| 1 | মূসা বললেন তার কওমকে, সাহায্য প্রার্থনা কর আল্লাহর নিকট এবং ধৈর্য্য ধারণ কর। নিশ্চয়ই এ পৃথিবী আল্লাহর। তিনি নিজের বান্দাদের মধ্যে যাকে ইচ্ছা এর উত্তরাধিকারী বানিয়ে দেন এবং শেষ কল্যাণ মুত্তাকীদের জন্যই নির্ধারিত রয়েছে। Said Moses to his people: "Pray for help from Allah, and (wait) in patience and constancy: for the earth is Allah's, to give as a heritage to such of His servants as He pleaseth; and the end is (best) for the righteous. |

| 2 | স্মরণ কর লূতের কথা, তিনি তাঁর কওমকে বলেছিলেন, তোমরা কেন অশ্লীল কাজ করছ? অথচ এর পরিণতির কথা তোমরা অবগত আছ! (We also sent) Lut (as a messenger): behold, He said to his people, "Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)? |
