“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 যখন আমি বনী-ইসরাঈলের কাছ থেকে অঙ্গীকার নিলাম যে, তোমরা আল্লাহ ছাড়া কারও উপাসনা করবে না, পিতা-মাতা, আত্নীয়-স্বজন, এতীম ও দীন-দরিদ্রদের সাথে সদ্ব্যবহার করবে, মানুষকে সৎ কথাবার্তা বলবে, নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা করবে এবং যাকাত দেবে, তখন সামান্য কয়েকজন ছাড়া তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিলে, তোমরাই অগ্রাহ্যকারী।
And remember We took a covenant from the Children of Israel (to this effect): Worship none but Allah; treat with kindness your parents and kindred, and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; be steadfast in prayer; and practise regular charity. Then did ye turn back, except a few among you, and ye backslide (even now).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৮৩)
2 তোমরা নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা কর এবং যাকাত দাও। তোমরা নিজের জন্যে পূর্বে যে সৎকর্ম প্রেরণ করবে, তা আল্লাহর কাছে পাবে। তোমরা যা কিছু কর, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তা প্রত্যক্ষ করেন।
And be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: And whatever good ye send forth for your souls before you, ye shall find it with Allah: for Allah sees Well all that ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১১০)
3 সৎকর্ম শুধু এই নয় যে, পূর্ব কিংবা পশ্চিমদিকে মুখ করবে, বরং বড় সৎকাজ হল এই যে, ঈমান আনবে আল্লাহর উপর কিয়ামত দিবসের উপর, ফেরেশতাদের উপর এবং সমস্ত নবী-রসূলগণের উপর, আর সম্পদ ব্যয় করবে তাঁরই মহব্বতে আত্নীয়-স্বজন, এতীম-মিসকীন, মুসাফির-ভিক্ষুক ও মুক্তিকামী ক্রীতদাসদের জন্যে। আর যারা নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা করে, যাকাত দান করে এবং যারা কৃত প্রতিজ্ঞা সম্পাদনকারী এবং অভাবে, রোগে-শোকে ও যুদ্ধের সময় ধৈর্য্য ধারণকারী তারাই হল সত্যাশ্রয়ী, আর তারাই পরহেযগার।
It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the Allah-fearing.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭৭)
4 হজ্জ্বে কয়েকটি মাস আছে সুবিদিত। এসব মাসে যে লোক হজ্জ্বের পরিপূর্ণ নিয়ত করবে, তার পক্ষে স্ত্রীও সাথে নিরাভরণ হওয়া জায়েজ নয়। না অশোভন কোন কাজ করা, না ঝাগড়া-বিবাদ করা হজ্জ্বের সেই সময় জায়েজ নয়। আর তোমরা যাকিছু সৎকাজ কর, আল্লাহ তো জানেন। আর তোমরা পাথেয় সাথে নিয়ে নাও। নিঃসন্দেহে সর্বোত্তম পাথেয় হচ্ছে আল্লাহর ভয়। আর আমাকে ভয় করতে থাক, হে বুদ্ধিমানগন! তোমাদের উপর তোমাদের পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ অন্বেষণ করায় কোন পাপ নেই।
For Hajj are the months well known. If any one undertakes that duty therein, Let there be no obscenity, nor wickedness, nor wrangling in the Hajj. And whatever good ye do, (be sure) Allah knoweth it. And take a provision (With you) for the journey, but the best of provisions is right conduct. So fear Me, o ye that are wise.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১৯৭)
5 তোমার কাছে জিজ্ঞেস করে, কি তারা ব্যয় করবে? বলে দাও-যে বস্তুই তোমরা ব্যয় কর, তা হবে পিতা-মাতার জন্যে, আত্নীয়-আপনজনের জন্যে, এতীম-অনাথদের জন্যে, অসহায়দের জন্যে এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে। আর তোমরা যে কোন সৎকাজ করবে, নিঃসন্দেহে তা অত্যন্ত ভালভাবেই আল্লাহর জানা রয়েছে।
They ask thee what they should spend (In charity). Say: Whatever ye spend that is good, is for parents and kindred and orphans and those in want and for wayfarers. And whatever ye do that is good, -Allah knoweth it well.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২১৫)
6 সম্মানিত মাস সম্পর্কে তোমার কাছে জিজ্ঞেস করে যে, তাতে যুদ্ধ করা কেমন? বলে দাও এতে যুদ্ধ করা ভীষণ বড় পাপ। আর আল্লাহর পথে প্রতিবন্দ্বকতা সৃষ্টি করা এবং কুফরী করা, মসজিদে-হারামের পথে বাধা দেয়া এবং সেখানকার অধিবাসীদেরকে বহিস্কার করা, আল্লাহর নিকট তার চেয়েও বড় পাপ। আর ধর্মের ব্যাপারে ফেতনা সৃষ্টি করা নরহত্যা অপেক্ষাও মহা পাপ। বস্তুতঃ তারা তো সর্বদাই তোমাদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে থাকবে, যাতে করে তোমাদিগকে দ্বীন থেকে ফিরিয়ে দিতে পারে যদি সম্ভব হয়। তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা নিজের দ্বীন থেকে ফিরে দাঁড়াবে এবং কাফের অবস্থায় মৃত্যুবরণ করবে, দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে তাদের যাবতীয় আমল বিনষ্ট হয়ে যাবে। আর তারাই হলো দোযখবাসী। তাতে তারা চিরকাল বাস করবে।
They ask thee concerning fighting in the Prohibited Month. Say: "Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members." Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you Turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter; they will be companions of the Fire and will abide therein.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২১৭)
7 তালাকে-‘রাজঈ’ হ’ল দুবার পর্যন্ত তারপর হয় নিয়মানুযায়ী রাখবে, না হয় সহৃদয়তার সঙ্গে বর্জন করবে। আর নিজের দেয়া সম্পদ থেকে কিছু ফিরিয়ে নেয়া তোমাদের জন্য জায়েয নয় তাদের কাছ থেকে। কিন্তু যে ক্ষেত্রে স্বামী ও স্ত্রী উভয়েই এ ব্যাপারে ভয় করে যে, তারা আল্লাহর নির্দেশ বজায় রাখতে পারবে না, অতঃপর যদি তোমাদের ভয় হয় যে, তারা উভয়েই আল্লাহর নির্দেশ বজায় রাখতে পারবে না, তাহলে সেক্ষেত্রে স্ত্রী যদি বিনিময় দিয়ে অব্যাহতি নিয়ে নেয়, তবে উভয়ের মধ্যে কারোরই কোন পাপ নেই। এই হলো আল্লাহ কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত সীমা। কাজেই একে অতিক্রম করো না। বস্তুতঃ যারা আল্লাহ কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত সীমা লঙ্ঘন করবে, তারাই জালেম।
A divorce is only permissible twice: after that, the parties should either hold Together on equitable terms, or separate with kindness. It is not lawful for you, (Men), to take back any of your gifts (from your wives), except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah. If ye (judges) do indeed fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah, there is no blame on either of them if she give something for her freedom. These are the limits ordained by Allah; so do not transgress them if any do transgress the limits ordained by Allah, such persons wrong (Themselves as well as others).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২২৯)
8 আর যখন তোমরা স্ত্রীদেরকে তালাক দিয়ে দাও, অতঃপর তারা নির্ধারিত ইদ্দত সমাপ্ত করে নেয়, তখন তোমরা নিয়ম অনুযায়ী তাদেরকে রেখে দাও অথবা সহানুভুতির সাথে তাদেরকে মুক্ত করে দাও। আর তোমরা তাদেরকে জ্বালাতন ও বাড়াবাড়ি করার উদ্দেশ্যে আটকে রেখো না। আর যারা এমন করবে, নিশ্চয়ই তারা নিজেদেরই ক্ষতি করবে। আর আল্লাহর নির্দেশকে হাস্যকর বিষয়ে পরিণত করো না। আল্লাহর সে অনুগ্রহের কথা স্মরণ কর, যা তোমাদের উপর রয়েছে এবং তাও স্মরণ কর, যে কিতাব ও জ্ঞানের কথা তোমাদের উপর নাযিল করা হয়েছে যার দ্বারা তোমাদেরকে উপদেশ দান করা হয়। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং জেনে রাখ যে, আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়েই জ্ঞানময়।
When ye divorce women, and they fulfil the term of their ('Iddat), either take them back on equitable terms or set them free on equitable terms; but do not take them back to injure them, (or) to take undue advantage; if any one does that; He wrongs his own soul. Do not treat Allah's Signs as a jest, but solemnly rehearse Allah's favours on you, and the fact that He sent down to you the Book and Wisdom, for your instruction. And fear Allah, and know that Allah is well acquainted with all things.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৩১)
9 দ্বীনের ব্যাপারে কোন জবরদস্তি বা বাধ্য-বাধকতা নেই। নিঃসন্দেহে হেদায়াত গোমরাহী থেকে পৃথক হয়ে গেছে। এখন যারা গোমরাহকারী ‘তাগুত’দেরকে মানবে না এবং আল্লাহতে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করবে, সে ধারণ করে নিয়েছে সুদৃঢ় হাতল যা ভাংবার নয়। আর আল্লাহ সবই শুনেন এবং জানেন।
Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৫৬)
10 তাদেরকে সৎপথে আনার দায় তোমার নয়। বরং আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা সৎপথে পরিচালিত করেন। যে মাল তোমরা ব্যয় কর, তা নিজ উপাকারার্থেই কর। আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি ছাড়া অন্য কোন উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যয় করো না। তোমরা যে, অর্থ ব্যয় করবে, তার পুরস্কার পুরোপুরি পেয়ে যাবে এবং তোমাদের প্রতি অন্যায় করা হবে না।
It is not required of thee (O Messenger), to set them on the right path, but Allah sets on the right path whom He pleaseth. Whatever of good ye give benefits your own souls, and ye shall only do so seeking the "Face" of Allah. Whatever good ye give, shall be rendered back to you, and ye shall not Be dealt with unjustly.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭২)
11 খয়রাত ঐ সকল গরীব লোকের জন্যে যারা আল্লাহর পথে আবদ্ধ হয়ে গেছে-জীবিকার সন্ধানে অন্যত্র ঘোরাফেরা করতে সক্ষম নয়। অজ্ঞ লোকেরা যাঞ্চা না করার কারণে তাদেরকে অভাবমুক্ত মনে করে। তোমরা তাদেরকে তাদের লক্ষণ দ্বারা চিনবে। তারা মানুষের কাছে কাকুতি-মিনতি করে ভিক্ষা চায় না। তোমরা যে অর্থ ব্যয় করবে, তা আল্লাহ তা’আলা অবশ্যই পরিজ্ঞাত।
(Charity is) for those in need, who, in Allah's cause are restricted (from travel), and cannot move about in the land, seeking (For trade or work): the ignorant man thinks, because of their modesty, that they are free from want. Thou shalt know them by their (Unfailing) mark: They beg not importunately from all the sundry. And whatever of good ye give, be assured Allah knoweth it well.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৭৩)
12 আর তোমরা যদি প্রবাসে থাক এবং কোন লেখক না পাও তবে বন্ধকী বন্তু হস্তগত রাখা উচিত। যদি একে অন্যকে বিশ্বাস করে, তবে যাকে বিশ্বাস করা হয়, তার উচিত অন্যের প্রাপ্য পরিশোধ করা এবং স্বীয় পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর! তোমরা সাক্ষ্য গোপন করো না। যে কেউ তা গোপন করবে, তার অন্তর পাপপূর্ণ হবে। তোমরা যা করা, আল্লাহ সে সম্পর্কে খুব জ্ঞাত।
If ye are on a journey, and cannot find a scribe, a pledge with possession (may serve the purpose). And if one of you deposits a thing on trust with another, Let the trustee (Faithfully) discharge His trust, and let him fear his Lord. Conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it,- His heart is tainted with sin. And Allah Knoweth all that ye do.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২৮৩)
13 সেদিন প্রত্যেকেই যা কিছু সে ভাল কাজ করেছে; চোখের সামনে দেখতে পাবে এবং যা কিছু মন্দ কাজ করেছে তাও, ওরা তখন কামনা করবে, যদি তার এবং এসব কর্মের মধ্যে ব্যবধান দুরের হতো! আল্লাহ তাঁর নিজের সম্পর্কে তোমাদের সাবধান করছেন। আল্লাহ তাঁর বান্দাদের প্রতি অত্যন্ত দয়ালু।
"On the Day when every soul will be confronted with all the good it has done, and all the evil it has done, it will wish there were a great distance between it and its evil. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself. And Allah is full of kindness to those that serve Him."		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
14 তারা যেসব সৎকাজ করবে, কোন অবস্থাতেই সেগুলোর প্রতি অবজ্ঞা প্রদর্শন করা হবে না। আর আল্লাহ পরহেযগারদের বিষয়ে অবগত।
Of the good that they do, nothing will be rejected of them; for Allah knoweth well those that do right.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১১৫)
15 আর আল্লাহর হুকুম ছাড়া কেউ মরতে পারে না-সেজন্য একটা সময় নির্ধারিত রয়েছে। বস্তুতঃ যে লোক দুনিয়ায় বিনিময় কামনা করবে, আমি তাকে তা দুনিয়াতেই দান করব। পক্ষান্তরে-যে লোক আখেরাতে বিনিময় কামনা করবে, তা থেকে আমি তাকে তাই দেবো। আর যারা কৃতজ্ঞ তাদেরকে আমি প্রতিদান দেবো
Nor can a soul die except by Allah's leave, the term being fixed as by writing. If any do desire a reward in this life, We shall give it to him; and if any do desire a reward in the Hereafter, We shall give it to him. And swiftly shall We reward those that (serve us with) gratitude.		 (আল ইমরান:
আয়াতঃ ১৪৫)
16 এবং নারীদের মধ্যে তাদের ছাড়া সকল সধবা স্ত্রীলোক তোমাদের জন্যে নিষিদ্ধ; তোমাদের দক্ষিণ হস্ত যাদের মালিক হয়ে যায়-এটা তোমাদের জন্য আল্লাহর হুকুম। এদেরকে ছাড়া তোমাদের জন্যে সব নারী হালাল করা হয়েছে, শর্ত এই যে, তোমরা তাদেরকে স্বীয় অর্থের বিনিময়ে তলব করবে বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করার জন্য-ব্যভিচারের জন্য নয়। অনন্তর তাদের মধ্যে যাকে তোমরা ভোগ করবে, তাকে তার নির্ধারিত হক দান কর। তোমাদের কোন গোনাহ হবে না যদি নির্ধারণের পর তোমরা পরস্পরে সম্মত হও। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সুবিজ্ঞ, রহস্যবিদ।
Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allah ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
17 আর যে কেউ সীমালঙ্ঘন কিংবা জুলুমের বশবর্তী হয়ে এরূপ করবে, তাকে খুব শীঘ্রই আগুনে নিক্ষেপ করা হবে। এটা আল্লাহর পক্ষে খুবই সহজসাধ্য।
If any do that in rancour and injustice,- soon shall We cast them into the Fire: And easy it is for Allah.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
18 এতে সন্দেহ নেই যে, আমার নিদর্শন সমুহের প্রতি যেসব লোক অস্বীকৃতি জ্ঞাপন করবে, আমি তাদেরকে আগুনে নিক্ষেপ করব। তাদের চামড়াগুলো যখন জ্বলে-পুড়ে যাবে, তখন আবার আমি তা পালটে দেব অন্য চামড়া দিয়ে, যাতে তারা আযাব আস্বাদন করতে থাকে। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ মহাপরাক্রমশালী, হেকমতের অধিকারী।
Those who reject our Signs, We shall soon cast into the Fire: as often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৫৬)
19 আর যে কেউ আল্লাহর হুকুম এবং তাঁর রসূলের হুকুম মান্য করবে, তাহলে যাঁদের প্রতি আল্লাহ নেয়ামত দান করেছেন, সে তাঁদের সঙ্গী হবে। তাঁরা হলেন নবী, ছিদ্দীক, শহীদ ও সৎকর্মশীল ব্যক্তিবর্গ। আর তাদের সান্নিধ্যই হল উত্তম।
All who obey Allah and the messenger are in the company of those on whom is the Grace of Allah,- of the prophets (who teach), the sincere (lovers of Truth), the witnesses (who testify), and the Righteous (who do good): Ah! what a beautiful fellowship!		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৬৯)
20 যে লোক সৎকাজের জন্য কোন সুপারিশ করবে, তা থেকে সেও একটি অংশ পাবে। আর যে লোক সুপারিশ করবে মন্দ কাজের জন্যে সে তার বোঝারও একটি অংশ পাবে। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে ক্ষমতাশীল।
Whoever recommends and helps a good cause becomes a partner therein: And whoever recommends and helps an evil cause, shares in its burden: And Allah hath power over all things.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
21 তোমাদের আশার উপর ও ভিত্তি নয় এবং আহলে-কিতাবদের আশার উপরও না। যে কেউ মন্দ কাজ করবে, সে তার শাস্তি পাবে এবং সে আল্লাহ ছাড়া নিজের কোন সমর্থক বা সাহায্যকারী পাবে না।
Not your desires, nor those of the People of the Book (can prevail): whoever works evil, will be requited accordingly. Nor will he find, besides Allah, any protector or helper.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৩)
22 তারা আপনার কাছে নারীদের বিবাহের অনুমতি চায়। বলে দিনঃ আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তাদের সম্পর্কে অনুমতি দেন এবং কোরআনে তোমাদেরকে যা যা পাট করে শুনানো হয়, তা ঐ সব পিতৃহীনা-নারীদের বিধান, যাদের কে তোমরা নির্ধারিত অধিকার প্রদান কর না অথচ বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করার বাসনা রাখ। আর অক্ষম শিশুদের বিধান এই যে, এতীমদের জন্যে ইনসাফের উপর কায়েম থাক। তোমরা যা ভাল কাজ করবে, তা আল্লাহ জানেন।
They ask thy instruction concerning the women say: Allah doth instruct you about them: And (remember) what hath been rehearsed unto you in the Book, concerning the orphans of women to whom ye give not the portions prescribed, and yet whom ye desire to marry, as also concerning the children who are weak and oppressed: that ye stand firm for justice to orphans. There is not a good deed which ye do, but Allah is well-acquainted therewith.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৭)
23 যে কেউ দুনিয়ার কল্যাণ কামনা করবে, তার জেনে রাখা প্রয়োজন যে, দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতের কল্যাণ আল্লাহরই নিকট রয়েছে। আর আল্লাহ সব কিছু শোনেন ও দেখেন।
If any one desires a reward in this life, in Allah's (gift) is the reward (both) of this life and of the hereafter: for Allah is He that heareth and seeth (all things).		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৪)
24 মসীহ আল্লাহর বান্দা হবেন, তাতে তার কোন লজ্জাবোধ নেই এবং ঘনিষ্ঠ ফেরেশতাদেরও না। বস্তুতঃ যারা আল্লাহর দাসত্বে লজ্জাবোধ করবে এবং অহংকার করবে, তিনি তাদের সবাইকে নিজের কাছে সমবেত করবেন।
Christ disdaineth nor to serve and worship Allah, nor do the angels, those nearest (to Allah): those who disdain His worship and are arrogant,-He will gather them all together unto Himself to (answer).		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১৭২)
25 খোদাভীরুদের মধ্য থেকে দু’ব্যক্তি বলল, যাদের প্রতি আল্লাহ অনুগ্রহ করেছিলেনঃ তোমরা তাদের উপর আক্রমণ করে দরজায় প্রবেশ কর। অতঃপর তোমরা যখন তাতে প্রবেশ করবে, তখন তোমরাই জয়ী হবে। আর আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা কর যদি তোমরা বিশ্বাসী হও।
(But) among (their) Allah-fearing men were two on whom Allah had bestowed His grace: They said: "Assault them at the (proper) Gate: when once ye are in, victory will be yours; But on Allah put your trust if ye have faith."		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
26 হে মুমিণগণ! তোমরা ইহুদী ও খ্রীষ্টানদেরকে বন্ধু হিসাবে গ্রহণ করো না। তারা একে অপরের বন্ধু। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে তাদের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করবে, সে তাদেরই অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আল্লাহ জালেমদেরকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেন না।
O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫১)
27 হে মুমিনগণ, আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে এমন কিছু শিকারের মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষা করবেন, যে শিকার পর্যন্ত তোমাদের হাত ও বর্শা সহজেই পৌছতে পারবে-যাতে আল্লাহ বুঝতে পারেন যে, কে তাকে অদৃশ্যভাবে ভয়করে। অতএব, যে ব্যক্তি এরপর সীমা অতিক্রম করবে, তার জন্য যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শাস্তি রয়েছে।
O ye who believe! Allah doth but make a trial of you in a little matter of game well within reach of game well within reach of your hands and your lances, that He may test who feareth him unseen: any who transgress thereafter, will have a grievous penalty.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৪)
28 মুমিনগণ, তোমরা এহরাম অবস্থায় শিকার বধ করো না। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে জেনেশুনে শিকার বধ করবে, তার উপর বিনিময় ওয়াজেব হবে, যা সমান হবে ঐ জন্তুর, যাকে সে বধ করেছে। দু’জন নির্ভরযোগ্য ব্যক্তি এর ফয়সালা করবে-বিনিময়ের জন্তুটি উৎসর্গ হিসেবে কাবায় পৌছাতে হবে। অথবা তার উপর কাফফারা ওয়াজেব-কয়েকজন দরিদ্রকে খাওয়ানো অথবা তার সমপরিমাণ রোযা রাখতে যাতে সে স্বীয় কৃতকর্মের প্রতিফল আস্বাদন করে। যা হয়ে গেছে, তা আল্লাহ মাফ করেছেন। যে পুনরায় এ কান্ড করবে, আল্লাহ তার কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ নিবেন। আল্লাহ পরাক্রান্ত, প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণে সক্ষম।
O ye who believe! Kill not game while in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. If any of you doth so intentionally, the compensation is an offering, brought to the Ka'ba, of a domestic animal equivalent to the one he killed, as adjudged by two just men among you; or by way of atonement, the feeding of the indigent; or its equivalent in fasts: that he may taste of the penalty of his deed. Allah forgives what is past: for repetition Allah will exact from him the penalty. For Allah is Exalted, and Lord of Retribution.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৫)
29 এবং তারা ইতি পূর্বে যা গোপন করত, তা তাদের সামনে প্রকাশ হয়ে পড়েছে। যদি তারা পুনঃ প্রেরিত হয়, তবুও তাই করবে, যা তাদেরকে নিষেধ করা হয়েছিল। নিশ্চয় তারা মিথ্যাবাদী।
Yea, in their own (eyes) will become manifest what before they concealed. But if they were returned, they would certainly relapse to the things they were forbidden, for they are indeed liars.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
30 নিশ্চয় তারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, যারা আল্লাহর সাক্ষাৎকে মিথ্যা মনে করেছে। এমনকি, যখন কিয়ামত তাদের কাছে অকস্মাৎ এসে যাবে, তারা বলবেঃ হায় আফসোস, এর ব্যাপারে আমরা কতই না ক্রটি করেছি। তার স্বীয় বোঝা স্বীয় পৃষ্ঠে বহন করবে। শুনে রাখ, তারা যে বোঝা বহন করবে, তা নিকৃষ্টতর বোঝা।
Lost indeed are they who treat it as a falsehood that they must meet Allah,- until on a sudden the hour is on them, and they say: "Ah! woe unto us that we took no thought of it"; for they bear their burdens on their backs, and evil indeed are the burdens that they bear?		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
31 তোমাদের কাছে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে নিদর্শনাবলী এসে গেছে। অতএব, যে প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, সে নিজেরই উপকার করবে এবং যে অন্ধ হবে, সে নিজেরই ক্ষতি করবে। আমি তোমাদের পর্যবেক্ষক নই।
"Now have come to you, from your Lord, proofs (to open your eyes): if any will see, it will be for (the good of) his own soul; if any will be blind, it will be to his own (harm): I am not (here) to watch over your doings."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
32 যে একটি সৎকর্ম করবে, সে তার দশগুণ পাবে এবং যে, একটি মন্দ কাজ করবে, সে তার সমান শাস্তিই পাবে। বস্তুতঃ তাদের প্রতি জুলুম করা হবে না।
He that doeth good shall have ten times as much to his credit: He that doeth evil shall only be recompensed according to his evil: no wrong shall be done unto (any of) them.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৬০)
33 যারা আমার আয়াতসমূহকে মিথ্যা বলবে এবং তা থেকে অহংকার করবে, তারাই দোযখী এবং তথায় চিরকাল থাকবে।
But those who reject Our signs and treat them with arrogance,- they are companions of the Fire, to dwell therein (for ever).		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
34 আর যে লোক সেদিন তাদের থেকে পশ্চাদপসরণ করবে, অবশ্য যে লড়াইয়ের কৌশল পরিবর্তনকল্পে কিংবা যে নিজ সৈন্যদের নিকট আশ্রয় নিতে আসে সে ব্যতীত অন্যরা আল্লাহর গযব সাথে নিয়ে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে। আর তার ঠিকানা হল জাহান্নাম। বস্তুতঃ সেটা হল নিকৃষ্ট অবস্থান।
If any do turn his back to them on such a day - unless it be in a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own)- he draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and his abode is Hell,- an evil refuge (indeed)!		 (আল-আনফাল:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
35 আর সমস্ত মুমিনের অভিযানে বের হওয়া সঙ্গত নয়। তাই তাদের প্রত্যেক দলের একটি অংশ কেন বের হলো না, যাতে দ্বীনের জ্ঞান লাভ করে এবং সংবাদ দান করে স্বজাতিকে, যখন তারা তাদের কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে, যেন তারা বাঁচতে পারে।
Nor should the Believers all go forth together: if a contingent from every expedition remained behind, they could devote themselves to studies in religion, and admonish the people when they return to them,- that thus they (may learn) to guard themselves (against evil).		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২২)
36 বস্তুতঃ যদি প্রত্যেক গোনাহগারের কাছে এত পরিমাণ থাকে যা আছে সমগ্র যমীনের মাঝে, আর অবশ্যই যদি সেগুলো নিজের মুক্তির বিনিময়ে দিতে চাইবে আর গোপনে গোপনে অনুতাপ করবে, যখন আযাব দেখবে। বস্তুতঃ তাদের জন্য সিদ্ধান্ত হবে ন্যায়সঙ্গত এবং তাদের উপর জুলম হবে না।
Every soul that hath sinned, if it possessed all that is on earth, would fain give it in ransom: They would declare (their) repentance when they see the penalty: but the judgment between them will be with justice, and no wrong will be done unto them.		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ৫৪)
37 সুতরাং এখন আর এমন কিছু নেই, যার অপেক্ষা করবে, কিন্তু সেসব দিনের মতই দিন, যা অতীত হয়ে গেছে এর পূর্বে। আপনি বলুন; এখন পথ দেখ; আমিও তোমাদের সাথে পথ চেয়ে রইলাম।
Do they then expect (any thing) but (what happened in) the days of the men who passed away before them? Say: "Wait ye then: for I, too, will wait with you."		 (ইউনুস:
আয়াতঃ ১০২)
38 কিংবা চলাফেরার মধ্যেই তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করবে, তারা তো তা ব্যর্থ করতে পারবে না।
Or that He may not call them to account in the midst of their goings to and fro, without a chance of their frustrating Him?-		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
39 যখন জালেমরা আযাব প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, তখন তাদের থেকে তা লঘু করা হবে না এবং তাদেরকে কোন অবকাশ দেয়া হবে না।
When the wrong-doers (actually) see the Penalty, then will it in no way be mitigated, nor will they then receive respite.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
40 আর যদি তোমরা প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ কর, তবে ঐ পরিমাণ প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করবে, যে পরিমাণ তোমাদেরকে কষ্ট দেয়া হয়। যদি সবর কর, তবে তা সবরকারীদের জন্যে উত্তম।
And if ye do catch them out, catch them out no worse than they catch you out: But if ye show patience, that is indeed the best (course) for those who are patient.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১২৬)
41 তারা যদি তোমাদের খবর জানতে পারে, তবে পাথর মেরে তোমাদেরকে হত্যা করবে, অথবা তোমাদেরকে তাদের ধর্মে ফিরিয়ে নেবে। তাহলে তোমরা কখনই সাফল্য লাভ করবে না।
"For if they should come upon you, they would stone you or force you to return to their cult, and in that case ye would never attain prosperity."		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
42 হে আমার পিতা, আমি আশঙ্কা করি, দয়াময়ের একটি আযাব তোমাকে স্পর্শ করবে, অতঃপর তুমি শয়তানের সঙ্গী হয়ে যাবে।
"O my father! I fear lest a Penalty afflict thee from (Allah) Most Gracious, so that thou become to Satan a friend."		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
43 সেই দিন তারা আহবানকারীর অনুসরণ করবে, যার কথা এদিক-সেদিক হবে না এবং দয়াময় আল্লাহর ভয়ে সব শব্দ ক্ষীণ হয়ে যাবে। সুতরাং মৃদু গুঞ্জন ব্যতীত তুমি কিছুই শুনবে না।
On that Day will they follow the Caller (straight): no crookedness (can they show) him: all sounds shall humble themselves in the Presence of (Allah) Most Gracious: nothing shalt thou hear but the tramp of their feet (as they march).		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৮)
44 তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা উভয়েই এখান থেকে এক সঙ্গে নেমে যাও। তোমরা একে অপরের শত্রু। এরপর যদি আমার পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের কাছে হেদায়েত আসে, তখন যে আমার বর্ণিত পথ অনুসরণ করবে, সে পথভ্রষ্ঠ হবে না এবং কষ্টে পতিত হবে না।
He said: "Get ye down, both of you,- all together, from the Garden, with enmity one to another: but if, as is sure, there comes to you Guidance from Me, whosoever follows My Guidance, will not lose his way, nor fall into misery.		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৩)
45 যেদিন তোমরা তা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, সেদিন প্রত্যেক স্তন্যধাত্রী তার দুধের শিশুকে বিস্মৃত হবে এবং প্রত্যেক গর্ভবতী তার গর্ভপাত করবে এবং মানুষকে তুমি দেখবে মাতাল; অথচ তারা মাতাল নয় বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর আযাব সুকঠিন।
The Day ye shall see it, every mother giving suck shall forget her suckling-babe, and every pregnant female shall drop her load (unformed): thou shalt see mankind as in a drunken riot, yet not drunk: but dreadful will be the Wrath of Allah.		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ২)
46 তারা এমন লোক যাদেরকে আমি পৃথিবীতে শক্তি-সামর্থ?2470;ান করলে তারা নামায কায়েম করবে, যাকাত দেবে এবং সৎকাজে আদেশ ও অসৎকাজে নিষেধ করবে। প্রত্যেক কর্মের পরিণাম আল্লাহর এখতিয়ারভূক্ত।
(They are) those who, if We establish them in the land, establish regular prayer and give regular charity, enjoin the right and forbid wrong: with Allah rests the end (and decision) of (all) affairs.		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
47 যখন তুমি ও তোমার সঙ্গীরা নৌকায় আরোহণ করবে, তখন বলঃ আল্লাহর শোকর, যিনি আমাদেরকে জালেম সম্প্রদায়ের কবল থেকে উদ্ধার করেছেন।
And when thou hast embarked on the Ark - thou and those with thee,- say: "Praise be to Allah, Who has saved us from the people who do wrong."		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
48 এবং যারা যা দান করবার, তা ভীত, কম্পিত হৃদয়ে এ কারণে দান করে যে, তারা তাদের পালনকর্তার কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে,
And those who dispense their charity with their hearts full of fear, because they will return to their Lord;-		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৬০)
49 হে ঈমানদারগণ, তোমরা শয়তানের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করো না। যে কেউ শয়তানের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করবে, তখন তো শয়তান নির্লজ্জতা ও মন্দ কাজেরই আদেশ করবে। যদি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ ও দয়া তোমাদের প্রতি না থাকত, তবে তোমাদের কেউ কখনও পবিত্র হতে পারতে না। কিন্তু আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা পবিত্র করেন। আল্লাহ সবকিছু শোনেন, জানেন।
O ye who believe! follow not Satan's footsteps: if any will follow the footsteps of Satan, he will (but) command what is shameful and wrong: and were it not for the grace and mercy of Allah on you, not one of you would ever have been pure: but Allah doth purify whom He pleases: and Allah is One Who hears and knows (all things).		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
50 সে তো আমাদেরকে আমাদের উপাস্যগণের কাছ থেকে সরিয়েই দিত, যদি আমরা তাদেরকে আঁকড়ে ধরে না থাকতাম। তারা যখন শাস্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, তখন জানতে পারবে কে অধিক পথভ্রষ্ট।
"He indeed would well-nigh have misled us from our gods, had it not been that we were constant to them!" - Soon will they know, when they see the Penalty, who it is that is most misled in Path!		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
51 অতঃপর মূসা তাদের জন্তুদেরকে পানি পান করালেন। অতঃপর তিনি ছায়ার দিকে সরে গেলেন এবং বললেন, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, তুমি আমার প্রতি যে অনুগ্রহ নাযিল করবে, আমি তার মুখাপেক্ষী।
So he watered (their flocks) for them; then he turned back to the shade, and said:"O my Lord! truly am I in (desperate) need of any good that Thou dost send me!"		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
52 পিতা মূসাকে বললেন, আমি আমার এই কন্যাদ্বয়ের একজনকে তোমার সাথে বিবাহে দিতে চাই এই শর্তে যে, তুমি আট বছর আমার চাকুরী করবে, যদি তুমি দশ বছর পূর্ণ কর, তা তোমার ইচ্ছা। আমি তোমাকে কষ্ট দিতে চাই না। আল্লাহ চাহেন তো তুমি আমাকে সৎকর্মপরায়ণ পাবে।
He said: "I intend to wed one of these my daughters to thee, on condition that thou serve me for eight years; but if thou complete ten years, it will be (grace) from thee. But I intend not to place thee under a difficulty: thou wilt find me, indeed, if Allah wills, one of the righteous."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
53 তোমাদের মধ্যে যে কেউ আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের অনুগত হবে এবং সৎকর্ম করবে, আমি তাকে দুবার পুরস্কার দেব এবং তার জন্য আমি সম্মান জনক রিযিক প্রস্তুত রেখেছি।
But any of you that is devout in the service of Allah and His Messenger, and works righteousness,- to her shall We grant her reward twice: and We have prepared for her a generous Sustenance.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
54 তোমরা গৃহাভ্যন্তরে অবস্থান করবে-মূর্খতা যুগের অনুরূপ নিজেদেরকে প্রদর্শন করবে না। নামায কায়েম করবে, যাকাত প্রদান করবে এবং আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের আনুগত্য করবে। হে নবী পরিবারের সদস্যবর্গ। আল্লাহ কেবল চান তোমাদের থেকে অপবিত্রতা দূর করতে এবং তোমাদেরকে পূর্ণরূপে পূত-পবিত্র রাখতে।
And stay quietly in your houses, and make not a dazzling display, like that of the former Times of Ignorance; and establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity; and obey Allah and His Messenger. And Allah only wishes to remove all abomination from you, ye members of the Family, and to make you pure and spotless.		 (আল আহযাব:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
55 আর আমি সোলায়মানের অধীন করেছিলাম বায়ুকে, যা সকালে এক মাসের পথ এবং বিকালে এক মাসের পথ অতিক্রম করত। আমি তার জন্যে গলিত তামার এক ঝরণা প্রবাহিত করেছিলাম। কতক জিন তার সামনে কাজ করত তার পালনকর্তার আদেশে। তাদের যে কেউ আমার আদেশ অমান্য করবে, আমি জ্বলন্ত অগ্নির-শাস্তি আস্বাদন করাব।
And to Solomon (We made) the Wind (obedient): Its early morning (stride) was a month's (journey), and its evening (stride) was a month's (journey); and We made a Font of molten brass to flow for him; and there were Jinns that worked in front of him, by the leave of his Lord, and if any of them turned aside from our command, We made him taste of the Penalty of the Blazing Fire.		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
56 যখন তারা জাহান্নামে পরস্পর বিতর্ক করবে, অতঃপর দূর্বলরা অহংকারীদেরকে বলবে, আমরা তোমাদের অনুসারী ছিলাম। তোমরা এখন জাহান্নামের আগুনের কিছু অংশ আমাদের থেকে নিবৃত করবে কি?
Behold, they will dispute with each other in the Fire! The weak ones (who followed) will say to those who had been arrogant, "We but followed you: Can ye then take (on yourselves) from us some share of the Fire?		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
57 আল্লাহ যাকে পথ ভ্রষ্ট করেন, তার জন্যে তিনি ব্যতীত কোন কার্যনির্বাহী নেই। পাপাচারীরা যখন আযাব প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, তখন আপনি তাদেরকে দেখবেন যে, তারা বলছে আমাদের ফিরে যাওয়ার কোন উপায় আছে কি?
For any whom Allah leaves astray, there is no protector thereafter. And thou wilt see the Wrong-doers, when in sight of the Penalty, Say: "Is there any way (to effect) a return?"		 (আশ-শুরা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৪)
58 অতএব, আপনি সবর করুন, যেমন উচ্চ সাহসী পয়গম্বরগণ সবর করেছেন এবং ওদের বিষয়ে তড়িঘড়ি করবেন না। ওদেরকে যে বিষয়ে ওয়াদা দেয়া হত, তা যেদিন তারা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, সেদিন তাদের মনে হবে যেন তারা দিনের এক মুহুর্তের বেশী পৃথিবীতে অবস্থান করেনি। এটা সুস্পষ্ট অবগতি। এখন তারাই ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত হবে, যারা পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়।
Therefore patiently persevere, as did (all) messengers of inflexible purpose; and be in no haste about the (Unbelievers). On the Day that they see the (Punishment) promised them, (it will be) as if they had not tarried more than an hour in a single day. (Thine but) to proclaim the Message: but shall any be destroyed except those who transgress?		 (আল আহক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৫)
59 ফেরেশতা যখন তাদের মুখমন্ডল ও পৃষ্ঠদেশে আঘাত করতে করতে প্রাণ হরণ করবে, তখন তাদের অবস্থা কেমন হবে?
But how (will it be) when the angels take their souls at death, and smite their faces and their backs?		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৭)
60 গৃহে অবস্থানকারী মরুবাসীদেরকে বলে দিনঃ আগামীতে তোমরা এক প্রবল পরাক্রান্ত জাতির সাথে যুদ্ধ করতে আহুত হবে। তোমরা তাদের সাথে যুদ্ধ করবে, যতক্ষণ না তারা মুসলমান হয়ে যায়। তখন যদি তোমরা নির্দেশ পালন কর, তবে আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে উত্তম পুরস্কার দিবেন। আর যদি পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন কর যেমন ইতিপূর্বে পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করেছ, তবে তিনি তোমাদেরকে যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শাস্তি দিবেন।
Say to the desert Arabs who lagged behind: "Ye shall be summoned (to fight) against a people given to vehement war: then shall ye fight, or they shall submit. Then if ye show obedience, Allah will grant you a goodly reward, but if ye turn back as ye did before, He will punish you with a grievous Penalty."		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
61 অন্ধের জন্যে, খঞ্জের জন্যে ও রুগ্নের জন্যে কোন অপরাধ নাই এবং যে কেউ আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের অনুগত্য করবে তাকে তিনি জান্নাতে দাখিল করবেন, যার তলদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত হয়। পক্ষান্তরে যে, ব্যক্তি পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করবে, তাকে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি দিবেন।
No blame is there on the blind, nor is there blame on the lame, nor on one ill (if he joins not the war): But he that obeys Allah and his Messenger,- (Allah) will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; and he who turns back, (Allah) will punish him with a grievous Penalty.		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
62 মৃত্তিকা তাদের কতটুকু গ্রাস করবে, তা আমার জানা আছে এবং আমার কাছে আছে সংরক্ষিত কিতাব।
We already know how much of them the earth takes away: With Us is a record guarding (the full account).		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
63 অতঃপর তা দ্বারা উদর পূর্ণ করবে,
"Then will ye fill your insides therewith,		 (আল ওয়াক্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩)
64 যেদিন আল্লাহ তাদের সকলকে পুনরুত্থিত করবেন। অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর সামনে শপথ করবে, যেমন তোমাদের সামনে শপথ করে। তারা মনে করবে যে, তারা কিছু সৎপথে আছে। সাবধান, তারাই তো আসল মিথ্যাবাদী।
One day will Allah raise them all up (for Judgment): then will they swear to Him as they swear to you: And they think that they have something (to stand upon). No, indeed! they are but liars!		 (আল মুজাদালাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৮)
65 আমি তাদেরকে পরীক্ষা করেছি, যেমন পরীক্ষা করেছি উদ্যানওয়ালাদের, যখন তারা শপথ করেছিল যে, সকালে বাগানের ফল আহরণ করবে,
Verily We have tried them as We tried the People of the Garden, when they resolved to gather the fruits of the (garden) in the morning.		 (আল কলম:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
66 অতঃপর সে সুখী জীবন-যাপন করবে,
And he will be in a life of Bliss,		 (আল হাক্বক্বাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
67 অতএব, যে ইচ্ছা করবে, সে একে গ্রহণ করবে।
Therefore let whoso will, keep it in remembrance.		 (আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
68 সে মৃত্যুকে আহবান করবে,
Soon will he cry for perdition,		 (আল ইনশিক্বাক্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
69 যে ভয় করে, সে উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে,
The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah):		 (আল আ'লা:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
70 আর যে, হতভাগা, সে তা উপেক্ষা করবে,
But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones,		 (আল আ'লা:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
71 এবং সেদিন জাহান্নামকে আনা হবে, সেদিন মানুষ স্মরণ করবে, কিন্তু এই স্মরণ তার কি কাজে আসবে?
And Hell, that Day, is brought (face to face),- on that Day will man remember, but how will that remembrance profit him?		 (আল ফজর:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
72 এতে নিতান্ত হতভাগ্য ব্যক্তিই প্রবেশ করবে,
None shall reach it but those most unfortunate ones		 (আল লায়ল:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
73 তাদেরকে এছাড়া কোন নির্দেশ করা হয়নি যে, তারা খাঁটি মনে একনিষ্ঠভাবে আল্লাহর এবাদত করবে, নামায কায়েম করবে এবং যাকাত দেবে। এটাই সঠিক ধর্ম।
And they have been commanded no more than this: To worship Allah, offering Him sincere devotion, being true (in faith); to establish regular prayer; and to practise regular charity; and that is the Religion Right and Straight.		 (বাইয়্যিনাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
74 সেদিন সে তার বৃত্তান্ত বর্ণনা করবে,
On that Day will she declare her tidings:		 (যিলযাল:
