“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 হে ঈমানদারগন! তোমাদের প্রতি নিহতদের ব্যাপারে কেসাস গ্রহণ করা বিধিবদ্ধ করা হয়েছে। স্বাধীন ব্যক্তি স্বাধীন ব্যক্তির বদলায়, দাস দাসের বদলায় এবং নারী নারীর বদলায়। অতঃপর তার ভাইয়ের তরফ থেকে যদি কাউকে কিছুটা মাফ করে দেয়া হয়, তবে প্রচলিত নিয়মের অনুসরণ করবে এবং ভালভাবে তাকে তা প্রদান করতে হবে। এটা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার তরফ থেকে সহজ এবং বিশেষ অনুগ্রহ। এরপরও যে ব্যাক্তি বাড়াবাড়ি করে, তার জন্য রয়েছে বেদনাদায়ক আযাব।
O ye who believe! the law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude, this is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৮)
2 যদি তোমরা প্রকাশ্যে দান-খয়রাত কর, তবে তা কতইনা উত্তম। আর যদি খয়রাত গোপনে কর এবং অভাবগ্রস্তদের দিয়ে দাও, তবে তা তোমাদের জন্যে আরও উত্তম। আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের কিছু গোনাহ দূর করে দিবেন। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজ কর্মের খুব খবর রাখেন।
If ye disclose (acts of) charity, even so it is well, but if ye conceal them, and make them reach those (really) in need, that is best for you: It will remove from you some of your (stains of) evil. And Allah is well acquainted with what ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭১)
3 অতঃপর ফিরে এল মুসলমানরা আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ নিয়ে, তদের কিছুই অনিষ্ট হলো না। তারপর তারা আল্লাহর ইচ্ছার অনুগত হল। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ অতি বিরাট।
And they returned with Grace and bounty from Allah: no harm ever touched them: For they followed the good pleasure of Allah: And Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৪)
4 অতঃপর তার অন্তর তাকে ভ্রাতৃহত্যায় উদুদ্ধ করল। অনন্তর সে তাকে হত্যা করল। ফলে সে ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে গেল।
The (selfish) soul of the other led him to the murder of his brother: he murdered him, and became (himself) one of the lost ones.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
5 তারাই মানে, যারা শ্রবণ করে। আল্লাহ মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করে উত্থিত করবেন। অতঃপর তারা তাঁরই দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে।
Those who listen (in truth), be sure, will accept: as to the dead, Allah will raise them up; then will they be turned unto Him.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
6 আর আমি আপনার পূর্ববর্তী উম্মতদের প্রতিও পয়গম্বর প্রেরণ করেছিলাম। অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে অভাব-অনটন ও রোগ-ব্যধি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করেছিলাম যাতে তারা কাকুতি মিনতি করে।
Before thee We sent (messengers) to many nations, and We afflicted the nations with suffering and adversity, that they might learn humility.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
7 তিনিই বৃষ্টির পূর্বে সুসংবাদবাহী বায়ু পাঠিয়ে দেন। এমনকি যখন বায়ুরাশি পানিপূর্ন মেঘমালা বয়ে আনে, তখন আমি এ মেঘমালাকে একটি মৃত শহরের দিকে হঁ্যাকিয়ে দেই। অতঃপর এ মেঘ থেকে বৃষ্টি ধারা বর্ষণ করি। অতঃপর পানি দ্বারা সব রকমের ফল উৎপন্ন করি। এমনি ভাবে মৃতদেরকে বের করব-যাতে তোমরা চিন্তা কর।
It is He Who sendeth the winds like heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy: when they have carried the heavy-laden clouds, We drive them to a land that is dead, make rain to descend thereon, and produce every kind of harvest therewith: thus shall We raise up the dead: perchance ye may remember.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
8 তারপর তাদের পেছনে এসেছে কিছু অপদার্থ, যারা উত্তরাধিকারী হয়েছে কিতাবের; তারা নিকৃষ্ট পার্থিব উপকরণ আহরণ করছে এবং বলছে, আমাদের ক্ষমা করে দেয়া হবে। বস্তুতঃ এমনি ধরনের উপকরণ যদি আবারো তাদের সামনে উপস্থিত হয়, তবে তাও তুলে নেবে। তাদের কাছথেকে কিতাবে কি অঙ্গীকার নেয়া হয়নি যে, আল্লাহর প্রতি সত্য ছাড়া কিছু বলবে না? অথচ তারা সে সবই পাঠ করেছে, যা তাতে লেখা রয়েছে। বস্তুতঃ আখেরাতের আলয় ভীতদের জন্য উত্তম-তোমরা কি তা বোঝ না ?
After them succeeded an (evil) generation: They inherited the Book, but they chose (for themselves) the vanities of this world, saying (for excuse): "(Everything) will be forgiven us." (Even so), if similar vanities came their way, they would (again) seize them. Was not the covenant of the Book taken from them, that they would not ascribe to Allah anything but the truth? and they study what is in the Book. But best for the righteous is the home in the Hereafter. Will ye not understand?		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬৯)
9 নিঃসন্দেহে তারাই আল্লাহর মসজিদ আবাদ করবে যারা ঈমান এনেছে আল্লাহর প্রতি ও শেষ দিনের প্রতি এবং কায়েম করেছে নামায ও আদায় করে যাকাত; আল্লাহ ব্যতীত আর কাউকে ভয় করে না। অতএব, আশা করা যায়, তারা হেদায়েত প্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে।
The mosques of Allah shall be visited and maintained by such as believe in Allah and the Last Day, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity, and fear none (at all) except Allah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
10 যাকাত হল কেবল ফকির, মিসকীন, যাকাত আদায় কারী ও যাদের চিত্ত আকর্ষণ প্রয়োজন তাদে হক এবং তা দাস-মুক্তির জন্যে-ঋণ গ্রস্তদের জন্য, আল্লাহর পথে জেহাদকারীদের জন্যে এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, এই হল আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত বিধান। আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
Alms are for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer the (funds); for those whose hearts have been (recently) reconciled (to Truth); for those in bondage and in debt; in the cause of Allah; and for the wayfarer: (thus is it) ordained by Allah, and Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
11 আর বনী-ইসরাঈলকে আমি পার করে দিয়েছি নদী। তারপর তাদের পশ্চাদ্ধাবন করেছে ফেরাউন ও তার সেনাবাহিনী, দুরাচার ও বাড়াবাড়ির উদ্দেশে। এমনকি যখন তারা ডুবতে আরম্ভ করল, তখন বলল, এবার বিশ্বাস করে নিচ্ছি যে, কোন মা’বুদ নেই তাঁকে ছাড়া যাঁর উপর ঈমান এনেছে বনী-ইসরাঈলরা। বস্তুতঃ আমিও তাঁরই অনুগতদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
We took the Children of Israel across the sea: Pharaoh and his hosts followed them in insolence and spite. At length, when overwhelmed with the flood, he said: "I believe that there is no god except Him Whom the Children of Israel believe in: I am of those who submit (to Allah in Islam)."		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৯০)
12 আমি তোমার নিকট উত্তম কাহিনী বর্ণনা করেছি, যেমতে আমি এ কোরআন তোমার নিকট অবতীর্ণ করেছি। তুমি এর আগে অবশ্যই এ ব্যাপারে অনবহিতদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত ছিলে।
We do relate unto thee the most beautiful of stories, in that We reveal to thee this (portion of the) Qur'an: before this, thou too was among those who knew it not.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
13 যারা আমার বান্দা, তাদের উপর তোমার কোন ক্ষমতা নেই; কিন্তু পথভ্রান্তদের মধ্য থেকে যারা তোমার পথে চলে।
"For over My servants no authority shalt thou have, except such as put themselves in the wrong and follow thee."		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
14 আমি তাঁদেরকে আমার রহমাতপ্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত করেছিলাম। তাঁরা ছিলেন সৎকর্মপরায়ণ।
We admitted them to Our mercy: for they were of the righteous ones.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬)
15 যারা বিবাহে সামর্থ নয়, তারা যেন সংযম অবলম্বন করে যে পর্যন্ত না আল্লাহ নিজ অনুগ্রহে তাদেরকে অভাবমুক্ত করে দেন। তোমাদের অধিকারভুক্তদের মধ্যে যারা মুক্তির জন্য লিখিত চুক্তি করতে চায়, তাদের সাথে তোমরা লিখিত চুক্তি কর যদি জান যে, তাদের মধ্যে কল্যাণ আছে। আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে যে, অর্থ-কড়ি দিয়েছেন, তা থেকে তাদেরকে দান কর। তোমাদের দাসীরা নিজেদের পবিত্রতা রক্ষা করতে চাইলে তোমরা পার্থিব জীবনের সম্পদের লালসায় তাদেরকে ব্যভিচারে বাধ্য কারো না। যদি কেহ তাদের উপর জোর-জবরদস্তি করে, তবে তাদের উপর জোর-জবরদস্তির পর আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which Allah has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is Allah, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
16 এক বৃদ্ধা ব্যতীত, সে ছিল ধ্বংস প্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
Except an old woman who lingered behind.		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭১)
17 তারা বলল, তুমি তো জাদুগ্রস্তদের অন্যতম।
They said: "Thou art only one of those bewitched!		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৫)
18 অতঃপর তাঁকে ও তাঁর পরিবারবর্গকে উদ্ধার করলাম তাঁর স্ত্রী ছাড়া। কেননা, তার জন্যে ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্তদের ভাগ্যই নির্ধারিত করেছিলাম।
But We saved him and his family, except his wife; her We destined to be of those who lagged behind.		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
19 আর তাদের উপর বর্ষণ করেছিলাম মুষলধারে বৃষ্টি। সেই সতর্ককৃতদের উপর কতই না মারাত্নক ছিল সে বৃষ্টি।
And We rained down on them a shower (of brimstone): and evil was the shower on those who were admonished (but heeded not)!		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৫৮)
20 আপনি আহবান শোনাতে পারবেন না মৃতদেরকে এবং বধিরকেও নয়, যখন তারা পৃষ্ঠ প্রদর্শন করে চলে যায়।
Truly thou canst not cause the dead to listen, nor canst thou cause the deaf to hear the call, (especially) when they turn back in retreat.		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৮০)
21 সে বলল, এই জনপদে তো লূতও রয়েছে। তারা বলল, সেখানে কে আছে, তা আমরা ভাল জানি। আমরা অবশ্যই তাকে ও তাঁর পরিবারবর্গকে রক্ষা করব তাঁর স্ত্রী ব্যতীত; সে ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত থাকবে।
He said: "But there is Lut there." They said: "Well do we know who is there: we will certainly save him and his following,- except his wife: she is of those who lag behind!"		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
22 যখন আমার প্রেরিত ফেরেশতাগণ লূতের কাছে আগমন করল, তখন তাদের কারণে সে বিষন্ন হয়ে পড়ল এবং তার মন সংকীর্ণ হয়ে গেল। তারা বলল, ভয় করবেন না এবং দুঃখ করবেন না। আমরা আপনাকে ও আপনার পরিবারবর্গকে রক্ষা করবই আপনার স্ত্রী ব্যতীত, সে ধ্বংস প্রাপ্তদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত থাকবে।
And when Our Messengers came to Lut, he was grieved on their account, and felt himself powerless (to protect) them: but they said: "Fear thou not, nor grieve: we are (here) to save thee and thy following, except thy wife: she is of those who lag behind.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
23 অতএব, আল্লাহর রহমতের ফল দেখে নাও, কিভাবে তিনি মৃত্তিকার মৃত্যুর পর তাকে জীবিত করেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করবেন এবং তিনি সব কিছুর উপর সর্বশক্তিমান।
Then contemplate (O man!) the memorials of Allah's Mercy!- how He gives life to the earth after its death: verily the same will give life to the men who are dead: for He has power over all things.		 (আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
24 অতএব, আপনি মৃতদেরকে শোনাতে পারবেন না এবং বধিরকেও আহবান শোনাতে পারবেন না, যখন তারা পৃষ্ঠ প্রদর্শন করে।
So verily thou canst not make the dead to hear, nor canst thou make the deaf to hear the call, when they show their backs and turn away.		 (আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
25 আরও সমান নয় জীবিত ও মৃত। আল্লাহ শ্রবণ করান যাকে ইচ্ছা। আপনি কবরে শায়িতদেরকে শুনাতে সক্ষম নন।
Nor are alike those that are living and those that are dead. Allah can make any that He wills to hear; but thou canst not make those to hear who are (buried) in graves.		 (ফাতির:
আয়াতঃ ২২)
26 আমিই মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করি এবং তাদের কর্ম ও কীর্তিসমূহ লিপিবদ্ধ করি। আমি প্রত্যেক বস্তু স্পষ্ট কিতাবে সংরক্ষিত রেখেছি।
Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence).		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
27 যে আমার পরওয়ারদেগার আমাকে ক্ষমা করেছেন এবং আমাকে সম্মানিতদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করেছেন।
"For that my Lord has granted me Forgiveness and has enrolled me among those held in honour!"		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
28 আমার পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ না হলে আমিও যে গ্রেফতারকৃতদের সাথেই উপস্থিত হতাম।
"Had it not been for the Grace of my Lord, I should certainly have been among those brought (there)!		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
29 অতঃপর তারা তদের পদাংক অনুসরণে তৎপর ছিল।
So they (too) were rushed down on their footsteps!		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
30 আপনার প্রতি এবং আপনার পূর্ববর্তীদের পতি প্রত্যাদেশ হয়েছে, যদি আল্লাহর শরীক স্থির করেন, তবে আপনার কর্ম নিষ্ফল হবে এবং আপনি ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের একজন হবেন।
But it has already been revealed to thee,- as it was to those before thee,- "If thou wert to join (gods with Allah), truly fruitless will be thy work (in life), and thou wilt surely be in the ranks of those who lose (all spiritual good)".		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৬৫)
31 তোমাদের পালনকর্তা সম্বন্ধে তোমাদের এ ধারণাই তোমাদেরকে ধ্বংস করেছে। ফলে তোমরা ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে গেছ।
"But this thought of yours which ye did entertain concerning your Lord, hath brought you to destruction, and (now) have ye become of those utterly lost!"		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
32 তাঁর এক নিদর্শন এই যে, তুমি ভূমিকে দেখবে অনুর্বর পড়ে আছে। অতঃপর আমি যখন তার উপর বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করি, তখন সে শস্যশ্যামল ও স্ফীত হয়। নিশ্চয় যিনি একে জীবিত করেন, তিনি জীবিত করবেন মৃতদেরকেও। নিশ্চয় তিনি সবকিছু করতে সক্ষম।
And among His Signs in this: thou seest the earth barren and desolate; but when We send down rain to it, it is stirred to life and yields increase. Truly, He Who gives life to the (dead) earth can surely give life to (men) who are dead. For He has power over all things.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
33 তারা কি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে অভিভাবক স্থির করেছে? পরন্তু আল্লাহই তো একমাত্র অভিভাবক। তিনি মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করেন। তিনি সর্ববিষয়ে ক্ষমতাবান।
What! Have they taken (for worship) protectors besides Him? But it is Allah,- He is the Protector, and it is He Who gives life to the dead: It is He Who has power over all things,		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
34 নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের বিরুদ্ধাচারণ করে, তারাই লাঞ্ছিতদের দলভূক্ত।
Those who resist Allah and His Messenger will be among those most humiliated.		 (আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
35 আল্লাহ জনপদবাসীদের কাছ থেকে তাঁর রসূলকে যা দিয়েছেন, তা আল্লাহর, রসূলের, তাঁর আত্নীয়-স্বজনের, ইয়াতীমদের, অভাবগ্রস্তদের এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, যাতে ধনৈশ্বর্য্য কেবল তোমাদের বিত্তশালীদের মধ্যেই পুঞ্জীভূত না হয়। রসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেন, তা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা নিষেধ করেন, তা থেকে বিরত থাক এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা।
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
36 তবুও কি সেই আল্লাহ মৃতদেরকে জীবিত করতে সক্ষম নন?
Has not He, (the same), the power to give life to the dead?		 (আল ক্বেয়ামাহ:

37 জীবিত ও মৃতদেরকে?
