visit the House in the Season or at other times, should compass them round, it is no sin in them. And if any one obeyeth his own impulse to good,- be sure that Allah is He Who recogniseth and knoweth. |

সে তো এ নির্দেশই তোমাদিগকে দেবে যে, তোমরা অন্যায় ও অশ্লীল কাজ করতে থাক এবং আল্লাহর প্রতি এমন সব বিষয়ে মিথ্যারোপ কর যা তোমরা জান না।
For he commands you what is evil and shameful, and that ye should say of Allah that of which ye have no knowledge. |

আর তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশ্যে হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ পরিপূর্ণ ভাবে পালন কর। যদি তোমরা বাধা প্রাপ্ত হও, তাহলে কোরবানীর জন্য যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তাই তোমাদের উপর ধার্য। আর তোমরা ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত মাথা মুন্ডন করবে না, যতক্ষণ না কোরবাণী যথাস্থানে পৌছে যাবে। যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়বে কিংবা মাথায় যদি কোন কষ্ট থাকে, তাহলে তার পরিবর্তে রোজা করবে কিংবা খয়রাত দেবে অথবা কুরবানী করবে। আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ একত্রে একই সাথে পালন করতে চাও, তবে যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তা দিয়ে কুরবানী করাই তার উপর কর্তব্য। বস্তুতঃ যারা কোরবানীর পশু পাবে না, তারা হজ্জ্বের দিনগুলোর মধ্যে রোজা রাখবে তিনটি আর সাতটি রোযা রাখবে ফিরে যাবার পর। এভাবে দশটি রোযা পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে। এ নির্দেশটি তাদের জন্য, যাদের পরিবার পরিজন মসজিদুল হারামের আশে-পাশে বসবাস করে না। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। সন্দেহাতীতভাবে জেনো যে, আল্লাহর আযাব বড়ই কঠিন।
And complete the Hajj or 'umra in the service of Allah. But if ye are prevented (From completing it), send an offering for sacrifice, such as ye may find, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches the place of sacrifice. And if any of you is ill, or has an ailment in his scalp, (Necessitating shaving), (He should) in compensation either fast, or feed the poor, or offer sacrifice; and when ye are in peaceful conditions (again), if any one wishes to continue the 'umra on to the hajj, He must make an offering, such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, He should fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, Making ten days in all. This is for those whose household is not in (the precincts of) the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah, and know that Allah Is strict in punishment. |

স্ত্রীদেরকে স্পর্শ করার আগে এবং কোন মোহর সাব্যস্ত করার পূর্বেও যদি তালাক দিয়ে দাও, তবে তাতেও তোমাদের কোন পাপ নেই। তবে তাদেরকে কিছু খরচ দেবে। আর সামর্থ্যবানদের জন্য তাদের সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী এবং কম সামর্থ্যবানদের জন্য তাদের সাধ্য অনুযায়ী। যে খরচ প্রচলিত রয়েছে তা সৎকর্মশীলদের উপর দায়িত্ব।
There is no blame on you if ye divorce women before consummation or the fixation of their dower; but bestow on them (A suitable gift), the wealthy according to his means, and the poor according to his means;- A gift of a reasonable amount is due from those who wish to do the right thing. |

এমন কে আছে যে, আল্লাহকে করজ দেবে, উত্তম করজ; অতঃপর আল্লাহ তাকে দ্বিগুণ-বহুগুণ বৃদ্ধি করে দিবেন। আল্লাহই সংকোচিত করেন এবং তিনিই প্রশস্ততা দান করেন এবং তাঁরই নিকট তোমরা সবাই ফিরে যাবে।
Who is he that will loan to Allah a beautiful loan, which Allah will double unto his credit and multiply many times? It is Allah that giveth (you) Want or plenty, and to Him shall be your return. |

হে মুমিনগণ! যখন তোমরা কোন নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্যে ঋনের আদান-প্রদান কর, তখন তা লিপিবদ্ধ করে নাও এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন লেখক ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে তা লিখে দেবে; লেখক লিখতে অস্বীকার করবে না। আল্লাহ তাকে যেমন শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন, তার উচিত তা লিখে দেয়া। এবং ঋন গ্রহীতা যেন লেখার বিষয় বলে দেয় এবং সে যেন স্বীয় পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় করে এবং লেখার মধ্যে বিন্দুমাত্রও বেশ কম না করে। অতঃপর ঋণগ্রহীতা যদি নির্বোধ হয় কিংবা দূর্বল হয় অথবা নিজে লেখার বিষয়বস্তু বলে দিতে অক্ষম হয়, তবে তার অভিভাবক ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে লিখাবে। দুজন সাক্ষী কর, তোমাদের পুরুষদের মধ্যে থেকে। যদি দুজন পুরুষ না হয়, তবে একজন পুরুষ ও দুজন মহিলা। ঐ সাক্ষীদের মধ্য থেকে যাদেরকে তোমরা পছন্দ কর যাতে একজন যদি ভুলে যায়, তবে একজন অন্যজনকে স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়। যখন ডাকা হয়, তখন সাক্ষীদের অস্বীকার করা উচিত নয়। তোমরা এটা লিখতে অলসতা করোনা, তা ছোট হোক কিংবা বড়, নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত। এ লিপিবদ্ধ করণ আল্লাহর কাছে সুবিচারকে অধিক কায়েম রাখে, সাক্ষ্যকে অধিক সুসংহত রাখে এবং তোমাদের সন্দেহে পতিত না হওয়ার পক্ষে অধিক উপযুক্ত। কিন্তু যদি কারবার নগদ হয়, পরস্পর হাতে হাতে আদান-প্রদান কর, তবে তা না লিখলে তোমাদের প্রতি কোন অভিযোগ নেই। তোমরা ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের সময় সাক্ষী রাখ। কোন লেখক ও সাক্ষীকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করো না। যদি তোমরা এরূপ কর, তবে তা তোমাদের পক্ষে পাপের বিষয়। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর তিনি তোমাদেরকে শিক্ষা দেন। আল্লাহ সব কিছু জানেন।
O ye who believe! When ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period of time, reduce them to writing Let a scribe write down faithfully as between the parties: let not the scribe refuse to write: as Allah Has taught him, so let him write. Let him who incurs the liability dictate, but let him fear His Lord Allah, and not diminish aught of what he owes. If they party liable is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable Himself to dictate, Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her. The witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (For evidence). Disdain not to reduce to writing (your contract) for a future period, whether it be small or big: it is juster in the sight of Allah, More suitable as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves but if it be a transaction which ye carry out on the spot among yourselves, there is no blame on you if ye reduce it not to writing. But take witness whenever ye make a commercial contract; and let neither scribe nor witness suffer harm. If ye do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So fear Allah; For it is Good that teaches you. And Allah is well acquainted with all things. If ye are on a journey, and cannot find a scribe, a pledge with possession (may serve the purpose). And if one of you deposits a thing on trust with another, let the trustee (faithfully) discharge his trust, and let him Fear his Lord conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it, - his heart is tainted with sin. And Allah knoweth all that ye do. |

যা কিছু আকাশসমূহে রয়েছে এবং যা কিছু যমীনে আছে, সব আল্লাহরই। যদি তোমরা মনের কথা প্রকাশ কর কিংবা গোপন কর, আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাছ থেকে তার হিসাব নেবেন। অতঃপর যাকে ইচ্ছা তিনি ক্ষমা করবেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা তিনি শাস্তি দেবেন। আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়ে শক্তিমান।
To Allah belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth. Whether ye show what is in your minds or conceal it, Allah Calleth you to account for it. He forgiveth whom He pleaseth, and punisheth whom He pleaseth, for Allah hath power over all things. |

আয়াতঃ ২৮৪) |

যখন তিনি কামরার ভেতরে নামাযে দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন, তখন ফেরেশতারা তাঁকে ডেকে বললেন যে, আল্লাহ তোমাকে সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছেন ইয়াহইয়া সম্পর্কে, যিনি সাক্ষ্য দেবেন আল্লাহর নির্দেশের সত্যতা সম্পর্কে, যিনি নেতা হবেন এবং নারীদের সংস্পর্শে যাবেন না, তিনি অত্যন্ত সৎকর্মশীল নবী হবেন।
While he was standing in prayer in the chamber, the angels called unto him: "Allah doth give thee glad tidings of Yahya, witnessing the truth of a Word from Allah, and (be besides) noble, chaste, and a prophet,- of the (goodly) company of the righteous." |

আর তাকে তিনি শিখিয়ে দেবেন কিতাব, হিকমত, তওরাত, ইঞ্জিল।
"And Allah will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel, |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮) |
| 16 |
আর স্মরণ কর, যখন আল্লাহ বলবেন, হে ঈসা! আমি তোমাকে নিয়ে নেবো এবং তোমাকে নিজের দিকে তুলে নিবো-কাফেরদের থেকে তোমাকে পবিত্র করে দেবো। আর যারা তোমার অনুগত রয়েছে তাদেরকে কিয়ামতের দিন পর্যন্ত যারা অস্বীকৃতি জ্ঞাপন করে তাদের উপর জয়ী করে রাখবো। বস্তুতঃ তোমাদের সবাইকে আমার কাছেই ফিরে আসতে হবে। তখন যে বিষয়ে তোমরা বিবাদ করতে, আমি তোমাদের মধ্যে তার ফয়সালা করে দেবো।
Behold! Allah said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee superior to those who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute. |

আয়াতঃ ৫৫) |
| 17 |
অতএব যারা কাফের হয়েছে, তাদেরকে আমি কঠিন শাস্তি দেবো দুনিয়াতে এবং আখেরাতে-তাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
"As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help." |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬) |
| 18 |
কোন কোন আহলে কিতাব এমনও রয়েছে, তোমরা যদি তাদের কাছে বহু ধন-সম্পদ আমানত রাখ, তাহলেও তা তোমাদের যথারীতি পরিশোধ করবে। আর তোদের মধ্যে অনেক এমনও রয়েছে যারা একটি দীনার গচ্ছিত রাখলেও ফেরত দেবে না-যে পর্যন্ত না তুমি তার মাথার উপর দাঁড়াতে পারবে। এটা এজন্য যে, তারা বলে রেখেছে যে, উম্মীদের অধিকার বিনষ্ট করাতে আমাদের কোন পাপ নেই। আর তারা আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে জেনে শুনেই মিথ্যা বলে।
Among the People of the Book are some who, if entrusted with a hoard of gold, will (readily) pay it back; others, who, if entrusted with a single silver coin, will not repay it unless thou constantly stoodest demanding, because, they say, "there is no call on us (to keep faith) with these ignorant (Pagans)." but they tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it. |

আয়াতঃ ৭৫) |
| 19 |
যারা আল্লাহর নামে কৃত অঙ্গীকার এবং প্রতিজ্ঞা সামান্য মুল্যে বিক্রয় করে, আখেরাতে তাদের কেন অংশ নেই। আর তাদের সাথে কেয়ামতের দিন আল্লাহ কথা বলবেন না। তাদের প্রতি (করুণার) দৃষ্টিও দেবেন না। আর তাদেরকে পরিশুদ্ধও করবেন না। বস্তুতঃ তাদের জন্য রয়েছে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক আযাব।
As for those who sell the faith they owe to Allah and their own plighted word for a small price, they shall have no portion in the Hereafter: Nor will Allah (Deign to) speak to them or look at them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He cleans them (of sin): They shall have a grievous penalty. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৭৭) |
| 20 |
হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা যদি আহলে কিতাবদের কোন ফেরকার কথা মান, তাহলে ঈমান আনার পর তারা তোমাদিগকে কাফেরে পরিণত করে দেবে।
O ye who believe! If ye listen to a faction among the People of the Book, they would (indeed) render you apostates after ye have believed! |

আয়াতঃ ১০০) |
| 21 |
আর তোমাদের মধ্যে এমন একটা দল থাকা উচিত যারা আহবান জানাবে সৎকর্মের প্রতি, নির্দেশ দেবে ভাল কাজের এবং বারণ করবে অন্যায় কাজ থেকে, আর তারাই হলো সফলকাম।
Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪) |
| 22 |
তোমরাই হলে সর্বোত্তম উম্মত, মানবজাতির কল্যানের জন্যেই তোমাদের উদ্ভব ঘটানো হয়েছে। তোমরা সৎকাজের নির্দেশ দান করবে ও অন্যায় কাজে বাধা দেবে এবং আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান আনবে। আর আহলে-কিতাবরা যদি ঈমান আনতো, তাহলে তা তাদের জন্য মঙ্গলকর হতো। তাদের মধ্যে কিছু তো রয়েছে ঈমানদার আর অধিকাংশই হলো পাপাচারী।
Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it were best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors. |

আয়াতঃ ১১০) |
| 23 |
হয় আল্লাহ তাদের ক্ষমা করবেন কিংবা তাদেরকে আযাব দেবেন। এ ব্যাপারে আপনার কোন করণীয় নাই। কারণ তারা রয়েছে অন্যায়ের উপর।
Not for thee, (but for Allah), is the decision: Whether He turn in mercy to them, or punish them; for they are indeed wrong-doers. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১২৮) |
| 24 |
আর আল্লাহর হুকুম ছাড়া কেউ মরতে পারে না-সেজন্য একটা সময় নির্ধারিত রয়েছে। বস্তুতঃ যে লোক দুনিয়ায় বিনিময় কামনা করবে, আমি তাকে তা দুনিয়াতেই দান করব। পক্ষান্তরে-যে লোক আখেরাতে বিনিময় কামনা করবে, তা থেকে আমি তাকে তাই দেবো। আর যারা কৃতজ্ঞ তাদেরকে আমি প্রতিদান দেবো
Nor can a soul die except by Allah's leave, the term being fixed as by writing. If any do desire a reward in this life, We shall give it to him; and if any do desire a reward in the Hereafter, We shall give it to him. And swiftly shall We reward those that (serve us with) gratitude. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৫) |
| 25 |
হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা যদি কাফেরদের কথা শোন, তাহলে ওরা তোমাদেরকে পেছনে ফিরিয়ে দেবে, তাতে তোমরা ক্ষতির সম্মুখীণ হয়ে পড়বে।
O ye who believe! If ye obey the Unbelievers, they will drive you back on your heels, and ye will turn back (from Faith) to your own loss. |

আয়াতঃ ১৪৯) |

নাপাককে পাক থেকে পৃথক করে দেয়া পর্যন্ত আল্লাহ এমন নন যে, ঈমানদারগণকে সে অবস্থাতেই রাখবেন যাতে তোমরা রয়েছ, আর আল্লাহ এমন নন যে, তোমাদিগকে গায়বের সংবাদ দেবেন। কিন্তু আল্লাহ স্বীয় রসূল গণের মধ্যে যাকে ইচ্ছা বাছাই করে নিয়েছেন। সুতরাং আল্লাহর ওপর এবং তাঁর রসূলগণের ওপর তোমরা প্রত্যয় স্থাপন কর। বস্তুতঃ তোমরা যদি বিশ্বাস ও পরহেযগারীর ওপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত থেকে থাক, তবে তোমাদের জন্যে রয়েছে বিরাট প্রতিদান।
Allah will not leave the believers in the state in which ye are now, until He separates what is evil from what is good nor will He disclose to you the secrets of the Unseen. But He chooses of His Messengers (For the purpose) whom He pleases. So believe in Allah. And His messengers: And if ye believe and do right, ye have a reward without measure. |

যেগুলো সম্পর্কে তোমাদের নিষেধ করা হয়েছে যদি তোমরা সেসব বড় গোনাহ গুলো থেকে বেঁচে থাকতে পার। তবে আমি তোমাদের ক্রটি-বিচ্যুতিগুলো ক্ষমা করে দেব এবং সম্মান জনক স্থানে তোমাদের প্রবেশ করার।
If ye (but) eschew the most heinous of the things which ye are forbidden to do, We shall expel out of you all the evil in you, and admit you to a gate of great honour. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৩১) |

হে আসমানী গ্রন্থের অধিকারীবৃন্দ! যা কিছু আমি অবতীর্ণ করেছি তার উপর বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর, যা সে গ্রন্থের সত্যায়ন করে এবং যা তোমাদের নিকট রয়েছে পূর্ব থেকে। (বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর) এমন হওয়ার আগেই যে, আমি মুছে দেব অনেক চেহারাকে এবং অতঃপর সেগুলোকে ঘুরিয়ে দেব পশ্চাৎ দিকে কিংবা অভিসম্পাত করব তাদের প্রতি যেমন করে অভিসম্পাত করেছি আছহাবে-সাবতের উপর। আর আল্লাহর নির্দেশ অবশ্যই কার্যকর হবে।
O ye People of the Book! believe in what We have (now) revealed, confirming what was (already) with you, before We change the face and fame of some (of you) beyond all recognition, and turn them hindwards, or curse them as We cursed the Sabbath-breakers, for the decision of Allah Must be carried out. |

তাদের কাছে কি রাজ্যের কোন অংশ আছে? তাহলে যে এরা কাউকেও একটি তিল পরিমাণও দেবে না।
Have they a share in dominion or power? Behold, they give not a farthing to their fellow-men? |

আয়াতঃ ৫৩) |

এতে সন্দেহ নেই যে, আমার নিদর্শন সমুহের প্রতি যেসব লোক অস্বীকৃতি জ্ঞাপন করবে, আমি তাদেরকে আগুনে নিক্ষেপ করব। তাদের চামড়াগুলো যখন জ্বলে-পুড়ে যাবে, তখন আবার আমি তা পালটে দেব অন্য চামড়া দিয়ে, যাতে তারা আযাব আস্বাদন করতে থাকে। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ মহাপরাক্রমশালী, হেকমতের অধিকারী।
Those who reject our Signs, We shall soon cast into the Fire: as often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬) |

আর তখন অবশ্যই আমি তাদেরকে নিজের পক্ষ থেকে মহান সওয়াব দেব।
And We should then have given them from our presence a great reward; |

আয়াতঃ ৬৭) |

আল্লাহর রাহে যুদ্ধ করতে থাকুন, আপনি নিজের সত্তা ব্যতীত অন্য কোন বিষয়ের যিম্মাদার নন! আর আপনি মুসলমানদেরকে উৎসাহিত করতে থাকুন। শীঘ্রই আল্লাহ কাফেরদের শক্তি-সামর্থ খর্ব করে দেবেন। আর আল্লাহ শক্তি-সামর্থের দিক দিয়ে অত্যন্ত কঠোর এবং কঠিন শাস্তিদাতা।
Then fight in Allah's cause - Thou art held responsible only for thyself - and rouse the believers. It may be that Allah will restrain the fury of the Unbelievers; for Allah is the strongest in might and in punishment. |

আয়াতঃ ৮৪) |

তাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করব, তাদেরকে আশ্বাস দেব; তাদেরকে পশুদের কর্ণ ছেদন করতে বলব এবং তাদেরকে আল্লাহর সৃষ্ট আকৃতি পরিবর্তন করতে আদেশ দেব। যে কেউ আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে শয়তানকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করে, সে প্রকাশ্য ক্ষতিতে পতিত হয়।
"I will mislead them, and I will create in them false desires; I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and to deface the (fair) nature created by Allah." Whoever, forsaking Allah, takes satan for a friend, hath of a surety suffered a loss that is manifest. |

আয়াতঃ ১১৯) |

হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা কাফেরদেরকে বন্ধু বানিও না মুসলমানদের বাদ দিয়ে। তোমরা কি এমনটি করে নিজের উপর আল্লাহর প্রকাশ্য দলীল কায়েম করে দেবে?
O ye who believe! Take not for friends unbelievers rather than believers: Do ye wish to offer Allah an open proof against yourselves? |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৪) |
| 35 |
অতঃপর যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং সৎকাজ করেছে, তিনি তাদেরকে পরিপূর্ণ সওয়াব দান করবেন, বরং স্বীয় অনুগ্রহে আরো বেশী দেবেন। পক্ষান্তরে যারা লজ্জাবোধ করেছে এবং অহঙ্কার করেছে তিনি তাদেরকে দেবেন বেদনাদায়ক আযাব। আল্লাহকে ছাড়া তারা কোন সাহায্যকারী ও সমর্থক পাবে না।
But to those who believe and do deeds of righteousness, He will give their (due) rewards,- and more, out of His bounty: But those who are disdainful and arrogant, He will punish with a grievous penalty; Nor will they find, besides Allah, any to protect or help them. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৩) |
| 36 |
অতএব, যারা আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান এনেছে এবং তাতে দৃঢ়তা অবলম্বন করেছে তিনি তাদেরকে স্বীয় রহমত ও অনুগ্রহের আওতায় স্থান দেবেন এবং নিজের দিকে আসার মত সরল পথে তুলে দেবেন।
Then those who believe in Allah, and hold fast to Him,- soon will He admit them to mercy and grace from Himself, and guide them to Himself by a straight way. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৫) |

বস্তুতঃ যাদের অন্তরে রোগ রয়েছে, তাদেরকে আপনি দেখবেন, দৌড়ে গিয়ে তাদেরই মধ্যে প্রবেশ করে। তারা বলেঃ আমরা আশঙ্কা করি, পাছে না আমরা কোন দুর্ঘটনায় পতিত হই। অতএব, সেদিন দুরে নয়, যেদিন আল্লাহ তা’আলা বিজয় প্রকাশ করবেন অথবা নিজের পক্ষ থেকে কোন নির্দেশ দেবেন-ফলে তারা স্বীয় গোপন মনোভাবের জন্যে অনুতপ্ত হবে।
Those in whose hearts is a disease - thou seest how eagerly they run about amongst them, saying: "We do fear lest a change of fortune bring us disaster." Ah! perhaps Allah will give (thee) victory, or a decision according to His will. Then will they repent of the thoughts which they secretly harboured in their hearts. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫২) |
| 38 |
হে মুমিনগণ, তোমরা নিজেদের চিন্তা কর। তোমরা যখন সৎপথে রয়েছ, তখন কেউ পথভ্রান্ত হলে তাতে তোমাদের কোন ক্ষতি নাই। তোমাদের সবাইকে আল্লাহর কাছে ফিরে যেতে হবে। তখন তিনি তোমাদেরকে বলে দেবেন, যা কিছু তোমরা করতে।
O ye who believe! Guard your own souls: If ye follow (right) guidance, no hurt can come to you from those who stray. the goal of you all is to Allah: it is He that will show you the truth of all that ye do. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৫) |

যখন হাওয়ারীরা বললঃ হে মরিয়ম তনয় ঈসা, আপনার পালনকর্তা কি এরূপ করতে পারেন যে, আমাদের জন্যে আকাশ থেকে খাদ্যভর্তি খাঞ্চা অবতরণ করে দেবেন? তিনি বললেনঃ যদি তোমরা ঈমানদার হও, তবে আল্লাহকে ভয় কর।
Behold! the disciples, said: "O Jesus the son of Mary! can thy Lord send down to us a table set (with viands) from heaven?" Said Jesus: "Fear Allah, if ye have faith." |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১২) |
| 40 |
আল্লাহ বললেনঃ নিশ্চয় আমি সে খাঞ্চা তোমাদের প্রতি অবতরণ করব। অতঃপর যে ব্যাক্তি এর পরেও অকৃতজ্ঞ হবে, আমি তাকে এমন শাস্তি দেব, যে শাস্তি বিশ্বজগতের অপর কাউকে দেব না।
Allah said: "I will send it down unto you: But if any of you after that resisteth faith, I will punish him with a penalty such as I have not inflicted on any one among all the peoples." |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৫) |
| 41 |
আপনি জিজ্ঞেস করুনঃ সর্ববৃহৎ সাক্ষ্যদাতা কে ? বলে দিনঃ আল্লাহ আমার ও তোমাদের মধ্যে সাক্ষী। আমার প্রতি এ কোরআন অবর্তীর্ণ হয়েছে-যাতে আমি তোমাদেরকে এবং যাদের কাছে এ কোরআন পৌঁছে সবাইকে ভীতি প্রদর্শন করি। তোমরা কি সাক্ষ্য দাও যে, আল্লাহর সাথে অন্যান্য উপাস্যও রয়েছে ? আপনি বলে দিনঃ আমি এরূপ সাক্ষ্য দেব না। বলে দিনঃ তিনিই একমাত্র উপাস্য; আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের শিরক থেকে মুক্ত।
Say: "What thing is most weighty in evidence?" Say: "Allah is witness between me and you; This Qur'an hath been revealed to me by inspiration, that I may warn you and all whom it reaches. Can ye possibly bear witness that besides Allah there is another Allah?" Say: "Nay! I cannot bear witness!" Say: "But in truth He is the one Allah, and I truly am innocent of (your blasphemy of) joining others with Him." |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৯) |
| 42 |
আপনি বলুনঃ বল তো দেখি, যদি আল্লাহ তোমাদের কান ও চোখ নিয়ে যান এবং তোমাদের অন্তরে মোহর এঁটে দেন, তবে এবং তোমাদের আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এমন উপাস্য কে আছে, যে তোমাদেরকে এগুলো এনে দেবে? দেখ, আমি কিভাবে ঘুরিয়ে-ফিরিয়ে নিদর্শনাবলী বর্ণনা করি। তথাপি তারা বিমুখ হচ্ছে।
Say: "Think ye, if Allah took away your hearing and your sight, and sealed up your hearts, who - a god other than Allah - could restore them to you?" See how We explain the signs by various (symbols); yet they turn aside. |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬) |
| 43 |
তোমরা তাদেরকে মন্দ বলো না, যাদের তারা আরাধনা করে আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে। তাহলে তারা ধৃষ্টতা করে অজ্ঞতাবশতঃ আল্লাহকে মন্দ বলবে। এমনিভাবে আমি প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায়ের দৃষ্টিতে তাদের কাজ কর্ম সুশোভিত করে দিয়েছি। অতঃপর স্বীয় পালনকর্তার কাছে তাদেরকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করতে হবে। তখন তিনি তাদেরকে বলে দেবেন যা কিছু তারা করত।
Revile not ye those whom they call upon besides Allah, lest they out of spite revile Allah in their ignorance. Thus have We made alluring to each people its own doings. In the end will they return to their Lord, and We shall then tell them the truth of all that they did. |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১০৮) |
| 44 |
আর যদি আপনি পৃথিবীর অধিকাংশ লোকের কথা মেনে নেন, তবে তারা আপনাকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিপথগামী করে দেবে। তারা শুধু অলীক কল্পনার অনুসরণ করে এবং সম্পূর্ণ অনুমান ভিত্তিক কথাবার্তা বলে থাকে।
Wert thou to follow the common run of those on earth, they will lead thee away from the way of Allah. They follow nothing but conjecture: they do nothing but lie. |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১১৬) |
| 45 |
এমনিভাবে আমি পাপীদেরকে একে অপরের সাথে যুক্ত করে দেব তাদের কাজকর্মের কারণে।
Thus do we make the wrong-doers turn to each other, because of what they earn. |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১২৯) |
| 46 |
কিংবা বলতে শুরু করঃ যদি আমাদের প্রতি কোন গ্রন্থ অবতীর্ণ হত, আমরা এদের চাইতে অধিক পথপ্রাপ্ত হতাম। অতএব, তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের কাছে সুষ্পষ্ট প্রমাণ, হেদায়েত ও রহমত এসে গেছে। অতঃপর সে ব্যক্তির চাইতে অধিক অনাচারী কে হবে, যে আল্লাহর আয়াত সমূহকে মিথ্যা বলে এবং গা বাঁচিয়ে চলে। অতি সত্ত্বর আমি তাদেরকে শাস্তি দেব। যারা আমার আয়াত সমূহ থেকে গা বাঁচিয়ে চলে-জঘন্য শাস্তি তাদের গা বাঁচানোর কারণে।
Or lest ye should say: "If the Book had only been sent down to us, we should have followed its guidance better than they." Now then hath come unto you a clear (sign) from your Lord,- and a guide and a mercy: then who could do more wrong than one who rejecteth Allah's signs, and turneth away therefrom? In good time shall We requite those who turn away from Our signs, with a dreadful penalty, for their turning away. |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৭) |
| 47 |
নিশ্চয় যারা স্বীয় ধর্মকে খন্ড-বিখন্ড করেছে এবং অনেক দল হয়ে গেছে, তাদের সাথে আপনার কোন সম্পর্ক নেই। তাদের ব্যাপার আল্লাহ তা'আয়ালার নিকট সমর্পিত। অতঃপর তিনি বলে দেবেন যা কিছু তারা করে থাকে।
As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did. |
(আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৯) |
| 48 |
অতঃপর ঐ ব্যক্তির চাইতে অধিক জালেম কে, যে আল্লাহর প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করে অথবা তার নির্দেশাবলীকে মিথ্যা বলে? তারা তাদের গ্রন্থে লিখিত অংশ পেয়ে যাবে। এমন কি, যখন তাদের কাছে আমার প্রেরিত ফেরশতারা প্রাণ নেওয়ার জন্যে পৌছে, তখন তারা বলে; তারা কোথায় গেল, যাদের কে তোমরা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত আহবান করতে? তারা উত্তর দেবেঃ আমাদের কাছ থেকে উধাও হয়ে গেছে, তারা নিজেদের সম্পর্কে স্বীকার করবে যে, তারা অবশ্যই কাফের ছিল।
Who is more unjust than one who invents a lie against Allah or rejects His Signs? For such, their portion appointed must reach them from the Book (of decrees): until, when our messengers (of death) arrive and take their souls, they say: "Where are the things that ye used to invoke besides Allah?" They will reply, "They have left us in the lurch," And they will bear witness against themselves, that they had rejected Allah. |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |
| 49 |
তাদের অন্তরে যা কিছু দুঃখ ছিল, আমি তা বের করে দেব। তাদের তলদেশ দিয়ে নির্ঝরণী প্রবাহিত হবে। তারা বলবেঃ আল্লাহ শোকর, যিনি আমাদেরকে এ পর্যন্ত পৌছিয়েছেন। আমরা কখনও পথ পেতাম না, যদি আল্লাহ আমাদেরকে পথ প্রদর্শন না করতেন। আমাদের প্রতিপালকের রসূল আমাদের কাছে সত্যকথা নিয়ে এসেছিলেন। আওয়াজ আসবেঃ এটি জান্নাত। তোমরা এর উত্তরাধিকারী হলে তোমাদের কর্মের প্রতিদানে।
And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury;- beneath them will be rivers flowing;- and they shall say: "Praise be to Allah, who hath guided us to this (felicity): never could we have found guidance, had it not been for the guidance of Allah: indeed it was the truth, that the messengers of our Lord brought unto us." And they shall hear the cry: "Behold! the garden before you! Ye have been made its inheritors, for your deeds (of righteousness)." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩) |

তার সম্প্রদায়ের দাম্ভিক সর্দাররা বললঃ হে শোয়ায়েব, আমরা অবশ্যই তোমাকে এবং তোমার সাথে বিশ্বাস স্থাপনকারীদেরকে শহর থেকে বের করে দেব অথবা তোমরা আমাদের ধর্মে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে। শোয়ায়েব বললঃ আমরা অপছন্দ করলেও কি ?
The leaders, the arrogant party among his people, said: "O Shu'aib! we shall certainly drive thee out of our city - (thee) and those who believe with thee; or else ye (thou and they) shall have to return to our ways and religion." He said: "What! even though we do detest (them)? |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮) |
| 51 |
অবশ্যই আমি কেটে দেব তোমাদের হাত ও পা বিপরীত দিক থেকে। তারপর তোমাদের সবাইকে শূলীতে চড়িয়ে মারব।
"Be sure I will cut off your hands and your feet on apposite sides, and I will cause you all to die on the cross." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১২৪) |

ফেরাউনের সম্প্রদায়ের র্সদাররা বলল, তুমি কি এমনি ছেড়ে দেবে মূসা ও তার সম্প্রদায়কে। দেশময় হৈ-চৈ করার জন্য এবং তোমাকে ও তোমার দেব-দেবীকে বাতিল করে দেবার জন্য। সে বলল, আমি এখনি হত্যা করব তাদের পুত্র সন্তানদিগকে; আর জীবিত রাখব মেয়েদেরকে। বস্তুতঃ আমরা তাদের উপর প্রবল।
Said the chiefs of Pharaoh's people: "Wilt thou leave Moses and his people, to spread mischief in the land, and to abandon thee and thy gods?" He said: "Their male children will we slay; (only) their females will we save alive; and we have over them (power) irresistible." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১২৭) |
| 53 |
তারা বলল, আমাদের কষ্ট ছিল তোমার আসার পূর্বে এবং তোমার আসার পরে। তিনি বললেন, তোমাদের পরওয়ারদেগার শীঘ্রই তোমাদের শক্রদের ধ্বংস করে দেবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে দেশে প্রতিনিধিত্ব দান করবেন। তারপর দেখবেন, তোমরা কেমন কাজ কর।
They said: "We have had (nothing but) trouble, both before and after thou camest to us." He said: "It may be that your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you inheritors in the earth; that so He may try you by your deeds." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১২৯) |
| 54 |
আর তাদের উপর যখন কোন আযাব পড়ে তখন বলে, হে মূসা আমাদের জন্য তোমার পরওয়ারদেগারের নিকট সে বিষয়ে দোয়া কর যা তিনি তোমার সাথে ওয়াদা করে রেখেছেন। যদি তুমি আমাদের উপর থেকে এ আযাব সরিয়ে দাও, তবে অবশ্যই আমরা ঈমান আনব তোমার উপর এবং তোমার সাথে বনী-ইসরাঈলদেরকে যেতে দেব।
Every time the penalty fell on them, they said: "O Moses! on your behalf call on thy Lord in virtue of his promise to thee: If thou wilt remove the penalty from us, we shall truly believe in thee, and we shall send away the Children of Israel with thee." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৪) |
| 55 |
আর পৃথিবীতে এবং আখেরাতে আমাদের জন্য কল্যাণ লিখে দাও। আমরা তোমার দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করছি। আল্লাহ তা’আলা বললেন, আমার আযাব তারই উপর পরিব্যাপ্ত। সুতরাং তা তাদের জন্য লিখে দেব যারা ভয় রাখে, যাকাত দান করে এবং যারা আমার আয়তসমুহের উপর বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে।
"And ordain for us that which is good, in this life and in the Hereafter: for we have turned unto Thee." He said: "With My punishment I visit whom I will; but My mercy extendeth to all things. That (mercy) I shall ordain for those who do right, and practise regular charity, and those who believe in Our signs;- |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৬) |
| 56 |
আর যখন তাদের প্রতি নির্দেশ হল যে, তোমরা এ নগরীতে বসবাস কর এবং খাও তা থেকে যেখান থেকে ইচ্ছা এবং বল, আমাদের ক্ষমা করুন। আর দরজা দিয়ে প্রবেশ কর প্রণত অবস্থায়। তবে আমি ক্ষমা করে দেব তোমাদের পাপসমুহ। অবশ্য আমি সৎকর্মীদিগকে অতিরিক্ত দান করব।
And remember it was said to them: "Dwell in this town and eat therein as ye wish, but say the word of humility and enter the gate in a posture of humility: We shall forgive you your faults; We shall increase (the portion of) those who do good." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬১) |
| 57 |
যখন নির্দেশ দান করেন ফেরেশতাদিগকে তোমাদের পরওয়ারদেগার যে, আমি সাথে রয়েছি তোমাদের, সুতরাং তোমরা মুসলমানদের চিত্তসমূহকে ধীরস্থির করে রাখ। আমি কাফেরদের মনে ভীতির সঞ্চার করে দেব। কাজেই গর্দানের উপর আঘাত হান এবং তাদেরকে কাট জোড়ায় জোড়ায়।
Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them." |
(আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১২) |

এটাতো গেল, আর জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ নস্যাৎ করে দেবেন কাফেরদের সমস্ত কলা-কৌশল।
That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers. |
(আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |

হে ঈমানদারগণ তোমরা যদি আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক, তবে তোমাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করে দেবেন এবং তোমাদের থেকে তোমাদের পাপকে সরিয়ে দেবেন এবং তোমাদের ক্ষমা করবেন। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ অত্যন্ত মহান।
O ye who believe! if ye fear Allah, He will grant you a criterion (to judge between right and wrong), remove from you (all) evil (that may afflict) you, and forgive you: for Allah is the Lord of grace unbounded. |

অথচ আল্লাহ কখনই তাদের উপর আযাব নাযিল করবেন না যতক্ষণ আপনি তাদের মাঝে অবস্থান করবেন। তাছাড়া তারা যতক্ষণ ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করতে থাকবে আল্লাহ কখনও তাদের উপর আযাব দেবেন না।
But Allah was not going to send them a penalty whilst thou wast amongst them; nor was He going to send it whilst they could ask for pardon. |

আর মুশরিকদের কেউ যদি তোমার কাছে আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করে, তবে তাকে আশ্রয় দেবে, যাতে সে আল্লাহর কালাম শুনতে পায়, অতঃপর তাকে তার নিরাপদ স্থানে পৌছে দেবে। এটি এজন্যে যে এরা জ্ঞান রাখে না।
If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah; and then escort him to where he can be secure. That is because they are men without knowledge. |

| 62 |
কিরূপে? তারা তোমাদের উপর জয়ী হলে তোমাদের আত্নীয়তার ও অঙ্গীকারের কোন মর্যাদা দেবে না। তারা মুখে তোমাদের সন্তুষ্ট করে, কিন্তু তাদের অন্তরসমূহ তা অস্বীকার করে, আর তাদের অধিকাংশ প্রতিশ্রুতি ভঙ্গকারী।
How (can there be such a league), seeing that if they get an advantage over you, they respect not in you the ties either of kinship or of covenant? With (fair words from) their mouths they entice you, but their hearts are averse from you; and most of them are rebellious and wicked. |

| 63 |
যুদ্ধ কর ওদের সাথে, আল্লাহ তোমাদের হস্তে তাদের শাস্তি দেবেন। তাদের লাঞ্ছিত করবেন, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে তোমাদের জয়ী করবেন এবং মুসলমানদের অন্তরসমূহ শান্ত করবেন।
Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you (to victory) over them, heal the breasts of Believers, |

আয়াতঃ ১৪) |
| 64 |
এরপর আল্লাহ যাদের প্রতি ইচ্ছা তওবার তওফীক দেবেন, আর আল্লাহ অতীব ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
Again will Allah, after this, turn (in mercy) to whom He will: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. |

| 65 |
হে ঈমানদারগণ! মুশরিকরা তো অপবিত্র। সুতরাং এ বছরের পর তারা যেন মসজিদুল-হারামের নিকট না আসে। আর যদি তোমরা দারিদ্রে?480; আশংকা কর, তবে আল্লাহ চাইলে নিজ করুনায় ভবিষ্যতে তোমাদের অভাবমুক্ত করে দেবেন। নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, All-wise. |

| 66 |
যদি বের না হও, তবে আল্লাহ তোমাদের মর্মন্তুদ আযাব দেবেন এবং অপর জাতিকে তোমাদের স্থলাভিষিক্ত করবেন। তোমরা তাঁর কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারবে না, আর আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়ে শক্তিমান।
Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For Allah hath power over all things. |
(আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |
| 67 |
কতই না ভাল হত, যদি তারা সন্তুষ্ট হত আল্লাহ ও তার রসূলের উপর এবং বলত, আল্লাহই আমাদের জন্যে যথেষ্ট, আল্লাহ আমাদের দেবেন নিজ করুণায় এবং তাঁর রসূলও, আমরা শুধু আল্লাহকেই কামনা করি।
If only they had been content with what Allah and His Messenger gave them, and had said, "Sufficient unto us is Allah! Allah and His Messenger will soon give us of His bounty: to Allah do we turn our hopes!" (that would have been the right course). |

আয়াতঃ ৫৯) |
| 68 |
ছলনা কর না, তোমরা যে কাফের হয়ে গেছ ঈমান প্রকাশ করার পর। তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন কোন লোককে যদি আমি ক্ষমা করে দেইও, তবে অবশ্য কিছু লোককে আযাবও দেব। কারণ, তারা ছিল গোনাহগার।
Make ye no excuses: ye have rejected Faith after ye had accepted it. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you, for that they are in sin. |

আয়াতঃ ৬৬) |
| 69 |
তারা কসম খায় যে, আমরা বলিনি, অথচ নিঃসন্দেহে তারা বলেছে কুফরী বাক্য এবং মুসলমান হবার পর অস্বীকৃতিজ্ঞাপনকারী হয়েছে। আর তারা কামনা করেছিল এমন বস্তুর যা তারা প্রাপ্ত হয়নি। আর এসব তারই পরিণতি ছিল যে, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূল তাদেরকে সম্পদশালী করে দিয়েছিলেন নিজের অনুগ্রহের মাধ্যমে। বস্তুতঃ এরা যদি তওবা করে নেয়, তবে তাদের জন্য মঙ্গল। আর যদি তা না মানে, তবে তাদের কে আযাব দেবেন আল্লাহ তা’আলা, বেদনাদায়ক আযাব দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে। অতএব, বিশ্বচরাচরে তাদের জন্য কোন সাহায্যকারী-সমর্থক নেই।
They swear by Allah that they said nothing (evil), but indeed they uttered blasphemy, and they did it after accepting Islam; and they meditated a plot which they were unable to carry out: this revenge of theirs was (their) only return for the bounty with which Allah and His Messenger had enriched them! If they repent, it will be best for them; but if they turn back (to their evil ways), Allah will punish them with a grievous penalty in this life and in the Hereafter: They shall have none on earth to protect or help them. |

| 70 |
তুমি যখন তাদের কাছে ফিরে আসবে, তখন তারা তোমাদের নিকট ছল-ছুতা নিয়ে উপস্থিত হবে; তুমি বলো, ছল কারো না, আমি কখনো তোমাদের কথা শুনব না; আমাকে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের অবস্থা সম্পর্কে অবহিত করে দিয়েছেন। আর এখন তোমাদের কর্ম আল্লাহই দেখবেন এবং তাঁর রসূল। তারপর তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে সেই গোপন ও আগোপন বিষয়ে অবগত সত্তার নিকট। তিনিই তোমাদের বাতলে দেবেন যা তোমরা করছিলে।
They will present their excuses to you when ye return to them. Say thou: "Present no excuses: we shall not believe you: Allah hath already informed us of the true state of matters concerning you: It is your actions that Allah and His Messenger will observe: in the end will ye be brought back to Him Who knoweth what is hidden and what is open: then will He show you the truth of all that ye did." |

| 71 |
আর কোন কোন লোক রয়েছে যারা নিজেদের পাপ স্বীকার করেছে, তারা মিশ্রিত করেছে একটি নেককাজ ও অন্য একটি বদকাজ। শীঘ্রই আল্লাহ হয়ত তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করে দেবেন। নিঃঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল করুণাময়।
Others (there are who) have acknowledged their wrong-doings: they have mixed an act that was good with another that was evil. Perhaps Allah will turn unto them (in Mercy): for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. |

আয়াতঃ ১০২) |
| 72 |
আর তুমি বলে দাও, তোমরা আমল করে যাও, তার পরবর্তীতে আল্লাহ দেখবেন তোমাদের কাজ এবং দেখবেন রসূল ও মুসলমানগণ। তাছাড়া তোমরা শীগ্রই প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে তাঁর সান্নিধ্যে যিনি গোপন ও প্রকাশ্য বিষয়ে অবগত। তারপর তিনি জানিয়ে দেবেন তোমাদেরকে যা করতে।
And say: "Work (righteousness): Soon will Allah observe your work, and His Messenger, and the Believers: Soon will ye be brought back to the knower of what is hidden and what is open: then will He show you the truth of all that ye did." |

আয়াতঃ ১০৫) |
| 73 |
আবার অনেক লোক রয়েছে যাদের কাজকর্ম আল্লাহর নির্দেশের উপর স্থগিত রয়েছে; তিনি হয় তাদের আযাব দেবেন না হয় তাদের ক্ষমা করে দেবেন। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ সব কিছুই জ্ঞাত, বিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন।
There are (yet) others, held in suspense for the command of Allah, whether He will punish them, or turn in mercy to them: and Allah is All-Knowing, Wise. |

আয়াতঃ ১০৬) |

তারপর যখন তাদেরকে আল্লাহ বাঁচিয়ে দিলেন, তখনই তারা পৃথিবীতে অনাচার করতে লাগল অন্যায় ভাবে। হে মানুষ! শোন, তোমাদের অনাচার তোমাদেরই উপর পড়বে। পার্থিব জীবনের সুফল ভোগ করে নাও-অতঃপর আমার নিকট প্রত্যাবর্তন করতে হবে। তখন আমি বাতলে দেব, যা কিছু তোমরা করতে।
But when he delivereth them, behold! they transgress insolently through the earth in defiance of right! O mankind! your insolence is against your own souls,- an enjoyment of the life of the present: in the end, to Us is your return, and We shall show you the truth of all that ye did. |

| 75 |
আর যেদিন আমি তাদের সবাইকে সমবেত করব; আর যারা শেরক করত তাদেরকে বলবঃ তোমরা এবং তোমাদের শরীকরা নিজ নিজ জায়গায় দাঁড়িয়ে যাও-অতঃপর তাদেরকে পারস্পরিক বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দেব, তখন তাদের শরীকরা বলবে, তোমরা তো আমাদের উপাসনা-বন্দেগী করনি।
One day shall We gather them all together. Then shall We say to those who joined gods (with Us): "To your place! ye and those ye joined as 'partners' We shall separate them, and their "Partners" shall say: "It was not us that ye worshipped! |

আর আমি বনী-ইসরাঈলদিগকে দান করেছি উত্তম স্থান এবং তাদেরকে আহার্য দিয়েছি পবিত্র-পরিচ্ছন্ন বস্তু-সামগ্রী। বস্তুতঃ তাদের মধ্যে মতবিরোধ হয়নি যতক্ষণ না তাদের কাছে এসে পৌছেছে সংবাদ। নিঃসন্দেহে তোমার পরওয়ারদেগার তাদের মাঝে মীমাংসা করে দেবেন কেয়ামতের দিন; যে ব্যাপারে তাদের মাঝে মতবিরোধ হয়েছিল
We settled the Children of Israel in a beautiful dwelling-place, and provided for them sustenance of the best: it was after knowledge had been granted to them, that they fell into schisms. Verily Allah will judge between them as to the schisms amongst them, on the Day of Judgment. |

আয়াতঃ ৯৩) |
| 77 |
আর তোমরা নিজেদের পালনকর্তা সমীপে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা কর। অনন্তর তাঁরই প্রতি মনোনিবেশ কর। তাহলে তিনি তোমাদেরকে নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত উৎকৃষ্ট জীবনোপকরণ দান করবেন এবং অধিক আমলকারীকে বেশী করে দেবেন আর যদি তোমরা বিমুখ হতে থাক, তবে আমি তোমাদের উপর এক মহা দিবসের আযাবের আশঙ্কা করছি।
"(And to preach thus), 'Seek ye the forgiveness of your Lord, and turn to Him in repentance; that He may grant you enjoyment, good (and true), for a term appointed, and bestow His abounding grace on all who abound in merit! But if ye turn away, then I fear for you the penalty of a great day: |

যে ব্যক্তি পার্থিবজীবন ও তার চাকচিক্যই কামনা করে, হয় আমি তাদের দুনিয়াতেই তাদের আমলের প্রতিফল ভোগ করিয়ে দেব এবং তাতে তাদের প্রতি কিছুমাত্র কমতি করা হয় না।
Those who desire the life of the present and its glitter,- to them we shall pay (the price of) their deeds therein,- without diminution. |
(হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫) |
| 79 |
আর হে আমার জাতি! আমি যদি তাদের তাড়িয়ে দেই তাহলে আমাকে আল্লাহ হতে রেহাই দেবে কে? তোমরা কি চিন্তা করে দেখ না?
"And O my people! who would help me against Allah if I drove them away? Will ye not then take heed? |

আয়াতঃ ৩০) |
| 80 |
হুকুম হল-হে নূহ (আঃ)! আমার পক্ষ হতে নিরাপত্তা এবং আপনার নিজের ও সঙ্গীয় সম্প্রদায়গুলির উপর বরকত সহকারে অবতরণ করুণ। আর অন্যান্য যেসব সম্প্রদায় রয়েছে আমি তাদের কেও উপকৃত হতে দেব। অতঃপর তাদের উপর আমার দরুন আযাব আপতিত হবে।
The word came: "O Noah! Come down (from the Ark) with peace from Us, and blessing on thee and on some of the peoples (who will spring) from those with thee: but (there will be other) peoples to whom We shall grant their pleasures (for a time), but in the end will a grievous penalty reach them from Us." |

আয়াতঃ ৪৮) |
| 81 |
তারা বলল-হে হুদ, তুমি আমাদের কাছে কোন প্রমাণ নিয়ে আস নাই, আমরা তোমার কথায় আমাদের দেব-দেবীদের বর্জন করতে পারি না আর আমরা তোমার প্রতি ঈমান আনয়নকারীও নই।
They said: "O Hud! No Clear (Sign) that hast thou brought us, and we are not the ones to desert our gods on thy word! Nor shall we believe in thee! |
(হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩) |
| 82 |
বরং আমরাও তো বলি যে, আমাদের কোন দেবতা তোমার উপরে শোচনীয় ভূত চাপিয়ে দিয়েছে। হুদ বললেন-আমি আল্লাহকে সাক্ষী করেছি আর তোমাও সাক্ষী থাক যে, আমার কোন সম্পর্ক নাই তাঁদের সাথে যাদের কে তোমরা শরিক করছ;
"We say nothing but that (perhaps) some of our gods may have seized thee with imbecility." He said: "I call Allah to witness, and do ye bear witness, that I am free from the sin of ascribing, to Him, |

আয়াতঃ ৫৪) |
| 83 |
তারা বলল-হে শোয়ায়েব (আঃ) আপনার নামায কি আপনাকে ইহাই শিক্ষা দেয় যে, আমরা ঐসব উপাস্যদেরকে পরিত্যাগ করব আমাদের বাপ-দাদারা যাদের উপাসনা করত? অথবা আমাদের ধন-সম্পদে ইচ্ছামত যা কিছু করে থাকি, তা ছেড়ে দেব? আপনি তো একজন খাস মহৎ ব্যক্তি ও সৎপথের পথিক।
They said: "O Shu'aib! Does thy (religion of) prayer command thee that we leave off the worship which our fathers practised, or that we leave off doing what we like with our property? truly, thou art the one that forbeareth with faults and is right-minded!" |

আয়াতঃ ৮৭) |
| 84 |
আর তোমার পালনকর্তা এমন নন যে, জনবসতিগুলোকে অন্যায়ভাবে ধ্বংস করে দেবেন, সেখানকার লোকেরা সৎকর্মশীল হওয়া সত্ত্বেও।
Nor would thy Lord be the One to destroy communities for a single wrong-doing, if its members were likely to mend. |

আয়াতঃ ১১৭) |
| 85 |
এমনিভাবে তোমার পালনকর্তা তোমাকে মনোনীত করবেন এবং তোমাকে বাণীসমূহের নিগুঢ় তত্ত্ব শিক্ষা দেবেন এবং পূর্ণ করবেন স্বীয় অনুগ্রহ তোমার প্রতি ও ইয়াকুব পরিবার-পরিজনের প্রতি; যেমন ইতিপূর্বে তোমার পিতৃপুরুষ ইব্রাহীম ও ইসহাকের প্রতি পূর্ণ করেছেন। নিশ্চয় তোমার পালনকর্তা অত্যন্ত জ্ঞানী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
"Thus will thy Lord choose thee and teach thee the interpretation of stories (and events) and perfect His favour to thee and to the posterity of Jacob - even as He perfected it to thy fathers Abraham and Isaac aforetime! for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom." |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬) |
| 86 |
তিনি বললেনঃ তোমাদেরকে প্রত্যহ যে খাদ্য দেয়া হয়, তা তোমাদের কাছে আসার আগেই আমি তার ব্যাখ্যা বলে দেব। এ জ্ঞান আমার পালনকর্তা আমাকে শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন। আমি ঐসব লোকের ধর্ম পরিত্যাগ করেছি যারা আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে না এবং পরকালে অবিশ্বাসী।
He said: "Before any food comes (in due course) to feed either of you, I will surely reveal to you the truth and meaning of this ere it befall you: that is part of the (duty) which my Lord hath taught me. I have (I assure you) abandoned the ways of a people that believe not in Allah and that (even) deny the Hereafter. |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |
| 87 |
তোমরা আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে নিছক কতগুলো নামের এবাদত কর, সেগুলো তোমরা এবং তোমাদের বাপ-দাদারা সাব্যস্ত করে নিয়েছে। আল্লাহ এদের কোন প্রমাণ অবতীর্ণ করেননি। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কারও বিধান দেবার ক্ষমতা নেই। তিনি আদেশ দিয়েছেন যে, তিনি ব্যতীত অন্য কারও এবাদত করো না। এটাই সরল পথ। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক তা জানে না।
"If not Him, ye worship nothing but names which ye have named,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah hath sent down no authority: the command is for none but Allah: He hath commanded that ye worship none but Him: that is the right religion, but most men understand not... |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪০) |
| 88 |
বললঃ তোমরা সাত বছর উত্তম রূপে চাষাবাদ করবে। অতঃপর যা কাটবে, তার মধ্যে যে সামান্য পরিমাণ তোমরা খাবে তা ছাড়া অবশিষ্ট শস্য শীষ সমেত রেখে দেবে।
(Joseph) said: "For seven years shall ye diligently sow as is your wont: and the harvests that ye reap, ye shall leave them in the ear,- except a little, of which ye shall eat. |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭) |
| 89 |
বললেন, তাকে ততক্ষণ তোমাদের সাথে পাঠাব না, যতক্ষণ তোমরা আমাকে আল্লাহর নামে অঙ্গীকার না দাও যে, তাকে অবশ্যই আমার কাছে পৌঁছে দেবে; কিন্তু যদি তোমরা সবাই একান্তই অসহায় না হয়ে যাও। অতঃপর যখন সবাই তাঁকে অঙ্গীকার দিল, তখন তিনি বললেনঃ আমাদের মধ্যে যা কথাবার্তা হলো সে ব্যাপারে আল্লাহই মধ্যস্থ রইলেন।
(Jacob) said: "Never will I send him with you until ye swear a solemn oath to me, in Allah's name, that ye will be sure to bring him back to me unless ye are yourselves hemmed in (and made powerless). And when they had sworn their solemn oath, he said: "Over all that we say, be Allah the witness and guardian!" |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬) |
| 90 |
তারা বললঃ আমরা বাদশাহর পানপাত্র হারিয়েছি এবং যে কেউ এটা এনে দেবে সে এক উটের বোঝা পরিমাণ মাল পাবে এবং আমি এর যামিন।
They said: "We miss the great beaker of the king; for him who produces it, is (the reward of) a camel load; I will be bound by it." |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৭২) |
| 91 |
যারা পালনকর্তার আদেশ পালন করে, তাদের জন্য উত্তম প্রতিদান রয়েছে এবং যারা আদেশ পালন করে না, যদি তাদের কাছে জগতের সবকিছু থাকে এবং তার সাথে তার সমপরিমাণ আরও থাকে, তবে সবই নিজেদের মুক্তিপণ স্বরূপ দিয়ে দেবে। তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে কঠোর হিসাব। তাদের আবাস হবে জাহান্নাম। সেটা কতইনা নিকৃষ্ট অবস্থান।
For those who respond to their Lord, are (all) good things. But those who respond not to Him,- Even if they had all that is in the heavens and on earth, and as much more, (in vain) would they offer it for ransom. For them will the reckoning be terrible: their abode will be Hell,- what a bed of misery! |
(রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |
| 92 |
যখন তোমাদের পালনকর্তা ঘোষণা করলেন যে, যদি কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার কর, তবে তোমাদেরকে আরও দেব এবং যদি অকৃতজ্ঞ হও তবে নিশ্চয়ই আমার শাস্তি হবে কঠোর।
And remember! your Lord caused to be declared (publicly): "If ye are grateful, I will add more (favours) unto you; But if ye show ingratitude, truly My punishment is terrible indeed." |
(ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ৭) |
| 93 |
কাফেররা পয়গম্বরগণকে বলেছিলঃ আমরা তোমাদেরকে দেশ থেকে বের করে দেব অথবা তোমরা আমাদের ধর্মে ফিরে আসবে। তখন তাদের কাছে তাদের পালনকর্তা ওহী প্রেরণ করলেন যে, আমি জালিমদেরকে অবশ্যই ধ্বংস করে দেব।
And the Unbelievers said to their messengers: "Be sure we shall drive you out of our land, or ye shall return to our religion." But their Lord inspired (this Message) to them: "Verily We shall cause the wrong-doers to perish! |
(ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ১৩) |
| 94 |
অতঃপর যখন তাকে ঠিকঠাক করে নেব এবং তাতে আমার রূহ থেকে ফঁুক দেব, তখন তোমরা তার সামনে সেজদায় পড়ে যেয়ো।
"When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." |

আয়াতঃ ২৯) |

সে বললঃ হে আমার পলনকর্তা, আপনি যেমন আমাকে পথ ভ্রষ্ট করেছেন, আমিও তাদের সবাইকে পৃথিবীতে নানা সৌন্দর্যে আকৃষ্ট করব এবং তাদের সবাইকে পথ ভ্রষ্ঠ করে দেব।
(Iblis) said: "O my Lord! because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong,- |

আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |
| 96 |
তাদের অন্তরে যে ক্রোধ ছিল, আমি তা দূর করে দেব। তারা ভাই ভাইয়ের মত সামনা-সামনি আসনে বসবে।
And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury: (they will be) brothers (joyfully) facing each other on thrones (of dignity). |

সর্বদা বসবাসের উদ্যান, তারা যাতে প্রবেশ করবে। এর পাদদেশে দিয়ে স্রোতস্বিনী প্রবাহিত হয় তাদের জন্যে তাতে তা-ই রয়েছে, যা তারা চায় এমনিভাবে প্রতিদান দেবেন আল্লাহর পরহেযগারদেরকে,
Gardens of Eternity which they will enter: beneath them flow (pleasant) rivers: they will have therein all that they wish: thus doth Allah reward the righteous,- |

যারা নির্যাতিত হওয়ার পর আল্লাহর জন্যে গৃহত্যাগ করেছে, আমি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে দুনিয়াতে উত্তম আবাস দেব এবং পরকালের পুরস্কার তো সর্বাধিক; হায়! যদি তারা জানত।
To those who leave their homes in the cause of Allah, after suffering oppression,- We will assuredly give a goodly home in this world; but truly the reward of the Hereafter will be greater. If they only realised (this)! |

| 99 |
তাকে শোনানো সুসংবাদের দুঃখে সে লোকদের কাছ থেকে মুখ লুকিয়ে থাকে। সে ভাবে, অপমান সহ্য করে তাকে থাকতে দেবে, না তাকে মাটির নীচে পুতে ফেলবে। শুনে রাখ, তাদের ফয়সালা খুবই নিকৃষ্ট।
With shame does he hide himself from his people, because of the bad news he has had! Shall he retain it on (sufferance and) contempt, or bury it in the dust? Ah! what an evil (choice) they decide on? |

| 100 |
যারা কাফের হয়েছে এবং আল্লাহর পথে বাধা সৃষ্টি করেছে, আমি তাদেরকে আযাবের পর আযাব বাড়িয়ে দেব। কারণ, তারা অশান্তি সৃষ্টি করত।
Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah - for them will We add Penalty to Penalty; for that they used to spread mischief. |

আয়াতঃ ৮৮) |
| 101 |
তোমরা ঐ মহিলার মত হয়ো না, যে পরিশ্রমের পর কাটা সূতা টুকরো টুকরো করে ছিড়ে ফেলে, তোমরা নিজেদের কসমসমূহকে পারস্পরিক প্রবঞ্চনার বাহানা রূপে গ্রহণ কর এজন্যে যে, অন্য দল অপেক্ষা এক দল অধিক ক্ষমতাবান হয়ে যায়। এতদ্বারা তো আল্লাহ শুধু তোমাদের পরীক্ষা করেন। আল্লাহ অবশ্যই কিয়ামতের দিন প্রকাশ করে দেবেন, যে বিষয়ে তোমরা কলহ করতে।
And be not like a woman who breaks into untwisted strands the yarn which she has spun, after it has become strong. Nor take your oaths to practise deception between yourselves, lest one party should be more numerous than another: for Allah will test you by this; and on the Day of Judgment He will certainly make clear to you (the truth of) that wherein ye disagree. |

তোমাদের কাছে যা আছে নিঃশেষ হয়ে যাবে এবং আল্লাহর কাছে যা আছে, কখনও তা শেষ হবে না। যারা সবর করে, আমি তাদেরকে প্রাপ্য প্রতিদান দেব তাদের উত্তম কর্মের প্রতিদান স্বরূপ যা তারা করত।
What is with you must vanish: what is with Allah will endure. And We will certainly bestow, on those who patiently persevere, their reward according to the best of their actions. |

| 103 |
যে সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে এবং সে ঈমাণদার, পুরুষ হোক কিংবা নারী আমি তাকে পবিত্র জীবন দান করব এবং প্রতিদানে তাদেরকে তাদের উত্তম কাজের কারণে প্রাপ্য পুরষ্কার দেব যা তারা করত।
Whoever works righteousness, man or woman, and has Faith, verily, to him will We give a new Life, a life that is good and pure and We will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their actions. |

মেপে দেয়ার সময় পূর্ণ মাপে দেবে এবং সঠিক দাঁড়িপালায় ওজন করবে। এটা উত্তম; এর পরিণাম শুভ।
Give full measure when ye measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight: that is the most fitting and the most advantageous in the final determination. |

| 105 |
এমন কোন জনপদ নেই, যাকে আমি কেয়ামত দিবসের পূর্বে ধ্বংস করব না অথবা যাকে কঠোর শাস্তি দেব না। এটা তো গ্রন্থে লিপিবদ্ধ হয়ে গেছে।
There is not a population but We shall destroy it before the Day of Judgment or punish it with a dreadful Penalty: that is written in the (eternal) Record. |

| 106 |
সে বললঃ দেখুন তো, এনা সে ব্যক্তি, যাকে আপনি আমার চাইতেও উচ্চ মার্যাদা দিয়ে দিয়েছেন। যদি আপনি আমাকে কেয়ামত দিবস পর্যন্ত সময় দেন, তবে আমি সামান্য সংখ্যক ছাড়া তার বংশধরদেরকে সমূলে নষ্ট করে দেব।
He said: "Seest Thou? this is the one whom Thou hast honoured above me! If Thou wilt but respite me to the Day of Judgment, I will surely bring his descendants under my sway - all but a few!" |

আয়াতঃ ৬২) |

অথবা আপনার জন্যে খেজুরের ও আঙ্গুরের একটি বাগান হবে, অতঃপর আপনি তার মধ্যে নির্ঝরিনীসমূহ প্রবাহিত করে দেবেন।
"Or (until) thou have a garden of date trees and vines, and cause rivers to gush forth in their midst, carrying abundant water; |

| 108 |
অথবা আপনি যেমন বলে থাকেন, তেমনিভাবে আমাদের উপর আসমানকে খন্ড-বিখন্ড করে ফেলে দেবেন অথবা আল্লাহ ও ফেরেশতাদেরকে আমাদের সামনে নিয়ে আসবেন।
"Or thou cause the sky to fall in pieces, as thou sayest (will happen), against us; or thou bring Allah and the angels before (us) face to face: |

আয়াতঃ ৯২) |
| 109 |
এবং তার উপর যাকিছু রয়েছে, অবশ্যই তা আমি উদ্ভিদশূন্য মাটিতে পরিণত করে দেব।
Verily what is on earth we shall make but as dust and dry soil (without growth or herbage). |

আয়াতঃ ৮) |

আশাকরি আমার পালকর্তা আমাকে তোমার বাগান অপেক্ষা উৎকৃষ্টতর কিছু দেবেন এবং তার (তোমার বাগানের) উপর আসমান থেকে আগুন প্রেরণ করবেন। অতঃপর সকাল বেলায় তা পরিষ্কার ময়দান হয়ে যাবে।
"It may be that my Lord will give me something better than thy garden, and that He will send on thy garden thunderbolts (by way of reckoning) from heaven, making it (but) slippery sand!- |

| 111 |
যেদিন তিনি বলবেনঃ তোমরা যাদেরকে আমার শরীক মনে করতে তাদেরকে ডাক। তারা তখন তাদেরকে ডাকবে, কিন্তু তারা এ আহবানে সাড়া দেবে না। আমি তাদের মধ্যস্থলে রেখে দেব একটি মৃত্যু গহবর।
One Day He will say, "Call on those whom ye thought to be My partners," and they will call on them, but they will not listen to them; and We shall make for them a place of common perdition. |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫২) |
| 112 |
মূসা তাঁকে বললেনঃ আমি কি এ শর্তে আপনার অনুসরণ করতে পারি যে, সত্যপথের যে জ্ঞান আপনাকে শেখানো হয়েছে, তা থেকে আমাকে কিছু শিক্ষা দেবেন?
Moses said to him: "May I follow thee, on the footing that thou teach me something of the (Higher) Truth which thou hast been taught?" |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬) |
| 113 |
তিনি বললেনঃ যে কেউ সীমালঙ্ঘনকারী হবে আমি তাকে শাস্তি দেব। অতঃপর তিনি তাঁর পালনকর্তার কাছে ফিরে যাবেন। তিনি তাকে কঠোর শাস্তি দেবেন।
He said: "Whoever doth wrong, him shall we punish; then shall he be sent back to his Lord; and He will punish him with a punishment unheard-of (before). |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৭) |
| 114 |
এবং যে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম করে তার জন্য প্রতিদান রয়েছে কল্যাণ এবং আমার কাজে তাকে সহজ নির্দেশ দেব।
"But whoever believes, and works righteousness,- he shall have a goodly reward, and easy will be his task as We order it by our Command." |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮) |
| 115 |
তারা বললঃ হে যুলকারনাইন, ইয়াজুজ ও মাজুজ দেশে অশান্তি সৃষ্টি করেছে। আপনি বললে আমরা আপনার জন্যে কিছু কর ধার্য করব এই শর্তে যে, আপনি আমাদের ও তাদের মধ্যে একটি প্রাচীর নির্মাণ করে দেবেন।
They said: "O Zul-qarnain! the Gog and Magog (People) do great mischief on earth: shall we then render thee tribute in order that thou mightest erect a barrier between us and them? |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৪) |
| 116 |
তিনি বললেনঃ আমার পালনকর্তা আমাকে যে সামর্থ?2470;িয়েছেন, তাই যথেষ্ট। অতএব, তোমরা আমাকে শ্রম দিয়ে সাহায্য কর। আমি তোমাদের ও তাদের মধ্যে একটি সুদৃঢ় প্রাচীর নির্মাণ করে দেব।
He said: "(The power) in which my Lord has established me is better (than tribute): Help me therefore with strength (and labour): I will erect a strong barrier between you and them: |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫) |
| 117 |
যুলকারনাইন বললেনঃ এটা আমার পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ। যখন আমার পালনকর্তার প্রতিশ্রুত সময় আসবে, তখন তিনি একে চূর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ করে দেবেন এবং আমার পালনকর্তার প্রতিশ্রুতি সত্য।
He said: "This is a mercy from my Lord: But when the promise of my Lord comes to pass, He will make it into dust; and the promise of my Lord is true." |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৮) |
| 118 |
আমি সেদিন তাদেরকে দলে দলে তরঙ্গের আকারে ছেড়ে দেব এবং শিঙ্গায় ফুঁৎকার দেয়া হবে। অতঃপর আমি তাদের সবাইকে একত্রিত করে আনব।
On that day We shall leave them to surge like waves on one another: the trumpet will be blown, and We shall collect them all together. |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৯) |
| 119 |
বলুনঃ আমি কি তোমাদেরকে সেসব লোকের সংবাদ দেব, যারা কর্মের দিক দিয়ে খুবই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Say: "Shall we tell you of those who lose most in respect of their deeds?- |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৩) |
| 120 |
অতঃপর আমি পরহেযগারদেরকে উদ্ধার করব এবং জালেমদেরকে সেখানে নতজানু অবস্থায় ছেড়ে দেব।
But We shall save those who guarded against evil, and We shall leave the wrong-doers therein, (humbled) to their knees. |

আয়াতঃ ৭২) |
| 121 |
বলুন, যারা পথভ্রষ্টতায় আছে, দয়াময় আল্লাহ তাদেরকে যথেষ্ট অবকাশ দেবেন; এমনকি অবশেষে তারা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে যে বিষয়ে তাদেরকে ওয়াদা দেয়া হচ্ছে, তা আযাব হোক অথবা কেয়ামতই হোক। সুতরাং তখন তারা জানতে পারবে কে মর্তবায় নিকৃষ্ট ও দলবলে দূর্বল।
Say: "If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour,- they will at length realise who is worst in position, and (who) weakest in forces! |
(মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৭৫) |
| 122 |
যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে, তাদেরকে দয়াময় আল্লাহ ভালবাসা দেবেন।
On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. |

আয়াতঃ ৯৬) |

আপনাকে ক্লেশ দেবার জন্য আমি আপনার প্রতি কোরআন অবতীর্ণ করিনি।
We have not sent down the Qur'an to thee to be (an occasion) for thy distress, |

আয়াতঃ ২) |
| 124 |
আল্লাহ বললেনঃ তুমি তাকে ধর এবং ভয় করো না, আমি এখনি একে পূর্বাবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে দেব।
(Allah) said, "Seize it, and fear not: We shall return it at once to its former condition".. |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ২১) |
| 125 |
যে, তুমি (মূসাকে) সিন্দুকে রাখ, অতঃপর তা দরিয়ায় ভাসিয়ে দাও, অতঃপর দরিয়া তাকে তীরে ঠেলে দেবে। তাকে আমার শক্র ও তার শক্র উঠিয়ে নেবে। আমি তোমার প্রতি মহব্বত সঞ্চারিত করেছিলাম আমার নিজের পক্ষ থেকে, যাতে তুমি আমার দৃষ্টির সামনে প্রতি পালিত হও।
"'Throw (the child) into the chest, and throw (the chest) into the river: the river will cast him up on the bank, and he will be taken up by one who is an enemy to Me and an enemy to him': But I cast (the garment of) love over thee from Me: and (this) in order that thou mayest be reared under Mine eye. |

আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |
| 126 |
যখন তোমার ভগিনী এসে বললঃ আমি কি তোমাদেরকে বলে দেব কে তাকে লালন পালন করবে। অতঃপর আমি তোমাকে তোমার মাতার কাছে ফিরিয়ে দিলাম, যাতে তার চক্ষু শীতল হয় এবং দুঃখ না পায়। তুমি এক ব্যক্তিকে হত্যা করেছিলে, অতঃপর আমি তোমাকে এই দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে মুক্তি দেই; আমি তোমাকে অনেক পরীক্ষা করেছি। অতঃপর তুমি কয়েক বছর মাদইয়ান বাসীদের মধ্যে অবস্থান করেছিলে; হে মূসা, অতঃপর তুমি নির্ধারিত সময়ে এসেছ।
"Behold! thy sister goeth forth and saith, 'shall I show you one who will nurse and rear the (child)?' So We brought thee back to thy mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve. Then thou didst slay a man, but We saved thee from trouble, and We tried thee in various ways. Then didst thou tarry a number of years with the people of Midian. Then didst thou come hither as ordained, O Moses! |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৪০) |
| 127 |
মূসা (আঃ) তাদেরকে বললেনঃ দুর্ভাগ্য তোমাদের; তোমরা আল্লাহর প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করো না। তাহলে তিনি তোমাদেরকে আযাব দ্বারা ধবংস করে দেবেন। যে মিথ্যা উদভাবন করে, সেই বিফল মনোরথ হয়েছে।
Moses said to him: Woe to you! Forge not ye a lie against Allah, lest He destroy you (at once) utterly by chastisement: the forger must suffer frustration!" |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৬১) |
| 128 |
যাদুকররা বললঃ আমাদের কাছে যে, সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ এসেছে তার উপর এবং যিনি আমাদের কে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তাঁর উপর আমরা কিছুতেই তোমাকে প্রাধান্য দেব না। অতএব, তুমি যা ইচ্ছা করতে পার। তুমি তো শুধু এই পার্থিব জীবনেই যা করার করবে।
They said: "Never shall we regard thee as more than the Clear Signs that have come to us, or than Him Who created us! so decree whatever thou desirest to decree: for thou canst only decree (touching) the life of this world. |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৭২) |
| 129 |
মূসা বললেনঃ দূর হ, তোর জন্য সারা জীবন এ শাস্তিই রইল যে, তুই বলবি; আমাকে স্পর্শ করো না, এবং তোর জন্য একটি নির্দিষ্ট ওয়াদা আছে, যার ব্যতিক্রম হবে না। তুই তোর সেই ইলাহের প্রতি লক্ষ্য কর, যাকে তুই ঘিরে থাকতি। আমরা সেটি জালিয়ে দেবই। অতঃপর একে বিক্ষিপ্ত করে সাগরে ছড়িয়ে দেবই।
(Moses) said: "Get thee gone! but thy (punishment) in this life will be that thou wilt say, 'touch me not'; and moreover (for a future penalty) thou hast a promise that will not fail: Now look at thy god, of whom thou hast become a devoted worshipper: We will certainly (melt) it in a blazing fire and scatter it broadcast in the sea!" |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৯৭) |
| 130 |
দয়াময় আল্লাহ যাকে অনুমতি দেবেন এবং যার কথায় সন্তুষ্ট হবেন সে ছাড়া কারও সুপারিশ সেদিন কোন উপকারে আসবে না।
On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him. |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৯) |
| 131 |
এমনিভাবে আমি তাকে প্রতিফল দেব, যে সীমালঙ্ঘন করে এবং পালনকর্তার কথায় বিশ্বাস স্থাপন না করে। তার পরকালের শাস্তি কঠোরতর এবং অনেক স্থায়ী।
And thus do We recompense him who transgresses beyond bounds and believes not in the Signs of his Lord: and the Penalty of the Hereafter is far more grievous and more enduring. |
(ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৭) |
| 132 |
তাদের মধ্যে যে বলে যে, তিনি ব্যতীত আমিই উপাস্য, তাকে আমি জাহান্নামের শাস্তি দেব। আমি জালেমদেরকে এভাবেই প্রতিফল দিয়ে থাকি।
If any of them should say, "I am a god besides Him", such a one We should reward with Hell: thus do We reward those who do wrong. |
(আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৯) |
| 133 |
কাফেররা যখন আপনাকে দেখে তখন আপনার সাথে ঠাট্টা করা ছাড়া তাদের আর কোন কাজ থাকে না, একি সেই ব্যক্তি, যে তোমাদের দেব-দেবীদের সমালোচনা করে? এবং তারাই তো রহমান’ এর আলোচনায় অস্বীকার করে।
When the Unbelievers see thee, they treat thee not except with ridicule. "Is this," (they say), "the one who talks of your gods?" and they blaspheme at the mention of (Allah) Most Gracious! |
(আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬) |
| 134 |
বরং তা আসবে তাদের উপর অতর্কিত ভাবে, অতঃপর তাদেরকে তা হতবুদ্ধি করে দেবে, তখন তারা তা রোধ করতেও পারবে না এবং তাদেরকে অবকাশও দেয়া হবে না।
Nay, it may come to them all of a sudden and confound them: no power will they have then to avert it, nor will they (then) get respite. |
(আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৪০) |
| 135 |
তবে কি আমি ব্যতীত তাদের এমন দেব-দেবী আছে যারা তাদেরকে রক্ষা করবে? তারা তো নিজেদেরই সাহায্য করতে সক্ষম নয় এবং তারা আমার মোকাবেলায় সাহায্যকারীও পাবে না।
Or have they gods that can guard them from Us? They have no power to aid themselves, nor can they be defended from Us. |
(আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩) |
| 136 |
যারা মুসলমান, যারা ইহুদী, সাবেয়ী, খ্রীষ্টান, অগ্নিপুজক এবং যারা মুশরেক, কেয়ামতের দিন আল্লাহ অবশ্যই তাদের মধ্যে ফায়সালা করে দেবেন। সবকিছুই আল্লাহর দৃষ্টির সামনে।
Those who believe (in the Qur'an), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians, Christians, Magians, and Polytheists,- Allah will judge between them on the Day of Judgment: for Allah is witness of all things. |
(হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |
| 137 |
আল্লাহ মুমিনদের থেকে শত্রুদেরকে হটিয়ে দেবেন। আল্লাহ কোন বিশ্বাসঘাতক অকৃতজ্ঞকে পছন্দ করেন না।
Verily Allah will defend (from ill) those who believe: verily, Allah loveth not any that is a traitor to faith, or show ingratitude. |
(হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮) |
| 138 |
তারা এমন লোক যাদেরকে আমি পৃথিবীতে শক্তি-সামর্থ?2470;ান করলে তারা নামায কায়েম করবে, যাকাত দেবে এবং সৎকাজে আদেশ ও অসৎকাজে নিষেধ করবে। প্রত্যেক কর্মের পরিণাম আল্লাহর এখতিয়ারভূক্ত।
(They are) those who, if We establish them in the land, establish regular prayer and give regular charity, enjoin the right and forbid wrong: with Allah rests the end (and decision) of (all) affairs. |
(হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৪১) |
| 139 |
যখন তাদের কাছে আমার সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ আবৃত্তি করা হয়, তখন তুমি কাফেরদের চোখে মুখে অসন্তোষের লক্ষণ প্রত্যক্ষ করতে পারবে। যারা তাদের কাছে আমার আয়াত সমূহ পাঠ করে, তারা তাদের প্রতি মার মুখো হয়ে উঠে। বলুন, আমি কি তোমাদেরকে তদপেক্ষা মন্দ কিছুর সংবাদ দেব? তা আগুন; আল্লাহ কাফেরদেরকে এর ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন। এটা কতই না নিকৃষ্ট প্রত্যাবর্তনস্থল।
When Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, thou wilt notice a denial on the faces of the Unbelievers! they nearly attack with violence those who rehearse Our Signs to them. Say, "Shall I tell you of something (far) worse than these Signs? It is the Fire (of Hell)! Allah has promised it to the Unbelievers! and evil is that destination!" |

এমনকি, যখন আমি তাদের ঐশ্বর্যশালী লোকদেরকে শাস্তি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করব, তখনই তারা চীৎকার জুড়ে দেবে।
Until, when We seize in Punishment those of them who received the good things of this world, behold, they will groan in supplication! |

অবশেষে যখন আমি তাদের জন্য কঠিন শাস্তির দ্বার খুলে দেব, তখন তাতে তাদের আশা ভঙ্গ হবে।
Until We open on them a gate leading to a severe Punishment: then Lo! they will be plunged in despair therein! |

এবং যারা তাদের স্ত্রীদের প্রতি অপবাদ আরোপ করে এবং তারা নিজেরা ছাড়া তাদের কোন সাক্ষী নেই, এরূপ ব্যক্তির সাক্ষ্য এভাবে হবে যে, সে আল্লাহর কসম খেয়ে চারবার সাক্ষ্য দেবে যে, সে অবশ্যই সত্যবাদী।
And for those who launch a charge against their spouses, and have (in support) no evidence but their own,- their solitary evidence (can be received) if they bear witness four times (with an oath) by Allah that they are solemnly telling the truth; |

তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা উচ্চমর্যাদা ও আর্থিক প্রাচুর্যের অধিকারী, তারা যেন কসম না খায় যে, তারা আত্নীয়-স্বজনকে, অভাবগ্রস্তকে এবং আল্লাহর পথে হিজরতকারীদেরকে কিছুই দেবে না। তাদের ক্ষমা করা উচিত এবং দোষক্রটি উপেক্ষা করা উচিত। তোমরা কি কামনা কর না যে, আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করেন? আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম করুণাময়।
Let not those among you who are endued with grace and amplitude of means resolve by oath against helping their kinsmen, those in want, and those who have left their homes in Allah's cause: let them forgive and overlook, do you not wish that Allah should forgive you? For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. |

যেদিন প্রকাশ করে দেবে তাদের জিহবা, তাদের হাত ও তাদের পা, যা কিছু তারা করত;
On the Day when their tongues, their hands, and their feet will bear witness against them as to their actions. |
(আন-নূর:

সেদিন আল্লাহ তাদের সমুচিত শাস্তি পুরোপুরি দেবেন এবং তারা জানতে পারবে যে, অল্লাহই সত্য, স্পষ্ট ব্যক্তকারী।
On that Day Allah will pay them back (all) their just dues, and they will realise that Allah is the (very) Truth, that makes all things manifest. |

তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা বিবাহহীন, তাদের বিবাহ সম্পাদন করে দাও এবং তোমাদের দাস ও দাসীদের মধ্যে যারা সৎকর্মপরায়ন, তাদেরও। তারা যদি নিঃস্ব হয়, তবে আল্লাহ নিজ অনুগ্রহে তাদেরকে সচ্ছল করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ প্রাচুর্যময়, সর্বজ্ঞ।
Marry those among you who are single, or the virtuous ones among yourselves, male or female: if they are in poverty, Allah will give them means out of His grace: for Allah encompasseth all, and he knoweth all things. |

মনে রেখো নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা আছে, তা আল্লাহরই। তোমরা যে অবস্থায় আছ তা তিনি জানেন। যেদিন তারা তাঁর কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে, সেদিন তিনি বলে দেবেন তারা যা করেছে। আল্লাহ প্রত্যেক বিষয়ই জানেন।
Be quite sure that to Allah doth belong whatever is in the heavens and on earth. Well doth He know what ye are intent upon: and one day they will be brought back to Him, and He will tell them the truth of what they did: for Allah doth know all things. |

| 148 |
আমি তাদের কৃতকর্মের প্রতি মনোনিবেশ করব, অতঃপর সেগুলোকে বিক্ষিপ্ত ধুলিকণারূপে করে দেব।
And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did (in this life), and We shall make such deeds as floating dust scattered about. |
(আল-ফুরকান:

কিন্তু যারা তওবা করে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম করে, আল্লাহ তাদের গোনাহকে পুন্য দ্বারা পরিবর্তত করে এবং দেবেন। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
Unless he repents, believes, and works righteous deeds, for Allah will change the evil of such persons into good, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful, |

সে বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমার আশংকা হচ্ছে যে, তারা আমাকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলে দেবে।
He said: "O my Lord! I do fear that they will charge me with falsehood: |

মূসা বলল, কখনই নয়, আমার সাথে আছেন আমার পালনকর্তা। তিনি আমাকে পথ বলে দেবেন।
(Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" |

আমি তোমাদের কাছে এর জন্য কোন প্রতিদান চাই না, আমার প্রতিদান তো বিশ্ব-পালনকর্তাই দেবেন।

"I will certainly punish him with a severe penalty, or execute him, unless he bring me a clear reason (for absence)." |

সুলায়মান বললেন, হে পরিষদবর্গ, তারা আত্নসমর্পণ করে আমার কাছে আসার পূর্বে কে বিলকীসের সিংহাসন আমাকে এনে দেবে?
He said (to his own men): "Ye chiefs! which of you can bring me her throne before they come to me in submission?" |

জনৈক দৈত্য-জিন বলল, আপনি আপনার স্থান থেকে উঠার পূর্বে আমি তা এনে দেব এবং আমি একাজে শক্তিবান, বিশ্বস্ত।
Said an 'Ifrit, of the Jinns: "I will bring it to thee before thou rise from thy council: indeed I have full strength for the purpose, and may be trusted." |

আয়াতঃ ৩৯) |

কিতাবের জ্ঞান যার ছিল, সে বলল, আপনার দিকে আপনার চোখের পলক ফেলার পূর্বেই আমি তা আপনাকে এনে দেব। অতঃপর সুলায়মান যখন তা সামনে রক্ষিত দেখলেন, তখন বললেন এটা আমার পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ, যাতে তিনি আমাকে পরীক্ষা করেন যে, আমি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করি, না অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করি। যে কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে, সে নিজের উপকারের জন্যেই কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে এবং যে অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে সে জানুক যে, আমার পালনকর্তা অভাবমুক্ত কৃপাশীল।
Said one who had knowledge of the Book: "I will bring it to thee within the twinkling of an eye!" Then when (Solomon) saw it placed firmly before him, he said: "This is by the Grace of my Lord!- to test me whether I am grateful or ungrateful! and if any is grateful, truly his gratitude is (a gain) for his own soul; but if any is ungrateful, truly my Lord is Free of all Needs, Supreme in Honour!" |

আয়াতঃ ৪০) |
| 161 |
তারা বলল, তোমরা পরস্পরে আল্লাহর নামে শপথ গ্রহণ কর যে, আমরা রাত্রিকালে তাকে ও তার পরিবারবর্গকে হত্যা করব। অতঃপর তার দাবীদারকে বলে দেব যে, তার পরিবারবর্গের হত্যাকান্ড আমরা প্রত্যক্ষ করিনি। আমরা নিশ্চয়ই সত্যবাদী।
They said: "Swear a mutual oath by Allah that we shall make a secret night attack on him and his people, and that we shall then say to his heir (when he seeks vengeance): 'We were not present at the slaughter of his people, and we are positively telling the truth.'" |

আয়াতঃ ৪৯) |

আপনার পালনকর্তা নিজ শাসনক্ষমতা অনুযায়ী তাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করে দেবেন। তিনি পরাক্রমশালী, সুবিজ্ঞ।
Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. |

আয়াতঃ ৭৮) |
| 163 |
আমি মূসা-জননীকে আদেশ পাঠালাম যে, তাকে স্তন্য দান করতে থাক। অতঃপর যখন তুমি তার সম্পর্কে বিপদের আশংকা কর, তখন তাকে দরিয়ায় নিক্ষেপ কর এবং ভয় করো না, দুঃখও করো না। আমি অবশ্যই তাকে তোমার কাছে ফিরিয়ে দেব এবং তাকে পয়গম্বরগণের একজন করব।
So We sent this inspiration to the mother of Moses: "Suckle (thy child), but when thou hast fears about him, cast him into the river, but fear not nor grieve: for We shall restore him to thee, and We shall make him one of Our messengers." |

আয়াতঃ ৭) |

আর যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম করে, আমি অবশ্যই তাদের মন্দ কাজ গুলো মিটিয়ে দেব এবং তাদেরকে কর্মের উৎকৃষ্টতর প্রতিদান দেব।
Those who believe and work righteous deeds,- from them shall We blot out all evil (that may be) in them, and We shall reward them according to the best of their deeds. |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৭) |
| 165 |
আমি মানুষকে পিতা-মাতার সাথে সদ্ব্যবহার করার জোর নির্দেশ দিয়েছি। যদি তারা তোমাকে আমার সাথে এমন কিছু শরীক করার জোর প্রচেষ্টা চালায়, যার সম্পর্কে তোমার কোন জ্ঞান নেই, তবে তাদের আনুগত্য করো না। আমারই দিকে তোমাদের প্রত্যাবর্তন। অতঃপর আমি তোমাদেরকে বলে দেব যা কিছু তোমরা করতে।
We have enjoined on man kindness to parents: but if they (either of them) strive (to force) thee to join with Me (in worship) anything of which thou hast no knowledge, obey them not. Ye have (all) to return to me, and I will tell you (the truth) of all that ye did. |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৮) |

যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম করে, আমি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে জান্নাতের সুউচ্চ প্রাসাদে স্থান দেব, যার তলদেশে প্রস্রবণসমূহ প্রবাহিত। সেখানে তারা চিরকাল থাকবে। কত উত্তম পুরস্কার কর্মীদের।
But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness - to them shall We give a Home in Heaven,- lofty mansions beneath which flow rivers,- to dwell therein for aye;- an excellent reward for those who do (good)!- |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৫৮) |

তাদের দেবতা গুলোর মধ্যে কেউ তাদের সুপারিশ করবে না। এবং তারা তাদের দেবতাকে অস্বীকার করবে।
No intercessor will they have among their "Partners" and they will (themselves) reject their "Partners". |

আয়াতঃ ১৩) |

তাঁর অন্যতম নিদর্শন এই যে, তাঁরই আদেশে আকাশ ও পৃথিবী প্রতিষ্ঠিত আছে। অতঃপর যখন তিনি মৃত্তিকা থেকে উঠার জন্যে তোমাদের ডাক দেবেন, তখন তোমরা উঠে আসবে।
And among His Signs is this, that heaven and earth stand by His Command: then when He calls you, by a single call, from the earth, behold, ye (straightway) come forth. |
(আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ২৫) |
| 169 |
আল্লাহই তোমাদের সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর রিযিক দিয়েছেন, এরপর তোমাদের মৃত্যু দেবেন, এরপর তোমাদের জীবিত করবেন। তোমাদের শরীকদের মধ্যে এমন কেউ আছে কি, যে এসব কাজের মধ্যে কোন একটিও করতে পারবে? তারা যাকে শরীক করে, আল্লাহ তা থেকে পবিত্র ও মহান।
It is Allah Who has created you: further, He has provided for your sustenance; then He will cause you to die; and again He will give you life. Are there any of your (false) "Partners" who can do any single one of these things? Glory to Him! and high is He above the partners they attribute (to him)! |
(আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ৪০) |
| 170 |
আমি তাদেরকে স্বল্পকালের জন্যে ভোগবিলাস করতে দেব, অতঃপর তাদেরকে বাধ্য করব গুরুতর শাস্তি ভোগ করতে।
We grant them their pleasure for a little while: in the end shall We drive them to a chastisement unrelenting. |
(লোকমান:
আয়াতঃ ২৪) |

যে ব্যক্তিকে তার পালনকর্তার আয়াতসমূহ দ্বারা উপদেশ দান করা হয়, অতঃপর সে তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়, তার চেয়ে যালেম আর কে? আমি অপরাধীদেরকে শাস্তি দেব।
And who does more wrong than one to whom are recited the Signs of his Lord, and who then turns away therefrom? Verily from those who transgress We shall exact (due) Retribution. |
(সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২২) |

তারা যে বিষয়ে মত বিরোধ করছে, আপনার পালনকর্তাই কেয়ামতের দিন সে বিষয়ে তাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা দেবেন।
Verily thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Judgment, in the matters wherein they differ (among themselves) |
(সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫) |

তোমাদের মধ্যে যে কেউ আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের অনুগত হবে এবং সৎকর্ম করবে, আমি তাকে দুবার পুরস্কার দেব এবং তার জন্য আমি সম্মান জনক রিযিক প্রস্তুত রেখেছি।
But any of you that is devout in the service of Allah and His Messenger, and works righteousness,- to her shall We grant her reward twice: and We have prepared for her a generous Sustenance. |
(আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৩১) |

আল্লাহ যাকে অনুগ্রহ করেছেন; আপনিও যাকে অনুগ্রহ করেছেন; তাকে যখন আপনি বলেছিলেন, তোমার স্ত্রীকে তোমার কাছেই থাকতে দাও এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। আপনি অন্তরে এমন বিষয় গোপন করছিলেন, যা আল্লাহ পাক প্রকাশ করে দেবেন আপনি লোকনিন্দার ভয় করেছিলেন অথচ আল্লাহকেই অধিক ভয় করা উচিত। অতঃপর যায়েদ যখন যয়নবের সাথে সম্পর্ক ছিন্ন করল, তখন আমি তাকে আপনার সাথে বিবাহবন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করলাম যাতে মুমিনদের পোষ্যপুত্ররা তাদের স্ত্রীর সাথে সম্পর্ক ছিন্ন করলে সেসব স্ত্রীকে বিবাহ করার ব্যাপারে মুমিনদের কোন অসুবিধা না থাকে। আল্লাহর নির্দেশ কার্যে পরিণত হয়েই থাকে।
Behold! Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of Allah and thy favour: "Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear Allah." But thou didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest: thou didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear Allah. Then when Zaid had dissolved (his marriage) with her, with the necessary (formality), We joined her in marriage to thee: in order that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the Believers in (the matter of) marriage with the wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have dissolved with the necessary (formality) (their marriage) with them. And Allah's command must be fulfilled. |

আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |

মুমিনগণ! তোমরা যখন মুমিন নারীদেরকে বিবাহ কর, অতঃপর তাদেরকে স্পর্শ করার পূর্বে তালাক দিয়ে দাও, তখন তাদেরকে ইদ্দত পালনে বাধ্য করার অধিকার তোমাদের নাই। অতঃপর তোমরা তাদেরকে কিছু দেবে এবং উত্তম পন্থায় বিদায় দেবে।
O ye who believe! When ye marry believing women, and then divorce them before ye have touched them, no period of 'Iddat have ye to count in respect of them: so give them a present. And set them free in a handsome manner. |
(আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯) |

তিনি পরিণামে যারা মুমিন ও সৎকর্ম পরায়ণ, তাদেরকে প্রতিদান দেবেন। তাদের জন্য রয়েছে ক্ষমা ও সম্মান জনক রিযিক।
That He may reward those who believe and work deeds of righteousness: for such is Forgiveness and a Sustenance Most Generous." |
(সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৪) |

কাফেররা বলে, আমরা কি তোমাদেরকে এমন ব্যক্তির সন্ধান দেব, যে তোমাদেরকে খবর দেয় যে; তোমরা সম্পুর্ণ ছিন্ন-বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে গেলেও তোমরা নতুন সৃজিত হবে।
The Unbelievers say (in ridicule): "Shall we point out to you a man that will tell you, when ye are all scattered to pieces in disintegration, that ye shall (then be raised) in a New Creation? |
(সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৭) |
| 178 |
তারা কি তাদের সামনের ও পশ্চাতের আকাশ ও পৃথিবীর প্রতিলক্ষ্য করে না? আমি ইচ্ছা করলে তাদের সহ ভূমি ধসিয়ে দেব অথবা আকাশের কোন খন্ড তাদের উপর পতিত করব। আল্লাহ অভিমুখী প্রত্যেক বান্দার জন্য এতে অবশ্যই নিদর্শন রয়েছে।
See they not what is before them and behind them, of the sky and the earth? If We wished, We could cause the earth to swallow them up, or cause a piece of the sky to fall upon them. Verily in this is a Sign for every devotee that turns to Allah (in repentance). |
(সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৯) |
| 179 |
পরিণামে তাদেরকে আল্লাহ তাদের সওয়াব পুরোপুরি দেবেন এবং নিজ অনুগ্রহে আরও বেশী দেবেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, গুণগ্রাহী।
For He will pay them their meed, nay, He will give them (even) more out of His Bounty: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Ready to appreciate (service). |
(ফাতির:
আয়াতঃ ৩০) |

আজ আমি তাদের মুখে মোহর এঁটে দেব তাদের হাত আমার সাথে কথা বলবে এবং তাদের পা তাদের কৃতকর্মের সাক্ষ্য দেবে।
That Day shall We set a seal on their mouths. But their hands will speak to us, and their feet bear witness, to all that they did. |

অতঃপর সে তাদের দেবালয়ে, গিয়ে ঢুকল এবং বললঃ তোমরা খাচ্ছ না কেন?
Then did he turn to their gods and said, "will ye not eat (of the offerings before you)?... |

তোমরা কি বা’আল দেবতার এবাদত করবে এবং সর্বোত্তম স্রষ্টাকে পরিত্যাগ করবে।
"Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- |

হে দাউদ! আমি তোমাকে পৃথিবীতে প্রতিনিধি করেছি, অতএব, তুমি মানুষের মাঝে ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে রাজত্ব কর এবং খেয়াল-খুশীর অনুসরণ করো না। তা তোমাকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিচ্যুত করে দেবে। নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিচ্যুত হয়, তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে কঠোর শাস্তি, এ কারণে যে, তারা হিসাবদিবসকে ভূলে যায়।
O David! We did indeed make thee a vicegerent on earth: so judge thou between men in truth (and justice): Nor follow thou the lusts (of thy heart), for they will mislead thee from the Path of Allah: for those who wander astray from the Path of Allah, is a Penalty Grievous, for that they forget the Day of Account. |

আয়াতঃ ২৬) |

আমি কি বিশ্বাসী ও সৎকর্মীদেরকে পৃথিবীতে বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টিকারী কাফেরদের সমতুল্য করে দেব? না খোদাভীরুদেরকে পাপাচারীদের সম্মান করে দেব।
Shall We treat those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, the same as those who do mischief on earth? Shall We treat those who guard against evil, the same as those who turn aside from the right? |
(ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৮) |

যখন আমি তাকে সুষম করব এবং তাতে আমার রূহ ফুঁকে দেব, তখন তোমরা তার সম্মুখে সেজদায় নত হয়ে যেয়ো।
"When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." |
(ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৭২) |

সে বলল, আপনার ইযযতের কসম, আমি অবশ্যই তাদের সবাইকে বিপথগামী করে দেব।
(Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong,- |

জেনে রাখুন, নিষ্ঠাপূর্ণ এবাদত আল্লাহরই নিমিত্ত। যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করে রেখেছে এবং বলে যে, আমরা তাদের এবাদত এ জন্যেই করি, যেন তারা আমাদেরকে আল্লাহর নিকটবর্তী করে দেয়। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে তাদের পারস্পরিক বিরোধপূর্ণ বিষয়ের ফয়সালা করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ মিথ্যাবাদী কাফেরকে সৎপথে পরিচালিত করেন না।
Is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." Truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful. |

আয়াতঃ ৩) |

যদি গোনাহগারদের কাছে পৃথিবীর সবকিছু থাকে এবং তার সাথে সমপরিমাণ আরও থাকে, তবে অবশ্যই তারা কেয়ামতের দিন সে সবকিছুই নিস্কৃতি পাওয়ার জন্যে মুক্তিপন হিসেবে দিয়ে দেবে। অথচ তারা দেখতে পাবে, আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে এমন শাস্তি, যা তারা কল্পনাও করত না।
Even if the wrong-doers had all that there is on earth, and as much more, (in vain) would they offer it for ransom from the pain of the Penalty on the Day of Judgment: but something will confront them from Allah, which they could never have counted upon! |

আয়াতঃ ৪৭) |

আর যারা শিরক থেকে বেঁচে থাকত, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে সাফল্যের সাথে মুক্তি দেবেন, তাদেরকে অনিষ্ট স্পর্শ করবে না এবং তারা চিন্তিতও হবে না।
But Allah will deliver the righteous to their place of salvation: no evil shall touch them, nor shall they grieve. |
(আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৬১) |

ফেরাউন বলল; তোমরা আমাকে ছাড়, মূসাকে হত্যা করতে দাও, ডাকুক সে তার পালনকর্তাকে! আমি আশংকা করি যে, সে তোমাদের ধর্ম পরিবর্তন করে দেবে অথবা সে দেশময় বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি করবে।
Said Pharaoh: "Leave me to slay Moses; and let him call on his Lord! What I fear is lest he should change your religion, or lest he should cause mischief to appear in the land!" |
(আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ২৬) |

তোমাদের পালনকর্তা বলেন, তোমরা আমাকে ডাক, আমি সাড়া দেব। যারা আমার এবাদতে অহংকার করে তারা সত্বরই জাহান্নামে দাখিল হবে লাঞ্ছিত হয়ে।
And your Lord says: "Call on Me; I will answer your (Prayer): but those who are too arrogant to serve Me will surely find themselves in Hell - in humiliation!" |
(আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৬০) |
| 192 |
তারা যখন জাহান্নামের কাছে পৌঁছাবে, তখন তাদের কান, চক্ষু ও ত্বক তাদের কর্ম সম্পর্কে সাক্ষ্য দেবে।
At length, when they reach the (Fire), their hearing, their sight, and their skins will bear witness against them, as to (all) their deeds. |

আয়াতঃ ২০) |

তোমাদের কান, তোমাদের চক্ষু এবং তোমাদের ত্বক তোমাদের বিপক্ষে সাক্ষ্য দেবে না ধারণার বশবর্তী হয়ে তোমরা তাদের কাছে কিছু গোপন করতে না। তবে তোমাদের ধারণা ছিল যে, তোমরা যা কর তার অনেক কিছুই আল্লাহ জানেন না।
"Ye did not seek to hide yourselves, lest your hearing, your sight, and your skins should bear witness against you! But ye did think that Allah knew not many of the things that ye used to do! |
(হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২২) |

আমি অবশ্যই কাফেরদেরকে কঠিন আযাব আস্বাদন করাব এবং আমি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে তাদের মন্দ ও হীন কাজের প্রতিফল দেব।
But We will certainly give the Unbelievers a taste of a severe Penalty, and We will requite them for the worst of their deeds. |
(হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৭) |
| 195 |
তাদের কি এমন শরীক দেবতা আছে, যারা তাদের জন্যে সে ধর্ম সিদ্ধ করেছে, যার অনুমতি আল্লাহ দেননি ? যদি চুড়ান্ত সিন্ধান্ত না থাকত, তবে তাদের ব্যাপারে ফয়সালা হয়ে যেত। নিশ্চয় যালেমদের জন্যে রয়েছে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি।
What! have they partners (in godhead), who have established for them some religion without the permission of Allah? Had it not been for the Decree of Judgment, the matter would have been decided between them (at once). But verily the Wrong-doers will have a grievous Penalty. |
(আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ২১) |

কোন মানুষের জন্য এমন হওয়ার নয় যে, আল্লাহ তার সাথে কথা বলবেন। কিন্তু ওহীর মাধ্যমে অথবা পর্দার অন্তরাল থেকে অথবা তিনি কোন দূত প্রেরণ করবেন, অতঃপর আল্লাহ যা চান, সে তা তাঁর অনুমতিক্রমে পৌঁছে দেবে। নিশ্চয় তিনি সর্বোচ্চ প্রজ্ঞাময়।
It is not fitting for a man that Allah should speak to him except by inspiration, or from behind a veil, or by the sending of a messenger to reveal, with Allah's permission, what Allah wills: for He is Most High, Most Wise. |

এরূপই হবে এবং আমি তাদেরকে আনতলোচনা স্ত্রী দেব।
So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes. |
(আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৪) |

আরও দিয়েছিলাম তাদেরকে ধর্মের সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণাদি। অতঃপর তারা জ্ঞান লাভ করার পর শুধু পারস্পরিক জেদের বশবর্তী হয়ে মতভেদ সৃষ্টি করেছে। তারা যে বিষয়ে মতভেদ করত, আপনার পালনকর্তা কেয়ামতের দিন তার ফয়সালা করে দেবেন।
And We granted them Clear Signs in affairs (of Religion): it was only after knowledge had been granted to them that they fell into schisms, through insolent envy among themselves. Verily thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Judgment as to those matters in which they set up differences. |
(আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |

যারা দুস্কর্ম উপার্জন করেছে তারা কি মনে করে যে, আমি তাদেরকে সে লোকদের মত করে দেব, যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকর্ম করে এবং তাদের জীবন ও মুত্যু কি সমান হবে? তাদের দাবী কত মন্দ।
What! Do those who seek after evil ways think that We shall hold them equal with those who believe and do righteous deeds,- that equal will be their life and their death? Ill is the judgment that they make. |
(আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২১) |

যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এমন বস্তুর পূজা করে, যে কেয়ামত পর্যন্তও তার ডাকে সাড়া দেবে না, তার চেয়ে অধিক পথভ্রষ্ট আর কে? তারা তো তাদের পুজা সম্পর্কেও বেখবর।
And who is more astray than one who invokes besides Allah, such as will not answer him to the Day of Judgment, and who (in fact) are unconscious of their call (to them)? |
(আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫) |

তারা বলল, তুমি কি আমাদেরকে আমাদের উপাস্য দেব-দেবী থেকে নিবৃত্ত করতে আগমন করেছ? তুমি সত্যবাদী হলে আমাদেরকে যে বিষয়ের ওয়াদা দাও, তা নিয়ে আস।
They said: "Hast thou come in order to turn us aside from our gods? Then bring upon us the (calamity) with which thou dost threaten us, if thou art telling the truth?" |
(আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ২২) |

(অতঃপর) তারা যখন শাস্তিকে মেঘরূপে তাদের উপত্যকা অভিমুখী দেখল, তখন বলল, এ তো মেঘ, আমাদেরকে বৃষ্টি দেবে। বরং এটা সেই বস্তু, যা তোমরা তাড়াতাড়ি চেয়েছিলে। এটা বায়ু এতে রয়েছে মর্মন্তুদ শাস্তি।
Then, when they saw the (Penalty in the shape of) a cloud traversing the sky, coming to meet their valleys, they said, "This cloud will give us rain!" "Nay, it is the (Calamity) ye were asking to be hastened!- A wind wherein is a Grievous Penalty! |
(আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ২৪) |

তার পালনকর্তার আদেশে সে সব কিছুকে ধ্বংস করে দেবে। অতঃপর তারা ভোর বেলায় এমন হয়ে গেল যে, তাদের বসতিগুলো ছাড়া কিছুই দৃষ্টিগোচর হল না। আমি অপরাধী সম্প্রদায়কে এমনিভাবে শাস্তি দিয়ে থাকি।
"Everything will it destroy by the command of its Lord!" Then by the morning they - nothing was to be seen but (the ruins of) their houses! thus do We recompense those given to sin! |
(আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫) |

পরহেযগারদেরকে যে জান্নাতের ওয়াদা দেয়া হয়েছে, তার অবস্থা নিম্নরূপঃ তাতে আছে পানির নহর, নির্মল দুধের নহর যারা স্বাদ অপরিবর্তনীয়, পানকারীদের জন্যে সুস্বাদু শরাবের নহর এবং পরিশোধিত মধুর নহর। তথায় তাদের জন্যে আছে রকমারি ফল-মূল ও তাদের পালনকর্তার ক্ষমা। পরহেযগাররা কি তাদের সমান, যারা জাহান্নামে অনন্তকাল থাকবে এবং যাদেরকে পান করতে দেয়া হবে ফুটন্ত পানি অতঃপর তা তাদের নাড়িভূঁড়ি ছিন্ন বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দেবে?
(Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to such as shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)? |

আয়াতঃ ১৫) |

যাদের অন্তরে রোগ আছে, তারা কি মনে করে যে, আল্লাহ তাদের অন্তরের বিদ্বেষ প্রকাশ করে দেবেন না?
Or do those in whose hearts is a disease, think that Allah will not bring to light all their rancour? |
(মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৯) |
| 206 |
পার্থিব জীবন তো কেবল খেলাধুলা, যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও এবং সংযম অবলম্বন কর, আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের প্রতিদান দেবেন এবং তিনি তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ চাইবেন না।
The life of this world is but play and amusement: and if ye believe and guard against Evil, He will grant you your recompense, and will not ask you (to give up) your possessions. |
(মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬) |
| 207 |
তিনি তোমাদের কাছে ধন-সম্পদ চাইলে অতঃপর তোমাদেরকে অতিষ্ঠ করলে তোমরা কার্পণ্য করবে এবং তিনি তোমাদের মনের সংকীর্ণতা প্রকাশ করে দেবেন।
If He were to ask you for all of them, and press you, ye would covetously withhold, and He would bring out all your ill-feeling. |
(মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |
| 208 |
এমতাবস্থায় যে, তারা গ্রহণ করবে যা তাদের পালনকর্তা তাদেরকে দেবেন। নিশ্চয় ইতিপূর্বে তারা ছিল সৎকর্মপরায়ণ,
Taking joy in the things which their Lord gives them, because, before then, they lived a good life. |
(আয-যারিয়াত:
আয়াতঃ ১৬) |

তারা উপভোগ করবে যা তাদের পালনকর্তা তাদের দেবেন এবং তিনি জাহান্নামের আযাব থেকে তাদেরকে রক্ষা করবেন।
Enjoying the (Bliss) which their Lord hath bestowed on them, and their Lord shall deliver them from the Penalty of the Fire. |
(আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ১৮) |
| 210 |
তারা শ্রেণীবদ্ধ সিংহাসনে হেলান দিয়ে বসবে। আমি তাদেরকে আয়তলোচনা হুরদের সাথে বিবাহবন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করে দেব।
They will recline (with ease) on Thrones (of dignity) arranged in ranks; and We shall join them to Companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes. |
(আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ২০) |
| 211 |
যারা ঈমানদার এবং যাদের সন্তানরা ঈমানে তাদের অনুগামী, আমি তাদেরকে তাদের পিতৃপুরুষদের সাথে মিলিত করে দেব এবং তাদের আমল বিন্দুমাত্রও হ্রাস করব না। প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি নিজ কৃত কর্মের জন্য দায়ী।
And those who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds. |
(আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ২১) |

আমি তাদেরকে দেব ফল-মূল এবং মাংস যা তারা চাইবে।
And We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire. |
(আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ২২) |
| 213 |
সেখানে তারা একে অপরকে পানপাত্র দেবে; যাতে অসার বকাবকি নেই এবং পাপকর্মও নেই।
They shall there exchange, one with another, a (loving) cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill. |
(আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ২৩) |

এটা নীচু করে দেবে, সমুন্নত করে দেবে।
(Many) will it bring low; (many) will it exalt; |
(আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |

যারা তোমাদের শত্রু আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে ও তোমাদের মধ্যে সম্ভবতঃ বন্ধুত্ব সৃষ্টি করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ সবই করতে পারেন এবং আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুণাময়।
It may be that Allah will grant love (and friendship) between you and those whom ye (now) hold as enemies. For Allah has power (over all things); And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. |
(আল মুমতাহিনা:
আয়াতঃ ৭) |

মুমিনগণ, আমি কি তোমাদেরকে এমন এক বানিজ্যের সন্ধান দিব, যা তোমাদেরকে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি থেকে মুক্তি দেবে?
O ye who believe! Shall I lead you to a bargain that will save you from a grievous Penalty?- |
(আছ-ছফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০) |

প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তির নির্ধারিত সময় যখন উপস্থিত হবে, তখন আল্লাহ কাউকে অবকাশ দেবেন না। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে বিষয়ে খবর রাখেন।
But to no soul will Allah grant respite when the time appointed (for it) has come; and Allah is well acquainted with (all) that ye do. |
(মুনাফিকুন:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |
| 218 |
যদি তোমরা আল্লাহকে উত্তম ঋণ দান কর, তিনি তোমাদের জন্যে তা দ্বিগুণ করে দেবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন। আল্লাহ গুণগ্রাহী, সহনশীল।
If ye loan to Allah, a beautiful loan, He will double it to your (credit), and He will grant you Forgiveness: for Allah is most Ready to appreciate (service), Most Forbearing,- |
(আত-তাগাবুন:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |

হে নবী, তোমরা যখন স্ত্রীদেরকে তালাক দিতে চাও, তখন তাদেরকে তালাক দিয়ো ইদ্দতের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রেখে এবং ইদ্দত গণনা করো। তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় করো। তাদেরকে তাদের গৃহ থেকে বহিস্কার করো না এবং তারাও যেন বের না হয় যদি না তারা কোন সুস্পষ্ট নির্লজ্জ কাজে লিপ্ত হয়। এগুলো আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত সীমা। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর সীমালংঘন করে, সে নিজেরই অনিষ্ট করে। সে জানে না, হয়তো আল্লাহ এই তালাকের পর কোন নতুন উপায় করে দেবেন।
O Prophet! When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation. |
(আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১) |

অতঃপর তারা যখন তাদের ইদ্দতকালে পৌঁছে, তখন তাদেরকে যথোপযুক্ত পন্থায় রেখে দেবে অথবা যথোপযুক্ত পন্থায় ছেড়ে দেবে এবং তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে দু’জন নির্ভরযোগ্য লোককে সাক্ষী রাখবে। তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশ্যে সাক্ষ্য দিবে। এতদ্দ্বারা যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও পরকালে বিশ্বাস করে, তাকে উপদেশ দেয়া হচ্ছে। আর যে আল্লাহকে ভয় করে, আল্লাহ তার জন্যে নিস্কৃতির পথ করে দেবেন।
Thus when they fulfil their term appointed, either take them back on equitable terms or part with them on equitable terms; and take for witness two persons from among you, endued with justice, and establish the evidence (as) before Allah. Such is the admonition given to him who believes in Allah and the Last Day. And for those who fear Allah, He (ever) prepares a way out, |
(আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ২) |

এবং তাকে তার ধারণাতীত জায়গা থেকে রিযিক দেবেন। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করে তার জন্যে তিনিই যথেষ্ট। আল্লাহ তার কাজ পূর্ণ করবেন। আল্লাহ সবকিছুর জন্যে একটি পরিমাণ স্থির করে রেখেছেন।
And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion. |
(আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |
| 222 |
তোমরা তোমাদের সামর্থ?2437;নুযায়ী যেরূপ গৃহে বাস কর, তাদেরকেও বসবাসের জন্যে সেরূপ গৃহ দাও। তাদেরকে কষ্ট দিয়ে সংকটাপন্ন করো না। যদি তারা গর্ভবতী হয়, তবে সন্তানপ্রসব পর্যন্ত তাদের ব্যয়ভার বহন করবে। যদি তারা তোমাদের সন্তানদেরকে স্তন্যদান করে, তবে তাদেরকে প্রাপ্য পারিশ্রমিক দেবে এবং এ সম্পর্কে পরস্পর সংযতভাবে পরামর্শ করবে। তোমরা যদি পরস্পর জেদ কর, তবে অন্য নারী স্তন্যদান করবে।
Let the women live (in 'iddat) in the same style as ye live, according to your means: Annoy them not, so as to restrict them. And if they carry (life in their wombs), then spend (your substance) on them until they deliver their burden: and if they suckle your (offspring), give them their recompense: and take mutual counsel together, according to what is just and reasonable. And if ye find yourselves in difficulties, let another woman suckle (the child) on the (father's) behalf. |
(আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৬) |
| 223 |
বিত্তশালী ব্যক্তি তার বিত্ত অনুযায়ী ব্যয় করবে। যে ব্যক্তি সীমিত পরিমাণে রিযিকপ্রাপ্ত, সে আল্লাহ যা দিয়েছেন, তা থেকে ব্যয় করবে। আল্লাহ যাকে যা দিয়েছেন, তদপেক্ষা বেশী ব্যয় করার আদেশ কাউকে করেন না। আল্লাহ কষ্টের পর সুখ দেবেন।
Let the man of means spend according to his means: and the man whose resources are restricted, let him spend according to what Allah has given him. Allah puts no burden on any person beyond what He has given him. After a difficulty, Allah will soon grant relief. |
(আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৭) |

একজন রসূল, যিনি তোমাদের কাছে আল্লাহর সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ পাঠ করেন, যাতে বিশ্বাসী ও সৎকর্মপরায়ণদের অন্ধকার থেকে আলোতে আনয়ন করেন। যে আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে, তিনি তাকে দাখিল করবেন জান্নাতে, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত, তথায় তারা চিরকাল থাকবে। আল্লাহ তাকে উত্তম রিযিক দেবেন।
An Messenger, who rehearses to you the Signs of Allah containing clear explanations, that he may lead forth those who believe and do righteous deeds from the depths of Darkness into Light. And those who believe in Allah and work righteousness, He will admit to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever: Allah has indeed granted for them a most excellent Provision. |
(আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |

মুমিনগণ! তোমরা আল্লাহ তা’আলার কাছে তওবা কর-আন্তরিক তওবা। আশা করা যায়, তোমাদের পালনকর্তা তোমাদের মন্দ কর্মসমূহ মোচন করে দেবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে দাখিল করবেন জান্নাতে, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত। সেদিন আল্লাহ নবী এবং তাঁর বিশ্বাসী সহচরদেরকে অপদস্থ করবেন না। তাদের নূর তাদের সামনে ও ডানদিকে ছুটোছুটি করবে। তারা বলবেঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদের নূরকে পূর্ণ করে দিন এবং আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করুন। নিশ্চয় আপনি সবকিছুর উপর সর্ব শক্তিমান।
O ye who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance: In the hope that your Lord will remove from you your ills and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow,- the Day that Allah will not permit to be humiliated the Prophet and those who believe with him. Their Light will run forward before them and by their right hands, while they say, "Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for Thou hast power over all things." |
(আত-তাহরীম:
আয়াতঃ ৮) |

তোমরা কি ভাবনামুক্ত হয়ে গেছ যে, আকাশে যিনি আছেন তিনি তোমাদেরকে ভূগর্ভে বিলীন করে দেবেন, অতঃপর তা কাঁপতে থাকবে।
Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)? |

আমি আপনার জন্যে সহজ শরীয়ত সহজতর করে দেবো।
And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). |
(আল আ'লা:
আয়াতঃ ৮) |

আল্লাহ তাকে মহা আযাব দেবেন।
Allah will punish him with a mighty Punishment, |
(আল গাশিয়াহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৪) |

সওয়ালকারীকে ধমক দেবেন না।
Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard); |
(আদ্ব-দ্বোহা:
আয়াতঃ ১০) |

তাদেরকে এছাড়া কোন নির্দেশ করা হয়নি যে, তারা খাঁটি মনে একনিষ্ঠভাবে আল্লাহর এবাদত করবে, নামায কায়েম করবে এবং যাকাত দেবে। এটাই সঠিক ধর্ম।
And they have been commanded no more than this: To worship Allah, offering Him sincere devotion, being true (in faith); to establish regular prayer; and to practise regular charity; and that is the Religion Right and Straight. |
