"কঠিন।" শব্দযুক্ত আয়াত ম্যাচ করেছেঃ ৯
নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	ধৈর্য্যর সাথে সাহায্য প্রার্থনা কর নামাযের মাধ্যমে। অবশ্য তা যথেষ্ট কঠিন। কিন্তু সে সমস্ত বিনয়ী লোকদের পক্ষেই তা সম্ভব। Nay, seek (Allah's) help with patient perseverance and prayer: It is indeed hard, except to those who bring a lowly spirit,-	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ৪৫)
2	অতঃপর এ ঘটনার পরে তোমাদের অন্তর কঠিন হয়ে গেছে। তা পাথরের মত অথবা তদপেক্ষাও কঠিন। পাথরের মধ্যে এমন ও আছে; যা থেকে ঝরণা প্রবাহিত হয়, এমনও আছে, যা বিদীর্ণ হয়, অতঃপর তা থেকে পানি নির্গত হয় এবং এমনও আছে, যা আল্লাহর ভয়ে খসেপড়তে থাকে! আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজকর্ম সম্পর্কে বে-খবর নন। Thenceforth were your hearts hardened: They became like a rock and even worse in hardness. For among rocks there are some from which rivers gush forth; others there are which when split asunder send forth water; and others which sink for fear of Allah. And Allah is not unmindful of what ye do.	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ৭৪)
3	আর তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশ্যে হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ পরিপূর্ণ ভাবে পালন কর। যদি তোমরা বাধা প্রাপ্ত হও, তাহলে কোরবানীর জন্য যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তাই তোমাদের উপর ধার্য। আর তোমরা ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত মাথা মুন্ডন করবে না, যতক্ষণ না কোরবাণী যথাস্থানে পৌছে যাবে। যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়বে কিংবা মাথায় যদি কোন কষ্ট থাকে, তাহলে তার পরিবর্তে রোজা করবে কিংবা খয়রাত দেবে অথবা কুরবানী করবে। আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ একত্রে একই সাথে পালন করতে চাও, তবে যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তা দিয়ে কুরবানী করাই তার উপর কর্তব্য। বস্তুতঃ যারা কোরবানীর পশু পাবে না, তারা হজ্জ্বের দিনগুলোর মধ্যে রোজা রাখবে তিনটি আর সাতটি রোযা রাখবে ফিরে যাবার পর। এভাবে দশটি রোযা পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে। এ নির্দেশটি তাদের জন্য, যাদের পরিবার পরিজন মসজিদুল হারামের আশে-পাশে বসবাস করে না। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। সন্দেহাতীতভাবে জেনো যে, আল্লাহর আযাব বড়ই কঠিন। And complete the Hajj or 'umra in the service of Allah. But if ye are prevented (From completing it), send an offering for sacrifice, such as ye may find, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches the place of sacrifice. And if any of you is ill, or has an ailment in his scalp, (Necessitating shaving), (He should) in compensation either fast, or feed the poor, or offer sacrifice; and when ye are in peaceful conditions (again), if any one wishes to continue the 'umra on to the hajj, He must make an offering, such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, He should fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, Making ten days in all. This is for those whose household is not in (the precincts of) the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah, and know that Allah Is strict in punishment.	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ১৯৬)
4	বনী ইসরাঈলদিগকে জিজ্ঞেস কর, তাদেরকে আমি কত স্পষ্ট নির্দশনাবলী দান করেছি। আর আল্লাহর নেয়ামত পৌছে যাওয়ার পর যদি কেউ সে নেয়ামতকে পরিবর্তিত করে দেয়, তবে আল্লাহর আযাব অতি কঠিন। Ask the Children of Israel how many clear (Signs) We have sent them. But if any one, after Allah's favour has come to him, substitutes (something else), Allah is strict in punishment.	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ২১১)
5	ফেরআউনের সম্প্রদায় এবং তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের ধারা অনুযায়ীই তারা আমার আয়াতসমূহকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে। ফলে তাদের পাপের কারণে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছেন আর আল্লাহর আযাব অতি কঠিন। (Their plight will be) no better than that of the people of Pharaoh, and their predecessors: They denied our Signs, and Allah called them to account for their sins. For Allah is strict in punishment.	(আল ইমরান: আয়াতঃ ১১)
6	আর যখন সুদৃশ্য করে দিল শয়তান তাদের দৃষ্টিতে তাদের কার্যকলাপকে এবং বলল যে, আজকের দিনে কোন মানুষই তোমাদের উপর বিজয়ী হতে পারবে না আর আমি হলাম তোমাদের সমর্থক, অতঃপর যখন সামনাসামনী হল উভয় বাহিনী তখন সে অতি দ্রুত পায়ে পেছনে দিকে পালিয়ে গেল এবং বলল, আমি তোমাদের সাথে না-আমি দেখছি, যা তোমরা দেখছ না; আমি ভয় করি আল্লাহকে। আর আল্লাহর আযাব অত্যন্ত কঠিন। Remember Satan made their (sinful) acts seem alluring to them, and said: "No one among men can overcome you this day, while I am near to you": But when the two forces came in sight of each other, he turned on his heels, and said: "Lo! I am clear of you; lo! I see what ye see not; Lo! I fear Allah: for Allah is strict in punishment."	(আল-আনফাল: আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
7	যেদিন তোমরা তা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, সেদিন প্রত্যেক স্তন্যধাত্রী তার দুধের শিশুকে বিস্মৃত হবে এবং প্রত্যেক গর্ভবতী তার গর্ভপাত করবে এবং মানুষকে তুমি দেখবে মাতাল; অথচ তারা মাতাল নয় বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর আযাব সুকঠিন। The Day ye shall see it, every mother giving suck shall forget her suckling-babe, and every pregnant female shall drop her load (unformed): thou shalt see mankind as in a drunken riot, yet not drunk: but dreadful will be the Wrath of Allah.	(হাজ্জ্ব: আয়াতঃ ২)
8	সেদিন সত্যিকার রাজত্ব হবে দয়াময় আল্লাহর এবং কাফেরদের পক্ষে দিনটি হবে কঠিন। That Day, the dominion as of right and truth, shall be (wholly) for (Allah) Most Merciful: it will be a Day of dire difficulty for the misbelievers.	(আল-ফুরকান: আয়াতঃ ২৬)
9	নিশ্চয় তোমার পালনকর্তার পাকড়াও অত্যন্ত কঠিন। Truly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord.	(আল বুরূজ: আয়াতঃ ১২)
