নং আয়াত সূরা
1 তোমরা তাদেরকে ভালরূপে জেনেছ, যারা শনিবারের ব্যাপারে সীমা লঙ্ঘণ করেছিল। আমি বলেছিলামঃ তোমরা লাঞ্ছিত বানর হয়ে যাও।
And well ye knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath: We said to them: "Be ye apes, despised and rejected."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৬৫)
2 আমি যাদেরকে কিতাব দান করেছি, তারা তাকে চেনে, যেমন করে চেনে নিজেদের পুত্রদেরকে। আর নিশ্চয়ই তাদের একটি সম্প্রদায় জেনে শুনে সত্যকে গোপন করে।
The people of the Book know this as they know their own sons; but some of them conceal the truth which they themselves know.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৬)
3 তোমরা অন্যায়ভাবে একে অপরের সম্পদ ভোগ করো না। এবং জনগণের সম্পদের কিয়দংশ জেনে-শুনে পাপ পন্থায় আত্নসাৎ করার উদ্দেশে শাসন কতৃপক্ষের হাতেও তুলে দিও না।
And do not eat up your property among yourselves for vanities, nor use it as bait for the judges, with intent that ye may eat up wrongfully and knowingly a little of (other) people's property.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৮)
4 সম্মানিত মাসই সম্মানিত মাসের বদলা। আর সম্মান রক্ষা করারও বদলা রয়েছে। বস্তুতঃ যারা তোমাদের উপর জবর দস্তি করেছে, তোমরা তাদের উপর জবরদস্তি কর, যেমন জবরদস্তি তারা করেছে তোমাদের উপর। আর তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং জেনে রাখ, যারা পরহেযগার, আল্লাহ তাদের সাথে রয়েছেন।
The prohibited month for the prohibited month,- and so for all things prohibited,- there is the law of equality. If then any one transgresses the prohibition against you, Transgress ye likewise against him. But fear Allah, and know that Allah is with those who restrain themselves.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৯৪)
5 আর তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশ্যে হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ পরিপূর্ণ ভাবে পালন কর। যদি তোমরা বাধা প্রাপ্ত হও, তাহলে কোরবানীর জন্য যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তাই তোমাদের উপর ধার্য। আর তোমরা ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত মাথা মুন্ডন করবে না, যতক্ষণ না কোরবাণী যথাস্থানে পৌছে যাবে। যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়বে কিংবা মাথায় যদি কোন কষ্ট থাকে, তাহলে তার পরিবর্তে রোজা করবে কিংবা খয়রাত দেবে অথবা কুরবানী করবে। আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ একত্রে একই সাথে পালন করতে চাও, তবে যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তা দিয়ে কুরবানী করাই তার উপর কর্তব্য। বস্তুতঃ যারা কোরবানীর পশু পাবে না, তারা হজ্জ্বের দিনগুলোর মধ্যে রোজা রাখবে তিনটি আর সাতটি রোযা রাখবে ফিরে যাবার পর। এভাবে দশটি রোযা পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে। এ নির্দেশটি তাদের জন্য, যাদের পরিবার পরিজন মসজিদুল হারামের আশে-পাশে বসবাস করে না। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। সন্দেহাতীতভাবে জেনো যে, আল্লাহর আযাব বড়ই কঠিন।
And complete the Hajj or 'umra in the service of Allah. But if ye are prevented (From completing it), send an offering for sacrifice, such as ye may find, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches the place of sacrifice. And if any of you is ill, or has an ailment in his scalp, (Necessitating shaving), (He should) in compensation either fast, or feed the poor, or offer sacrifice; and when ye are in peaceful conditions (again), if any one wishes to continue the 'umra on to the hajj, He must make an offering, such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, He should fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, Making ten days in all. This is for those whose household is not in (the precincts of) the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah, and know that Allah Is strict in punishment.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৯৬)
6 আর স্মরণ কর আল্লাহকে নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কয়েকটি দিনে। অতঃপর যে লোক তাড়াহুড়া করে চলে যাবে শুধু দু, দিনের মধ্যে, তার জন্যে কোন পাপ নেই। আর যে লোক থেকে যাবে তাঁর উপর কোন পাপ নেই, অবশ্য যারা ভয় করে। আর তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক এবং নিশ্চিত জেনে রাখ, তোমরা সবাই তার সামনে সমবেত হবে।
Celebrate the praises of Allah during the Appointed Days. But if any one hastens to leave in two days, there is no blame on him, and if any one stays on, there is no blame on him, if his aim is to do right. Then fear Allah, and know that ye will surely be gathered unto Him.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২০৩)
7 অতঃপর তোমাদের মাঝে পরিস্কার নির্দেশ এসে গেছে বলে জানার পরেও যদি তোমরা পদস্খলিত হও, তাহলে নিশ্চিত জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ, পরাক্রমশালী, বিজ্ঞ।
If ye backslide after the clear (Signs) have come to you, then know that Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২০৯)
8 তোমাদের স্ত্রীরা হলো তোমাদের জন্য শস্য ক্ষেত্র। তোমরা যেভাবে ইচ্ছা তাদেরকে ব্যবহার কর। আর নিজেদের জন্য আগামী দিনের ব্যবস্থা কর এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। আর নিশ্চিতভাবে জেনে রাখ যে, আল্লাহর সাথে তোমাদেরকে সাক্ষাত করতেই হবে। আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে তাদেরকে সুসংবাদ জানিয়ে দাও।
Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will; but do some good act for your souls beforehand; and fear Allah. And know that ye are to meet Him (in the Hereafter), and give (these) good tidings to those who believe.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২২৩)
9 আর যখন তোমরা স্ত্রীদেরকে তালাক দিয়ে দাও, অতঃপর তারা নির্ধারিত ইদ্দত সমাপ্ত করে নেয়, তখন তোমরা নিয়ম অনুযায়ী তাদেরকে রেখে দাও অথবা সহানুভুতির সাথে তাদেরকে মুক্ত করে দাও। আর তোমরা তাদেরকে জ্বালাতন ও বাড়াবাড়ি করার উদ্দেশ্যে আটকে রেখো না। আর যারা এমন করবে, নিশ্চয়ই তারা নিজেদেরই ক্ষতি করবে। আর আল্লাহর নির্দেশকে হাস্যকর বিষয়ে পরিণত করো না। আল্লাহর সে অনুগ্রহের কথা স্মরণ কর, যা তোমাদের উপর রয়েছে এবং তাও স্মরণ কর, যে কিতাব ও জ্ঞানের কথা তোমাদের উপর নাযিল করা হয়েছে যার দ্বারা তোমাদেরকে উপদেশ দান করা হয়। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং জেনে রাখ যে, আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়েই জ্ঞানময়।
When ye divorce women, and they fulfil the term of their ('Iddat), either take them back on equitable terms or set them free on equitable terms; but do not take them back to injure them, (or) to take undue advantage; if any one does that; He wrongs his own soul. Do not treat Allah's Signs as a jest, but solemnly rehearse Allah's favours on you, and the fact that He sent down to you the Book and Wisdom, for your instruction. And fear Allah, and know that Allah is well acquainted with all things.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩১)
10 আর সন্তানবতী নারীরা তাদের সন্তানদেরকে পূর্ন দু’বছর দুধ খাওয়াবে, যদি দুধ খাওয়াবার পূর্ণ মেয়াদ সমাপ্ত করতে চায়। আর সন্তানের অধিকারী অর্থাৎ, পিতার উপর হলো সে সমস্ত নারীর খোর-পোষের দায়িত্ব প্রচলিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী। কাউকে তার সামর্থাতিরিক্ত চাপের সম্মুখীন করা হয় না। আর মাকে তার সন্তানের জন্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করা যাবে না। এবং যার সন্তান তাকেও তার সন্তানের কারণে ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন করা যাবে না। আর ওয়ারিসদের উপরও দায়িত্ব এই। তারপর যদি পিতা-মাতা ইচ্ছা করে, তাহলে দু’বছরের ভিতরেই নিজেদের পারস্পরিক পরামর্শক্রমে দুধ ছাড়িয়ে দিতে পারে, তাতে তাদের কোন পাপ নেই, আর যদি তোমরা কোন ধাত্রীর দ্বারা নিজের সন্তানদেরকে দুধ খাওয়াতে চাও, তাহলে যদি তোমরা সাব্যস্তকৃত প্রচলিত বিনিময় দিয়ে দাও তাতেও কোন পাপ নেই। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং জেনে রেখো যে, আল্লাহ তোমাদের যাবতীয় কাজ অত্যন্ত ভাল করেই দেখেন।
The mothers shall give such to their offspring for two whole years, if the father desires to complete the term. But he shall bear the cost of their food and clothing on equitable terms. No soul shall have a burden laid on it greater than it can bear. No mother shall be Treated unfairly on account of her child. Nor father on account of his child, an heir shall be chargeable in the same way. If they both decide on weaning, by mutual consent, and after due consultation, there is no blame on them. If ye decide on a foster-mother for your offspring, there is no blame on you, provided ye pay (the mother) what ye offered, on equitable terms. But fear Allah and know that Allah sees well what ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩৩)
11 আর যদি তোমরা আকার ইঙ্গিতে সে নারীর বিয়ের পয়গাম দাও, কিংবা নিজেদের মনে গোপন রাখ, তবে তাতেও তোমাদের কোন পাপ নেই, আল্লাহ জানেন যে, তোমরা অবশ্যই সে নারীদের কথা উল্লেখ করবে। কিন্তু তাদের সাথে বিয়ে করার গোপন প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়ে রেখো না। অবশ্য শরীয়তের নির্ধারিত প্রথা অনুযায়ী কোন কথা সাব্যস্ত করে নেবে। আর নির্ধারিত ইদ্দত সমাপ্তি পর্যায়ে না যাওয়া অবধি বিয়ে করার কোন ইচ্ছা করো না। আর একথা জেনে রেখো যে, তোমাদের মনে যে কথা রয়েছে, আল্লাহর তা জানা আছে। কাজেই তাঁকে ভয় করতে থাক। আর জেনে রেখো যে, আল্লাহ ক্ষমাকারী ও ধৈর্য্যশীল।
There is no blame on you if ye make an offer of betrothal or hold it in your hearts. Allah knows that ye cherish them in your hearts: But do not make a secret contract with them except in terms Honourable, nor resolve on the tie of marriage till the term prescribed is fulfilled. And know that Allah Knoweth what is in your hearts, and take heed of Him; and know that Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩৫)
12 আল্লাহর পথে লড়াই কর এবং জেনে রাখ, নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ সবকিছু জানেন, সবকিছু শুনেন।
Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah Heareth and knoweth all things.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪৪)
13 আর স্মরণ কর, যখন ইব্রাহীম বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা আমাকে দেখাও, কেমন করে তুমি মৃতকে জীবিত করবে। বললেন; তুমি কি বিশ্বাস কর না? বলল, অবশ্যই বিশ্বাস করি, কিন্তু দেখতে এজন্যে চাইছি যাতে অন্তরে প্রশান্তি লাভ করতে পারি। বললেন, তাহলে চারটি পাখী ধরে নাও। পরে সেগুলোকে নিজের পোষ মানিয়ে নাও, অতঃপর সেগুলোর দেহের একেকটি অংশ বিভিন্ন পাহাড়ের উপর রেখে দাও। তারপর সেগুলোকে ডাক; তোমার নিকট দৌড়ে চলে আসবে। আর জেনে রাখো, নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ পরাক্রমশালী, অতি জ্ঞান সম্পন্ন।
When Abraham said: "Show me, Lord, how You will raise the dead, " He replied: "Have you no faith?" He said "Yes, but just to reassure my heart." Allah said, "Take four birds, draw them to you, and cut their bodies to pieces. Scatter them over the mountain-tops, then call them back. They will come swiftly to you. Know that Allah is Mighty, Wise."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৬০)
14 হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা স্বীয় উপার্জন থেকে এবং যা আমি তোমাদের জন্যে ভূমি থেকে উৎপন্ন করেছি, তা থেকে উৎকৃষ্ট বস্তু ব্যয় কর এবং তা থেকে নিকৃষ্ট জিনিস ব্যয় করতে মনস্থ করো না। কেননা, তা তোমরা কখনও গ্রহণ করবে না; তবে যদি তোমরা চোখ বন্ধ করে নিয়ে নাও। জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ অভাব মুক্ত, প্রশংসিত।
O ye who believe! Give of the good things which ye have (honourably) earned, and of the fruits of the earth which We have produced for you, and do not even aim at getting anything which is bad, in order that out of it ye may give away something, when ye yourselves would not receive it except with closed eyes. And know that Allah is Free of all wants, and worthy of all praise.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৬৭)
15 কোন কোন আহলে কিতাব এমনও রয়েছে, তোমরা যদি তাদের কাছে বহু ধন-সম্পদ আমানত রাখ, তাহলেও তা তোমাদের যথারীতি পরিশোধ করবে। আর তোদের মধ্যে অনেক এমনও রয়েছে যারা একটি দীনার গচ্ছিত রাখলেও ফেরত দেবে না-যে পর্যন্ত না তুমি তার মাথার উপর দাঁড়াতে পারবে। এটা এজন্য যে, তারা বলে রেখেছে যে, উম্মীদের অধিকার বিনষ্ট করাতে আমাদের কোন পাপ নেই। আর তারা আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে জেনে শুনেই মিথ্যা বলে।
Among the People of the Book are some who, if entrusted with a hoard of gold, will (readily) pay it back; others, who, if entrusted with a single silver coin, will not repay it unless thou constantly stoodest demanding, because, they say, "there is no call on us (to keep faith) with these ignorant (Pagans)." but they tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৭৫)
16 আর তাদের মধ্যে একদল রয়েছে, যারা বিকৃত উচ্চারণে মুখ বাঁকিয়ে কিতাব পাঠ করে, যাতে তোমরা মনে কর যে, তার কিতাব থেকেই পাঠ করছে। অথচ তারা যা আবৃত্তি করছে তা আদৌ কিতাব নয়। এবং তারা বলে যে, এসব কথা আল্লাহর তরফ থেকে আগত। অথচ এসব আল্লাহর তরফ থেকে প্রেরিত নয়। তারা বলে যে, এটি আল্লাহর কথা অথচ এসব আল্লাহর কথা নয়। আর তারা জেনে শুনে আল্লাহরই প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করে।
There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues: (As they read) you would think it is a part of the Book, but it is no part of the Book; and they say, "That is from Allah," but it is not from Allah: It is they who tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it!		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৭৮)
17 তারা কখনও কোন অশ্লীল কাজ করে ফেললে কিংবা কোন মন্দ কাজে জড়িত হয়ে নিজের উপর জুলুম করে ফেললে আল্লাহকে স্মরণ করে এবং নিজের পাপের জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করে। আল্লাহ ছাড়া আর কে পাপ ক্ষমা করবেন? তারা নিজের কৃতকর্মের জন্য হঠকারিতা প্রদর্শন করে না এবং জেনে-শুনে তাই করতে থাকে না।
And those who, having done something to be ashamed of, or wronged their own souls, earnestly bring Allah to mind, and ask for forgiveness for their sins,- and who can forgive sins except Allah?- and are never obstinate in persisting knowingly in (the wrong) they have done.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৫)
18 আর যা কিছু রয়েছে আসমান সমূহে ও যমীনে সবই আল্লাহর। বস্তুতঃ আমি নির্দেশ দিয়েছি তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তী গ্রন্থের অধিকারীদেরকে এবং তোমাদেরকে যে, তোমরা সবাই ভয় করতে থাক আল্লাহকে। যদি তোমরা তা না মান, তবে জেনো, সে সব কিছুই আল্লাহ তা’আলার যা কিছু রয়েছে আসমান সমূহে ও যমীনে। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন অভাবহীন, প্রসংশিত।
To Allah belong all things in the heavens and on earth. Verily we have directed the People of the Book before you, and you (o Muslims) to fear Allah. But if ye deny Him, lo! unto Allah belong all things in the heavens and on earth, and Allah is free of all wants, worthy of all praise.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩১)
19 যে কেউ দুনিয়ার কল্যাণ কামনা করবে, তার জেনে রাখা প্রয়োজন যে, দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতের কল্যাণ আল্লাহরই নিকট রয়েছে। আর আল্লাহ সব কিছু শোনেন ও দেখেন।
If any one desires a reward in this life, in Allah's (gift) is the reward (both) of this life and of the hereafter: for Allah is He that heareth and seeth (all things).		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৪)
20 তোমরা যদি কল্যাণ কর প্রকাশ্যভাবে কিংবা গোপনে অথবা যদি তোমরা আপরাধ ক্ষমা করে দাও, তবে জেনো, আল্লাহ নিজেও ক্ষমাকারী, মহাশক্তিশালী।
Whether ye publish a good deed or conceal it or cover evil with pardon, verily Allah doth blot out (sins) and hath power (in the judgment of values).		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৯)
21 হে মানবজাতি! তোমাদের পালনকর্তার যথার্থ বাণী নিয়ে তোমাদের নিকট রসূল এসেছেন, তোমরা তা মেনে নাও যাতে তোমাদের কল্যাণ হতে পারে। আর যদি তোমরা তা না মান, জেনে রাখ আসমানসমূহে ও যমীনে যা কিছু রয়েছে সে সবকিছুই আল্লাহর। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রাজ্ঞ।
O Mankind! The Messenger hath come to you in truth from Allah: believe in him: It is best for you. But if ye reject Faith, to Allah belong all things in the heavens and on earth: And Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭০)
22 কিন্তু যারা তোমাদের গ্রেফতারের পূর্বে তওবা করে; জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহ ক্ষমাকারী, দয়ালু।
Except for those who repent before they fall into your power: in that case, know that Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
23 আর আমি আদেশ করছি যে, আপনি তাদের পারস্পরিক ব্যাপারাদিতে আল্লাহ যা নাযিল করেছেন তদনুযায়ী ফয়সালা করুন; তাদের প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করবেন না এবং তাদের থেকে সতর্ক থাকুন-যেন তারা আপনাকে এমন কোন নির্দেশ থেকে বিচ্যুত না করে, যা আল্লাহ আপনার প্রতি নাযিল করেছেন। অনন্তর যদি তার মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়, তবে জেনে নিন, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে তাদের গোনাহের কিছু শাস্তি দিতেই চেয়েছেন। মানুষের মধ্যে অনেকেই নাফরমান।
And this (He commands): Judge thou between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, but beware of them lest they beguile thee from any of that (teaching) which Allah hath sent down to thee. And if they turn away, be assured that for some of their crime it is Allah's purpose to punish them. And truly most men are rebellious.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
24 তোমরা আল্লাহর অনুগত হও, রসূলের অনুগত হও এবং আত্মরক্ষা কর। কিন্তু যদি তোমরা বিমুখ হও, তবে জেনে রাখ, আমার রসূলের দায়িত্ব প্রকাশ্য প্রচার বৈধ নয়।
Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and beware (of evil): if ye do turn back, know ye that it is Our Messenger's duty to proclaim (the message) in the clearest manner.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯২)
25 মুমিনগণ, তোমরা এহরাম অবস্থায় শিকার বধ করো না। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে জেনেশুনে শিকার বধ করবে, তার উপর বিনিময় ওয়াজেব হবে, যা সমান হবে ঐ জন্তুর, যাকে সে বধ করেছে। দু’জন নির্ভরযোগ্য ব্যক্তি এর ফয়সালা করবে-বিনিময়ের জন্তুটি উৎসর্গ হিসেবে কাবায় পৌছাতে হবে। অথবা তার উপর কাফফারা ওয়াজেব-কয়েকজন দরিদ্রকে খাওয়ানো অথবা তার সমপরিমাণ রোযা রাখতে যাতে সে স্বীয় কৃতকর্মের প্রতিফল আস্বাদন করে। যা হয়ে গেছে, তা আল্লাহ মাফ করেছেন। যে পুনরায় এ কান্ড করবে, আল্লাহ তার কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ নিবেন। আল্লাহ পরাক্রান্ত, প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণে সক্ষম।
O ye who believe! Kill not game while in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. If any of you doth so intentionally, the compensation is an offering, brought to the Ka'ba, of a domestic animal equivalent to the one he killed, as adjudged by two just men among you; or by way of atonement, the feeding of the indigent; or its equivalent in fasts: that he may taste of the penalty of his deed. Allah forgives what is past: for repetition Allah will exact from him the penalty. For Allah is Exalted, and Lord of Retribution.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫)
26 আল্লাহ সম্মানিত গৃহ কাবাকে মানুষের স্থীতিশীলতার কারণ করেছেন এবং সম্মানিত মাসসমূকে, হারাম কোরবানীর জন্তুকে ও যাদের গলায় আবরণ রয়েছে। এর কারণ এই যে, যাতে তোমরা জেনে নাও যে, আল্লাহ নভোমন্ডল ও ভুমন্ডলের সব কিছু জানেন এবং আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে মহাজ্ঞানী।
Allah made the Ka'ba, the Sacred House, an asylum of security for men, as also the Sacred Months, the animals for offerings, and the garlands that mark them: That ye may know that Allah hath knowledge of what is in the heavens and on earth and that Allah is well acquainted with all things.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৭)
27 জেনে নাও, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তি দাতা ও নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল-দয়ালূ।
Know ye that Allah is strict in punishment and that Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৮)
28 তারা বললঃ আমরা তা থেকে খেতে চাই; আমাদের অন্তর পরিতৃপ্ত হবে; আমরা জেনে নেব যে, আপনি সত্য বলেছেন এবং আমরা সাক্ষ্যদাতা হয়ে যাব।
They said: "We only wish to eat thereof and satisfy our hearts, and to know that thou hast indeed told us the truth; and that we ourselves may be witnesses to the miracle."		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৩)
29 প্রত্যেক খবরের একটি সময় নির্দিষ্ট রয়েছে এবং অচিরেই তোমরা তা জেনে নিবে।
For every message is a limit of time, and soon shall ye know it."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৬৭)
30 কোন কারণে তোমরা এমন জন্তু থেকে ভক্ষণ করবে না, যার উপর আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারিত হয়, অথচ আল্লাহ ঐ সব জন্তুর বিশদ বিবরণ দিয়েছেন, যেগুলোকে তোমাদের জন্যে হারাম করেছেন; কিন্তু সেগুলোও তোমাদের জন্যে হালাল, যখন তোমরা নিরুপায় হয়ে যাও। অনেক লোক স্বীয় ভ্রান্ত প্রবৃত্তি দ্বারা না জেনে বিপথগামী করতে থাকে। আপনার প্রতিপালক সীমাতিক্রম কারীদেরকে যথার্থই জানেন।
Why should ye not eat of (meats) on which Allah's name hath been pronounced, when He hath explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you - except under compulsion of necessity? But many do mislead (men) by their appetites unchecked by knowledge. Thy Lord knoweth best those who transgress.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১১৯)
31 বস্তুতঃ যারা মিথ্যা জেনেছে আমার আয়াতসমূকে এবং আখেরাতের সাক্ষাতকে, তাদের যাবতীয় কাজকর্ম ধ্বংস হয়ে গেছে। তেমন বদলাই সে পাবে যেমন আমল করত।
Those who reject Our signs and the meeting in the Hereafter,- vain are their deeds: Can they expect to be rewarded except as they have wrought?		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৭)
32 আপনি বলে দিন, আমি আমার নিজের কল্যাণ সাধনের এবং অকল্যাণ সাধনের মালিক নই, কিন্তু যা আল্লাহ চান। আর আমি যদি গায়বের কথা জেনে নিতে পারতাম, তাহলে বহু মঙ্গল অর্জন করে নিতে পারতাম, ফলে আমার কোন অমঙ্গল কখনও হতে পারত না। আমি তো শুধুমাত্র একজন ভীতি প্রদর্শক ও সুসংবাদদাতা ঈমানদারদের জন্য।
Say: "I have no power over any good or harm to myself except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the unseen, I should have multiplied all good, and no evil should have touched me: I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have faith."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৮)
33 আপাততঃ বর্তমান এ শাস্তি তোমরা আস্বাদন করে নাও এবং জেনে রাখ যে, কাফেরদের জন্য রয়েছে দোযখের আযাব।
Thus (will it be said): "Taste ye then of the (punishment): for those who resist Allah, is the penalty of the Fire."		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
34 এটাতো গেল, আর জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ নস্যাৎ করে দেবেন কাফেরদের সমস্ত কলা-কৌশল।
That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
35 তোমরা যদি মীমাংসা কামনা কর, তাহলে তোমাদের নিকট মীমাংসা পৌছে গেছে। আর যদি তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তন কর, তবে তা তোমাদের জন্য উত্তম এবং তোমরা যদি তাই কর, তবে আমি ও তেমনি করব। বস্তুতঃ তোমাদের কোনই কাজে আসবে না তোমাদের দল-বল, তা যত বেশীই হোক। জেনে রেখ আল্লাহ রয়েছেন ঈমানদারদের সাথে।
(O Unbelievers!) if ye prayed for victory and judgment, now hath the judgment come to you: if ye desist (from wrong), it will be best for you: if ye return (to the attack), so shall We. Not the least good will your forces be to you even if they were multiplied: for verily Allah is with those who believe!		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
36 হে ঈমানদারগণ, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের নির্দেশ মান্য কর, যখন তোমাদের সে কাজের প্রতি আহবান করা হয়, যাতে রয়েছে তোমাদের জীবন। জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ মানুষের এবং তার অন্তরের মাঝে অন্তরায় হয়ে যান। বস্তুতঃ তোমরা সবাই তাঁরই নিকট সমবেত হবে।
O ye who believe! give your response to Allah and His Messenger, when He calleth you to that which will give you life; and know that Allah cometh in between a man and his heart, and that it is He to Whom ye shall (all) be gathered.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
37 আর তোমরা এমন ফাসাদ থেকে বেঁচে থাক যা বিশেষতঃ শুধু তাদের উপর পতিত হবে না যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে জালেম এবং জেনে রেখ যে, আল্লাহর আযাব অত্যন্ত কঠোর।
And fear tumult or oppression, which affecteth not in particular (only) those of you who do wrong: and know that Allah is strict in punishment.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
38 হে ঈমানদারগণ, খেয়ানত করোনা আল্লাহর সাথে ও রসূলের সাথে এবং খেয়ানত করো না নিজেদের পারস্পরিক আমানতে জেনে-শুনে।
O ye that believe! betray not the trust of Allah and the Messenger, nor misappropriate knowingly things entrusted to you.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
39 আর জেনে রাখ, তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি অকল্যাণের সম্মুখীনকারী। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর নিকট রয়েছে মহা সওয়াব।
And know ye that your possessions and your progeny are but a trial; and that it is Allah with Whom lies your highest reward.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
40 আর তারা যদি না মানে, তবে জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহ তোমাদের সমর্থক; এবং কতই না চমৎকার সাহায্যকারী।
If they refuse, be sure that Allah is your Protector - the best to protect and the best to help.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
41 আর এ কথাও জেনে রাখ যে, কোন বস্তু-সামগ্রীর মধ্য থেকে যা কিছু তোমরা গনীমত হিসাবে পাবে, তার এক পঞ্চমাংশ হল আল্লাহর জন্য, রসূলের জন্য, তাঁর নিকটাত্নীয়-স্বজনের জন্য এবং এতীম-অসহায় ও মুসাফিরদের জন্য; যদি তোমাদের বিশ্বাস থাকে আল্লাহর উপর এবং সে বিষয়ের উপর যা আমি আমার বান্দার প্রতি অবতীর্ণ করেছি ফয়সালার দিনে, যেদিন সম্মুখীন হয়ে যায় উভয় সেনাদল। আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপরই ক্ষমতাশীল।
And know that out of all the booty that ye may acquire (in war), a fifth share is assigned to Allah,- and to the Messenger, and to near relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer,- if ye do believe in Allah and in the revelation We sent down to Our servant on the Day of Testing,- the Day of the meeting of the two forces. For Allah hath power over all things.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
42 এখন বোঝা হালকা করে দিয়েছেন আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের উপর এবং তিনি জেনে নিয়েছেন যে, তোমাদের মধ্য দূর্বলতা রয়েছে। কাজেই তোমাদের মধ্যে যদি দৃঢ়চিত্ত একশ লোক বিদ্যমান থাকে, তবে জয়ী হবে দু’শর উপর। আর যদি তোমরা এক হাজার হও তবে আল্লাহর হুকুম অনুযায়ী জয়ী হবে দু’হাজারের উপর আর আল্লাহ রয়েছেন দৃঢ়চিত্ত লোকদের সাথে।
For the present, Allah hath lightened your (task), for He knoweth that there is a weak spot in you: But (even so), if there are a hundred of you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred, and if a thousand, they will vanquish two thousand, with the leave of Allah: for Allah is with those who patiently persevere.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬)
43 অতঃপর তোমরা পরিভ্রমণ কর এ দেশে চার মাসকাল। আর জেনে রেখো, তোমরা আল্লাহকে পরাভূত করতে পারবে না, আর নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ কাফেরদিগকে লাঞ্ছিত করে থাকেন।
Go ye, then, for four months, backwards and forwards, (as ye will), throughout the land, but know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah (by your falsehood) but that Allah will cover with shame those who reject Him.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২)
44 আর মহান হজ্বের দিনে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের পক্ষ থেকে লোকদের প্রতি ঘোষণা করে দেয়া হচ্ছে যে, আল্লাহ মুশরেকদের থেকে দায়িত্ব মুক্ত এবং তাঁর রসূলও। অবশ্য যদি তোমরা তওবা কর, তবে তা, তোমাদের জন্যেও কল্যাণকর, আর যদি মুখ ফেরাও, তবে জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহকে তোমরা পরাভূত করতে পারবে না। আর কাফেরদেরকে মর্মান্তিক শাস্তির সুসংবাদ দাও।
And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage,- that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the Pagans. If then, ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away, know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
45 তোমরা কি মনে কর যে, তোমাদের ছেড়ে দেয়া হবে এমনি, যতক্ষণ না আল্লাহ জেনে নেবেন তোমাদের কে যুদ্ধ করেছে এবং কে আল্লাহ, তাঁর রসূল ও মুসলমানদের ব্যতীত অন্য কাউকে অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করা থেকে বিরত রয়েছে। আর তোমরা যা কর সে বিষয়ে আল্লাহ সবিশেষ অবহিত।
Or think ye that ye shall be abandoned, as though Allah did not know those among you who strive with might and main, and take none for friends and protectors except Allah, His Messenger, and the (community of) Believers? But Allah is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
46 আল্লাহ আপনাকে ক্ষমা করুন, আপনি কেন তাদের অব্যাহতি দিলেন, যে পর্যন্ত না আপনার কাছে পরিষ্কার হয়ে যেত সত্যবাদীরা এবং জেনে নিতেন মিথ্যাবাদীদের।
Allah give thee grace! why didst thou grant them until those who told the truth were seen by thee in a clear light, and thou hadst proved the liars?		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
47 তারা কি একথা জেনে নেয়নি যে, আল্লাহর সাথে এবং তাঁর রসূলের সাথে যে মোকাবেলা করে তার জন্যে নির্ধারিত রয়েছে দোযখ; তাতে সব সময় থাকবে। এটিই হল মহা-অপমান।
Know they not that for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, is the Fire of Hell?- wherein they shall dwell. That is the supreme disgrace.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩)
48 তারা কি জেনে নেয়নি যে, আল্লাহ তাদের রহস্য ও শলা-পরামর্শ সম্পর্কে অবগত এবং আল্লাহ খুব ভাল করেই জানেন সমস্ত গোপন বিষয় ?
Know they not that Allah doth know their secret (thoughts) and their secret counsels, and that Allah knoweth well all things unseen?		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৮)
49 আর কোন কোন বেদুইন হল তারা, যারা ঈমান আনে আল্লাহর উপর, কেয়ামত দিনের উপর এবং নিজেদের ব্যয়কে আল্লাহর নৈকট্য এবং রসূলের দোয়া লাভের উপায় বলে গণ্য করে। জেনো! তাই হল তাদের ক্ষেত্রে নৈকট্য। আল্লাহ তাদেরকে নিজের রহমতের অন্তর্ভূক্ত করবেন। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুনাময়।
But some of the desert Arabs believe in Allah and the Last Day, and look on their payments as pious gifts bringing them nearer to Allah and obtaining the prayers of the Messenger. Aye, indeed they bring them nearer (to Him): soon will Allah admit them to His Mercy: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৯)
50 হে ঈমানদারগণ, তোমাদের নিকটবর্তী কাফেরদের সাথে যুদ্ধ চালিয়ে যাও এবং তারা তোমাদের মধ্যে কঠোরতা অনুভব করুক আর জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহ মুত্তাকীদের সাথে রয়েছেন।
O ye who believe! fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২৩)
51 বলে দাও-হে মানবকুল, তোমরা যদি আমার দ্বীনের ব্যাপারে সন্দিহান হয়ে থাক, তবে (জেনো) আমি তাদের এবাদত করি না যাদের এবাদত তোমরা কর আল্লাহ ব্যতীত। কিন্তু আমি এবাদত করি আল্লাহ ত’য়ালার, যিনি তুলে নেন তোমাদেরকে। আর আমার প্রতি নির্দেশ হয়েছে যাতে আমি ঈমানদারদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকি।
Say: "O ye men! If ye are in doubt as to my religion, (behold!) I worship not what ye worship, other than Allah! But I worship Allah - Who will take your souls (at death): I am commanded to be (in the ranks) of the Believers,		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
52 জেনে রাখ, নিশ্চয়ই তারা নিজেদের বক্ষদেশ ঘুরিয়ে দেয় যেন আল্লাহর নিকট হতে লুকাতে পারে। শুন, তারা তখন কাপড়ে নিজেদেরকে আচ্ছাদিত করে, তিনি তখনও জানেন যা কিছু তারা চুপিসারে বলে আর প্রকাশ্যভাবে বলে। নিশ্চয় তিনি জানেন যা কিছু অন্তর সমূহে নিহিত রয়েছে।
Behold! they fold up their hearts, that they may lie hid from Him! Ah even when they cover themselves with their garments, He knoweth what they conceal, and what they reveal: for He knoweth well the (inmost secrets) of the hearts.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
53 অতঃপর তারা যদি তোমাদের কথা পুরণ করতে অপারগ হয়; তবে জেনে রাখ, এটি আল্লাহর এলম দ্বারা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে; আরো একীন করে নাও যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অন্য কোন মাবুদ নেই। অতএব, এখন কি তোমরা আত্নসমর্পন করবে?
"If then they (your false gods) answer not your (call), know ye that this revelation is sent down (replete) with the knowledge of Allah, and that there is no god but He! will ye even then submit (to Islam)?"		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
54 এ দুনিয়ায় তাদের পিছনে পিছনে লা’নত রয়েছে এবং কেয়ামতের দিনেও; জেনে রাখ, আদ জাতি তাদের পালনকর্তাকে অস্বীকার করেছে, হুদের জ্ঞাতি আদ জাতির প্রতি অভিসম্পাত রয়েছে জেনে রাখ।
And they were pursued by a Curse in this life,- and on the Day of Judgment. Ah! Behold! for the 'Ad rejected their Lord and Cherisher! Ah! Behold! removed (from sight) were 'Ad the people of Hud!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
55 যেন তাঁরা কোনদিনই সেখানে ছিল না। জেনে রাখ, নিশ্চয় সামুদ জাতি তাদের পালনকর্তার প্রতি অস্বীকার করেছিল। আরো শুনে রাখ, সামুদ জাতির জন্য অভিশাপ রয়েছে।
As if they had never dwelt and flourished there. Ah! Behold! for the Thamud rejected their Lord and Cherisher! Ah! Behold! removed (from sight) were the Thamud!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৬৮)
56 যেন তারা সেখানে কখনো বসবাসই করে নাই। জেনে রাখ, সামুদের প্রতি অভিসম্পাতের মত মাদইয়ানবাসীর উপরেও অভিসম্পাত।
As if they had never dwelt and flourished there! Ah! Behold! How the Madyan were removed (from sight) as were removed the Thamud!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫)
57 ইউসুফ বললেনঃ এটা এজন্য, যাতে আযীয জেনে নেয় যে, আমি গোপনে তার সাথে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করিনি। আরও এই যে, আল্লাহ বিশ্বাসঘাতকদের প্রতারণাকে এগুতে দেন না।
"This (say I), in order that He may know that I have never been false to him in his absence, and that Allah will never guide the snare of the false ones.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
58 যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং তাদের অন্তর আল্লাহর যিকির দ্বারা শান্তি লাভ করে; জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহর যিকির দ্বারাই অন্তর সমূহ শান্তি পায়।
"Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah: for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
59 তাদের পূর্বে যারা ছিল, তারা চক্রান্ত করেছে। আর সকল চক্রান্ত তো আল্লাহর হাতেই আছে। তিনি জানেন প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি যা কিছু করে। কাফেররা জেনে নেবে যে, পর জীবনের আবাসস্থল কাদের জন্য রয়েছে।
Those before them did (also) devise plots; but in all things the master-planning is Allah's He knoweth the doings of every soul: and soon will the Unbelievers know who gets home in the end.		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
60 এটা মানুষের একটি সংবাদনামা এবং যাতে এতদ্বারা ভীত হয় এবং যাতে জেনে নেয় যে, উপাস্য তিনিই-একক; এবং যাতে বুদ্ধিমানরা চিন্তা-ভাবনা করে।
Here is a Message for mankind: Let them take warning therefrom, and let them know that He is (no other than) One Allah: let men of understanding take heed.		 (ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
61 আপনি ছেড়ে দিন তাদেরকে, খেয়ে নিক এবং ভোগ করে নিক এবং আশায় ব্যাপৃত থাকুক। অতি সত্বর তারা জেনে নেবে।
Leave them alone, to enjoy (the good things of this life) and to please themselves: let (false) hope amuse them: soon will knowledge (undeceive them).		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
62 আমি জেনে রেখেছি তোমাদের অগ্রগামীদেরকে এবং আমি জেনে রেখেছি পশ্চাদগামীদেরকে।
To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind.		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
63 যারা আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য উপাস্য সাব্যস্ত করে। অতএব অতিসত্তর তারা জেনে নেবে।
Those who adopt, with Allah, another god: but soon will they come to know.		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৯৬)
64 তিনি পুনরুজ্জীবিত করবেনই, যাতে যে বিষয়ে তাদের মধ্যে মতানৈক্য ছিল তা প্রকাশ করা যায় এবং যাতে কাফেরেরা জেনে নেয় যে, তারা মিথ্যাবাদী ছিল।
(They must be raised up), in order that He may manifest to them the truth of that wherein they differ, and that the rejecters of Truth may realise that they had indeed (surrendered to) Falsehood.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
65 সে কি অদৃশ্য বিষয় জেনে ফেলেছে, অথবা দয়াময় আল্লাহর নিকট থেকে কোন প্রতিশ্রুতি প্রাপ্ত হয়েছে?
Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious?		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৭৮)
66 আমি তাদেরকেও পরীক্ষা করেছি, যারা তাদের পূর্বে ছিল। আল্লাহ অবশ্যই জেনে নেবেন যারা সত্যবাদী এবং নিশ্চয়ই জেনে নেবেন মিথ্যুকদেরকে।
We did test those before them, and Allah will certainly know those who are true from those who are false.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
67 আল্লাহ অবশ্যই জেনে নেবেন যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে এবং নিশ্চয় জেনে নেবেন যারা মুনাফেক।
And Allah most certainly knows those who believe, and as certainly those who are Hypocrites.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
68 তারা মনে করে শক্রবাহিনী চলে যায়নি। যদি শক্রবাহিনী আবার এসে পড়ে, তবে তারা কামনা করবে যে, যদি তারা গ্রামবাসীদের মধ্য থেকে তোমাদের সংবাদাদি জেনে নিত, তবেই ভাল হত। তারা তোমাদের মধ্যে অবস্থান করলেও যুদ্ধ সামান্যই করত।
They think that the Confederates have not withdrawn; and if the Confederates should come (again), they would wish they were in the deserts (wandering) among the Bedouins, and seeking news about you (from a safe distance); and if they were in your midst, they would fight but little.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
69 কেউ সম্মান চাইলে জেনে রাখুন, সমস্ত সম্মান আল্লাহরই জন্যে। তাঁরই দিকে আরোহণ করে সৎবাক্য এবং সৎকর্ম তাকে তুলে নেয়। যারা মন্দ কার্যের চক্রান্তে লেগে থাকে, তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে কঠোর শাস্তি। তাদের চক্রান্ত ব্যর্থ হবে।
If any do seek for glory and power,- to Allah belong all glory and power. To Him mount up (all) Words of Purity: It is He Who exalts each Deed of Righteousness. Those that lay Plots of Evil,- for them is a Penalty terrible; and the plotting of such will be void (of result).		 (ফাতির:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
70 জেনো, তারা মনগড়া উক্তি করে যে,
Is it not that they say, from their own invention,		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ১৫১)
71 বস্তুতঃ তারা এই কোরআনকে অস্বীকার করেছে। এখন শীঘ্রই তারা জেনে নিতে পারবে,
But (now that the Qur'an has come), they reject it: But soon will they know!		 (আস-সাফফাত:
আয়াতঃ ১৭০)
72 জেনে রাখুন, নিষ্ঠাপূর্ণ এবাদত আল্লাহরই নিমিত্ত। যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করে রেখেছে এবং বলে যে, আমরা তাদের এবাদত এ জন্যেই করি, যেন তারা আমাদেরকে আল্লাহর নিকটবর্তী করে দেয়। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে তাদের পারস্পরিক বিরোধপূর্ণ বিষয়ের ফয়সালা করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ মিথ্যাবাদী কাফেরকে সৎপথে পরিচালিত করেন না।
Is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." Truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
73 তিনি আসমান ও যমীন সৃষ্টি করেছেন যথাযথভাবে। তিনি রাত্রিকে দিবস দ্বারা আচ্ছাদিত করেন এবং দিবসকে রাত্রি দ্বারা আচ্ছাদিত করেন এবং তিনি সুর্য ও চন্দ্রকে কাজে নিযুক্ত করেছেন প্রত্যেকেই বিচরণ করে নির্দিষ্ট সময়কাল পর্যন্ত। জেনে রাখুন, তিনি পরাক্রমশালী, ক্ষমাশীল।
He created the heavens and the earth in true (proportions): He makes the Night overlap the Day, and the Day overlap the Night: He has subjected the sun and the moon (to His law): Each one follows a course for a time appointed. Is not He the Exalted in Power - He Who forgives again and again?		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
74 অতএব, তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যার ইচ্ছা তার এবাদত কর। বলুন, কেয়ামতের দিন তারাই বেশী ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে, যারা নিজেদের ও পরিবারবর্গের তরফ থেকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে। জেনে রাখ, এটাই সুস্পষ্ট ক্ষতি।
"Serve ye what ye will besides him." Say: "Truly, those in loss are those who lose their own souls and their People on the Day of Judgment: Ah! that is indeed the (real and) evident Loss!		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
75 যারা তাতে বিশ্বাস করে না তারা তাকে তড়িৎ কামনা করে। আর যারা বিশ্বাস করে, তারা তাকে ভয় করে এবং জানে যে, তা সত্য। জেনে রাখ, যারা কেয়ামত সম্পর্কে বিতর্ক করে, তারা দূরবর্তী পথ ভ্রষ্টতায় লিপ্ত রয়েছে।
Only those wish to hasten it who believe not in it: those who believe hold it in awe, and know that it is the Truth. Behold, verily those that dispute concerning the Hour are far astray.		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
76 আমি জেনেশুনে তাদেরকে বিশ্ববাসীদের উপর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব দিয়েছিলাম।
And We chose them aforetime above the nations, knowingly,		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
77 আপনি কি তার প্রতি লক্ষ্য করেছেন, যে তার খেয়াল-খুশীকে স্বীয় উপাস্য স্থির করেছে? আল্লাহ জেনে শুনে তাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছেন, তার কান ও অন্তরে মহর এঁটে দিয়েছেন এবং তার চোখের উপর রেখেছেন পর্দা। অতএব, আল্লাহর পর কে তাকে পথ প্রদর্শন করবে? তোমরা কি চিন্তাভাবনা কর না?
Then seest thou such a one as takes as his god his own vain desire? Allah has, knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart (and understanding), and put a cover on his sight. Who, then, will guide him after Allah (has withdrawn Guidance)? Will ye not then receive admonition?		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
78 জেনে রাখুন, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কোন উপাস্য নেই। ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করুন, আপনার ক্রটির জন্যে এবং মুমিন পুরুষ ও নারীদের জন্যে। আল্লাহ, তোমাদের গতিবিধি ও অবস্থান সম্পর্কে জ্ঞাত।
Know, therefore, that there is no god but Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and for the men and women who believe: for Allah knows how ye move about and how ye dwell in your homes.		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
79 তোমরা জেনে রাখ তোমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর রসূল রয়েছেন। তিনি যদি অনেক বিষয়ে তোমাদের আবদার মেনে নেন, তবে তোমরাই কষ্ট পাবে। কিন্তু আল্লাহ তোমাদের অন্তরে ঈমানের মহব্বত সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন এবং তা হৃদয়গ্রাহী করে দিয়েছেন। পক্ষান্তরে কুফর, পাপাচার ও নাফরমানীর প্রতি ঘৃণা সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন। তারাই সৎপথ অবলম্বনকারী।
And know that among you is Allah's Messenger: were he, in many matters, to follow your (wishes), ye would certainly fall into misfortune: But Allah has endeared the Faith to you, and has made it beautiful in your hearts, and He has made hateful to you Unbelief, wickedness, and rebellion: such indeed are those who walk in righteousness;-		 (আল হুজরাত:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
80 তোমরা জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহই ভূ-ভাগকে তার মৃত্যুর পর পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেন। আমি পরিস্কারভাবে তোমাদের জন্যে আয়াতগুলো ব্যক্ত করেছি, যাতে তোমরা বোঝ।
Know ye (all) that Allah giveth life to the earth after its death! already have We shown the Signs plainly to you, that ye may learn wisdom.		 (আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
81 তোমরা জেনে রাখ, পার্থিব জীবন ক্রীড়া-কৌতুক, সাজ-সজ্জা, পারস্পরিক অহমিকা এবং ধন ও জনের প্রাচুর্য ব্যতীত আর কিছু নয়, যেমন এক বৃষ্টির অবস্থা, যার সবুজ ফসল কৃষকদেরকে চমৎকৃত করে, এরপর তা শুকিয়ে যায়, ফলে তুমি তাকে পীতবর্ণ দেখতে পাও, এরপর তা খড়কুটা হয়ে যায়। আর পরকালে আছে কঠিন শাস্তি এবং আল্লাহর ক্ষমা ও সন্তুষ্টি। পার্থিব জীবন প্রতারণার উপকরণ বৈ কিছু নয়।
Know ye (all), that the life of this world is but play and amusement, pomp and mutual boasting and multiplying, (in rivalry) among yourselves, riches and children. Here is a similitude: How rain and the growth which it brings forth, delight (the hearts of) the tillers; soon it withers; thou wilt see it grow yellow; then it becomes dry and crumbles away. But in the Hereafter is a Penalty severe (for the devotees of wrong). And Forgiveness from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure (for the devotees of Allah). And what is the life of this world, but goods and chattels of deception?		 (আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
82 আমি আমার রসূলগণকে সুস্পষ্ট নিদর্শনসহ প্রেরণ করেছি এবং তাঁদের সাথে অবতীর্ণ করেছি কিতাব ও ন্যায়নীতি, যাতে মানুষ ইনসাফ প্রতিষ্ঠা করে। আর আমি নাযিল করেছি লৌহ, যাতে আছে প্রচন্ড রণশক্তি এবং মানুষের বহুবিধ উপকার। এটা এজন্যে যে, আল্লাহ জেনে নিবেন কে না দেখে তাঁকে ও তাঁর রসূলগণকে সাহায্য করে। আল্লাহ শক্তিধর, পরাক্রমশালী।
We sent aforetime our messengers with Clear Signs and sent down with them the Book and the Balance (of Right and Wrong), that men may stand forth in justice; and We sent down Iron, in which is (material for) mighty war, as well as many benefits for mankind, that Allah may test who it is that will help, Unseen, Him and His messengers: For Allah is Full of Strength, Exalted in Might (and able to enforce His Will).		 (আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
83 আপনি কি তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করেননি, যারা আল্লাহর গযবে নিপতিত সম্প্রদায়ের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করে? তারা মুসলমানদের দলভুক্ত নয় এবং তাদেরও দলভূক্ত নয়। তারা জেনেশুনে মিথ্যা বিষয়ে শপথ করে।
Turnest thou not thy attention to those who turn (in friendship) to such as have the Wrath of Allah upon them? They are neither of you nor of them, and they swear to falsehood knowingly.		 (আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
84 যারা আল্লাহ ও পরকালে বিশ্বাস করে, তাদেরকে আপনি আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের বিরুদ্ধাচরণকারীদের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করতে দেখবেন না, যদিও তারা তাদের পিতা, পুত্র, ভ্রাতা অথবা জ্ঞাতি-গোষ্ঠী হয়। তাদের অন্তরে আল্লাহ ঈমান লিখে দিয়েছেন এবং তাদেরকে শক্তিশালী করেছেন তাঁর অদৃশ্য শক্তি দ্বারা। তিনি তাদেরকে জান্নাতে দাখিল করবেন, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত। তারা তথায় চিরকাল থাকবে। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট এবং তারা আল্লাহর প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট। তারাই আল্লাহর দল। জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহর দলই সফলকাম হবে।
Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity.		 (আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২২)
85 তোমাদের অন্তর অন্যায়ের দিকে ঝুঁকে পড়েছে বলে যদি তোমরা উভয়ে তওবা কর, তবে ভাল কথা। আর যদি নবীর বিরুদ্ধে একে অপরকে সাহায্য কর, তবে জেনে রেখ আল্লাহ জিবরাঈল এবং সৎকর্মপরায়ণ মুমিনগণ তাঁর সহায়। উপরন্তুত ফেরেশতাগণও তাঁর সাহায্যকারী।
If ye two turn in repentance to Him, your hearts are indeed so inclined; But if ye back up each other against him, truly Allah is his Protector, and Gabriel, and (every) righteous one among those who believe,- and furthermore, the angels - will back (him) up.		 (আত-তাহরীম:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
86 যাতে আল্লাহ তা’আলা জেনে নেন যে, রসূলগণ তাঁদের পালনকর্তার পয়গাম পৌছিয়েছেন কি না। রসূলগণের কাছে যা আছে, তা তাঁর জ্ঞান-গোচর। তিনি সবকিছুর সংখ্যার হিসাব রাখেন।
"That He may know that they have (truly) brought and delivered the Messages of their Lord: and He surrounds (all the mysteries) that are with them, and takes account of every single thing."		 (আল জিন:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
87 তখন প্রত্যেকেই জেনে নিবে সে কি উপস্থিত করেছে।
(Then) shall each soul know what it has put forward.		 (আত-তাকভীর:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
88 তখন প্রত্যেকে জেনে নিবে সে কি অগ্রে প্রেরণ করেছে এবং কি পশ্চাতে ছেড়ে এসেছে।
(Then) shall each soul know what it hath sent forward and (what it hath) kept back.		 (আল ইনফিতার:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
89 এটা কখনও উচিত নয়। তোমরা সত্ত্বরই জেনে নেবে।
But nay, ye soon shall know (the reality).		 (তাকাসূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
90 অতঃপর এটা কখনও উচিত নয়। তোমরা সত্ত্বরই জেনে নেবে।
Again, ye soon shall know!		 (তাকাসূর:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
