নং আয়াত সূরা
1 যিনি বিচার দিনের মালিক।
Master of the Day of Judgment.		 (আল ফাতিহা:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
2 আর সে দিনের ভয় কর, যখন কেউ কারও সামান্য উপকারে আসবে না এবং তার পক্ষে কোন সুপারিশও কবুল হবে না; কারও কাছ থেকে ক্ষতিপূরণও নেয়া হবে না এবং তারা কোন রকম সাহায্যও পাবে না।
Then guard yourselves against a day when one soul shall not avail another nor shall intercession be accepted for her, nor shall compensation be taken from her, nor shall anyone be helped (from outside).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
3 নিশ্চয়ই আসমান ও যমীনের সৃষ্টিতে, রাত ও দিনের বিবর্তনে এবং নদীতে নৌকাসমূহের চলাচলে মানুষের জন্য কল্যাণ রয়েছে। আর আল্লাহ তা’ আলা আকাশ থেকে যে পানি নাযিল করেছেন, তদ্দ্বারা মৃত যমীনকে সজীব করে তুলেছেন এবং তাতে ছড়িয়ে দিয়েছেন সবরকম জীব-জন্তু। আর আবহাওয়া পরিবর্তনে এবং মেঘমালার যা তাঁরই হুকুমের অধীনে আসমান ও যমীনের মাঝে বিচরণ করে, নিশ্চয়ই সে সমস্ত বিষয়ের মাঝে নিদর্শন রয়েছে বুদ্ধিমান সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে।
Behold! in the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of the night and the day; in the sailing of the ships through the ocean for the profit of mankind; in the rain which Allah Sends down from the skies, and the life which He gives therewith to an earth that is dead; in the beasts of all kinds that He scatters through the earth; in the change of the winds, and the clouds which they Trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth;- (Here) indeed are Signs for a people that are wise.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৪)
4 গণনার কয়েকটি দিনের জন্য অতঃপর তোমাদের মধ্যে যে, অসুখ থাকবে অথবা সফরে থাকবে, তার পক্ষে অন্য সময়ে সে রোজা পূরণ করে নিতে হবে। আর এটি যাদের জন্য অত্যন্ত কষ্ট দায়ক হয়, তারা এর পরিবর্তে একজন মিসকীনকে খাদ্যদান করবে। যে ব্যক্তি খুশীর সাথে সৎকর্ম করে, তা তার জন্য কল্যাণ কর হয়। আর যদি রোজা রাখ, তবে তোমাদের জন্যে বিশেষ কল্যাণকর, যদি তোমরা তা বুঝতে পার।
(Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (Should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (With hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will,- it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast, if ye only knew.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৪)
5 রমযান মাসই হল সে মাস, যাতে নাযিল করা হয়েছে কোরআন, যা মানুষের জন্য হেদায়েত এবং সত্যপথ যাত্রীদের জন্য সুষ্পষ্ট পথ নির্দেশ আর ন্যায় ও অন্যায়ের মাঝে পার্থক্য বিধানকারী। কাজেই তোমাদের মধ্যে যে লোক এ মাসটি পাবে, সে এ মাসের রোযা রাখবে। আর যে লোক অসুস্থ কিংবা মুসাফির অবস্থায় থাকবে সে অন্য দিনে গণনা পূরণ করবে। আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্য সহজ করতে চান; তোমাদের জন্য জটিলতা কামনা করেন না যাতে তোমরা গণনা পূরণ কর এবং তোমাদের হেদায়েত দান করার দরুন আল্লাহ তা’আলার মহত্ত্ব বর্ণনা কর, যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার কর।
Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৫)
6 আর স্মরণ কর আল্লাহকে নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কয়েকটি দিনে। অতঃপর যে লোক তাড়াহুড়া করে চলে যাবে শুধু দু, দিনের মধ্যে, তার জন্যে কোন পাপ নেই। আর যে লোক থেকে যাবে তাঁর উপর কোন পাপ নেই, অবশ্য যারা ভয় করে। আর তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক এবং নিশ্চিত জেনে রাখ, তোমরা সবাই তার সামনে সমবেত হবে।
Celebrate the praises of Allah during the Appointed Days. But if any one hastens to leave in two days, there is no blame on him, and if any one stays on, there is no blame on him, if his aim is to do right. Then fear Allah, and know that ye will surely be gathered unto Him.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২০৩)
7 তোমাদের স্ত্রীরা হলো তোমাদের জন্য শস্য ক্ষেত্র। তোমরা যেভাবে ইচ্ছা তাদেরকে ব্যবহার কর। আর নিজেদের জন্য আগামী দিনের ব্যবস্থা কর এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। আর নিশ্চিতভাবে জেনে রাখ যে, আল্লাহর সাথে তোমাদেরকে সাক্ষাত করতেই হবে। আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে তাদেরকে সুসংবাদ জানিয়ে দাও।
Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will; but do some good act for your souls beforehand; and fear Allah. And know that ye are to meet Him (in the Hereafter), and give (these) good tidings to those who believe.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২২৩)
8 আর যখন তোমরা স্ত্রীদেরকে তালাক দিয়ে দাও এবং তারপর তারাও নির্ধারিত ইদ্দত পূর্ন করতে থাকে, তখন তাদেরকে পূর্ব স্বামীদের সাথে পারস্পরিক সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে নিয়মানুযায়ী বিয়ে করতে বাধাদান করো না। এ উপদেশ তাকেই দেয়া হচ্ছে, যে আল্লাহ ও কেয়ামত দিনের উপর বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে। এর মধ্যে তোমাদের জন্য রয়েছে একান্ত পরিশুদ্ধতা ও অনেক পবিত্রতা। আর আল্লাহ জানেন, তোমরা জান না।
When ye divorce women, and they fulfil the term of their ('Iddat), do not prevent them from marrying their (former) husbands, if they mutually agree on equitable terms. This instruction is for all amongst you, who believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is (the course Making for) most virtue and purity amongst you and Allah knows, and ye know not.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩২)
9 অতঃপর তালূত যখন সৈন্য-সামন্ত নিয়ে বেরুল, তখন বলল, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে পরীক্ষা করবেন একটি নদীর মাধ্যমে। সুতরাং যে লোক সেই নদীর পানি পান করবে সে আমার নয়। আর যে, লোক তার স্বাদ গ্রহণ করলো না, নিশ্চয়ই সে আমার লোক। কিন্তু যে লোক হাতের আঁজলা ভরে সামান্য খেয়ে নেবে তার দোষঅবশ্য তেমন গুরুতর হবে না। অতঃপর সবাই পান করল সে পানি, সামান্য কয়েকজন ছাড়া। পরে তালূত যখন তা পার হলো এবং তার সাথে ছিল মাত্র কয়েকজন ঈমানদার, তখন তারা বলতে লাগল, আজকের দিনে জালূত এবং তার সেনাবাহিনীর সাথে যুদ্ধ করার শক্তি আমাদের নেই, যাদের ধারণা ছিল যে, আল্লাহর সামনে তাদের একদিন উপস্থিত হতে হবে, তারা বার বার বলতে লাগল, সামান্য দলই বিরাট দলের মোকাবেলায় জয়ী হয়েছে আল্লাহর হুকুমে। আর যারা ধৈর্য্যশীল আল্লাহ তাদের সাথে রয়েছেন।
When Talut set forth with the armies, he said: "Allah will test you at the stream: if any drinks of its water, He goes not with my army: Only those who taste not of it go with me: A mere sip out of the hand is excused." but they all drank of it, except a few. When they crossed the river,- He and the faithful ones with him,- they said: "This day We cannot cope with Goliath and his forces." but those who were convinced that they must meet Allah, said: "How oft, by Allah's will, Hath a small force vanquished a big one? Allah is with those who steadfastly persevere."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪৯)
10 তুমি কি সে লোককে দেখনি যে এমন এক জনপদ দিয়ে যাচ্ছিল যার বাড়ীঘরগুলো ভেঙ্গে ছাদের উপর পড়ে ছিল? বলল, কেমন করে আল্লাহ মরনের পর একে জীবিত করবেন? অতঃপর আল্লাহ তাকে মৃত অবস্থায় রাখলেন একশ বছর। তারপর তাকে উঠালেন। বললেন, কত কাল এভাবে ছিলে? বলল আমি ছিলাম, একদিন কংবা একদিনের কিছু কম সময়। বললেন, তা নয়; বরং তুমি তো একশ বছর ছিলে। এবার চেয়ে দেখ নিজের খাবার ও পানীয়ের দিকে-সেগুলো পচে যায় নি এবং দেখ নিজের গাধাটির দিকে। আর আমি তোমাকে মানুষের জন্য দৃষ্টান্ত বানাতে চেয়েছি। আর হাড়গুলোর দিকে চেয়ে দেখ যে, আমি এগুলোকে কেমন করে জুড়ে দেই এবং সেগুলোর উপর মাংসের আবরণ পরিয়ে দেই। অতঃপর যখন তার উপর এ অবস্থা প্রকাশিত হল, তখন বলে উঠল-আমি জানি, নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে ক্ষমতাশীল।
Or (take) the similitude of one who passed by a hamlet, all in ruins to its roofs. He said: "Oh! how shall Allah bring it (ever) to life, after (this) its death?" but Allah caused him to die for a hundred years, then raised him up (again). He said: "How long didst thou tarry (thus)?" He said: (Perhaps) a day or part of a day." He said: "Nay, thou hast tarried thus a hundred years; but look at thy food and thy drink; they show no signs of age; and look at thy donkey: And that We may make of thee a sign unto the people, Look further at the bones, how We bring them together and clothe them with flesh." When this was shown clearly to him, he said: "I know that Allah hath power over all things."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৫৯)
11 যারা স্বীয় ধন-সম্পদ ব্যয় করে, রাত্রে ও দিনে, গোপনে ও প্রকাশ্যে। তাদের জন্যে তাদের সওয়াব রয়েছে তাদের পালনকর্তার কাছে। তাদের কোন আশংঙ্কা নেই এবং তারা চিন্তিত ও হবে না।
Those who (in charity) spend of their goods by night and by day, in secret and in public, have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭৪)
12 তা এজন্য যে, তারা বলে থাকে যে, দোযখের আগুন আমাদের স্পর্শ করবে না; তবে সামান্য হাতে গোনা কয়েকদিনের জন্য স্পর্শ করতে পারে। নিজেদের উদ্ভাবিত ভিত্তিহীন কথায় তারা ধোকা খেয়েছে।
This because they say: "The Fire shall not touch us but for a few numbered days": For their forgeries deceive them as to their own religion.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
13 কিন্তু তখন কি অবস্থা দাঁড়াবে যখন আমি তাদেরকে একদিন সমবেত করবো যে দিনের আগমনে কোন সন্দেহ নেই আর নিজেদের কৃতকর্ম তাদের প্রত্যেকেই পাবে তাদের প্রাপ্য প্রদান মোটেই অন্যায় করা হবে না।
But how (will they fare) when we gather them together against a day about which there is no doubt, and each soul will be paid out just what it has earned, without (favour or) injustice?		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
14 তুমি রাতকে দিনের ভেতরে প্রবেশ করাও এবং দিনকে রাতের ভেতরে প্রবেশ করিয়ে দাও। আর তুমিই জীবিতকে মৃতের ভেতর থেকে বের করে আন এবং মৃতকে জীবিতের ভেতর থেকে বের কর। আর তুমিই যাকে ইচ্ছা বেহিসাব রিযিক দান কর।
"Thou causest the night to gain on the day, and thou causest the day to gain on the night; Thou bringest the Living out of the dead, and Thou bringest the dead out of the Living; and Thou givest sustenance to whom Thou pleasest, without measure."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
15 আর আহলে-কিতাবগণের একদল বললো, মুসলমানগণের উপর যা কিছু অবর্তীণ হয়েছে তাকে দিনের প্রথম ভাগে মেনে নাও, আর দিনের শেষ ভাগে অস্বীকার ক র, হয়তো তারা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিতে পারে।
A section of the People of the Book say: "Believe in the morning what is revealed to the believers, but reject it at the end of the day; perchance they may (themselves) Turn back;		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
16 তোমাদের যে দুটি দল লড়াইয়ের দিনে ঘুরে দাঁড়িয়েছিল শয়তান তাদেরকে বিভ্রান্ত করেছিল, তাদেরই পাপের দরুন।
Those of you who turned back on the day the two hosts Met,-it was Satan who caused them to fail, because of some (evil) they had done. But Allah Has blotted out (their fault): For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৫)
17 নিশ্চয় আসমান ও যমীন সৃষ্টিতে এবং রাত্রি ও দিনের আবর্তনে নিদর্শন রয়েছে বোধ সম্পন্ন লোকদের জন্যে।
Behold! in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day,- there are indeed Signs for men of understanding,-		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৯০)
18 শুনছ? তোমরা তাদের পক্ষ থেকে পার্থিব জীবনে বিবাদ করছ, অতঃপর কেয়ামতের দিনে তাদের পক্ষ হয়ে আল্লাহর সাথে কে বিবাদ করবে অথবা কে তাদের কার্যনির্বাহী হবে।
Ah! These are the sort of men on whose behalf ye may contend in this world; but who will contend with Allah on their behalf on the Day of Judgment, or who will carry their affairs through?		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৯)
19 হে ঈমানদারগণ, আল্লাহর উপর পরিপূর্ণ বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর এবং বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর তাঁর রসূলও তাঁর কিতাবের উপর, যা তিনি নাযিল করেছেন স্বীয় রসূলের উপর এবং সেসমস্ত কিতাবের উপর, যেগুলো নাযিল করা হয়েছিল ইতিপূর্বে। যে আল্লাহর উপর, তাঁর ফেরেশতাদের উপর, তাঁর কিতাব সমূহের উপর এবং রসূলগণের উপর ও কিয়ামতদিনের উপর বিশ্বাস করবে না, সে পথভ্রষ্ট হয়ে বহু দূরে গিয়ে পড়বে।
O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and the scripture which He hath sent to His Messenger and the scripture which He sent to those before (him). Any who denieth Allah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Day of Judgment, hath gone far, far astray.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৬)
20 আল্লাহ বললেনঃ আজকের দিনে সত্যবাদীদের সত্যবাদিতা তাদের উপকারে আসবে। তাদের জন্যে উদ্যান রয়েছে, যার তলদেশে নির্ঝরিনী প্রবাহিত হবে; তারা তাতেই চিরকাল থাকবে। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট। এটিই মহান সফলতা।
Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal Home: Allah well-pleased with them, and they with Allah: That is the great salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires).		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৯)
21 যা কিছু রাত ও দিনে স্থিতি লাভ করে, তাঁরই। তিনিই শ্রোতা, মহাজ্ঞানী।
To him belongeth all that dwelleth (or lurketh) in the night and the day. For he is the one who heareth and knoweth all things."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
22 তিনিই রাত্রি বেলায় তোমাদেরকে করায়ত্ত করে নেন এবং যা কিছু তোমরা দিনের বেলায় কর, তা জানেন। অতঃপর তোমাদেরকে দিবসে সম্মুখিত করেন-যাতে নির্দিষ্ট ওয়াদা পূর্ণ হয়।
It is He who doth take your souls by night, and hath knowledge of all that ye have done by day: by day doth He raise you up again; that a term appointed be fulfilled; In the end unto Him will be your return; then will He show you the truth of all that ye did.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
23 হে জ্বিন ও মানব সম্প্রদায়, তোমাদের কাছে কি তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে পয়গম্বরগণ আগমন করেনি? যাঁরা তোমাদেরকে আমার বিধানাবলী বর্ণনা করতেন এবং তোমাদেরকে আজকের এ দিনের সাক্ষাতের ভীতি প্রদর্শন করতেন? তারা বলবেঃ আমরা স্বীয় গোনাহ স্বীকার করে নিলাম। পার্থিব জীবন তাদেরকে প্রতারিত করেছে। তারা নিজেদের বিরুদ্ধে স্বীকার করে নিয়েছে যে, তারা কাফের ছিল।
"O ye assembly of Jinns and men! came there not unto you messengers from amongst you, setting forth unto you My signs, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say: "We bear witness against ourselves." It was the life of this world that deceived them. So against themselves will they bear witness that they rejected Faith.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৩০)
24 তারা স্বীয় ধর্মকে তামাশা ও খেলা বানিয়ে নিয়েছিল এবং পার্থিব জীবন তাদের কে ধোকায় ফেলে রেখেছিল। অতএব, আমি আজকে তাদেরকে ভুলে যাব; যেমন তারা এ দিনের সাক্ষাৎকে ভুলে গিয়েছিল এবং যেমন তারা আয়াতসমূহকে অবিশ্বাস করত।
"Such as took their religion to be mere amusement and play, and were deceived by the life of the world." That day shall We forget them as they forgot the meeting of this day of theirs, and as they were wont to reject Our signs.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫১)
25 নিশ্চয় তোমাদের প্রতিপালক আল্লাহ। তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলকে ছয় দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। অতঃপর আরশের উপর অধিষ্টিত হয়েছেন। তিনি পরিয়ে দেন রাতের উপর দিনকে এমতাবস্থায় যে, দিন দৌড়ে রাতের পিছনে আসে। তিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন সূর্য, চন্দ্র ও নক্ষত্র দৌড় স্বীয় আদেশের অনুগামী। শুনে রেখ, তাঁরই কাজ সৃষ্টি করা এবং আদেশ দান করা। আল্লাহ, বরকতময় যিনি বিশ্বজগতের প্রতিপালক।
Your Guardian-Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority): He draweth the night as a veil o'er the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession: He created the sun, the moon, and the stars, (all) governed by laws under His command. Is it not His to create and to govern? Blessed be Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds!		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৪)
26 আর এই জনপদের অধিবাসীরা কি নিশ্চিন্ত হয়ে পড়েছে যে, তাদের উপর আমার আযাব দিনের বেলাতে এসে পড়বে অথচ তারা তখন থাকবে খেলা-ধুলায় মত্ত।
Or else did they feel secure against its coming in broad daylight while they played about (care-free)?		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৮)
27 আর তাদের কাছে সে জনপদের অবস্থা সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস কর যা ছিল নদীর তীরে অবস্থিত। যখন শনিবার দিনের নির্দেশের ব্যাপারে সীমাতিক্রম করতে লাগল, যখন আসতে লাগল মাছগুলো তাদের কাছে শনিবার দিন পানির উপর, আর যেদিন শনিবার হত না, আসত না। এভাবে আমি তাদেরকে পরীক্ষা করেছি। কারণ, তারা ছিল নাফরমান।
Ask them concerning the town standing close by the sea. Behold! they transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath. For on the day of their Sabbath their fish did come to them, openly holding up their heads, but on the day they had no Sabbath, they came not: thus did We make a trial of them, for they were given to transgression.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৩)
28 আর এ কথাও জেনে রাখ যে, কোন বস্তু-সামগ্রীর মধ্য থেকে যা কিছু তোমরা গনীমত হিসাবে পাবে, তার এক পঞ্চমাংশ হল আল্লাহর জন্য, রসূলের জন্য, তাঁর নিকটাত্নীয়-স্বজনের জন্য এবং এতীম-অসহায় ও মুসাফিরদের জন্য; যদি তোমাদের বিশ্বাস থাকে আল্লাহর উপর এবং সে বিষয়ের উপর যা আমি আমার বান্দার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ করেছি ফয়সালার দিনে, যেদিন সম্মুখীন হয়ে যায় উভয় সেনাদল। আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপরই ক্ষমতাশীল।
And know that out of all the booty that ye may acquire (in war), a fifth share is assigned to Allah,- and to the Messenger, and to near relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer,- if ye do believe in Allah and in the revelation We sent down to Our servant on the Day of Testing,- the Day of the meeting of the two forces. For Allah hath power over all things.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
29 আর যখন সুদৃশ্য করে দিল শয়তান তাদের দৃষ্টিতে তাদের কার্যকলাপকে এবং বলল যে, আজকের দিনে কোন মানুষই তোমাদের উপর বিজয়ী হতে পারবে না আর আমি হলাম তোমাদের সমর্থক, অতঃপর যখন সামনাসামনী হল উভয় বাহিনী তখন সে অতি দ্রুত পায়ে পেছনে দিকে পালিয়ে গেল এবং বলল, আমি তোমাদের সাথে না-আমি দেখছি, যা তোমরা দেখছ না; আমি ভয় করি আল্লাহকে। আর আল্লাহর আযাব অত্যন্ত কঠিন।
Remember Satan made their (sinful) acts seem alluring to them, and said: "No one among men can overcome you this day, while I am near to you": But when the two forces came in sight of each other, he turned on his heels, and said: "Lo! I am clear of you; lo! I see what ye see not; Lo! I fear Allah: for Allah is strict in punishment."		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
30 আর মহান হজ্বের দিনে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের পক্ষ থেকে লোকদের প্রতি ঘোষণা করে দেয়া হচ্ছে যে, আল্লাহ মুশরেকদের থেকে দায়িত্ব মুক্ত এবং তাঁর রসূলও। অবশ্য যদি তোমরা তওবা কর, তবে তা, তোমাদের জন্যেও কল্যাণকর, আর যদি মুখ ফেরাও, তবে জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহকে তোমরা পরাভূত করতে পারবে না। আর কাফেরদেরকে মর্মান্তিক শাস্তির সুসংবাদ দাও।
And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage,- that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
31 নিঃসন্দেহে তারাই আল্লাহর মসজিদ আবাদ করবে যারা ঈমান এনেছে আল্লাহর প্রতি ও শেষ দিনের প্রতি এবং কায়েম করেছে নামায ও আদায় করে যাকাত; আল্লাহ ব্যতীত আর কাউকে ভয় করে না। অতএব, আশা করা যায়, তারা হেদায়েত প্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে।
The mosques of Allah shall be visited and maintained by such as believe in Allah and the Last Day, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity, and fear none (at all) except Allah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
32 তোমরা কি হাজীদের পানি সরবরাহ ও মসজিদুল-হারাম আবাদকরণকে সেই লোকের সমান মনে কর, যে ঈমান রাখে আল্লাহ ও শেষ দিনের প্রতি এবং যুদ্ধ করেছে আল্লাহর রাহে, এরা আল্লাহর দৃষ্টিতে সমান নয়, আর আল্লাহ জালেম লোকদের হেদায়েত করেন না।
Do ye make the giving of drink to pilgrims, or the maintenance of the Sacred Mosque, equal to (the pious service of) those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and strive with might and main in the cause of Allah? They are not comparable in the sight of Allah: and Allah guides not those who do wrong.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
33 আল্লাহ তোমাদের সাহায্য করেছেন অনেক ক্ষেত্রে এবং হোনাইনের দিনে, যখন তোমাদের সংখ্যধিক্য তোমাদের প্রফুল্ল করেছিল, কিন্তু তা তোমাদের কোন কাজে আসেনি এবং পৃথিবী প্রশস্ত হওয়া সত্তেও তোমাদের জন্য সংকুচিত হয়েছিল। অতঃপর পৃষ্ঠ প্রদর্শন করে পলায়ন করেছিলে।
Assuredly Allah did help you in many battle-fields and on the day of Hunain: Behold! your great numbers elated you, but they availed you naught: the land, for all that it is wide, did constrain you, and ye turned back in retreat.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
34 আর কোন কোন বেদুইন হল তারা, যারা ঈমান আনে আল্লাহর উপর, কেয়ামত দিনের উপর এবং নিজেদের ব্যয়কে আল্লাহর নৈকট্য এবং রসূলের দোয়া লাভের উপায় বলে গণ্য করে। জেনো! তাই হল তাদের ক্ষেত্রে নৈকট্য। আল্লাহ তাদেরকে নিজের রহমতের অন্তর্ভূক্ত করবেন। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুনাময়।
But some of the desert Arabs believe in Allah and the Last Day, and look on their payments as pious gifts bringing them nearer to Allah and obtaining the prayers of the Messenger. Aye, indeed they bring them nearer (to Him): soon will Allah admit them to His Mercy: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৯)
35 নিশ্চয়ই তোমাদের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহ যিনি তৈরী করেছেন আসমান ও যমীনকে ছয় দিনে, অতঃপর তিনি আরশের উপর অধিষ্ঠিত হয়েছেন। তিনি কার্য পরিচালনা করেন। কেউ সুপারিশ করতে পাবে না তবে তাঁর অনুমতি ছাড়া ইনিই আল্লাহ তোমাদের পালনকর্তা। অতএব, তোমরা তাঁরই এবাদত কর। তোমরা কি কিছুই চিন্তা কর না ?
Verily your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne (of authority), regulating and governing all things. No intercessor (can plead with Him) except after His leave (hath been obtained). This is Allah your Lord; Him therefore serve ye: will ye not receive admonition?		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
36 নিশ্চয়ই রাত-দিনের পরিবর্তনের মাঝে এবং যা কিছু তিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন আসমান ও যমীনে, সবই হল নিদর্শন সেসব লোকের জন্য যারা ভয় করে।
Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day, and in all that Allah hath created, in the heavens and the earth, are signs for those who fear Him.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
37 পার্থিব জীবনের উদাহরণ তেমনি, যেমনি আমি আসমান থেকে পানি বর্ষন করলাম, পরে তা মিলিত সংমিশ্রিত হয়ে তা থেকে যমীনের শ্যামল উদ্ভিদ বেরিয়ে এল যা মানুষ ও জীব-জন্তুরা খেয়ে থাকে। এমনকি যমীন যখন সৌন্দর্য সুষমায় ভরে উঠলো আর যমীনের অধিকর্তারা ভাবতে লাগল, এগুলো আমাদের হাতে আসবে, হঠাৎ করে তার উপর আমার নির্দেশ এল রাত্রে কিংবা দিনে, তখন সেগুলোকে কেটে স্তুপাকার করে দিল যেন কাল ও এখানে কোন আবাদ ছিল না। এমনিভাবে আমি খোলাখুলি বর্ণনা করে থাকি নিদর্শণসমূহ সে সমস্ত লোকদের জন্য যারা লক্ষ্য করে।
The likeness of the life of the present is as the rain which We send down from the skies: by its mingling arises the produce of the earth- which provides food for men and animals: (It grows) till the earth is clad with its golden ornaments and is decked out (in beauty): the people to whom it belongs think they have all powers of disposal over it: There reaches it Our command by night or by day, and We make it like a harvest clean-mown, as if it had not flourished only the day before! thus do We explain the Signs in detail for those who reflect.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
38 আর যেদিন তাদেরকে সমবেত করা হবে, যেন তারা অবস্থান করেনি, তবে দিনের একদন্ড একজন অপরজনকে চিনবে। নিঃসন্দেহে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে যারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে আল্লাহর সাথে সাক্ষাতকে এবং সরলপথে আসেনি।
One day He will gather them together: (It will be) as if they had tarried but an hour of a day: they will recognise each other: assuredly those will be lost who denied the meeting with Allah and refused to receive true guidance.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
39 তুমি বল, আচ্ছা দেখ তো দেখি, যদি তোমাদের উপর তার আযাব রাতারাতি অথবা দিনের বেলায় এসে পৌঁছে যায়, তবে এর আগে পাপীরা কি করবে?
Say: "Do ye see,- if His punishment should come to you by night or by day,- what portion of it would the sinners wish to hasten?		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
40 অতএব আজকের দিনে বাঁচিয়ে দিচ্ছি আমি তোমার দেহকে যাতে তোমার পশ্চাদবর্তীদের জন্য নিদর্শন হতে পারে। আর নিঃসন্দেহে বহু লোক আমার মহাশক্তির প্রতি লক্ষ্য করে না।
"This day shall We save thee in the body, that thou mayest be a sign to those who come after thee! but verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Signs!"		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৯২)
41 সুতরাং এখন আর এমন কিছু নেই, যার অপেক্ষা করবে, কিন্তু সেসব দিনের মতই দিন, যা অতীত হয়ে গেছে এর পূর্বে। আপনি বলুন; এখন পথ দেখ; আমিও তোমাদের সাথে পথ চেয়ে রইলাম।
Do they then expect (any thing) but (what happened in) the days of the men who passed away before them? Say: "Wait ye then: for I, too, will wait with you."		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ১০২)
42 তিনিই আসমান ও যমীন ছয় দিনে তৈরী করেছেন, তাঁর আরশ ছিল পানির উপরে, তিনি তোমাদেরকে পরীক্ষা করতে চান যে, তোমাদের মধ্যে কে সবচেয়ে ভাল কাজ করে। আর যদি আপনি তাদেরকে বলেন যে, "নিশ্চয় তোমাদেরকে মৃত্যুর পরে জীবিত ওঠানো হবে, তখন কাফেরেরা অবশ্য বলে এটা তো স্পষ্ট যাদু!";
He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days - and His Throne was over the waters - that He might try you, which of you is best in conduct. But if thou wert to say to them, "Ye shall indeed be raised up after death", the Unbelievers would be sure to say, "This is nothing but obvious sorcery!"		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
43 তোমরা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কারো এবাদত করবে না। নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাদের ব্যাপারে এক যন্ত্রণাদায়ক দিনের আযাবের ভয় করছি।
"That ye serve none but Allah: Verily I do fear for you the penalty of a grievous day."		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
44 সে বলল, আমি অচিরেই কোন পাহাড়ে আশ্রয় নেব, যা আমাকে পানি হতে রক্ষা করবে। নূহ (আঃ) বল্লেন আজকের দিনে আল্লাহর হুকুম থেকে কোন রক্ষাকারী নেই। একমাত্র তিনি যাকে দয়া করবেন। এমন সময় উভয়ের মাঝে তরঙ্গ আড়াল হয়ে দাঁড়াল, ফলে সে নিমজ্জিত হল।
The son replied: "I will betake myself to some mountain: it will save me from the water." Noah said: "This day nothing can save, from the command of Allah, any but those on whom He hath mercy! "And the waves came between them, and the son was among those overwhelmed in the Flood.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
45 এ দুনিয়ায় তাদের পিছনে পিছনে লা’নত রয়েছে এবং কেয়ামতের দিনেও; জেনে রাখ, আদ জাতি তাদের পালনকর্তাকে অস্বীকার করেছে, হুদের জ্ঞাতি আদ জাতির প্রতি অভিসম্পাত রয়েছে জেনে রাখ।
And they were pursued by a Curse in this life,- and on the Day of Judgment. Ah! Behold! for the 'Ad rejected their Lord and Cherisher! Ah! Behold! removed (from sight) were 'Ad the people of Hud!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
46 আর মাদইয়ানবাসীদের প্রতি তাদের ভাই শোয়ায়েব (আঃ) কে প্রেরণ করেছি। তিনি বললেন-হে আমার কওম! আল্লাহর বন্দেগী কর, তিনি ছাড়া আমাদের কোন মাবুদ নাই। আর পরিমাপে ও ওজনে কম দিও না, আজ আমি তোমাদেরকে ভাল অবস্থায়ই দেখছি, কিন্তু আমি তোমাদের উপর এমন একদিনের আযাবের আশঙ্কা করছি যেদিনটি পরিবেষ্টনকারী।
To the Madyan People (We sent) Shu'aib, one of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah: Ye have no other god but Him. And give not short measure or weight: I see you in prosperity, but I fear for you the penalty of a day that will compass (you) all round.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
47 আর এ জগতেও তাদের পেছনে লানত রয়েছে এবং কিয়ামতের দিনেও; অত্যন্ত জঘন্য প্রতিফল, যা তারা পেয়েছে।
And they are followed by a curse in this (life) and on the Day of Judgment: and woeful is the gift which shall be given (unto them)!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৯)
48 আর দিনের দুই প্রান্তেই নামায ঠিক রাখবে, এবং রাতের প্রান্তভাগে পূর্ণ কাজ অবশ্যই পাপ দূর করে দেয়, যারা স্মরণ রাখে তাদের জন্য এটি এক মহা স্মারক।
And establish regular prayers at the two ends of the day and at the approaches of the night: For those things, that are good remove those that are evil: Be that the word of remembrance to those who remember (their Lord):		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৪)
49 এবং এরপরে আসবে দূর্ভিক্ষের সাত বছর; তোমরা এ দিনের জন্যে যা রেখেছিলে, তা খেয়ে যাবে, কিন্তু অল্প পরিমাণ ব্যতীত, যা তোমরা তুলে রাখবে।
"Then will come after that (period) seven dreadful (years), which will devour what ye shall have laid by in advance for them,- (all) except a little which ye shall have (specially) guarded.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
50 মানুষকে ঐ দিনের ভয় প্রদর্শন করুন, যেদিন তাদের কাছে আযাব আসবে। তখন জালেমরা বলবেঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদেরকে সামান্য মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত সময় দিন, যাতে আমরা আপনার আহবানে সাড়া দিতে এবং পয়গম্বরগণের অনুসরণ করতে পারি। তোমরা কি ইতোপূর্বে কসম খেতে না যে, তোমাদেরকে দুনিয়া থেকে যেতে হবে না?
So warn mankind of the Day when the Wrath will reach them: then will the wrong-doers say: "Our Lord! respite us (if only) for a short term: we will answer Thy call, and follow the messengers!" "What! were ye not wont to swear aforetime that ye should suffer no decline?		 (ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
51 অতঃপর কেয়ামতের দিন তিনি তাদেরকে লাঞ্ছিত করবেন এবং বলবেনঃ আমার অংশীদাররা কোথায়, যাদের ব্যাপারে তোমরা খুব হঠকারিতা করতে ? যারা জ্ঞানপ্রাপ্ত হয়েছিল তারা বলবেঃ নিশ্চয়ই আজকের দিনে লাঞ্ছনা ও দুর্গতি কাফেরদের জন্যে,
Then, on the Day of Judgment, He will cover them with shame, and say: "Where are My 'partners' concerning whom ye used to dispute (with the godly)?" Those endued with knowledge will say: "This Day, indeed, are the Unbelievers covered with shame and misery,-		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
52 আমি রাত্রি ও দিনকে দুটি নিদর্শন করেছি। অতঃপর নিস্প্রভ করে দিয়েছি রাতের নিদর্শন এবং দিনের নিদর্শনকে দেখার উপযোগী করেছি, যাতে তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ অন্বেষণ কর এবং যাতে তোমরা স্থির করতে পার বছরসমূহের গণনা ও হিসাব এবং আমি সব বিষয়কে বিস্তারিত ভাবে বর্ণনা করেছি।
We have made the Night and the Day as two (of Our) Signs: the Sign of the Night have We obscured, while the Sign of the Day We have made to enlighten you; that ye may seek bounty from your Lord, and that ye may know the number and count of the years: all things have We explained in detail.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
53 আমি এমনি ভাবে তাদেরকে জাগ্রত করলাম, যাতে তারা পরস্পর জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করে। তাদের একজন বললঃ তোমরা কতকাল অবস্থান করেছ? তাদের কেউ বললঃ একদিন অথবা একদিনের কিছু অংশ অবস্থান করছি। কেউ কেউ বললঃ তোমাদের পালনকর্তাই ভাল জানেন তোমরা কতকাল অবস্থান করেছ। এখন তোমাদের একজনকে তোমাদের এই মুদ্রাসহ শহরে প্রেরণ কর; সে যেন দেখে কোন খাদ্য পবিত্র। অতঃপর তা থেকে যেন কিছু খাদ্য নিয়ে আসে তোমাদের জন্য; সে যেন নম্রতা সহকারে যায় ও কিছুতেই যেন তোমাদের খবর কাউকে না জানায়।
Such (being their state), we raised them up (from sleep), that they might question each other. Said one of them, "How long have ye stayed (here)?" They said, "We have stayed (perhaps) a day, or part of a day." (At length) they (all) said, "Allah (alone) knows best how long ye have stayed here.... Now send ye then one of you with this money of yours to the town: let him find out which is the best food (to be had) and bring some to you, that (ye may) satisfy your hunger therewith: And let him behave with care and courtesy, and let him not inform any one about you.		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
54 বলুনঃ ‘রহমান’ থেকে কে তোমাদেরকে হেফাযত করবে রাত্রে ও দিনে। বরং তারা তাদের পালনকর্তার স্মরণ থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে রাখে।
Say: "Who can keep you safe by night and by day from (the Wrath of) (Allah) Most Gracious?" Yet they turn away from the mention of their Lord.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
55 মহা ত্রাস তাদেরকে চিন্তান্বিত করবে না এবং ফেরেশতারা তাদেরকে অভ্যর্থনা করবেঃ আজ তোমাদের দিন, যে দিনের ওয়াদা তোমাদেরকে দেয়া হয়েছিল।
The Great Terror will bring them no grief: but the angels will meet them (with mutual greetings): "This is your Day,- (the Day) that ye were promised."		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১০৩)
56 এটা এ জন্যে যে, আল্লাহ রাত্রিকে দিনের মধ্যে এবং দিনকে রাত্রির মধ্য দাখিল করে দেন এবং আল্লাহ সবকিছু শোনেন, দেখেন।
That is because Allah merges night into day, and He merges day into night, and verily it is Allah Who hears and sees (all things).		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৬১)
57 আল্লাহ বললেনঃ কিছু দিনের মধ্যে তারা সকাল বেলা অনুতপ্ত হবে।
(Allah) said: "In but a little while, they are sure to be sorry!"		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
58 তারা বলবে, আমরা একদিন অথবা দিনের কিছু অংশ অবস্থান করেছি। অতএব আপনি গণনাকারীদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস করুন।
They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day: but ask those who keep account."		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ১১৩)
59 তিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের অন্তর্বর্তী সবকিছু ছয়দিনে সৃস্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর আরশে সমাসীন হয়েছেন। তিনি পরম দয়াময়। তাঁর সম্পর্কে যিনি অবগত, তাকে জিজ্ঞেস কর।
He Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between, in six days, and is firmly established on the Throne (of Authority): Allah Most Gracious: ask thou, then, about Him of any acquainted (with such things).		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৯)
60 অতঃপর এক নির্দিষ্ট দিনে জাদুকরদেরকে একত্রিত করা হল।
So the sorcerers were got together for the appointment of a day well-known,		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮)
61 আমি আশা করি তিনিই বিচারের দিনে আমার ক্রটি-বিচ্যুতি মাফ করবেন।
"And who, I hope, will forgive me my faults on the day of Judgment.		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৮২)
62 সালেহ বললেন এই উষ্ট্রী, এর জন্যে আছে পানি পানের পালা এবং তোমাদের জন্যে আছে পানি পানের পালা নির্দিষ্ট এক-এক দিনের।
He said: "Here is a she-camel: she has a right of watering, and ye have a right of watering, (severally) on a day appointed.		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৫)
63 তাঁর আরও নিদর্শনঃ রাতে ও দিনে তোমাদের নিদ্রা এবং তাঁর কৃপা অন্বেষণ। নিশ্চয় এতে মনোযোগী সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
And among His Signs is the sleep that ye take by night and by day, and the quest that ye (make for livelihood) out of His Bounty: verily in that are signs for those who hearken.		 (আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
64 আল্লাহ যিনি নভোমন্ডল, ভুমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু ছয় দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তিনি আরশে বিরাজমান হয়েছেন। তিনি ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন অভিভাবক ও সুপারিশকারী নেই। এরপরও কি তোমরা বুঝবে না?
It is Allah Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all between them, in six Days, and is firmly established on the Throne (of Authority): ye have none, besides Him, to protect or intercede (for you): will ye not then receive admonition?		 (সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
65 তিনি আকাশ থেকে পৃথিবী পর্যন্ত সমস্ত কর্ম পরিচালনা করেন, অতঃপর তা তাঁর কাছে পৌছবে এমন এক দিনে, যার পরিমাণ তোমাদের গণনায় হাজার বছরের সমান।
He rules (all) affairs from the heavens to the earth: in the end will (all affairs) go up to Him, on a Day, the space whereof will be (as) a thousand years of your reckoning.		 (সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
66 বলুন, ফয়সালার দিনে কাফেরদের ঈমান তাদের কোন কাজে আসবে না এবং তাদেরকে অবকাশ ও দেয়া হবে না।
Say: "On the Day of Decision, no profit will it be to Unbelievers if they (then) believe! nor will they be granted a respite."		 (সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
67 তাদের এবং যেসব জনপদের লোকদের প্রতি আমি অনুগ্রহ করেছিলম সেগুলোর মধ্যবর্তী স্থানে অনেক দৃশ্যমান জনপদ স্থাপন করেছিলাম এবং সেগুলোতে ভ্রমণ নির্ধারিত করেছিলাম। তোমরা এসব জনপদে রাত্রে ও দিনে নিরাপদে ভ্রমণ কর।
Between them and the Cities on which We had poured our blessings, We had placed Cities in prominent positions, and between them We had appointed stages of journey in due proportion: "Travel therein, secure, by night and by day."		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
68 বলুন, তোমাদের জন্যে একটি দিনের ওয়াদা রয়েছে যাকে তোমরা এক মহূর্তও বিলম্বিত করতে পারবে না এবং ত্বরান্বিত ও করতে পারবে না।
Say: "The appointment to you is for a Day, which ye cannot put back for an hour nor put forward."		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
69 অতএব আজকের দিনে তোমরা একে অপরের কোন উপকার ও অপকার করার অধিকারী হবে না আর আমি জালেমদেরকে বলব, তোমরা আগুনের যে শাস্তিকে মিথ্যা বলতে তা আস্বাদন কর।
So on that Day no power shall they have over each other, for profit or harm: and We shall say to the wrong-doers, "Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire,- the which ye were wont to deny!"		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
70 সূর্য নাগাল পেতে পারে না চন্দ্রের এবং রাত্রি অগ্রে চলে না দিনের প্রত্যেকেই আপন আপন কক্ষপথে সন্তরণ করে।
It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law).		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
71 আজকের দিনে কারও প্রতি জুলুম করা হবে না এবং তোমরা যা করবে কেবল তারই প্রতিদান পাবে।
Then, on that Day, not a soul will be wronged in the least, and ye shall but be repaid the meeds of your past Deeds.		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৫৪)
72 বরং তারা আজকের দিনে আত্নসমর্পণকারী।
Nay, but that day they shall submit (to Judgment);		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
73 কাফেরদেরকে জাহান্নামের দিকে দলে দলে হাঁকিয়ে নেয়া হবে। তারা যখন সেখানে পৌছাবে, তখন তার দরজাসমূহ খুলে দেয়া হবে এবং জাহান্নামের রক্ষীরা তাদেরকে বলবে, তোমাদের কাছে কি তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে পয়গম্বর আসেনি, যারা তোমাদের কাছে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার আয়াতসমূহ আবৃত্তি করত এবং সতর্ক করত এ দিনের সাক্ষাতের ব্যাপারে? তারা বলবে, হঁ্যা, কিন্তু কাফেরদের প্রতি শাস্তির হুকুমই বাস্তবায়িত হয়েছে।
The Unbelievers will be led to Hell in crowd: until, when they arrive, there, its gates will be opened. And its keepers will say, "Did not messengers come to you from among yourselves, rehearsing to you the Signs of your Lord, and warning you of the Meeting of This Day of yours?" The answer will be: "True: but the Decree of Punishment has been proved true against the Unbelievers!"		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
74 সে মুমিন ব্যক্তি বললঃ হে আমার কওম, আমি তোমাদের জন্যে পূর্ববর্তী সম্প্রদায়সমূহের মতই বিপদসঙ্কুল দিনের আশংকা করি।
Then said the man who believed: "O my people! Truly I do fear for you something like the Day (of disaster) of the Confederates (in sin)!-		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
75 হে আমার কওম, আমি তোমাদের জন্যে প্রচন্ড হাঁক-ডাকের দিনের আশংকা করি।
"And O my people! I fear for you a Day when there will be Mutual calling (and wailing),-		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
76 যারা জাহান্নামে আছে, তারা জাহান্নামের রক্ষীদেরকে বলবে, তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তাকে বল, তিনি যেন আমাদের থেকে একদিনের আযাব লাঘব করে দেন।
Those in the Fire will say to the Keepers of Hell: "Pray to your Lord to lighten us the Penalty for a day (at least)!"		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
77 বলুন, তোমরা কি সে সত্তাকে অস্বীকার কর যিনি পৃথিবী সৃষ্টি করেছেন দু’দিনে এবং তোমরা কি তাঁর সমকক্ষ স্থীর কর? তিনি তো সমগ্র বিশ্বের পালনকর্তা।
Say: Is it that ye deny Him Who created the earth in two Days? And do ye join equals with Him? He is the Lord of (all) the Worlds.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
78 তিনি পৃথিবীতে উপরিভাগে অটল পর্বতমালা স্থাপন করেছেন, তাতে কল্যাণ নিহিত রেখেছেন এবং চার দিনের মধ্যে তাতে তার খাদ্যের ব্যবস্থা করেছেন-পূর্ণ হল জিজ্ঞাসুদের জন্যে।
He set on the (earth), mountains standing firm, high above it, and bestowed blessings on the earth, and measure therein all things to give them nourishment in due proportion, in four Days, in accordance with (the needs of) those who seek (Sustenance).		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
79 অতঃপর তিনি আকাশমন্ডলীকে দু’দিনে সপ্ত আকাশ করে দিলেন এবং প্রত্যেক আকাশে তার আদেশ প্রেরণ করলেন। আমি নিকটবর্তী আকাশকে প্রদীপমালা দ্বারা সুশোভিত ও সংরক্ষিত করেছি। এটা পরাক্রমশালী সর্বজ্ঞ আল্লাহর ব্যবস্থাপনা।
So He completed them as seven firmaments in two Days, and He assigned to each heaven its duty and command. And We adorned the lower heaven with lights, and (provided it) with guard. Such is the Decree of (Him) the Exalted in Might, Full of Knowledge.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
80 অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে পার্থিব জীবনে লাঞ্ছনার আযাব আস্বাদন করানোর জন্যে তাদের উপর প্রেরণ করলাম ঝঞ্ঝাবায়ু বেশ কতিপয় অশুভ দিনে। আর পরকালের আযাব তো আরও লাঞ্ছনাকর এমতাবস্থায় যে, তারা সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত হবে না।
So We sent against them a furious Wind through days of disaster, that We might give them a taste of a Penalty of humiliation in this life; but the Penalty of a Hereafter will be more humiliating still: and they will find no help.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
81 অতএব আপনি সেই দিনের অপেক্ষা করুন, যখন আকাশ ধূয়ায় ছেয়ে যাবে।
Then watch thou for the Day that the sky will bring forth a kind of smoke (or mist) plainly visible,		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
82 বলা হবে, আজ আমি তোমাদেরকে ভুলে যাব, যেমন তোমরা এ দিনের সাক্ষাৎকে ভুলে গিয়েছিলে। তোমাদের আবাসস্থল জাহান্নাম এবং তোমাদের সাহায্যকারী নেই।
It will also be said: "This Day We will forget you as ye forgot the meeting of this Day of yours! and your abode is the Fire, and no helpers have ye!		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
83 অতএব, আপনি সবর করুন, যেমন উচ্চ সাহসী পয়গম্বরগণ সবর করেছেন এবং ওদের বিষয়ে তড়িঘড়ি করবেন না। ওদেরকে যে বিষয়ে ওয়াদা দেয়া হত, তা যেদিন তারা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, সেদিন তাদের মনে হবে যেন তারা দিনের এক মুহুর্তের বেশী পৃথিবীতে অবস্থান করেনি। এটা সুস্পষ্ট অবগতি। এখন তারাই ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত হবে, যারা পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়।
Therefore patiently persevere, as did (all) messengers of inflexible purpose; and be in no haste about the (Unbelievers). On the Day that they see the (Punishment) promised them, (it will be) as if they had not tarried more than an hour in a single day. (Thine but) to proclaim the Message: but shall any be destroyed except those who transgress?		 (আল আহক্বাফ:

84 আমি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু ছয়দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছি এবং আমাকে কোনরূপ ক্লান্তি স্পর্শ করেনি।
We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in Six Days, nor did any sense of weariness touch Us.		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮)
85 অতএব, কাফেরদের জন্যে দুর্ভোগ সেই দিনের, যেদিনের প্রতিশ্রুতি ওদেরকে দেয়া হয়েছে।
Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised!		 (আয-যারিয়াত:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
86 আমি তাদের উপর প্রেরণ করেছিলাম ঝঞ্জাবায়ু এক চিরাচরিত অশুভ দিনে।
For We sent against them a furious wind, on a Day of violent Disaster,		 (আল ক্বামার:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
87 সবাই একত্রিত হবে এক নির্দিষ্ট দিনের নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে।
"All will certainly be gathered together for the meeting appointed for a Day well-known.		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
88 তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন ছয়দিনে, অতঃপর আরশের উপর সমাসীন হয়েছেন। তিনি জানেন যা ভূমিতে প্রবেশ করে ও যা ভূমি থেকে নির্গত হয় এবং যা আকাশ থেকে বর্ষিত হয় ও যা আকাশে উত্থিত হয়। তিনি তোমাদের সাথে আছেন তোমরা যেখানেই থাক। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and is moreover firmly established on the Throne (of Authority). He knows what enters within the earth and what comes forth out of it, what comes down from heaven and what mounts up to it. And He is with you wheresoever ye may be. And Allah sees well all that ye do.		 (আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
89 মুমিনগণ, জুমআর দিনে যখন নামাযের আযান দেয়া হয়, তখন তোমরা আল্লাহর স্মরণের পানে ত্বরা কর এবং বেচাকেনা বন্ধ কর। এটা তোমাদের জন্যে উত্তম যদি তোমরা বুঝ।
O ye who believe! When the call is proclaimed to prayer on Friday (the Day of Assembly), hasten earnestly to the Remembrance of Allah, and leave off business (and traffic): That is best for you if ye but knew!		 (আল জুমুআহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
90 গোছা পর্যন্ত পা খোলার দিনের কথা স্মরণ কর, সেদিন তাদেরকে সেজদা করতে আহবান জানানো হবে, অতঃপর তারা সক্ষম হবে না।
The Day that the shin shall be laid bare, and they shall be summoned to bow in adoration, but they shall not be able,-		 (আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
91 বিগত দিনে তোমরা যা প্রেরণ করেছিলে, তার প্রতিদানে তোমরা খাও এবং পান কর তৃপ্তি সহকারে।
"Eat ye and drink ye, with full satisfaction; because of the (good) that ye sent before you, in the days that are gone!"		 (আল হাক্বক্বাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
92 ফেরেশতাগণ এবং রূহ আল্লাহ তা’আলার দিকে উর্ধ্বগামী হয় এমন একদিনে, যার পরিমাণ পঞ্চাশ হাজার বছর।
The angels and the spirit ascend unto him in a Day the measure whereof is (as) fifty thousand years:		 (আল মা'আরিজ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
93 তারা মান্নত পূর্ণ করে এবং সেদিনকে ভয় করে, যেদিনের অনিষ্ট হবে সুদূরপ্রসারী।
They perform (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil flies far and wide.		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
94 আমরা আমাদের পালনকর্তার তরফ থেকে এক ভীতিপ্রদ ভয়ংকর দিনের ভয় রাখি।
"We only fear a Day of distressful Wrath from the side of our Lord."		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
95 অতঃপর আল্লাহ তাদেরকে সেদিনের অনিষ্ট থেকে রক্ষা করবেন এবং তাদেরকে দিবেন সজীবতা ও আনন্দ।
But Allah will deliver them from the evil of that Day, and will shed over them a Light of Beauty and (blissful) Joy.		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
96 অতএব, কাফেরদেরকে অবকাশ দিন, তাদেরকে অবকাশ দিন, কিছু দিনের জন্যে।
Therefore grant a delay to the Unbelievers: Give respite to them gently (for awhile).		 (আত্ব-তারিক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
97 অথবা দুর্ভিক্ষের দিনে অন্নদান।
Or the giving of food in a day of privation		 (আল বালাদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
98 শপথ দিনের, যখন সে আলোকিত হয়
By the Day as it appears in glory;		 (আল লায়ল:
আয়াতঃ ২)
