| 1 | আর যারা সঞ্চয় করেছে অকল্যাণ অসৎ কর্মের বদলায় সে পরিমাণ অপমান তাদের চেহারাকে আবৃত করে ফেলবে। কেউ নেই তাদেরকে বাঁচাতে পারে আল্লাহর হাত থেকে। তাদের মুখমন্ডল যেন ঢেকে দেয়া হয়েছে আধাঁর রাতের টুকরো দিয়ে। এরা হল দোযখবাসী। এরা এতেই থাকবে অনন্তকাল। But those who have earned evil will have a reward of like evil: ignominy will cover their (faces): No defender will they have from (the wrath of) Allah: Their faces will be covered, as it were, with pieces from the depth of the darkness of night: they are companions of the Fire: they will abide therein (for aye)! |

| 2 | বল, আল্লাহর দয়া ও মেহেরবাণীতে। সুতরাং এরই প্রতি তাদের সন্তুষ্ট থাকা উচিৎ। এটিই উত্তম সে সমুদয় থেকে যা সঞ্চয় করছ। Say: "In the bounty of Allah. And in His Mercy,- in that let them rejoice": that is better than the (wealth) they hoard. |

| 3 | তারা কি আপনার পালনকর্তার রহমত বন্টন করে? আমি তাদের মধ্যে তাদের জীবিকা বন্টন করেছি পার্থিব জীবনে এবং একের মর্যাদাকে অপরের উপর উন্নীত করেছি, যাতে একে অপরকে সেবক রূপে গ্রহণ করে। তারা যা সঞ্চয় করে, আপনার পালনকর্তার রহমত তদপেক্ষা উত্তম। Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of thy Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in the life of this world: and We raise some of them above others in ranks, so that some may command work from others. But the Mercy of thy Lord is better than the (wealth) which they amass. |
