নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	তারা কখনও কোন অশ্লীল কাজ করে ফেললে কিংবা কোন মন্দ কাজে জড়িত হয়ে নিজের উপর জুলুম করে ফেললে আল্লাহকে স্মরণ করে এবং নিজের পাপের জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করে। আল্লাহ ছাড়া আর কে পাপ ক্ষমা করবেন? তারা নিজের কৃতকর্মের জন্য হঠকারিতা প্রদর্শন করে না এবং জেনে-শুনে তাই করতে থাকে না। And those who, having done something to be ashamed of, or wronged their own souls, earnestly bring Allah to mind, and ask for forgiveness for their sins,- and who can forgive sins except Allah?- and are never obstinate in persisting knowingly in (the wrong) they have done.	(আল ইমরান: আয়াতঃ ১৩৫)
2	আর যে কেউ সীমালঙ্ঘন কিংবা জুলুমের বশবর্তী হয়ে এরূপ করবে, তাকে খুব শীঘ্রই আগুনে নিক্ষেপ করা হবে। এটা আল্লাহর পক্ষে খুবই সহজসাধ্য। If any do that in rancour and injustice,- soon shall We cast them into the Fire: And easy it is for Allah.	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ৩০)
3	আল্লাহ কোন মন্দ বিষয় প্রকাশ করা পছন্দ করেন না। তবে কারো প্রতি জুলুম হয়ে থাকলে সে কথা আলাদা। আল্লাহ শ্রবণকারী, বিজ্ঞ। Allah loveth not that evil should be noised abroad in public speech, except where injustice hath been done; for Allah is He who heareth and knoweth all things.	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ১৪৮)
4	এটা এ জন্যে যে, আপনার প্রতিপালক কোন জনপদের অধিবাসীদেরকে জুলুমের কারণে ধ্বংস করেন না এমতাবস্থায় যে, তথাকার অধিবাসীরা অজ্ঞ থাকে। (The messengers were sent) thus, for thy Lord would not destroy for their wrong-doing men's habitations whilst their occupants were unwarned.	(আল আনআম: আয়াতঃ ১৩১)
5	যে একটি সৎকর্ম করবে, সে তার দশগুণ পাবে এবং যে, একটি মন্দ কাজ করবে, সে তার সমান শাস্তিই পাবে। বস্তুতঃ তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করা হবে না। He that doeth good shall have ten times as much to his credit: He that doeth evil shall only be recompensed according to his evil: no wrong shall be done unto (any of) them.	(আল আনআম: আয়াতঃ ১৬০)
6	তাদের সংবাদ কি এদের কানে এসে পৌঁছায়নি, যারা ছিল তাদের পূর্বে; নূহের আ’দের ও সামুদের সম্প্রদায় এবং ইব্রাহীমের সম্প্রদায়ের এবং মাদইয়ানবাসীদের? এবং সেসব জনপদের যেগুলোকে উল্টে দেয়া হয়েছিল? তাদের কাছে এসেছিলেন তাদের নবী পরিষ্কার নির্দেশ নিয়ে। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ তো এমন ছিলেন না যে, তাদের উপর জুলুম করতেন, কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করতো। Hath not the story reached them of those before them?- the People of Noah, and 'Ad, and Thamud; the People of Abraham, the men of Midian, and the cities overthrown. To them came their messengers with clear signs. It is not Allah Who wrongs them, but they wrong their own souls.	(আত তাওবাহ: আয়াতঃ ৭০)
7	আল্লাহ জুলুম করেন না মানুষের উপর, বরং মানুষ নিজেই নিজের উপর জুলুম করে। Verily Allah will not deal unjustly with man in aught: It is man that wrongs his own soul.	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
8	আর প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায়ের একেকজন রসূল রয়েছে। যখন তাদের কাছে তাদের রসূল ন্যায়দন্ডসহ উপস্থিত হল, তখন আর তাদের উপর জুলুম হয় না। To every people (was sent) a messenger: when their messenger comes (before them), the matter will be judged between them with justice, and they will not be wronged.	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
9	আমি কিন্তু তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করি নাই বরং তারা নিজেরাই নিজের উপর অবিচার করেছে। ফলে আল্লাহকে বাদ দিয়ে তারা যেসব মাবুদকে ডাকতো আপনার পালনকর্তার হুকুম যখন এসে পড়ল, তখন কেউ কোন কাজে আসল না। তারা শুধু বিপর্যয়ই বৃদ্ধি করল। It was not We that wronged them: They wronged their own souls: the deities, other than Allah, whom they invoked, profited them no whit when there issued the decree of thy Lord: Nor did they add aught (to their lot) but perdition!	(হুদ: আয়াতঃ ১০১)
10	তোমরা তাদের বাসভূমিতেই বসবাস করতে, যারা নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করেছে এবং তোমাদের জানা হয়ে গিয়েছিল যে, আমি তাদের সাথে কিরূপ ব্যবহার করেছি এবং আমি তোমাদেরকে ওদের সব কাহিনীই বর্ণনা করেছি। "And ye dwelt in the dwellings of men who wronged their own souls; ye were clearly shown how We dealt with them; and We put forth (many) parables in your behoof!"	(ইব্রাহীম: আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
11	কাফেররা কি এখন অপেক্ষা করছে যে, তাদের কাছে ফেরেশতারা আসবে কিংবা আপনার পালনকর্তার নির্দেশ পৌছবে? তাদের পূর্ববর্তীরা এমনই করেছিল। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি অবিচার করেননি; কিন্তু তারা স্বয়ং নিজেদের প্রতি জুলুম করেছিল। Do the (ungodly) wait until the angels come to them, or there comes the Command of thy Lord (for their doom)? So did those who went before them. But Allah wronged them not: nay, they wronged their own souls.	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
12	যেদিন প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি আত্ন-সমর্থনে সওয়াল জওয়াব করতে করতে আসবে এবং প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি তাদের কৃতকর্মের পূর্ণ ফল পাবে এবং তাদের উপর জুলুম করা হবে না। One Day every soul will come up struggling for itself, and every soul will be recompensed (fully) for all its actions, and none will be unjustly dealt with.	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ১১১)
13	ইহুদীদের জন্যে আমি তো কেবল তাই হারাম করেছিলাম যা ইতিপূর্বে আপনার নিকট উল্লেখ করেছি। আমি তাদের প্রতি কোন জুলুম করিনি, কিন্তু তারাই নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করত। To the Jews We prohibited such things as We have mentioned to thee before: We did them no wrong, but they were used to doing wrong to themselves.	(নাহল: আয়াতঃ ১১৮)
14	পূর্ববর্তীগণ কতৃꦣ2453; নিদর্শন অস্বীকার করার ফলেই আমাকে নিদর্শনাবলী প্রেরণ থেকে বিরত থাকতে হয়েছে। আমি তাদেরকে বোঝাবার জন্যে সামুদকে উষ্ট্রী দিয়েছিলাম। অতঃপর তারা তার প্রতি জুলুম করেছিল। আমি ভীতি প্রদর্শনের উদ্দেশেই নিদর্শন প্রেরণ করি। And We refrain from sending the signs, only because the men of former generations treated them as false: We sent the she-camel to the Thamud to open their eyes, but they treated her wrongfully: We only send the Signs by way of terror (and warning from evil).	(বনী ইসরাঈল: আয়াতঃ ৫৯)
15	স্মরণ কর, যেদিন আমি প্রত্যেক দলকে তাদের নেতাসহ আহবান করব, অতঃপর যাদেরকে তাদের ডান হাতে আমলনামা দেয়া হবে, তারা নিজেদের আমলনামা পাঠ করবে এবং তাদের প্রতি সামান্য পরিমাণও জুলুম হবে না। One day We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imams: those who are given their record in their right hand will read it (with pleasure), and they will not be dealt with unjustly in the least.	(বনী ইসরাঈল: আয়াতঃ ৭১)
16	নিজের প্রতি জুলুম করে সে তার বাগানে প্রবেশ করল। সে বললঃ আমার মনে হয় না যে, এ বাগান কখনও ধ্বংস হয়ে যাবে। He went into his garden in a state (of mind) unjust to his soul: He said, "I deem not that this will ever perish,	(কাহফ: আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
17	আর আমলনামা সামনে রাখা হবে। তাতে যা আছে; তার কারণে আপনি অপরাধীদেরকে ভীত-সন্ত্রস্ত দেখবেন। তারা বলবেঃ হায় আফসোস, এ কেমন আমলনামা। এ যে ছোট বড় কোন কিছুই বাদ দেয়নি-সবই এতে রয়েছে। তারা তাদের কৃতকর্মকে সামনে উপস্থিত পাবে। আপনার পালনকর্তা কারও প্রতি জুলুম করবেন না। And the Book (of Deeds) will be placed (before you); and thou wilt see the sinful in great terror because of what is (recorded) therein; they will say, "Ah! woe to us! what a Book is this! It leaves out nothing small or great, but takes account thereof!" They will find all that they did, placed before them: And not one will thy Lord treat with injustice.	(কাহফ: আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
18	কিন্তু তারা ব্যতীত, যারা তওবা করেছে, বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে। সুতরাং তারা জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে এবং তাদের উপর কোন জুলুম করা হবে না। Except those who repent and believe, and work righteousness: for these will enter the Garden and will not be wronged in the least,-	(মারইয়াম: আয়াতঃ ৬০)
19	তারা বললঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমরা আশঙ্কা করি যে, সে আমাদের প্রতি জুলুম করবে কিংবা উত্তেজিত হয়ে উঠবে। They (Moses and Aaron) said: "Our Lord! We fear lest he hasten with insolence against us, or lest he transgress all bounds."	(ত্বোয়া-হা: আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
20	সেই চিরঞ্জীব চিরস্থায়ীর সামনে সব মুখমন্ডল অবনমিত হবে এবং সে ব্যর্থ হবে যে জুলুমের বোঝা বহন করবে। (All) faces shall be humbled before (Him) - the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal: hopeless indeed will be the man that carries iniquity (on his back).	(ত্বোয়া-হা: আয়াতঃ ১১১)
21	যে ঈমানদার অবস্থায় সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে, সে জুলুম ও ক্ষতির আশঙ্কা করবে না। But he who works deeds of righteousness, and has faith, will have no fear of harm nor of any curtailment (of what is his due).	(ত্বোয়া-হা: আয়াতঃ ১১২)
22	আমি কেয়ামতের দিন ন্যায়বিচারের মানদন্ড স্থাপন করব। সুতরাং কারও প্রতি জুলুম হবে না। যদি কোন আমল সরিষার দানা পরিমাণও হয়, আমি তা উপস্থিত করব এবং হিসাব গ্রহণের জন্যে আমিই যথেষ্ট। We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of Judgment, so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least, and if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account.	(আম্বিয়া: আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
23	এটা তোমার দুই হাতের কর্মের কারণে, আল্লাহ বান্দাদের প্রতি জুলুম করেন না। (It will be said): "This is because of the deeds which thy hands sent forth, for verily Allah is not unjust to His servants.	(হাজ্জ্ব: আয়াতঃ ১০)
24	আমি কাউকে তার সাধ্যাতীত দায়িত্ব অর্পন করি না। আমার এক কিতাব আছে, যা সত্য ব্যক্ত করে এবং তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করা হবে না। On no soul do We place a burden greater than it can bear: before Us is a record which clearly shows the truth: they will never be wronged.	(আল মু'মিনূন: আয়াতঃ ৬২)
25	তাকে বলা হল, এই প্রাসাদে প্রবেশ কর। যখন সে তার প্রতি দৃষ্টিপাত করল সে ধারণা করল যে, এটা স্বচ্ছ গভীর জলাশয়। সে তার পায়ের গোছা খুলে ফেলল। সুলায়মান বলল, এটা তো স্বচ্ছ স্ফটিক নির্মিত প্রাসাদ। বিলকীস বলল, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমি তো নিজের প্রতি জুলুম করেছি। আমি সুলায়মানের সাথে বিশ্ব জাহানের পালনকর্তা আল্লাহর কাছে আত্নসমর্পন করলাম। She was asked to enter the lofty Palace: but when she saw it, she thought it was a lake of water, and she (tucked up her skirts), uncovering her legs. He said: "This is but a palace paved smooth with slabs of glass." She said: "O my Lord! I have indeed wronged my soul: I do (now) submit (in Islam), with Solomon, to the Lord of the Worlds."	(নমল: আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
26	জুলুমের কারণে তাদের কাছে আযাবের ওয়াদা এসে গেছে। এখন তারা কোন কিছু বলতে পারবে না। And the Word will be fulfilled against them, because of their wrong-doing, and they will be unable to speak (in plea).	(নমল: আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
27	তিনি বললেন, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমি তো নিজের উপর জুলুম করে ফেলেছি। অতএব, আমাকে ক্ষমা করুন। আল্লাহ তাকে ক্ষমা করলেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, দয়ালু। He prayed: "O my Lord! I have indeed wronged my soul! Do Thou then forgive me!" So (Allah) forgave him: for He is the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.	(আল কাসাস: আয়াতঃ ১৬)
28	আপনার পালনকর্তা জনপদসমূহকে ধ্বংস করেন না, যে পর্যন্ত তার কেন্দ্রস্থলে রসূল প্রেরণ না করেন, যিনি তাদের কাছে আমার আয়াতসমূহ পাঠ করেন এবং আমি জনপদসমূহকে তখনই ধ্বংস করি, যখন তার বাসিন্দারা জুলুম করে। Nor was thy Lord the one to destroy a population until He had sent to its centre a messenger, rehearsing to them Our Signs; nor are We going to destroy a population except when its members practise iniquity.	(আল কাসাস: আয়াতঃ ৫৯)
29	তারা কি পৃথিবীতে ভ্রমণ করে না অতঃপর দেখে না যে; তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের পরিণাম কি কি হয়েছে? তারা তাদের চাইতে শক্তিশালী ছিল, তারা যমীন চাষ করত এবং তাদের চাইতে বেশী আবাদ করত। তাদের কাছে তাদের রসূলগণ সুস্পষ্ট নির্দেশ নিয়ে এসেছিল। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি জুলুমকারী ছিলেন না। কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের প্রতি জুলুম করেছিল। Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those before them? They were superior to them in strength: they tilled the soil and populated it in greater numbers than these have done: there came to them their messengers with Clear (Signs). (Which they rejected, to their own destruction): It was not Allah Who wronged them, but they wronged their own souls.	(আর-রূম: আয়াতঃ ৯)
30	অতঃপর তারা বলল, হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদের ভ্রমণের পরিসর বাড়িয়ে দাও। তারা নিজেদের প্রতি জুলুম করেছিল। ফলে আমি তাদেরকে উপাখ্যানে পরিণত করলাম এবং সম্পূর্ণরূপে ছিন্ন-বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দিলাম। নিশ্চয় এতে প্রত্যেক ধৈর্যশীল কৃতজ্ঞের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে। But they said: "Our Lord! Place longer distances between our journey-stages": but they wronged themselves (therein). At length We made them as a tale (that is told), and We dispersed them all in scattered fragments. Verily in this are Signs for every (soul that is) patiently constant and grateful.	(সাবা: আয়াতঃ ১৯)
31	আজকের দিনে কারও প্রতি জুলুম করা হবে না এবং তোমরা যা করবে কেবল তারই প্রতিদান পাবে। Then, on that Day, not a soul will be wronged in the least, and ye shall but be repaid the meeds of your past Deeds.	(ইয়াসীন: আয়াতঃ ৫৪)
32	তাকে এবং ইসহাককে আমি বরকত দান করেছি। তাদের বংশধরদের মধ্যে কতক সৎকর্মী এবং কতক নিজেদের উপর স্পষ্ট জুলুমকারী। We blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls.	(আস-সাফফাত: আয়াতঃ ১১৩)
33	দাউদ বললঃ সে তোমার দুম্বাটিকে নিজের দুম্বাগুলোর সাথে সংযুক্ত করার দাবী করে তোমার প্রতি অবিচার করেছে। শরীকদের অনেকেই একে অপরের প্রতি জুলুম করে থাকে। তবে তারা করে না, যারা আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাসী ও সৎকর্ম সম্পাদনকারী। অবশ্য এমন লোকের সংখ্যা অল্প। দাউদের খেয়াল হল যে, আমি তাকে পরীক্ষা করছি। অতঃপর সে তার পালনকর্তার কাছে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করল, সেজদায় লুটিয়ে পড়ল এবং তাঁর দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করল। (David) said: "He has undoubtedly wronged thee in demanding thy (single) ewe to be added to his (flock of) ewes: truly many are the partners (in business) who wrong each other: Not so do those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and how few are they?"... and David gathered that We had tried him: he asked forgiveness of his Lord, fell down, bowing (in prostration), and turned (to Allah in repentance).	(ছোয়াদ: আয়াতঃ ২৪)
34	পৃথিবী তার পালনকর্তার নূরে উদ্ভাসিত হবে, আমলনামা স্থাপন করা হবে, পয়গম্বরগণ ও সাক্ষীগণকে আনা হবে এবং সকলের মধ্যে ন্যায় বিচার করা হবে-তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করা হবে না। And the Earth will shine with the Glory of its Lord: the Record (of Deeds) will be placed (open); the prophets and the witnesses will be brought forward and a just decision pronounced between them; and they will not be wronged (in the least).	(আল-যুমার: আয়াতঃ ৬৯)
35	আমি তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করিনি; কিন্তু তারাই ছিল জালেম। Nowise shall We be unjust to them: but it is they who have been unjust themselves.	(যুখরুফ: আয়াতঃ ৭৬)
36	আমার কাছে কথা রদবদল হয় না এবং আমি বান্দাদের প্রতি জুলুমকারী নই। "The Word changes not before Me, and I do not the least injustice to My Servants."	(ক্বাফ: আয়াতঃ ২৯)
