“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 তারা ঐ শাস্ত্রের অনুসরণ করল, যা সুলায়মানের রাজত্ব কালে শয়তানরা আবৃত্তি করত। সুলায়মান কুফর করেনি; শয়তানরাই কুফর করেছিল। তারা মানুষকে জাদুবিদ্যা এবং বাবেল শহরে হারুত ও মারুত দুই ফেরেশতার প্রতি যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছিল, তা শিক্ষা দিত। তারা উভয়ই একথা না বলে কাউকে শিক্ষা দিত না যে, আমরা পরীক্ষার জন্য; কাজেই তুমি কাফের হয়ো না। অতঃপর তারা তাদের কাছ থেকে এমন জাদু শিখত, যদ্দ্বারা স্বামী ও স্ত্রীর মধ্যে বিচ্ছেদ ঘটে। তারা আল্লাহর আদেশ ছাড়া তদ্দ্বারা কারও অনিষ্ট করতে পারত না। যা তাদের ক্ষতি করে এবং উপকার না করে, তারা তাই শিখে। তারা ভালরূপে জানে যে, যে কেউ জাদু অবলম্বন করে, তার জন্য পরকালে কোন অংশ নেই। যার বিনিময়ে তারা আত্নবিক্রয় করেছে, তা খুবই মন্দ যদি তারা জানত।
They followed what the evil ones gave out (falsely) against the power of Solomon: the blasphemers Were, not Solomon, but the evil ones, teaching men Magic, and such things as came down at babylon to the angels Harut and Marut. But neither of these taught anyone (Such things) without saying: "We are only for trial; so do not blaspheme." They learned from them the means to sow discord between man and wife. But they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's permission. And they learned what harmed them, not what profited them. And they knew that the buyers of (magic) would have no share in the happiness of the Hereafter. And vile was the price for which they did sell their souls, if they but knew!		 (আল বাকারা:

2 সকল মানুষ একই জাতি সত্তার অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিল। অতঃপর আল্লাহ তা’আলা পয়গম্বর পাঠালেন সুসংবাদদাতা ও ভীতি প্রদর্শনকরী হিসাবে। আর তাঁদের সাথে অবর্তীণ করলেন সত্য কিতাব, যাতে মানুষের মাঝে বিতর্কমূলক বিষয়ে মীমাংসা করতে পারেন। বস্তুতঃ কিতাবের ব্যাপারে অন্য কেউ মতভেদ করেনি; কিন্তু পরিষ্কার নির্দেশ এসে যাবার পর নিজেদের পারস্পরিক জেদবশতঃ তারাই করেছে, যারা কিতাব প্রাপ্ত হয়েছিল। অতঃপর আল্লাহ ঈমানদারদেরকে হেদায়েত করেছেন সেই সত্য বিষয়ে, যে ব্যাপারে তারা মতভেদ লিপ্ত হয়েছিল। আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা, সরল পথ বাতলে দেন।
Mankind was one single nation, and Allah sent Messengers with glad tidings and warnings; and with them He sent the Book in truth, to judge between people in matters wherein they differed; but the People of the Book, after the clear Signs came to them, did not differ among themselves, except through selfish contumacy. Allah by His Grace Guided the believers to the Truth, concerning that wherein they differed. For Allah guided whom He will to a path that is straight.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২১৩)
3 তিনি বললেন, পরওয়ারদেগার! কেমন করে আমার সন্তান হবে; আমাকে তো কোন মানুষ স্পর্শ করেনি। বললেন এ ভাবেই আল্লাহ যা ইচ্ছা সৃষ্টি করেন। যখন কোন কাজ করার জন্য ইচ্ছা করেন তখন বলেন যে, ‘হয়ে যাও’ অমনি তা হয়ে যায়।
She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth: When He hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, 'Be,' and it is!		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
4 আর তাদের একথা বলার কারণে যে, আমরা মরিয়ম পুত্র ঈসা মসীহকে হত্যা করেছি যিনি ছিলেন আল্লাহর রসূল। অথচ তারা না তাঁকে হত্যা করেছে, আর না শুলীতে চড়িয়েছে, বরং তারা এরূপ ধাঁধায় পতিত হয়েছিল। বস্তুতঃ তারা এ ব্যাপারে নানা রকম কথা বলে, তারা এক্ষেত্রে সন্দেহের মাঝে পড়ে আছে, শুধুমাত্র অনুমান করা ছাড়া তারা এ বিষয়ে কোন খবরই রাখে না। আর নিশ্চয়ই তাঁকে তারা হত্যা করেনি।
That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৭)
5 আমি ঘুরিয়ে দিব তাদের অন্তর ও দৃষ্টিকে, যেমন-তারা এর প্রতি প্রথমবার বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেনি এবং আমি তাদেরকে তাদের অবাধ্যতায় উদভ্রান্ত ছেড়ে দিব।
We (too) shall turn to (confusion) their hearts and their eyes, even as they refused to believe in this in the first instance: We shall leave them in their trespasses, to wander in distraction.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১১০)
6 হে জ্বিন ও মানব সম্প্রদায়, তোমাদের কাছে কি তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে পয়গম্বরগণ আগমন করেনি? যাঁরা তোমাদেরকে আমার বিধানাবলী বর্ণনা করতেন এবং তোমাদেরকে আজকের এ দিনের সাক্ষাতের ভীতি প্রদর্শন করতেন? তারা বলবেঃ আমরা স্বীয় গোনাহ স্বীকার করে নিলাম। পার্থিব জীবন তাদেরকে প্রতারিত করেছে। তারা নিজেদের বিরুদ্ধে স্বীকার করে নিয়েছে যে, তারা কাফের ছিল।
"O ye assembly of Jinns and men! came there not unto you messengers from amongst you, setting forth unto you My signs, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say: "We bear witness against ourselves." It was the life of this world that deceived them. So against themselves will they bear witness that they rejected Faith.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৩০)
7 তারা শুধু এ বিষয়ের দিকে চেয়ে আছে যে, তাদের কাছে ফেরেশতা আগমন করবে কিংবা আপনার পালনকর্তা আগমন করবেন অথবা আপনার পালনকর্তার কোন নির্দেশ আসবে। যেদিন আপনার পালনকর্তার কোন নিদর্শন আসবে, সেদিন এমন কোন ব্যক্তির বিশ্বাস স্থাপন তার জন্যে ফলপ্রসূ হবে না, যে পূর্ব থেকে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেনি কিংবা স্বীয় বিশ্বাস অনুযায়ী কোনরূপ সৎকর্ম করেনি। আপনি বলে দিনঃ তোমরা পথের দিকে চেয়ে থাক, আমরাও পথে দিকে তাকিয়ে রইলাম।
Are they waiting to see if the angels come to them, or thy Lord (Himself), or certain of the signs of thy Lord! the day that certain of the signs of thy Lord do come, no good will it do to a soul to believe in them then if it believed not before nor earned righteousness through its faith. Say: "Wait ye: we too are waiting."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৮)
8 এবং আমি লূতকে প্রেরণ করেছি। যখন সে স্বীয় সম্প্রদায়কে বললঃ তোমরা কি এমন অশ্লীল কাজ করছ, যা তোমাদের পূর্বে সারা বিশ্বের কেউ করেনি ?
We also (sent) Lut: He said to his people: "Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you?		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮০)
9 শোয়ায়েবের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপকারীরা যেন কোন দিন সেখানে বসবাসই করেনি। যারা শোয়ায়েবের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল, তারাই ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হল।
The men who reject Shu'aib became as if they had never been in the homes where they had flourished: the men who rejected Shu'aib - it was they who were ruined!		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৯২)
10 আর আমি পৃথক পৃথক করে দিয়েছি তাদের বার জন পিতামহের সন্তানদেরকে বিরাট বিরাট দলে, এবং নির্দেশ দিয়েছি মুসাকে, যখন তার কাছে তার সম্প্রদায় পানি চাইল যে, স্বীয় যষ্টির দ্বারা আঘাত কর এ পাথরের উপর। অতঃপর এর ভেতর থেকে ফুটে বের হল বারটি প্রস্রবণ। প্রতিটি গোত্র চিনে নিল নিজ নিজ ঘাঁটি। আর আমি ছায়া দান করলাম তাদের উপর মেঘের এবং তাদের জন্য অবতীর্ন করলাম মান্না ও সালওয়া। যে পরিচ্ছন্ন বস্তুত জীবিকারূপে আমি তোমাদের দিয়েছি, তা থেকে তোমরা ভক্ষণ কর। বস্তুতঃ তারা আমার কোন ক্ষতি করেনি, বরং ক্ষতি করেছে নিজেদেরই।
We divided them into twelve tribes or nations. We directed Moses by inspiration, when his (thirsty) people asked him for water: "Strike the rock with thy staff": out of it there gushed forth twelve springs: Each group knew its own place for water. We gave them the shade of clouds, and sent down to them manna and quails, (saying): "Eat of the good things We have provided for you": (but they rebelled); to Us they did no harm, but they harmed their own souls.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬০)
11 তারা কি লক্ষ্য করেনি যে, তাদের সঙ্গী লোকটির মস্তিষ্কে কোন বিকৃতি নেই? তিনি তো ভীতি প্রদর্শনকারী প্রকৃষ্টভাবে।
Do they not reflect? Their companion is not seized with madness: he is but a perspicuous warner.		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৪)
12 তারা কি প্রত্যক্ষ করেনি আকাশ ও পৃথিবীর রাজ্য সম্পর্কে এবং যা কিছু সৃষ্টি করেছেন আল্লাহ তা’আলা বস্তু সামগ্রী থেকে এবং এ ব্যাপারে যে, তাদের সাথে কৃত ওয়াদার সময় নিকটবর্তী হয়ে এসেছে? বস্তুতঃ এরপর কিসের উপর ঈমান আনবে?
Do they see nothing in the government of the heavens and the earth and all that Allah hath created? (Do they not see) that it may well be that their terms is nigh drawing to an end? In what message after this will they then believe?		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮৫)
13 তারা কি এমন কাউকে শরীক সাব্যস্ত করে, যে একটি বস্তুও সৃষ্টি করেনি, বরং তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে।
Do they indeed ascribe to Him as partners things that can create nothing, but are themselves created?		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৯১)
14 এতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই যে, যারা ঈমান এনেছে, দেশ ত্যাগ করেছে, স্বীয় জান ও মাল দ্বারা আল্লাহর রাহে জেহাদ করেছে এবং যারা তাদেরকে আশ্রয় ও সাহায্য সহায়তা দিয়েছে, তারা একে অপরের সহায়ক। আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে কিন্তু দেশ ত্যাগ করেনি তাদের বন্ধুত্বে তোমাদের প্রয়োজন নেই যতক্ষণ না তারা দেশত্যাগ করে। অবশ্য যদি তারা ধর্মীয় ব্যাপারে তোমাদের সহায়তা কামনা করে, তবে তাদের সাহায্য করা তোমাদের কর্তব্য। কিন্তু তোমাদের সাথে যাদের সহযোগী চুক্তি বিদ্যমান রয়েছে, তাদের মোকাবেলায় নয়। বস্তুতঃ তোমরা যা কিছু কর, আল্লাহ সেসবই দেখেন।
Those who believed, and adopted exile, and fought for the Faith, with their property and their persons, in the cause of Allah, as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid,- these are (all) friends and protectors, one of another. As to those who believed but came not into exile, ye owe no duty of protection to them until they come into exile; but if they seek your aid in religion, it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom ye have a treaty of mutual alliance. And (remember) Allah seeth all that ye do.		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
15 তবে যে মুশরিকদের সাথে তোমরা চুক্তি বদ্ধ, অতপরঃ যারা তোমাদের ব্যাপারে কোন ত্রুটি করেনি এবং তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে কাউকে সাহায্যও করেনি, তাদের সাথে কৃত চুক্তিকে তাদের দেয়া মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত পূরণ কর। অবশ্যই আল্লাহ সাবধানীদের পছন্দ করেন।
(But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term: for Allah loveth the righteous.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
16 আর যেদিন তাদেরকে সমবেত করা হবে, যেন তারা অবস্থান করেনি, তবে দিনের একদন্ড একজন অপরজনকে চিনবে। নিঃসন্দেহে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে যারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে আল্লাহর সাথে সাক্ষাতকে এবং সরলপথে আসেনি।
One day He will gather them together: (It will be) as if they had tarried but an hour of a day: they will recognise each other: assuredly those will be lost who denied the meeting with Allah and refused to receive true guidance.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
17 তারা কি দেখেনি যে, যে আল্লাহ আসমান ও যমিন সৃজিত করেছেন, তিনি তাদের মত মানুষও পুনরায় সৃষ্টি করতে সক্ষম? তিনি তাদের জন্যে স্থির করেছেন একটি নির্দিষ্ট কাল, এতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই; অতঃপর জালেমরা অস্বীকার ছাড়া কিছু করেনি।
See they not that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, has power to create the like of them (anew)? Only He has decreed a term appointed, of which there is no doubt. But the unjust refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude.		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৯৯)
18 মরিইয়াম বললঃ কিরূপে আমার পুত্র হবে, যখন কোন মানব আমাকে স্পর্শ করেনি এবং আমি ব্যভিচারিণীও কখনও ছিলাম না ?
She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?"		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
19 তাদের পূর্বে যেসব জনপদ আমি ধবংস করে দিয়েছি, তারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেনি; এখন এরা কি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করবে?
(As to those) before them, not one of the populations which We destroyed believed: will these believe?		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
20 তারা কি এই উদ্দেশ্যে দেশ ভ্রমণ করেনি, যাতে তারা সমঝদার হৃদয় ও শ্রবণ শক্তি সম্পন্ন কর্ণের অধিকারী হতে পারে? বস্তুতঃ চক্ষু তো অন্ধ হয় না, কিন্তু বক্ষ স্থিত অন্তরই অন্ধ হয়।
Do they not travel through the land, so that their hearts (and minds) may thus learn wisdom and their ears may thus learn to hear? Truly it is not their eyes that are blind, but their hearts which are in their breasts.		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
21 তারা কেন এ ব্যাপারে চার জন সাক্ষী উপস্থিত করেনি; অতঃপর যখন তারা সাক্ষী উপস্থিত করেনি, তখন তারাই আল্লাহর কাছে মিথ্যাবাদী।
Why did they not bring four witnesses to prove it? When they have not brought the witnesses, such men, in the sight of Allah, (stand forth) themselves as liars!		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
22 এই কোরআন শয়তানরা অবতীর্ণ করেনি।
No evil ones have brought down this (Revelation):		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ২১০)
23 আমি যখন মূসাকে আওয়াজ দিয়েছিলাম, তখন আপনি তুর পর্বতের পার্শ্বে ছিলেন না। কিন্তু এটা আপনার পালনকর্তার রহমত স্বরূপ, যাতে আপনি এমন এক সম্প্রদায়কে ভীতি প্রদর্শন করেন, যাদের কাছে আপনার পূꦣ2503;ব কোন ভীতি প্রদর্শনকারী আগমন করেনি, যাতে তারা স্মরণ রাখে।
Nor wast thou at the side of (the Mountain of) Tur when we called (to Moses). Yet (art thou sent) as Mercy from thy Lord, to give warning to a people to whom no warner had come before thee: in order that they may receive admonition.		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
24 অতঃপর আমার কাছ থেকে যখন তাদের কাছে সত্য আগমন করল, তখন তারা বলল, মূসাকে যেরূপ দেয়া হয়েছিল, এই রসূলকে সেরূপ দেয়া হল না কেন? পূর্বে মূসাকে যা দেয়া হয়েছিল, তারা কি তা অস্বীকার করেনি? তারা বলেছিল, উভয়ই জাদু, পরস্পরে একাত্ম। তারা আরও বলেছিল, আমরা উভয়কে মানি না।
But (now), when the Truth has come to them from Ourselves, they say, "Why are not (Signs) sent to him, like those which were sent to Moses?" Do they not then reject (the Signs) which were formerly sent to Moses? They say: "Two kinds of sorcery, each assisting the other!" And they say: "For us, we reject all (such things)!"		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
25 আর প্রেরণ করেছি লূতকে। যখন সে তার সম্প্রদায়কে বলল, তোমরা এমন অশ্লীল কাজ করছ, যা তোমাদের পূর্বে পৃথিবীর কেউ করেনি।
And (remember) Lut: behold, he said to his people: "Ye do commit lewdness, such as no people in Creation (ever) committed before you.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
26 মুমিনদের মধ্যে কতক আল্লাহর সাথে কৃত ওয়াদা পূর্ণ করেছে। তাদের কেউ কেউ মৃত্যুবরণ করেছে এবং কেউ কেউ প্রতীক্ষা করছে। তারা তাদের সংকল্প মোটেই পরিবর্তন করেনি।
Among the Believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least:		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
27 বান্দাদের জন্যে আক্ষেপ যে, তাদের কাছে এমন কোন রসূলই আগমন করেনি যাদের প্রতি তারা বিদ্রুপ করে না।
Ah! Alas for (My) Servants! There comes not a messenger to them but they mock him!		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
28 আমাদের মধ্য থেকে শুধু কি তারই প্রতি উপদেশ বানী অবতীর্ণ হল? বস্তুতঃ ওরা আমার উপদেশ সম্পর্কে সন্দিহান; বরং ওরা এখনও আমার মার আস্বাদন করেনি।
"What! has the Message been sent to him - (Of all persons) among us?"... but they are in doubt concerning My (Own) Message! Nay, they have not yet tasted My Punishment!		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
29 তারা কি পৃথিবীতে ভ্রমণ করেনি? করলে দেখত, তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের কি পরিণাম হয়েছে। তারা তাদের চেয়ে সংখ্যায় বেশী এবং শক্তি ও কীর্তিতে অধিক প্রবল ছিল, অতঃপর তাদের কর্ম তাদেরকে কোন উপকার দেয়নি।
Do they not travel through the earth and see what was the End of those before them? They were more numerous than these and superior in strength and in the traces (they have left) in the land: Yet all that they accomplished was of no profit to them.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৮২)
30 যারা ছিল আদ, তারা পৃথিবীতে অযথা অহংকার করল এবং বলল, আমাদের অপেক্ষা অধিক শক্তিধর কে? তারা কি লক্ষ্য করেনি যে, যে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনি তাদের অপেক্ষা অধিক শক্তিধর ? বস্তুতঃ তারা আমার নিদর্শনাবলী অস্বীকার করত।
Now the 'Ad behaved arrogantly through the land, against (all) truth and reason, and said: "Who is superior to us in strength?" What! did they not see that Allah, Who created them, was superior to them in strength? But they continued to reject Our Signs!		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
31 তাদের জন্যে ক্রন্দন করেনি আকাশ ও পৃথিবী এবং তারা অবকাশও পায়নি।
And neither heaven nor earth shed a tear over them: nor were they given a respite (again).		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
32 অতএব, আপনি সবর করুন, যেমন উচ্চ সাহসী পয়গম্বরগণ সবর করেছেন এবং ওদের বিষয়ে তড়িঘড়ি করবেন না। ওদেরকে যে বিষয়ে ওয়াদা দেয়া হত, তা যেদিন তারা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, সেদিন তাদের মনে হবে যেন তারা দিনের এক মুহুর্তের বেশী পৃথিবীতে অবস্থান করেনি। এটা সুস্পষ্ট অবগতি। এখন তারাই ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত হবে, যারা পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়।
Therefore patiently persevere, as did (all) messengers of inflexible purpose; and be in no haste about the (Unbelievers). On the Day that they see the (Punishment) promised them, (it will be) as if they had not tarried more than an hour in a single day. (Thine but) to proclaim the Message: but shall any be destroyed except those who transgress?		 (আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
33 তারা কি পৃথিবীতে ভ্রমণ করেনি অতঃপর দেখেনি যে, তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের পরিণাম কি হয়েছে? আল্লাহ তাদেরকে ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছেন এবং কাফেরদের অবস্থা এরূপই হবে।
Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them (who did evil)? Allah brought utter destruction on them, and similar (fates await) those who reject Allah.		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
34 আমি নভোমন্ডল, ভূমন্ডল ও এতদুভয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সবকিছু ছয়দিনে সৃষ্টি করেছি এবং আমাকে কোনরূপ ক্লান্তি স্পর্শ করেনি।
We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in Six Days, nor did any sense of weariness touch Us.		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৮)
35 তাঁর দৃষ্টিবিভ্রম হয় নি এবং সীমালংঘনও করেনি।
(His) sight never swerved, nor did it go wrong!		 (আন-নাজম:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
36 তথায় থাকবে আনতনয়ন রমনীগন, কোন জিন ও মানব পূর্বে যাদের ব্যবহার করেনি।
In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;-		 (আর রহমান:

37 কোন জিন ও মানব পূর্বে তাদেরকে স্পর্শ করেনি।

38 অতঃপর আমি তাদের পশ্চাতে প্রেরণ করেছি আমার রসূলগণকে এবং তাদের অনুগামী করেছি মরিয়ম তনয় ঈসাকে ও তাকে দিয়েছি ইঞ্জিল। আমি তার অনুসারীদের অন্তরে স্থাপন করেছি নম্রতা ও দয়া। আর বৈরাগ্য, সে তো তারা নিজেরাই উদ্ভাবন করেছে; আমি এটা তাদের উপর ফরজ করিনি; কিন্তু তারা আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি লাভের জন্যে এটা অবলম্বন করেছে। অতঃপর তারা যথাযথভাবে তা পালন করেনি। তাদের মধ্যে যারা বিশ্বাসী ছিল, আমি তাদেরকে তাদের প্রাপ্য পুরস্কার দিয়েছি। আর তাদের অধিকাংশই পাপাচারী।
Then, in their wake, We followed them up with (others of) Our messengers: We sent after them Jesus the son of Mary, and bestowed on him the Gospel; and We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him Compassion and Mercy. But the Monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them: (We commanded) only the seeking for the Good Pleasure of Allah; but that they did not foster as they should have done. Yet We bestowed, on those among them who believed, their (due) reward, but many of them are rebellious transgressors.		 (আল হাদীদ:

39 তিনিই কিতাবধারীদের মধ্যে যারা কাফের, তাদেরকে প্রথমবার একত্রিত করে তাদের বাড়ী-ঘর থেকে বহিস্কার করেছেন। তোমরা ধারণাও করতে পারনি যে, তারা বের হবে এবং তারা মনে করেছিল যে, তাদের দূর্গগুলো তাদেরকে আল্লাহর কবল থেকে রক্ষা করবে। অতঃপর আল্লাহর শাস্তি তাদের উপর এমনদিক থেকে আসল, যার কল্পনাও তারা করেনি। আল্লাহ তাদের অন্তরে ত্রাস সঞ্চার করে দিলেন। তারা তাদের বাড়ী-ঘর নিজেদের হাতে এবং মুসলমানদের হাতে ধ্বংস করছিল। অতএব, হে চক্ষুষ্মান ব্যক্তিগণ, তোমরা শিক্ষা গ্রহণ কর।
It is He Who got out the Unbelievers among the People of the Book from their homes at the first gathering (of the forces). Little did ye think that they would get out: And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But the (Wrath of) Allah came to them from quarters from which they little expected (it), and cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their dwellings by their own hands and the hands of the Believers, take warning, then, O ye with eyes (to see)!		 (আল হাশর:
আয়াতঃ ২)
40 ধর্মের ব্যাপারে যারা তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করেনি এবং তোমাদেরকে দেশ থেকে বহিস্কৃত করেনি, তাদের প্রতি সদাচরণ ও ইনসাফ করতে আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে নিষেধ করেন না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ইনসাফকারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন।
Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just.		 (আল মুমতাহিনা:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
41 যাদেরকে তওরাত দেয়া হয়েছিল, অতঃপর তারা তার অনুসরণ করেনি, তাদের দৃষ্টান্ত সেই গাধা, যে পুস্তক বহন করে, যারা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহকে মিথ্যা বলে, তাদের দৃষ্টান্ত কত নিকৃষ্ট। আল্লাহ জালেম সম্প্রদায়কে পথ প্রদর্শন করেন না।
The similitude of those who were charged with the (obligations of the) Mosaic Law, but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is that of a donkey which carries huge tomes (but understands them not). Evil is the similitude of people who falsify the Signs of Allah: and Allah guides not people who do wrong.		 (আল জুমুআহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
42 ক্রোধে জাহান্নাম যেন ফেটে পড়বে। যখনই তাতে কোন সম্প্রদায় নিক্ষিপ্ত হবে তখন তাদেরকে তার সিপাহীরা জিজ্ঞাসা করবে। তোমাদের কাছে কি কোন সতর্ককারী আগমন করেনি?
Almost bursting with fury: Every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you?"		 (আল মুলক:
আয়াতঃ ৮)
43 সে বিশ্বাস করেনি এবং নামায পড়েনি;
So he gave nothing in charity, nor did he pray!-		 (আল ক্বেয়ামাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
44 সে কখনও কৃতজ্ঞ হয়নি, তিনি তাকে যা আদেশ করেছেন, সে তা পূর্ণ করেনি।
By no means hath he fulfilled what Allah hath commanded him.		 (আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
45 যারা মুমিন পুরুষ ও নারীকে নিপীড়ন করেছে, অতঃপর তওবা করেনি, তাদের জন্যে আছে জাহান্নামের শাস্তি, আর আছে দহন যন্ত্রণা,
Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire.		 (আল বুরূজ:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
46 অতঃপর সে ধর্মের ঘাঁটিতে প্রবেশ করেনি।
But he hath made no haste on the path that is steep.		 (আল বালাদ:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
47 আপনার পালনকর্তা আপনাকে ত্যাগ করেনি এবং আপনার প্রতি বিরূপও হননি।
Thy Guardian-Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased.		 (আদ্ব-দ্বোহা:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
