যখন তোমরা একজনকে হত্যা করে পরে সে সম্পর্কে একে অপরকে অভিযুক্ত করেছিলে। যা তোমরা গোপন করছিলে, তা প্রকাশ করে দেয়া ছিল আল্লাহর অভিপ্রায়।
Remember ye slew a man and fell into a dispute among yourselves as to the crime: But Allah was to bring forth what ye did hide. |

আপনি বলে দিনঃ আমি কি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত-যিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভুমন্ডলের স্রষ্টা এবং যিনি সবাইকে আহার্য দানকরেন ও তাঁকে কেউ আহার্য দান করে না অপরকে সাহায্যকারী স্থির করব? আপনি বলে দিনঃ আমি আদিষ্ট হয়েছি যে, সর্বাগ্রে আমিই আজ্ঞাবহ হব। আপনি কদাচ অংশীবাদীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন না।
Say: "Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth? And He it is that feedeth but is not fed." Say: "Nay! but I am commanded to be the first of those who bow to Allah (in Islam), and be not thou of the company of those who join gods with Allah." |

এমনিভাবে আমি প্রত্যেক নবীর জন্যে শত্রু করেছি শয়তান, মানব ও জিনকে। তারা ধোঁকা দেয়ার জন্যে একে অপরকে কারুকার্যখচিত কথাবার্তা শিক্ষা দেয়। যদি আপনার পালনকর্তা চাইতেন, তবে তারা এ কাজ করত না।
Likewise did We make for every Messenger an enemy,- evil ones among men and jinns, inspiring each other with flowery discourses by way of deception. If thy Lord had so planned, they would not have done it: so leave them and their inventions alone. |

অতঃপর যখন শিংগায় ফুৎকার দেয়া হবে, সেদিন তাদের পারস্পরিক আত্নীয়তার বন্ধন থাকবে না এবং একে অপরকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করবে না।
Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! |
(আল মু'মিনূন:

রসূলের আহবানকে তোমরা তোমাদের একে অপরকে আহ্বানের মত গণ্য করো না। আল্লাহ তাদেরকে জানেন, যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে চুপিসারে সরে পড়ে। অতএব যারা তাঁর আদেশের বিরুদ্ধাচরণ করে, তারা এ বিষয়ে সতর্ক হোক যে, বিপর্যয় তাদেরকে স্পর্শ করবে অথবা যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি তাদেরকে গ্রাস করবে।
Deem not the summons of the Messenger among yourselves like the summons of one of you to another: Allah doth know those of you who slip away under shelter of some excuse: then let those beware who withstand the Messenger's order, lest some trial befall them, or a grievous penalty be inflicted on them. |

আয়াতঃ ৬৩) |

অতঃপর তাদের কথাবার্তা বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে এবং তারা একে অপরকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করতে পারবে না।
Then the (whole) story that Day will seem obscure to them (like light to the blind) and they will not be able (even) to question each other. |
(আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬) |

ইব্রাহীম বললেন, পার্থিব জীবনে তোমাদের পারস্পরিক ভালবাসা রক্ষার জন্যে তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে প্রতিমাগুলোকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছ। এরপর কেয়ামতের দিন তোমরা একে অপরকে অস্বীকার করবে এবং একে অপরকে লানত করবে। তোমাদের ঠিকানা জাহান্নাম এবং তোমাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
And he said: "For you, ye have taken (for worship) idols besides Allah, out of mutual love and regard between yourselves in this life; but on the Day of Judgment ye shall disown each other and curse each other: and your abode will be the Fire, and ye shall have none to help." |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ২৫) |

যারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে অপরকে সাহায্যকারীরূপে গ্রহণ করে তাদের উদাহরণ মাকড়সা। সে ঘর বানায়। আর সব ঘরের মধ্যে মাকড়সার ঘরই তো অধিক দুর্বল, যদি তারা জানত।
The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of the spider, who builds (to itself) a house; but truly the flimsiest of houses is the spider's house;- if they but knew. |
(আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৪১) |

বলুন, তোমরা কি তোমাদের সে শরীকদের কথা ভেবে দেখেছ, যাদেরকে আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে তোমরা ডাক? তারা পৃথিবীতে কিছু সৃষ্টি করে থাকলে আমাকে দেখাও। না আসমান সৃষ্টিতে তাদের কোন অংশ আছে, না আমি তাদেরকে কোন কিতাব দিয়েছি যে, তারা তার দলীলের উপর কায়েম রয়েছে, বরং জালেমরা একে অপরকে কেবল প্রতারণামূলক ওয়াদা দিয়ে থাকে।
Say: "Have ye seen (these) 'Partners' of yours whom ye call upon besides Allah? Show Me what it is they have created in the (wide) earth. Or have they a share in the heavens? Or have We given them a Book from which they (can derive) clear (evidence)?- Nay, the wrong-doers promise each other nothing but delusions. |

আয়াতঃ ৪০) |

জেনে রাখুন, নিষ্ঠাপূর্ণ এবাদত আল্লাহরই নিমিত্ত। যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করে রেখেছে এবং বলে যে, আমরা তাদের এবাদত এ জন্যেই করি, যেন তারা আমাদেরকে আল্লাহর নিকটবর্তী করে দেয়। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে তাদের পারস্পরিক বিরোধপূর্ণ বিষয়ের ফয়সালা করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ মিথ্যাবাদী কাফেরকে সৎপথে পরিচালিত করেন না।
Is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." Truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful. |

যখন মানুষকে দুঃখ-কষ্ট স্পর্শ করে, তখন সে একাগ্রচিত্তে তার পালনকর্তাকে ডাকে, অতঃপর তিনি যখন তাকে নেয়ামত দান করেন, তখন সে কষ্টের কথা বিস্মৃত হয়ে যায়, যার জন্যে পূর্বে ডেকেছিল এবং আল্লাহর সমকক্ষ স্থির করে; যাতে করে অপরকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিভ্রান্ত করে। বলুন, তুমি তোমার কুফর সহকারে কিছুকাল জীবনোপভোগ করে নাও। নিশ্চয় তুমি জাহান্নামীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত।
When some trouble toucheth man, he crieth unto his Lord, turning to Him in repentance: but when He bestoweth a favour upon him as from Himself, (man) doth forget what he cried and prayed for before, and he doth set up rivals unto Allah, thus misleading others from Allah's Path. Say, "Enjoy thy blasphemy for a little while: verily thou art (one) of the Companions of the Fire!" |

| 12 |
যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে অভিভাবক হিসাবে গ্রহণ করে, আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রাখেন। আপনার উপর নয় তাদের দায়-দায়িত্ব।
And those who take as protectors others besides Him,- Allah doth watch over them; and thou art not the disposer of their affairs. |

তারা কি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে অভিভাবক স্থির করেছে? পরন্তু আল্লাহই তো একমাত্র অভিভাবক। তিনি মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করেন। তিনি সর্ববিষয়ে ক্ষমতাবান।
What! Have they taken (for worship) protectors besides Him? But it is Allah,- He is the Protector, and it is He Who gives life to the dead: It is He Who has power over all things, |

তারা কি আপনার পালনকর্তার রহমত বন্টন করে? আমি তাদের মধ্যে তাদের জীবিকা বন্টন করেছি পার্থিব জীবনে এবং একের মর্যাদাকে অপরের উপর উন্নীত করেছি, যাতে একে অপরকে সেবক রূপে গ্রহণ করে। তারা যা সঞ্চয় করে, আপনার পালনকর্তার রহমত তদপেক্ষা উত্তম।
Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of thy Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in the life of this world: and We raise some of them above others in ranks, so that some may command work from others. But the Mercy of thy Lord is better than the (wealth) which they amass. |
(যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |
| 15 |
মুমিনগণ, কেউ যেন অপর কাউকে উপহাস না করে। কেননা, সে উপহাসকারী অপেক্ষা উত্তম হতে পারে এবং কোন নারী অপর নারীকেও যেন উপহাস না করে। কেননা, সে উপহাসকারিণী অপেক্ষা শ্রেষ্ঠ হতে পারে। তোমরা একে অপরের প্রতি দোষারোপ করো না এবং একে অপরকে মন্দ নামে ডেকো না। কেউ বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করলে তাদের মন্দ নামে ডাকা গোনাহ। যারা এহেন কাজ থেকে তওবা না করে তারাই যালেম।
O ye who believe! Let not some men among you laugh at others: It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): Nor let some women laugh at others: It may be that the (latter are better than the (former): Nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, (to be used of one) after he has believed: And those who do not desist are (indeed) doing wrong. |
(আল হুজরাত:
আয়াতঃ ১১) |
| 16 |
তারা কি একে অপরকে এই উপদেশই দিয়ে গেছে? বস্তুতঃ ওরা দুষ্ট সম্প্রদায়।
Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! |
(আয-যারিয়াত:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩) |
| 17 |
সেখানে তারা একে অপরকে পানপাত্র দেবে; যাতে অসার বকাবকি নেই এবং পাপকর্মও নেই।
They shall there exchange, one with another, a (loving) cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill. |
(আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ২৩) |
| 18 |
যারা তাদের স্ত্রীগণকে মাতা বলে ফেলে, অতঃপর নিজেদের উক্তি প্রত্যাহার করে, তাদের কাফফারা এই একে অপরকে স্পর্শ করার পূর্বে একটি দাসকে মুক্তি দিবে। এটা তোমাদের জন্যে উপদেশ হবে। আল্লাহ খবর রাখেন তোমরা যা কর।
But those who divorce their wives by Zihar, then wish to go back on the words they uttered,- (It is ordained that such a one) should free a slave before they touch each other: Thus are ye admonished to perform: and Allah is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do. |
(আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩) |
| 19 |
যার এ সামর্থ্য নেই, সে একে অপরকে স্পর্শ করার পূর্বে একাদিক্রমে দুই মাস রোযা রাখবে। যে এতেও অক্ষম হয় সে ষাট জন মিসকীনকে আহার করাবে। এটা এজন্যে, যাতে তোমরা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর। এগুলো আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত শাস্তি। আর কাফেরদের জন্যে রয়েছে যন্ত্রণা দায়ক আযাব।
And if any has not (the wherewithal), he should fast for two months consecutively before they touch each other. But if any is unable to do so, he should feed sixty indigent ones, this, that ye may show your faith in Allah and His Messenger. Those are limits (set by) Allah. For those who reject (Him), there is a grievous Penalty. |
(আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪) |
| 20 |
তোমাদের অন্তর অন্যায়ের দিকে ঝুঁকে পড়েছে বলে যদি তোমরা উভয়ে তওবা কর, তবে ভাল কথা। আর যদি নবীর বিরুদ্ধে একে অপরকে সাহায্য কর, তবে জেনে রেখ আল্লাহ জিবরাঈল এবং সৎকর্মপরায়ণ মুমিনগণ তাঁর সহায়। উপরন্তুত ফেরেশতাগণও তাঁর সাহায্যকারী।
If ye two turn in repentance to Him, your hearts are indeed so inclined; But if ye back up each other against him, truly Allah is his Protector, and Gabriel, and (every) righteous one among those who believe,- and furthermore, the angels - will back (him) up. |
(আত-তাহরীম:
আয়াতঃ ৪) |
| 21 |
সকালে তারা একে অপরকে ডেকে বলল,
As the morning broke, they called out, one to another,- |
(আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ২১) |
| 22 |
অতঃপর তারা একে অপরকে ভৎর্সনা করতে লাগল।
Then they turned, one against another, in reproach. |
(আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৩০) |
| 23 |
যদিও একে অপরকে দেখতে পাবে। সেদিন গোনাহগার ব্যক্তি পনস্বরূপ দিতে চাইবে তার সন্তান-সন্ততিকে,
Though they will be put in sight of each other,- the sinner's desire will be: Would that he could redeem himself from the Penalty of that Day by (sacrificing) his children, |
