নং আয়াত সূরা
1 অতঃপর আমি এ ঘটনাকে তাদের সমসাময়িক ও পরবর্তীদের জন্য দৃষ্টান্ত এবং আল্লাহভীরুদের জন্য উপদেশ গ্রহণের উপাদান করে দিয়েছি।
So We made it an example to their own time and to their posterity, and a lesson to those who fear Allah.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬)
2 অতএব তাদের জন্যে আফসোস! যারা নিজ হাতে গ্রন্থ লেখে এবং বলে, এটা আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে অবতীর্ণ-যাতে এর বিনিময়ে সামান্য অর্থ গ্রহণ করতে পারে। অতএব তাদের প্রতি আক্ষেপ, তাদের হাতের লেখার জন্য এবং তাদের প্রতি আক্ষেপ, তাদের উপার্জনের জন্যে।
Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say:"This is from Allah," to traffic with it for miserable price!- Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৭৯)
3 তারা বলে, আল্লাহ সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন। তিনি তো এসব কিছু থেকে পবিত্র, বরং নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু রয়েছে সবই তার আজ্ঞাধীন।
They say: "Allah hath begotten a son": Glory be to Him.-Nay, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: everything renders worship to Him.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৬)
4 আমরা আল্লাহর রং গ্রহণ করেছি। আল্লাহর রং এর চাইতে উত্তম রং আর কার হতে পারে?আমরা তাঁরই এবাদত করি।
(Our religion is) the Baptism of Allah: And who can baptize better than Allah? And it is He Whom we worship.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৮)
5 নিশ্চয় যারা সেসব বিষয় গোপন করে, যা আল্লাহ কিতাবে নাযিল করেছেন এবং সেজন্য অল্প মূল্য গ্রহণ করে, তারা আগুন ছাড়া নিজের পেটে আর কিছুই ঢুকায় না। আর আল্লাহ কেয়ামতের দিন তাদের সাথে না কথা বলবেন, না তাদের পবিত্র করা হবে, বস্তুতঃ তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে বেদনাদায়ক আযাব।
Those who conceal Allah's revelations in the Book, and purchase for them a miserable profit,- they swallow into themselves naught but Fire; Allah will not address them on the Day of Resurrection. Nor purify them: Grievous will be their penalty.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৪)
6 হে ঈমানদারগন! তোমাদের প্রতি নিহতদের ব্যাপারে কেসাস গ্রহণ করা বিধিবদ্ধ করা হয়েছে। স্বাধীন ব্যক্তি স্বাধীন ব্যক্তির বদলায়, দাস দাসের বদলায় এবং নারী নারীর বদলায়। অতঃপর তার ভাইয়ের তরফ থেকে যদি কাউকে কিছুটা মাফ করে দেয়া হয়, তবে প্রচলিত নিয়মের অনুসরণ করবে এবং ভালভাবে তাকে তা প্রদান করতে হবে। এটা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার তরফ থেকে সহজ এবং বিশেষ অনুগ্রহ। এরপরও যে ব্যাক্তি বাড়াবাড়ি করে, তার জন্য রয়েছে বেদনাদায়ক আযাব।
O ye who believe! the law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude, this is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৮)
7 এদেরই জন্য অংশ রয়েছে নিজেদের উপার্জিত সম্পদের। আর আল্লাহ দ্রুত হিসাব গ্রহণকারী।
To these will be allotted what they have earned; and Allah is quick in account.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২০২)
8 আর তোমরা মুশরেক নারীদেরকে বিয়ে করোনা, যতক্ষণ না তারা ঈমান গ্রহণ করে। অবশ্য মুসলমান ক্রীতদাসী মুশরেক নারী অপেক্ষা উত্তম, যদিও তাদেরকে তোমাদের কাছে ভালো লাগে। এবং তোমরা (নারীরা) কোন মুশরেকের সঙ্গে বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হয়ো না, যে পর্যন্ত সে ঈমান না আনে। একজন মুসলমান ক্রীতদাসও একজন মুশরেকের তুলনায় অনেক ভাল, যদিও তোমরা তাদের দেখে মোহিত হও। তারা দোযখের দিকে আহ্বান করে, আর আল্লাহ নিজের হুকুমের মাধ্যমে আহ্বান করেন জান্নাত ও ক্ষমার দিকে। আর তিনি মানুষকে নিজের নির্দেশ বাতলে দেন যাতে তারা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করে।
Do not marry unbelieving women (idolaters), until they believe: A slave woman who believes is better than an unbelieving woman, even though she allures you. Nor marry (your girls) to unbelievers until they believe: A man slave who believes is better than an unbeliever, even though he allures you. Unbelievers do (but) beckon you to the Fire. But Allah beckons by His Grace to the Garden (of bliss) and forgiveness, and makes His Signs clear to mankind: That they may celebrate His praise.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২২১)
9 অতঃপর তালূত যখন সৈন্য-সামন্ত নিয়ে বেরুল, তখন বলল, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তোমাদিগকে পরীক্ষা করবেন একটি নদীর মাধ্যমে। সুতরাং যে লোক সেই নদীর পানি পান করবে সে আমার নয়। আর যে, লোক তার স্বাদ গ্রহণ করলো না, নিশ্চয়ই সে আমার লোক। কিন্তু যে লোক হাতের আঁজলা ভরে সামান্য খেয়ে নেবে তার দোষঅবশ্য তেমন গুরুতর হবে না। অতঃপর সবাই পান করল সে পানি, সামান্য কয়েকজন ছাড়া। পরে তালূত যখন তা পার হলো এবং তার সাথে ছিল মাত্র কয়েকজন ঈমানদার, তখন তারা বলতে লাগল, আজকের দিনে জালূত এবং তার সেনাবাহিনীর সাথে যুদ্ধ করার শক্তি আমাদের নেই, যাদের ধারণা ছিল যে, আল্লাহর সামনে তাদের একদিন উপস্থিত হতে হবে, তারা বার বার বলতে লাগল, সামান্য দলই বিরাট দলের মোকাবেলায় জয়ী হয়েছে আল্লাহর হুকুমে। আর যারা ধৈর্য্যশীল আল্লাহ তাদের সাথে রয়েছেন।
When Talut set forth with the armies, he said: "Allah will test you at the stream: if any drinks of its water, He goes not with my army: Only those who taste not of it go with me: A mere sip out of the hand is excused." but they all drank of it, except a few. When they crossed the river,- He and the faithful ones with him,- they said: "This day We cannot cope with Goliath and his forces." but those who were convinced that they must meet Allah, said: "How oft, by Allah's will, Hath a small force vanquished a big one? Allah is with those who steadfastly persevere."		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪৯)
10 হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা স্বীয় উপার্জন থেকে এবং যা আমি তোমাদের জন্যে ভূমি থেকে উৎপন্ন করেছি, তা থেকে উৎকৃষ্ট বস্তু ব্যয় কর এবং তা থেকে নিকৃষ্ট জিনিস ব্যয় করতে মনস্থ করো না। কেননা, তা তোমরা কখনও গ্রহণ করবে না; তবে যদি তোমরা চোখ বন্ধ করে নিয়ে নাও। জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ অভাব মুক্ত, প্রশংসিত।
O ye who believe! Give of the good things which ye have (honourably) earned, and of the fruits of the earth which We have produced for you, and do not even aim at getting anything which is bad, in order that out of it ye may give away something, when ye yourselves would not receive it except with closed eyes. And know that Allah is Free of all wants, and worthy of all praise.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৬৭)
11 তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা বিশেষ জ্ঞান দান করেন এবং যাকে বিশেষ জ্ঞান দান করা হয়, সে প্রভুত কল্যাণকর বস্তু প্রাপ্ত হয়। উপদেশ তারাই গ্রহণ করে, যারা জ্ঞানবান।
He granteth wisdom to whom He pleaseth; and he to whom wisdom is granted receiveth indeed a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the Message but men of understanding.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৬৯)
12 নাযিল করেছেন তাওরত ও ইঞ্জিল, এ কিতাবের পূর্বে, মানুষের হেদায়েতের জন্যে এবং অবতীর্ণ করেছেন মীমাংসা। নিঃসন্দেহে যারা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহ অস্বীকার করে, তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে কঠিন আযাব। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন পরাক্রমশীল, প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণকারী।
Then those who reject Faith in the Signs of Allah will suffer the severest penalty, and Allah is Exalted in Might, Lord of Retribution.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
13 তিনিই আপনার প্রতি কিতাব নাযিল করেছেন। তাতে কিছু আয়াত রয়েছে সুস্পষ্ট, সেগুলোই কিতাবের আসল অংশ। আর অন্যগুলো রূপক। সুতরাং যাদের অন্তরে কুটিলতা রয়েছে, তারা অনুসরণ করে ফিৎনা বিস্তার এবং অপব্যাখ্যার উদ্দেশে তন্মধ্যেকার রূপকগুলোর। আর সেগুলোর ব্যাখ্যা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত কেউ জানে না। আর যারা জ্ঞানে সুগভীর, তারা বলেনঃ আমরা এর প্রতি ঈমান এনেছি। এই সবই আমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। আর বোধশক্তি সম্পন্নেরা ছাড়া অপর কেউ শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করে না।
He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
14 নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহর নিকট গ্রহণযোগ্য দ্বীন একমাত্র ইসলাম। এবং যাদের প্রতি কিতাব দেয়া হয়েছে তাদের নিকট প্রকৃত জ্ঞান আসার পরও ওরা মতবিরোধে লিপ্ত হয়েছে, শুধুমাত্র পরস্পর বিদ্বেষবশতঃ, যারা আল্লাহর নিদর্শনসমূহের প্রতি কুফরী করে তাদের জানা উচিত যে, নিশ্চিতরূপে আল্লাহ হিসাব গ্রহণে অত্যন্ত দ্রুত।
The Religion before Allah is Islam (submission to His Will): Nor did the People of the Book dissent therefrom except through envy of each other, after knowledge had come to them. But if any deny the Signs of Allah, Allah is swift in calling to account.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
15 মুমিনগন যেন অন্য মুমিনকে ছেড়ে কেন কাফেরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ না করে। যারা এরূপ করবে আল্লাহর সাথে তাদের কেন সম্পর্ক থাকবে না। তবে যদি তোমরা তাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোন অনিষ্টের আশঙ্কা কর, তবে তাদের সাথে সাবধানতার সাথে থাকবে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাঁর সম্পর্কে তোমাদের সতর্ক করেছেন। এবং সবাই কে তাঁর কাছে ফিরে যেতে হবে।
Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: except by way of precaution, that ye may Guard yourselves from them. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
16 অতঃপর তাঁর পালনকর্তা তাঁকে উত্তম ভাবে গ্রহণ করে নিলেন এবং তাঁকে প্রবৃদ্ধি দান করলেন-অত্যন্ত সুন্দর প্রবৃদ্ধি। আর তাঁকে যাকারিয়ার তত্ত্বাবধানে সমর্পন করলেন। যখনই যাকারিয়া মেহরাবের মধ্যে তার কছে আসতেন তখনই কিছু খাবার দেখতে পেতেন। জিজ্ঞেস করতেন "মারইয়াম! কোথা থেকে এসব তোমার কাছে এলো?" তিনি বলতেন, "এসব আল্লাহর নিকট থেকে আসে। আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা বেহিসাব রিযিক দান করেন।"
Right graciously did her Lord accept her: He made her grow in purity and beauty: To the care of Zakariya was she assigned. Every time that he entered (Her) chamber to see her, He found her supplied with sustenance. He said: "O Mary! Whence (comes) this to you?" She said: "From Allah: for Allah Provides sustenance to whom He pleases without measure."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭)
17 তারপর যদি তারা গ্রহণ না করে, তাহলে প্রমাদ সৃষ্টিকারীদেরকে আল্লাহ জানেন।
But if they turn back, Allah hath full knowledge of those who do mischief.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩)
18 আর আল্লাহ যখন নবীগনের কাছ থেকে অস্বীকার গ্রহন করলেন যে, আমি যা কিছু তোমাদের দান করেছি কিতাব ও জ্ঞান এবং অতঃপর তোমাদের নিকট কোন রসূল আসেন তোমাদের কিতাবকে সত্য বলে দেয়ার জন্য, তখন সে রসূলের প্রতি ঈমান আনবে এবং তার সাহায্য করবে। তিনি বললেন, ‘তোমার কি অঙ্গীকার করছো এবং এই শর্তে আমার ওয়াদা গ্রহণ করে নিয়েছ? তারা বললো, ‘আমরা অঙ্গীকার করেছি’। তিনি বললেন, তাহলে এবার সাক্ষী থাক। আর আমিও তোমাদের সাথে সাক্ষী রইলাম।
Behold! Allah took the covenant of the prophets, saying: "I give you a Book and Wisdom; then comes to you a messenger, confirming what is with you; do ye believe in him and render him help." Allah said: "Do ye agree, and take this my Covenant as binding on you?" They said: "We agree." He said: "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৮১)
19 যে লোক ইসলাম ছাড়া অন্য কোন ধর্ম তালাশ করে, কস্মিণকালেও তা গ্রহণ করা হবে না এবং আখেরাতে সে ক্ষতি গ্রস্ত।
If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
20 সেদিন কোন কোন মুখ উজ্জ্বল হবে, আর কোন কোন মুখ হবে কালো। বস্তুতঃ যাদের মুখ কালো হবে, তাদের বলা হবে, তোমরা কি ঈমান আনার পর কাফের হয়ে গিয়েছিলে? এবার সে কুফরীর বিনিময়ে আযাবের আস্বাদ গ্রহণ কর।
On the Day when some faces will be (lit up with) white, and some faces will be (in the gloom of) black: To those whose faces will be black, (will be said): "Did ye reject Faith after accepting it? Taste then the penalty for rejecting Faith."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১০৬)
21 হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা মুমিন ব্যতীত অন্য কাউকে অন্তরঙ্গরূপে গ্রহণ করো না, তারা তোমাদের অমঙ্গল সাধনে কোন ক্রটি করে না-তোমরা কষ্টে থাক, তাতেই তাদের আনন্দ। শত্রুতাপ্রসুত বিদ্বেষ তাদের মুখেই ফুটে বেরোয়। আর যা কিছু তাদের মনে লুকিয়ে রয়েছে, তা আরো অনেকগুণ বেশী জঘন্য। তোমাদের জন্যে নিদর্শন বিশদভাবে বর্ণনা করে দেয়া হলো, যদি তোমরা তা অনুধাবন করতে সমর্থ হও।
O ye who believe! Take not into your intimacy those outside your ranks: They will not fail to corrupt you. They only desire your ruin: Rank hatred has already appeared from their mouths: What their hearts conceal is far worse. We have made plain to you the Signs, if ye have wisdom.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১১৮)
22 তোমরা যদি আহত হয়ে থাক, তবে তারাও তো তেমনি আহত হয়েছে। আর এ দিনগুলোকে আমি মানুষের মধ্যে পালাক্রমে আবর্তন ঘটিয়ে থাকি। এভাবে আল্লাহ জানতে চান কারা ঈমানদার আর তিনি তোমাদের কিছু লোককে শহীদ হিসাবে গ্রহণ করতে চান। আর আল্লাহ অত্যাচারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন না।
If a wound hath touched you, be sure a similar wound hath touched the others. Such days (of varying fortunes) We give to men and men by turns: that Allah may know those that believe, and that He may take to Himself from your ranks Martyr-witnesses (to Truth). And Allah loveth not those that do wrong.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৪০)
23 আল্লাহর রহমতেই আপনি তাদের জন্য কোমল হৃদয় হয়েছেন পক্ষান্তরে আপনি যদি রাগ ও কঠিন হৃদয় হতেন তাহলে তারা আপনার কাছ থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে যেতো। কাজেই আপনি তাদের ক্ষমা করে দিন এবং তাদের জন্য মাগফেরাত কামনা করুন এবং কাজে কর্মে তাদের পরামর্শ করুন। অতঃপর যখন কোন কাজের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করে ফেলেন, তখন আল্লাহ তা’আলার উপর ভরসা করুন আল্লাহ তাওয়াক্কুল কারীদের ভালবাসেন।
It is part of the Mercy of Allah that thou dost deal gently with them Wert thou severe or harsh-hearted, they would have broken away from about thee: so pass over (Their faults), and ask for (Allah's) forgiveness for them; and consult them in affairs (of moment). Then, when thou hast Taken a decision put thy trust in Allah. For Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him).		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৯)
24 আর আল্লাহ যখন আহলে কিতাবদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিজ্ঞা গ্রহণ করলেন যে, তা মানুষের নিকট বর্ণনা করবে এবং গোপন করবে না, তখন তারা সে প্রতিজ্ঞাকে নিজেদের পেছনে ফেলে রাখল আর তার কেনা-বেচা করল সামান্য মূল্যের বিনিময়ে। সুতরাং কতই না মন্দ তাদের এ বেচা-কেনা।
And remember Allah took a covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it; but they threw it away behind their backs, and purchased with it some miserable gain! And vile was the bargain they made!		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৭)
25 যদি তোমরা এক স্ত্রীর স্থলে অন্য স্ত্রী পরিবর্তন করতে ইচ্ছা কর এবং তাদের একজনকে প্রচুর ধন-সম্পদ প্রদান করে থাক, তবে তা থেকে কিছুই ফেরত গ্রহণ করো না। তোমরা কি তা অন্যায়ভাবে ও প্রকাশ্য গোনাহর মাধ্যমে গ্রহণ করবে?
But if ye decide to take one wife in place of another, even if ye had given the latter a whole treasure for dower, Take not the least bit of it back: Would ye take it by slander and manifest wrong?		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
26 তোমরা কিরূপে তা গ্রহণ করতে পার, অথচ তোমাদের একজন অন্য জনের কাছে গমন এবং নারীরা তোমাদের কাছে থেকে সুদৃঢ় অঙ্গীকার গ্রহণ করেছে।
And how could ye take it when ye have gone in unto each other, and they have Taken from you a solemn covenant?		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
27 আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যে ব্যক্তি স্বাধীন মুসলমান নারীকে বিয়ে করার সামর্থ্য রাখে না, সে তোমাদের অধিকারভুক্ত মুসলিম ক্রীতদাসীদেরকে বিয়ে করবে। আল্লাহ তোমাদের ঈমান সম্পর্কে ভালোভাবে জ্ঞাত রয়েছেন। তোমরা পরস্পর এক, অতএব, তাদেরকে তাদের মালিকের অনুমতিক্রমে বিয়ে কর এবং নিয়ম অনুযায়ী তাদেরকে মোহরানা প্রদান কর এমতাবস্থায় যে, তারা বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হবে-ব্যভিচারিণী কিংবা উপ-পতি গ্রহণকারিণী হবে না। অতঃপর যখন তারা বিবাহ বন্ধনে এসে যায়, তখন যদি কোন অশ্লীল কাজ করে, তবে তাদেরকে স্বাধীন নারীদের অর্ধেক শাস্তি ভোগ করতে হবে। এ ব্যবস্থা তাদের জন্যে, তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত হওয়ার ব্যাপারে ভয় করে। আর যদি সবর কর, তবে তা তোমাদের জন্যে উত্তম। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুণাময়।
If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: And Allah hath full knowledge about your faith. Ye are one from another: Wed them with the leave of their owners, and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but it is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
28 আর তোমাদেরকে যদি কেউ দোয়া করে, তাহলে তোমরাও তার জন্য দোয়া কর; তারচেয়ে উত্তম দোয়া অথবা তারই মত ফিরিয়ে বল। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে হিসাব-নিকাশ গ্রহণকারী।
When a (courteous) greeting is offered you, meet it with a greeting still more courteous, or (at least) of equal courtesy. Allah takes careful account of all things.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬)
29 তারা চায় যে, তারা যেমন কাফের, তোমরাও তেমনি কাফের হয়ে যাও, যাতে তোমরা এবং তারা সব সমান হয়ে যাও। অতএব, তাদের মধ্যে কাউকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করো না, যে পর্যন্ত না তারা আল্লাহর পথে হিজরত করে চলে আসে। অতঃপর যদি তারা বিমুখ হয়, তবে তাদেরকে পাকড়াও কর এবং যেখানে পাও হত্যা কর। তাদের মধ্যে কাউকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করো না এবং সাহায্যকারী বানিও না।
They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks;-		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৮৯)
30 যার প্রতি আল্লাহ অভিসম্পাত করেছেন। শয়তান বললঃ আমি অবশ্যই তোমার বান্দাদের মধ্য থেকে নির্দিষ্ট অংশ গ্রহণ করব।
Allah did curse him, but he said: "I will take of Thy servants a portion Marked off;		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৮)
31 তাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করব, তাদেরকে আশ্বাস দেব; তাদেরকে পশুদের কর্ণ ছেদন করতে বলব এবং তাদেরকে আল্লাহর সৃষ্ট আকৃতি পরিবর্তন করতে আদেশ দেব। যে কেউ আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে শয়তানকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করে, সে প্রকাশ্য ক্ষতিতে পতিত হয়।
"I will mislead them, and I will create in them false desires; I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and to deface the (fair) nature created by Allah." Whoever, forsaking Allah, takes satan for a friend, hath of a surety suffered a loss that is manifest.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৯)
32 যে আল্লাহর নির্দেশের সামনে মস্তক অবনত করে সৎকাজে নিয়োজিত থাকে এবং ইব্রাহীমের ধর্ম অনুসরণ করে, যিনি একনিষ্ঠ ছিলেন, তার চাইতে উত্তম ধর্ম কার? আল্লাহ ইব্রাহীমকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করেছেন।
Who can be better in religion than one who submits his whole self to Allah, does good, and follows the way of Abraham the true in Faith? For Allah did take Abraham for a friend.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৫)
33 আপনার নিকট আহলে-কিতাবরা আবেদন জানায় যে, আপনি তাদের উপর আসমান থেকে লিখিত কিতাব অবতীর্ণ করিয়ে নিয়ে আসুন। বস্তুতঃ এরা মূসার কাছে এর চেয়েও বড় জিনিস চেয়েছে। বলেছে, একেবারে সামনাসামনিভাবে আমাদের আল্লাহকে দেখিয়ে দাও। অতএব, তাদের উপর বজ্রপাত হয়েছে তাদের পাপের দরুন; অতঃপর তাদের নিকট সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ-নিদর্শন প্রকাশিত হবার পরেও তারা গো-বৎসকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছিল; তাও আমি ক্ষমা করে দিয়েছিলাম এবং আমি মূসাকে প্রকৃষ্ট প্রভাব দান করেছিলাম।
The people of the Book ask thee to cause a book to descend to them from heaven: Indeed they asked Moses for an even greater (miracle), for they said: "Show us Allah in public," but they were dazed for their presumption, with thunder and lightning. Yet they worshipped the calf even after clear signs had come to them; even so we forgave them; and gave Moses manifest proofs of authority.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৩)
34 আর এ কারণে যে, তারা সুদ গ্রহণ করত, অথচ এ ব্যাপারে নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করা হয়েছিল এবং এ কারণে যে, তারা অপরের সম্পদ ভোগ করতো অন্যায় ভাবে। বস্তুত; আমি কাফেরদের জন্য তৈরী করে রেখেছি বেদনাদায়ক আযাব।
That they took usury, though they were forbidden; and that they devoured men's substance wrongfully;- we have prepared for those among them who reject faith a grievous punishment.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৬১)
35 তারা আপনাকে জিজ্ঞেস করে যে, কি বস্তু তাদের জন্যে হালাল? বলে দিন, তোমাদের জন্যে পবিত্র বস্তুসমূহ হালাল করা হয়েছে। যেসব শিকারী জন্তুকে তোমরা প্রশিক্ষণ দান কর শিকারের প্রতি প্রেরণের জন্যে এবং ওদেরকে ঐ পদ্ধতিতে প্রশিক্ষণ দাও, যা আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন। এমন শিকারী জন্তু যে শিকারকে তোমাদের জন্যে ধরে রাখে, তা খাও এবং তার উপর আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ কর। আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সত্ত্বর হিসাব গ্রহণকারী।
They ask thee what is lawful to them (as food). Say: lawful unto you are (all) things good and pure: and what ye have taught your trained hunting animals (to catch) in the manner directed to you by Allah: eat what they catch for you, but pronounce the name of Allah over it: and fear Allah; for Allah is swift in taking account.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
36 আপনি তাদেরকে আদমের দুই পুত্রের বাস্তব অবস্থা পাঠ করে শুনান। যখন তারা ভয়েই কিছু উৎসর্গ নিবেদন করেছিল, তখন তাদের একজনের উৎসর্গ গৃহীত হয়েছিল এবং অপরজনের গৃহীত হয়নি। সে বললঃ আমি অবশ্যই তোমাকে হত্যা করব। সে বললঃ আল্লাহ ধর্মভীরুদের পক্ষ থেকেই তো গ্রহণ করেন।
Recite to them the truth of the story of the two sons of Adam. Behold! they each presented a sacrifice (to Allah): It was accepted from one, but not from the other. Said the latter: "Be sure I will slay thee." "Surely," said the former, "Allah doth accept of the sacrifice of those who are righteous.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
37 আমি তওরাত অবর্তীর্ন করেছি। এতে হেদায়াত ও আলো রয়েছে। আল্লাহর আজ্ঞাবহ পয়গম্বর, দরবেশ ও আলেমরা এর মাধ্যমে ইহুদীদেরকে ফয়সালা দিতেন। কেননা, তাদেরকে এ খোদায়ী গ্রন্থের দেখাশোনা করার নির্দেশ দেয়া হয়েছিল এবং তাঁরা এর রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে নিযুক্ত ছিলেন। অতএব, তোমরা মানুষকে ভয় করো না এবং আমাকে ভয় কর এবং আমার আয়াত সমূহের বিনিময়ে স্বল্পমূল্যে গ্রহণ করো না, যেসব লোক আল্লাহ যা অবতীর্ণ করেছেন, তদনুযায়ী ফায়সালা করে না, তারাই কাফের।
It was We who revealed the law (to Moses): therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah's will, by the rabbis and the doctors of law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) Unbelievers.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
38 হে মুমিণগণ! তোমরা ইহুদী ও খ্রীষ্টানদেরকে বন্ধু হিসাবে গ্রহণ করো না। তারা একে অপরের বন্ধু। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে তাদের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করবে, সে তাদেরই অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আল্লাহ জালেমদেরকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেন না।
O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫১)
39 আর যারা আল্লাহ তাঁর রসূল এবং বিশ্বাসীদেরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করে, তারাই আল্লাহর দল এবং তারাই বিজয়ী।
As to those who turn (for friendship) to Allah, His Messenger, and the (fellowship of) believers,- it is the fellowship of Allah that must certainly triumph.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
40 হে মুমিনগণ, আহলে কিতাবদের মধ্য থেকে যারা তোমাদের ধর্মকে উপহাস ও খেলা মনে করে, তাদেরকে এবং অন্যান্য কাফেরকে বন্ধু রূপে গ্রহণ করো না। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, যদি তোমরা ঈমানদার হও।
O ye who believe! take not for friends and protectors those who take your religion for a mockery or sport,- whether among those who received the Scripture before you, or among those who reject Faith; but fear ye Allah, if ye have faith (indeed).		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
41 যদি তারা আল্লাহর প্রতি ও রসূলের প্রতি অবতীর্ণ বিষয়ের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করত, তবে কাফেরদেরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করত না। কিন্তু তাদের মধ্যে অনেকেই দুরাচার।
If only they had believed in Allah, in the Prophet, and in what hath been revealed to him, never would they have taken them for friends and protectors, but most of them are rebellious wrong-doers.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৮১)
42 মুমিনগণ, তোমরা এহরাম অবস্থায় শিকার বধ করো না। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে জেনেশুনে শিকার বধ করবে, তার উপর বিনিময় ওয়াজেব হবে, যা সমান হবে ঐ জন্তুর, যাকে সে বধ করেছে। দু’জন নির্ভরযোগ্য ব্যক্তি এর ফয়সালা করবে-বিনিময়ের জন্তুটি উৎসর্গ হিসেবে কাবায় পৌছাতে হবে। অথবা তার উপর কাফফারা ওয়াজেব-কয়েকজন দরিদ্রকে খাওয়ানো অথবা তার সমপরিমাণ রোযা রাখতে যাতে সে স্বীয় কৃতকর্মের প্রতিফল আস্বাদন করে। যা হয়ে গেছে, তা আল্লাহ মাফ করেছেন। যে পুনরায় এ কান্ড করবে, আল্লাহ তার কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ নিবেন। আল্লাহ পরাক্রান্ত, প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণে সক্ষম।
O ye who believe! Kill not game while in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. If any of you doth so intentionally, the compensation is an offering, brought to the Ka'ba, of a domestic animal equivalent to the one he killed, as adjudged by two just men among you; or by way of atonement, the feeding of the indigent; or its equivalent in fasts: that he may taste of the penalty of his deed. Allah forgives what is past: for repetition Allah will exact from him the penalty. For Allah is Exalted, and Lord of Retribution.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫)
43 হে, মুমিনগণ, তোমাদের মধ্যে যখন কারও মৃত্যু উপস্থিত হয়, তখন ওছিয়ত করার সময় তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে ধর্মপরায়ন দুজনকে সাক্ষী রেখো। তোমরা সফরে থাকলে এবং সে অবস্থায় তোমাদের মৃত্যু উপস্থিত হলে তোমরা তোমাদের ছাড়াও দু ব্যক্তিকে সাক্ষী রেখো। যদি তোমাদের সন্দেহ হয়, তবে উভয়কে নামাযের পর থাকতে বলবে। অতঃপর উভয়েই আল্লাহর নামে কসম খাবে যে, আমরা এ কসমের বিনিময়ে কোন উপকার গ্রহণ করতে চাই না, যদিও কোন আত্নীয়ও হয় এবং আল্লাহর সাক্ষ্য আমরা গোপন করব না। এমতাবস্থায় কঠোর গোনাহগার হব।
O ye who believe! When death approaches any of you, (take) witnesses among yourselves when making bequests,- two just men of your own (brotherhood) or others from outside if ye are journeying through the earth, and the chance of death befalls you (thus). If ye doubt (their truth), detain them both after prayer, and let them both swear by Allah: "We wish not in this for any worldly gain, even though the (beneficiary) be our near relation: we shall hide not the evidence before Allah: if we do, then behold! the sin be upon us!"		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৬)
44 অতঃপর সবাইকে সত্যিকার প্রভু আল্লাহর কাছে পৌঁছানো হবে। শুনে রাখ, ফয়সালা তাঁরই এবং তিনি দ্রুত হিসাব গ্রহণ করবেন।
Then are men returned unto Allah, their protector, the (only) reality: Is not His the command? and He is the swiftest in taking account.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৬২)
45 তাদেরকে পরিত্যাগ করুন, যারা নিজেদের ধর্মকে ক্রীড়া ও কৌতুকরূপে গ্রহণ করেছে এবং পার্থিব জীবন যাদেরকে ধোঁকায় ফেলে রেখেছে। কোরআন দ্বারা তাদেরকে উপদেশ দিন, যাতে কেউ স্বীয় কর্মে এমন ভাবে গ্রেফতার না হয়ে যায় যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত তার কোন সাহায্যকারী ও সুপারিশকারী নেই এবং যদি তারা জগতের বিনিময়ও প্রদান কবে, তবু তাদের কাছ থেকে তা গ্রহণ করা হবে না। একাই স্বীয় কর্মে জড়িত হয়ে পড়েছে। তাদের জন্যে উত্তপ্ত পানি এবং যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি রয়েছে-কুফরের কারণে।
Leave alone those who take their religion to be mere play and amusement, and are deceived by the life of this world. But proclaim (to them) this (truth): that every soul delivers itself to ruin by its own acts: it will find for itself no protector or intercessor except Allah: if it offered every ransom, (or reparation), none will be accepted: such is (the end of) those who deliver themselves to ruin by their own acts: they will have for drink (only) boiling water, and for punishment, one most grievous: for they persisted in rejecting Allah.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
46 আর এটাই আপনার পালনকর্তার সরল পথ। আমি উপদেশ গ্রহণকারীদের জন্যে আয়াতসমূহ পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ বর্ননা করেছি।
This is the way of thy Lord, leading straight: We have detailed the signs for those who receive admonition.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১২৬)
47 আপনি বলুনঃ তোমাদের সাক্ষীদেরকে আন, যারা সাক্ষ্য দেয় যে, আল্লাহ তা’আলা এগুলো হারাম করেছেন। যদি তারা সাক্ষ্য দেয়, তবে আপনি এ সাক্ষ্য গ্রহণ করবেন না এবং তাদের কুপ্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করবেন না, যারা আমার নির্দেশাবলীকে মিথ্যা বলে, যারা পরকালে বিশ্বাস করে না এবং যারা স্বীয় প্রতিপালকের সমতুল্য অংশীদার করে।
Say: "Bring forward your witnesses to prove that Allah did forbid so and so." If they bring such witnesses, be not thou amongst them: Nor follow thou the vain desires of such as treat our signs as falsehoods, and such as believe not in the Hereafter: for they hold others as equal with their Guardian-Lord.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫০)
48 তোমাদেরকে এ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, যেন তোমরা উপদেশ গ্রহণ কর। নিশ্চিত এটি আমার সরল পথ। অতএব, এ পথে চল এবং অন্যান্য পথে চলো না। তা হলে সেসব পথ তোমাদেরকে তাঁর পথ থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দিবে। তোমাদেরকে এ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, যাতে তোমরা সংযত হও।
Verily, this is My way, leading straight: follow it: follow not (other) paths: they will scatter you about from His (great) path: thus doth He command you. that ye may be righteous.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৩)
49 আর তোমরা অল্পই উপদেশ গ্রহণ কর। অনেক জনপদকে আমি ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছি। তাদের কাছে আমার আযাব রাত্রি বেলায় পৌছেছে অথবা দ্বিপ্রহরে বিশ্রামরত অবস্থায়।
How many towns have We destroyed (for their sins)? Our punishment took them on a sudden by night or while they slept for their afternoon rest.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
50 একদলকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেছেন এবং একদলের জন্যে পথভ্রষ্টতা অবধারিত হয়ে গেছে। তারা আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে শয়তানদেরকে বন্ধু হিসাবে গ্রহণ করেছে এবং ধারণা করে যে, তারা সৎপথে রয়েছে।
Some He hath guided: Others have (by their choice) deserved the loss of their way; in that they took the evil ones, in preference to Allah, for their friends and protectors, and think that they receive guidance.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
51 তারপর আমি পাকড়াও করেছি-ফেরাউনের অনুসারীদেরকে দুর্ভিক্ষের মাধ্যমে এবং ফল ফসলের ক্ষয়-ক্ষতির মাধ্যমে যাতে করে তারা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করে।
We punished the people of Pharaoh with years (of droughts) and shortness of crops; that they might receive admonition.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩০)
52 (পরওয়ারদেগার) বললেন, হে মূসা, আমি তোমাকে আমার বার্তা পাঠানোর এবং কথা বলার মাধ্যমে লোকদের উপর বিশিষ্টতা দান করেছি। সুতরাং যা কিছু আমি তোমাকে দান করলাম, গ্রহণ কর এবং কৃতজ্ঞ থাক।
(Allah) said: "O Moses! I have chosen thee above (other) men, by the mission I (have given thee) and the words I (have spoken to thee): take then the (revelation) which I give thee, and be of those who give thanks."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৪)
53 আমি আমার নিদর্শনসমূহ হতে তাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে রাখি, যারা পৃথিবীতে অন্যায়ভাবে গর্ব করে। যদি তারা সমস্ত নিদর্শন প্রত্যক্ষ করে ফেলে, তবুও তা বিশ্বাস করবে না। আর যদি হেদায়েতের পথ দেখে, তবে সে পথ গ্রহণ করে না। অথচ গোমরাহীর পথ দেখলে তাই গ্রহণ করে নেয়। এর কারণ, তারা আমার নিদর্শনসমূহকে মিথ্যা বলে মনে করেছে এবং তা থেকে বেখবর রয়ে গেছে।
Those who behave arrogantly on the earth in defiance of right - them will I turn away from My signs: Even if they see all the signs, they will not believe in them; and if they see the way of right conduct, they will not adopt it as the way; but if they see the way of error, that is the way they will adopt. For they have rejected our signs, and failed to take warning from them.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৬)
54 আর কা’বার নিকট তাদের নামায বলতে শিস দেয়া আর তালি বাজানো ছাড়া অন্য কোন কিছুই ছিল না। অতএব, এবার নিজেদের কৃত কুফরীর আযাবের স্বাদ গ্রহণ কর।
Their prayer at the House (of Allah) is nothing but whistling and clapping of hands: (Its only answer can be), "Taste ye the penalty because ye blasphemed."		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
55 আর যদি তুমি দেখ, যখন ফেরেশতারা কাফেরদের জান কবজ করে; প্রহার করে, তাদের মুখে এবং তাদের পশ্চাদদেশে আর বলে, জ্বলন্ত আযাবের স্বাদ গ্রহণ কর।
If thou couldst see, when the angels take the souls of the Unbelievers (at death), (How) they smite their faces and their backs, (saying): "Taste the penalty of the blazing Fire-		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
56 যদি একটি বিষয় না হত যা পূর্ব থেকেই আল্লাহ লিখে রেখেছেন, তাহলে তোমরা যা গ্রহণ করছ সেজন্য বিরাট আযাব এসে পৌছাত।
Had it not been for a previous ordainment from Allah, a severe penalty would have reached you for the (ransom) that ye took.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৬৮)
57 তোমরা কি মনে কর যে, তোমাদের ছেড়ে দেয়া হবে এমনি, যতক্ষণ না আল্লাহ জেনে নেবেন তোমাদের কে যুদ্ধ করেছে এবং কে আল্লাহ, তাঁর রসূল ও মুসলমানদের ব্যতীত অন্য কাউকে অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করা থেকে বিরত রয়েছে। আর তোমরা যা কর সে বিষয়ে আল্লাহ সবিশেষ অবহিত।
Or think ye that ye shall be abandoned, as though Allah did not know those among you who strive with might and main, and take none for friends and protectors except Allah, His Messenger, and the (community of) Believers? But Allah is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
58 হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমরা স্বীয় পিতা ও ভাইদের অভিভাবকরূপে গ্রহণ করো না, যদি তারা ঈমান অপেক্ষা কুফরকে ভালবাসে। আর তোমাদের যারা তাদের অভিভাবকরূপে গ্রহণ করে তারা সীমালংঘনকারী।
O ye who believe! take not for protectors your fathers and your brothers if they love infidelity above Faith: if any of you do so, they do wrong.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
59 তোমরা যুদ্ধ কর আহলে-কিতাবের ঐ লোকদের সাথে, যারা আল্লাহ ও রোজ হাশরে ঈমান রাখে না, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূল যা হারাম করে দিয়েছেন তা হারাম করে না এবং গ্রহণ করে না সত্য ধর্ম, যতক্ষণ না করজোড়ে তারা জিযিয়া প্রদান করে।
Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
60 তারা তাদের পন্ডিত ও সংসার-বিরাগীদিগকে তাদের পালনকর্তারূপে গ্রহণ করেছে আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এবং মরিয়মের পুত্রকেও। অথচ তারা আদিষ্ট ছিল একমাত্র মাবুদের এবাদতের জন্য। তিনি ছাড়া কোন মাবুদ নেই, তারা তাঁর শরীক সাব্যস্ত করে, তার থেকে তিনি পবিত্র।
They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Christ the son of Mary; yet they were commanded to worship but One Allah: there is no god but He. Praise and glory to Him: (Far is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
61 সে দিন জাহান্নামের আগুনে তা উত্তপ্ত করা হবে এবং তার দ্বারা তাদের ললাট, পার্শ্ব ও পৃষ্ঠদেশকে দগ্ধ করা হবে (সেদিন বলা হবে), এগুলো যা তোমরা নিজেদের জন্যে জমা রেখেছিলে, সুতরাং এক্ষণে আস্বাদ গ্রহণ কর জমা করে রাখার।
On the Day when heat will be produced out of that (wealth) in the fire of Hell, and with it will be branded their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs, their flanks, and their backs.- "This is the (treasure) which ye buried for yourselves: taste ye, then, the (treasures) ye buried!"		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
62 তাদের মালামাল থেকে যাকাত গ্রহণ কর যাতে তুমি সেগুলোকে পবিত্র করতে এবং সেগুলোকে বরকতময় করতে পার এর মাধ্যমে। আর তুমি তাদের জন্য দোয়া কর, নিঃসন্দেহে তোমার দোয়া তাদের জন্য সান্ত্বনা স্বরূপ। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ সবকিছুই শোনেন, জানেন।
Of their goods, take alms, that so thou mightest purify and sanctify them; and pray on their behalf. Verily thy prayers are a source of security for them: And Allah is One Who heareth and knoweth.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৩)
63 তারা কি একথা জানতে পারেনি যে, আল্লাহ নিজেই স্বীয় বান্দাদের তওবা কবুল করেন এবং যাকাত গ্রহণ করেন? বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহই তওবা কবুলকারী, করুণাময়।
Know they not that Allah doth accept repentance from His votaries and receives their gifts of charity, and that Allah is verily He, the Oft-Returning, Most Merciful?		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
64 তারা কি লক্ষ্য করে না, প্রতি বছর তারা দু’একবার বিপর্যস্ত হচ্ছে, অথচ, তারা এরপরও তওবা করে না কিংবা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করে না।
See they not that they are tried every year once or twice? Yet they turn not in repentance, and they take no heed.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২৬)
65 সুতরাং কোন জনপদ কেন এমন হল না যা ঈমান এনেছে অতঃপর তার সে ঈমান গ্রহণ হয়েছে কল্যাণকর? অবশ্য ইউনুসের সম্প্রদায়ের কথা আলাদা। তারা যখন ঈমান আনে তখন আমি তুলে নেই তাদের উপর থেকে অপমানজনক আযাব-পার্থিব জীবনে এবং তাদের কে কল্যাণ পৌছাই এক নিধারিত সময় পর্যন্ত।
Why was there not a single township (among those We warned), which believed,- so its faith should have profited it,- except the people of Jonah? When they believed, We removed from them the penalty of ignominy in the life of the present, and permitted them to enjoy (their life) for a while.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৯৮)
66 আর অবশ্যই যদি আমি মানুষকে আমার রহমতের আস্বাদ গ্রহণ করতে দেই, অতঃপর তা তার থেকে ছিনিয়ে নেই; তাহলে সে হতাশ ও কৃতঘ্ন হয়।
If We give man a taste of Mercy from Ourselves, and then withdraw it from him, behold! he is in despair and (falls into) blasphemy.		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
67 লূত (আঃ) বললেন-হায়, তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে যদি আমার শক্তি থাকত অথবা আমি কোন সূদৃঢ় আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করতে সক্ষম হতাম।
He said: "Would that I had power to suppress you or that I could betake myself to some powerful support."		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮০)
68 মিসরে যে ব্যক্তি তাকে ক্রয় করল, সে তার স্ত্রীকে বললঃ একে সম্মানে রাখ। সম্ভবতঃ সে আমাদের কাছে আসবে অথবা আমরা তাকে পুত্ররূপে গ্রহণ করে নেব। এমনিভাবে আমি ইউসুফকে এদেশে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করলাম এবং এ জন্যে যে তাকে বাক্যাদির পূর্ণ মর্ম অনুধাবনের পদ্ধতি বিষয়ে শিক্ষা দেই। আল্লাহ নিজ কাজে প্রবল থাকেন, কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক তা জানে না।
The man in Egypt who bought him, said to his wife: "Make his stay (among us) honourable: may be he will bring us much good, or we shall adopt him as a son." Thus did We establish Joseph in the land, that We might teach him the interpretation of stories (and events). And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
69 তারা কি দেখে না যে, আমি তাদের দেশকে চতুর্দিক থেকে সমানে সঙ্কুচিত করে আসছি? আল্লাহ নির্দেশ দেন। তাঁর নির্দেশকে পশ্চাতে নিক্ষেপকারী কেউ নেই। তিনি দ্রুত হিসাব গ্রহণ করেন।
See they not that We gradually reduce the land (in their control) from its outlying borders? (Where) Allah commands, there is none to put back His Command: and He is swift in calling to account.		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
70 অতএব আল্লাহর প্রতি ধারণা করো না যে, তিনি রসূলগণের সাথে কৃত ওয়াদা ভঙ্গ করবেন নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ পরাক্রমশালী, প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণকারী।
Never think that Allah would fail his messengers in His promise: for Allah is Exalted in power, - the Lord of Retribution.		 (ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
71 যাতে আল্লাহ প্রত্যেককে তার কৃতকর্মের প্রতিদান দেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ দ্রুত হিসাব গ্রহণকারী।
That Allah may requite each soul according to its deserts; and verily Allah is swift in calling to account.		 (ইব্রাহীম:
আয়াতঃ ৫১)
72 আল্লাহ বললেনঃ তোমরা দুই উপাস্য গ্রহণ করো না উপাস্য তো মাত্র একজনই। অতএব আমাকেই ভয় কর।
Allah has said: "Take not (for worship) two gods: for He is just One Allah: then fear Me (and Me alone)."		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৫১)
73 যেদিন আমি প্রত্যেক উম্মত থেকে একজন বর্ণনাকারী দাঁড় করাব, তখন কাফেরদেরকে অনুমতি দেয়া হবে না এবং তাদের তওবা ও গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
One Day We shall raise from all Peoples a Witness: then will no excuse be accepted from Unbelievers, nor will they receive any favours.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
74 তোমরা ঐ মহিলার মত হয়ো না, যে পরিশ্রমের পর কাটা সূতা টুকরো টুকরো করে ছিড়ে ফেলে, তোমরা নিজেদের কসমসমূহকে পারস্পরিক প্রবঞ্চনার বাহানা রূপে গ্রহণ কর এজন্যে যে, অন্য দল অপেক্ষা এক দল অধিক ক্ষমতাবান হয়ে যায়। এতদ্বারা তো আল্লাহ শুধু তোমাদের পরীক্ষা করেন। আল্লাহ অবশ্যই কিয়ামতের দিন প্রকাশ করে দেবেন, যে বিষয়ে তোমরা কলহ করতে।
And be not like a woman who breaks into untwisted strands the yarn which she has spun, after it has become strong. Nor take your oaths to practise deception between yourselves, lest one party should be more numerous than another: for Allah will test you by this; and on the Day of Judgment He will certainly make clear to you (the truth of) that wherein ye disagree.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৯২)
75 তোমরা আল্লাহর অঙ্গীকারের বিনিময়ে সামান্য মূল্য গ্রহণ করো না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর কাছে যা আছে, তা উত্তম তোমাদের জন্যে, যদি তোমরা জ্ঞানী হও।
Nor sell the covenant of Allah for a miserable price: for with Allah is (a prize) far better for you, if ye only knew.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫)
76 অতএব, যখন আপনি কোরআন পাঠ করেন তখন বিতাড়িত শয়তান থেকে আল্লাহর আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করুন।
When thou dost read the Qur'an, seek Allah's protection from Satan the rejected one.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৯৮)
77 আর যদি তোমরা প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ কর, তবে ঐ পরিমাণ প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করবে, যে পরিমাণ তোমাদেরকে কষ্ট দেয়া হয়। যদি সবর কর, তবে তা সবরকারীদের জন্যে উত্তম।
And if ye do catch them out, catch them out no worse than they catch you out: But if ye show patience, that is indeed the best (course) for those who are patient.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১২৬)
78 পাঠ কর তুমি তোমার কিতাব। আজ তোমার হিসাব গ্রহণের জন্যে তুমিই যথেষ্ট।
(It will be said to him:) "Read thine (own) record: Sufficient is thy soul this day to make out an account against thee."		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
79 তোমাদের পালনকর্তা কি তোমাদের জন্যে পুত্র সন্তান নির্ধারিত করেছেন এবং নিজের জন্যে ফেরেশতাদেরকে কন্যারূপে গ্রহণ করেছেন? নিশ্চয় তোমরা গুরুতর গর্হিত কথাবার্তা বলছ।
Has then your Lord (O Pagans!) preferred for you sons, and taken for Himself daughters among the angels? Truly ye utter a most dreadful saying!		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
80 তারা তো আপনাকে হটিয়ে দিতে চাচ্ছিল যে বিষয় আমি আপনার প্রতি ওহীর মাধ্যমে যা প্রেরণ করেছি তা থেকে আপনার পদঙ্খলন ঘটানোর জন্যে তারা চুড়ান্ত চেষ্টা করেছে, যাতে আপনি আমার প্রতি কিছু মিথ্যা সম্বন্ধযুক্ত করেন। এতে সফল হলে তারা আপনাকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করে নিত।
And their purpose was to tempt thee away from that which We had revealed unto thee, to substitute in our name something quite different; (in that case), behold! they would certainly have made thee (their) friend!		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩)
81 যখন যুবকরা পাহাড়ের গুহায় আশ্রয়গ্রহণ করে তখন দোআ করেঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আমাদেরকে নিজের কাছ থেকে রহমত দান করুন এবং আমাদের জন্যে আমাদের কাজ সঠিকভাবে পূর্ণ করুন।
Behold, the youths betook themselves to the Cave: they said, "Our Lord! bestow on us Mercy from Thyself, and dispose of our affair for us in the right way!"		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
82 এরা আমাদেরই স্ব-জাতি, এরা তাঁর পরিবর্তে অনেক উপাস্য গ্রহণ করেছে। তারা এদের সম্পর্কে প্রকাশ্য প্রমাণ উপস্থিত করে না কেন? যে আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে মিথ্যা উদ্ভাবন করে, তার চাইতে অধিক গোনাহগার আর কে?
"These our people have taken for worship gods other than Him: why do they not bring forward an authority clear (and convincing) for what they do? Who doth more wrong than such as invent a falsehood against Allah?		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
83 তোমরা যখন তাদের থেকে পৃথক হলে এবং তারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যাদের এবাদত করে তাদের থেকে, তখন তোমরা গুহায় আশ্রয়গ্রহণ কর। তোমাদের পালনকর্তা তোমাদের জন্যে দয়া বিস্তার করবেন এবং তিনি তোমাদের জন্য তোমাদের কাজ কর্মকে ফলপ্রসু করার ব্যবস্থা করবেন।
"When ye turn away from them and the things they worship other than Allah, betake yourselves to the Cave: Your Lord will shower His mercies on you and disposes of your affair towards comfort and ease."		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
84 যখন আমি ফেরেশতাদেরকে বললামঃ আদমকে সেজদা কর, তখন সবাই সেজদা করল ইবলীস ব্যতীত। সে ছিল জিনদের একজন। সে তার পালনকর্তার আদেশ অমান্য করল। অতএব তোমরা কি আমার পরিবর্তে তাকে এবং তার বংশধরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করছ? অথচ তারা তোমাদের শত্রু। এটা জালেমদের জন্যে খুবই নিকৃষ্ট বদল।
Behold! We said to the angels, "Bow down to Adam": They bowed down except Iblis. He was one of the Jinns, and he broke the Command of his Lord. Will ye then take him and his progeny as protectors rather than Me? And they are enemies to you! Evil would be the exchange for the wrong-doers!		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
85 নভোমন্ডল ও ভুমন্ডলের সৃজনকালে আমি তাদেরকে সাক্ষ্য রাখিনি এবং তাদের নিজেদের সৃজনকালেও না। এবং আমি এমনও নই যে, বিভ্রান্ত কারীদেরকে সাহায্যকারীরূপে গ্রহণ করবো।
I called them not to witness the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor (even) their own creation: nor is it for helpers such as Me to take as lead (men) astray!		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫১)
86 আমি রাসূলগনকে সুসংবাদ দাতা ও ভয় প্রদর্শন কারীরূপেই প্রেরণ করি এবং কাফেররাই মিথ্যা অবলম্বনে বিতর্ক করে, তা দ্বারা সত্যকে ব্যর্থ করে দেয়ার উদ্দেশে এবং তারা আমার নিদর্শনাবলীও যদ্বারা তাদেরকে ভয় প্রদর্শন করা হয়, সেগুলোকে ঠাট্টারূপে গ্রহণ করেছে।
We only send the messengers to give Glad Tidings and to give warnings: But the unbelievers dispute with vain argument, in order therewith to weaken the truth, and they treat My Signs as a jest, as also the fact that they are warned!		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
87 অবশেষে তিনি যখন সুর্যের অস্তাচলে পৌছলেন; তখন তিনি সুর্যকে এক পঙ্কিল জলাশয়ে অস্ত যেতে দেখলেন এবং তিনি সেখানে এক সম্প্রদায়কে দেখতে পেলেন। আমি বললাম, হে যুলকারনাইন! আপনি তাদেরকে শাস্তি দিতে পারেন অথবা তাদেরকে সদয়ভাবে গ্রহণ করতে পারেন।
Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it set in a spring of murky water: Near it he found a People: We said: "O Zul-qarnain! (thou hast authority,) either to punish them, or to treat them with kindness."		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬)
88 কাফেররা কি মনে করে যে, তারা আমার পরিবর্তে আমার বান্দাদেরকে অভিভাবক রূপে গ্রহণ করবে? আমি কাফেরদের অভ্যর্থনার জন্যে জাহান্নামকে প্রস্তুত করে রেখেছি।
Do the Unbelievers think that they can take My servants as protectors besides Me? Verily We have prepared Hell for the Unbelievers for (their) entertainment.		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০২)
89 জাহান্নাম-এটাই তাদের প্রতিফল; কারণ, তারা কাফের হয়েছে এবং আমার নিদর্শনাবলী ও রসূলগণকে বিদ্রূপের বিষয় রূপে গ্রহণ করেছে।
That is their reward, Hell, because they rejected Faith, and took My Signs and My Messengers by way of jest.		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৬)
90 তার প্রতি শান্তি-যেদিন সে জন্মগ্রহণ করে এবং যেদিন মৃত্যুবরণ করবে এবং যেদিন জীবিতাবস্থায় পুনরুত্থিত হবে।
So Peace on him the day he was born, the day that he dies, and the day that he will be raised up to life (again)!		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
91 আমার প্রতি সালাম যেদিন আমি জন্মগ্রহণ করেছি, যেদিন মৃত্যুবরণ করব এবং যেদিন পুনরুজ্জীবিত হয়ে উত্থিত হব।
"So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life (again)"!		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
92 আল্লাহ এমন নন যে, সন্তান গ্রহণ করবেন, তিনি পবিত্র ও মহিমাময় সত্তা, তিনি যখন কোন কাজ করা সিদ্ধান্ত করেন, তখন একথাই বলেনঃ হও এবং তা হয়ে যায়।
It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it is.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
93 তারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অন্যান্য ইলাহ গ্রহণ করেছে, যাতে তারা তাদের জন্যে সাহায্যকারী হয়।
And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory!		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৮১)
94 যে দয়াময় আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে প্রতিশ্রুতি গ্রহণ করেছে, সে ব্যতীত আর কেউ সুপারিশ করার অধিকারী হবে না।
None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৮৭)
95 তারা বলেঃ দয়াময় আল্লাহ সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন।
They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!"		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮)
96 অথচ সন্তান গ্রহণ করা দয়াময়ের জন্য শোভনীয় নয়।
For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son.		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৯২)
97 সত্যিকার অধীশ্বর আল্লাহ মহান। আপনার প্রতি আল্লাহর ওহী সম্পুর্ণ হওয়ার পূর্বে আপনি কোরআন গ্রহণের ব্যপারে তাড়াহুড়া করবেন না এবং বলুনঃ হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমার জ্ঞান বৃদ্ধি করুন।
High above all is Allah, the King, the Truth! Be not in haste with the Qur'an before its revelation to thee is completed, but say, "O my Lord! advance me in knowledge."		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৪)
98 তারা কি মৃত্তিকা দ্বারা তৈরী উপাস্য গ্রহণ করেছে, যে তারা তাদেরকে জীবিত করবে?
Or have they taken (for worship) gods from the earth who can raise (the dead)?		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
99 তারা কি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অন্যান্য উপাস্য গ্রহণ করেছে? বলুন, তোমরা তোমাদের প্রমাণ আন। এটাই আমার সঙ্গীদের কথা এবং এটাই আমার পুর্ববর্তীদের কথা। বরং তাদের অধিকাংশই সত্য জানে না; অতএব তারা টালবাহানা করে।
Or have they taken for worship (other) gods besides him? Say, "Bring your convincing proof: this is the Message of those with me and the Message of those before me." But most of them know not the Truth, and so turn away.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
100 তারা বললঃ দয়াময় আল্লাহ সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছে। তাঁর জন্য কখনও ইহা যোগ্য নয়; বরং তারা তো তাঁর সম্মানিত বান্দা।
And they say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten offspring." Glory to Him! they are (but) servants raised to honour.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
101 আমি কেয়ামতের দিন ন্যায়বিচারের মানদন্ড স্থাপন করব। সুতরাং কারও প্রতি জুলুম হবে না। যদি কোন আমল সরিষার দানা পরিমাণও হয়, আমি তা উপস্থিত করব এবং হিসাব গ্রহণের জন্যে আমিই যথেষ্ট।
We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of Judgment, so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least, and if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account.		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
102 এ তো শুনলে, যে ব্যক্তি নিপীড়িত হয়ে নিপীড়ন পরিমাণে প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করে এবং পুনরায় সে নিপীড়িত হয়, আল্লাহ অবশ্যই তাকে সাহায্য করবেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ মার্জনাকারী ক্ষমাশীল।
That (is so). And if one has retaliated to no greater extent than the injury he received, and is again set upon inordinately, Allah will help him: for Allah is One that blots out (sins) and forgives (again and again).		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
103 আল্লাহ কোন সন্তান গ্রহণ করেননি এবং তাঁর সাথে কোন মাবুদ নেই। থাকলে প্রত্যেক মাবুদ নিজ নিজ সৃষ্টি নিয়ে চলে যেত এবং একজন অন্যজনের উপর প্রবল হয়ে যেত। তারা যা বলে, তা থেকে আল্লাহ পবিত্র।
No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him!		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৯১)
104 অতঃপর তোমরা তাদেরকে ঠাট্টার পাত্ররূপে গ্রহণ করতে। এমনকি, তা তোমাদেরকে আমার স্মরণ ভুলিয়ে দিয়েছিল এবং তোমরা তাদেরকে দেখে পরিহাস করতে।
"But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them!		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ১১০)
105 যদি তোমরা গৃহে কাউকে না পাও, তবে অনুমতি গ্রহণ না করা পর্যন্ত সেখানে প্রবেশ করো না। যদি তোমাদেরকে বলা হয় ফিরে যাও, তবে ফিরে যাবে। এতে তোমাদের জন্যে অনেক পবিত্রতা আছে এবং তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা ভালোভাবে জানেন।
If ye find no one in the house, enter not until permission is given to you: if ye are asked to go back, go back: that makes for greater purity for yourselves: and Allah knows well all that ye do.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
106 যারা কাফের, তাদের কর্ম মরুভুমির মরীচিকা সদৃশ, যাকে পিপাসার্ত ব্যক্তি পানি মনে করে। এমনকি, সে যখন তার কাছে যায়, তখন কিছুই পায় না এবং পায় সেখানে আল্লাহকে, অতঃপর আল্লাহ তার হিসাব চুকিয়ে দেন। আল্লাহ দ্রুত হিসাব গ্রহণকারী।
But the Unbelievers,- their deeds are like a mirage in sandy deserts, which the man parched with thirst mistakes for water; until when he comes up to it, he finds it to be nothing: But he finds Allah (ever) with him, and Allah will pay him his account: and Allah is swift in taking account.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
107 হে মুমিনগণ! তোমাদের দাসদাসীরা এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক হয়নি তারা যেন তিন সময়ে তোমাদের কাছে অনুমতি গ্রহণ করে, ফজরের নামাযের পূর্বে, দুপুরে যখন তোমরা বস্ত্র খুলে রাখ এবং এশার নামাযের পর। এই তিন সময় তোমাদের দেহ খোলার সময়। এ সময়ের পর তোমাদের ও তাদের জন্যে কোন দোষ নেই। তোমাদের একে অপরের কাছে তো যাতায়াত করতেই হয়, এমনি ভাবে আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাছে সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ বিবৃত করেন। আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
O ye who believe! let those whom your right hands possess, and the (children) among you who have not come of age ask your permission (before they come to your presence), on three occasions: before morning prayer; the while ye doff your clothes for the noonday heat; and after the late-night prayer: these are your three times of undress: outside those times it is not wrong for you or for them to move about attending to each other: Thus does Allah make clear the Signs to you: for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৫৮)
108 মুমিন তো তারাই; যারা আল্লাহর ও রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং রসূলের সাথে কোন সমষ্টিগত কাজে শরীক হলে তাঁর কাছ থেকে অনুমতি গ্রহণ ব্যতীত চলে যায় না। যারা আপনার কাছে অনুমতি প্রার্থনা করে, তারাই আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে। অতএব তারা আপনার কাছে তাদের কোন কাজের জন্যে অনুমতি চাইলে আপনি তাদের মধ্যে যাকে ইচ্ছা অনুমতি দিন এবং তাদের জন্যে আল্লাহর কাছে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করুন। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, মেহেরবান।
Only those are believers, who believe in Allah and His Messenger: when they are with him on a matter requiring collective action, they do not depart until they have asked for his leave; those who ask for thy leave are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger; so when they ask for thy leave, for some business of theirs, give leave to those of them whom thou wilt, and ask Allah for their forgiveness: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৬২)
109 তিনি হলেন যাঁর রয়েছে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব। তিনি কোন সন্তান গ্রহণ করেননি। রাজত্বে তাঁর কোন অংশীদার নেই। তিনি প্রত্যেক বস্তু সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তাকে শোধিত করেছেন পরিমিতভাবে।
He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: no son has He begotten, nor has He a partner in His dominion: it is He who created all things, and ordered them in due proportions.		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ২)
110 তারা তাঁর পরিবর্তে কত উপাস্য গ্রহণ করেছে, যারা কিছুই সৃষ্টি করে না এবং তারা নিজেরাই সৃষ্ট এবং নিজেদের ভালও করতে পারে না, মন্দও করতে পারে না এবং জীবন, মরণ ও পুনরুজ্জীবনের ও তারা মালিক নয়।
Yet have they taken, besides him, gods that can create nothing but are themselves created; that have no control of hurt or good to themselves; nor can they control death nor life nor resurrection.		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
111 তারা বলবে-আপনি পবিত্র, আমরা আপনার পরিবর্তে অন্যকে মুরুব্বীরূপে গ্রহণ করতে পারতাম না; কিন্তু আপনিই তো তাদেরকে এবং তাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে ভোগসম্ভার দিয়েছিলেন, ফলে তারা আপনার স্মৃতি বিস্মৃত হয়েছিল এবং তারা ছিল ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত জাতি।
They will say: "Glory to Thee! not meet was it for us that we should take for protectors others besides Thee: But Thou didst bestow, on them and their fathers, good things (in life), until they forgot the Message: for they were a people (worthless and) lost."		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
112 আপনার পূর্বে যত রসূল প্রেরণ করেছি, তারা সবাই খাদ্য গ্রহণ করত এবং হাটে-বাজারে চলাফেরা করত। আমি তোমাদের এককে অপরের জন্যে পরীক্ষাস্বরূপ করেছি। দেখি, তোমরা সবর কর কিনা। আপনার পালনকর্তা সব কিছু দেখেন।
And the messengers whom We sent before thee were all (men) who ate food and walked through the streets: We have made some of you as a trial for others: will ye have patience? for Allah is One Who sees (all things).		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
113 হায় আমার দূর্ভাগ্য, আমি যদি অমুককে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ না করতাম।
"Ah! woe is me! Would that I had never taken such a one for a friend!		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
114 তারা যখন আপনাকে দেখে, তখন আপনাকে কেবল বিদ্রুপের পাত্ররূপে গ্রহণ করে, বলে, এ-ই কি সে যাকে আল্লাহ ‘রসূল’ করে প্রেরণ করেছেন?
When they see thee, they treat thee no otherwise than in mockery: "Is this the one whom Allah has sent as a messenger?"		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
115 আপনি কি তাকে দেখেন না, যে তারা প্রবৃত্তিকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করে? তবুও কি আপনি তার যিম্মাদার হবেন?
Seest thou such a one as taketh for his god his own passion (or impulse)? Couldst thou be a disposer of affairs for him?		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
116 ফেরাউন বলল, তুমি যদি আমার পরিবর্তে অন্যকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ কর তবে আমি অবশ্যই তোমাকে কারাগারে নিক্ষেপ করব।
(Pharaoh) said: "If thou dost put forward any god other than me, I will certainly put thee in prison!"		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
117 তবে তাদের কথা ভিন্ন, যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম করে এবং আল্লাহ কে খুব স্মরণ করে এবং নিপীড়িত হওয়ার পর প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করে। নিপীড়নকারীরা শীঘ্রই জানতে পারবে তাদের গন্তব্যস্থল কিরূপ।
Except those who believe, work righteousness, engage much in the remembrance of Allah, and defend themselves only after they are unjustly attacked. And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take!		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ২২৭)
118 বিলকীস বলল, হে পরিষদবর্গ, আমাকে আমার কাজে পরামর্শ দাও। তোমাদের উপস্থিতি ব্যতিরেকে আমি কোন কাজে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করি না।
She said: "Ye chiefs! advise me in (this) my affair: no affair have I decided except in your presence."		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
119 তারা বলল, আমরা শক্তিশালী এবং কঠোর যোদ্ধা। এখন সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষমতা আপনারই। অতএব আপনি ভেবে দেখুন, আমাদেরকে কি আদেশ করবেন।
They said: "We are endued with strength, and given to vehement war: but the command is with thee; so consider what thou wilt command."		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
120 তারা বলল, তোমরা পরস্পরে আল্লাহর নামে শপথ গ্রহণ কর যে, আমরা রাত্রিকালে তাকে ও তার পরিবারবর্গকে হত্যা করব। অতঃপর তার দাবীদারকে বলে দেব যে, তার পরিবারবর্গের হত্যাকান্ড আমরা প্রত্যক্ষ করিনি। আমরা নিশ্চয়ই সত্যবাদী।
They said: "Swear a mutual oath by Allah that we shall make a secret night attack on him and his people, and that we shall then say to his heir (when he seeks vengeance): 'We were not present at the slaughter of his people, and we are positively telling the truth.'"		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
121 তিনিই স্বীয় রহমতে তোমাদের জন্যে রাত ও দিন করেছেন, যাতে তোমরা তাতে বিশ্রাম গ্রহণ কর ও তাঁর অনুগ্রহ অন্বেষণ কর এবং যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর।
It is out of His Mercy that He has made for you Night and Day,- that ye may rest therein, and that ye may seek of his Grace;- and in order that ye may be grateful.		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩)
122 ইব্রাহীম বললেন, পার্থিব জীবনে তোমাদের পারস্পরিক ভালবাসা রক্ষার জন্যে তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে প্রতিমাগুলোকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছ। এরপর কেয়ামতের দিন তোমরা একে অপরকে অস্বীকার করবে এবং একে অপরকে লানত করবে। তোমাদের ঠিকানা জাহান্নাম এবং তোমাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
And he said: "For you, ye have taken (for worship) idols besides Allah, out of mutual love and regard between yourselves in this life; but on the Day of Judgment ye shall disown each other and curse each other: and your abode will be the Fire, and ye shall have none to help."		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
123 যারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে অপরকে সাহায্যকারীরূপে গ্রহণ করে তাদের উদাহরণ মাকড়সা। সে ঘর বানায়। আর সব ঘরের মধ্যে মাকড়সার ঘরই তো অধিক দুর্বল, যদি তারা জানত।
The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of the spider, who builds (to itself) a house; but truly the flimsiest of houses is the spider's house;- if they but knew.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
124 যেদিন আযাব তাদেরকে ঘেরাও করবে মাথার উপর থেকে এবং পায়ের নীচ থেকে। আল্লাহ বললেন, তোমরা যা করতে, তার স্বাদ গ্রহণ কর।
On the Day that the Punishment shall cover them from above them and from below them, and (a Voice) shall say: "Taste ye (the fruits) of your deeds!"		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
125 জীবমাত্রই মৃত্যুর স্বাদ গ্রহণ করবে। অতঃপর তোমরা আমারই কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে।
Every soul shall have a taste of death in the end to Us shall ye be brought back.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
126 সেই নবীগণ আল্লাহর পয়গাম প্রচার করতেন ও তাঁকে ভয় করতেন। তারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অন্যকাউকে ভয় করতেন না। হিসাব গ্রহণের জন্যে আল্লাহ যথেষ্ঠ।
(It is the practice of those) who preach the Messages of Allah, and fear Him, and fear none but Allah. And enough is Allah to call (men) to account.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
127 এরপর আপনার জন্যে কোন নারী হালাল নয় এবং তাদের পরিবর্তে অন্য স্ত্রী গ্রহণ করাও হালাল নয় যদিও তাদের রূপলাবণ্য আপনাকে মুগ্ধ করে, তবে দাসীর ব্যাপার ভিন্ন। আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ের উপর সজাগ নজর রাখেন।
It is not lawful for thee (to marry more) women after this, nor to change them for (other) wives, even though their beauty attract thee, except any thy right hand should possess (as handmaidens): and Allah doth watch over all things.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
128 শয়তান তোমাদের শত্রু; অতএব তাকে শত্রু রূপেই গ্রহণ কর। সে তার দলবলকে আহবান করে যেন তারা জাহান্নামী হয়।
Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his adherents, that they may become Companions of the Blazing Fire.		 (ফাতির:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
129 আমি কি তাঁর পরিবর্তে অন্যান্যদেরকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করব? করুণাময় যদি আমাকে কষ্টে নিপতিত করতে চান, তবে তাদের সুপারিশ আমার কোনই কাজে আসবে না এবং তারা আমাকে রক্ষাও করতে পারবে না।
"Shall I take (other) gods besides Him? If (Allah) Most Gracious should intend some adversity for me, of no use whatever will be their intercession for me, nor can they deliver me.		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
130 তারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে অনেক উপাস্য গ্রহণ করেছে যাতে তারা সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত হতে পারে।
Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped!		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৭৪)
131 জেনে রাখুন, নিষ্ঠাপূর্ণ এবাদত আল্লাহরই নিমিত্ত। যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করে রেখেছে এবং বলে যে, আমরা তাদের এবাদত এ জন্যেই করি, যেন তারা আমাদেরকে আল্লাহর নিকটবর্তী করে দেয়। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে তাদের পারস্পরিক বিরোধপূর্ণ বিষয়ের ফয়সালা করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ মিথ্যাবাদী কাফেরকে সৎপথে পরিচালিত করেন না।
Is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." Truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
132 আল্লাহ যদি সন্তান গ্রহণ করার ইচ্ছা করতেন, তবে তাঁর সৃষ্টির মধ্য থেকে যা কিছু ইচ্ছা মনোনীত করতেন, তিনি পবিত্র। তিনি আল্লাহ, এক পরাক্রমশালী।
Had Allah wished to take to Himself a son, He could have chosen whom He pleased out of those whom He doth create: but Glory be to Him! (He is above such things.) He is Allah, the One, the Irresistible.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
133 আর আল্লাহ যাকে পথপ্রদর্শন করেন, তাকে পথভ্রষ্টকারী কেউ নেই। আল্লাহ কি পরাক্রমশালী, প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণকারী নন?
And such as Allah doth guide there can be none to lead astray. Is not Allah Exalted in Power, (Able to enforce His Will), Lord of Retribution?		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭)
134 তারা কি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত সুপারিশকারী গ্রহণ করেছে? বলুন, তাদের কোন এখতিয়ার না থাকলেও এবং তারা না বুঝলেও?
What! Do they take for intercessors others besides Allah? Say: "Even if they have no power whatever and no intelligence?"		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
135 আল্লাহ সর্বকিছুর স্রষ্টা এবং তিনি সবকিছুর দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেন।
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Guardian and Disposer of all affairs.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৬২)
136 আজ প্রত্যেকেই তার কৃতকর্মের প্রতিদান পাবে। আজ যুলুম নেই। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ দ্রুত হিসাব গ্রহণকারী।
That Day will every soul be requited for what it earned; no injustice will there be that Day, for Allah is Swift in taking account.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
137 যারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অপরকে অভিভাবক হিসাবে গ্রহণ করে, আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রাখেন। আপনার উপর নয় তাদের দায়-দায়িত্ব।
And those who take as protectors others besides Him,- Allah doth watch over them; and thou art not the disposer of their affairs.		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
138 যারা আক্রান্ত হলে প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করে।
And those who, when an oppressive wrong is inflicted on them, (are not cowed but) help and defend themselves.		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
139 নিশ্চয় যে অত্যাচারিত হওয়ার পর প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করে, তাদের বিরুদ্ধেও কোন অভিযোগ নেই।
But indeed if any do help and defend themselves after a wrong (done) to them, against such there is no cause of blame.		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
140 তিনি কি তাঁর সৃষ্টি থেকে কন্যা সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন এবং তোমাদের জন্য মনোনীত করেছেন পুত্র সন্তান?
What! has He taken daughters out of what He himself creates, and granted to you sons for choice?		 (যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
141 তারা কি আপনার পালনকর্তার রহমত বন্টন করে? আমি তাদের মধ্যে তাদের জীবিকা বন্টন করেছি পার্থিব জীবনে এবং একের মর্যাদাকে অপরের উপর উন্নীত করেছি, যাতে একে অপরকে সেবক রূপে গ্রহণ করে। তারা যা সঞ্চয় করে, আপনার পালনকর্তার রহমত তদপেক্ষা উত্তম।
Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of thy Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in the life of this world: and We raise some of them above others in ranks, so that some may command work from others. But the Mercy of thy Lord is better than the (wealth) which they amass.		 (যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩২)
142 যেদিন আমি প্রবলভাবে ধৃত করব, সেদিন পুরোপুরি প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করবই।
One day We shall seize you with a mighty onslaught: We will indeed (then) exact Retribution!		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
143 স্বাদ গ্রহণ কর, তুমি তো সম্মানিত, সম্ভ্রান্ত।
"Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour!		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
144 যখন সে আমার কোন আয়াত অবগত হয়, তখন তাকে ঠাট্টারূপে গ্রহণ করে। এদের জন্যই রয়েছে লাঞ্ছনাদায়ক শাস্তি।
And when he learns something of Our Signs, he takes them in jest: for such there will be a humiliating Penalty.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
145 তাদের সামনে রয়েছে জাহান্নাম। তারা যা উপার্জন করেছে, তা তাদের কোন কাজে আসবে না, তারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যাদেরকে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ করেছে তারাও নয়। তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে মহাশাস্তি।
In front of them is Hell: and of no profit to them is anything they may have earned, nor any protectors they may have taken to themselves besides Allah: for them is a tremendous Penalty.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
146 এটা এজন্যে যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহকে ঠাট্টারূপে গ্রহণ করেছিলে এবং পার্থিব জীবন তোমাদেরকে প্রতারিত করেছিল। সুতরাং আজ তাদেরকে জাহান্নাম থেকে বের করা হবে না এবং তাদের কাছে তওবা চাওয়া হবে না।
"This, because ye used to take the Signs of Allah in jest, and the life of the world deceived you:" (From) that Day, therefore, they shall not be taken out thence, nor shall they be received into Grace.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
147 অতঃপর আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে তারা যাদেরকে সান্নিধ্য লাভের জন্যে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছিল, তারা তাদেরকে সাহায্য করল না কেন? বরং তারা তাদের কাছ থেকে উধাও হয়ে গেল। এটা ছিল তাদের মিথ্যা ও মনগড়া বিষয়।
Why then was no help forthcoming to them from those whom they worshipped as gods, besides Allah, as a means of access (to Allah)? Nay, they left them in the lurch: but that was their falsehood and their invention.		 (আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
148 তারা শুধু এই অপেক্ষাই করছে যে, কেয়ামত অকস্মাৎ তাদের কাছে এসে পড়ুক। বস্তুতঃ কেয়ামতের লক্ষণসমূহ তো এসেই পড়েছে। সুতরাং কেয়ামত এসে পড়লে তারা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে কেমন করে ?
Do they then only wait for the Hour,- that it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens thereof, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their admonition?		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
149 যখন দুই ফেরেশতা ডানে ও বামে বসে তার আমল গ্রহণ করে।
Behold, two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings) learn (and noted them), one sitting on the right and one on the left.		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
150 সে যে কথাই উচ্চারণ করে, তাই গ্রহণ করার জন্যে তার কাছে সদা প্রস্তুত প্রহরী রয়েছে।
Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it).		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
151 যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য উপাস্য গ্রহণ করত, তাকে তোমরা কঠিন শাস্তিতে নিক্ষেপ কর।
"Who set up another god beside Allah: Throw him into a severe penalty."		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
152 এমতাবস্থায় যে, তারা গ্রহণ করবে যা তাদের পালনকর্তা তাদেরকে দেবেন। নিশ্চয় ইতিপূর্বে তারা ছিল সৎকর্মপরায়ণ,
Taking joy in the things which their Lord gives them, because, before then, they lived a good life.		 (আয-যারিয়াত:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
153 অতএব, আজ তোমাদের কাছ থেকে কোন মুক্তিপন গ্রহণ করা হবে না। এবং কাফেরদের কাছ থেকেও নয়। তোমাদের সবার আবাস্থল জাহান্নাম। সেটাই তোমাদের সঙ্গী। কতই না নিকৃষ্ট এই প্রত্যাবর্তন স্থল।
"This Day shall no ransom be accepted of you, nor of those who rejected Allah." Your abode is the Fire: that is the proper place to claim you: and an evil refuge it is!"		 (আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
154 তিনিই কিতাবধারীদের মধ্যে যারা কাফের, তাদেরকে প্রথমবার একত্রিত করে তাদের বাড়ী-ঘর থেকে বহিস্কার করেছেন। তোমরা ধারণাও করতে পারনি যে, তারা বের হবে এবং তারা মনে করেছিল যে, তাদের দূর্গগুলো তাদেরকে আল্লাহর কবল থেকে রক্ষা করবে। অতঃপর আল্লাহর শাস্তি তাদের উপর এমনদিক থেকে আসল, যার কল্পনাও তারা করেনি। আল্লাহ তাদের অন্তরে ত্রাস সঞ্চার করে দিলেন। তারা তাদের বাড়ী-ঘর নিজেদের হাতে এবং মুসলমানদের হাতে ধ্বংস করছিল। অতএব, হে চক্ষুষ্মান ব্যক্তিগণ, তোমরা শিক্ষা গ্রহণ কর।
It is He Who got out the Unbelievers among the People of the Book from their homes at the first gathering (of the forces). Little did ye think that they would get out: And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But the (Wrath of) Allah came to them from quarters from which they little expected (it), and cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their dwellings by their own hands and the hands of the Believers, take warning, then, O ye with eyes (to see)!		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ২)
155 আল্লাহ জনপদবাসীদের কাছ থেকে তাঁর রসূলকে যা দিয়েছেন, তা আল্লাহর, রসূলের, তাঁর আত্নীয়-স্বজনের, ইয়াতীমদের, অভাবগ্রস্তদের এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, যাতে ধনৈশ্বর্য্য কেবল তোমাদের বিত্তশালীদের মধ্যেই পুঞ্জীভূত না হয়। রসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেন, তা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা নিষেধ করেন, তা থেকে বিরত থাক এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা।
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
156 মুমিনগণ, তোমরা আমার ও তোমাদের শত্রুদেরকে বন্ধরূপে গ্রহণ করো না। তোমরা তো তাদের প্রতি বন্ধুত্বের বার্তা পাঠাও, অথচ তারা যে সত্য তোমাদের কাছে আগমন করেছে, তা অস্বীকার করছে। তারা রসূলকে ও তোমাদেরকে বহিস্কার করে এই অপরাধে যে, তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তার প্রতি বিশ্বাস রাখ। যদি তোমরা আমার সন্তুষ্টিলাভের জন্যে এবং আমার পথে জেহাদ করার জন্যে বের হয়ে থাক, তবে কেন তাদের প্রতি গোপনে বন্ধুত্বের পয়গাম প্রেরণ করছ? তোমরা যা গোপন কর এবং যা প্রকাশ কর, ত আমি খুব জানি। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে এটা করে, সে সরলপথ থেকে বিচ্যুত হয়ে যায়।
O ye who believe! Take not my enemies and yours as friends (or protectors),- offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you, and have (on the contrary) driven out the Prophet and yourselves (from your homes), (simply) because ye believe in Allah your Lord! If ye have come out to strive in My Way and to seek My Good Pleasure, (take them not as friends), holding secret converse of love (and friendship) with them: for I know full well all that ye conceal and all that ye reveal. And any of you that does this has strayed from the Straight Path.		 (আল মুমতাহিনা:

157 হে নবী, ঈমানদার নারীরা যখন আপনার কাছে এসে আনুগত্যের শপথ করে যে, তারা আল্লাহর সাথে কাউকে শরীক করবে না, চুরি করবে না, ব্যভিচার করবে না, তাদের সন্তানদেরকে হত্যা করবে না, জারজ সন্তানকে স্বামীর ঔরস থেকে আপন গর্ভজাত সন্তান বলে মিথ্যা দাবী করবে না এবং ভাল কাজে আপনার অবাধ্যতা করবে না, তখন তাদের আনুগত্য গ্রহণ করুন এবং তাদের জন্যে আল্লাহর কাছে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করুন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল অত্যন্ত দয়ালু।
O Prophet! When believing women come to thee to take the oath of fealty to thee, that they will not associate in worship any other thing whatever with Allah, that they will not steal, that they will not commit adultery (or fornication), that they will not kill their children, that they will not utter slander, intentionally forging falsehood, and that they will not disobey thee in any just matter,- then do thou receive their fealty, and pray to Allah for the forgiveness (of their sins): for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আল মুমতাহিনা:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
158 যাতে এ ঘটনা তোমাদের জন্যে স্মৃতির বিষয় এবং কান এটাকে উপদেশ গ্রহণের উপযোগী রূপে গ্রহণ করে।
That We might make it a Message unto you, and that ears (that should hear the tale and) retain its memory should bear its (lessons) in remembrance.		 (আল হাক্বক্বাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
159 এবং আরও বিশ্বাস করি যে, আমাদের পালনকর্তার মহান মর্যাদা সবার উর্ধ্বে। তিনি কোন পত্নী গ্রহণ করেননি এবং তাঁর কোন সন্তান নেই।
'And Exalted is the Majesty of our Lord: He has taken neither a wife nor a son.		 (আল জিন:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
160 তিনি পূর্ব ও পশ্চিমের অধিকর্তা। তিনি ব্যতীত কোন উপাস্য নেই। অতএব, তাঁকেই গ্রহণ করুন কর্মবিধায়করূপে।
(He is) Lord of the East and the West: there is no god but He: take Him therefore for (thy) Disposer of Affairs.		 (মুযযামমিল:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
161 অথবা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করতো এবং উপদেশ তার উপকার হত।
Or that he might receive admonition, and the teaching might profit him?		 (আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
162 অতএব, যে ইচ্ছা করবে, সে একে গ্রহণ করবে।
Therefore let whoso will, keep it in remembrance.		 (আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
163 যে ভয় করে, সে উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে,
The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah):		 (আল আ'লা:

164 বলুন, আমি আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করছি প্রভাতের পালনকর্তার,
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn		 (আল ফালাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১)
165 বলুন, আমি আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করিতেছি মানুষের পালনকর্তার,
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind,		 (আন নাস:
আয়াতঃ ১)
