"উম্মত" শব্দযুক্ত আয়াত ম্যাচ করেছেঃ ১৭
নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	পার্থিব জীবনের উপর কাফেরদিগকে উম্মত্ত করে দেয়া হয়েছে। আর তারা ঈমানদারদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করে হাসাহাসি করে। পক্ষান্তরে যারা পরহেযগার তারা সেই কাফেরদের তুলনায় কেয়ামতের দিন অত্যন্ত উচ্চমর্যাদায় থাকবে। আর আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা সীমাহীন রুযী দান করেন। The life of this world is alluring to those who reject faith, and they scoff at those who believe. But the righteous will be above them on the Day of Resurrection; for Allah bestows His abundance without measure on whom He will.	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ২১২)
2	তোমরাই হলে সর্বোত্তম উম্মত, মানবজাতির কল্যানের জন্যেই তোমাদের উদ্ভব ঘটানো হয়েছে। তোমরা সৎকাজের নির্দেশ দান করবে ও অন্যায় কাজে বাধা দেবে এবং আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান আনবে। আর আহলে-কিতাবরা যদি ঈমান আনতো, তাহলে তা তাদের জন্য মঙ্গলকর হতো। তাদের মধ্যে কিছু তো রয়েছে ঈমানদার আর অধিকাংশই হলো পাপাচারী। Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it were best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors.	(আল ইমরান: আয়াতঃ ১১০)
3	আর তখন কি অবস্থা দাঁড়াবে, যখন আমি ডেকে আনব প্রতিটি উম্মতের মধ্য থেকে অবস্থা বর্ণনাকারী এবং আপনাকে ডাকব তাদের উপর অবস্থা বর্ণনাকারীরূপে। How then if We brought from each people a witness, and We brought thee as a witness against these people!	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ৪১)
4	আমি আপনার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ করেছি সত্যগ্রন্থ, যা পূর্ববতী গ্রন্থ সমূহের সত্যায়নকারী এবং সেগুলোর বিষয়বস্তুর রক্ষণাবেক্ষণকারী। অতএব, আপনি তাদের পারস্পারিক ব্যাপারাদিতে আল্লাহ যা অবতীর্ণ করেছেন, তদনুযায়ী ফয়সালা করুন এবং আপনার কাছে যে সৎপথ এসেছে, তা ছেড়ে তাদের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করবেন না। আমি তোমাদের প্রত্যেককে একটি আইন ও পথ দিয়েছি। যদি আল্লাহ চাইতেন, তবে তোমাদের সবাইকে এক উম্মত করে দিতেন, কিন্তু এরূপ করেননি-যাতে তোমাদেরকে যে ধর্ম দিয়েছেন, তাতে তোমাদের পরীক্ষা নেন। অতএব, দৌড়ে কল্যাণকর বিষয়াদি অর্জন কর। তোমাদের সবাইকে আল্লাহর কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন করতে হবে। অতঃপর তিনি অবহিত করবেন সে বিষয়, যাতে তোমরা মতবিরোধ করতে। To thee We sent the Scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety: so judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the Truth that hath come to thee. To each among you have we prescribed a law and an open way. If Allah had so willed, He would have made you a single people, but (His plan is) to test you in what He hath given you: so strive as in a race in all virtues. The goal of you all is to Allah; it is He that will show you the truth of the matters in which ye dispute;	(আল মায়িদাহ: আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
5	আর আমি আপনার পূর্ববর্তী উম্মতদের প্রতিও পয়গম্বর প্রেরণ করেছিলাম। অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে অভাব-অনটন ও রোগ-ব্যধি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করেছিলাম যাতে তারা কাকুতি মিনতি করে। Before thee We sent (messengers) to many nations, and We afflicted the nations with suffering and adversity, that they might learn humility.	(আল আনআম: আয়াতঃ ৪২)
6	আর সমস্ত মানুষ একই উম্মতভুক্ত ছিল, পরে পৃথক হয়ে গেছে। আর একটি কথা যদি তোমার পরওয়ারদেগারের পক্ষ থেকে পূর্ব নির্ধারিত না হয়ে যেত; তবে তারা যে বিষয়ে বিরোধ করছে তার মীমাংসা হয়ে যেত। Mankind was but one nation, but differed (later). Had it not been for a word that went forth before from thy Lord, their differences would have been settled between them.	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ১৯)
7	নগরে মহিলারা বলাবলি করতে লাগল যে, আযীযের স্ত্রী স্বীয় গোলামকে কুমতলব চরিতার্থ করার জন্য ফুসলায়। সে তার প্রেমে উম্মত্ত হয়ে গেছে। আমরা তো তাকে প্রকাশ্য ভ্রান্তিতে দেখতে পাচ্ছি। Ladies said in the City: "The wife of the (great) 'Aziz is seeking to seduce her slave from his (true) self: Truly hath he inspired her with violent love: we see she is evidently going astray."	(ইউসূফ: আয়াতঃ ৩০)
8	এমনিভাবে আমি আপনাকে একটি উম্মতের মধ্যে প্রেরণ করেছি। তাদের পূর্বে অনেক উম্মত অতিক্রান্ত হয়েছে। যাতে আপনি তাদেরকে ঐ নির্দেশ শুনিয়ে দেন, যা আমি আপনার কাছে প্রেরণ করেছি। তথাপি তারা দয়াময়কে অস্বীকার করে। বলুনঃ তিনিই আমার পালনকর্তা। তিনি ব্যতীত কারও উপাসনা নাই। আমি তাঁর উপরই ভরসা করেছি এবং তাঁর দিকেই আমার প্রত্যাবর্তণ। Thus have we sent thee amongst a People before whom (long since) have (other) Peoples (gone and) passed away; in order that thou mightest rehearse unto them what We send down unto thee by inspiration; yet do they reject (Him), the Most Gracious! Say: "He is my Lord! There is no god but He! On Him is my trust, and to Him do I turn!"	(রা'দ: আয়াতঃ ৩০)
9	আমি প্রত্যেক উম্মতের মধ্যেই রাসূল প্রেরণ করেছি এই মর্মে যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর এবাদত কর এবং তাগুত থেকে নিরাপদ থাক। অতঃপর তাদের মধ্যে কিছু সংখ্যককে আল্লাহ হেদায়েত করেছেন এবং কিছু সংখ্যকের জন্যে বিপথগামিতা অবধারিত হয়ে গেল। সুতরাং তোমরা পৃথিবীতে ভ্রমণ কর এবং দেখ মিথ্যারোপকারীদের কিরূপ পরিণতি হয়েছে। For We assuredly sent amongst every People a messenger, (with the Command), "Serve Allah, and eschew Evil": of the People were some whom Allah guided, and some on whom error became inevitably (established). So travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who denied (the Truth).	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
10	যেদিন আমি প্রত্যেক উম্মত থেকে একজন বর্ণনাকারী দাঁড় করাব, তখন কাফেরদেরকে অনুমতি দেয়া হবে না এবং তাদের তওবা ও গ্রহণ করা হবে না। One Day We shall raise from all Peoples a Witness: then will no excuse be accepted from Unbelievers, nor will they receive any favours.	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
11	সেদিন প্রত্যেক উম্মতের মধ্যে আমি একজন বর্ণনাকারী দাঁড় করাব তাদের বিপক্ষে তাদের মধ্য থেকেই এবং তাদের বিষয়ে আপনাকে সাক্ষী স্বরূপ উপস্থাপন করব। আমি আপনার প্রতি গ্রন্থ নাযিল করেছি যেটি এমন যে তা প্রত্যেক বস্তুর সুস্পষ্ট বর্ণনা, হেদায়েত, রহমত এবং মুসলমানদের জন্যে সুসংবাদ। One day We shall raise from all Peoples a witness against them, from amongst themselves: and We shall bring thee as a witness against these (thy people): and We have sent down to thee the Book explaining all things, a Guide, a Mercy, and Glad Tidings to Muslims.	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ৮৯)
12	নূহের পর আমি অনেক উম্মতকে ধ্বংস করেছি। আপনার পালনকর্তাই বান্দাদের পাপাচারের সংবাদ জানা ও দেখার জন্যে যথেষ্ট। How many generations have We destroyed after Noah? and enough is thy Lord to note and see the sins of His servants.	(বনী ইসরাঈল: আয়াতঃ ১৭)
13	আমি প্রত্যেক উম্মতের জন্যে কোরবানী নির্ধারণ করেছি, যাতে তারা আল্লাহর দেয়া চতুস্পদ জন্তু যবেহ কারার সময় আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ করে। অতএব তোমাদের আল্লাহ তো একমাত্র আল্লাহ সুতরাং তাঁরই আজ্ঞাধীন থাক এবং বিনয়ীগণকে সুসংবাদ দাও; To every people did We appoint rites (of sacrifice), that they might celebrate the name of Allah over the sustenance He gave them from animals (fit for food). But your god is One God: submit then your wills to Him (in Islam): and give thou the good news to those who humble themselves,-	(হাজ্জ্ব: আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
14	আমি প্রত্যেক উম্মতের জন্যে এবাদতের একটি নিয়ম-কানুন নির্ধারণ করে দিয়েছি, যা তারা পালন করে। অতএব তারা যেন এ ব্যাপারে আপনার সাথে বিতর্ক না করে। আপনি তাদেরকে পালনকর্তার দিকে আহবান করুন। নিশ্চয় আপনি সরল পথেই আছেন। To every People have We appointed rites and ceremonies which they must follow: let them not then dispute with thee on the matter, but do thou invite (them) to thy Lord: for thou art assuredly on the Right Way.	(হাজ্জ্ব: আয়াতঃ ৬৭)
15	এরপর আমি একাদিক্রমে আমার রসূল প্রেরণ করেছি। যখনই কোন উম্মতের কাছে তাঁর রসূল আগমন করেছেন, তখনই তারা তাঁকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলেছে। অতঃপর আমি তাদের একের পর এক ধ্বংস করেছি এবং তাদেরকে কাহিনীর বিষয়ে পরিণত করেছি। সুতরাং ধ্বংস হোক অবিশ্বাসীরা। Then sent We our messengers in succession: every time there came to a people their messenger, they accused him of falsehood: so We made them follow each other (in punishment): We made them as a tale (that is told): So away with a people that will not believe!	(আল মু'মিনূন: আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
16	আপনাদের এই উম্মত সব তো একই ধর্মের অনুসারী এবং আমি আপনাদের পালনকর্তা; অতএব আমাকে ভয় করুন। And verily this Brotherhood of yours is a single Brotherhood, and I am your Lord and Cherisher: therefore fear Me (and no other).	(আল মু'মিনূন: আয়াতঃ ৫২)
17	আপনি প্রত্যেক উম্মতকে দেখবেন নতজানু অবস্থায়। প্রত্যেক উম্মতকে তাদের আমলনামা দেখতে বলা হবে। তোমরা যা করতে, অদ্য তোমারদেরকে তার প্রতিফল দেয়া হবে। And thou wilt see every sect bowing the knee: Every sect will be called to its Record: "This Day shall ye be recompensed for all that ye did!	(আল জাসিয়া: আয়াতঃ ২৮)
