“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 অতঃপর তালূত যখন সৈন্য-সামন্ত নিয়ে বেরুল, তখন বলল, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে পরীক্ষা করবেন একটি নদীর মাধ্যমে। সুতরাং যে লোক সেই নদীর পানি পান করবে সে আমার নয়। আর যে, লোক তার স্বাদ গ্রহণ করলো না, নিশ্চয়ই সে আমার লোক। কিন্তু যে লোক হাতের আঁজলা ভরে সামান্য খেয়ে নেবে তার দোষঅবশ্য তেমন গুরুতর হবে না। অতঃপর সবাই পান করল সে পানি, সামান্য কয়েকজন ছাড়া। পরে তালূত যখন তা পার হলো এবং তার সাথে ছিল মাত্র কয়েকজন ঈমানদার, তখন তারা বলতে লাগল, আজকের দিনে জালূত এবং তার সেনাবাহিনীর সাথে যুদ্ধ করার শক্তি আমাদের নেই, যাদের ধারণা ছিল যে, আল্লাহর সামনে তাদের একদিন উপস্থিত হতে হবে, তারা বার বার বলতে লাগল, সামান্য দলই বিরাট দলের মোকাবেলায় জয়ী হয়েছে আল্লাহর হুকুমে। আর যারা ধৈর্য্যশীল আল্লাহ তাদের সাথে রয়েছেন।
When Talut set forth with the armies, he said: "Allah will test you at the stream: if any drinks of its water, He goes not with my army: Only those who taste not of it go with me: A mere sip out of the hand is excused." but they all drank of it, except a few. When they crossed the river,- He and the faithful ones with him,- they said: "This day We cannot cope with Goliath and his forces." but those who were convinced that they must meet Allah, said: "How oft, by Allah's will, Hath a small force vanquished a big one? Allah is with those who steadfastly persevere."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪৯)
2 আর যেদিন দু’দল সৈন্যের মোকাবিলা হয়েছে; সেদিন তোমাদের উপর যা আপতিত হয়েছে তা আল্লাহর হুকুমেই হয়েছে এবং তা এজন্য যে, তাতে ঈমানদারদিগকে জানা যায়।
What ye suffered on the day the two armies Met, was with the leave of Allah, in order that He might test the believers,-		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৬)
3 হে ঈমানদারগণ! নিজেদের অস্ত্র তুলে নাও এবং পৃথক পৃথক সৈন্যদলে কিংবা সমবেতভাবে বেরিয়ে পড়।
O ye who believe! Take your precautions, and either go forth in parties or go forth all together.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
4 আর যে লোক সেদিন তাদের থেকে পশ্চাদপসরণ করবে, অবশ্য যে লড়াইয়ের কৌশল পরিবর্তনকল্পে কিংবা যে নিজ সৈন্যদের নিকট আশ্রয় নিতে আসে সে ব্যতীত অন্যরা আল্লাহর গযব সাথে নিয়ে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে। আর তার ঠিকানা হল জাহান্নাম। বস্তুতঃ সেটা হল নিকৃষ্ট অবস্থান।
If any do turn his back to them on such a day - unless it be in a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own)- he draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and his abode is Hell,- an evil refuge (indeed)!		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
5 আর যখন তোমাদেরকে দেখালেন সে সৈন্যদল মোকাবেলার সময় তোমাদের চোখে অল্প এবং তোমাদেরকে দেখালেন তাদের চোখে বেশী, যাতে আল্লাহ সে কাজ করে নিতে পারেন যা ছিল নির্ধারিত। আর সব কাজই আল্লাহর নিকট গিয়ে পৌছায়।
And remember when ye met, He showed them to you as few in your eyes, and He made you appear as contemptible in their eyes: that Allah might accomplish a matter already enacted. For to Allah do all questions go back (for decision).		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
6 অতঃপর ফেরাউন তার সৈন্যবাহিনী নিয়ে তাদের পশ্চাদ্ধাবন করল এবং সমুদ্র তাদেরকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিমজ্জত করল।
Then Pharaoh pursued them with his forces, but the waters completely overwhelmed them and covered them up.		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৭৮)
7 ফিরে যাও তাদের কাছে। এখন অবশ্যই আমি তাদের বিরুদ্ধে এক সৈন্যবাহিনী নিয়ে আসব, যার মোকাবেলা করার শক্তি তাদের নেই। আমি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে অপদস্থ করে সেখান থেকে বহিষ্কৃত করব এবং তারা হবে লাঞ্ছিত।
"Go back to them, and be sure we shall come to them with such hosts as they will never be able to meet: We shall expel them from there in disgrace, and they will feel humbled (indeed)."		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭)
8 এবং তাদেরকে দেশের ক্ষমতায় আসীন করার এবং ফেরাউন, হামান ও তাদের সৈন্য-বাহিনীকে তা দেখিয়ে দেয়ার, যা তারা সেই দূর্বল দলের তরফ থেকে আশংকা করত।
To establish a firm place for them in the land, and to show Pharaoh, Haman, and their hosts, at their hands, the very things against which they were taking precautions.		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
9 অতঃপর ফেরাউন পরিবার মূসাকে কুড়িয়ে নিল, যাতে তিনি তাদের শত্রু ও দুঃখের কারণ হয়ে যান। নিশ্চয় ফেরাউন, হামান, ও তাদের সৈন্যবাহিনী অপরাধী ছিল।
Then the people of Pharaoh picked him up (from the river): (It was intended) that (Moses) should be to them an adversary and a cause of sorrow: for Pharaoh and Haman and (all) their hosts were men of sin.		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
10 হে মুমিনগণ! তোমরা তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর নেয়ামতের কথা স্মরণ কর, যখন শত্রুবাহিনী তোমাদের নিকটবর্তী হয়েছিল, অতঃপর আমি তাদের বিরুদ্ধে ঝঞ্চাবায়ু এবং এমন সৈন্যবাহিনী প্রেরণ করেছিলাম, যাদেরকে তোমরা দেখতে না। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
O ye who believe! Remember the Grace of Allah, (bestowed) on you, when there came down on you hosts (to overwhelm you): But We sent against them a hurricane and forces that ye saw not: but Allah sees (clearly) all that ye do.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
11 রহমান আল্লাহ তা’আলা ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন সৈন্য আছে কি, যে তোমাদেরকে সাহায্য করবে? কাফেররা বিভ্রান্তিতেই পতিত আছে।
Nay, who is there that can help you, (even as) an army, besides (Allah) Most Merciful? In nothing but delusion are the Unbelievers.		 (আল মুলক:

12 আপনার কাছে সৈন্যবাহিনীর ইতিবৃত্ত পৌছেছে কি?
Has the story reached thee, of the forces-		 (আল বুরূজ:
