সুতরাং তোমরা আমাকে স্মরণ কর, আমিও তোমাদের স্মরণ রাখবো এবং আমার কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর; অকৃতজ্ঞ হয়ো না।
Then do ye remember Me; I will remember you. Be grateful to Me, and reject not Faith. |

আল্লাহ বললেনঃ নিশ্চয় আমি সে খাঞ্চা তোমাদের প্রতি অবতরণ করব। অতঃপর যে ব্যাক্তি এর পরেও অকৃতজ্ঞ হবে, আমি তাকে এমন শাস্তি দেব, যে শাস্তি বিশ্বজগতের অপর কাউকে দেব না।
Allah said: "I will send it down unto you: But if any of you after that resisteth faith, I will punish him with a penalty such as I have not inflicted on any one among all the peoples." |

আয়াতঃ ১১৫) |

যখন তোমাদের পালনকর্তা ঘোষণা করলেন যে, যদি কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার কর, তবে তোমাদেরকে আরও দেব এবং যদি অকৃতজ্ঞ হও তবে নিশ্চয়ই আমার শাস্তি হবে কঠোর।
And remember! your Lord caused to be declared (publicly): "If ye are grateful, I will add more (favours) unto you; But if ye show ingratitude, truly My punishment is terrible indeed." |

যে সকল বস্তু তোমরা চেয়েছ, তার প্রত্যেকটি থেকেই তিনি তোমাদেরকে দিয়েছেন। যদি আল্লাহর নেয়ামত গণনা কর, তবে গুণে শেষ করতে পারবে না। নিশ্চয় মানুষ অত্যন্ত অন্যায়কারী, অকৃতজ্ঞ।
And He giveth you of all that ye ask for. But if ye count the favours of Allah, never will ye be able to number them. Verily, man is given up to injustice and ingratitude. |

তারা আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ চিনে, এরপর অস্বীকার করে এবং তাদের অধিকাংশই অকৃতজ্ঞ।
They recognise the favours of Allah; then they deny them; and most of them are (creatures) ungrateful. |

আল্লাহ দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করেছেন একটি জনপদের, যা ছিল নিরাপদ ও নিশ্চিন্ত, তথায় প্রত্যেক জায়গা থেকে আসত প্রচুর জীবনোপকরণ। অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর নেয়ামতের প্রতি অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করল। তখন আল্লাহ তাদেরকে তাদের কৃতকর্মের কারণে স্বাদ আস্বাদন করালেন, ক্ষুধা ও ভীতির।
Allah sets forth a Parable: a city enjoying security and quiet, abundantly supplied with sustenance from every place: Yet was it ungrateful for the favours of Allah: so Allah made it taste of hunger and terror (in extremes) (closing in on it) like a garment (from every side), because of the (evil) which (its people) wrought. |

নিশ্চয় অপব্যয়কারীরা শয়তানের ভাই। শয়তান স্বীয় পালনকর্তার প্রতি অতিশয় অকৃতজ্ঞ।
Verily spendthrifts are brothers of the Evil Ones; and the Evil One is to his Lord (himself) ungrateful. |
(বনী ইসরাঈল:

যখন সমুদ্রে তোমাদের উপর বিপদ আসে, তখন শুধু আল্লাহ ব্যতীত যাদেরকে তোমরা আহবান করে থাক তাদেরকে তোমরা বিস্মৃত হয়ে যাও। অতঃপর তিনি যখন তোমাদেরকে স্থলে ভিড়িয়ে উদ্ধার করে নেন, তখন তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও। মানুষ বড়ই অকৃতজ্ঞ।
When distress seizes you at sea, those that ye call upon - besides Himself - leave you in the lurch! but when He brings you back safe to land, ye turn away (from Him). Most ungrateful is man! |

আয়াতঃ ৬৭) |

অথবা তোমরা কি এ বিষয়ে নিশ্চিন্ত যে, তিনি তোমাদেরকে আরেকবার সমুদ্রে নিয়ে যাবেন না, অতঃপর তোমাদের জন্যে মহা ঝটিকা প্রেরণ করবেন না, অতঃপর অকৃতজ্ঞতার শাস্তিস্বরূপ তোমাদেরকে নিমজ্জত করবেন না, তখন তোমরা আমার বিরুদ্ধে এ বিষয়ে সাহায্যকারী কাউকে পাবে না।
Or do ye feel secure that He will not send you back a second time to sea and send against you a heavy gale to drown you because of your ingratitude, so that ye find no helper. Therein against Us? |

আয়াতঃ ৬৯) |
| 10 |
আল্লাহ মুমিনদের থেকে শত্রুদেরকে হটিয়ে দেবেন। আল্লাহ কোন বিশ্বাসঘাতক অকৃতজ্ঞকে পছন্দ করেন না।
Verily Allah will defend (from ill) those who believe: verily, Allah loveth not any that is a traitor to faith, or show ingratitude. |
(হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮) |
| 11 |
তিনিই তোমাদেরকে জীবিত করেছেন, অতঃপর তিনিই তোমাদেরকে মৃত্যুদান করবেন ও পুনরায় জীবিত করবেন। নিশ্চয় মানুষ বড় অকৃতজ্ঞ।
It is He Who gave you life, will cause you to die, and will again give you life: Truly man is a most ungrateful creature! |
(হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬) |
| 12 |
তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম করে, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন যে, তাদেরকে অবশ্যই পৃথিবীতে শাসনকর্তৃত্ব দান করবেন। যেমন তিনি শাসনকতৃꦣ2468;্ব দান করেছেন তাদের পূর্ববতীদেরকে এবং তিনি অবশ্যই সুদৃঢ় করবেন তাদের ধর্মকে, যা তিনি তাদের জন্যে পছন্দ করেছেন এবং তাদের ভয়-ভীতির পরিবর্তে অবশ্যই তাদেরকে শান্তি দান করবেন। তারা আমার এবাদত করবে এবং আমার সাথে কাউকে শরীক করবে না। এরপর যারা অকৃতজ্ঞ হবে, তারাই অবাধ্য।
Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will, of a surety, grant them in the land, inheritance (of power), as He granted it to those before them; that He will establish in authority their religion - the one which He has chosen for them; and that He will change (their state), after the fear in which they (lived), to one of security and peace: 'They will worship Me (alone) and not associate aught with Me. 'If any do reject Faith after this, they are rebellious and wicked. |

এবং আমি তা তাদের মধ্যে বিভিন্নভাবে বিতরণ করি, যাতে তারা স্মরণ করে। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক অকৃতজ্ঞতা ছাড়া কিছুই করে না।
And We have distributed the (water) amongst them, in order that they may celebrate (our) praises, but most men are averse (to aught) but (rank) ingratitude. |
(আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৫০) |

কিতাবের জ্ঞান যার ছিল, সে বলল, আপনার দিকে আপনার চোখের পলক ফেলার পূর্বেই আমি তা আপনাকে এনে দেব। অতঃপর সুলায়মান যখন তা সামনে রক্ষিত দেখলেন, তখন বললেন এটা আমার পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ, যাতে তিনি আমাকে পরীক্ষা করেন যে, আমি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করি, না অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করি। যে কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে, সে নিজের উপকারের জন্যেই কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে এবং যে অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে সে জানুক যে, আমার পালনকর্তা অভাবমুক্ত কৃপাশীল।
Said one who had knowledge of the Book: "I will bring it to thee within the twinkling of an eye!" Then when (Solomon) saw it placed firmly before him, he said: "This is by the Grace of my Lord!- to test me whether I am grateful or ungrateful! and if any is grateful, truly his gratitude is (a gain) for his own soul; but if any is ungrateful, truly my Lord is Free of all Needs, Supreme in Honour!" |

আয়াতঃ ৪০) |
| 15 |
আমি যদি এমন বায়ু প্রেরণ করি যার ফলে তারা শস্যকে হলদে হয়ে যেতে দেখে, তখন তো তারা অবশ্যই অকৃতজ্ঞ হয়ে যায়।
And if We (but) send a Wind from which they see (their tilth) turn yellow,- behold, they become, thereafter, Ungrateful (Unbelievers)! |
(আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ৫১) |
| 16 |
আমি লোকমানকে প্রজ্ঞা দান করেছি এই মর্মে যে, আল্লাহর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ হও। যে কৃতজ্ঞ হয়, সে তো কেবল নিজ কল্যানের জন্যই কৃতজ্ঞ হয়। আর যে অকৃতজ্ঞ হয়, আল্লাহ অভাবমুক্ত, প্রশংসিত।
we bestowed (in the past) Wisdom on Luqman: "Show (thy) gratitude to Allah." Any who is (so) grateful does so to the profit of his own soul: but if any is ungrateful, verily Allah is free of all wants, Worthy of all praise. |

আয়াতঃ ১২) |
| 17 |
যখন তাদেরকে মেঘমালা সদৃশ তরংগ আচ্ছাদিত করে নেয়, তখন তারা খাঁটি মনে আল্লাহকে ডাকতে থাকে। অতঃপর তিনি যখন তাদেরকে স্থলভাগের দিকে উদ্ধার করে আনেন, তখন তাদের কেউ কেউ সরল পথে চলে। কেবল মিথ্যাচারী, অকৃতজ্ঞ ব্যক্তিই আমার নিদর্শনাবলী অস্বীকার করে।
When a wave covers them like the canopy (of clouds), they call to Allah, offering Him sincere devotion. But when He has delivered them safely to land, there are among them those that halt between (right and wrong). But none reject Our Signs except only a perfidious ungrateful (wretch)! |
(লোকমান:
আয়াতঃ ৩২) |
| 18 |
এটা ছিল কুফরের কারণে তাদের প্রতি আমার শাস্তি। আমি অকৃতজ্ঞ ব্যতীত কাউকে শাস্তি দেই না।
That was the Requital We gave them because they ungratefully rejected Faith: and never do We give (such) requital except to such as are ungrateful rejecters. |
(সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |
| 19 |
আর যারা কাফের হয়েছে, তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে জাহান্নামের আগুন। তাদেরকে মৃত্যুর আদেশও দেয়া হবে না যে, তারা মরে যাবে এবং তাদের থেকে তার শাস্তিও লাঘব করা হবে না। আমি প্রত্যেক অকৃতজ্ঞকে এভাবেই শাস্তি দিয়ে থাকি।
But those who reject (Allah) - for them will be the Fire of Hell: No term shall be determined for them, so they should die, nor shall its Penalty be lightened for them. Thus do We reward every ungrateful one! |
(ফাতির:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬) |
| 20 |
যদি তারা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়, তবে আপনাকে আমি তাদের রক্ষক করে পাঠাইনি। আপনার কর্তব্য কেবল প্রচার করা। আমি তাদের রক্ষক করে পাঠাইনি। আপনার কর্তব্য কেবল প্রচার করা। আমি যখন মানুষকে আমার রহমত আস্বাদন করাই, তখন সে উল্লসিত, আর যখন তাদের কৃতকর্মের কারণে তাদের কোন অনিষ্ট ঘটে, তখন মানুষ খুব অকৃতজ্ঞ হয়ে যায়।
If then they run away, We have not sent thee as a guard over them. Thy duty is but to convey (the Message). And truly, when We give man a taste of a Mercy from Ourselves, he doth exult thereat, but when some ill happens to him, on account of the deeds which his hands have sent forth, truly then is man ungrateful! |

আয়াতঃ ৪৮) |

তারা আল্লাহর বান্দাদের মধ্য থেকে আল্লাহর অংশ স্থির করেছে। বাস্তবিক মানুষ স্পষ্ট অকৃতজ্ঞ।
Yet they attribute to some of His servants a share with Him (in his godhead)! truly is man a blasphemous ingrate avowed! |
(যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫) |
| 22 |
তোমরা উভয়েই নিক্ষেপ কর জাহান্নামে প্রত্যেক অকৃতজ্ঞ বিরুদ্ধবাদীকে,
(The sentence will be:) "Throw, throw into Hell every contumacious Rejecter (of Allah)!- |

| 23 |
আমি তাকে পথ দেখিয়ে দিয়েছি। এখন সে হয় কৃতজ্ঞ হয়, না হয় অকৃতজ্ঞ হয়।
We showed him the Way: whether he be grateful or ungrateful (rests on his will). |

মানুষ ধ্বংস হোক, সে কত অকৃতজ্ঞ!
Woe to man! What hath made him reject Allah; |
(আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭) |
| 25 |
নিশ্চয় মানুষ তার পালনকর্তার প্রতি অকৃতজ্ঞ।
Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; |
