নং আয়াত সূরা
1 আমরা একমাত্র তোমারই ইবাদত করি এবং শুধুমাত্র তোমারই সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করি।
Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek.		 (আল ফাতিহা:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
2 আর কোন লোক এমনও রয়েছে যারা অন্যান্যকে আল্লাহর সমকক্ষ সাব্যস্ত করে এবং তাদের প্রতি তেমনি ভালবাসা পোষণ করে, যেমন আল্লাহর প্রতি ভালবাসা হয়ে থাকে। কিন্তু যারা আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমানদার তাদের ভালবাসা ওদের তুলনায় বহুগুণ বেশী। আর কতইনা উত্তম হ’ত যদি এ জালেমরা পার্থিব কোন কোন আযাব প্রত্যক্ষ করেই উপলব্ধি করে নিত যে, যাবতীয় ক্ষমতা শুধুমাত্র আল্লাহরই জন্য এবং আল্লাহর আযাবই সবচেয়ে কঠিনতর।
Yet there are men who take (for worship) others besides Allah, as equal (with Allah): They love them as they should love Allah. But those of Faith are overflowing in their love for Allah. If only the unrighteous could see, behold, they would see the penalty: that to Allah belongs all power, and Allah will strongly enforce the penalty.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৫)
3 সৎকর্ম শুধু এই নয় যে, পূর্ব কিংবা পশ্চিমদিকে মুখ করবে, বরং বড় সৎকাজ হল এই যে, ঈমান আনবে আল্লাহর উপর কিয়ামত দিবসের উপর, ফেরেশতাদের উপর এবং সমস্ত নবী-রসূলগণের উপর, আর সম্পদ ব্যয় করবে তাঁরই মহব্বতে আত্নীয়-স্বজন, এতীম-মিসকীন, মুসাফির-ভিক্ষুক ও মুক্তিকামী ক্রীতদাসদের জন্যে। আর যারা নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা করে, যাকাত দান করে এবং যারা কৃত প্রতিজ্ঞা সম্পাদনকারী এবং অভাবে, রোগে-শোকে ও যুদ্ধের সময় ধৈর্য্য ধারণকারী তারাই হল সত্যাশ্রয়ী, আর তারাই পরহেযগার।
It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the Allah-fearing.		 (আল বাকারা:

4 আর স্মরণ কর আল্লাহকে নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কয়েকটি দিনে। অতঃপর যে লোক তাড়াহুড়া করে চলে যাবে শুধু দু, দিনের মধ্যে, তার জন্যে কোন পাপ নেই। আর যে লোক থেকে যাবে তাঁর উপর কোন পাপ নেই, অবশ্য যারা ভয় করে। আর তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক এবং নিশ্চিত জেনে রাখ, তোমরা সবাই তার সামনে সমবেত হবে।
Celebrate the praises of Allah during the Appointed Days. But if any one hastens to leave in two days, there is no blame on him, and if any one stays on, there is no blame on him, if his aim is to do right. Then fear Allah, and know that ye will surely be gathered unto Him.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২০৩)
5 নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহর নিকট গ্রহণযোগ্য দ্বীন একমাত্র ইসলাম। এবং যাদের প্রতি কিতাব দেয়া হয়েছে তাদের নিকট প্রকৃত জ্ঞান আসার পরও ওরা মতবিরোধে লিপ্ত হয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র পরস্পর বিদ্বেষবশতঃ, যারা আল্লাহর নিদর্শনসমূহের প্রতি কুফরী করে তাদের জানা উচিত যে, নিশ্চিতরূপে আল্লাহ হিসাব গ্রহণে অত্যন্ত দ্রুত।
The Religion before Allah is Islam (submission to His Will): Nor did the People of the Book dissent therefrom except through envy of each other, after knowledge had come to them. But if any deny the Signs of Allah, Allah is swift in calling to account.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
6 যদি তারা তোমার সাথে বিতর্কে অবতীর্ণ হয় তবে বলে দাও, "আমি এবং আমার অনুসরণকারীগণ আল্লাহর প্রতি আত্নসমর্পণ করেছি।" আর আহলে কিতাবদের এবং নিরক্ষরদের বলে দাও যে, তোমরাও কি আত্নসমর্পণ করেছ? তখন যদি তারা আত্নসমর্পণ করে, তবে সরল পথ প্রাপ্ত হলো, আর যদি মুখ ঘুরিয়ে নেয়, তাহলে তোমার দায়িত্ব হলো শুধু পৌছে দেয়া। আর আল্লাহর দৃষ্টিতে রয়েছে সকল বান্দা।
So if they dispute with thee, say: "I have submitted My whole self to Allah and so have those who follow me." And say to the People of the Book and to those who are unlearned: "Do ye (also) submit yourselves?" If they do, they are in right guidance, but if they turn back, Thy duty is to convey the Message; and in Allah's sight are (all) His servants.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
7 বস্তুতঃ এটা তো আল্লাহ তোমাদের সুসংবাদ দান করলেন, যাতে তোমাদের মনে এতে সান্ত্বনা আসতে পারে। আর সাহায্য শুধুমাত্র পরাক্রান্ত, মহাজ্ঞানী আল্লাহরই পক্ষ থেকে,
Allah made it but a message of hope for you, and an assurance to your hearts: (in any case) there is no help except from Allah. The Exalted, the Wise:		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১২৬)
8 তারা আর কিছুই বলেনি-শুধু বলেছে, হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা! মোচন করে দাও আমাদের পাপ এবং যা কিছু বাড়াবাড়ি হয়ে গেছে আমাদের কাজে। আর আমাদিগকে দৃঢ় রাখ এবং কাফেরদের উপর আমাদিগকে সাহায্য কর।
All that they said was: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything We may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those that resist Faith."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৭)
9 আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের সন্তানদের সম্পর্কে আদেশ করেনঃ একজন পুরুষের অংশ দু?জন নারীর অংশের সমান। অতঃপর যদি শুধু নারীই হয় দু' এর অধিক, তবে তাদের জন্যে ঐ মালের তিন ভাগের দুই ভাগ যা ত্যাগ করে মরে এবং যদি একজনই হয়, তবে তার জন্যে অর্ধেক। মৃতের পিতা-মাতার মধ্য থেকে প্রত্যেকের জন্যে ত্যাজ্য সম্পত্তির ছয় ভাগের এক ভাগ, যদি মৃতের পুত্র থাকে। যদি পুত্র না থাকে এবং পিতা-মাতাই ওয়ারিস হয়, তবে মাতা পাবে তিন ভাগের এক ভাগ। অতঃপর যদি মৃতের কয়েকজন ভাই থাকে, তবে তার মাতা পাবে ছয় ভাগের এক ভাগ ওছিয়্যতের পর, যা করে মরেছে কিংবা ঋণ পরিশোধের পর। তোমাদের পিতা ও পুত্রের মধ্যে কে তোমাদের জন্যে অধিক উপকারী তোমরা জান না। এটা আল্লাহ কতৃক নির্ধারিত অংশ নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, রহস্যবিদ।
Allah (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases ('s) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing, Al-wise.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
10 তারা আল্লাহকে পরিত্যাগ করে শুধু নারীর আরাধনা করে এবং শুধু অবাধ্য শয়তানের পূজা করে।
(The Pagans), leaving Him, call but upon female deities: They call but upon satan the persistent rebel!		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৭)
11 যারা মুসলমানদের বর্জন করে কাফেরদেরকে নিজেদের বন্ধু বানিয়ে নেয় এবং তাদেরই কাছে সম্মান প্রত্যাশা করে, অথচ যাবতীয় সম্মান শুধুমাত্র আল্লাহরই জন্য।
Yea, to those who take for friends unbelievers rather than believers: is it honour they seek among them? Nay,- all honour is with Allah.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৯)
12 আর তাদের একথা বলার কারণে যে, আমরা মরিয়ম পুত্র ঈসা মসীহকে হত্যা করেছি যিনি ছিলেন আল্লাহর রসূল। অথচ তারা না তাঁকে হত্যা করেছে, আর না শুলীতে চড়িয়েছে, বরং তারা এরূপ ধাঁধায় পতিত হয়েছিল। বস্তুতঃ তারা এ ব্যাপারে নানা রকম কথা বলে, তারা এক্ষেত্রে সন্দেহের মাঝে পড়ে আছে, শুধুমাত্র অনুমান করা ছাড়া তারা এ বিষয়ে কোন খবরই রাখে না। আর নিশ্চয়ই তাঁকে তারা হত্যা করেনি।
That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৭)
13 মূসা বললঃ হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমি শুধু নিজের উপর ও নিজের ভাইয়ের উপর ক্ষমতা রাখি। অতএব, আপনি আমাদের মধ্যে ও এ অবাধ্য সম্প্রদায়ের মধ্যে সম্পর্কচ্ছেদ করুন।
He said: "O my Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother: so separate us from this rebellious people!"		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
14 রসূলের দায়িত্ব শুধু পৌছিয়ে দেওয়া। আল্লাহ জানেন, যা কিছু তোমরা প্রকাশ্যে কর এবং যা কিছু গোপন কর।
The Messenger's duty is but to proclaim (the message). But Allah knoweth all that ye reveal and ye conceal.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৯)
15 আমি তো তাদেরকে কিছুই বলিনি, শুধু সে কথাই বলেছি যা আপনি বলতে আদেশ করেছিলেন যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর দাসত্ব অবলম্বন কর যিনি আমার ও তোমাদের পালনকর্তা আমি তাদের সম্পর্কে অবগত ছিলাম যতদিন তাদের মধ্যে ছিলাম। অতঃপর যখন আপনি আমাকে লোকান্তরিত করলেন, তখন থেকে আপনিই তাদের সম্পর্কে অবগত রয়েছেন। আপনি সর্ববিষয়ে পূর্ণ পরিজ্ঞাত।
"Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৭)
16 আপনি বলুনঃ আমি তোমাদেরকে বলি না যে, আমার কাছে আল্লাহর ভান্ডার রয়েছে। তাছাড়া আমি অদৃশ্য বিষয় অবগতও নই। আমি এমন বলি না যে, আমি ফেরেশতা। আমি তো শুধু ঐ ওহীর অনুসরণ করি, যা আমার কাছে আসে। আপনি বলে দিনঃ অন্ধ ও চক্ষুমান কি সমান হতে পারে? তোমরা কি চিন্তা কর না ?
Say: "I tell you not that with me are the treasures of Allah, nor do I know what is hidden, nor do I tell you I am an angel. I but follow what is revealed to me." Say: "can the blind be held equal to the seeing?" Will ye then consider not?		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
17 আর যদি আপনি পৃথিবীর অধিকাংশ লোকের কথা মেনে নেন, তবে তারা আপনাকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিপথগামী করে দেবে। তারা শুধু অলীক কল্পনার অনুসরণ করে এবং সম্পূর্ণ অনুমান ভিত্তিক কথাবার্তা বলে থাকে।
Wert thou to follow the common run of those on earth, they will lead thee away from the way of Allah. They follow nothing but conjecture: they do nothing but lie.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১১৬)
18 এখন মুশরেকরা বলবেঃ যদি আল্লাহ ইচ্ছা করতেন, তবে না আমরা শিরক করতাম, না আমাদের বাপ দাদারা এবং না আমরা কোন বস্তুকে হারাম করতাম। এমনিভাবে তাদের পূর্ববর্তীরা মিথ্যারোপ করেছে, এমন কি তারা আমার শাস্তি আস্বাদন করেছে। আপনি বলুনঃ তোমাদের কাছে কি কোন প্রমাণ আছে যা আমাদেরকে দেখাতে পার। তোমরা শুধুমাত্র আন্দাজের অনুসরণ কর এবং তোমরা শুধু অনুমান করে কথা বল।
Those who give partners (to Allah) will say: "If Allah had wished, we should not have given partners to Him nor would our fathers; nor should we have had any taboos." So did their ancestors argue falsely, until they tasted of Our wrath. Say: "Have ye any (certain) knowledge? If so, produce it before us. Ye follow nothing but conjecture: ye do nothing but lie."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৮)
19 তারা শুধু এ বিষয়ের দিকে চেয়ে আছে যে, তাদের কাছে ফেরেশতা আগমন করবে কিংবা আপনার পালনকর্তা আগমন করবেন অথবা আপনার পালনকর্তার কোন নির্দেশ আসবে। যেদিন আপনার পালনকর্তার কোন নিদর্শন আসবে, সেদিন এমন কোন ব্যক্তির বিশ্বাস স্থাপন তার জন্যে ফলপ্রসূ হবে না, যে পূর্ব থেকে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেনি কিংবা স্বীয় বিশ্বাস অনুযায়ী কোনরূপ সৎকর্ম করেনি। আপনি বলে দিনঃ তোমরা পথের দিকে চেয়ে থাক, আমরাও পথে দিকে তাকিয়ে রইলাম।
Are they waiting to see if the angels come to them, or thy Lord (Himself), or certain of the signs of thy Lord! the day that certain of the signs of thy Lord do come, no good will it do to a soul to believe in them then if it believed not before nor earned righteousness through its faith. Say: "Wait ye: we too are waiting."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৮)
20 সেসমস্ত লোক, যারা আনুগত্য অবলম্বন করে এ রসূলের, যিনি উম্মী নবী, যাঁর সম্পর্কে তারা নিজেদের কাছে রক্ষিত তওরাত ও ইঞ্জিলে লেখা দেখতে পায়, তিনি তাদেরকে নির্দেশ দেন সৎকর্মের, বারণ করেন অসৎকর্ম থেকে; তাদের জন্য যাবতীয় পবিত্র বস্তু হালাল ঘোষনা করেন ও নিষিদ্ধ করেন হারাম বস্তুসমূহ এবং তাদের উপর থেকে সে বোঝা নামিয়ে দেন এবং বন্দীত্ব অপসারণ করেন যা তাদের উপর বিদ্যমান ছিল। সুতরাং যেসব লোক তাঁর উপর ঈমান এনেছে, তাঁর সাহচর্য অবলম্বন করেছে, তাঁকে সাহায্য করেছে এবং সে নূরের অনুসরণ করেছে যা তার সাথে অবতীর্ণ করা হয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র তারাই নিজেদের উদ্দেশ্য সফলতা অর্জন করতে পেরেছে।
"Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৭)
21 আপনি বলে দিন, আমি আমার নিজের কল্যাণ সাধনের এবং অকল্যাণ সাধনের মালিক নই, কিন্তু যা আল্লাহ চান। আর আমি যদি গায়বের কথা জেনে নিতে পারতাম, তাহলে বহু মঙ্গল অর্জন করে নিতে পারতাম, ফলে আমার কোন অমঙ্গল কখনও হতে পারত না। আমি তো শুধুমাত্র একজন ভীতি প্রদর্শক ও সুসংবাদদাতা ঈমানদারদের জন্য।
Say: "I have no power over any good or harm to myself except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the unseen, I should have multiplied all good, and no evil should have touched me: I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have faith."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৮)
22 আর আল্লাহ তো শুধু সুসংবাদ দান করলেন যাতে তোমাদের মন আশ্বস্ত হতে পারে। আর সাহায্য আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে ছাড়া অন্য কারো পক্ষ থেকে হতে পারে না। নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ মহাশক্তির অধিকারী হেকমত ওয়ালা।
Allah made it but a message of hope, and an assurance to your hearts: (in any case) there is no help except from Allah: and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
23 আর তোমরা এমন ফাসাদ থেকে বেঁচে থাক যা বিশেষতঃ শুধু তাদের উপর পতিত হবে না যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে জালেম এবং জেনে রেখ যে, আল্লাহর আযাব অত্যন্ত কঠোর।
And fear tumult or oppression, which affecteth not in particular (only) those of you who do wrong: and know that Allah is strict in punishment.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
24 কতই না ভাল হত, যদি তারা সন্তুষ্ট হত আল্লাহ ও তার রসূলের উপর এবং বলত, আল্লাহই আমাদের জন্যে যথেষ্ট, আল্লাহ আমাদের দেবেন নিজ করুণায় এবং তাঁর রসূলও, আমরা শুধু আল্লাহকেই কামনা করি।
If only they had been content with what Allah and His Messenger gave them, and had said, "Sufficient unto us is Allah! Allah and His Messenger will soon give us of His bounty: to Allah do we turn our hopes!" (that would have been the right course).		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৯)
25 সে সমস্ত লোক যারা ভৎর্সনা-বিদ্রূপ করে সেসব মুসলমানদের প্রতি যারা মন খুলে দান-খয়রাত করে এবং তাদের প্রতি যাদের কিছুই নেই শুধুমাত্র নিজের পরিশ্রমলব্দ বস্তু ছাড়া। অতঃপর তাদের প্রতি ঠাট্টা করে। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি ঠাট্টা করেছেন এবং তাদের জন্য রয়েছে বেদনাদায়ক আযাব।
Those who slander such of the believers as give themselves freely to (deeds of) charity, as well as such as can find nothing to give except the fruits of their labour,- and throw ridicule on them,- Allah will throw back their ridicule on them: and they shall have a grievous penalty.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৯)
26 বস্তুতঃ তাদের অধিকাংশই শুধু আন্দাজ-অনুমানের উপর চলে, অথচ আন্দাজ-অনুমান সত্যের বেলায় কোন কাজেই আসে না। আল্লাহ ভাল করেই জানেন, তারা যা কিছু করে।
But most of them follow nothing but fancy: truly fancy can be of no avail against truth. Verily Allah is well aware of all that they do.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
27 আর সম্ভবতঃ ঐসব আহকাম যা ওহীর মাধ্যমে তোমার নিকট পাঠানো হয়, তার কিছু অংশ বর্জন করবে? এবং এতে মন ছোট করে বসবে? তাদের এ কথায় যে, তাঁর উপর কোন ধন-ভান্ডার কেন অবতীর্ণ হয়নি? অথবা তাঁর সাথে কোন ফেরেশতা আসেনি কেন? তুমিতো শুধু সতর্ককারী মাত্র; আর সব কিছুরই দায়িত্বভার তো আল্লাহই নিয়েছেন।
Perchance thou mayest (feel the inclination) to give up a part of what is revealed unto thee, and thy heart feeleth straitened lest they say, "Why is not a treasure sent down unto him, or why does not an angel come down with him?" But thou art there only to warn! It is Allah that arrangeth all affairs!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
28 আমি কিন্তু তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করি নাই বরং তারা নিজেরাই নিজের উপর অবিচার করেছে। ফলে আল্লাহকে বাদ দিয়ে তারা যেসব মাবুদকে ডাকতো আপনার পালনকর্তার হুকুম যখন এসে পড়ল, তখন কেউ কোন কাজে আসল না। তারা শুধু বিপর্যয়ই বৃদ্ধি করল।
It was not We that wronged them: They wronged their own souls: the deities, other than Allah, whom they invoked, profited them no whit when there issued the decree of thy Lord: Nor did they add aught (to their lot) but perdition!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১০১)
29 আর আমি যে উহা বিলম্বিত করি, তা শুধু একটি ওয়াদার কারণে যা নির্ধারিত রয়েছে।
Nor shall We delay it but for a term appointed.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
30 হত্যা কর ইউসুফকে কিংবা ফেলে আস তাকে অন্য কোন স্থানে। এতে শুধু তোমাদের প্রতিই তোমাদের পিতার মনোযোগ নিবিষ্ট হবে এবং এরপর তোমরা যোগ্য বিবেচিত হয়ে থাকবে।
"Slay ye Joseph or cast him out to some (unknown) land, that so the favour of your father may be given to you alone: (there will be time enough) for you to be righteous after that!"		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
31 মুশরিকরা বললঃ যদি আল্লাহ চাইতেন, তবে আমরা তাঁকে ছাড়া কারও এবাদত করতাম না এবং আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষেরাও করত না এবং তাঁর নির্দেশ ছাড়া কোন বস্তুই আমরা হারাম করতাম না। তাদের পূর্ববর্তীরা এমনই করেছে। রাসূলের দায়িত্ব তো শুধুমাত্র সুস্পষ্ট বাণী পৌছিয়ে দেয়া।
The worshippers of false gods say: "If Allah had so willed, we should not have worshipped aught but Him - neither we nor our fathers,- nor should we have prescribed prohibitions other than His." So did those who went before them. But what is the mission of messengers but to preach the Clear Message?		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
32 তোমরা ঐ মহিলার মত হয়ো না, যে পরিশ্রমের পর কাটা সূতা টুকরো টুকরো করে ছিড়ে ফেলে, তোমরা নিজেদের কসমসমূহকে পারস্পরিক প্রবঞ্চনার বাহানা রূপে গ্রহণ কর এজন্যে যে, অন্য দল অপেক্ষা এক দল অধিক ক্ষমতাবান হয়ে যায়। এতদ্বারা তো আল্লাহ শুধু তোমাদের পরীক্ষা করেন। আল্লাহ অবশ্যই কিয়ামতের দিন প্রকাশ করে দেবেন, যে বিষয়ে তোমরা কলহ করতে।
And be not like a woman who breaks into untwisted strands the yarn which she has spun, after it has become strong. Nor take your oaths to practise deception between yourselves, lest one party should be more numerous than another: for Allah will test you by this; and on the Day of Judgment He will certainly make clear to you (the truth of) that wherein ye disagree.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৯২)
33 যখন সমুদ্রে তোমাদের উপর বিপদ আসে, তখন শুধু আল্লাহ ব্যতীত যাদেরকে তোমরা আহবান করে থাক তাদেরকে তোমরা বিস্মৃত হয়ে যাও। অতঃপর তিনি যখন তোমাদেরকে স্থলে ভিড়িয়ে উদ্ধার করে নেন, তখন তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও। মানুষ বড়ই অকৃতজ্ঞ।
When distress seizes you at sea, those that ye call upon - besides Himself - leave you in the lurch! but when He brings you back safe to land, ye turn away (from Him). Most ungrateful is man!		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৬৭)
34 আমি কোরআনে এমন বিষয় নাযিল করি যা রোগের সুচিকিৎসা এবং মুমিনের জন্য রহমত। গোনাহগারদের তো এতে শুধু ক্ষতিই বৃদ্ধি পায়।
We send down (stage by stage) in the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe: to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৮২)
35 আমি সত্যসহ এ কোরআন নাযিল করেছি এবং সত্য সহ এটা নাযিল হয়েছে। আমি তো আপনাকে শুধু সুসংবাদাতা ও ভয়প্রদর্শক করেই প্রেরণ করেছি।
We sent down the (Qur'an) in Truth, and in Truth has it descended: and We sent thee but to give Glad Tidings and to warn (sinners).		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১০৫)
36 হেদায়েত আসার পর এ প্রতীক্ষাই শুধু মানুষকে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করতে এবং তাদের পালনকর্তার কাছে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করতে বিরত রাখে যে, কখন আসবে তাদের কাছে পূর্ববর্তীদের রীতিনীতি অথবা কখন আসবে তাদের কাছেআযাব সামনাসামনি।
And what is there to keep back men from believing, now that Guidance has come to them, nor from praying for forgiveness from their Lord, but that (they ask that) the ways of the ancients be repeated with them, or the Wrath be brought to them face to face?		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
37 সে বললঃ আমি তো শুধু তোমার পালনকর্তা প্রেরিত, যাতে তোমাকে এক পবিত্র পুত্র দান করে যাব।
He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a holy son.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
38 যাদুকররা বললঃ আমাদের কাছে যে, সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ এসেছে তার উপর এবং যিনি আমাদের কে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তাঁর উপর আমরা কিছুতেই তোমাকে প্রাধান্য দেব না। অতএব, তুমি যা ইচ্ছা করতে পার। তুমি তো শুধু এই পার্থিব জীবনেই যা করার করবে।
They said: "Never shall we regard thee as more than the Clear Signs that have come to us, or than Him Who created us! so decree whatever thou desirest to decree: for thou canst only decree (touching) the life of this world.		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
39 তাদের সম্মুখে ও পশ্চাতে যা আছে, তা তিনি জানেন। তারা শুধু তাদের জন্যে সুপারিশ করে, যাদের প্রতি আল্লাহ সন্তুষ্ট এবং তারা তাঁর ভয়ে ভীত।
He knows what is before them, and what is behind them, and they offer no intercession except for those who are acceptable, and they stand in awe and reverence of His (Glory).		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
40 যাদেরকে তাদের ঘর-বাড়ী থেকে অন্যায়ভাবে বহিস্কার করা হয়েছে শুধু এই অপরাধে যে, তারা বলে আমাদের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহ। আল্লাহ যদি মানবজাতির একদলকে অপর দল দ্বারা প্রতিহত না করতেন, তবে (খ্রীষ্টানদের) নির্ঝন গির্জা, এবাদত খানা, (ইহুদীদের) উপাসনালয় এবং মসজিদসমূহ বিধ্বস্ত হয়ে যেত, যেগুলাতে আল্লাহর নাম অধিক স্মরণ করা হয়। আল্লাহ নিশ্চয়ই তাদেরকে সাহায্য করবেন, যারা আল্লাহর সাহায্য করে। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ পরাক্রমশালী শক্তিধর।
(They are) those who have been expelled from their homes in defiance of right,- (for no cause) except that they say, "our Lord is Allah". Did not Allah check one set of people by means of another, there would surely have been pulled down monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, in which the name of Allah is commemorated in abundant measure. Allah will certainly aid those who aid his (cause);- for verily Allah is full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to enforce His Will).		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
41 আমি তো শুধু একজন সুস্পষ্ট সতর্ককারী।
"I am sent only to warn plainly in public."		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৫)
42 উত্তরে তাঁর কওম শুধু এ কথাটিই বললো, লূত পরিবারকে তোমাদের জনপদ থেকে বের করে দাও। এরা তো এমন লোক যারা শুধু পাকপবিত্র সাজতে চায়।
But his people gave no other answer but this: they said, "Drive out the followers of Lut from your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!"		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
43 অতঃপর তারা যদি আপনার কথায় সাড়া না দেয়, তবে জানবেন, তারা শুধু নিজের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করে। আল্লাহর হেদায়েতের পরিবর্তে যে ব্যক্তি নিজ প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করে, তার চাইতে অধিক পথভ্রষ্ট আর কে? নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ জালেম সম্প্রদায়কে পথ দেখান না।
But if they hearken not to thee, know that they only follow their own lusts: and who is more astray than one who follow his own lusts, devoid of guidance from Allah? for Allah guides not people given to wrong-doing.		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
44 শুধুমাত্র তাদের ছাড়া যারা জাহান্নামে পৌছাবে।
Except such as are (themselves) going to the blazing Fire!		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৩)
45 আমাদের মধ্য থেকে শুধু কি তারই প্রতি উপদেশ বানী অবতীর্ণ হল? বস্তুতঃ ওরা আমার উপদেশ সম্পর্কে সন্দিহান; বরং ওরা এখনও আমার মার আস্বাদন করেনি।
"What! has the Message been sent to him - (Of all persons) among us?"... but they are in doubt concerning My (Own) Message! Nay, they have not yet tasted My Punishment!		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
46 তাঁর নিদর্শনসমূহের মধ্যে রয়েছে দিবস, রজনী, সূর্য ও চন্দ্র। তোমরা সূর্যকে সেজদা করো না, চন্দ্রকেও না; আল্লাহকে সেজদা কর, যিনি এগুলো সৃষ্টি করেছেন, যদি তোমরা নিষ্ঠার সাথে শুধুমাত্র তাঁরই এবাদত কর।
Among His Signs are the Night and the Day, and the Sun and the Moon. Do not prostrate to the sun and the moon, but prostrate to Allah, Who created them, if it is Him ye wish to serve.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭)
47 আরও দিয়েছিলাম তাদেরকে ধর্মের সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণাদি। অতঃপর তারা জ্ঞান লাভ করার পর শুধু পারস্পরিক জেদের বশবর্তী হয়ে মতভেদ সৃষ্টি করেছে। তারা যে বিষয়ে মতভেদ করত, আপনার পালনকর্তা কেয়ামতের দিন তার ফয়সালা করে দেবেন।
And We granted them Clear Signs in affairs (of Religion): it was only after knowledge had been granted to them that they fell into schisms, through insolent envy among themselves. Verily thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Judgment as to those matters in which they set up differences.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
48 তারা শুধু এই অপেক্ষাই করছে যে, কেয়ামত অকস্মাৎ তাদের কাছে এসে পড়ুক। বস্তুতঃ কেয়ামতের লক্ষণসমূহ তো এসেই পড়েছে। সুতরাং কেয়ামত এসে পড়লে তারা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে কেমন করে ?
Do they then only wait for the Hour,- that it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens thereof, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their admonition?		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
49 তারা তাদেরকে শাস্তি দিয়েছিল শুধু এ কারণে যে, তারা প্রশংসিত, পরাক্রান্ত আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছিল,
And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise!-		 (আল বুরূজ:
