আর যখন তাদেরকে বলা হয় যে, দুনিয়ার বুকে দাঙ্গা-হাঙ্গামা সৃষ্টি করো না, তখন তারা বলে, আমরা তো মীমাংসার পথ অবলম্বন করেছি।
When it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "Why, we only Want to make peace!" |
(আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |

কেমন করে তোমরা আল্লাহর ব্যাপারে কুফরী অবলম্বন করছ? অথচ তোমরা ছিলে নিষ্প্রাণ। অতঃপর তিনিই তোমাদেরকে প্রাণ দান করেছেন, আবার মৃত্যু দান করবেন। পুনরায় তোমাদেরকে জীবনদান করবেন। অতঃপর তারই প্রতি প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে।
How can ye reject the faith in Allah?- seeing that ye were without life, and He gave you life; then will He cause you to die, and will again bring you to life; and again to Him will ye return. |

তারা ঐ শাস্ত্রের অনুসরণ করল, যা সুলায়মানের রাজত্ব কালে শয়তানরা আবৃত্তি করত। সুলায়মান কুফর করেনি; শয়তানরাই কুফর করেছিল। তারা মানুষকে জাদুবিদ্যা এবং বাবেল শহরে হারুত ও মারুত দুই ফেরেশতার প্রতি যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছিল, তা শিক্ষা দিত। তারা উভয়ই একথা না বলে কাউকে শিক্ষা দিত না যে, আমরা পরীক্ষার জন্য; কাজেই তুমি কাফের হয়ো না। অতঃপর তারা তাদের কাছ থেকে এমন জাদু শিখত, যদ্দ্বারা স্বামী ও স্ত্রীর মধ্যে বিচ্ছেদ ঘটে। তারা আল্লাহর আদেশ ছাড়া তদ্দ্বারা কারও অনিষ্ট করতে পারত না। যা তাদের ক্ষতি করে এবং উপকার না করে, তারা তাই শিখে। তারা ভালরূপে জানে যে, যে কেউ জাদু অবলম্বন করে, তার জন্য পরকালে কোন অংশ নেই। যার বিনিময়ে তারা আত্নবিক্রয় করেছে, তা খুবই মন্দ যদি তারা জানত।
They followed what the evil ones gave out (falsely) against the power of Solomon: the blasphemers Were, not Solomon, but the evil ones, teaching men Magic, and such things as came down at babylon to the angels Harut and Marut. But neither of these taught anyone (Such things) without saying: "We are only for trial; so do not blaspheme." They learned from them the means to sow discord between man and wife. But they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's permission. And they learned what harmed them, not what profited them. And they knew that the buyers of (magic) would have no share in the happiness of the Hereafter. And vile was the price for which they did sell their souls, if they but knew! |

বলুন, আল্লাহ ও রসূলের আনুগত্য প্রকাশ কর। বস্তুতঃ যদি তারা বিমুখতা অবলম্বন করে, তাহলে আল্লাহ কাফেরদিগকে ভালবাসেন না।
Say: "Obey Allah and His Messenger": But if they turn back, Allah loveth not those who reject Faith. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |
| 5 |
এবং কাফেরেরা চক্রান্ত করেছে আর আল্লাহও কৌশল অবলম্বন করেছেন। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন সর্বোত্তম কুশলী।
And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৪) |

তোমাদের যদি কোন মঙ্গল হয়; তাহলে তাদের খারাপ লাগে। আর তোমাদের যদি অমঙ্গল হয় তাহলে আনন্দিত হয় আর তাতে যদি তোমরা ধৈর্য্যধারণ কর এবং তাকওয়া অবলম্বন কর, তবে তাদের প্রতারণায় তোমাদের কোনই ক্ষতি হবে না। নিশ্চয়ই তারা যা কিছু করে সে সমস্তই আল্লাহর আয়ত্তে রয়েছে।
If aught that is good befalls you, it grieves them; but if some misfortune overtakes you, they rejoice at it. But if ye are constant and do right, not the least harm will their cunning do to you; for Allah Compasseth round about all that they do. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১২০) |
| 7 |
অবশ্য ধন-সম্পদে এবং জনসম্পদে তোমাদের পরীক্ষা হবে এবং অবশ্য তোমরা শুনবে পূর্ববর্তী আহলে কিতাবদের কাছে এবং মুশরেকদের কাছে বহু অশোভন উক্তি। আর যদি তোমরা ধৈর্য্য ধারণ কর এবং পরহেযগারী অবলম্বন কর, তবে তা হবে একান্ত সৎসাহসের ব্যাপার।
Ye shall certainly be tried and tested in your possessions and in your personal selves; and ye shall certainly Hear much that will grieve you, from those who received the Book before you and from those who worship many gods. But if ye persevere patiently, and guard against evil,-then that will be a determining factor in all affairs. |

হে ঈমানদানগণ! ধৈর্য্য ধারণ কর এবং মোকাবেলায় দৃঢ়তা অবলম্বন কর। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক যাতে তোমরা তোমাদের উদ্দেশ্য লাভে সমর্থ হতে পার।
O ye who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah; that ye may prosper. |
(আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২০০) |
| 9 |
হে মানব সমাজ! তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তাকে ভয় কর, যিনি তোমাদেরকে এক ব্যক্তি থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং যিনি তার থেকে তার সঙ্গীনীকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন; আর বিস্তার করেছেন তাদের দু’জন থেকে অগণিত পুরুষ ও নারী। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, যাঁর নামে তোমরা একে অপরের নিকট যাচঞ্ঝা করে থাক এবং আত্নীয় জ্ঞাতিদের ব্যাপারে সতর্কতা অবলম্বন কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তোমাদের ব্যাপারে সচেতন রয়েছেন।
O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women;- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you): for Allah ever watches over you. |

আর যে সম্পদকে আল্লাহ তোমাদের জীবন-যাত্রার অবলম্বন করেছেন, তা অর্বাচীনদের হাতে তুলে দিও না। বরং তা থেকে তাদেরকে খাওয়াও, পরাও এবং তাদেরকে সান্তনার বানী শোনাও।
To those weak of understanding Make not over your property, which Allah hath made a means of support for you, but feed and clothe them therewith, and speak to them words of kindness and justice. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৫) |
| 11 |
যে লোক রসূলের হুকুম মান্য করবে সে আল্লাহরই হুকুম মান্য করল। আর যে লোক বিমুখতা অবলম্বন করল, আমি আপনাকে (হে মুহাম্মদ), তাদের জন্য রক্ষণাবেক্ষণকারী নিযুক্ত করে পাঠাইনি।
He who obeys the Messenger, obeys Allah: But if any turn away, We have not sent thee to watch over their (evil deeds). |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৮০) |

আর তারা বলে, আপনার আনুগত্য করি। অতঃপর আপনার নিকট থেকে বেরিয়ে গেলেই তাদের মধ্য থেকে কেউ কেউ পরামর্শ করে রাতের বেলায় সে কথার পরিপন্থী যা তারা আপনার সাথে বলেছিল। আর আল্লাহ লিখে নেন, সে সব পরামর্শ যা তারা করে থাকে। সুতরাং আপনি তাদের ব্যাপারে নিস্পৃহতা অবলম্বন করুন এবং ভরসা করুন আল্লাহর উপর, আল্লাহ হলেন যথেষ্ট ও কার্যসম্পাদনকারী।
They have "Obedience" on their lips; but when they leave thee, a section of them Meditate all night on things very different from what thou tellest them. But Allah records their nightly (plots): So keep clear of them, and put thy trust in Allah, and enough is Allah as a disposer of affairs. |

আয়াতঃ ৮১) |
| 13 |
যে কেউ রসূলের বিরুদ্ধাচারণ করে, তার কাছে সরল পথ প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর এবং সব মুসলমানের অনুসৃত পথের বিরুদ্ধে চলে, আমি তাকে ঐ দিকেই ফেরাব যে দিক সে অবলম্বন করেছে এবং তাকে জাহান্নামে নিক্ষেপ করব। আর তা নিকৃষ্টতর গন্তব্যস্থান।
If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him, and follows a path other than that becoming to men of Faith, We shall leave him in the path he has chosen, and land him in Hell,- what an evil refuge! |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৫) |
| 14 |
যারা আল্লাহ ও তার রসূলের প্রতি অস্বীকৃতি জ্ঞাপনকারী তদুপরি আল্লাহ ও রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাসে তারতম্য করতে চায় আর বলে যে, আমরা কতককে বিশ্বাস করি কিন্তু কতককে প্রত্যাখ্যান করি এবং এরই মধ্যবর্তী কোন পথ অবলম্বন করতে চায়।
Those who deny Allah and His messengers, and (those who) wish to separate Allah from His messengers, saying: "We believe in some but reject others": And (those who) wish to take a course midway,- |

আয়াতঃ ১৫০) |
| 15 |
যারা কুফরী অবলম্বন করেছে, এবং আল্লাহর পথে বাধার সৃষ্টি করেছে, তারা বিভ্রান্তিতে সুদূরে পতিত হয়েছে।
Those who reject Faith and keep off (men) from the way of Allah, have verily strayed far, far away from the Path. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৭) |
| 16 |
যারা কুফরী অবলম্বন করেছে এবং সত্য চাপা দিয়ে রেখেছে, আল্লাহ কখনও তাদের ক্ষমা করবেন না এবং সরল পথ দেখাবেন না।
Those who reject Faith and do wrong,- Allah will not forgive them nor guide them to any way- |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৮) |
| 17 |
অতএব, যারা আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান এনেছে এবং তাতে দৃঢ়তা অবলম্বন করেছে তিনি তাদেরকে স্বীয় রহমত ও অনুগ্রহের আওতায় স্থান দেবেন এবং নিজের দিকে আসার মত সরল পথে তুলে দেবেন।
Then those who believe in Allah, and hold fast to Him,- soon will He admit them to mercy and grace from Himself, and guide them to Himself by a straight way. |
(আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৫) |
| 18 |
আর যদি আহলে-কিতাবরা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করত এবং খোদাভীতি অবলম্বন করত, তবে আমি তাদের মন্দ বিষয়সমূহ ক্ষমা করে দিতাম এবং তাদেরকে নেয়ামতের উদ্যানসমূহে প্রবিষ্ট করতাম।
If only the People of the Book had believed and been righteous, We should indeed have blotted out their iniquities and admitted them to gardens of bliss. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৫) |
| 19 |
আমি তো তাদেরকে কিছুই বলিনি, শুধু সে কথাই বলেছি যা আপনি বলতে আদেশ করেছিলেন যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর দাসত্ব অবলম্বন কর যিনি আমার ও তোমাদের পালনকর্তা আমি তাদের সম্পর্কে অবগত ছিলাম যতদিন তাদের মধ্যে ছিলাম। অতঃপর যখন আপনি আমাকে লোকান্তরিত করলেন, তখন থেকে আপনিই তাদের সম্পর্কে অবগত রয়েছেন। আপনি সর্ববিষয়ে পূর্ণ পরিজ্ঞাত।
"Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things. |
(আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৭) |
| 20 |
হে বনী-আদম, যদি তোমাদের কাছে তোমাদেরই মধ্য থেকে পয়গম্বর আগমন করে তোমাদেরকে আমার আয়াত সমূহ শুনায়, তবে যে ব্যক্তি সংযত হয় এবং সৎকাজ অবলম্বন করে, তাদের কোন আশঙ্কা নেই এবং তারা দুঃখিত হবে না।
O ye Children of Adam! whenever there come to you messengers from amongst you, rehearsing My signs unto you,- those who are righteous and mend (their lives),- on them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve. |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫) |
| 21 |
আর যদি সে জনপদের অধিবাসীরা ঈমান আনত এবং পরহেযগারী অবলম্বন করত, তবে আমি তাদের প্রতি আসমানী ও পার্থিব নেয়ামত সমূহ উম্মুক্ত করে দিতাম। কিন্তু তারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে। সুতরাং আমি তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছি তাদের কৃতকর্মের বদলাতে।
If the people of the towns had but believed and feared Allah, We should indeed have opened out to them (All kinds of) blessings from heaven and earth; but they rejected (the truth), and We brought them to book for their misdeeds. |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৬) |

সেসমস্ত লোক, যারা আনুগত্য অবলম্বন করে এ রসূলের, যিনি উম্মী নবী, যাঁর সম্পর্কে তারা নিজেদের কাছে রক্ষিত তওরাত ও ইঞ্জিলে লেখা দেখতে পায়, তিনি তাদেরকে নির্দেশ দেন সৎকর্মের, বারণ করেন অসৎকর্ম থেকে; তাদের জন্য যাবতীয় পবিত্র বস্তু হালাল ঘোষনা করেন ও নিষিদ্ধ করেন হারাম বস্তুসমূহ এবং তাদের উপর থেকে সে বোঝা নামিয়ে দেন এবং বন্দীত্ব অপসারণ করেন যা তাদের উপর বিদ্যমান ছিল। সুতরাং যেসব লোক তাঁর উপর ঈমান এনেছে, তাঁর সাহচর্য অবলম্বন করেছে, তাঁকে সাহায্য করেছে এবং সে নূরের অনুসরণ করেছে যা তার সাথে অবতীর্ণ করা হয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র তারাই নিজেদের উদ্দেশ্য সফলতা অর্জন করতে পেরেছে।
"Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper." |
(আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৭) |
| 23 |
আল্লাহ যখন তোমাকে স্বপ্নে সেসব কাফেরের পরিমাণ অল্প করে দেখালেন; বেশী করে দেখালে তোমরা কাপুরুষতা অবলম্বন করতে এবং কাজের বেলায় বিপদ সৃষ্টি করতে। কিন্তু আল্লাহ বাঁচিয়ে দিয়েছেন। তিনি অতি উত্তমভাবেই জানেন; যা কিছু অন্তরে রয়েছে।
Remember in thy dream Allah showed them to thee as few: if He had shown them to thee as many, ye would surely have been discouraged, and ye would surely have disputed in (your) decision; but Allah saved (you): for He knoweth well the (secrets) of (all) hearts. |
(আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩) |
| 24 |
হে নবী, কাফেরদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করুন এবং মুনাফেকদের সাথে তাদের সাথে কঠোরতা অবলম্বন করুন। তাদের ঠিকানা হল দোযখ এবং তাহল নিকৃষ্ট ঠিকানা।
O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell,- an evil refuge indeed. |
(আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩) |
| 25 |
তারপরও যদি বিমুখতা অবলম্বন কর, তবে আমি তোমাদের কাছে কোন রকম বিনিময় কামনা করি না। আমার বিনিময় হল আল্লাহর দায়িত্বে। আর আমার প্রতি নির্দেশ রয়েছে যেন আমি আনুগত্য অবলম্বন করি।
"But if ye turn back, (consider): no reward have I asked of you: my reward is only due from Allah, and I have been commanded to be of those who submit to Allah's will (in Islam)." |
(ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৭২) |
| 26 |
এবং ঐ লোকদের জন্য পরকালে প্রতিদান উত্তম যারা ঈমান এনেছে ও সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করে।
But verily the reward of the Hereafter is the best, for those who believe, and are constant in righteousness. |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭) |
| 27 |
তারা বলল, তবে কি তুমিই ইউসুফ! বললেনঃ আমিই ইউসুফ এবং এ হল আমার সহোদর ভাই। আল্লাহ আমাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করেছেন। নিশ্চয় যে তাকওয়া অবলম্বন করে এবং সবর করে, আল্লাহ এহেন সৎকর্মশীলদের প্রতিদান বিনষ্ট করেন না।
They said: "Art thou indeed Joseph?" He said, "I am Joseph, and this is my brother: Allah has indeed been gracious to us (all): behold, he that is righteous and patient,- never will Allah suffer the reward to be lost, of those who do right." |
(ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯০) |
| 28 |
বলুনঃ আল্লাহ বলে আহবান কর কিংবা রহমান বলে, যে নামেই আহবান কর না কেন, সব সুন্দর নাম তাঁরই। আপনি নিজের নামায আদায়কালে স্বর উচ্চগ্রাসে নিয়ে গিয়ে পড়বেন না এবং নিঃশব্দেও পড়বেন না। এতদুভয়ের মধ্যমপন্থা অবলম্বন করুন।
Say: "Call upon Allah, or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Neither speak thy Prayer aloud, nor speak it in a low tone, but seek a middle course between." |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১১০) |
| 29 |
আমি রাসূলগনকে সুসংবাদ দাতা ও ভয় প্রদর্শন কারীরূপেই প্রেরণ করি এবং কাফেররাই মিথ্যা অবলম্বনে বিতর্ক করে, তা দ্বারা সত্যকে ব্যর্থ করে দেয়ার উদ্দেশে এবং তারা আমার নিদর্শনাবলীও যদ্বারা তাদেরকে ভয় প্রদর্শন করা হয়, সেগুলোকে ঠাট্টারূপে গ্রহণ করেছে।
We only send the messengers to give Glad Tidings and to give warnings: But the unbelievers dispute with vain argument, in order therewith to weaken the truth, and they treat My Signs as a jest, as also the fact that they are warned! |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬) |

অতঃপর তিনি এক কার্যোপকরণ অবলম্বন করলেন।
One (such) way he followed, |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫) |
| 31 |
অতঃপর তিনি এক উপায় অবলম্বন করলেন।
Then followed he (another) way, |
(কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৯) |
| 32 |
অতঃপর তাদের মধ্যে দলগুলো পৃথক পৃথক পথ অবলম্বন করল। সুতরাং মহাদিবস আগমনকালে কাফেরদের জন্যে ধবংস।
But the sects differ among themselves: and woe to the unbelievers because of the (coming) Judgment of a Momentous Day! |
(মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭) |
| 33 |
আল্লাহর কসম, যখন তোমরা পৃষ্ঠ প্রদর্শন করে চলে যাবে, তখন আমি তোমাদের মূর্তিগুলোর ব্যাপারে একটা ব্যবস্থা অবলম্বন করব।
"And by Allah, I have a plan for your idols - after ye go away and turn your backs".. |
(আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭) |
| 34 |
যারা বিবাহে সামর্থ নয়, তারা যেন সংযম অবলম্বন করে যে পর্যন্ত না আল্লাহ নিজ অনুগ্রহে তাদেরকে অভাবমুক্ত করে দেন। তোমাদের অধিকারভুক্তদের মধ্যে যারা মুক্তির জন্য লিখিত চুক্তি করতে চায়, তাদের সাথে তোমরা লিখিত চুক্তি কর যদি জান যে, তাদের মধ্যে কল্যাণ আছে। আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে যে, অর্থ-কড়ি দিয়েছেন, তা থেকে তাদেরকে দান কর। তোমাদের দাসীরা নিজেদের পবিত্রতা রক্ষা করতে চাইলে তোমরা পার্থিব জীবনের সম্পদের লালসায় তাদেরকে ব্যভিচারে বাধ্য কারো না। যদি কেহ তাদের উপর জোর-জবরদস্তি করে, তবে তাদের উপর জোর-জবরদস্তির পর আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which Allah has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is Allah, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them), |
(আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩) |
| 35 |
জালেম সেদিন আপন হস্তদ্বয় দংশন করতে করতে বলবে, হায় আফসোস! আমি যদি রসূলের সাথে পথ অবলম্বন করতাম।
The Day that the wrong-doer will bite at his hands, he will say, "Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger! |
(আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ২৭) |
| 36 |
বলুন, আমি তোমাদের কাছে এর কোন বিনিময় চাই না, কিন্তু যে ইচ্ছা করে, সে তার পালনকর্তার পথ অবলম্বন করুক।
Say: "No reward do I ask of you for it but this: that each one who will may take a (straight) Path to his Lord." |
(আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭) |
| 37 |
আমি আ’দ ও সামুদকে ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছি। তাদের বাড়ী-ঘর থেকেই তাদের অবস্থা তোমাদের জানা হয়ে গেছে। শয়তান তাদের কর্মকে তাদের দৃষ্টিতে সুশোভিত করেছিল, অতঃপর তাদেরকে সৎপথ অবলম্বনে বাধা দিয়েছিল এবং তারা ছিল হুশিয়ার।
(Remember also) the 'Ad and the Thamud (people): clearly will appear to you from (the traces) of their buildings (their fate): the Evil One made their deeds alluring to them, and kept them back from the Path, though they were gifted with intelligence and skill. |

পদচারণায় মধ্যবর্তিতা অবলম্বন কর এবং কন্ঠস্বর নীচু কর। নিঃসন্দেহে গাধার স্বরই সর্বাপেক্ষা অপ্রীতিকর।
"And be moderate in thy pace, and lower thy voice; for the harshest of sounds without doubt is the braying of the ass." |

অতঃপর আমি কিতাবের অধিকারী করেছি তাদেরকে যাদেরকে আমি আমার বান্দাদের মধ্য থেকে মনোনীত করেছি। তাদের কেউ কেউ নিজের প্রতি অত্যাচারী, কেউ মধ্যপন্থা অবলম্বনকারী এবং তাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ আল্লাহর নির্দেশক্রমে কল্যাণের পথে এগিয়ে গেছে। এটাই মহা অনুগ্রহ।
Then We have given the Book for inheritance to such of Our Servants as We have chosen: but there are among them some who wrong their own souls; some who follow a middle course; and some who are, by Allah's leave, foremost in good deeds; that is the highest Grace. |

নিশ্চয় যারা আমার আয়াতসমূহের ব্যাপারে বক্রতা অবলম্বন করে, তারা আমার কাছে গোপন নয়। যে ব্যক্তি জাহান্নামে নিক্ষিপ্ত হবে সে শ্রেষ্ঠ, না যে কেয়ামতের দিন নিরাপদে আসবে? তোমরা যা ইচ্ছা কর, নিশ্চয় তিনি দেখেন যা তোমরা কর।
Those who pervert the Truth in Our Signs are not hidden from Us. Which is better?- he that is cast into the Fire, or he that comes safe through, on the Day of Judgment? Do what ye will: verily He seeth (clearly) all that ye do. |

অতএব, আপনার প্রতি যে ওহী নাযিল করা হয়, তা দৃঢ়ভাবে অবলম্বন করুন। নিঃসন্দেহে আপনি সরল পথে রয়েছেন।
So hold thou fast to the Revelation sent down to thee; verily thou art on a Straight Way. |

তারা বলল, হে যাদুকর, তুমি আমাদের জন্যে তোমার পালনকর্তার কাছে সে বিষয় প্রার্থনা কর, যার ওয়াদা তিনি তোমাকে দিয়েছেন; আমরা অবশ্যই সৎপথ অবলম্বন করব।
And they said, "O thou sorcerer! Invoke thy Lord for us according to His covenant with thee; for we shall truly accept guidance." |

পার্থিব জীবন তো কেবল খেলাধুলা, যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও এবং সংযম অবলম্বন কর, আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের প্রতিদান দেবেন এবং তিনি তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ চাইবেন না।
The life of this world is but play and amusement: and if ye believe and guard against Evil, He will grant you your recompense, and will not ask you (to give up) your possessions. |

তোমরা জেনে রাখ তোমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর রসূল রয়েছেন। তিনি যদি অনেক বিষয়ে তোমাদের আবদার মেনে নেন, তবে তোমরাই কষ্ট পাবে। কিন্তু আল্লাহ তোমাদের অন্তরে ঈমানের মহব্বত সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন এবং তা হৃদয়গ্রাহী করে দিয়েছেন। পক্ষান্তরে কুফর, পাপাচার ও নাফরমানীর প্রতি ঘৃণা সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন। তারাই সৎপথ অবলম্বনকারী।
And know that among you is Allah's Messenger: were he, in many matters, to follow your (wishes), ye would certainly fall into misfortune: But Allah has endeared the Faith to you, and has made it beautiful in your hearts, and He has made hateful to you Unbelief, wickedness, and rebellion: such indeed are those who walk in righteousness;- |

অতঃপর আমি তাদের পশ্চাতে প্রেরণ করেছি আমার রসূলগণকে এবং তাদের অনুগামী করেছি মরিয়ম তনয় ঈসাকে ও তাকে দিয়েছি ইঞ্জিল। আমি তার অনুসারীদের অন্তরে স্থাপন করেছি নম্রতা ও দয়া। আর বৈরাগ্য, সে তো তারা নিজেরাই উদ্ভাবন করেছে; আমি এটা তাদের উপর ফরজ করিনি; কিন্তু তারা আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি লাভের জন্যে এটা অবলম্বন করেছে। অতঃপর তারা যথাযথভাবে তা পালন করেনি। তাদের মধ্যে যারা বিশ্বাসী ছিল, আমি তাদেরকে তাদের প্রাপ্য পুরস্কার দিয়েছি। আর তাদের অধিকাংশই পাপাচারী।
Then, in their wake, We followed them up with (others of) Our messengers: We sent after them Jesus the son of Mary, and bestowed on him the Gospel; and We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him Compassion and Mercy. But the Monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them: (We commanded) only the seeking for the Good Pleasure of Allah; but that they did not foster as they should have done. Yet We bestowed, on those among them who believed, their (due) reward, but many of them are rebellious transgressors. |

আয়াতঃ ২৭) |
| 46 |
স্মরণ কর, যখন মূসা (আঃ) তাঁর সম্প্রদায়কে বললঃ হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা কেন আমাকে কষ্ট দাও, অথচ তোমরা জান যে, আমি তোমাদের কাছে আল্লাহর রসূল। অতঃপর তারা যখন বক্রতা অবলম্বন করল, তখন আল্লাহ তাদের অন্তরকে বক্র করে দিলেন। আল্লাহ পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়কে পথপ্রদর্শন করেন না।
And remember, Moses said to his people: "O my people! why do ye vex and insult me, though ye know that I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you?" Then when they went wrong, Allah let their hearts go wrong. For Allah guides not those who are rebellious transgressors. |

আয়াতঃ ৫) |
| 47 |
এটা উপদেশ। অতএব, যার ইচ্ছা, সে তার পালনকর্তার দিকে পথ অবলম্বন করুক।
Verily this is an Admonition: therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) path to his Lord! |

আয়াতঃ ১৯) |

এটা উপদেশ, অতএব যার ইচ্ছা হয় সে তার পালনকর্তার পথ অবলম্বন করুক।
This is an admonition: Whosoever will, let him take a (straight) Path to his Lord. |
