"নিজেদেরই" শব্দযুক্ত আয়াত ম্যাচ করেছেঃ ৬
নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	আর আমি তোমাদের উপর ছায়া দান করেছি মেঘমালার দ্বারা এবং তোমাদের জন্য খাবার পাঠিয়েছি ’মান্না’ ও সালওয়া’। সেসব পবিত্র বস্তু তোমরা ভক্ষন কর, যা আমি তোমাদেরকে দান করেছি। বস্তুতঃ তারা আমার কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারেনি, বরং নিজেদেরই ক্ষতি সাধন করেছে। And We gave you the shade of clouds and sent down to you Manna and quails, saying: "Eat of the good things We have provided for you:" (But they rebelled); to us they did no harm, but they harmed their own souls.	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
2	আর যখন তোমরা স্ত্রীদেরকে তালাক দিয়ে দাও, অতঃপর তারা নির্ধারিত ইদ্দত সমাপ্ত করে নেয়, তখন তোমরা নিয়ম অনুযায়ী তাদেরকে রেখে দাও অথবা সহানুভুতির সাথে তাদেরকে মুক্ত করে দাও। আর তোমরা তাদেরকে জ্বালাতন ও বাড়াবাড়ি করার উদ্দেশ্যে আটকে রেখো না। আর যারা এমন করবে, নিশ্চয়ই তারা নিজেদেরই ক্ষতি করবে। আর আল্লাহর নির্দেশকে হাস্যকর বিষয়ে পরিণত করো না। আল্লাহর সে অনুগ্রহের কথা স্মরণ কর, যা তোমাদের উপর রয়েছে এবং তাও স্মরণ কর, যে কিতাব ও জ্ঞানের কথা তোমাদের উপর নাযিল করা হয়েছে যার দ্বারা তোমাদেরকে উপদেশ দান করা হয়। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং জেনে রাখ যে, আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়েই জ্ঞানময়। When ye divorce women, and they fulfil the term of their ('Iddat), either take them back on equitable terms or set them free on equitable terms; but do not take them back to injure them, (or) to take undue advantage; if any one does that; He wrongs his own soul. Do not treat Allah's Signs as a jest, but solemnly rehearse Allah's favours on you, and the fact that He sent down to you the Book and Wisdom, for your instruction. And fear Allah, and know that Allah is well acquainted with all things.	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ২৩১)
3	আর আমি পৃথক পৃথক করে দিয়েছি তাদের বার জন পিতামহের সন্তানদেরকে বিরাট বিরাট দলে, এবং নির্দেশ দিয়েছি মুসাকে, যখন তার কাছে তার সম্প্রদায় পানি চাইল যে, স্বীয় যষ্টির দ্বারা আঘাত কর এ পাথরের উপর। অতঃপর এর ভেতর থেকে ফুটে বের হল বারটি প্রস্রবণ। প্রতিটি গোত্র চিনে নিল নিজ নিজ ঘাঁটি। আর আমি ছায়া দান করলাম তাদের উপর মেঘের এবং তাদের জন্য অবতীর্ন করলাম মান্না ও সালওয়া। যে পরিচ্ছন্ন বস্তুত জীবিকারূপে আমি তোমাদের দিয়েছি, তা থেকে তোমরা ভক্ষণ কর। বস্তুতঃ তারা আমার কোন ক্ষতি করেনি, বরং ক্ষতি করেছে নিজেদেরই। We divided them into twelve tribes or nations. We directed Moses by inspiration, when his (thirsty) people asked him for water: "Strike the rock with thy staff": out of it there gushed forth twelve springs: Each group knew its own place for water. We gave them the shade of clouds, and sent down to them manna and quails, (saying): "Eat of the good things We have provided for you": (but they rebelled); to Us they did no harm, but they harmed their own souls.	(আল আ'রাফ: আয়াতঃ ১৬০)
4	তাদের উদাহরণ অতি নিকৃষ্ট, যারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে আমার আয়াত সমূহকে এবং তারা নিজেদেরই ক্ষতি সাধন করেছে। Evil as an example are people who reject Our signs and wrong their own souls.	(আল আ'রাফ: আয়াতঃ ১৭৭)
5	তোমরা যদি ভাল কর, তবে নিজেদেরই ভাল করবে এবং যদি মন্দ কর তবে তাও নিজেদের জন্যেই। এরপর যখন দ্বিতীয় সে সময়টি এল, তখন অন্য বান্দাদেরকে প্রেরণ করলাম, যাতে তোমাদের মুখমন্ডল বিকৃত করে দেয়, আর মসজিদে ঢুকে পড়ে যেমন প্রথমবার ঢুকেছিল এবং যেখানেই জয়ী হয়, সেখানেই পুরোপুরি ধ্বংসযজ্ঞ চালায়। If ye did well, ye did well for yourselves; if ye did evil, (ye did it) against yourselves. So when the second of the warnings came to pass, (We permitted your enemies) to disfigure your faces, and to enter your Temple as they had entered it before, and to visit with destruction all that fell into their power.	(বনী ইসরাঈল: আয়াতঃ ৭)
6	তবে কি আমি ব্যতীত তাদের এমন দেব-দেবী আছে যারা তাদেরকে রক্ষা করবে? তারা তো নিজেদেরই সাহায্য করতে সক্ষম নয় এবং তারা আমার মোকাবেলায় সাহায্যকারীও পাবে না। Or have they gods that can guard them from Us? They have no power to aid themselves, nor can they be defended from Us.	(আম্বিয়া: আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
