নং আয়াত সূরা
1 আর তাদের উদাহরণ সেসব লোকের মত যারা দুর্যোগপূর্ণ ঝড়ো রাতে পথ চলে, যাতে থাকে আঁধার, গর্জন ও বিদ্যুৎচমক। মৃত্যুর ভয়ে গর্জনের সময় কানে আঙ্গুল দিয়ে রক্ষা পেতে চায়। অথচ সমস্ত কাফেরই আল্লাহ কর্তৃক পরিবেষ্ঠিত।
Or (another similitude) is that of a rain-laden cloud from the sky: In it are zones of darkness, and thunder and lightning: They press their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunder-clap, the while they are in terror of death. But Allah is ever round the rejecters of Faith!		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
2 আল্লাহ পাক নিঃসন্দেহে মশা বা তদুর্ধ্ব বস্তু দ্বারা উপমা পেশ করতে লজ্জাবোধ করেন না। বস্তুতঃ যারা মুমিন তারা নিশ্চিতভাবে বিশ্বাস করে যে, তাদের পালনকর্তা কর্তৃক উপস্থাপিত এ উপমা সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভূল ও সঠিক। আর যারা কাফের তারা বলে, এরূপ উপমা উপস্থাপনে আল্লাহর মতলবই বা কি ছিল। এ দ্বারা আল্লাহ তা’আলা অনেককে বিপথগামী করেন, আবার অনেককে সঠিক পথও প্রদর্শন করেন। তিনি অনুরূপ উপমা দ্বারা অসৎ ব্যক্তিবর্গ ভিন্ন কাকেও বিপথগামী করেন না।
Allah disdains not to use the similitude of things, lowest as well as highest. Those who believe know that it is truth from their Lord; but those who reject Faith say: "What means Allah by this similitude?" By it He causes many to stray, and many He leads into the right path; but He causes not to stray, except those who forsake (the path),-		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
3 যখন ইব্রাহীমকে তাঁর পালনকর্তা কয়েকটি বিষয়ে পরীক্ষা করলেন, অতঃপর তিনি তা পূর্ণ করে দিলেন, তখন পালনকর্তা বললেন, আমি তোমাকে মানবজাতির নেতা করব। তিনি বললেন, আমার বংশধর থেকেও! তিনি বললেন আমার অঙ্গীকার অত্যাচারীদের পর্যন্ত পৌঁছাবে না।
And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands, which he fulfilled: He said: "I will make thee an Imam to the Nations." He pleaded: "And also (Imams) from my offspring!" He answered: "But My Promise is not within the reach of evil-doers."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৪)
4 আর তোমরা যেখান থেকেই বেরিয়ে আস এবং যেখানেই অবস্থান কর, সেদিকেই মুখ ফেরাও, যাতে করে মানুষের জন্য তোমাদের সাথে ঝগড়া করার অবকাশ না থাকে। অবশ্য যারা অবিবেচক, তাদের কথা আলাদা। কাজেই তাদের আপত্তিতে ভীত হয়ো না। আমাকেই ভয় কর। যাতে আমি তোমাদের জন্যে আমার অনুগ্রহ সমূহ পূর্ণ করে দেই এবং তাতে যেন তোমরা সরলপথ প্রাপ্ত হও।
So from whencesoever Thou startest forth, turn Thy face in the direction of the sacred Mosque; and wheresoever ye are, Turn your face thither: that there be no ground of dispute against you among the people, except those of them that are bent on wickedness; so fear them not, but fear Me; and that I may complete My favours on you, and ye May (consent to) be guided;		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫০)
5 আর এটা এজন্যে যে, আল্লাহ নাযিল করেছেন সত্যপূর্ণ কিতাব। আর যারা কেতাবের মাঝে মতবিরোধ সৃষ্টি করেছে নিশ্চয়ই তারা জেদের বশবর্তী হয়ে অনেক দূরে চলে গেছে।
(Their doom is) because Allah sent down the Book in truth but those who seek causes of dispute in the Book are in a schism Far (from the purpose).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৬)
6 রোযার রাতে তোমাদের স্ত্রীদের সাথে সহবাস করা তোমাদের জন্য হালাল করা হয়েছে। তারা তোমাদের পরিচ্ছদ এবং তোমরা তাদের পরিচ্ছদ। আল্লাহ অবগত রয়েছেন যে, তোমরা আত্নপ্রতারণা করছিলে, সুতরাং তিনি তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করেছেন এবং তোমাদের অব্যাহতি দিয়েছেন। অতঃপর তোমরা নিজেদের স্ত্রীদের সাথে সহবাস কর এবং যা কিছু তোমাদের জন্য আল্লাহ দান করেছেন, তা আহরন কর। আর পানাহার কর যতক্ষণ না কাল রেখা থেকে ভোরের শুভ্র রেখা পরিষ্কার দেখা যায়। অতঃপর রোযা পূর্ণ কর রাত পর্যন্ত। আর যতক্ষণ তোমরা এতেকাফ অবস্থায় মসজিদে অবস্থান কর, ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত স্ত্রীদের সাথে মিশো না। এই হলো আল্লাহ কর্তৃক বেঁধে দেয়া সীমানা। অতএব, এর কাছেও যেও না। এমনিভাবে বর্ণনা করেন আল্লাহ নিজের আয়াত সমূহ মানুষের জন্য, যাতে তারা বাঁচতে পারে।
Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and ye are their garments. Allah knoweth what ye used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them, and seek what Allah Hath ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast Till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are Limits (set by) Allah: Approach not nigh thereto. Thus doth Allah make clear His Signs to men: that they may learn self-restraint.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৭)
7 আর তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশ্যে হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ পরিপূর্ণ ভাবে পালন কর। যদি তোমরা বাধা প্রাপ্ত হও, তাহলে কোরবানীর জন্য যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তাই তোমাদের উপর ধার্য। আর তোমরা ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত মাথা মুন্ডন করবে না, যতক্ষণ না কোরবাণী যথাস্থানে পৌছে যাবে। যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়বে কিংবা মাথায় যদি কোন কষ্ট থাকে, তাহলে তার পরিবর্তে রোজা করবে কিংবা খয়রাত দেবে অথবা কুরবানী করবে। আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ একত্রে একই সাথে পালন করতে চাও, তবে যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তা দিয়ে কুরবানী করাই তার উপর কর্তব্য। বস্তুতঃ যারা কোরবানীর পশু পাবে না, তারা হজ্জ্বের দিনগুলোর মধ্যে রোজা রাখবে তিনটি আর সাতটি রোযা রাখবে ফিরে যাবার পর। এভাবে দশটি রোযা পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে। এ নির্দেশটি তাদের জন্য, যাদের পরিবার পরিজন মসজিদুল হারামের আশে-পাশে বসবাস করে না। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। সন্দেহাতীতভাবে জেনো যে, আল্লাহর আযাব বড়ই কঠিন।
And complete the Hajj or 'umra in the service of Allah. But if ye are prevented (From completing it), send an offering for sacrifice, such as ye may find, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches the place of sacrifice. And if any of you is ill, or has an ailment in his scalp, (Necessitating shaving), (He should) in compensation either fast, or feed the poor, or offer sacrifice; and when ye are in peaceful conditions (again), if any one wishes to continue the 'umra on to the hajj, He must make an offering, such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, He should fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, Making ten days in all. This is for those whose household is not in (the precincts of) the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah, and know that Allah Is strict in punishment.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৯৬)
8 হজ্জ্বে কয়েকটি মাস আছে সুবিদিত। এসব মাসে যে লোক হজ্জ্বের পরিপূর্ণ নিয়ত করবে, তার পক্ষে স্ত্রীও সাথে নিরাভরণ হওয়া জায়েজ নয়। না অশোভন কোন কাজ করা, না ঝাগড়া-বিবাদ করা হজ্জ্বের সেই সময় জায়েজ নয়। আর তোমরা যাকিছু সৎকাজ কর, আল্লাহ তো জানেন। আর তোমরা পাথেয় সাথে নিয়ে নাও। নিঃসন্দেহে সর্বোত্তম পাথেয় হচ্ছে আল্লাহর ভয়। আর আমাকে ভয় করতে থাক, হে বুদ্ধিমানগন! তোমাদের উপর তোমাদের পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ অন্বেষণ করায় কোন পাপ নেই।
For Hajj are the months well known. If any one undertakes that duty therein, Let there be no obscenity, nor wickedness, nor wrangling in the Hajj. And whatever good ye do, (be sure) Allah knoweth it. And take a provision (With you) for the journey, but the best of provisions is right conduct. So fear Me, o ye that are wise.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৯৭)
9 হে ঈমানদার গন! তোমরা পরিপূর্ণভাবে ইসলামের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যাও এবং শয়তানের পদাংক অনুসরণ কর না। নিশ্চিত রূপে সে তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য শত্রু।
O ye who believe! Enter into Islam whole-heartedly; and follow not the footsteps of the evil one; for he is to you an avowed enemy.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২০৮)
10 আর সন্তানবতী নারীরা তাদের সন্তানদেরকে পূর্ন দু’বছর দুধ খাওয়াবে, যদি দুধ খাওয়াবার পূর্ণ মেয়াদ সমাপ্ত করতে চায়। আর সন্তানের অধিকারী অর্থাৎ, পিতার উপর হলো সে সমস্ত নারীর খোর-পোষের দায়িত্ব প্রচলিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী। কাউকে তার সামর্থাতিরিক্ত চাপের সম্মুখীন করা হয় না। আর মাকে তার সন্তানের জন্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করা যাবে না। এবং যার সন্তান তাকেও তার সন্তানের কারণে ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন করা যাবে না। আর ওয়ারিসদের উপরও দায়িত্ব এই। তারপর যদি পিতা-মাতা ইচ্ছা করে, তাহলে দু’বছরের ভিতরেই নিজেদের পারস্পরিক পরামর্শক্রমে দুধ ছাড়িয়ে দিতে পারে, তাতে তাদের কোন পাপ নেই, আর যদি তোমরা কোন ধাত্রীর দ্বারা নিজের সন্তানদেরকে দুধ খাওয়াতে চাও, তাহলে যদি তোমরা সাব্যস্তকৃত প্রচলিত বিনিময় দিয়ে দাও তাতেও কোন পাপ নেই। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং জেনে রেখো যে, আল্লাহ তোমাদের যাবতীয় কাজ অত্যন্ত ভাল করেই দেখেন।
The mothers shall give such to their offspring for two whole years, if the father desires to complete the term. But he shall bear the cost of their food and clothing on equitable terms. No soul shall have a burden laid on it greater than it can bear. No mother shall be Treated unfairly on account of her child. Nor father on account of his child, an heir shall be chargeable in the same way. If they both decide on weaning, by mutual consent, and after due consultation, there is no blame on them. If ye decide on a foster-mother for your offspring, there is no blame on you, provided ye pay (the mother) what ye offered, on equitable terms. But fear Allah and know that Allah sees well what ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩৩)
11 আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা মৃত্যুবরণ করবে এবং নিজেদের স্ত্রীদেরকে ছেড়ে যাবে, তখন সে স্ত্রীদের কর্তব্য হলো নিজেকে চার মাস দশ দিন পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করিয়ে রাখা। তারপর যখন ইদ্দত পূর্ণ করে নেবে, তখন নিজের ব্যাপারে নীতি সঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা নিলে কোন পাপ নেই। আর তোমাদের যাবতীয় কাজের ব্যাপারেই আল্লাহর অবগতি রয়েছে।
If any of you die and leave widows behind, they shall wait concerning themselves four months and ten days: When they have fulfilled their term, there is no blame on you if they dispose of themselves in a just and reasonable manner. And Allah is well acquainted with what ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩৪)
12 বনী-ইসরাঈলদেরকে তাদের নবী আরো বললেন, তালূতের নেতৃত্বের চিহ্ন হলো এই যে, তোমাদের কাছে একটা সিন্দুক আসবে তোমাদের পালকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের মনের সন্তুষ্টির নিমিত্তে। আর তাতে থাকবে মূসা, হারুন এবং তাঁদের সন্তানবর্গের পরিত্যক্ত কিছু সামগ্রী। সিন্দুকটিকে বয়ে আনবে ফেরেশতারা। তোমরা যদি ঈমানদার হয়ে থাক, তাহলে এতে তোমাদের জন্য নিশ্চিতই পরিপূর্ণ নিদর্শন রয়েছে।
And (further) their Prophet said to them: "A Sign of his authority is that there shall come to you the Ark of the covenant, with (an assurance) therein of security from your Lord, and the relics left by the family of Moses and the family of Aaron, carried by angels. In this is a symbol for you if ye indeed have faith."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪৮)
13 হে ঈমানদারগণ!তোমরা অনুগ্রহের কথা প্রকাশ করে এবং কষ্ট দিয়ে নিজেদের দান খয়রাত বরবাদ করো না সে ব্যক্তির মত যে নিজের ধন-সম্পদ লোক দেখানোর উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যয় করে এবং আল্লাহ ও পরকালের প্রতি বিশ্বাস রাখে না। অতএব, এ ব্যাক্তির দৃষ্টান্ত একটি মসৃণ পাথরের মত যার উপর কিছু মাটি পড়েছিল। অতঃপর এর উপর প্রবল বৃষ্টি বর্ষিত হলো, অনন্তর তাকে সম্পূর্ণ পরিষ্কার করে দিল। তারা ঐ বস্তুর কোন সওয়াব পায় না, যা তারা উপার্জন করেছে। আল্লাহ কাফের সম্প্রদায়কে পথ প্রদর্শন করেন না।
O ye who believe! cancel not your charity by reminders of your generosity or by injury,- like those who spend their substance to be seen of men, but believe neither in Allah nor in the Last Day. They are in parable like a hard, barren rock, on which is a little soil: on it falls heavy rain, which leaves it (Just) a bare stone. They will be able to do nothing with aught they have earned. And Allah guideth not those who reject faith.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৬৪)
14 আর তোমরা যদি প্রবাসে থাক এবং কোন লেখক না পাও তবে বন্ধকী বন্তু হস্তগত রাখা উচিত। যদি একে অন্যকে বিশ্বাস করে, তবে যাকে বিশ্বাস করা হয়, তার উচিত অন্যের প্রাপ্য পরিশোধ করা এবং স্বীয় পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর! তোমরা সাক্ষ্য গোপন করো না। যে কেউ তা গোপন করবে, তার অন্তর পাপপূর্ণ হবে। তোমরা যা করা, আল্লাহ সে সম্পর্কে খুব জ্ঞাত।
If ye are on a journey, and cannot find a scribe, a pledge with possession (may serve the purpose). And if one of you deposits a thing on trust with another, Let the trustee (Faithfully) discharge His trust, and let him fear his Lord. Conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it,- His heart is tainted with sin. And Allah Knoweth all that ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৮৩)
15 যখন তিনি মায়ের কোলে থাকবেন এবং পূর্ণ বয়স্ক হবেন তখন তিনি মানুষের সাথে কথা বলবেন। আর তিনি সৎকর্মশীলদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন।
"He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company) of the righteous."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
16 আর কোন বিষয় গোপন করে রাখা নবীর কাজ নয়। আর যে লোক গোপন করবে সে কিয়ামতের দিন সেই গোপন বস্তু নিয়ে আসবে। অতঃপর পরিপূর্ণভাবে পাবে প্রত্যেকে, যা সে অর্জন করেছে। আর তাদের প্রতি কোন অন্যায় করা হবে না।
No prophet could (ever) be false to his trust. If any person is so false, He shall, on the Day of Judgment, restore what he misappropriated; then shall every soul receive its due,- whatever it earned,- and none shall be dealt with unjustly.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৬১)
17 প্রত্যেক প্রাণীকে আস্বাদন করতে হবে মৃত্যু। আর তোমরা কিয়ামতের দিন পরিপূর্ণ বদলা প্রাপ্ত হবে। তারপর যাকে দোযখ থেকে দূরে রাখা হবে এবং জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করানো হবে, তার কার্যসিদ্ধি ঘটবে। আর পার্থিব জীবন ধোঁকা ছাড়া অন্য কোন সম্পদ নয়।
Every soul shall have a taste of death: And only on the Day of Judgment shall you be paid your full recompense. Only he who is saved far from the Fire and admitted to the Garden will have attained the object (of Life): For the life of this world is but goods and chattels of deception.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৫)
18 আর যখন আপনি তাদেরকে বলবেন, আল্লাহর নির্দেশের দিকে এসো-যা তিনি রসূলের প্রতি নাযিল করেছেন, তখন আপনি মুনাফেকদিগকে দেখবেন, ওরা আপনার কাছ থেকে সম্পূর্ণ ভাবে সরে যাচ্ছে।
When it is said to them: "Come to what Allah hath revealed, and to the Messenger": Thou seest the Hypocrites avert their faces from thee in disgust.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৬১)
19 তোমরা কখনও নারীদেরকে সমান রাখতে পারবে না, যদিও এর আকাঙ্ক্ষী হও। অতএব, সম্পূর্ণ ঝুঁকেও পড়ো না যে, একজনকে ফেলে রাখ দোদুল্যমান অবস্থায়। যদি সংশোধন কর এবং খোদাভীরু হও, তবে আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুণাময়।
Ye are never able to be fair and just as between women, even if it is your ardent desire: But turn not away (from a woman) altogether, so as to leave her (as it were) hanging (in the air). If ye come to a friendly understanding, and practise self-restraint, Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৯)
20 হে ঈমানদারগণ, আল্লাহর উপর পরিপূর্ণ বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর এবং বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর তাঁর রসূলও তাঁর কিতাবের উপর, যা তিনি নাযিল করেছেন স্বীয় রসূলের উপর এবং সেসমস্ত কিতাবের উপর, যেগুলো নাযিল করা হয়েছিল ইতিপূর্বে। যে আল্লাহর উপর, তাঁর ফেরেশতাদের উপর, তাঁর কিতাব সমূহের উপর এবং রসূলগণের উপর ও কিয়ামতদিনের উপর বিশ্বাস করবে না, সে পথভ্রষ্ট হয়ে বহু দূরে গিয়ে পড়বে।
O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and the scripture which He hath sent to His Messenger and the scripture which He sent to those before (him). Any who denieth Allah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Day of Judgment, hath gone far, far astray.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৬)
21 অতঃপর যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং সৎকাজ করেছে, তিনি তাদেরকে পরিপূর্ণ সওয়াব দান করবেন, বরং স্বীয় অনুগ্রহে আরো বেশী দেবেন। পক্ষান্তরে যারা লজ্জাবোধ করেছে এবং অহঙ্কার করেছে তিনি তাদেরকে দেবেন বেদনাদায়ক আযাব। আল্লাহকে ছাড়া তারা কোন সাহায্যকারী ও সমর্থক পাবে না।
But to those who believe and do deeds of righteousness, He will give their (due) rewards,- and more, out of His bounty: But those who are disdainful and arrogant, He will punish with a grievous penalty; Nor will they find, besides Allah, any to protect or help them.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৩)
22 তোমাদের জন্যে হারাম করা হয়েছে মৃত জীব, রক্ত, শুকরের মাংস, যেসব জন্তু আল্লাহ ছাড়া অন্যের নামে উৎসর্গকৃত হয়, যা কন্ঠরোধে মারা যায়, যা আঘাত লেগে মারা যায়, যা উচ্চ স্থান থেকে পতনের ফলে মারা যা, যা শিং এর আঘাতে মারা যায় এবং যাকে হিংস্র জন্তু ভক্ষণ করেছে, কিন্তু যাকে তোমরা যবেহ করেছ। যে জন্তু যজ্ঞবেদীতে যবেহ করা হয় এবং যা ভাগ্য নির্ধারক শর দ্বারা বন্টন করা হয়। এসব গোনাহর কাজ। আজ কাফেররা তোমাদের দ্বীন থেকে নিরাশ হয়ে গেছে। অতএব তাদেরকে ভয় করো না বরং আমাকে ভয় কর। আজ আমি তোমাদের জন্যে তোমাদের দ্বীনকে পূর্নাঙ্গ করে দিলাম, তোমাদের প্রতি আমার অবদান সম্পূর্ণ করে দিলাম এবং ইসলামকে তোমাদের জন্যে দ্বীন হিসেবে পছন্দ করলাম। অতএব যে ব্যাক্তি তীব্র ক্ষুধায় কাতর হয়ে পড়ে; কিন্তু কোন গোনাহর প্রতি প্রবণতা না থাকে, তবে নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তা’আলা ক্ষমাশীল।
Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than Allah; that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But if any is forced by hunger, with no inclination to transgression, Allah is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
23 হে মুমিনগণ, যখন তোমরা নামাযের জন্যে উঠ, তখন স্বীয় মুখমন্ডল ও হস্তসমূহ কনুই পর্যন্ত ধৌত কর, মাথা মুছেহ কর এবং পদযুগল গিটসহ। যদি তোমরা অপবিত্র হও তবে সারা দেহ পবিত্র করে নাও এবং যদি তোমরা রুগ্ন হও, অথবা প্রবাসে থাক অথবা তোমাদের কেউ প্রসাব-পায়খানা সেরে আসে অথবা তোমরা স্ত্রীদের সাথে সহবাস কর, অতঃপর পানি না পাও, তবে তোমরা পবিত্র মাটি দ্বারা তায়াম্মুম করে নাও-অর্থাৎ, স্বীয় মুখ-মন্ডল ও হস্তদ্বয় মাটি দ্বারা মুছে ফেল। আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে অসুবিধায় ফেলতে চান না; কিন্তু তোমাদেরকে পবিত্র রাখতে চান এবং তোমাদের প্রতি স্বীয় নেয়ামত পূর্ণ করতে চান-যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞাতা প্রকাশ কর।
O ye who believe! when ye prepare for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands (and arms) to the elbows; Rub your heads (with water); and (wash) your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity, bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands, Allah doth not wish to place you in a difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that ye may be grateful.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
24 আমি তো তাদেরকে কিছুই বলিনি, শুধু সে কথাই বলেছি যা আপনি বলতে আদেশ করেছিলেন যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর দাসত্ব অবলম্বন কর যিনি আমার ও তোমাদের পালনকর্তা আমি তাদের সম্পর্কে অবগত ছিলাম যতদিন তাদের মধ্যে ছিলাম। অতঃপর যখন আপনি আমাকে লোকান্তরিত করলেন, তখন থেকে আপনিই তাদের সম্পর্কে অবগত রয়েছেন। আপনি সর্ববিষয়ে পূর্ণ পরিজ্ঞাত।
"Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৭)
25 তিনিই রাত্রি বেলায় তোমাদেরকে করায়ত্ত করে নেন এবং যা কিছু তোমরা দিনের বেলায় কর, তা জানেন। অতঃপর তোমাদেরকে দিবসে সম্মুখিত করেন-যাতে নির্দিষ্ট ওয়াদা পূর্ণ হয়।
It is He who doth take your souls by night, and hath knowledge of all that ye have done by day: by day doth He raise you up again; that a term appointed be fulfilled; In the end unto Him will be your return; then will He show you the truth of all that ye did.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
26 আপনার প্রতিপালকের বাক্য পূর্ণ সত্য ও সুষম। তাঁর বাক্যের কোন পরিবর্তনকারী নেই। তিনিই শ্রবণকারী, মহাজ্ঞানী।
The word of thy Lord doth find its fulfilment in truth and in justice: None can change His words: for He is the one who heareth and knoweth all.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১১৫)
27 আর যদি আপনি পৃথিবীর অধিকাংশ লোকের কথা মেনে নেন, তবে তারা আপনাকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিপথগামী করে দেবে। তারা শুধু অলীক কল্পনার অনুসরণ করে এবং সম্পূর্ণ অনুমান ভিত্তিক কথাবার্তা বলে থাকে।
Wert thou to follow the common run of those on earth, they will lead thee away from the way of Allah. They follow nothing but conjecture: they do nothing but lie.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১১৬)
28 এতীমদের ধনসম্পদের কাছেও যেয়ো না; কিন্তু উত্তম পন্থায় যে পর্যন্ত সে বয়ঃপ্রাপ্ত না হয়। ওজন ও মাপ পূর্ণ কর ন্যায় সহকারে। আমি কাউকে তার সাধ্যের অতীত কষ্ট দেই না। যখন তোমরা কথা বল, তখন সুবিচার কর, যদিও সে আত্নীয়ও হয়। আল্লাহর অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ কর।
And come not nigh to the orphan's property, except to improve it, until he attain the age of full strength; give measure and weight with (full) justice;- no burden do We place on any soul, but that which it can bear;- whenever ye speak, speak justly, even if a near relative is concerned; and fulfil the covenant of Allah: thus doth He command you, that ye may remember.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫২)
29 অতঃপর আমি মূসাকে গ্রন্থ দিয়েছি, সৎকর্মীদের প্রতি নেয়ামতপূর্ণ করার জন্যে, প্রত্যেক বস্তুর বিশদ বিবরণের জন্যে, হোদায়াতের জন্যে এবং করুণার জন্যে-যাতে তারা স্বীয় পালনকর্তার সাথে সাক্ষাতে বিশ্বাসী হয়।
Moreover, We gave Moses the Book, completing (Our favour) to those who would do right, and explaining all things in detail,- and a guide and a mercy, that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৪)
30 আল্লাহ বললেনঃ বের হয়ে যা এখান থেকে লাঞ্ছিত ও অপমানিত হয়ে। তাদের যে কেউ তোর পথেচলবে, নিশ্চয় আমি তোদের সবার দ্বারা জাহান্নাম পূর্ণ করে দিব।
(Allah) said: "Get out from this, disgraced and expelled. If any of them follow thee,- Hell will I fill with you all.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
31 আর যাদেরকে দুর্বল মনে করা হত তাদেরকেও আমি উত্তরাধিকার দান করেছি এ ভুখন্ডের পূর্ব ও পশ্চিম অঞ্চলের যাতে আমি বরকত সন্নিহিত রেখেছি এবং পরিপূর্ণ হয়ে গেছে তোমার পালনকর্তার প্রতিশ্রুত কল্যাণ বনী-ইসরাঈলদের জন্য তাদের ধৈর্য্যধারণের দরুন। আর ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছে সে সবকিছু যা তৈরী করেছিল ফেরাউন ও তার সম্প্রদায় এবং ধ্বংস করেছি যা কিছু তারা সুউচ্চ নির্মাণ করেছিল।
And We made a people, considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both east and west, - lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We levelled to the ground the great works and fine buildings which Pharaoh and his people erected (with such pride).		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৭)
32 আর আমি মূসাকে প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছি ত্রিশ রাত্রির এবং সেগুলোকে পূর্ন করেছি আরো দশ দ্বারা। বস্তুতঃ এভাবে চল্লিশ রাতের মেয়াদ পূর্ণ হয়ে গেছে। আর মূসা তাঁর ভাই হারুনকে বললেন, আমার সম্প্রদায়ে তুমি আমার প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে থাক। তাদের সংশোধন করতে থাক এবং হাঙ্গামা সৃষ্টিকারীদের পথে চলো না।
We appointed for Moses thirty nights, and completed (the period) with ten (more): thus was completed the term (of communion) with his Lord, forty nights. And Moses had charged his brother Aaron (before he went up): "Act for me amongst my people: Do right, and follow not the way of those who do mischief."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪২)
33 আর প্রস্তুত কর তাদের সাথে যুদ্ধের জন্য যাই কিছু সংগ্রহ করতে পার নিজের শক্তি সামর্থ্যের মধ্যে থেকে এবং পালিত ঘোড়া থেকে, যেন প্রভাব পড়ে আল্লাহর শুত্রুদের উপর এবং তোমাদের শত্রুদের উপর আর তাদেরকে ছাড়া অন্যান্যদের উপর ও যাদেরকে তোমরা জান না; আল্লাহ তাদেরকে চেনেন। বস্তুতঃ যা কিছু তোমরা ব্যয় করবে আল্লাহর রাহে, তা তোমরা পরিপূর্ণভাবে ফিরে পাবে এবং তোমাদের কোন হক অপূর্ণ থাকবে না।
Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
34 তারা তাদের মুখের ফুৎকারে আল্লাহর নূরকে নির্বাপিত করতে চায়। কিন্তু আল্লাহ অবশ্যই তাঁর নূরের পূর্ণতা বিধান করবেন, যদিও কাফেররা তা অপ্রীতিকর মনে করে।
Fain would they extinguish Allah's light with their mouths, but Allah will not allow but that His light should be perfected, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
35 এই মাস পিছিয়ে দেয়ার কাজ কেবল কুফরীর মাত্রা বৃদ্ধি করে, যার ফলে কাফেরগণ গোমরাহীতে পতিত হয়। এরা হালাল করে নেয় একে এক বছর এবং হারাম করে নেয় অন্য বছর, যাতে তারা গণনা পূর্ণ করে নেয় আল্লাহর নিষিদ্ধ মাসগুলোর। অতঃপর হালাল করে নেয় আল্লাহর হারামকৃত মাসগুলোকে। তাদের মন্দকাজগুলো তাদের জন্যে শোভনীয় করে দেয়া হল। আর আল্লাহ কাফের সম্প্রদায়কে হেদায়েত করেন না।
Verily the transposing (of a prohibited month) is an addition to Unbelief: the Unbelievers are led to wrong thereby: for they make it lawful one year, and forbidden another year, in order to adjust the number of months forbidden by Allah and make such forbidden ones lawful. The evil of their course seems pleasing to them. But Allah guideth not those who reject Faith.		 (আত তাওবাহ:

36 আলিফ-লাম-র, এগুলো হেকমতপূর্ণ কিতাবের আয়াত।
A. L. R. These are the ayats of the Book of Wisdom.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ১)
37 আর তোমার পরওয়ারদেগার যখন কোন পাপপূর্ণ জনপদকে ধরেন, তখন এমনিভাবেই ধরে থাকেন। নিশ্চয় তাঁর পাকড়াও খুবই মারাত্নক, বড়ই কঠোর।
Such is the chastisement of thy Lord when He chastises communities in the midst of their wrong: grievous, indeed, and severe is His chastisement.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১০২)
38 আর দিনের দুই প্রান্তেই নামায ঠিক রাখবে, এবং রাতের প্রান্তভাগে পূর্ণ কাজ অবশ্যই পাপ দূর করে দেয়, যারা স্মরণ রাখে তাদের জন্য এটি এক মহা স্মারক।
And establish regular prayers at the two ends of the day and at the approaches of the night: For those things, that are good remove those that are evil: Be that the word of remembrance to those who remember (their Lord):		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৪)
39 তোমার পালনকর্তা যাদের উপর রহমত করেছেন, তারা ব্যতীত সবাই চিরদিন মতভেদ করতেই থাকবে এবং এজন্যই তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। আর তোমার আল্লাহর কথাই পূর্ণ হল যে, অবশ্যই আমি জাহান্নামকে জ্বিন ও মানুষ দ্বারা একযোগে ভর্তি করব।
Except those on whom thy Lord hath bestowed His Mercy: and for this did He create them: and the Word of thy Lord shall be fulfilled: "I will fill Hell with jinns and men all together."		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৯)
40 এমনিভাবে তোমার পালনকর্তা তোমাকে মনোনীত করবেন এবং তোমাকে বাণীসমূহের নিগুঢ় তত্ত্ব শিক্ষা দেবেন এবং পূর্ণ করবেন স্বীয় অনুগ্রহ তোমার প্রতি ও ইয়াকুব পরিবার-পরিজনের প্রতি; যেমন ইতিপূর্বে তোমার পিতৃপুরুষ ইব্রাহীম ও ইসহাকের প্রতি পূর্ণ করেছেন। নিশ্চয় তোমার পালনকর্তা অত্যন্ত জ্ঞানী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
"Thus will thy Lord choose thee and teach thee the interpretation of stories (and events) and perfect His favour to thee and to the posterity of Jacob - even as He perfected it to thy fathers Abraham and Isaac aforetime! for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom."		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
41 মিসরে যে ব্যক্তি তাকে ক্রয় করল, সে তার স্ত্রীকে বললঃ একে সম্মানে রাখ। সম্ভবতঃ সে আমাদের কাছে আসবে অথবা আমরা তাকে পুত্ররূপে গ্রহণ করে নেব। এমনিভাবে আমি ইউসুফকে এদেশে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করলাম এবং এ জন্যে যে তাকে বাক্যাদির পূর্ণ মর্ম অনুধাবনের পদ্ধতি বিষয়ে শিক্ষা দেই। আল্লাহ নিজ কাজে প্রবল থাকেন, কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক তা জানে না।
The man in Egypt who bought him, said to his wife: "Make his stay (among us) honourable: may be he will bring us much good, or we shall adopt him as a son." Thus did We establish Joseph in the land, that We might teach him the interpretation of stories (and events). And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
42 যখন সে পূর্ণ যৌবনে পৌছে গেল, তখন তাকে প্রজ্ঞা ও ব্যুৎপত্তি দান করলাম। এমননিভাবে আমি সৎকর্মপরায়ণদেরকে প্রতিদান দেই।
When Joseph attained His full manhood, We gave him power and knowledge: thus do We reward those who do right.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ২২)
43 তারা যখন পিতার কথামত প্রবেশ করল, তখন আল্লাহর বিধানের বিরুদ্ধে তা তাদের বাঁচাতে পারল না। কিন্তু ইয়াকুবের সিদ্ধান্তে তাঁর মনের একটি বাসনা ছিল, যা তিনি পূর্ণ করেছেন। এবং তিনি তো আমার শেখানো বিষয় অবগত ছিলেন। কিন্তু অনেক মানুষ অবগত নয়।
And when they entered in the manner their father had enjoined, it did not profit them in the least against (the plan of) Allah: It was but a necessity of Jacob's soul, which he discharged. For he was, by our instruction, full of knowledge (and experience): but most men know not.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৮)
44 এরা এমন লোক, যারা আল্লাহর প্রতিশ্রুতি পূর্ণ করে এবং অঙ্গীকার ভঙ্গ করে না।
Those who fulfil the covenant of Allah and fail not in their plighted word;		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
45 আলিফ-লা-ম-রা; এগুলো পরিপূর্ণ গ্রন্থ ও সুস্পষ্ট কোরআনের আয়াত।
A. L. R. These are the Ayats of Revelation,- of a Qur'an that makes things clear.		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ১)
46 ফলে কেয়ামতের দিন ওরা পূর্ণমাত্রায় বহন করবে ওদের পাপভার এবং পাপভার তাদেরও যাদেরকে তারা তাদের অজ্ঞতাহেতু বিপথগামী করে শুনে নাও, খুবই নিকৃষ্ট বোঝা যা তারা বহন করে।
Let them bear, on the Day of Judgment, their own burdens in full, and also (something) of the burdens of those without knowledge, whom they misled. Alas, how grievous the burdens they will bear!		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
47 আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্যে সৃজিত বস্তু দ্বারা ছায়া করে দিয়েছেন এবং পাহাড় সমূহে তোমাদের জন্যে আত্ন গোপনের জায়গা করেছেন এবং তোমাদের জন্যে পোশাক তৈরী করে দিয়েছেন, যা তোমাদেরকে গ্রীষ্ম এবং বিপদের সময় রক্ষা করে। এমনিভাবে তিনি তোমাদের প্রতি স্বীয় অনুগ্রহের পূর্ণতা দান করেন, যাতে তোমরা আত্নসমর্পণ কর।
It is Allah Who made out of the things He created, some things to give you shade; of the hills He made some for your shelter; He made you garments to protect you from heat, and coats of mail to protect you from your (mutual) violence. Thus does He complete His favours on you, that ye may bow to His Will (in Islam).		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৮১)
48 আল্লাহর নামে অঙ্গীকার করার পর সে অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ কর এবং পাকাপাকি কসম করার পর তা ভঙ্গ করো না, অথচ তোমরা আল্লাহকে জামিন করেছ। তোমরা যা কর আল্লাহ তা জানেন।
Fulfil the Covenant of Allah when ye have entered into it, and break not your oaths after ye have confirmed them; indeed ye have made Allah your surety; for Allah knoweth all that ye do.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৯১)
49 যেদিন প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি আত্ন-সমর্থনে সওয়াল জওয়াব করতে করতে আসবে এবং প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি তাদের কৃতকর্মের পূর্ণ ফল পাবে এবং তাদের উপর জুলুম করা হবে না।
One Day every soul will come up struggling for itself, and every soul will be recompensed (fully) for all its actions, and none will be unjustly dealt with.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১১১)
50 অতঃপর যখন প্রতিশ্রুতি সেই প্রথম সময়টি এল, তখন আমি তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে প্রেরণ করলাম আমার কঠোর যোদ্ধা বান্দাদেরকে। অতঃপর তারা প্রতিটি জনপদের আনাচে-কানাচে পর্যন্ত ছড়িয়ে পড়ল। এ ওয়াদা পূর্ণ হওয়ারই ছিল।
When the first of the warnings came to pass, We sent against you Our servants given to terrible warfare: They entered the very inmost parts of your homes; and it was a warning (completely) fulfilled.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
51 তোমার পালনকর্তা আদেশ করেছেন যে, তাঁকে ছাড়া অন্য কারও এবাদত করো না এবং পিতা-মাতার সাথে সদ্ব-ব্যবহার কর। তাদের মধ্যে কেউ অথবা উভয়েই যদি তোমার জীবদ্দশায় বার্ধক্যে উপনীত হয়; তবে তাদেরকে ‘উহ’ শব্দটিও বলো না এবং তাদেরকে ধমক দিও না এবং বল তাদেরকে শিষ্ঠাচারপূর্ণ কথা।
Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
52 মেপে দেয়ার সময় পূর্ণ মাপে দেবে এবং সঠিক দাঁড়িপালায় ওজন করবে। এটা উত্তম; এর পরিণাম শুভ।
Give full measure when ye measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight: that is the most fitting and the most advantageous in the final determination.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
53 এবং বলেঃ আমাদের পালনকর্তা পবিত্র, মহান। নিঃসন্দেহে আমাদের পালকর্তার ওয়াদা অবশ্যই পূর্ণ হবে।
"And they say: 'Glory to our Lord! Truly has the promise of our Lord been fulfilled!'"		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১০৮)
54 যখন যুবকরা পাহাড়ের গুহায় আশ্রয়গ্রহণ করে তখন দোআ করেঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদেরকে নিজের কাছ থেকে রহমত দান করুন এবং আমাদের জন্যে আমাদের কাজ সঠিকভাবে পূর্ণ করুন।
Behold, the youths betook themselves to the Cave: they said, "Our Lord! bestow on us Mercy from Thyself, and dispose of our affair for us in the right way!"		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
55 তোমরা আমাকে লোহার পাত এনে দাও। অবশেষে যখন পাহাড়ের মধ্যবর্তী ফাঁকা স্থান পূর্ণ হয়ে গেল, তখন তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা হাঁপরে দম দিতে থাক। অবশেষে যখন তা আগুনে পরিণত হল, তখন তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা গলিত তামা নিয়ে এস, আমি তা এর উপরে ঢেলে দেই।
"Bring me blocks of iron." At length, when he had filled up the space between the two steep mountain-sides, He said, "Blow (with your bellows)" Then, when he had made it (red) as fire, he said: "Bring me, that I may pour over it, molten lead."		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৬)
56 সুতরাং তাদের ব্যাপারে আপনি তাড়াহুড়া করবেন না। আমি তো তাদের গণনা পূর্ণ করছি মাত্র।
So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days).		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
57 অতঃপর ফেরাউন তার সৈন্যবাহিনী নিয়ে তাদের পশ্চাদ্ধাবন করল এবং সমুদ্র তাদেরকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিমজ্জত করল।
Then Pharaoh pursued them with his forces, but the waters completely overwhelmed them and covered them up.		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৭৮)
58 অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে দেয়া আমার প্রতিশ্রুতি পূর্ণ করলাম সুতরাং তাদেরকে এবং যাদেরকে ইচ্ছা বাঁচিয়ে দিলাম এবং ধবংস করে ছিলাম সীমালঙ্ঘনকারীদেরকে।
In the end We fulfilled to them Our Promise, and We saved them and those whom We pleased, but We destroyed those who transgressed beyond bounds.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
59 সেদিন আমি আকাশকে গুটিয়ে নেব, যেমন গুটানো হয় লিখিত কাগজপত্র। যেভাবে আমি প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম, সেভাবে পুনরায় সৃষ্টি করব। আমার ওয়াদা নিশ্চিত, আমাকে তা পূর্ণ করতেই হবে।
The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfil it.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
60 হে লোকসকল! যদি তোমরা পুনরুত্থানের ব্যাপারে সন্দিগ্ধ হও, তবে (ভেবে দেখ-) আমি তোমাদেরকে মৃত্তিকা থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছি। এরপর বীর্য থেকে, এরপর জমাট রক্ত থেকে, এরপর পূর্ণাকৃতিবিশিষ্ট ও অপূর্ণাকৃতিবিশিষ্ট মাংসপিন্ড থেকে, তোমাদের কাছে ব্যক্ত করার জন্যে। আর আমি এক নির্দিষ্ট কালের জন্যে মাতৃগর্ভে যা ইচ্ছা রেখে দেই, এরপর আমি তোমাদেরকে শিশু অবস্থায় বের করি; তারপর যাতে তোমরা যৌবনে পদার্পণ কর। তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ মৃত্যুমুখে পতিত হয় এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে কাউকে নিষ্কর্মা বয়স পর্যন্ত পৌছানো হয়, যাতে সে জানার পর জ্ঞাত বিষয় সম্পর্কে সজ্ঞান থাকে না। তুমি ভূমিকে পতিত দেখতে পাও, অতঃপর আমি যখন তাতে বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করি, তখন তা সতেজ ও স্ফীত হয়ে যায় এবং সর্বপ্রকার সুদৃশ্য উদ্ভিদ উৎপন্ন করে।
O mankind! if ye have a doubt about the Resurrection, (consider) that We created you out of dust, then out of sperm, then out of a leech-like clot, then out of a morsel of flesh, partly formed and partly unformed, in order that We may manifest (our power) to you; and We cause whom We will to rest in the wombs for an appointed term, then do We bring you out as babes, then (foster you) that ye may reach your age of full strength; and some of you are called to die, and some are sent back to the feeblest old age, so that they know nothing after having known (much), and (further), thou seest the earth barren and lifeless, but when We pour down rain on it, it is stirred (to life), it swells, and it puts forth every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs).		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
61 এরপর তারা যেন দৈহিক ময়লা দূর করে দেয়, তাদের মানত পূর্ণ করে এবং এই সুসংরক্ষিত গৃহের তাওয়াফ করে।
"Then let them complete the rites prescribed for them, perform their vows, and (again) circumambulate the Ancient House."		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
62 রাজত্ব সেদিন আল্লাহরই; তিনিই তাদের বিচার করবেন। অতএব যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে তারা নেয়ামত পূর্ণ কাননে থাকবে।
On that Day of Dominion will be that of Allah: He will judge between them: so those who believe and work righteous deeds will be in Gardens of Delight.		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
63 মাপ পূর্ণ কর এবং যারা পরিমাপে কম দেয়, তাদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ো না।
"Give just measure, and cause no loss (to others by fraud).		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮১)
64 তারা বলে, তোমরা যদি সত্যবাদী হও তবে বল, এই ওয়াদা কখন পূর্ণ হবে?
They also say: "When will this promise (come to pass)? (Say) if ye are truthful."		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
65 পিতা মূসাকে বললেন, আমি আমার এই কন্যাদ্বয়ের একজনকে তোমার সাথে বিবাহে দিতে চাই এই শর্তে যে, তুমি আট বছর আমার চাকুরী করবে, যদি তুমি দশ বছর পূর্ণ কর, তা তোমার ইচ্ছা। আমি তোমাকে কষ্ট দিতে চাই না। আল্লাহ চাহেন তো তুমি আমাকে সৎকর্মপরায়ণ পাবে।
He said: "I intend to wed one of these my daughters to thee, on condition that thou serve me for eight years; but if thou complete ten years, it will be (grace) from thee. But I intend not to place thee under a difficulty: thou wilt find me, indeed, if Allah wills, one of the righteous."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
66 মূসা বললেন, আমার ও আপনার মধ্যে এই চুক্তি স্থির হল। দু’টি মেয়াদের মধ্য থেকে যে কোন একটি পূর্ণ করলে আমার বিরুদ্ধে কোন অভিযোগ থাকবে না। আমরা যা বলছি, তাতে আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা।
He said: "Be that (the agreement) between me and thee: whichever of the two terms I fulfil, let there be no ill-will to me. Be Allah a witness to what we say."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
67 অতঃপর মূসা (আঃ) যখন সেই মেয়াদ পূর্ণ করল এবং সপরিবারে যাত্রা করল, তখন সে তুর পর্বতের দিক থেকে আগুন দেখতে পেল। সে তার পরিবারবর্গকে বলল, তোমরা অপেক্ষা কর, আমি আগুন দেখেছি। সম্ভবতঃ আমি সেখান থেকে তোমাদের কাছে কোন খবর নিয়ে আসতে পারি অথবা কোন জ্বলন্ত কাষ্ঠখন্ড আনতে পারি, যাতে তোমরা আগুন পোহাতে পার।
Now when Moses had fulfilled the term, and was travelling with his family, he perceived a fire in the direction of Mount Tur. He said to his family: "Tarry ye; I perceive a fire; I hope to bring you from there some information, or a burning firebrand, that ye may warm yourselves."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
68 আমি ইচ্ছা করলে প্রত্যেককে সঠিক দিক নির্দেশ দিতাম; কিন্তু আমার এ উক্তি অবধারিত সত্য যে, আমি জিন ও মানব সকলকে দিয়ে অবশ্যই জাহান্নাম পূর্ণ করব।
If We had so willed, We could certainly have brought every soul its true guidance: but the Word from Me will come true, "I will fill Hell with Jinns and men all together."		 (সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
69 মুমিনদের মধ্যে কতক আল্লাহর সাথে কৃত ওয়াদা পূর্ণ করেছে। তাদের কেউ কেউ মৃত্যুবরণ করেছে এবং কেউ কেউ প্রতীক্ষা করছে। তারা তাদের সংকল্প মোটেই পরিবর্তন করেনি।
Among the Believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least:		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
70 তোমরা গৃহাভ্যন্তরে অবস্থান করবে-মূর্খতা যুগের অনুরূপ নিজেদেরকে প্রদর্শন করবে না। নামায কায়েম করবে, যাকাত প্রদান করবে এবং আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের আনুগত্য করবে। হে নবী পরিবারের সদস্যবর্গ। আল্লাহ কেবল চান তোমাদের থেকে অপবিত্রতা দূর করতে এবং তোমাদেরকে পূর্ণরূপে পূত-পবিত্র রাখতে।
And stay quietly in your houses, and make not a dazzling display, like that of the former Times of Ignorance; and establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity; and obey Allah and His Messenger. And Allah only wishes to remove all abomination from you, ye members of the Family, and to make you pure and spotless.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
71 যখন আমি সোলায়মানের মৃত্যু ঘটালাম, তখন ঘুণ পোকাই জিনদেরকে তাঁর মৃত্যু সম্পর্কে অবহিত করল। সোলায়মানের লাঠি খেয়ে যাচ্ছিল। যখন তিনি মাটিতে পড়ে গেলেন, তখন জিনেরা বুঝতে পারল যে, অদৃশ্য বিষয়ের জ্ঞান থাকলে তারা এই লাঞ্ছনাপূর্ণ শাস্তিতে আবদ্ধ থাকতো না।
Then, when We decreed (Solomon's) death, nothing showed them his death except a little worm of the earth, which kept (slowly) gnawing away at his staff: so when he fell down, the Jinns saw plainly that if they had known the unseen, they would not have tarried in the humiliating Penalty (of their Task).		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
72 অতঃপর তারা বলল, হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদের ভ্রমণের পরিসর বাড়িয়ে দাও। তারা নিজেদের প্রতি জুলুম করেছিল। ফলে আমি তাদেরকে উপাখ্যানে পরিণত করলাম এবং সম্পূর্ণরূপে ছিন্ন-বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দিলাম। নিশ্চয় এতে প্রত্যেক ধৈর্যশীল কৃতজ্ঞের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
But they said: "Our Lord! Place longer distances between our journey-stages": but they wronged themselves (therein). At length We made them as a tale (that is told), and We dispersed them all in scattered fragments. Verily in this are Signs for every (soul that is) patiently constant and grateful.		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
73 তারা বলে, তোমরা সত্যবাদী হলে বল এই ওয়াদা কবে পূর্ণ হবে?
Further, they say, "When will this promise (come to pass), if what ye say is true?"		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
74 কাফেররা একে ভক্ষণ করবে এবং এর দ্বারা উদর পূর্ণ করবে।
Truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith.		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬)
75 ছোয়াদ। শপথ উপদেশপূর্ণ কোরআনের,
Sad: By the Qur'an, Full of Admonition: (This is the Truth).		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ১)
76 তোর দ্বারা আর তাদের মধ্যে যারা তোর অনুসরণ করবে তাদের দ্বারা আমি জাহান্নাম পূর্ণ করব।
"That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one."		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
77 জেনে রাখুন, নিষ্ঠাপূর্ণ এবাদত আল্লাহরই নিমিত্ত। যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করে রেখেছে এবং বলে যে, আমরা তাদের এবাদত এ জন্যেই করি, যেন তারা আমাদেরকে আল্লাহর নিকটবর্তী করে দেয়। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে তাদের পারস্পরিক বিরোধপূর্ণ বিষয়ের ফয়সালা করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ মিথ্যাবাদী কাফেরকে সৎপথে পরিচালিত করেন না।
Is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." Truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
78 আল্লাহ উত্তম বাণী তথা কিতাব নাযিল করেছেন, যা সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ, পূনঃ পূনঃ পঠিত। এতে তাদের লোম কাঁটা দিয়ে উঠে চামড়ার উপর, যারা তাদের পালনকর্তাকে ভয় করে, এরপর তাদের চামড়া ও অন্তর আল্লাহর স্মরণে বিনম্র হয়। এটাই আল্লাহর পথ নির্দেশ, এর মাধ্যমে আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা পথ প্রদর্শন করেন। আর আল্লাহ যাকে গোমরাহ করেন, তার কোন পথপ্রদর্শক নেই।
Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises. Such is the guidance of Allah: He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
79 প্রত্যেকে যা করেছে, তার পূর্ণ প্রতিফল দেয়া হবে। তারা যা কিছু করে, সে সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ সম্যক অবগত।
And to every soul will be paid in full (the fruit) of its Deeds; and (Allah) knoweth best all that they do.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
80 তারা বলবে, সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর, যিনি আমাদের প্রতি তাঁর ওয়াদা পূর্ণ করেছেন এবং আমাদেরকে এ ভূমির উত্তরাধিকারী করেছেন। আমরা জান্নাতের যেখানে ইচ্ছা বসবাস করব। মেহনতকারীদের পুরস্কার কতই চমৎকার।
They will say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has truly fulfilled His Promise to us, and has given us (this) land in heritage: We can dwell in the Garden as we will: how excellent a reward for those who work (righteousness)!"		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৭৪)
81 তিনিই সুউচ্চ মর্যাদার অধিকারী, আরশের মালিক, তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যে যার প্রতি ইচ্ছা তত্ত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়াদি নাযিল করেন, যাতে সে সাক্ষাতের দিন সম্পর্কে সকলকে সতর্ক করে।
Raised high above ranks (or degrees), (He is) the Lord of the Throne (of Authority): by His Command doth He send the Spirit (of inspiration) to any of His servants he pleases, that it may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting,-		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
82 তাতে তোমাদের জন্যে অনেক উপকারিতা রয়েছে আর এজন্যে সৃষ্টি করেছেন; যাতে সেগুলোতে আরোহণ করে তোমরা তোমাদের অভীষ্ট প্রয়োজন পূর্ণ করতে পার। এগুলোর উপর এবং নৌকার উপর তোমরা বাহিত হও।
And there are (other) advantages in them for you (besides); that ye may through them attain to any need (there may be) in your hearts; and on them and on ships ye are carried.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৮০)
83 তিনি পৃথিবীতে উপরিভাগে অটল পর্বতমালা স্থাপন করেছেন, তাতে কল্যাণ নিহিত রেখেছেন এবং চার দিনের মধ্যে তাতে তার খাদ্যের ব্যবস্থা করেছেন-পূর্ণ হল জিজ্ঞাসুদের জন্যে।
He set on the (earth), mountains standing firm, high above it, and bestowed blessings on the earth, and measure therein all things to give them nourishment in due proportion, in four Days, in accordance with (the needs of) those who seek (Sustenance).		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
84 মানুষ উন্নতি কামনায় ক্লান্ত হয় না; যদি তাকে অমঙ্গল স্পর্শ করে, তবে সে সম্পূর্ণ রূপে নিরাশ হয়ে পড়ে।
Man does not weary of asking for good (things), but if ill touches him, he gives up all hope (and) is lost in despair.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
85 অথবা যদি আমি তাদেরকে যে আযাবের ওয়াদা দিয়েছি, তা আপনাকে দেখিয়ে দেই, তবু তাদের উপর আমার পূর্ণ ক্ষমতা রয়েছে।
Or We shall show thee that (accomplished) which We have promised them: for verily We shall prevail over them.		 (যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
86 এ রাতে প্রত্যেক প্রজ্ঞাপূর্ণ বিষয় স্থিরীকৃত হয়।
In the (Night) is made distinct every affair of wisdom,		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
87 প্রত্যেকের জন্যে তাদের কৃতকর্ম অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন স্তর রয়েছে, যাতে আল্লাহ তাদের কর্মের পূর্ণ প্রতিফল দেন। বস্তুতঃ তাদের প্রতি যুলুম করা হবে না।
And to all are (assigned) degrees according to the deeds which they (have done), and in order that (Allah) may recompense their deeds, and no injustice be done to them.		 (আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
88 অতঃপর যখন তোমরা কাফেরদের সাথে যুদ্ধে অবতীর্ণ হও, তখন তাদের গর্দার মার, অবশেষে যখন তাদেরকে পূর্ণরূপে পরাভূত কর তখন তাদেরকে শক্ত করে বেধে ফেল। অতঃপর হয় তাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ কর, না হয় তাদের নিকট হতে মুক্তিপণ লও। তোমরা যুদ্ধ চালিয়ে যাবে যে পর্যন্ত না শত্রুপক্ষ অস্ত্র সমর্পণ করবে! একথা শুনলে। আল্লাহ ইচ্ছা করলে তাদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ নিতে পারতেন। কিন্তু তিনি তোমাদের কতককে কতকের দ্বারা পরীক্ষা করতে চান। যারা আল্লাহর পথে শহীদ হয়, আল্লাহ কখনই তাদের কর্ম বিনষ্ট করবেন না।
Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,- He will never let their deeds be lost.		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
89 তাদের আনুগত্য ও মিষ্ট বাক্য জানা আছে। অতএব, জেহাদের সিন্ধান্ত হলে যদি তারা আল্লাহর প্রতি প্রদত্ত অংগীকার পূর্ণ করে, তবে তাদের জন্যে তা মঙ্গলজনক হবে।
Were it to obey and say what is just, and when a matter is resolved on, it were best for them if they were true to Allah.		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
90 যাতে আল্লাহ আপনার অতীত ও ভবিষ্যত ত্রুটিসমূহ মার্জনা করে দেন এবং আপনার প্রতি তাঁর নেয়ামত পূর্ণ করেন ও আপনাকে সরল পথে পরিচালিত করেন।
That Allah may forgive thee thy faults of the past and those to follow; fulfil His favour to thee; and guide thee on the Straight Way;		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ২)
91 যারা আপনার কাছে আনুগত্যের শপথ করে, তারা তো আল্লাহর কাছে আনুগত্যের শপথ করে। আল্লাহর হাত তাদের হাতের উপর রয়েছে। অতএব, যে শপথ ভঙ্গ করে; অতি অবশ্যই সে তা নিজের ক্ষতির জন্যেই করে এবং যে আল্লাহর সাথে কৃত অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ করে; আল্লাহ সত্ত্বরই তাকে মহাপুরস্কার দান করবেন।
Verily those who plight their fealty to thee do no less than plight their fealty to Allah: the Hand of Allah is over their hands: then any one who violates his oath, does so to the harm of his own soul, and any one who fulfils what he has covenanted with Allah,- Allah will soon grant him a great Reward.		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
92 মরুবাসীদের মধ্যে যারা গৃহে বসে রয়েছে, তারা আপনাকে বলবেঃ আমরা আমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও পরিবার-পরিজনের কাজে ব্যস্ত ছিলাম। অতএব, আমাদের পাপ মার্জনা করান। তারা মুখে এমন কথা বলবে, যা তাদের অন্তরে নেই। বলুনঃ আল্লাহ তোমাদের ক্ষতি অথবা উপকার সাধনের ইচ্ছা করলে কে তাকে বিরত রাখতে পারে? বরং তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে বিষয় পরিপূর্ণ জ্ঞাত।
The desert Arabs who lagged behind will say to thee: "We were engaged in (looking after) our flocks and herds, and our families: do thou then ask forgiveness for us." They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say: "Who then has any power at all (to intervene) on your behalf with Allah, if His Will is to give you some loss or to give you some profit? But Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do.		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
93 যেদিন আমি জাহান্নামকে জিজ্ঞাসা করব; তুমি কি পূর্ণ হয়ে গেছ? সে বলবেঃ আরও আছে কি?
One Day We will ask Hell, "Art thou filled to the full?" It will say, "Are there any more (to come)?"		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
94 তোমরা তো বিরোধপূর্ণ কথা বলছ।
Truly ye are in a doctrine discordant,		 (আয-যারিয়াত:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
95 অতঃপর তাকে পূর্ণ প্রতিদান দেয়া হবে।
Then will he be rewarded with a reward complete;		 (আন-নাজম:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
96 এটা পরিপূর্ণ জ্ঞান, তবে সতর্ককারীগণ তাদের কোন উপকারে আসে না।
Mature wisdom;- but (the preaching of) Warners profits them not.		 (আল ক্বামার:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
97 পানপাত্র কুঁজা ও খাঁটি সূরাপূর্ণ পেয়ালা হাতে নিয়ে,
With goblets, (shining) beakers, and cups (filled) out of clear-flowing fountains:		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
98 অতঃপর তা দ্বারা উদর পূর্ণ করবে,
"Then will ye fill your insides therewith,		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩)
99 তারা মুখের ফুঁৎকারে আল্লাহর আলো নিভিয়ে দিতে চায়। আল্লাহ তাঁর আলোকে পূর্ণরূপে বিকশিত করবেন যদিও কাফেররা তা অপছন্দ করে।
Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).		 (আছ-ছফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
100 এবং তাকে তার ধারণাতীত জায়গা থেকে রিযিক দেবেন। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করে তার জন্যে তিনিই যথেষ্ট। আল্লাহ তার কাজ পূর্ণ করবেন। আল্লাহ সবকিছুর জন্যে একটি পরিমাণ স্থির করে রেখেছেন।
And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion.		 (আত্ব-ত্বালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
101 মুমিনগণ! তোমরা আল্লাহ তা’আলার কাছে তওবা কর-আন্তরিক তওবা। আশা করা যায়, তোমাদের পালনকর্তা তোমাদের মন্দ কর্মসমূহ মোচন করে দেবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে দাখিল করবেন জান্নাতে, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত। সেদিন আল্লাহ নবী এবং তাঁর বিশ্বাসী সহচরদেরকে অপদস্থ করবেন না। তাদের নূর তাদের সামনে ও ডানদিকে ছুটোছুটি করবে। তারা বলবেঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদের নূরকে পূর্ণ করে দিন এবং আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করুন। নিশ্চয় আপনি সবকিছুর উপর সর্ব শক্তিমান।
O ye who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance: In the hope that your Lord will remove from you your ills and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow,- the Day that Allah will not permit to be humiliated the Prophet and those who believe with him. Their Light will run forward before them and by their right hands, while they say, "Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for Thou hast power over all things."		 (আত-তাহরীম:

102 আমরা আকাশ পর্যবেক্ষণ করছি, অতঃপর দেখতে পেয়েছি যে, কঠোর প্রহরী ও উল্কাপিন্ড দ্বারা আকাশ পরিপূর্ণ।
'And we pried into the secrets of heaven; but we found it filled with stern guards and flaming fires.		 (আল জিন:

103 আমি আপনার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ করেছি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বাণী।
Soon shall We send down to thee a weighty Message.		 (মুযযামমিল:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
104 আপনার পালনকর্তা জানেন, আপনি এবাদতের জন্যে দন্ডায়মান হন রাত্রির প্রায় দু’তৃতীয়াংশ, অর্ধাংশ ও তৃতীয়াংশ এবং আপনার সঙ্গীদের একটি দলও দন্ডায়মান হয়। আল্লাহ দিবা ও রাত্রি পরিমাপ করেন। তিনি জানেন, তোমরা এর পূর্ণ হিসাব রাখতে পার না। অতএব তিনি তোমাদের প্রতি ক্ষমা পরায়ন হয়েছেন। কাজেই কোরআনের যতটুকু তোমাদের জন্যে সহজ, ততটুকু আবৃত্তি কর। তিনি জানেন তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ অসুস্থ হবে, কেউ কেউ আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ সন্ধানে দেশে-বিদেশে যাবে এবং কেউ কেউ আল্লাহর পথে জেহাদে লিপ্ত হবে। কাজেই কোরআনের যতটুকু তোমাদের জন্যে সহজ ততটুকু আবৃত্তি কর। তোমরা নামায কায়েম কর, যাকাত দাও এবং আল্লাহকে উত্তম ঋণ দাও। তোমরা নিজেদের জন্যে যা কিছু অগ্রে পাঠাবে, তা আল্লাহর কাছে উত্তম আকারে এবং পুরস্কার হিসেবে বর্ধিতরূপে পাবে। তোমরা আল্লাহর কাছে ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, দয়ালু।
Thy Lord doth know that thou standest forth (to prayer) nigh two-thirds of the night, or half the night, or a third of the night, and so doth a party of those with thee. But Allah doth appoint night and day in due measure He knoweth that ye are unable to keep count thereof. So He hath turned to you (in mercy): read ye, therefore, of the Qur'an as much as may be easy for you. He knoweth that there may be (some) among you in ill-health; others travelling through the land, seeking of Allah's bounty; yet others fighting in Allah's Cause, read ye, therefore, as much of the Qur'an as may be easy (for you); and establish regular Prayer and give regular Charity; and loan to Allah a Beautiful Loan. And whatever good ye send forth for your souls ye shall find it in Allah's Presence,- yea, better and greater, in Reward and seek ye the Grace of Allah: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (মুযযামমিল:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
105 তারা মান্নত পূর্ণ করে এবং সেদিনকে ভয় করে, যেদিনের অনিষ্ট হবে সুদূরপ্রসারী।
They perform (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil flies far and wide.		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
106 রূপালী স্ফটিক পাত্রে, পরিবেশনকারীরা তা পরিমাপ করে পূর্ণ করবে।
Crystal-clear, made of silver: they will determine the measure thereof (according to their wishes).		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
107 পরিপূর্ণ প্রতিফল হিসেবে।
A fitting recompense (for them).		 (আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
108 সমবয়স্কা, পূর্ণযৌবনা তরুণী।
And voluptuous women of equal age;		 (আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
109 এবং পূর্ণ পানপাত্র।
And a cup full (to the brim).		 (আন-নাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
110 সে কখনও কৃতজ্ঞ হয়নি, তিনি তাকে যা আদেশ করেছেন, সে তা পূর্ণ করেনি।
By no means hath he fulfilled what Allah hath commanded him.		 (আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
111 যারা লোকের কাছ থেকে যখন মেপে নেয়, তখন পূর্ণ মাত্রায় নেয়
Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, exact full measure,		 (আত-তাতফীফ:
আয়াতঃ ২)
112 এবং চন্দ্রের, যখন তা পূর্ণরূপ লাভ করে,
And the Moon in her fullness:		 (আল ইনশিক্বাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
113 কন্টকপূর্ণ ঝাড় ব্যতীত তাদের জন্যে কোন খাদ্য নেই।
No food will there be for them but a bitter Dhari'		 (আল গাশিয়াহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
114 এবং তোমরা মৃতের ত্যাজ্য সম্পত্তি সম্পূর্ণরূপে কুক্ষিগত করে ফেল
And ye devour inheritance - all with greed,		 (আল ফজর:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
