যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে এবং সৎকর্ম করেছে, আমি তাদেরকে উদ্যানসমূহে প্রবিষ্ট করাব, যেগুলোর তলদেশে নহরসমূহ প্রবাহিত হয়। তারা চিরকাল তথায় অবস্থান করবে। আল্লাহ প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছেন সত্য সত্য। আল্লাহর চাইতে অধিক সত্যবাদী কে?
But those who believe and do deeds of righteousness,- we shall soon admit them to gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,-to dwell therein for ever. Allah's promise is the truth, and whose word can be truer than Allah's? |

আল্লাহ বনী-ইসরাঈলের কাছ থেকে অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছিলেন এবং আমি তাদের মধ্য থেকে বার জন সর্দার নিযুক্ত করেছিলাম। আল্লাহ বলে দিলেনঃ আমি তোমাদের সঙ্গে আছি। যদি তোমরা নামায প্রতিষ্ঠিত কর, যাকাত দিতে থাক, আমার পয়গম্বরদের প্রতি বিশ্বাস রাখ, তাঁদের সাহায্য কর এবং আল্লাহকে উত্তম পন্থায় ঋন দিতে থাক, তবে আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের গোনাহ দুর করে দিব এবং অবশ্যই তোমাদেরকে উদ্যান সমূহে প্রবিষ্ট করব, যেগুলোর তলদেশ দিয়ে নিঝরিনীসমূহ প্রবাহিত হয়। অতঃপর তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে যে ব্যক্তি এরপরও কাফের হয়, সে নিশ্চিতই সরল পথ থেকে বিচ্যুত হয়ে পড়ে।
Allah did aforetime take a covenant from the Children of Israel, and we appointed twelve captains among them. And Allah said: "I am with you: if ye (but) establish regular prayers, practise regular charity, believe in my messengers, honour and assist them, and loan to Allah a beautiful loan, verily I will wipe out from you your evils, and admit you to gardens with rivers flowing beneath; but if any of you, after this, resisteth faith, he hath truly wandered from the path or rectitude." |

আর যদি আহলে-কিতাবরা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করত এবং খোদাভীতি অবলম্বন করত, তবে আমি তাদের মন্দ বিষয়সমূহ ক্ষমা করে দিতাম এবং তাদেরকে নেয়ামতের উদ্যানসমূহে প্রবিষ্ট করতাম।
If only the People of the Book had believed and been righteous, We should indeed have blotted out their iniquities and admitted them to gardens of bliss. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৫) |

অতঃপর তাদেরকে আল্লাহ এ উক্তির প্রতিদান স্বরূপ এমন উদ্যান দিবেন যার তলদেশে নির্ঝরিণীসমূহ প্রবাহিত হবে। তারা তন্মধ্যে চিরকাল অবস্থান করবে। এটাই সৎকর্মশীলদের প্রতিদান।
And for this their prayer hath Allah rewarded them with gardens, with rivers flowing underneath,- their eternal home. Such is the recompense of those who do good. |

আল্লাহ বললেনঃ আজকের দিনে সত্যবাদীদের সত্যবাদিতা তাদের উপকারে আসবে। তাদের জন্যে উদ্যান রয়েছে, যার তলদেশে নির্ঝরিনী প্রবাহিত হবে; তারা তাতেই চিরকাল থাকবে। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট। এটিই মহান সফলতা।
Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal Home: Allah well-pleased with them, and they with Allah: That is the great salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires). |

তিনিই উদ্যান সমূহ সৃষ্টি করেছে-তাও, যা মাচার উপর তুলে দেয়া হয়, এবং যা মাচার উপর তোলা হয় না এবং খর্জুর বৃক্ষ ও শস্যক্ষেত্র যেসবের স্বাদবিশিষ্ট এবং যয়তুন ও আনার সৃষ্টি করেছেন-একে অন্যের সাদৃশ্যশীল এবং সাদৃশ্যহীন। এগুলোর ফল খাও, যখন ফলন্ত হয় এবং হক দান কর কর্তনের সময়ে এবং অপব্যয় করো না। নিশ্চয় তিনি অপব্যয়ীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন না।
It is He Who produceth gardens, with trellises and without, and dates, and tilth with produce of all kinds, and olives and pomegranates, similar (in kind) and different (in variety): eat of their fruit in their season, but render the dues that are proper on the day that the harvest is gathered. But waste not by excess: for Allah loveth not the wasters. |

এবং যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপণ করে এবং সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে তাদেরকে এমন উদ্যানে প্রবেশ করানো হবে, যার পাদদেশ দিয়ে নির্ঝরিনী সমূহ প্রবাহিত হবে তারা তাতে পালনকর্তার নির্দেশে অনন্তকাল থাকবে। যেখানে তাদের সম্ভাষণ হবে সালাম।
But those who believe and work righteousness will be admitted to gardens beneath which rivers flow,- to dwell therein for aye with the leave of their Lord. Their greeting therein will be: "Peace!" |

সর্বদা বসবাসের উদ্যান, তারা যাতে প্রবেশ করবে। এর পাদদেশে দিয়ে স্রোতস্বিনী প্রবাহিত হয় তাদের জন্যে তাতে তা-ই রয়েছে, যা তারা চায় এমনিভাবে প্রতিদান দেবেন আল্লাহর পরহেযগারদেরকে,
Gardens of Eternity which they will enter: beneath them flow (pleasant) rivers: they will have therein all that they wish: thus doth Allah reward the righteous,- |

নিশ্চয় যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম করে, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে দাখিল করবেন উদ্যান সমূহে, যার তলদেশ দিয়ে নির্ঝরিণীসমূহ প্রবাহিত হবে। তাদেরকে তথায় স্বর্ণ-কংকন ও মুক্তা দ্বারা অলংকৃত করা হবে এবং তথায় তাদের পোশাক হবে রেশমী।
Allah will admit those who believe and work righteous deeds, to Gardens beneath which rivers flow: they shall be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearls; and their garments there will be of silk. |
(হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ২৩) |

তারা শীতল ছায়াময় উদ্যানের উত্তরাধিকার লাভ করবে। তারা তাতে চিরকাল থাকবে।
Who will inherit Paradise: they will dwell therein (for ever). |
(আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |

এবং আমাকে নেয়ামত উদ্যানের অধিকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত কর।
"Make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss; |

এবং উদ্যান ও ঝরণা।
"And Gardens and Springs. |

উদ্যানসমূহের মধ্যে এবং ঝরণাসমূহের মধ্যে ?

সাবার অধিবাসীদের জন্যে তাদের বাসভূমিতে ছিল এক নিদর্শন-দুটি উদ্যান, একটি ডানদিকে, একটি বামদিকে। তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার রিযিক খাও এবং তাঁর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর। স্বাস্থ্যকর শহর এবং ক্ষমাশীল পালনকর্তা।
There was, for Saba, aforetime, a Sign in their home-land - two Gardens to the right and to the left. "Eat of the Sustenance (provided) by your Lord, and be grateful to Him: a territory fair and happy, and a Lord Oft-Forgiving! |

| 15 |
অতঃপর তারা অবাধ্যতা করল ফলে আমি তাদের উপর প্রেরণ করলাম প্রবল বন্যা! আর তাদের উদ্যানদ্বয়কে পরিবর্তন করে দিলাম এমন দুই উদ্যানে, যাতে উদগত হয় বিস্বাদ ফলমূল, ঝাউ গাছ এবং সামান্য কুলবৃক্ষ।
But they turned away (from Allah), and We sent against them the Flood (released) from the dams, and We converted their two garden (rows) into "gardens" producing bitter fruit, and tamarisks, and some few (stunted) Lote-trees. |

নেয়ামতের উদ্যানসমূহ।
In Gardens of Felicity, |

আয়াতঃ ৪৩) |
| 17 |
আপনি কাফেরদেরকে তাদের কৃতকর্মের জন্যে ভীতসন্ত্রস্ত দেখবেন। তাদের কর্মের শাস্তি অবশ্যই তাদের উপর পতিত হবে। আর যারা মুমিন ও সৎকর্মী, তারা জান্নাতের উদ্যানে থাকবে। তারা যা চাইবে, তাই তাদের জন্যে তাদের পালনকর্তার কাছে রয়েছে। এটাই বড় পুরস্কার।
Thou wilt see the Wrong-doers in fear on account of what they have earned, and (the burden of) that must (necessarily) fall on them. But those who believe and work righteous deeds will be in the luxuriant meads of the Gardens: they shall have, before their Lord, all that they wish for. That will indeed be the magnificent Bounty (of Allah). |

তারা ছেড়ে গিয়েছিল কত উদ্যান ও প্রস্রবন,
How many were the gardens and springs they left behind, |

উদ্যানরাজি ও নির্ঝরিণীসমূহে।
Among Gardens and Springs; |
(আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৫২) |
| 20 |
যে ব্যক্তি তার পালনকর্তার সামনে পেশ হওয়ার ভয় রাখে, তার জন্যে রয়েছে দু’টি উদ্যান।
But for such as fear the time when they will stand before (the Judgment Seat of) their Lord, there will be two Gardens- |
(আর রহমান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬) |
| 21 |
উভয় উদ্যানই ঘন শাখা-পল্লববিশিষ্ট।
Containing all kinds (of trees and delights);- |
(আর রহমান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮) |
| 22 |
উভয় উদ্যানে আছে বহমান দুই প্রস্রবন।
In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free); |
(আর রহমান:
আয়াতঃ ৫০) |
| 23 |
তারা তথায় রেশমের আস্তরবিশিষ্ট বিছানায় হেলান দিয়ে বসবে। উভয় উদ্যানের ফল তাদের নিকট ঝুলবে।
They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the Gardens will be near (and easy of reach). |

এই দু’টি ছাড়া আরও দু’টি উদ্যান রয়েছে।
And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- |

অবদানের উদ্যানসমূহে,
In Gardens of Bliss: |

আয়াতঃ ১২) |
| 26 |
তবে তার জন্যে আছে সুখ, উত্তম রিযিক এবং নেয়ামতে ভরা উদ্যান।
(There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. |
(আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৮৯) |
| 27 |
আমি তাদেরকে পরীক্ষা করেছি, যেমন পরীক্ষা করেছি উদ্যানওয়ালাদের, যখন তারা শপথ করেছিল যে, সকালে বাগানের ফল আহরণ করবে,
Verily We have tried them as We tried the People of the Garden, when they resolved to gather the fruits of the (garden) in the morning. |

তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি বাড়িয়ে দিবেন, তোমাদের জন্যে উদ্যান স্থাপন করবেন এবং তোমাদের জন্যে নদীনালা প্রবাহিত করবেন।
"'Give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers (of flowing water). |

ও পাতাঘন উদ্যান।
And gardens of luxurious growth? |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬) |

উদ্যান, আঙ্গুর,
Gardens enclosed, and grapevines; |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |
| 31 |
ঘন উদ্যান,
And enclosed Gardens, dense with lofty trees, |

আয়াতঃ ৩০) |
