“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 এরই ওছিয়ত করেছে ইব্রাহীম তার সন্তানদের এবং ইয়াকুবও যে, হে আমার সন্তানগণ, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্য এ ধর্মকে মনোনীত করেছেন। কাজেই তোমরা মুসলমান না হয়ে কখনও মৃত্যুবরণ করো না।
And this was the legacy that Abraham left to his sons, and so did Jacob; "Oh my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩২)
2 তোমরা কি উপস্থিত ছিলে, যখন ইয়াকুবের মৃত্যু নিকটবর্তী হয়? যখন সে সন্তানদের বললঃ আমার পর তোমরা কার এবাদত করবে? তারা বললো, আমরা তোমার পিতৃ-পুরুষ ইব্রাহীম, ইসমাঈল ও ইসহাকের উপাস্যের এবাদত করব। তিনি একক উপাস্য।
Were ye witnesses when death appeared before Jacob? Behold, he said to his sons: "What will ye worship after me?" They said: "We shall worship Thy god and the god of thy fathers, of Abraham, Isma'il and Isaac,- the one (True) Allah: To Him we bow (in Islam)."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৩)
3 তোমরা বল, আমরা ঈমান এনেছি আল্লাহর উপর এবং যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে আমাদের প্রতি এবং যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে ইব্রাহীম, ইসমাঈল, ইসহাক, ইয়াকুব এবং তদীয় বংশধরের প্রতি এবং মূসা, ঈসা, অন্যান্য নবীকে পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে যা দান করা হয়েছে, তৎসমুদয়ের উপর। আমরা তাদের মধ্যে পার্থক্য করি না। আমরা তাঁরই আনুগত্যকারী।
Say ye: "We believe in Allah, and the revelation given to us, and to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and that given to Moses and Jesus, and that given to (all) prophets from their Lord: We make no difference between one and another of them: And we bow to Allah (in Islam)."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৬)
4 অথবা তোমরা কি বলছ যে, নিশ্চয়ই ইব্রাহীম, ইসমাঈল, ইসহাক, ইয়াকুব (আঃ) ও তাদের সন্তানগন ইহুদী অথবা খ্রীষ্টান ছিলেন? আপনি বলে দিন, তোমরা বেশী জান, না আল্লাহ বেশী জানেন?
Or do ye say that Abraham, Isma'il Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes were Jews or Christians? Say: Do ye know better than Allah? Ah! who is more unjust than those who conceal the testimony they have from Allah? but Allah is not unmindful of what ye do!		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৪০)
5 বলুন ইয়া আল্লাহ! তুমিই সার্বভৌম শক্তির অধিকারী। তুমি যাকে ইচ্ছা রাজ্য দান কর এবং যার কাছ থেকে ইচ্ছা রাজ্য ছিনিয়ে নাও এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা সম্মান দান কর আর যাকে ইচ্ছা অপমানে পতিত কর। তোমারই হাতে রয়েছে যাবতীয় কল্যাণ। নিশ্চয়ই তুমি সর্ব বিষয়ে ক্ষমতাশীল।
Say: "O Allah! Lord of Power (And Rule), Thou givest power to whom Thou pleasest, and Thou strippest off power from whom Thou pleasest: Thou enduest with honour whom Thou pleasest, and Thou bringest low whom Thou pleasest: In Thy hand is all good. Verily, over all things Thou hast power.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
6 অতঃপর যখন তাকে প্রসব করলো বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা! আমি একে কন্যা প্রসব করেছি। বস্তুতঃ কি সে প্রসব করেছে আল্লাহ তা ভালই জানেন। সেই কন্যার মত কোন পুত্রই যে নেই। আর আমি তার নাম রাখলাম মারইয়াম। আর আমি তাকে ও তার সন্তানদেরকে তোমার আশ্রয়ে সমর্পণ করছি। অভিশপ্ত শয়তানের কবল থেকে।
When she was delivered, she said: "O my Lord! Behold! I am delivered of a female child!"- and Allah knew best what she brought forth- "And no wise is the male Like the female. I have named her Mary, and I commend her and her offspring to Thy protection from the Evil One, the Rejected."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
7 অতঃপর তাঁর পালনকর্তা তাঁকে উত্তম ভাবে গ্রহণ করে নিলেন এবং তাঁকে প্রবৃদ্ধি দান করলেন-অত্যন্ত সুন্দর প্রবৃদ্ধি। আর তাঁকে যাকারিয়ার তত্ত্বাবধানে সমর্পন করলেন। যখনই যাকারিয়া মেহরাবের মধ্যে তার কছে আসতেন তখনই কিছু খাবার দেখতে পেতেন। জিজ্ঞেস করতেন "মারইয়াম! কোথা থেকে এসব তোমার কাছে এলো?" তিনি বলতেন, "এসব আল্লাহর নিকট থেকে আসে। আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা বেহিসাব রিযিক দান করেন।"
Right graciously did her Lord accept her: He made her grow in purity and beauty: To the care of Zakariya was she assigned. Every time that he entered (Her) chamber to see her, He found her supplied with sustenance. He said: "O Mary! Whence (comes) this to you?" She said: "From Allah: for Allah Provides sustenance to whom He pleases without measure."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭)
8 যখন তিনি কামরার ভেতরে নামাযে দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন, তখন ফেরেশতারা তাঁকে ডেকে বললেন যে, আল্লাহ তোমাকে সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছেন ইয়াহইয়া সম্পর্কে, যিনি সাক্ষ্য দেবেন আল্লাহর নির্দেশের সত্যতা সম্পর্কে, যিনি নেতা হবেন এবং নারীদের সংস্পর্শে যাবেন না, তিনি অত্যন্ত সৎকর্মশীল নবী হবেন।
While he was standing in prayer in the chamber, the angels called unto him: "Allah doth give thee glad tidings of Yahya, witnessing the truth of a Word from Allah, and (be besides) noble, chaste, and a prophet,- of the (goodly) company of the righteous."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
9 আর যখন ফেরেশতা বলল হে মারইয়াম!, আল্লাহ তোমাকে পছন্দ করেছেন এবং তোমাকে পবিত্র পরিচ্ছন্ন করে দিয়েছেন। আর তোমাকে বিশ্ব নারী সমাজের উর্ধ্বে মনোনীত করেছেন।
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah hath chosen thee and purified thee- chosen thee above the women of all nations.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
10 হে মারইয়াম! তোমার পালনকর্তার উপাসনা কর এবং রুকুকারীদের সাথে সেজদা ও রুকু কর।
"O Mary! worship Thy Lord devoutly: Prostrate thyself, and bow down (in prayer) with those who bow down."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
11 এ হলো গায়েবী সংবাদ, যা আমি আপনাকে পাঠিয়ে থাকি। আর আপনি তো তাদের কাছে ছিলেন না, যখন প্রতিযোগিতা করছিল যে, কে প্রতিপালন করবে মারইয়ামকে এবং আপনি তাদের কাছে ছিলেন না, যখন তারা ঝগড়া করছিলো।
This is part of the tidings of the things unseen, which We reveal unto thee (O Messenger!) by inspiration: Thou wast not with them when they cast lots with arrows, as to which of them should be charged with the care of Mary: Nor wast thou with them when they disputed (the point).		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
12 যখন ফেরেশতাগণ বললো, হে মারইয়াম আল্লাহ তোমাকে তাঁর এক বানীর সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছেন, যার নাম হলো মসীহ-মারইয়াম-তনয় ঈসা, দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে তিনি মহাসম্মানের অধিকারী এবং আল্লাহর ঘনিষ্ঠদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত।
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
13 বলুন, আমরা ঈমান এনেছি আল্লাহর উপর এবং যা কিছু অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে আমাদের উপর, ইব্রাহীম, ইসমাঈল, ইসহাক, ইয়াকুব এবং তাঁদের সন্তানবর্গের উপর আর যা কিছু পেয়েছেন মূসা ও ঈসা এবং অন্যান্য নবী রসূলগণ তাঁদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে। আমরা তাঁদের কারো মধ্যে পার্থক্য করি না। আর আমরা তাঁরই অনুগত।
Say: "We believe in Allah, and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another among them, and to Allah do we bow our will (in Islam)."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
14 তওরাত নাযিল হওয়ার পূর্বে ইয়াকুব যেগুলো নিজেদের জন্য হারাম করে নিয়েছিলেন, সেগুলো ব্যতীত সমস্ত আহার্য বস্তুই বনী-ইসরায়ীলদের জন্য হালাল ছিল। তুমি বলে দাও, তোমরা যদি সত্যবাদী হয়ে থাক। তাহলে তওরাত নিয়ে এসো এবং তা পাঠ কর।
All food was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel Made unlawful for itself, before the Law (of Moses) was revealed. Say: "Bring ye the Law and study it, if ye be men of truth."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৯৩)
15 আমি আপনার প্রতি ওহী পাঠিয়েছি, যেমন করে ওহী পাঠিয়েছিলাম নূহের প্রতি এবং সে সমস্ত নবী-রসূলের প্রতি যাঁরা তাঁর পরে প্রেরিত হয়েছেন। আর ওহী পাঠিয়েছি, ইসমাঈল, ইব্রাহীম, ইসহাক, ইয়াকুব, ও তাঁর সন্তাবর্গের প্রতি এবং ঈসা, আইয়ুব, ইউনূস, হারুন ও সুলায়মানের প্রতি। আর আমি দাউদকে দান করেছি যবুর গ্রন্থ।
We have sent thee inspiration, as We sent it to Noah and the Messengers after him: we sent inspiration to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes, to Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and solomon, and to David We gave the Psalms.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৩)
16 আর ও যাকারিয়া, ইয়াহিয়া, ঈসা এবং ইলিয়াসকে। তারা সবাই পুণ্যবানদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিল।
And Zakariya and John, and Jesus and Elias: all in the ranks of the righteous:		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
17 এবং ইসরাঈল, ইয়াসা, ইউনূস, লূতকে প্রত্যেককেই আমি সারা বিশ্বের উপর গৌরবাম্বিত করেছি।
And Isma'il and Elisha, and Jonas, and Lot: and to all We gave favour above the nations:		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬)
18 আমি মাদইয়ানের প্রতি তাদের ভাই শোয়ায়েবকে প্রেরণ করেছি। সে বললঃ হে আমার সম্প্রদায়! তোমরা আল্লাহর এবাদত কর। তিনি ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন উপাস্য নেই। তোমাদের কাছে তোমাদের প্রতিপালকের পক্ষ থেকে প্রমাণ এসে গেছে। অতএব তোমরা মাপ ও ওজন পূর্ন কর এবং মানুষকে তাদের দ্রব্যদি কম দিয়ো না এবং ভুপৃষ্টের সংস্কার সাধন করার পর তাতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করো না। এই হল তোমাদের জন্যে কল্যাণকর, যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও।
To the Madyan people We sent Shu'aib, one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah; Ye have no other god but Him. Now hath come unto you a clear (Sign) from your Lord! Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has been set in order: that will be best for you, if ye have Faith.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
19 তাছাড়া তারা যখন বলতে আরম্ভ করে যে, ইয়া আল্লাহ, এই যদি তোমার পক্ষ থেকে (আগত) সত্য দ্বীন হয়ে থাকে, তবে আমাদের উপর আকাশ থেকে প্রস্তর বর্ষণ কর কিংবা আমাদের উপর বেদনাদায়ক আযাব নাযিল কর।
Remember how they said: "O Allah if this is indeed the Truth from Thee, rain down on us a shower of stones form the sky, or send us a grievous penalty."		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
20 তাদের সংবাদ কি এদের কানে এসে পৌঁছায়নি, যারা ছিল তাদের পূর্বে; নূহের আ’দের ও সামুদের সম্প্রদায় এবং ইব্রাহীমের সম্প্রদায়ের এবং মাদইয়ানবাসীদের? এবং সেসব জনপদের যেগুলোকে উল্টে দেয়া হয়েছিল? তাদের কাছে এসেছিলেন তাদের নবী পরিষ্কার নির্দেশ নিয়ে। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ তো এমন ছিলেন না যে, তাদের উপর জুলুম করতেন, কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করতো।
Hath not the story reached them of those before them?- the People of Noah, and 'Ad, and Thamud; the People of Abraham, the men of Midian, and the cities overthrown. To them came their messengers with clear signs. It is not Allah Who wrongs them, but they wrong their own souls.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
21 তাঁর স্ত্রীও নিকটেই দাড়িয়েছিল, সে হেসে ফেলল। অতঃপর আমি তাকে ইসহাকের জন্মের সুখবর দিলাম এবং ইসহাকের পরের ইয়াকুবেরও।
And his wife was standing (there), and she laughed: But we gave her glad tidings of Isaac, and after him, of Jacob.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
22 আর মাদইয়ানবাসীদের প্রতি তাদের ভাই শোয়ায়েব (আঃ) কে প্রেরণ করেছি। তিনি বললেন-হে আমার কওম! আল্লাহর বন্দেগী কর, তিনি ছাড়া আমাদের কোন মাবুদ নাই। আর পরিমাপে ও ওজনে কম দিও না, আজ আমি তোমাদেরকে ভাল অবস্থায়ই দেখছি, কিন্তু আমি তোমাদের উপর এমন একদিনের আযাবের আশঙ্কা করছি যেদিনটি পরিবেষ্টনকারী।
To the Madyan People (We sent) Shu'aib, one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah: Ye have no other god but Him. And give not short measure or weight: I see you in prosperity, but I fear for you the penalty of a day that will compass (you) all round.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
23 যেন তারা সেখানে কখনো বসবাসই করে নাই। জেনে রাখ, সামুদের প্রতি অভিসম্পাতের মত মাদইয়ানবাসীর উপরেও অভিসম্পাত।
As if they had never dwelt and flourished there! Ah! Behold! How the Madyan were removed (from sight) as were removed the Thamud!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫)
24 এমনিভাবে তোমার পালনকর্তা তোমাকে মনোনীত করবেন এবং তোমাকে বাণীসমূহের নিগুঢ় তত্ত্ব শিক্ষা দেবেন এবং পূর্ণ করবেন স্বীয় অনুগ্রহ তোমার প্রতি ও ইয়াকুব পরিবার-পরিজনের প্রতি; যেমন ইতিপূর্বে তোমার পিতৃপুরুষ ইব্রাহীম ও ইসহাকের প্রতি পূর্ণ করেছেন। নিশ্চয় তোমার পালনকর্তা অত্যন্ত জ্ঞানী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
"Thus will thy Lord choose thee and teach thee the interpretation of stories (and events) and perfect His favour to thee and to the posterity of Jacob - even as He perfected it to thy fathers Abraham and Isaac aforetime! for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom."		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
25 আমি আপন পিতৃপুরুষ ইব্রাহীম, ইসহাক ও ইয়াকুবের ধর্ম অনুসরণ করছি। আমাদের জন্য শোভা পায় না যে, কোন বস্তুকে আল্লাহর অংশীদার করি। এটা আমাদের প্রতি এবং অন্য সব লোকের প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ। কিন্ত অধিকাংশ লোক অনুগ্রহ স্বীকার করে না।
"And I follow the ways of my fathers,- Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and never could we attribute any partners whatever to Allah: that (comes) of the grace of Allah to us and to mankind: yet most men are not grateful.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮)
26 ইয়াকুব বললেনঃ হে আমার বৎসগণ! সবাই একই প্রবেশদ্বার দিয়ে যেয়ো না, বরং পৃথক পৃথক দরজা দিয়ে প্রবেশ করো। আল্লাহর কোন বিধান থেকে আমি তোমাদেরকে রক্ষা করতে পারি না। নির্দেশ আল্লাহরই চলে। তাঁরই উপর আমি ভরসা করি এবং তাঁরই উপর ভরসা করা উচিত ভরসাকারীদের।
Further he said: "O my sons! enter not all by one gate: enter ye by different gates. Not that I can profit you aught against Allah (with my advice): None can command except Allah: On Him do I put my trust: and let all that trust put their trust on Him."		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৭)
27 তারা যখন পিতার কথামত প্রবেশ করল, তখন আল্লাহর বিধানের বিরুদ্ধে তা তাদের বাঁচাতে পারল না। কিন্তু ইয়াকুবের সিদ্ধান্তে তাঁর মনের একটি বাসনা ছিল, যা তিনি পূর্ণ করেছেন। এবং তিনি তো আমার শেখানো বিষয় অবগত ছিলেন। কিন্তু অনেক মানুষ অবগত নয়।
And when they entered in the manner their father had enjoined, it did not profit them in the least against (the plan of) Allah: It was but a necessity of Jacob's soul, which he discharged. For he was, by our instruction, full of knowledge (and experience): but most men know not.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৮)
28 তারা বললঃ হে যুলকারনাইন, ইয়াজুজ ও মাজুজ দেশে অশান্তি সৃষ্টি করেছে। আপনি বললে আমরা আপনার জন্যে কিছু কর ধার্য করব এই শর্তে যে, আপনি আমাদের ও তাদের মধ্যে একটি প্রাচীর নির্মাণ করে দেবেন।
They said: "O Zul-qarnain! the Gog and Magog (People) do great mischief on earth: shall we then render thee tribute in order that thou mightest erect a barrier between us and them?		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৪)
29 অতঃপর ইয়াজুজ ও মাজুজ তার উপরে আরোহণ করতে পারল না এবং তা ভেদ করতে ও সক্ষম হল না।
Thus were they made powerless to scale it or to dig through it.		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৭)
30 কাফ-হা-ইয়া-আইন-সাদ
Kaf. Ha. Ya. 'Ain. Sad.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ১)
31 সে আমার স্থলাভিষিক্ত হবে ইয়াকুব বংশের এবং হে আমার পালনকর্তা, তাকে করুন সন্তোষজনক।
"(One that) will (truly) represent me, and represent the posterity of Jacob; and make him, O my Lord! one with whom Thou art well-pleased!"		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
32 হে যাকারিয়া, আমি তোমাকে এক পুত্রের সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছি, তার নাম হবে ইয়াহইয়া। ইতিপূর্বে এই নামে আমি কারও নাম করণ করিনি।
(His prayer was answered): "O Zakariya! We give thee good news of a son: His name shall be Yahya: on none by that name have We conferred distinction before."		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
33 হে ইয়াহইয়া দৃঢ়তার সাথে এই গ্রন্থ ধারণ কর। আমি তাকে শৈশবেই বিচারবুদ্ধি দান করেছিলাম।
(To his son came the command): "O Yahya! take hold of the Book with might": and We gave him Wisdom even as a youth,		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
34 এই কিতাবে মারইয়ামের কথা বর্ণনা করুন, যখন সে তার পরিবারের লোকজন থেকে পৃথক হয়ে পূর্বদিকে এক স্থানে আশ্রয় নিল।
Relate in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place in the East.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
35 মারইয়াম বললঃ আমি তোমা থেকে দয়াময়ের আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করি যদি তুমি আল্লাহভীরু হও।
She said: "I seek refuge from thee to (Allah) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear Allah."		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
36 মরিইয়াম বললঃ কিরূপে আমার পুত্র হবে, যখন কোন মানব আমাকে স্পর্শ করেনি এবং আমি ব্যভিচারিণীও কখনও ছিলাম না ?
She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?"		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
37 অতঃপর তিনি সন্তানকে নিয়ে তার সম্প্রদায়ের কাছে উপস্থিত হলেন। তারা বললঃ হে মারইয়াম, তুমি একটি অঘটন ঘটিয়ে বসেছ।
At length she brought the (babe) to her people, carrying him (in her arms). They said: "O Mary! truly an amazing thing hast thou brought!		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
38 এই মারইয়ামের পুত্র ঈসা। সত্যকথা, যে সম্পর্কে লোকেরা বিতর্ক করে।
Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
39 অতঃপর তিনি যখন তাদেরকে এবং তার আল্লাহ ব্যতীত যাদের এবাদত করত, তাদের সবাইকে পরিত্যাগ করলেন, তখন আমি তাকে দান করলাম ইসহাক ও ইয়াকুব এবং প্রত্যেককে নবী করলাম।
When he had turned away from them and from those whom they worshipped besides Allah, We bestowed on him Isaac and Jacob, and each one of them We made a prophet.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
40 যখন তোমার ভগিনী এসে বললঃ আমি কি তোমাদেরকে বলে দেব কে তাকে লালন পালন করবে। অতঃপর আমি তোমাকে তোমার মাতার কাছে ফিরিয়ে দিলাম, যাতে তার চক্ষু শীতল হয় এবং দুঃখ না পায়। তুমি এক ব্যক্তিকে হত্যা করেছিলে, অতঃপর আমি তোমাকে এই দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে মুক্তি দেই; আমি তোমাকে অনেক পরীক্ষা করেছি। অতঃপর তুমি কয়েক বছর মাদইয়ান বাসীদের মধ্যে অবস্থান করেছিলে; হে মূসা, অতঃপর তুমি নির্ধারিত সময়ে এসেছ।
"Behold! thy sister goeth forth and saith, 'shall I show you one who will nurse and rear the (child)?' So We brought thee back to thy mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve. Then thou didst slay a man, but We saved thee from trouble, and We tried thee in various ways. Then didst thou tarry a number of years with the people of Midian. Then didst thou come hither as ordained, O Moses!		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
41 আমি তাকে দান করলাম ইসহাক ও পুরস্কার স্বরূপ দিলাম ইয়াকুব এবং প্রত্যেককেই সৎকর্ম পরায়ণ করলাম।
And We bestowed on him Isaac and, as an additional gift, (a grandson), Jacob, and We made righteous men of every one (of them).		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
42 অতঃপর আমি তার দোয়া কবুল করেছিলাম, তাকে দান করেছিলাম ইয়াহইয়া এবং তার জন্যে তার স্ত্রীকে প্রসব যোগ্য করেছিলাম। তারা সৎকর্মে ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়ত, তারা আশা ও ভীতি সহকারে আমাকে ডাকত এবং তারা ছিল আমার কাছে বিনীত।
So We listened to him: and We granted him Yahya: We cured his wife's (Barrenness) for him. These (three) were ever quick in emulation in good works; they used to call on Us with love and reverence, and humble themselves before Us.		 (আম্বিয়া:

43 যে পর্যন্ত না ইয়াজুজ ও মাজুজকে বন্ধন মুক্ত করে দেয়া হবে এবং তারা প্রত্যেক উচ্চভুমি থেকে দ্রুত ছুটে আসবে।
Until the Gog and Magog (people) are let through (their barrier), and they swiftly swarm from every hill.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৯৬)
44 এবং মাদইয়ানের অধিবাসীরা এবং মিথ্যাবাদী বলা হয়েছিল মূসাকেও। অতঃপর আমি কাফেরদেরকে সুযোগ দিয়েছিলাম এরপর তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছিলাম অতএব কি ভীষণ ছিল আমাকে অস্বীকৃতির পরিণাম।
And the Companions of the Madyan People; and Moses was rejected (in the same way). But I granted respite to the Unbelievers, and (only) after that did I punish them: but how (terrible) was my rejection (of them)!		 (হাজ্জ্ব:

45 যখন তিনি মাদইয়ান অভিমুখে রওয়ানা হলেন তখন বললেন, আশা করা যায় আমার পালনকর্তা আমাকে সরল পথ দেখাবেন।
Then, when he turned his face towards (the land of) Madyan, he said: "I do hope that my Lord will show me the smooth and straight Path."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২২)
46 যখন তিনি মাদইয়ানের কূপের ধারে পৌছলেন, তখন কূপের কাছে একদল লোককে পেলেন তারা জন্তুদেরকে পানি পান করানোর কাজে রত। এবং তাদের পশ্চাতে দূ’জন স্ত্রীলোককে দেখলেন তারা তাদের জন্তুদেরকে আগলিয়ে রাখছে। তিনি বললেন, তোমাদের কি ব্যাপার? তারা বলল, আমরা আমাদের জন্তুদেরকে পানি পান করাতে পারি না, যে পর্যন্ত রাখালরা তাদের জন্তুদেরকে নিয়ে সরে না যায়। আমাদের পিতা খুবই বৃদ্ধ।
And when he arrived at the watering (place) in Madyan, he found there a group of men watering (their flocks), and besides them he found two women who were keeping back (their flocks). He said: "What is the matter with you?" They said: "We cannot water (our flocks) until the shepherds take back (their flocks): And our father is a very old man."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
47 কিন্তু আমি অনেক সম্প্রদায় সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম, অতঃপর তাদের অনেক যুগ অতিবাহিত হয়েছে। আর আপনি মাদইয়ানবাসীদের মধ্যে ছিলেন না যে, তাদের কাছে আমার আয়াতসমূহ পাঠ করতেন। কিন্তু আমিই ছিলাম রসূল প্রেরণকারী।
But We raised up (new) generations, and long were the ages that passed over them; but thou wast not a dweller among the people of Madyan, rehearsing Our Signs to them; but it is We Who send messengers (with inspiration).		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
48 আমি তাকে দান করলাম ইসহাক ও ইয়াকুব, তাঁর বংশধরদের মধ্যে নবুওয়ত ও কিতাব রাখলাম এবং দুনিয়াতে তাঁকে পুরস্কৃত করলাম। নিশ্চয় পরকালে ও সে সৎলোকদর অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে।
And We gave (Abraham) Isaac and Jacob, and ordained among his progeny Prophethood and Revelation, and We granted him his reward in this life; and he was in the Hereafter (of the company) of the Righteous.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
49 আমি মাদইয়ানবাসীদের প্রতি তাদের ভাই শোআয়বকে প্রেরণ করেছি। সে বলল, হে আমার সম্প্রদায় তোমরা আল্লাহর এবাদত কর, শেষ দিবসের আশা রাখ এবং পৃথিবীতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করো না।
To the Madyan (people) (We sent) their brother Shu'aib. Then he said: "O my people! serve Allah, and fear the Last Day: nor commit evil on the earth, with intent to do mischief."		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
50 এবং যখন তাদের একদল বলেছিল, হে ইয়াসরেববাসী, এটা টিকবার মত জায়গা নয়, তোমরা ফিরে চল। তাদেরই একদল নবীর কাছে অনুমতি প্রার্থনা করে বলেছিল, আমাদের বাড়ী-ঘর খালি, অথচ সেগুলো খালি ছিল না, পলায়ন করাই ছিল তাদের ইচ্ছা।
Behold! A party among them said: "Ye men of Yathrib! ye cannot stand (the attack)! therefore go back!" And a band of them ask for leave of the Prophet, saying, "Truly our houses are bare and exposed," though they were not exposed they intended nothing but to run away.		 (আল আহযাব:

52 স্মরণ করুন, হাত ও চোখের অধিকারী আমার বান্দা ইব্রাহীম, ইসহাক ও ইয়াকুবের কথা।
And commemorate Our Servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, possessors of Power and Vision.		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
53 স্মরণ করুণ, ইসমাঈল, আল ইয়াসা ও যুলকিফলের কথা। তারা প্রত্যেকেই গুনীজন।
And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good.		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
54 আল্লাহ জনপদবাসীদের কাছ থেকে তাঁর রসূলকে যা দিয়েছেন, তা আল্লাহর, রসূলের, তাঁর আত্নীয়-স্বজনের, ইয়াতীমদের, অভাবগ্রস্তদের এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, যাতে ধনৈশ্বর্য্য কেবল তোমাদের বিত্তশালীদের মধ্যেই পুঞ্জীভূত না হয়। রসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেন, তা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা নিষেধ করেন, তা থেকে বিরত থাক এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা।
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
55 তারা বলছেঃ তোমরা তোমাদের উপাস্যদেরকে ত্যাগ করো না এবং ত্যাগ করো না ওয়াদ, সূয়া, ইয়াগুছ, ইয়াউক ও নসরকে।
"And they have said (to each other), 'Abandon not your gods: Abandon neither Wadd nor Suwa', neither Yaguth nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr';-		 (নূহ:
