নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	যখন তোমাদের দুটি দল সাহস হারাবার উপক্রম হলো, অথচ আল্লাহ তাদের সাহায্যকারী ছিলেন, আর আল্লাহর উপরই ভরসা করা মুমিনদের উচিত। Remember two of your parties Meditated cowardice; but Allah was their protector, and in Allah should the faithful (Ever) put their trust.	(আল ইমরান: আয়াতঃ ১২২)
2	আল্লাহর রহমতেই আপনি তাদের জন্য কোমল হৃদয় হয়েছেন পক্ষান্তরে আপনি যদি রাগ ও কঠিন হৃদয় হতেন তাহলে তারা আপনার কাছ থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে যেতো। কাজেই আপনি তাদের ক্ষমা করে দিন এবং তাদের জন্য মাগফেরাত কামনা করুন এবং কাজে কর্মে তাদের পরামর্শ করুন। অতঃপর যখন কোন কাজের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করে ফেলেন, তখন আল্লাহ তা’আলার উপর ভরসা করুন আল্লাহ তাওয়াক্কুল কারীদের ভালবাসেন। It is part of the Mercy of Allah that thou dost deal gently with them Wert thou severe or harsh-hearted, they would have broken away from about thee: so pass over (Their faults), and ask for (Allah's) forgiveness for them; and consult them in affairs (of moment). Then, when thou hast Taken a decision put thy trust in Allah. For Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him).	(আল ইমরান: আয়াতঃ ১৫৯)
3	যদি আল্লাহ তোমাদের সহায়তা করেন, তাহলে কেউ তোমাদের উপর পরাক্রান্ত হতে পারবে না। আর যদি তিনি তোমাদের সাহায্য না করেন, তবে এমন কে আছে, যে তোমাদের সাহায্য করতে পারে? আর আল্লাহর ওপরই মুসলমানগনের ভরসা করা উচিত। If Allah helps you, none can overcome you: If He forsakes you, who is there, after that, that can help you? in Allah, then, Let believers put their trust.	(আল ইমরান: আয়াতঃ ১৬০)
4	আর তারা বলে, আপনার আনুগত্য করি। অতঃপর আপনার নিকট থেকে বেরিয়ে গেলেই তাদের মধ্য থেকে কেউ কেউ পরামর্শ করে রাতের বেলায় সে কথার পরিপন্থী যা তারা আপনার সাথে বলেছিল। আর আল্লাহ লিখে নেন, সে সব পরামর্শ যা তারা করে থাকে। সুতরাং আপনি তাদের ব্যাপারে নিস্পৃহতা অবলম্বন করুন এবং ভরসা করুন আল্লাহর উপর, আল্লাহ হলেন যথেষ্ট ও কার্যসম্পাদনকারী। They have "Obedience" on their lips; but when they leave thee, a section of them Meditate all night on things very different from what thou tellest them. But Allah records their nightly (plots): So keep clear of them, and put thy trust in Allah, and enough is Allah as a disposer of affairs.	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ৮১)
5	হে মুমিনগণ, তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ স্মরণ কর, যখন এক সম্প্রদায় তোমাদের দিকে স্বীয় হস্ত প্রসারিত করতে সচেষ্ট হয়েছিল, তখন তিনি তাদের হস্ত তোমাদের থেকে প্রতিহত করে দিলেন। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং মুমিনদের আল্লাহর উপরই ভরসা করা উচিত। O ye who believe! Call in remembrance the favour of Allah unto you when certain men formed the design to stretch out their hands against you, but (Allah) held back their hands from you: so fear Allah. And on Allah let believers put (all) their trust.	(আল মায়িদাহ: আয়াতঃ ১১)
6	খোদাভীরুদের মধ্য থেকে দু’ব্যক্তি বলল, যাদের প্রতি আল্লাহ অনুগ্রহ করেছিলেনঃ তোমরা তাদের উপর আক্রমণ করে দরজায় প্রবেশ কর। অতঃপর তোমরা যখন তাতে প্রবেশ করবে, তখন তোমরাই জয়ী হবে। আর আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা কর যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও। (But) among (their) Allah-fearing men were two on whom Allah had bestowed His grace: They said: "Assault them at the (proper) Gate: when once ye are in, victory will be yours; But on Allah put your trust if ye have faith."	(আল মায়িদাহ: আয়াতঃ ২৩)
7	আমরা আল্লাহর প্রতি মিথ্যা অপবাদকারী হয়ে যাব যদি আমরা তোমাদের ধর্মে প্রত্যাবর্তন করি, অথচ তিনি আমাদেরকে এ থেকে মুক্তি দিয়েছেন। আমাদের কাজ নয় এ ধর্মে প্রত্যাবর্তন করা, কিন্তু আমাদের প্রতি পালক আল্লাহ যদি চান। আমাদের প্রতিপালক প্রত্যেক বস্তুকে স্বীয় জ্ঞান দ্বারা বেষ্টন করে আছেন। আল্লাহর প্রতিই আমরা ভরসা করেছি। হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক আমাদের ও আমাদের সম্প্রদায়ের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করে ছিল যথার্থ ফয়সালা। আপনিই শ্রেষ্টতম ফসলা ফয়সালাকারী। "We should indeed invent a lie against Allah, if we returned to your ways after Allah hath rescued us therefrom; nor could we by any manner of means return thereto unless it be as in the will and plan of Allah, Our Lord. Our Lord can reach out to the utmost recesses of things by His knowledge. In the Allah is our trust. our Lord! decide Thou between us and our people in truth, for Thou art the best to decide."	(আল আ'রাফ: আয়াতঃ ৮৯)
8	যারা ঈমানদার, তারা এমন যে, যখন আল্লাহর নাম নেয়া হয় তখন ভীত হয়ে পড়ে তাদের অন্তর। আর যখন তাদের সামনে পাঠ করা হয় কালাম, তখন তাদের ঈমান বেড়ে যায় এবং তারা স্বীয় পরওয়ার দেগারের প্রতি ভরসা পোষণ করে। For, Believers are those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a tremor in their hearts, and when they hear His signs rehearsed, find their faith strengthened, and put (all) their trust in their Lord;	(আল-আনফাল: আয়াতঃ ২)
9	যখন মোনাফেকরা বলতে লাগল এবং যাদের অন্তর ব্যাধিগ্রস্ত, এরা নিজেদের ধর্মের উপর গর্বিত। বস্তুতঃ যারা ভরসা করে আল্লাহর উপর, সে নিশ্চিন্ত, কেননা আল্লাহ অতি পরাক্রমশীল, সুবিজ্ঞ। Lo! the hypocrites say, and those in whose hearts is a disease: "These people,- their religion has misled them." But if any trust in Allah, behold! Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.	(আল-আনফাল: আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
10	আর যদি তারা সন্ধি করতে আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করে, তাহলে তুমিও সে দিকেই আগ্রহী হও এবং আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা কর। নিঃসন্দেহে তিনি শ্রবণকারী; পরিজ্ঞাত। But if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust in Allah: for He is One that heareth and knoweth (all things).	(আল-আনফাল: আয়াতঃ ৬১)
11	আপনি বলুন, আমাদের কাছে কিছুই পৌঁছবে না, কিন্তু যা আল্লাহ আমাদের জন্য রেখেছেন; তিনি আমাদের কার্যনির্বাহক। আল্লাহর উপরই মুমিনদের ভরসা করা উচিত। Say: "Nothing will happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us: He is our protector": and on Allah let the Believers put their trust.	(আত তাওবাহ: আয়াতঃ ৫১)
12	এ সত্ত্বেও যদি তারা বিমুখ হয়ে থাকে, তবে বলে দাও, আল্লাহই আমার জন্য যথেষ্ট, তিনি ব্যতীত আর কারো বন্দেগী নেই। আমি তাঁরই ভরসা করি এবং তিনিই মহান আরশের অধিপতি। But if they turn away, Say: "Allah sufficeth me: there is no god but He: On Him is my trust,- He the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme!"	(আত তাওবাহ: আয়াতঃ ১২৯)
13	আর তাদেরকে শুনিয়ে দাও নূহের অবস্থা যখন সে স্বীয় সম্প্রদায়কে বলল, হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, যদি তোমাদের মাঝে আমার অবস্থিতি এবং আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহের মাধ্যমে নসীহত করা ভারী বলে মনে হয়ে থাকে, তবে আমি আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করছি। এখন তোমরা সবাই মিলে নিজেরদের কর্ম সাব্যস্ত কর এবং এতে তোমাদের শরীকদেরকে সমবেত করে নাও, যাতে তোমাদের মাঝে নিজেদের কাজের ব্যাপারে কোন সন্দেহ-সংশয় না থাকে। অতঃপর আমার সম্পর্কে যা কিছু করার করে ফেল এবং আমাকে অব্যাহতি দিও না। Relate to them the story of Noah. Behold! he said to his people: "O my people, if it be hard on your (mind) that I should stay (with you) and commemorate the signs of Allah,- yet I put my trust in Allah. Get ye then an agreement about your plan and among your partners, so your plan be on to you dark and dubious. Then pass your sentence on me, and give me no respite.	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ৭১)
14	আর মূসা বলল, হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা যদি আল্লাহর উপর ঈমান এনে থাক, তবে তারই উপর ভরসা কর যদি তোমরা ফরমাবরদার হয়ে থাক। Moses said: "O my people! If ye do (really) believe in Allah, then in Him put your trust if ye submit (your will to His)."	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
15	তখন তারা বলল, আমরা আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করেছি। হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদের উপর এ জালেম কওমের শক্তি পরীক্ষা করিও না। They said: "In Allah do we put out trust. Our Lord! make us not a trial for those who practise oppression;	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
16	আমি আল্লাহর উপর নিশ্চিত ভরসা করেছি যিনি আমার এবং তোমাদের পরওয়ারদেগার। পৃথিবীর বুকে বিচরণকারী এমন কোন প্রাণী নাই যা তাঁর র্পূণ আয়ত্তাধীন নয়। আমার পালকর্তার সরল পথে সন্দেহ নেই। "I put my trust in Allah, My Lord and your Lord! There is not a moving creature, but He hath grasp of its fore-lock. Verily, it is my Lord that is on a straight Path.	(হুদ: আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
17	আর আল্লাহর কাছেই আছে আসমান ও যমীনের গোপন তথ্য; আর সকল কাজের প্রত্যাবর্তন তাঁরই দিকে; অতএব, তাঁরই বন্দেগী কর এবং তাঁর উপর ভরসা রাখ, আর তোমাদের কার্যকলাপ সম্বন্ধে তোমার পালনকর্তা কিন্তু বে-খবর নন। To Allah do belong the unseen (secrets) of the heavens and the earth, and to Him goeth back every affair (for decision): then worship Him, and put thy trust in Him: and thy Lord is not unmindful of aught that ye do.	(হুদ: আয়াতঃ ১২৩)
18	ইয়াকুব বললেনঃ হে আমার বৎসগণ! সবাই একই প্রবেশদ্বার দিয়ে যেয়ো না, বরং পৃথক পৃথক দরজা দিয়ে প্রবেশ করো। আল্লাহর কোন বিধান থেকে আমি তোমাদেরকে রক্ষা করতে পারি না। নির্দেশ আল্লাহরই চলে। তাঁরই উপর আমি ভরসা করি এবং তাঁরই উপর ভরসা করা উচিত ভরসাকারীদের। Further he said: "O my sons! enter not all by one gate: enter ye by different gates. Not that I can profit you aught against Allah (with my advice): None can command except Allah: On Him do I put my trust: and let all that trust put their trust on Him."	(ইউসূফ: আয়াতঃ ৬৭)
19	এমনিভাবে আমি আপনাকে একটি উম্মতের মধ্যে প্রেরণ করেছি। তাদের পূর্বে অনেক উম্মত অতিক্রান্ত হয়েছে। যাতে আপনি তাদেরকে ঐ নির্দেশ শুনিয়ে দেন, যা আমি আপনার কাছে প্রেরণ করেছি। তথাপি তারা দয়াময়কে অস্বীকার করে। বলুনঃ তিনিই আমার পালনকর্তা। তিনি ব্যতীত কারও উপাসনা নাই। আমি তাঁর উপরই ভরসা করেছি এবং তাঁর দিকেই আমার প্রত্যাবর্তণ। Thus have we sent thee amongst a People before whom (long since) have (other) Peoples (gone and) passed away; in order that thou mightest rehearse unto them what We send down unto thee by inspiration; yet do they reject (Him), the Most Gracious! Say: "He is my Lord! There is no god but He! On Him is my trust, and to Him do I turn!"	(রা'দ: আয়াতঃ ৩০)
20	তাদের পয়গম্বর তাদেরকে বলেনঃ আমারাও তোমাদের মত মানুষ, কিন্তু আল্লাহ বান্দাদের মধ্য থেকে যার উপরে ইচ্ছা, অনুগ্রহ করেন। আল্লাহর নির্দেশ ব্যতীত তোমাদের কাছে প্রমাণ নিয়ে আসা আমাদের কাজ নয়; ঈমানদারদের আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করা চাই। Their messengers said to them: "True, we are human like yourselves, but Allah doth grant His grace to such of his servants as He pleases. It is not for us to bring you an authority except as Allah permits. And on Allah let all men of faith put their trust.	(ইব্রাহীম: আয়াতঃ ১১)
21	আমাদের আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা না করার কি কারণ থাকতে পারে, অথচ তিনি আমাদেরকে আমাদের পথ বলে দিয়েছেন। তোমরা আমাদেরকে যে পীড়ন করেছ, তজ্জন্যে আমরা সবর করব। ভরসাকারিগণের আল্লাহর উপরই ভরসা করা উচিত। "No reason have we why we should not put our trust on Allah. Indeed He Has guided us to the Ways we (follow). We shall certainly bear with patience all the hurt you may cause us. For those who put their trust should put their trust on Allah."	(ইব্রাহীম: আয়াতঃ ১২)
22	যারা দৃঢ়পদ রয়েছে এবং তাদের পালনকর্তার উপর ভরসা করেছে। (They are) those who persevere in patience, and put their trust on their Lord.	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ৪২)
23	তার আধিপত্য চলে না তাদের উপর যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং আপন পালন কর্তার উপর ভরসা রাখে। No authority has he over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ৯৯)
24	আপনি সেই চিরঞ্জীবের উপর ভরসা করুন, যার মৃত্যু নেই এবং তাঁর প্রশংসাসহ পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করুন। তিনি বান্দার গোনাহ সম্পর্কে যথেষ্ট খবরদার। And put thy trust in Him Who lives and dies not; and celebrate his praise; and enough is He to be acquainted with the faults of His servants;-	(আল-ফুরকান: আয়াতঃ ৫৮)
25	আপনি ভরসা করুন পরাক্রমশালী, পরম দয়ালুর উপর, And put thy trust on the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,-	(আশ-শো'আরা: আয়াতঃ ২১৭)
26	অতএব, আপনি আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করুন। নিশ্চয় আপনি সত্য ও স্পষ্ট পথে আছেন। So put thy trust in Allah: for thou art on (the path of) manifest Truth.	(নমল: আয়াতঃ ৭৯)
27	মূসা বললেন, আমার ও আপনার মধ্যে এই চুক্তি স্থির হল। দু’টি মেয়াদের মধ্য থেকে যে কোন একটি পূর্ণ করলে আমার বিরুদ্ধে কোন অভিযোগ থাকবে না। আমরা যা বলছি, তাতে আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা। He said: "Be that (the agreement) between me and thee: whichever of the two terms I fulfil, let there be no ill-will to me. Be Allah a witness to what we say."	(আল কাসাস: আয়াতঃ ২৮)
28	যারা সবর করে এবং তাদের পালনকর্তার উপর ভরসা করে। Those who persevere in patience, and put their trust, in their Lord and Cherisher.	(আল আনকাবুত: আয়াতঃ ৫৯)
29	তাঁর আরও নিদর্শনঃ তিনি তোমাদেরকে দেখান বিদ্যুৎ, ভয় ও ভরসার জন্যে এবং আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেন, অতঃপর তদ্দ্বারা ভূমির মৃত্যুর পর তাকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেন। নিশ্চয় এতে বুদ্ধিমান লোকদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে। And among His Signs, He shows you the lightning, by way both of fear and of hope, and He sends down rain from the sky and with it gives life to the earth after it is dead: verily in that are Signs for those who are wise.	(আর-রূম: আয়াতঃ ২৪)
30	আপনি আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করুন। কার্যনির্বাহীরূপে আল্লাহই যথেষ্ট। And put thy trust in Allah, and enough is Allah as a disposer of affairs.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ৩)
31	আপনি কাফের ও মুনাফিকদের আনুগত্য করবেন না এবং তাদের উৎপীড়ন উপেক্ষা করুন ও আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করুন। আল্লাহ কার্যনিবার্হীরূপে যথেষ্ট। And obey not (the behests) of the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and heed not their annoyances, but put thy Trust in Allah. For enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
32	অতএব, তোমাদেরকে যা দেয়া হয়েছে তা পার্থিব জীবনের ভোগ মাত্র। আর আল্লাহর কাছে যা রয়েছে, তা উৎকৃষ্ট ও স্থায়ী তাদের জন্যে যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও তাদের পালনকর্তার উপর ভরসা করে। Whatever ye are given (here) is (but) a convenience of this life: but that which is with Allah is better and more lasting: (it is) for those who believe and put their trust in their Lord:	(আশ-শুরা: আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
33	এই কানাঘুষা তো শয়তানের কাজ; মুমিনদেরকে দুঃখ দেয়ার দেয়ার জন্যে। তবে আল্লাহর অনুমতি ব্যতীত সে তাদের কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারবে না। মুমিনদের উচিত আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করা। Secret counsels are only (inspired) by the Evil One, in order that he may cause grief to the Believers; but he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allah permits; and on Allah let the Believers put their trust.	(আল মুজাদালাহ: আয়াতঃ ১০)
34	তোমাদের জন্যে ইব্রাহীম ও তাঁর সঙ্গীগণের মধ্যে চমৎকার আদর্শ রয়েছে। তারা তাদের সম্প্রদায়কে বলেছিলঃ তোমাদের সাথে এবং তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যার এবাদত কর, তার সাথে আমাদের কোন সম্পর্ক নেই। আমরা তোমাদের মানি না। তোমরা এক আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন না করলে তোমাদের মধ্যে ও আমাদের মধ্যে চিরশত্রুতা থাকবে। কিন্তু ইব্রাহীমের উক্তি তাঁর পিতার উদ্দেশে এই আদর্শের ব্যতিক্রম। তিনি বলেছিলেনঃ আমি অবশ্যই তোমার জন্য ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করব। তোমার উপকারের জন্যে আল্লাহর কাছে আমার আর কিছু করার নেই। হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা! আমরা তোমারই উপর ভরসা করেছি, তোমারই দিকে মুখ করেছি এবং তোমারই নিকট আমাদের প্রত্যাবর্তন। There is for you an excellent example (to follow) in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people: "We are clear of you and of whatever ye worship besides Allah: we have rejected you, and there has arisen, between us and you, enmity and hatred for ever,- unless ye believe in Allah and Him alone": But not when Abraham said to his father: "I will pray for forgiveness for thee, though I have no power (to get) aught on thy behalf from Allah." (They prayed): "Our Lord! in Thee do we trust, and to Thee do we turn in repentance: to Thee is (our) Final Goal.	(আল মুমতাহিনা: আয়াতঃ ৪)
35	আল্লাহ তিনি ব্যতীত কোন মাবুদ নেই। অতএব মুমিনগণ আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করুক। Allah! There is no god but He: and on Allah, therefore, let the Believers put their trust.	(আত-তাগাবুন: আয়াতঃ ১৩)
36	এবং তাকে তার ধারণাতীত জায়গা থেকে রিযিক দেবেন। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করে তার জন্যে তিনিই যথেষ্ট। আল্লাহ তার কাজ পূর্ণ করবেন। আল্লাহ সবকিছুর জন্যে একটি পরিমাণ স্থির করে রেখেছেন। And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion.	(আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব: আয়াতঃ ৩)
37	বলুন, তিনি পরম করুণাময়, আমরা তাতে বিশ্বাস রাখি এবং তাঁরই উপর ভরসা করি। সত্ত্বরই তোমরা জানতে পারবে, কে প্রকাশ্য পথ-ভ্রষ্টতায় আছে। Say: "He is (Allah) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error."	(আল মুলক: আয়াতঃ ২৯)
