যাঁরা দাঁড়িয়ে, বসে, ও শায়িত অবস্থায় আল্লাহকে স্মরণ করে এবং চিন্তা গবেষণা করে আসমান ও জমিন সৃষ্টির বিষযে, (তারা বলে) পরওয়ারদেগার! এসব তুমি অনর্থক সৃষ্টি করনি। সকল পবিত্রতা তোমারই, আমাদিগকে তুমি দোযখের শাস্তি থেকে বাঁচাও।
Men who celebrate the praises of Allah, standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and contemplate the (wonders of) creation in the heavens and the earth, (With the thought): "Our Lord! not for naught Hast Thou created (all) this! Glory to Thee! Give us salvation from the penalty of the Fire. |

আর যেদিন আমি তাদের সবাইকে সমবেত করব; আর যারা শেরক করত তাদেরকে বলবঃ তোমরা এবং তোমাদের শরীকরা নিজ নিজ জায়গায় দাঁড়িয়ে যাও-অতঃপর তাদেরকে পারস্পরিক বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দেব, তখন তাদের শরীকরা বলবে, তোমরা তো আমাদের উপাসনা-বন্দেগী করনি।
One day shall We gather them all together. Then shall We say to those who joined gods (with Us): "To your place! ye and those ye joined as 'partners' We shall separate them, and their "Partners" shall say: "It was not us that ye worshipped! |

তিনি তোমাদেরকে তাদের ভূমির, ঘর-বাড়ীর, ধন-সম্পদের এবং এমন এক ভূ-খন্ডের মালিক করে দিয়েছেন, যেখানে তোমরা অভিযান করনি। আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়োপরি সর্বশক্তিমান।
And He made you heirs of their lands, their houses, and their goods, and of a land which ye had not frequented (before). And Allah has power over all things. |
