নং আয়াত সূরা
1 তাদের অন্তঃকরণ ব্যধিগ্রস্ত আর আল্লাহ তাদের ব্যধি আরো বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছেন। বস্তুতঃ তাদের জন্য নির্ধারিত রয়েছে ভয়াবহ আযাব, তাদের মিথ্যাচারের দরুন।
In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), because they are false (to themselves).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
2 (বিপথগামী ওরাই) যারা আল্লাহর সঙ্গে অঙ্গীকারাবদ্ধ হওয়ার পর তা ভঙ্গ করে এবং আল্লাহ পাক যা অবিচ্ছিন্ন রাখতে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, তা ছিন্ন করে, আর পৃথিবীর বুকে অশান্তি সৃষ্টি করে। ওরা যথার্থই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Those who break Allah's Covenant after it is ratified, and who sunder what Allah Has ordered to be joined, and do mischief on earth: These cause loss (only) to themselves.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
3 আমি হুকুম করলাম, তোমরা সবাই নীচে নেমে যাও। অতঃপর যদি তোমাদের নিকট আমার পক্ষ থেকে কোন হেদায়েত পৌঁছে, তবে যে ব্যক্তি আমার সে হেদায়েত অনুসারে চলবে, তার উপর না কোন ভয় আসবে, না (কোন কারণে) তারা চিন্তাগ্রস্ত ও সন্তপ্ত হবে।
We said: "Get ye down all from here; and if, as is sure, there comes to you Guidance from me, whosoever follows My guidance, on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮)
4 আমি যাদেরকে গ্রন্থ দান করেছি, তারা তা যথাযথভাবে পাঠ করে। তারাই তৎপ্রতি বিশ্বাস করে। আর যারা তা অবিশ্বাস করে, তারাই হবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Those to whom We have sent the Book study it as it should be studied: They are the ones that believe therein: Those who reject faith therein,- the loss is their own.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১২১)
5 আর সন্তানবতী নারীরা তাদের সন্তানদেরকে পূর্ন দু’বছর দুধ খাওয়াবে, যদি দুধ খাওয়াবার পূর্ণ মেয়াদ সমাপ্ত করতে চায়। আর সন্তানের অধিকারী অর্থাৎ, পিতার উপর হলো সে সমস্ত নারীর খোর-পোষের দায়িত্ব প্রচলিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী। কাউকে তার সামর্থাতিরিক্ত চাপের সম্মুখীন করা হয় না। আর মাকে তার সন্তানের জন্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করা যাবে না। এবং যার সন্তান তাকেও তার সন্তানের কারণে ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন করা যাবে না। আর ওয়ারিসদের উপরও দায়িত্ব এই। তারপর যদি পিতা-মাতা ইচ্ছা করে, তাহলে দু’বছরের ভিতরেই নিজেদের পারস্পরিক পরামর্শক্রমে দুধ ছাড়িয়ে দিতে পারে, তাতে তাদের কোন পাপ নেই, আর যদি তোমরা কোন ধাত্রীর দ্বারা নিজের সন্তানদেরকে দুধ খাওয়াতে চাও, তাহলে যদি তোমরা সাব্যস্তকৃত প্রচলিত বিনিময় দিয়ে দাও তাতেও কোন পাপ নেই। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং জেনে রেখো যে, আল্লাহ তোমাদের যাবতীয় কাজ অত্যন্ত ভাল করেই দেখেন।
The mothers shall give such to their offspring for two whole years, if the father desires to complete the term. But he shall bear the cost of their food and clothing on equitable terms. No soul shall have a burden laid on it greater than it can bear. No mother shall be Treated unfairly on account of her child. Nor father on account of his child, an heir shall be chargeable in the same way. If they both decide on weaning, by mutual consent, and after due consultation, there is no blame on them. If ye decide on a foster-mother for your offspring, there is no blame on you, provided ye pay (the mother) what ye offered, on equitable terms. But fear Allah and know that Allah sees well what ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩৩)
6 যদি তোমরা প্রকাশ্যে দান-খয়রাত কর, তবে তা কতইনা উত্তম। আর যদি খয়রাত গোপনে কর এবং অভাবগ্রস্তদের দিয়ে দাও, তবে তা তোমাদের জন্যে আরও উত্তম। আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের কিছু গোনাহ দূর করে দিবেন। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজ কর্মের খুব খবর রাখেন।
If ye disclose (acts of) charity, even so it is well, but if ye conceal them, and make them reach those (really) in need, that is best for you: It will remove from you some of your (stains of) evil. And Allah is well acquainted with what ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭১)
7 হে মুমিনগণ! যখন তোমরা কোন নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্যে ঋনের আদান-প্রদান কর, তখন তা লিপিবদ্ধ করে নাও এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন লেখক ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে তা লিখে দেবে; লেখক লিখতে অস্বীকার করবে না। আল্লাহ তাকে যেমন শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন, তার উচিত তা লিখে দেয়া। এবং ঋন গ্রহীতা যেন লেখার বিষয় বলে দেয় এবং সে যেন স্বীয় পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় করে এবং লেখার মধ্যে বিন্দুমাত্রও বেশ কম না করে। অতঃপর ঋণগ্রহীতা যদি নির্বোধ হয় কিংবা দূর্বল হয় অথবা নিজে লেখার বিষয়বস্তু বলে দিতে অক্ষম হয়, তবে তার অভিভাবক ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে লিখাবে। দুজন সাক্ষী কর, তোমাদের পুরুষদের মধ্যে থেকে। যদি দুজন পুরুষ না হয়, তবে একজন পুরুষ ও দুজন মহিলা। ঐ সাক্ষীদের মধ্য থেকে যাদেরকে তোমরা পছন্দ কর যাতে একজন যদি ভুলে যায়, তবে একজন অন্যজনকে স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়। যখন ডাকা হয়, তখন সাক্ষীদের অস্বীকার করা উচিত নয়। তোমরা এটা লিখতে অলসতা করোনা, তা ছোট হোক কিংবা বড়, নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত। এ লিপিবদ্ধ করণ আল্লাহর কাছে সুবিচারকে অধিক কায়েম রাখে, সাক্ষ্যকে অধিক সুসংহত রাখে এবং তোমাদের সন্দেহে পতিত না হওয়ার পক্ষে অধিক উপযুক্ত। কিন্তু যদি কারবার নগদ হয়, পরস্পর হাতে হাতে আদান-প্রদান কর, তবে তা না লিখলে তোমাদের প্রতি কোন অভিযোগ নেই। তোমরা ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের সময় সাক্ষী রাখ। কোন লেখক ও সাক্ষীকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করো না। যদি তোমরা এরূপ কর, তবে তা তোমাদের পক্ষে পাপের বিষয়। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর তিনি তোমাদেরকে শিক্ষা দেন। আল্লাহ সব কিছু জানেন।
O ye who believe! When ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period of time, reduce them to writing Let a scribe write down faithfully as between the parties: let not the scribe refuse to write: as Allah Has taught him, so let him write. Let him who incurs the liability dictate, but let him fear His Lord Allah, and not diminish aught of what he owes. If they party liable is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable Himself to dictate, Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her. The witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (For evidence). Disdain not to reduce to writing (your contract) for a future period, whether it be small or big: it is juster in the sight of Allah, More suitable as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves but if it be a transaction which ye carry out on the spot among yourselves, there is no blame on you if ye reduce it not to writing. But take witness whenever ye make a commercial contract; and let neither scribe nor witness suffer harm. If ye do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So fear Allah; For it is Good that teaches you. And Allah is well acquainted with all things. If ye are on a journey, and cannot find a scribe, a pledge with possession (may serve the purpose). And if one of you deposits a thing on trust with another, let the trustee (faithfully) discharge his trust, and let him Fear his Lord conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it, - his heart is tainted with sin. And Allah knoweth all that ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৮২)
8 মানবকূলকে মোহগ্রস্ত করেছে নারী, সন্তান-সন্ততি, রাশিকৃত স্বর্ণ-রৌপ্য, চিহ্নিত অশ্ব, গবাদি পশুরাজি এবং ক্ষেত-খামারের মত আকর্ষণীয় বস্তুসামগ্রী। এসবই হচ্ছে পার্থিব জীবনের ভোগ্য বস্তু। আল্লাহর নিকটই হলো উত্তম আশ্রয়।
Fair in the eyes of men is the love of things they covet: Women and sons; Heaped-up hoards of gold and silver; horses branded (for blood and excellence); and (wealth of) cattle and well-tilled land. Such are the possessions of this world's life; but in nearness to Allah is the best of the goals (To return to).		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
9 যে লোক ইসলাম ছাড়া অন্য কোন ধর্ম তালাশ করে, কস্মিণকালেও তা গ্রহণ করা হবে না এবং আখেরাতে সে ক্ষতি গ্রস্ত।
If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
10 নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ তাদের কথা শুনেছেন, যারা বলেছে যে, আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন অভাবগ্রস্ত আর আমরা বিত্তবান! এখন আমি তাদের কথা এবং যেসব নবীকে তারা অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করেছে তা লিখে রাখব, অতঃপর বলব, আস্বাদন কর জ্বলন্ত আগুনের আযাব।
Allah hath heard the taunt of those who say: "Truly, Allah is indigent and we are rich!"- We shall certainly record their word and (their act) of slaying the prophets in defiance of right, and We shall say: "Taste ye the penalty of the Scorching Fire!		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৮১)
11 আর এতীমদের প্রতি বিশেষভাবে নজর রাখবে, যে পর্যন্ত না তারা বিয়ের বয়সে পৌঁছে। যদি তাদের মধ্যে বুদ্ধি-বিবেচনার উন্মেষ আঁচ করতে পার, তবে তাদের সম্পদ তাদের হাতে অর্পন করতে পার। এতীমের মাল প্রয়োজনাতিরিক্ত খরচ করো না বা তারা বড় হয়ে যাবে মনে করে তাড়াতাড়ি খেয়ে ফেলো না। যারা স্বচ্ছল তারা অবশ্যই এতীমের মাল খরচ করা থেকে বিরত থাকবে। আর যে অভাবগ্রস্ত সে সঙ্গত পরিমাণ খেতে পারে। যখন তাদের হাতে তাদের সম্পদ প্রত্যার্পণ কর, তখন সাক্ষী রাখবে। অবশ্য আল্লাহই হিসাব নেয়ার ব্যাপারে যথেষ্ট।
Make trial of orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if then ye find sound judgment in them, release their property to them; but consume it not wastefully, nor in haste against their growing up. If the guardian is well-off, Let him claim no remuneration, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable. When ye release their property to them, take witnesses in their presence: But all-sufficient is Allah in taking account.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
12 হে ঈমাণদারগণ! তোমরা যখন নেশাগ্রস্ত থাক, তখন নামাযের ধারে-কাছেও যেওনা, যতক্ষণ না বুঝতে সক্ষম হও যা কিছু তোমরা বলছ, আর (নামাযের কাছে যেও না) ফরয গোসলের আবস্থায়ও যতক্ষণ না গোসল করে নাও। কিন্তু মুসাফির অবস্থার কথা স্বতন্ত্র আর যদি তোমরা অসুস্থ হয়ে থাক কিংবা সফরে থাক অথবা তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে কেউ যদি প্রস্রাব-পায়খানা থেকে এসে থাকে কিংবা নারী গমন করে থাকে, কিন্তু পরে যদি পানিপ্রাপ্তি সম্ভব না হয়, তবে পাক-পবিত্র মাটির দ্বারা তায়াম্মুম করে নাও-তাতে মুখমন্ডল ও হাতকে ঘষে নাও। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তা’আলা ক্ষমাশীল।
O ye who believe! Approach not prayers with a mind befogged, until ye can understand all that ye say,- nor in a state of ceremonial impurity (Except when travelling on the road), until after washing your whole body. If ye are ill, or on a journey, or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water, then take for yourselves clean sand or earth, and rub therewith your faces and hands. For Allah doth blot out sins and forgive again and again.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
13 আজ তোমাদের জন্য পবিত্র বস্তুসমূহ হালাল করা হল। আহলে কিতাবদের খাদ্য তোমাদের জন্যে হালাল এবং তোমাদের খাদ্য তাদের জন্য হালাল। তোমাদের জন্যে হালাল সতী-সাধ্বী মুসলমান নারী এবং তাদের সতী-সাধ্বী নারী, যাদেরকে কিতাব দেয়া হয়েছে তোমাদের পূর্বে, যখন তোমরা তাদেরকে মোহরানা প্রদান কর তাদেরকে স্ত্রী করার জন্যে, কামবাসনা চরিতার্থ করার জন্যে কিংবা গুপ্ত প্রেমে লিপ্ত হওয়ার জন্যে নয়। যে ব্যক্তি বিশ্বাসের বিষয় অবিশ্বাস করে, তার শ্রম বিফলে যাবে এবং পরকালে সে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।
This day are (all) things good and pure made lawful unto you. The food of the People of the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful unto them. (Lawful unto you in marriage) are (not only) chaste women who are believers, but chaste women among the People of the Book, revealed before your time,- when ye give them their due dowers, and desire chastity, not lewdness, nor secret intrigues if any one rejects faith, fruitless is his work, and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (all spiritual good).		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
14 হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, পবিত্র ভুমিতে প্রবেশ কর, যা আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্যে নির্ধারিত করে দিয়েছেন এবং পেছন দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করো না। অন্যথায় তোমরা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়ে পড়বে।
"O my people! Enter the holy land which Allah hath assigned unto you, and turn not back ignominiously, for then will ye be overthrown, to your own ruin."		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
15 অতঃপর তার অন্তর তাকে ভ্রাতৃহত্যায় উদুদ্ধ করল। অনন্তর সে তাকে হত্যা করল। ফলে সে ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে গেল।
The (selfish) soul of the other led him to the murder of his brother: he murdered him, and became (himself) one of the lost ones.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
16 মুসলমানরা বলবেঃ এরাই কি সেসব লোক, যারা আল্লাহর নামে প্রতিজ্ঞা করত যে, আমরা তোমাদের সাথে আছি? তাদের কৃতকর্মসমূহ বিফল হয়ে গেছে, ফলে তারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়ে আছে।
And those who believe will say: "Are these the men who swore their strongest oaths by Allah, that they were with you?" All that they do will be in vain, and they will fall into (nothing but) ruin.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩)
17 জিজ্ঞেস করুন, নভোমন্ডল ও ভুমন্ডলে যা আছে, তার মালিক কে? বলে দিনঃআল্লাহ। তিনি অনুকম্পা প্রদর্শনকে নিজ দায়িত্বে লিপিবদ্ধ করে নিয়েছেন। তিনি অবশ্যই তোমাদেরকে কেয়ামতের দিন একত্রিত করবেন। এর আগমনে কোন সন্দেহ নেই। যারা নিজেদের কে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করেছে, তারাই বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে না।
Say: "To whom belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth?" Say: "To Allah. He hath inscribed for Himself (the rule of) Mercy. That He will gather you together for the Day of Judgment, there is no doubt whatever. It is they who have lost their own souls, that will not believe.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
18 নিশ্চয় তারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, যারা আল্লাহর সাক্ষাৎকে মিথ্যা মনে করেছে। এমনকি, যখন কিয়ামত তাদের কাছে অকস্মাৎ এসে যাবে, তারা বলবেঃ হায় আফসোস, এর ব্যাপারে আমরা কতই না ক্রটি করেছি। তার স্বীয় বোঝা স্বীয় পৃষ্ঠে বহন করবে। শুনে রাখ, তারা যে বোঝা বহন করবে, তা নিকৃষ্টতর বোঝা।
Lost indeed are they who treat it as a falsehood that they must meet Allah,- until on a sudden the hour is on them, and they say: "Ah! woe unto us that we took no thought of it"; for they bear their burdens on their backs, and evil indeed are the burdens that they bear?		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
19 নিশ্চয় তারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে, যারা নিজ সন্তানদেরকে নির্বুদ্ধিতাবশতঃ কোন প্রমাণ ছাড়াই হত্যা করেছে এবং আল্লাহ তাদেরকে যেসব দিয়েছিলেন, সেগুলোকে আল্লাহর প্রতি ভ্রান্ত ধারণা পোষণ করে হারাম করে নিয়েছে। নিশ্চিতই তারা পথভ্রষ্ট হয়েছে এবং সুপথগামী হয়নি।
Lost are those who slay their children, from folly, without knowledge, and forbid food which Allah hath provided for them, inventing (lies) against Allah. They have indeed gone astray and heeded no guidance.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৪০)
20 তারা কি এখন এ অপেক্ষায়ই আছে যে, এর বিষয়বস্তু প্রকাশিত হোক? যেদিন এর বিষয়বস্তু প্রকাশিত হবে, সেদিন পূর্বে যারা একে ভূলে গিয়েছিল, তারা বলবেঃ বাস্তবিকই আমাদের প্রতিপালকের পয়গম্বরগণ সত্যসহ আগমন করেছিলেন। অতএব, আমাদের জন্যে কোন সুপারিশকারী আছে কি যে, সুপারিশ করবে অথবা আমাদেরকে পুনঃ প্রেরণ করা হলে আমরা পূর্বে যা করতাম তার বিপরীত কাজ করে আসতাম। নিশ্চয় তারা নিজেদেরকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করেছে। তারা মনগড়া যা বলত, তা উধাও হয়ে যাবে।
Do they just wait for the final fulfilment of the event? On the day the event is finally fulfilled, those who disregarded it before will say: "The messengers of our Lord did indeed bring true (tidings). Have we no intercessors now to intercede on our behalf? Or could we be sent back? then should we behave differently from our behaviour in the past." In fact they will have lost their souls, and the things they invented will leave them in the lurch.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩)
21 তার সম্প্রদায়ের কাফের সর্দাররা বললঃ যদি তোমরা শোয়ায়েবের অনুসরণ কর, তবে নিশ্চিতই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।
The leaders, the unbelievers among his people, said: "If ye follow Shu'aib, be sure then ye are ruined!"		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯০)
22 যাকে আল্লাহ পথ দেখাবেন, সেই পথপ্রাপ্ত হবে। আর যাকে তিনি পথ ভ্রষ্ট করবেন, সে হবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Whom Allah doth guide,- he is on the right path: whom He rejects from His guidance,- such are the persons who perish.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৮)
23 যাতে পৃথক করে দেন আল্লাহ অপবিত্র ও না-পাককে পবিত্র ও পাক থেকে। আর যাতে একটির পর একটিকে স্থাপন করে সমবেত স্তুপে পরিণত করেন এবং পরে দোযখে নিক্ষেপ করেন। এরাই হল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
In order that Allah may separate the impure from the pure, put the impure, one on another, heap them together, and cast them into Hell. They will be the ones to have lost.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৭)
24 যখন মোনাফেকরা বলতে লাগল এবং যাদের অন্তর ব্যাধিগ্রস্ত, এরা নিজেদের ধর্মের উপর গর্বিত। বস্তুতঃ যারা ভরসা করে আল্লাহর উপর, সে নিশ্চিন্ত, কেননা আল্লাহ অতি পরাক্রমশীল, সুবিজ্ঞ।
Lo! the hypocrites say, and those in whose hearts is a disease: "These people,- their religion has misled them." But if any trust in Allah, behold! Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
25 নিঃসন্দেহে তারাই আপনার কাছে অব্যাহতি চায়, যারা আল্লাহ ও রোজ কেয়ামতে ঈমান রাখে না এবং তাদের অন্তর সন্দেহগ্রস্ত হয়ে পড়েছে, সুতরাং সন্দেহের আবর্তে তারা ঘুরপাক খেয়ে চলেছে।
Only those ask thee for exemption who believe not in Allah and the Last Day, and whose hearts are in doubt, so that they are tossed in their doubts to and fro.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
26 যাকাত হল কেবল ফকির, মিসকীন, যাকাত আদায় কারী ও যাদের চিত্ত আকর্ষণ প্রয়োজন তাদে হক এবং তা দাস-মুক্তির জন্যে-ঋণ গ্রস্তদের জন্য, আল্লাহর পথে জেহাদকারীদের জন্যে এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, এই হল আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত বিধান। আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
Alms are for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer the (funds); for those whose hearts have been (recently) reconciled (to Truth); for those in bondage and in debt; in the cause of Allah; and for the wayfarer: (thus is it) ordained by Allah, and Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
27 আর যেদিন তাদেরকে সমবেত করা হবে, যেন তারা অবস্থান করেনি, তবে দিনের একদন্ড একজন অপরজনকে চিনবে। নিঃসন্দেহে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে যারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে আল্লাহর সাথে সাক্ষাতকে এবং সরলপথে আসেনি।
One day He will gather them together: (It will be) as if they had tarried but an hour of a day: they will recognise each other: assuredly those will be lost who denied the meeting with Allah and refused to receive true guidance.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
28 এরা সে লোক, যারা নিজেরাই নিজেদেরকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করেছে, আর এরা যা কিছু মিথ্যা মা’বুদ সাব্যস্ত করেছিল, তা সবই তাদের থেকে হারিয়ে গেছে।
They are the ones who have lost their own souls: and the (fancies) they invented have left them in the lurch!		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
29 নূহ (আঃ) বলেন-হে আমার পালনকর্তা আমার যা জানা নেই এমন কোন দরখাস্ত করা হতে আমি আপনার কাছেই আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। আপনি যদি আমাকে ক্ষমা না করেন, দয়া না করেন, তাহলে আমি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হব।
Noah said: "O my Lord! I do seek refuge with Thee, lest I ask Thee for that of which I have no knowledge. And unless thou forgive me and have Mercy on me, I should indeed be lost!"		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
30 আর যখন আমার প্রেরিত ফেরেশতাগণ লূত (আঃ) এর নিকট উপস্থিত হল। তখন তাঁদের আগমনে তিনি দুচিন্তাগ্রস্ত হলেন এবং তিনি বলতে লাগলেন, আজ অত্যন্ত কঠিন দিন।
When Our messengers came to Lut, he was grieved on their account and felt himself powerless (to protect) them. He said: "This is a distressful day."		 (হুদ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৭)
31 তবুও ওরা একথাই বলবে যে, আমাদের দৃষ্টির বিভ্রাট ঘটানো হয়েছে না বরং আমরা যাদুগ্রস্ত হয়ে পড়েছি।
They would only say: "Our eyes have been intoxicated: Nay, we have been bewitched by sorcery."		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
32 আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন এরপর তোমাদের মৃত্যুদান করেন। তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ পৌছে যায় জরাগ্রস্ত অকর্মন্য বয়সে, ফলে যা কিছু তারা জানত সে সম্পর্কে তারা সজ্ঞান থাকবে না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সু-বিজ্ঞ সর্বশক্তিমান।
It is Allah who creates you and takes your souls at death; and of you there are some who are sent back to a feeble age, so that they know nothing after having known (much): for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Powerful.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
33 বলাবাহুল্য পরকালে এরাই ক্ষতি গ্রস্ত হবে।
Without doubt, in the Hereafter they will perish.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১০৯)
34 আত্নীয়-স্বজনকে তার হক দান কর এবং অভাবগ্রস্ত ও মুসাফিরকেও। এবং কিছুতেই অপব্যয় করো না।
And render to the kindred their due rights, as (also) to those in want, and to the wayfarer: But squander not (your wealth) in the manner of a spendthrift.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ২৬)
35 বলুনঃ সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর যিনি না কোন সন্তান রাখেন, না তাঁর সার্বভৌমত্বে কোন শরীক আছে এবং যিনি দুর্দশাগ্রস্ত হন না, যে কারণে তাঁর কোন সাহয্যকারীর প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। সুতরাং আপনি স-সম্ভ্রমে তাঁর মাহাত্ন?2476;র্ণনা করতে থাকুন।
Say: "Praise be to Allah, who begets no son, and has no partner in (His) dominion: Nor (needs) He any to protect Him from humiliation: yea, magnify Him for His greatness and glory!"		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ১১১)
36 তুমি মনে করবে তারা জাগ্রত, অথচ তারা নিদ্রিত। আমি তাদেরকে পার্শ্ব পরিবর্তন করাই ডান দিকে ও বাম দিকে। তাদের কুকুর ছিল সামনের পা দুটি গুহাদ্বারে প্রসারিত করে। যদি তুমি উঁকি দিয়ে তাদেরকে দেখতে, তবে পেছন ফিরে পলায়ন করতে এবং তাদের ভয়ে আতংক গ্রস্ত হয়ে পড়তে।
Thou wouldst have deemed them awake, whilst they were asleep, and We turned them on their right and on their left sides: their dog stretching forth his two fore-legs on the threshold: if thou hadst come up on to them, thou wouldst have certainly turned back from them in flight, and wouldst certainly have been filled with terror of them.		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
37 বলুনঃ আমি কি তোমাদেরকে সেসব লোকের সংবাদ দেব, যারা কর্মের দিক দিয়ে খুবই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Say: "Shall we tell you of those who lose most in respect of their deeds?-		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৩)
38 মানুষের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ দ্বিধা-দ্বন্দ্বে জড়িত হয়ে আল্লাহর এবাদত করে। যদি সে কল্যাণ প্রাপ্ত হয়, তবে এবাদতের উপর কায়েম থাকে এবং যদি কোন পরীক্ষায় পড়ে, তবে পূর্বাবস্থায় ফিরে যায়। সে ইহকালে ও পরকালে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত। এটাই প্রকাশ্য ক্ষতি
There are among men some who serve Allah, as it were, on the verge: if good befalls them, they are, therewith, well content; but if a trial comes to them, they turn on their faces: they lose both this world and the Hereafter: that is loss for all to see!		 (হাজ্জ্ব:

39 যদি তোমরা তোমাদের মতই একজন মানুষের আনুগত্য কর, তবে তোমরা নিশ্চিতরূপেই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।
"If ye obey a man like yourselves, behold, it is certain ye will be lost.		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
40 তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা উচ্চমর্যাদা ও আর্থিক প্রাচুর্যের অধিকারী, তারা যেন কসম না খায় যে, তারা আত্নীয়-স্বজনকে, অভাবগ্রস্তকে এবং আল্লাহর পথে হিজরতকারীদেরকে কিছুই দেবে না। তাদের ক্ষমা করা উচিত এবং দোষক্রটি উপেক্ষা করা উচিত। তোমরা কি কামনা কর না যে, আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করেন? আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম করুণাময়।
Let not those among you who are endued with grace and amplitude of means resolve by oath against helping their kinsmen, those in want, and those who have left their homes in Allah's cause: let them forgive and overlook, do you not wish that Allah should forgive you? For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ২২)
41 অথবা তিনি ধন-ভান্ডার প্রাপ্ত হলেন না কেন, অথবা তাঁর একটি বাগান হল না কেন, যা থেকে তিনি আহার করতেন? জালেমরা বলে, তোমরা তো একজন জাদুগ্রস্ত ব্যক্তিরই অনুসরণ করছ।
"Or (Why) has not a treasure been bestowed on him, or why has he (not) a garden for enjoyment?" The wicked say: "Ye follow none other than a man bewitched."		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
42 তারা বলল, তুমি তো জাদুগ্রস্তদের অন্যতম।
They said: "Thou art only one of those bewitched!		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৫)
43 তাদের জন্যেই রয়েছে মন্দ শাস্তি এবং তারাই পরকালে অধিক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Such are they for whom a grievous Penalty is (waiting); and in the Hereafter theirs will be the greatest loss.		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
44 আমি এই পৃথিবীতে অভিশাপকে তাদের পশ্চাতে লাগিয়ে দিয়েছি এবং কেয়ামতের দিন তারা হবে দুর্দশাগ্রস্ত।
in this world We made a curse to follow them and on the Day of Judgment they will be among the loathed (and despised).		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
45 বলুন, আমার মধ্যে ও তোমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহই সাক্ষীরূপে যথেষ্ট। তিনি জানেন যা কিছু নভোমন্ডলে ও ভূ-মন্ডলে আছে। আর যারা মিথ্যায় বিশ্বাস করে ও আল্লাহকে অস্বীকার করে, তারাই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Say: "Enough is Allah for a witness between me and you: He knows what is in the heavens and on earth. And it is those who believe in vanities and reject Allah, that will perish (in the end).		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
46 অতএব, তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যার ইচ্ছা তার এবাদত কর। বলুন, কেয়ামতের দিন তারাই বেশী ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে, যারা নিজেদের ও পরিবারবর্গের তরফ থেকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে। জেনে রাখ, এটাই সুস্পষ্ট ক্ষতি।
"Serve ye what ye will besides him." Say: "Truly, those in loss are those who lose their own souls and their People on the Day of Judgment: Ah! that is indeed the (real and) evident Loss!		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
47 আসমান ও যমীনের চাবি তাঁরই নিকট। যারা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহকে অস্বীকার করে, তারাই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: and those who reject the Signs of Allah,- it is they who will be in loss.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩)
48 আপনার প্রতি এবং আপনার পূর্ববর্তীদের পতি প্রত্যাদেশ হয়েছে, যদি আল্লাহর শরীক স্থির করেন, তবে আপনার কর্ম নিষ্ফল হবে এবং আপনি ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের একজন হবেন।
But it has already been revealed to thee,- as it was to those before thee,- "If thou wert to join (gods with Allah), truly fruitless will be thy work (in life), and thou wilt surely be in the ranks of those who lose (all spiritual good)".		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৬৫)
49 আমি আপনার পূর্বে অনেক রসূল প্রেরণ করেছি, তাদের কারও কারও ঘটনা আপনার কাছে বিবৃত করেছি এবং কারও কারও ঘটনা আপনার কাছে বিবৃত করিনি। আল্লাহর অনুমতি ব্যতীত কোন নিদর্শন নিয়ে আসা কোন রসূলের কাজ নয়। যখন আল্লাহর আদেশ আসবে, তখন ন্যায় সঙ্গত ফয়সালা হয়ে যাবে। সেক্ষেত্রে মিথ্যাপন্থীরা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।
We did aforetime send messengers before thee: of them there are some whose story We have related to thee, and some whose story We have not related to thee. It was not (possible) for any messenger to bring a sign except by the leave of Allah: but when the Command of Allah issued, the matter was decided in truth and justice, and there perished, there and then those who stood on Falsehoods.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৭৮)
50 অতঃপর তাদের এ ঈমান তাদের কোন উপকারে আসল না যখন তারা শাস্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করল। আল্লাহর এ নিয়মই পূর্ব থেকে তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যে প্রচলিত হয়েছে। সেক্ষেত্রে কাফেররা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়।
But their professing the Faith when they (actually) saw Our Punishment was not going to profit them. (Such has been) Allah's Way of dealing with His Servants (from the most ancient times). And even thus did the Rejecters of Allah perish (utterly)!		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
51 তোমাদের পালনকর্তা সম্বন্ধে তোমাদের এ ধারণাই তোমাদেরকে ধ্বংস করেছে। ফলে তোমরা ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে গেছ।
"But this thought of yours which ye did entertain concerning your Lord, hath brought you to destruction, and (now) have ye become of those utterly lost!"		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
52 আমি তাদের পেছনে সঙ্গী লাগিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম, অতঃপর সঙ্গীরা তাদের অগ্র-পশ্চাতের আমল তাদের দৃষ্টিতে শোভনীয় করে দিয়েছিল। তাদের ব্যাপারেও শাস্তির আদেশ বাস্তবায়িত হল, যা বাস্তবায়িত হয়েছিল তাদের পূর্ববতী জিন ও মানুষের ব্যাপারে। নিশ্চয় তারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
And We have destined for them intimate companions (of like nature), who made alluring to them what was before them and behind them; and the sentence among the previous generations of Jinns and men, who have passed away, is proved against them; for they are utterly lost.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
53 জাহান্নামের সামনে উপস্থিত করার সময় আপনি তাদেরকে দেখবেন, অপমানে অবনত এবং অর্ধ নিমীলিত দৃষ্টিতে তাকায়। মুমিনরা বলবে, কেয়ামতের দিন ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত তারাই, যারা নিজেদের ও তাদের পরিবার-পরিজনের ক্ষতি সাধন করেছে। শুনে রাখ, পাপাচারীরা স্থায়ী আযাবে থাকবে।
And thou wilt see them brought forward to the (Penalty), in a humble frame of mind because of (their) disgrace, (and) looking with a stealthy glance. And the Believers will say: "Those are indeed in loss, who have given to perdition their own selves and those belonging to them on the Day of Judgment. Behold! Truly the Wrong-doers are in a lasting Penalty!"		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
54 নভোমন্ডল ও ভূ-মন্ডলের রাজত্ব আল্লাহরই। যেদিন কেয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে, সেদিন মিথ্যাপন্থীরা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and the Day that the Hour of Judgment is established,- that Day will the dealers in Falsehood perish!		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
55 তারাই তো কুফরী করেছে এবং বাধা দিয়েছে তোমাদেরকে মসজিদে হারাম থেকে এবং অবস্থানরত কোরবানীর জন্তুদেরকে যথাস্থানে পৌছতে। যদি মক্কায় কিছুসংখ্যক ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও ঈমানদার নারী না থাকত, যাদেরকে তোমরা জানতে না। অর্থাৎ তাদের পিষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ার আশংকা না থাকত, অতঃপর তাদের কারণে তোমরা অজ্ঞাতসারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে, তবে সব কিছু চুকিয়ে দেয়া হত; কিন্তু এ কারণে চুকানো হয়নি, যাতে আল্লাহ তা’আলা যাকে ইচ্ছা স্বীয় রহমতে দাখিল করে নেন। যদি তারা সরে যেত, তবে আমি অবশ্যই তাদের মধ্যে যারা কাফের তাদেরকে যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শস্তি দিতাম।
They are the ones who denied Revelation and hindered you from the Sacred Mosque and the sacrificial animals, detained from reaching their place of sacrifice. Had there not been believing men and believing women whom ye did not know that ye were trampling down and on whose account a crime would have accrued to you without (your) knowledge, (Allah would have allowed you to force your way, but He held back your hands) that He may admit to His Mercy whom He will. If they had been apart, We should certainly have punished the Unbelievers among them with a grievous Punishment.		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
56 নিশ্চয় অপরাধীরা পথভ্রষ্ট ও বিকারগ্রস্ত।
Truly those in sin are the ones straying in mind, and mad.		 (আল ক্বামার:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
57 যা পান করলে তাদের শিরঃপীড়া হবে না এবং বিকারগ্রস্ত ও হবে না।
No after-ache will they receive therefrom, nor will they suffer intoxication:		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
58 তারা মুমিনদেরকে ডেকে বলবেঃ আমরা কি তোমাদের সাথে ছিলাম না? তারা বলবেঃ হঁ্যা কিন্তু তোমরা নিজেরাই নিজেদেরকে বিপদগ্রস্ত করেছ। প্রতীক্ষা করেছ, সন্দেহ পোষণ করেছ এবং অলীক আশার পেছনে বিভ্রান্ত হয়েছ, অবশেষে আল্লাহর আদেশ পৌঁছেছে। এই সবই তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে প্রতারিত করেছে।
(Those without) will call out, "Were we not with you?" (The others) will reply, "True! but ye led yourselves into temptation; ye looked forward (to our ruin); ye doubted (Allah's Promise); and (your false) desires deceived you; until there issued the Command of Allah. And the Deceiver deceived you in respect of Allah.		 (আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
59 শয়তান তাদেরকে বশীভূত করে নিয়েছে, অতঃপর আল্লাহর স্মরণ ভূলিয়ে দিয়েছে। তারা শয়তানের দল। সাবধান, শয়তানের দলই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
The Evil One has got the better of them: so he has made them lose the remembrance of Allah. They are the Party of the Evil One. Truly, it is the Party of the Evil One that will perish!		 (আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
60 আল্লাহ জনপদবাসীদের কাছ থেকে তাঁর রসূলকে যা দিয়েছেন, তা আল্লাহর, রসূলের, তাঁর আত্নীয়-স্বজনের, ইয়াতীমদের, অভাবগ্রস্তদের এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, যাতে ধনৈশ্বর্য্য কেবল তোমাদের বিত্তশালীদের মধ্যেই পুঞ্জীভূত না হয়। রসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেন, তা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা নিষেধ করেন, তা থেকে বিরত থাক এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা।
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
61 যারা মুহাজিরদের আগমনের পূর্বে মদীনায় বসবাস করেছিল এবং বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছিল, তারা মুহাজিরদের ভালবাসে, মুহাজিরদেরকে যা দেয়া হয়েছে, তজ্জন্যে তারা অন্তরে ঈর্ষাপোষণ করে না এবং নিজেরা অভাবগ্রস্ত হলেও তাদেরকে অগ্রাধিকার দান করে। যারা মনের কার্পণ্য থেকে মুক্ত, তারাই সফলকাম।
But those who before them, had homes (in Medina) and had adopted the Faith,- show their affection to such as came to them for refuge, and entertain no desire in their hearts for things given to the (latter), but give them preference over themselves, even though poverty was their (own lot). And those saved from the covetousness of their own souls,- they are the ones that achieve prosperity.		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
62 মুমিনগণ! তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি যেন তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর স্মরণ থেকে গাফেল না করে। যারা এ কারণে গাফেল হয়, তারাই তো ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
O ye who believe! Let not your riches or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. If any act thus, the loss is their own.		 (মুনাফিকুন:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
63 কে তোমাদের মধ্যে বিকারগ্রস্ত।
Which of you is afflicted with madness.		 (আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
64 তাদের দৃষ্টি অবনত থাকবে; তারা লাঞ্ছনাগ্রস্ত হবে, অথচ যখন তারা সুস্থ ও স্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় ছিল, তখন তাদেরকে সেজদা করতে আহবান জানানো হত।
Their eyes will be cast down,- ignominy will cover them; seeing that they had been summoned aforetime to bow in adoration, while they were whole, (and had refused).		 (আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
65 তাদের দৃষ্টি থাকবে অবনমিত; তারা হবে হীনতাগ্রস্ত। এটাই সেইদিন, যার ওয়াদা তাদেরকে দেয়া হত।
Their eyes lowered in dejection,- ignominy covering them (all over)! such is the Day the which they are promised!		 (আল মা'আরিজ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
66 অভাবগ্রস্তকে আহার্য্য দিতাম না,
"Nor were we of those who fed the indigent;		 (আল মুদ্দাসসির:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
67 তারা আল্লাহর প্রেমে অভাবগ্রস্ত, এতীম ও বন্দীকে আহার্য দান করে।
And they feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive,-		 (আদ-দাহর:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
68 নিশ্চয় মানুষ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত;
Verily Man is in loss,		 (আসর:
আয়াতঃ ২)
