নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	বল, তোমাদের নিকট যদি তোমাদের পিতা তোমাদের সন্তান, তোমাদের ভাই তোমাদের পত্নী, তোমাদের গোত্র তোমাদের অর্জিত ধন-সম্পদ, তোমাদের ব্যবসা যা বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ার ভয় কর এবং তোমাদের বাসস্থান-যাকে তোমরা পছন্দ কর-আল্লাহ, তাঁর রসূল ও তাঁর রাহে জেহাদ করা থেকে অধিক প্রিয় হয়, তবে অপেক্ষা কর, আল্লাহর বিধান আসা পর্যন্ত, আর আল্লাহ ফাসেক সম্প্রদায়কে হেদায়েত করেন না। Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline: or the dwellings in which ye delight - are dearer to you than Allah, or His Messenger, or the striving in His cause;- then wait until Allah brings about His decision: and Allah guides not the rebellious.	(আত তাওবাহ: আয়াতঃ ২৪)
2	আপনার পূর্বে আমি অনেক রসূল প্রেরণ করেছি এবং তাঁদেরকে পত্নী ও সন্তান-সন্ততি দিয়েছি। কোন রসূলের এমন সাধ্য ছিল না যে আল্লাহর নির্দেশ ছাড়া কোন নিদর্শন উপস্থিত করে। প্রত্যেকটি ওয়াদা লিখিত আছে। We did send messengers before thee, and appointed for them wives and children: and it was never the part of a messenger to bring a sign except as Allah permitted (or commanded). For each period is a Book (revealed).	(রা'দ: আয়াতঃ ৩৮)
3	হে নবী, আপনার পত্নীগণকে বলুন, তোমরা যদি পার্থিব জীবন ও তার বিলাসিতা কামনা কর, তবে আস, আমি তোমাদের ভোগের ব্যবস্থা করে দেই এবং উত্তম পন্থায় তোমাদের বিদায় নেই। O Prophet! Say to thy Consorts: "If it be that ye desire the life of this World, and its glitter,- then come! I will provide for your enjoyment and set you free in a handsome manner.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ২৮)
4	হে নবী পত্নীগণ! তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ প্রকাশ্য অশ্লীল কাজ করলে তাকে দ্বিগুণ শাস্তি দেয়া হবে। এটা আল্লাহর জন্য সহজ। O Consorts of the Prophet! If any of you were guilty of evident unseemly conduct, the Punishment would be doubled to her, and that is easy for Allah.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ৩০)
5	হে নবী পত্নীগণ! তোমরা অন্য নারীদের মত নও; যদি তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, তবে পরপুরুষের সাথে কোমল ও আকর্ষনীয় ভঙ্গিতে কথা বলো না, ফলে সেই ব্যক্তি কুবাসনা করে, যার অন্তরে ব্যাধি রয়েছে তোমরা সঙ্গত কথাবার্তা বলবে। O Consorts of the Prophet! Ye are not like any of the (other) women: if ye do fear (Allah), be not too complacent of speech, lest one in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire: but speak ye a speech (that is) just.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ৩২)
6	হে মুমিনগণ! তোমাদেরকে অনুমতি দেয়া না হলে তোমরা খাওয়ার জন্য আহার্য রন্ধনের অপেক্ষা না করে নবীর গৃহে প্রবেশ করো না। তবে তোমরা আহুত হলে প্রবেশ করো, তবে অতঃপর খাওয়া শেষে আপনা আপনি চলে যেয়ো, কথাবার্তায় মশগুল হয়ে যেয়ো না। নিশ্চয় এটা নবীর জন্য কষ্টদায়ক। তিনি তোমাদের কাছে সংকোচ বোধ করেন; কিন্তু আল্লাহ সত্যকথা বলতে সংকোচ করেন না। তোমরা তাঁর পত্নীগণের কাছে কিছু চাইলে পর্দার আড়াল থেকে চাইবে। এটা তোমাদের অন্তরের জন্যে এবং তাঁদের অন্তরের জন্যে অধিকতর পবিত্রতার কারণ। আল্লাহর রাসূলকে কষ্ট দেয়া এবং তাঁর ওফাতের পর তাঁর পত্নীগণকে বিবাহ করা তোমাদের জন্য বৈধ নয়। আল্লাহর কাছে এটা গুরুতর অপরাধ। O ye who believe! Enter not the Prophet's houses,- until leave is given you,- for a meal, (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation: but when ye are invited, enter; and when ye have taken your meal, disperse, without seeking familiar talk. Such (behaviour) annoys the Prophet: he is ashamed to dismiss you, but Allah is not ashamed (to tell you) the truth. And when ye ask (his ladies) for anything ye want, ask them from before a screen: that makes for greater purity for your hearts and for theirs. Nor is it right for you that ye should annoy Allah's Messenger, or that ye should marry his widows after him at any time. Truly such a thing is in Allah's sight an enormity.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ৫৩)
7	নবী-পত্নীগণের জন্যে তাঁদের পিতা পুত্র, ভ্রাতা, ভ্রাতুস্পুত্র, ভগ্নি পুত্র, সহধর্মিনী নারী এবং অধিকার ভুক্ত দাসদাসীগণের সামনে যাওয়ার ব্যাপারে গোনাহ নেই। নবী-পত্নীগণ, তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয় প্রত্যক্ষ করেন। There is no blame (on these ladies if they appear) before their fathers or their sons, their brothers, or their brother's sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the (slaves) whom their right hands possess. And, (ladies), fear Allah; for Allah is Witness to all things.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
8	হে নবী! আপনি আপনার পত্নীগণকে ও কন্যাগণকে এবং মুমিনদের স্ত্রীগণকে বলুন, তারা যেন তাদের চাদরের কিয়দংশ নিজেদের উপর টেনে নেয়। এতে তাদেরকে চেনা সহজ হবে। ফলে তাদেরকে উত্যক্ত করা হবে না। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল পরম দয়ালু। O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.	(আল আহযাব: আয়াতঃ ৫৯)
9	হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আর তাদেরকে দাখিল করুন চিরকাল বসবাসের জান্নাতে, যার ওয়াদা আপনি তাদেরকে দিয়েছেন এবং তাদের বাপ-দাদা, পতি-পত্নী ও সন্তানদের মধ্যে যারা সৎকর্ম করে তাদেরকে। নিশ্চয় আপনি পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়। "And grant, our Lord! that they enter the Gardens of Eternity, which Thou hast promised to them, and to the righteous among their fathers, their wives, and their posterity! For Thou art (He), the Exalted in Might, Full of Wisdom.	(আল-মু'মিন: আয়াতঃ ৮)
10	আল্লাহ তা’আলা কাফেরদের জন্যে নূহ-পত্নী ও লূত-পত্নীর দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করেছেন। তারা ছিল আমার দুই ধর্মপরায়ণ বান্দার গৃহে। অতঃপর তারা তাদের সাথে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করল। ফলে নূহ ও লূত তাদেরকে আল্লাহ তা’আলার কবল থেকে রক্ষা করতে পারল না এবং তাদেরকে বলা হলঃ জাহান্নামীদের সাথে জাহান্নামে চলে যাও। Allah sets forth, for an example to the Unbelievers, the wife of Noah and the wife of Lut: they were (respectively) under two of our righteous servants, but they were false to their (husbands), and they profited nothing before Allah on their account, but were told: "Enter ye the Fire along with (others) that enter!"	(আত-তাহরীম: আয়াতঃ ১০)
11	আল্লাহ তা’আলা মুমিনদের জন্যে ফেরাউন-পত্নীর দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করেছেন। সে বললঃ হে আমার পালনকর্তা! আপনার সন্নিকটে জান্নাতে আমার জন্যে একটি গৃহ নির্মাণ করুন, আমাকে ফেরাউন ও তার দুস্কর্ম থেকে উদ্ধার করুন এবং আমাকে যালেম সম্প্রদায় থেকে মুক্তি দিন। And Allah sets forth, as an example to those who believe the wife of Pharaoh: Behold she said: "O my Lord! Build for me, in nearness to Thee, a mansion in the Garden, and save me from Pharaoh and his doings, and save me from those that do wrong";	(আত-তাহরীম: আয়াতঃ ১১)
12	এবং আরও বিশ্বাস করি যে, আমাদের পালনকর্তার মহান মর্যাদা সবার উর্ধ্বে। তিনি কোন পত্নী গ্রহণ করেননি এবং তাঁর কোন সন্তান নেই। 'And Exalted is the Majesty of our Lord: He has taken neither a wife nor a son.	(আল জিন: আয়াতঃ ৩)
13	তার পত্নী ও তার সন্তানদের কাছ থেকে। And from his wife and his children.	(আবাসা: আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
