হে মানব সমাজ! তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার এবাদত কর, যিনি তোমাদিগকে এবং তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তীদিগকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। তাতে আশা করা যায়, তোমরা পরহেযগারী অর্জন করতে পারবে।
O ye people! Adore your Guardian-Lord, who created you and those who came before you, that ye may have the chance to learn righteousness; |
(আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২১) |

হাঁ, যে ব্যক্তি পাপ অর্জন করেছে এবং সে পাপ তাকে পরিবেষ্টিত করে নিয়েছে, তারাই দোযখের অধিবাসী। তারা সেখানেই চিরকাল থাকবে।
Nay, those who seek gain in evil, and are girt round by their sins,- they are companions of the Fire: Therein shall they abide (For ever). |

যার বিনিময়ে তারা নিজেদের বিক্রি করেছে, তা খুবই মন্দ; যেহেতু তারা আল্লাহ যা নযিল করেছেন, তা অস্বীকার করেছে এই হঠকারিতার দরুন যে, আল্লাহ স্বীয় বান্দাদের মধ্যে যার প্রতি ইচ্ছা অনুগ্রহ নাযিল করেন। অতএব, তারা ক্রোধের উপর ক্রোধ অর্জন করেছে। আর কাফেরদের জন্য রয়েছে অপমানজনক শাস্তি।
Miserable is the price for which they have sold their souls, in that they deny (the revelation) which Allah has sent down, in insolent envy that Allah of His Grace should send it to any of His servants He pleases: Thus have they drawn on themselves Wrath upon Wrath. And humiliating is the punishment of those who reject Faith. |

হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমাদের উপর রোজা ফরয করা হয়েছে, যেরূপ ফরজ করা হয়েছিল তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তী লোকদের উপর, যেন তোমরা পরহেযগারী অর্জন করতে পার।
O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint,- |

যারা আল্লাহর রাস্তায় স্বীয় ধন-সম্পদ ব্যয় করে আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে এবং নিজের মনকে সুদৃঢ় করার জন্যে তাদের উদাহরণ টিলায় অবস্থিত বাগানের মত, যাতে প্রবল বৃষ্টিপাত হয়; অতঃপর দ্বিগুণ ফসল দান করে। যদি এমন প্রবল বৃষ্টিপাত নাও হয়, তবে হাল্কা বর্ষণই যথেষ্ট। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজকর্ম যথার্থই প্রত্যক্ষ করেন।
And the likeness of those who spend their substance, seeking to please Allah and to strengthen their souls, is as a garden, high and fertile: heavy rain falls on it but makes it yield a double increase of harvest, and if it receives not Heavy rain, light moisture sufficeth it. Allah seeth well whatever ye do. |

হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা চক্রবৃদ্ধি হারে সুদ খেয়ো না। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক, যাতে তোমরা কল্যাণ অর্জন করতে পারো।
O ye who believe! Devour not usury, doubled and multiplied; but fear Allah; that ye may (really) prosper. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৩০) |

আর কোন বিষয় গোপন করে রাখা নবীর কাজ নয়। আর যে লোক গোপন করবে সে কিয়ামতের দিন সেই গোপন বস্তু নিয়ে আসবে। অতঃপর পরিপূর্ণভাবে পাবে প্রত্যেকে, যা সে অর্জন করেছে। আর তাদের প্রতি কোন অন্যায় করা হবে না।
No prophet could (ever) be false to his trust. If any person is so false, He shall, on the Day of Judgment, restore what he misappropriated; then shall every soul receive its due,- whatever it earned,- and none shall be dealt with unjustly. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৬১) |

যে লোক আল্লাহর ইচ্ছার অনুগত, সে কি ঐ লোকের সমান হতে পারে, যে আল্লাহর রোষ অর্জন করেছে? বস্তুতঃ তার ঠিকানা হল দোযখ। আর তা কতইনা নিকৃষ্ট অবস্থান!
Is the man who follows the good pleasure of Allah Like the man who draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and whose abode is in Hell?- A woeful refuge! |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৬২) |

আর তোমরা আকাঙ্ক্ষা করো না এমন সব বিষয়ে যাতে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের একের উপর অপরের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব দান করেছেন। পুরুষ যা অর্জন করে সেটা তার অংশ এবং নারী যা অর্জন করে সেটা তার অংশ। আর আল্লাহর কাছে তাঁর অনুগ্রহ প্রার্থনা কর। নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ তা’আলা সর্ব বিষয়ে জ্ঞাত।
And in no wise covet those things in which Allah Hath bestowed His gifts More freely on some of you than on others: To men is allotted what they earn, and to women what they earn: But ask Allah of His bounty. For Allah hath full knowledge of all things. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |
| 10 |
কাজেই আল্লাহর কাছে যারা পার্থিব জীবনকে আখেরাতের পরিবর্তে বিক্রি করে দেয় তাদের জেহাদ করাই কর্তব্য। বস্তুতঃ যারা আল্লাহর রাহে লড়াই করে এবং অতঃপর মৃত্যুবরণ করে কিংবা বিজয় অর্জন করে, আমি তাদেরকে মহাপুণ্য দান করব।
Let those fight in the cause of Allah Who sell the life of this world for the hereafter. To him who fighteth in the cause of Allah,- whether he is slain or gets victory - Soon shall We give him a reward of great (value). |
(আন নিসা:

আমি আপনার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ করেছি সত্যগ্রন্থ, যা পূর্ববতী গ্রন্থ সমূহের সত্যায়নকারী এবং সেগুলোর বিষয়বস্তুর রক্ষণাবেক্ষণকারী। অতএব, আপনি তাদের পারস্পারিক ব্যাপারাদিতে আল্লাহ যা অবতীর্ণ করেছেন, তদনুযায়ী ফয়সালা করুন এবং আপনার কাছে যে সৎপথ এসেছে, তা ছেড়ে তাদের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করবেন না। আমি তোমাদের প্রত্যেককে একটি আইন ও পথ দিয়েছি। যদি আল্লাহ চাইতেন, তবে তোমাদের সবাইকে এক উম্মত করে দিতেন, কিন্তু এরূপ করেননি-যাতে তোমাদেরকে যে ধর্ম দিয়েছেন, তাতে তোমাদের পরীক্ষা নেন। অতএব, দৌড়ে কল্যাণকর বিষয়াদি অর্জন কর। তোমাদের সবাইকে আল্লাহর কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন করতে হবে। অতঃপর তিনি অবহিত করবেন সে বিষয়, যাতে তোমরা মতবিরোধ করতে।
To thee We sent the Scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety: so judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the Truth that hath come to thee. To each among you have we prescribed a law and an open way. If Allah had so willed, He would have made you a single people, but (His plan is) to test you in what He hath given you: so strive as in a race in all virtues. The goal of you all is to Allah; it is He that will show you the truth of the matters in which ye dispute; |
(আল মায়িদাহ:

সেসমস্ত লোক, যারা আনুগত্য অবলম্বন করে এ রসূলের, যিনি উম্মী নবী, যাঁর সম্পর্কে তারা নিজেদের কাছে রক্ষিত তওরাত ও ইঞ্জিলে লেখা দেখতে পায়, তিনি তাদেরকে নির্দেশ দেন সৎকর্মের, বারণ করেন অসৎকর্ম থেকে; তাদের জন্য যাবতীয় পবিত্র বস্তু হালাল ঘোষনা করেন ও নিষিদ্ধ করেন হারাম বস্তুসমূহ এবং তাদের উপর থেকে সে বোঝা নামিয়ে দেন এবং বন্দীত্ব অপসারণ করেন যা তাদের উপর বিদ্যমান ছিল। সুতরাং যেসব লোক তাঁর উপর ঈমান এনেছে, তাঁর সাহচর্য অবলম্বন করেছে, তাঁকে সাহায্য করেছে এবং সে নূরের অনুসরণ করেছে যা তার সাথে অবতীর্ণ করা হয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র তারাই নিজেদের উদ্দেশ্য সফলতা অর্জন করতে পেরেছে।
"Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৭) |
| 13 |
আপনি বলে দিন, আমি আমার নিজের কল্যাণ সাধনের এবং অকল্যাণ সাধনের মালিক নই, কিন্তু যা আল্লাহ চান। আর আমি যদি গায়বের কথা জেনে নিতে পারতাম, তাহলে বহু মঙ্গল অর্জন করে নিতে পারতাম, ফলে আমার কোন অমঙ্গল কখনও হতে পারত না। আমি তো শুধুমাত্র একজন ভীতি প্রদর্শক ও সুসংবাদদাতা ঈমানদারদের জন্য।
Say: "I have no power over any good or harm to myself except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the unseen, I should have multiplied all good, and no evil should have touched me: I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have faith." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৮) |
| 14 |
সুতরাং তোমরা খাও গনীমত হিসাবে তোমরা যে পরিচ্ছন্ন ও হালাল বস্তু অর্জন করেছ তা থেকে। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, মেহেরবান।
But (now) enjoy what ye took in war, lawful and good: but fear Allah: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. |
(আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৬৯) |
| 15 |
এমন লোকদের ঠিকানা হল আগুন সেসবের বদলা হিসাবে যা তারা অর্জন করছিল।
Their abode is the Fire, because of the (evil) they earned. |
(ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৮) |
| 16 |
আপনি নিজেকে তাদের সংসর্গে আবদ্ধ রাখুন যারা সকাল ও সন্ধ্যায় তাদের পালনকর্তাকে তাঁর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের উদ্দেশ্যে আহবান করে এবং আপনি পার্থিব জীবনের সৌন্দর্য কামনা করে তাদের থেকে নিজের দৃষ্টি ফিরিয়ে নেবেন না। যার মনকে আমার স্মরণ থেকে গাফেল করে দিয়েছি, যে, নিজের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করে এবং যার কার্য কলাপ হচ্ছে সীমা অতিক্রম করা, আপনি তার অনুগত্য করবেন না।
And keep thy soul content with those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking His Face; and let not thine eyes pass beyond them, seeking the pomp and glitter of this Life; no obey any whose heart We have permitted to neglect the remembrance of Us, one who follows his own desires, whose case has gone beyond all bounds. |
(কাহফ:

তারাই কল্যাণ দ্রুত অর্জন করে এবং তারা তাতে অগ্রগামী।
It is these who hasten in every good work, and these who are foremost in them. |
(আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৬১) |
| 18 |
তিনিই স্বীয় রহমতের প্রাক্কালে বাতাসকে সুসংবাদবাহীরূপে প্রেরণ করেন। এবং আমি আকাশ থেকে পবিত্রতা অর্জনের জন্যে পানি বর্ষণ করি।
And He it is Who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy, and We send down pure water from the sky,- |
(আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮) |
| 19 |
তিনি তোমাদের আমল-আচরণ সংশোধন করবেন এবং তোমাদের পাপসমূহ ক্ষমা করবেন। যে কেউ আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের আনুগত্য করে, সে অবশ্যই মহা সাফল্য অর্জন করবে।
That He may make your conduct whole and sound and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest achievement. |
(আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৭১) |
| 20 |
নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহর আয়াত সম্পর্কে বিতর্ক করে তাদের কাছে আগত কোন দলীল ব্যতিরেকে, তাদের অন্তরে আছে কেবল আত্নম্ভরিতা, যা অর্জনে তারা সফল হবে না। অতএব, আপনি আল্লাহর আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করুন। নিশ্চয় তিনি সবকিছু শুনেন, সবকিছু দেখেন।
Those who dispute about the signs of Allah without any authority bestowed on them,- there is nothing in their breasts but (the quest of) greatness, which they shall never attain to: seek refuge, then, in Allah: It is He Who hears and sees (all things). |
(আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬) |

দিনকে করেছি জীবিকা অর্জনের সময়,
And made the day as a means of subsistence? |
(আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |
| 22 |
কখনই নয়, আপনি তার আনুগত্য করবেন না। আপনি সেজদা করুন ও আমার নৈকট্য অর্জন করুন।
Nay, heed him not: But bow down in adoration, and bring thyself the closer (to Allah)! |
(আলাক:

এবং অন্তরে যা আছে, তা অর্জন করা হবে?
And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- |
