নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	পার্থিব জীবনের উদাহরণ তেমনি, যেমনি আমি আসমান থেকে পানি বর্ষন করলাম, পরে তা মিলিত সংমিশ্রিত হয়ে তা থেকে যমীনের শ্যামল উদ্ভিদ বেরিয়ে এল যা মানুষ ও জীব-জন্তুরা খেয়ে থাকে। এমনকি যমীন যখন সৌন্দর্য সুষমায় ভরে উঠলো আর যমীনের অধিকর্তারা ভাবতে লাগল, এগুলো আমাদের হাতে আসবে, হঠাৎ করে তার উপর আমার নির্দেশ এল রাত্রে কিংবা দিনে, তখন সেগুলোকে কেটে স্তুপাকার করে দিল যেন কাল ও এখানে কোন আবাদ ছিল না। এমনিভাবে আমি খোলাখুলি বর্ণনা করে থাকি নিদর্শণসমূহ সে সমস্ত লোকদের জন্য যারা লক্ষ্য করে। The likeness of the life of the present is as the rain which We send down from the skies: by its mingling arises the produce of the earth- which provides food for men and animals: (It grows) till the earth is clad with its golden ornaments and is decked out (in beauty): the people to whom it belongs think they have all powers of disposal over it: There reaches it Our command by night or by day, and We make it like a harvest clean-mown, as if it had not flourished only the day before! thus do We explain the Signs in detail for those who reflect.	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ২৪)
2	সে বললঃ হে আমার পলনকর্তা, আপনি যেমন আমাকে পথ ভ্রষ্ট করেছেন, আমিও তাদের সবাইকে পৃথিবীতে নানা সৌন্দর্যে আকৃষ্ট করব এবং তাদের সবাইকে পথ ভ্রষ্ঠ করে দেব। (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong,-	(হিজর: আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
3	অতএব আপনি পালনকর্তার সৌন্দর্য স্মরণ করুন এবং সেজদাকারীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে যান। But celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and be of those who prostrate themselves in adoration.	(হিজর: আয়াতঃ ৯৮)
4	আপনি নিজেকে তাদের সংসর্গে আবদ্ধ রাখুন যারা সকাল ও সন্ধ্যায় তাদের পালনকর্তাকে তাঁর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের উদ্দেশ্যে আহবান করে এবং আপনি পার্থিব জীবনের সৌন্দর্য কামনা করে তাদের থেকে নিজের দৃষ্টি ফিরিয়ে নেবেন না। যার মনকে আমার স্মরণ থেকে গাফেল করে দিয়েছি, যে, নিজের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করে এবং যার কার্য কলাপ হচ্ছে সীমা অতিক্রম করা, আপনি তার অনুগত্য করবেন না। And keep thy soul content with those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking His Face; and let not thine eyes pass beyond them, seeking the pomp and glitter of this Life; no obey any whose heart We have permitted to neglect the remembrance of Us, one who follows his own desires, whose case has gone beyond all bounds.	(কাহফ: আয়াতঃ ২৮)
5	ধনৈশ্বর্য ও সন্তান-সন্ততি পার্থিব জীবনের সৌন্দর্য এবং স্থায়ী সৎকর্মসমূহ আপনার পালনকর্তার কাছে প্রতিদান প্রাপ্তি ও আশা লাভের জন্যে উত্তম। Wealth and sons are allurements of the life of this world: But the things that endure, good deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best as (the foundation for) hopes.	(কাহফ: আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
6	আল্লাহ তিনি ব্যতীত কোন উপাস্য ইলাহ নেই। সব সৌন্দর্যমন্ডিত নাম তাঁরই। Allah! there is no god but He! To Him belong the most Beautiful Names.	(ত্বোয়া-হা: আয়াতঃ ৮)
7	আমি এদের বিভিন্ন প্রকার লোককে পরীক্ষা করার জন্যে পার্থিবজীবনের সৌন্দর্য স্বরূপ ভোগ-বিলাসের যে উপকরণ দিয়েছি, আপনি সেই সব বস্তুর প্রতি দৃষ্টি নিক্ষেপ করবেন না। আপনার পালনকর্তার দেয়া রিযিক উৎকৃষ্ট ও অধিক স্থায়ী। Nor strain thine eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to parties of them, the splendour of the life of this world, through which We test them: but the provision of thy Lord is better and more enduring.	(ত্বোয়া-হা: আয়াতঃ ১৩১)
8	ঈমানদার নারীদেরকে বলুন, তারা যেন তাদের দৃষ্টিকে নত রাখে এবং তাদের যৌন অঙ্গের হেফাযত করে। তারা যেন যা সাধারণতঃ প্রকাশমান, তা ছাড়া তাদের সৌন্দর্য প্রদর্শন না করে এবং তারা যেন তাদের মাথার ওড়না বক্ষ দেশে ফেলে রাখে এবং তারা যেন তাদের স্বামী, পিতা, শ্বশুর, পুত্র, স্বামীর পুত্র, ভ্রাতা, ভ্রাতুস্পুত্র, ভগ্নিপুত্র, স্ত্রীলোক অধিকারভুক্ত বাঁদী, যৌনকামনামুক্ত পুরুষ, ও বালক, যারা নারীদের গোপন অঙ্গ সম্পর্কে অজ্ঞ, তাদের ব্যতীত কারো আছে তাদের সৌন্দর্য প্রকাশ না করে, তারা যেন তাদের গোপন সাজ-সজ্জা প্রকাশ করার জন্য জোরে পদচারণা না করে। মুমিনগণ, তোমরা সবাই আল্লাহর সামনে তওবা কর, যাতে তোমরা সফলকাম হও। And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards Allah, that ye may attain Bliss.	(আন-নূর: আয়াতঃ ৩১)
9	বৃদ্ধা নারী, যারা বিবাহের আশা রাখে না, যদি তারা তাদের সৌন্দর্য?2474;্রকাশ না করে তাদের বস্ত্র খুলে রাখে। তাদের জন্যে দোষ নেই, তবে এ থেকে বিরত থাকাই তাদের জন্যে উত্তম। আল্লাহ সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞ। Such elderly women as are past the prospect of marriage,- there is no blame on them if they lay aside their (outer) garments, provided they make not a wanton display of their beauty: but it is best for them to be modest: and Allah is One Who sees and knows all things.	(আন-নূর: আয়াতঃ ৬০)
