তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার ক্ষমা এবং জান্নাতের দিকে ছুটে যাও যার সীমানা হচ্ছে আসমান ও যমীন, যা তৈরী করা হয়েছে পরহেযগারদের জন্য।
Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous,- |

আর তাঁর কওমের লোকেরা স্বতঃস্ফুর্তভাবে তার (গৃহ) পানে ছুটে আসতে লাগল। পূর্ব থেকেই তারা কু-কর্মে তৎপর ছিল। লূত (আঃ) বললেন-হে আমার কওম, এ আমার কন্যারা রয়েছে, এরা তোমাদের জন্য অধিক পবিত্রতমা। সুতরাং তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং অতিথিদের ব্যাপারে আমাকে লজ্জিত করো না, তোমাদের মধ্যে কি কোন ভাল মানুষ নেই।
And his people came rushing towards him, and they had been long in the habit of practising abominations. He said: "O my people! Here are my daughters: they are purer for you (if ye marry)! Now fear Allah, and cover me not with shame about my guests! Is there not among you a single right-minded man?" |

তারা উভয়ে ছুটে দরজার দিকে গেল এবং মহিলা ইউসুফের জামা পিছন দিক থেকে ছিঁড়ে ফেলল। উভয়ে মহিলার স্বামীকে দরজার কাছে পেল। মহিলা বললঃ যে ব্যক্তি তোমার পরিজনের সাথে কুকর্মের ইচ্ছা করে, তাকে কারাগারে পাঠানো অথবা অন্য কোন যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি দেয়া ছাড়া তার আর কি শাস্তি হতে পারে?
So they both raced each other to the door, and she tore his shirt from the back: they both found her lord near the door. She said: "What is the (fitting) punishment for one who formed an evil design against thy wife, but prison or a grievous chastisement?" |

যে পর্যন্ত না ইয়াজুজ ও মাজুজকে বন্ধন মুক্ত করে দেয়া হবে এবং তারা প্রত্যেক উচ্চভুমি থেকে দ্রুত ছুটে আসবে।
Until the Gog and Magog (people) are let through (their barrier), and they swiftly swarm from every hill. |

সত্য তাদের স্বপক্ষে হলে তারা বিনীতভাবে রসূলের কাছে ছুটে আসে।
But if the right is on their side, they come to him with all submission. |
(আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯) |

এসময় শহরের প্রান্ত থেকে একব্যক্তি ছুটে আসল এবং বলল, হে মূসা, রাজ্যের পরিষদবর্গ তোমাকে হত্যা করার পরমর্শ করছে। অতএব, তুমি বের হয়ে যাও। আমি তোমার হিতাকাঙ্ক্ষী।
And there came a man, running, from the furthest end of the City. He said: "O Moses! the Chiefs are taking counsel together about thee, to slay thee: so get thee away, for I do give thee sincere advice." |
(আল কাসাস:

শিংগায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে, তখনই তারা কবর থেকে তাদের পালনকর্তার দিকে ছুটে চলবে।
The trumpet shall be sounded, when behold! from the sepulchres (men) will rush forth to their Lord! |
(ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৫১) |

তখন লোকজন তার দিকে ছুটে এলো ভীত-সন্ত্রস্ত পদে।
Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him). |
(আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ৯৪) |

যেদিন আপনি দেখবেন ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও ঈমানদার নারীদেরকে, তাদের সম্মুখ ভাগে ও ডানপার্শ্বে তাদের জ্যোতি ছুটোছুটি করবে বলা হবেঃ আজ তোমাদের জন্যে সুসংবাদ জান্নাতের, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত, তাতে তারা চিরকাল থাকবে। এটাই মহাসাফল্য।
One Day shalt thou see the believing men and the believing women- how their Light runs forward before them and by their right hands: (their greeting will be): "Good News for you this Day! Gardens beneath which flow rivers! to dwell therein for aye! This is indeed the highest Achievement!" |
(আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ১২) |

তারা যখন কোন ব্যবসায়ের সুযোগ অথবা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক দেখে তখন আপনাকে দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় রেখে তারা সেদিকে ছুটে যায়। বলুনঃ আল্লাহর কাছে যা আছে, তা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক ও ব্যবসায় অপেক্ষা উৎকৃষ্ট। আল্লাহ সর্বোত্তম রিযিকদাতা।
But when they see some bargain or some amusement, they disperse headlong to it, and leave thee standing. Say: "The (blessing) from the Presence of Allah is better than any amusement or bargain! and Allah is the Best to provide (for all needs)." |
(আল জুমুআহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |

মুমিনগণ! তোমরা আল্লাহ তা’আলার কাছে তওবা কর-আন্তরিক তওবা। আশা করা যায়, তোমাদের পালনকর্তা তোমাদের মন্দ কর্মসমূহ মোচন করে দেবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে দাখিল করবেন জান্নাতে, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত। সেদিন আল্লাহ নবী এবং তাঁর বিশ্বাসী সহচরদেরকে অপদস্থ করবেন না। তাদের নূর তাদের সামনে ও ডানদিকে ছুটোছুটি করবে। তারা বলবেঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদের নূরকে পূর্ণ করে দিন এবং আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করুন। নিশ্চয় আপনি সবকিছুর উপর সর্ব শক্তিমান।
O ye who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance: In the hope that your Lord will remove from you your ills and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow,- the Day that Allah will not permit to be humiliated the Prophet and those who believe with him. Their Light will run forward before them and by their right hands, while they say, "Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for Thou hast power over all things." |
(আত-তাহরীম:
আয়াতঃ ৮) |

অতএব, কাফেরদের কি হল যে, তারা আপনার দিকে উর্ধ্বশ্বাসে ছুটে আসছে।
Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee- |

সে দিন তারা কবর থেকে দ্রুতবেগে বের হবে, যেন তারা কোন এক লক্ষ্যস্থলের দিকে ছুটে যাচ্ছে।
The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- |
