নং আয়াত সূরা
1 এরাই পরকালের বিনিময়ে পার্থিব জীবন ক্রয় করেছে। অতএব এদের শাস্তি লঘু হবে না এবং এরা সাহায্যও পাবে না।
These are the people who buy the life of this world at the price of the Hereafter: their penalty shall not be lightened nor shall they be helped.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৮৬)
2 যে ব্যাক্তি আল্লাহর মসজিদসমূহে তাঁর নাম উচ্চারণ করতে বাধা দেয় এবং সেগুলোকে উজাড় করতে চেষ্টা করে, তার চাইতে বড় যালেম আর কে? এদের পক্ষে মসজিদসমূহে প্রবেশ করা বিধেয় নয়, অবশ্য ভীত-সন্ত্রস্ত অবস্থায়। ওদের জন্য ইহকালে লাঞ্ছনা এবং পরকালে কঠিন শাস্তি রয়েছে।
And who is more unjust than he who forbids that in places for the worship of Allah, Allah's name should be celebrated?-whose zeal is (in fact) to ruin them? It was not fitting that such should themselves enter them except in fear. For them there is nothing but disgrace in this world, and in the world to come, an exceeding torment.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ১১৪)
3 এদেরই জন্য অংশ রয়েছে নিজেদের উপার্জিত সম্পদের। আর আল্লাহ দ্রুত হিসাব গ্রহণকারী।
To these will be allotted what they have earned; and Allah is quick in account.		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২০২)
4 এবং নারীদের মধ্যে তাদের ছাড়া সকল সধবা স্ত্রীলোক তোমাদের জন্যে নিষিদ্ধ; তোমাদের দক্ষিণ হস্ত যাদের মালিক হয়ে যায়-এটা তোমাদের জন্য আল্লাহর হুকুম। এদেরকে ছাড়া তোমাদের জন্যে সব নারী হালাল করা হয়েছে, শর্ত এই যে, তোমরা তাদেরকে স্বীয় অর্থের বিনিময়ে তলব করবে বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করার জন্য-ব্যভিচারের জন্য নয়। অনন্তর তাদের মধ্যে যাকে তোমরা ভোগ করবে, তাকে তার নির্ধারিত হক দান কর। তোমাদের কোন গোনাহ হবে না যদি নির্ধারণের পর তোমরা পরস্পরে সম্মত হও। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সুবিজ্ঞ, রহস্যবিদ।
Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allah ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-knowing, All-wise.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ২৪)
5 যারা নিজের অনিষ্ট করে, ফেরেশতারা তাদের প্রাণ হরণ করে বলে, তোমরা কি অবস্থায় ছিলে? তারা বলেঃ এ ভূখন্ডে আমরা অসহায় ছিলাম। ফেরেশতারা বলেঃ আল্লাহর পৃথিবী কি প্রশস্ত ছিল না যে, তোমরা দেশত্যাগ করে সেখানে চলে যেতে? অতএব, এদের বাসস্থান হল জাহান্নাম এবং তা অত্যন্ত মন্দ স্থান।
When angels take the souls of those who die in sin against their souls, they say: "In what (plight) Were ye?" They reply: "Weak and oppressed Were we in the earth." They say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away (From evil)?" Such men will find their abode in Hell,- What an evil refuge! -		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ৯৭)
6 হে রসূল, তাদের জন্যে দুঃখ করবেন না, যারা দৌড়ে গিয়ে কুফরে পতিত হয়; যারা মুখে বলেঃ আমরা মুসলমান, অথচ তাদের অন্তর মুসলমান নয় এবং যারা ইহুদী; মিথ্যাবলার জন্যে তারা গুপ্তচর বৃত্তি করে। তারা অন্যদলের গুপ্তচর, যারা আপনার কাছে আসেনি। তারা বাক্যকে স্বস্থান থেকে পরিবর্তন করে। তারা বলেঃ যদি তোমরা এ নির্দেশ পাও, তবে কবুল করে নিও এবং যদি এ নির্দেশ না পাও, তবে বিরত থেকো। আল্লাহ যাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করতে চান, তার জন্যে আল্লাহর কাছে আপনি কিছু করতে পারবেন না। এরা এমনিই যে, আল্লাহ এদের অন্তরকে পবিত্র করতে চান না। তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে দুনিয়াতে লাঞ্ছনা এবং পরকালে বিরাট শাস্তি।
O Messenger! let not those grieve thee, who race each other into unbelief: (whether it be) among those who say "We believe" with their lips but whose hearts have no faith; or it be among the Jews,- men who will listen to any lie,- will listen even to others who have never so much as come to thee. They change the words from their (right) times and places: they say, "If ye are given this, take it, but if not, beware!" If any one's trial is intended by Allah, thou hast no authority in the least for him against Allah. For such - it is not Allah's will to purify their hearts. For them there is disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter a heavy punishment.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
7 আর এভাবেই আমি কিছু লোককে কিছু লোক দ্বারা পরীক্ষায় ফেলেছি যাতে তারা বলে যে, এদেরকেই কি আমাদের সবার মধ্য থেকে আল্লাহ স্বীয় অনুগ্রহ দান করেছেন? আল্লাহ কি কৃতজ্ঞদের সম্পর্কে সুপরিজ্ঞাত নন ?
Thus did We try some of them by comparison with others, that they should say: "Is it these then that Allah hath favoured from amongst us?" Doth not Allah know best those who are grateful?		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩)
8 এদের যখন বিচার করা হবে তখন পরহেযগারদের উপর এর কোন প্রভাব পড়বে না; কিন্তু তাদের দায়িত্ব উপদেশ দান করা যাতে ওরা ভীত হয়।
On their account no responsibility falls on the righteous, but (their duty) is to remind them, that they may (learn to) fear Allah.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৬৯)
9 কিংবা বলতে শুরু করঃ যদি আমাদের প্রতি কোন গ্রন্থ অবতীর্ণ হত, আমরা এদের চাইতে অধিক পথপ্রাপ্ত হতাম। অতএব, তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের কাছে সুষ্পষ্ট প্রমাণ, হেদায়েত ও রহমত এসে গেছে। অতঃপর সে ব্যক্তির চাইতে অধিক অনাচারী কে হবে, যে আল্লাহর আয়াত সমূহকে মিথ্যা বলে এবং গা বাঁচিয়ে চলে। অতি সত্ত্বর আমি তাদেরকে শাস্তি দেব। যারা আমার আয়াত সমূহ থেকে গা বাঁচিয়ে চলে-জঘন্য শাস্তি তাদের গা বাঁচানোর কারণে।
Or lest ye should say: "If the Book had only been sent down to us, we should have followed its guidance better than they." Now then hath come unto you a clear (sign) from your Lord,- and a guide and a mercy: then who could do more wrong than one who rejecteth Allah's signs, and turneth away therefrom? In good time shall We requite those who turn away from Our signs, with a dreadful penalty, for their turning away.		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১৫৭)
10 এরা কি তারাই; যাদের সম্পর্কে তোমরা কসম খেয়ে বলতে যে, আল্লাহ এদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করবেন না। প্রবেশ কর জান্নাতে। তোমাদের কোন আশঙ্কা নেই এবং তোমরা দুঃখিত হবে না।
"Behold! are these not the men whom you swore that Allah with His Mercy would never bless? Enter ye the Garden: no fear shall be on you, nor shall ye grieve."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৯)
11 সে বললঃ অবধারিত হয়ে গেছে তোমাদের উপর তোমাদের প্রতিপালকের পক্ষ থেকে শাস্তি ও ক্রোধ। আমার সাথে ঐসব নাম সম্পর্কে কেন তর্ক করছ, যেগুলো তোমরা ও তোমাদের বাপ-দাদারা রেখেছে। আল্লাহ এদের কোন মন্দ অবর্তীণ করেননি। অতএব অপেক্ষা কর। আমিও তোমাদের সাথে অপেক্ষা করছি।
He said: "Punishment and wrath have already come upon you from your Lord: dispute ye with me over names which ye have devised - ye and your fathers,- without authority from Allah? then wait: I am amongst you, also waiting."		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
12 তাঁর সম্প্রদায় এ ছাড়া কোন উত্তর দিল না যে, বের করে দাও এদেরকে শহর থেকে। এরা খুব সাধু থাকতে চায়।
And his people gave no answer but this: they said, "Drive them out of your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!"		 (আল আ'রাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৮২)
13 আর যদি ভঙ্গ করে তারা তাদের শপথ প্রতিশ্রুতির পর এবং বিদ্রুপ করে তোমাদের দ্বীন সম্পর্কে, তবে কুফর প্রধানদের সাথে যুদ্ধ কর। কারণ, এদের কেন শপথ নেই যাতে তারা ফিরে আসে।
But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and taunt you for your Faith,- fight ye the chiefs of Unfaith: for their oaths are nothing to them: that thus they may be restrained.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
14 মুশরিকরা যোগ্যতা রাখে না আল্লাহর মসজিদ আবাদ করার, যখন তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের কুফরীর স্বীকৃতি দিচ্ছে। এদের আমল বরবাদ হবে এবং এরা আগুনে স্থায়ীভাবে বসবাস করবে।
It is not for such as join gods with Allah, to visit or maintain the mosques of Allah while they witness against their own souls to infidelity. The works of such bear no fruit: In Fire shall they dwell.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
15 ইহুদীরা বলে ওযাইর আল্লাহর পুত্র এবং নাসারারা বলে ‘মসীহ আল্লাহর পুত্র’। এ হচ্ছে তাদের মুখের কথা। এরা পূর্ববর্তী কাফেরদের মত কথা বলে। আল্লাহ এদের ধ্বংস করুন, এরা কোন উল্টা পথে চলে যাচ্ছে।
The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৩০)
16 তাদের সংবাদ কি এদের কানে এসে পৌঁছায়নি, যারা ছিল তাদের পূর্বে; নূহের আ’দের ও সামুদের সম্প্রদায় এবং ইব্রাহীমের সম্প্রদায়ের এবং মাদইয়ানবাসীদের? এবং সেসব জনপদের যেগুলোকে উল্টে দেয়া হয়েছিল? তাদের কাছে এসেছিলেন তাদের নবী পরিষ্কার নির্দেশ নিয়ে। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ তো এমন ছিলেন না যে, তাদের উপর জুলুম করতেন, কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের উপর জুলুম করতো।
Hath not the story reached them of those before them?- the People of Noah, and 'Ad, and Thamud; the People of Abraham, the men of Midian, and the cities overthrown. To them came their messengers with clear signs. It is not Allah Who wrongs them, but they wrong their own souls.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭০)
17 আর ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও ঈমানদার নারী একে অপরের সহায়ক। তারা ভাল কথার শিক্ষা দেয় এবং মন্দ থেকে বিরত রাখে। নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা করে, যাকাত দেয় এবং আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী জীবন যাপন করে। এদেরই উপর আল্লাহ তা’আলা দয়া করবেন। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ পরাক্রমশীল, সুকৌশলী।
The Believers, men and women, are protectors one of another: they enjoin what is just, and forbid what is evil: they observe regular prayers, practise regular charity, and obey Allah and His Messenger. On them will Allah pour His mercy: for Allah is Exalted in power, Wise.		 (আত তাওবাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
18 যখন সে তাদের চক্রান্ত শুনল, তখন তাদেরকে ডেকে পাঠাল এবং তাদের জন্যে একটি ভোজ সভার আয়োজন করল। সে তাদের প্রত্যেককে একটি ছুরি দিয়ে বললঃ ইউসুফ এদের সামনে চলে এস। যখন তারা তাকে দেখল, হতভম্ব হয়ে গেল এবং আপন হাত কেটে ফেলল। তারা বললঃ কখনই নয় এ ব্যক্তি মানব নয়। এ তো কোন মহান ফেরেশতা।
When she heard of their malicious talk, she sent for them and prepared a banquet for them: she gave each of them a knife: and she said (to Joseph), "Come out before them." When they saw him, they did extol him, and (in their amazement) cut their hands: they said, "Allah preserve us! no mortal is this! this is none other than a noble angel!"		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
19 তোমরা আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে নিছক কতগুলো নামের এবাদত কর, সেগুলো তোমরা এবং তোমাদের বাপ-দাদারা সাব্যস্ত করে নিয়েছে। আল্লাহ এদের কোন প্রমাণ অবতীর্ণ করেননি। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কারও বিধান দেবার ক্ষমতা নেই। তিনি আদেশ দিয়েছেন যে, তিনি ব্যতীত অন্য কারও এবাদত করো না। এটাই সরল পথ। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক তা জানে না।
"If not Him, ye worship nothing but names which ye have named,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah hath sent down no authority: the command is for none but Allah: He hath commanded that ye worship none but Him: that is the right religion, but most men understand not...		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
20 বাদশাহ বললঃ আমি স্বপ্নে দেখলাম, সাতটি মোটাতাজা গাভী-এদেরকে সাতটি শীর্ণ গাভী খেয়ে যাচ্ছে এবং সাতটি সবুজ শীষ ও অন্যগুলো শুষ্ক। হে পরিষদবর্গ! তোমরা আমাকে আমার স্বপ্নের ব্যাখ্যা বল, যদি তোমরা স্বপ্নের ব্যাখ্যায় পারদর্শী হয়ে থাক।
The king (of Egypt) said: "I do see (in a vision) seven fat kine, whom seven lean ones devour, and seven green ears of corn, and seven (others) withered. O ye chiefs! Expound to me my vision if it be that ye can interpret visions."		 (ইউসূফ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
21 যদি আপনি বিস্ময়ের বিষয় চান, তবে তাদের একথা বিস্ময়কর যে, আমরা যখন মাটি হয়ে যাব, তখনও কি নতুন ভাবে সৃজিত হব? এরাই স্বীয় পালনকর্তার সত্তায় অবিশ্বাসী হয়ে গেছে, এদের গর্দানেই লৌহ-শৃংখল পড়বে এবং এরাই দোযখী এরা তাতে চিরকাল থাকবে।
If thou dost marvel (at their want of faith), strange is their saying: "When we are (actually) dust, shall we indeed then be in a creation renewed?" They are those who deny their Lord! They are those round whose necks will be yokes (of servitude): they will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein (for aye)!		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
22 দুনিয়ার জীবনেই এদের জন্য রয়েছে আযাব এবং অতি অবশ্য আখেরাতের জীবন কঠোরতম। আল্লাহর কবল থেকে তাদের কোন রক্ষাকারী নেই।
For them is a penalty in the life of this world, but harder, truly, is the penalty of the Hereafter: and defender have they none against Allah.		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৪)
23 এদের দ্বারা তোমাদের সম্মান হয়, যখন বিকালে চারণভূমি থেকে নিয়ে আস এবং সকালে চারণ ভূমিতে নিয়ে যাও।
And ye have a sense of pride and beauty in them as ye drive them home in the evening, and as ye lead them forth to pasture in the morning.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
24 এরাই তারা, আল্লাহ তা’য়ালা এদেরই অন্তর, কর্ণ ও চক্ষুর উপর মোহর মেরে দিয়েছেন এবং এরাই কান্ড জ্ঞানহীন।
Those are they whose hearts, ears, and eyes Allah has sealed up, and they take no heed.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ১০৮)
25 এদেরকে এবং ওদেরকে প্রত্যেককে আমি আপনার পালনকর্তার দান পৌছে দেই এবং আপনার পালকর্তার দান অবধারিত।
Of the bounties of thy Lord We bestow freely on all- These as well as those: The bounties of thy Lord are not closed (to anyone).		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ২০)
26 যে বিষয়ে তোমার কোন জ্ঞান নেই, তার পিছনে পড়ো না। নিশ্চয় কান, চক্ষু ও অন্তঃকরণ এদের প্রত্যেকটিই জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে।
And pursue not that of which thou hast no knowledge; for every act of hearing, or of seeing or of (feeling in) the heart will be enquired into (on the Day of Reckoning).		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
27 এরা আমাদেরই স্ব-জাতি, এরা তাঁর পরিবর্তে অনেক উপাস্য গ্রহণ করেছে। তারা এদের সম্পর্কে প্রকাশ্য প্রমাণ উপস্থিত করে না কেন? যে আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে মিথ্যা উদ্ভাবন করে, তার চাইতে অধিক গোনাহগার আর কে?
"These our people have taken for worship gods other than Him: why do they not bring forward an authority clear (and convincing) for what they do? Who doth more wrong than such as invent a falsehood against Allah?		 (কাহফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
28 আমি এদের পূর্বে অনেক সম্প্রদায়কে ধবংস করেছি। যাদের বাসভুমিতে এরা বিচরণ করে, এটা কি এদেরকে সৎপথ প্রদর্শন করল না? নিশ্চয় এতে বুদ্ধিমানদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
Is it not a warning to such men (to call to mind) how many generations before them We destroyed, in whose haunts they (now) move? Verily, in this are Signs for men endued with understanding.		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১২৮)
29 আমি এদের বিভিন্ন প্রকার লোককে পরীক্ষা করার জন্যে পার্থিবজীবনের সৌন্দর্য স্বরূপ ভোগ-বিলাসের যে উপকরণ দিয়েছি, আপনি সেই সব বস্তুর প্রতি দৃষ্টি নিক্ষেপ করবেন না। আপনার পালনকর্তার দেয়া রিযিক উৎকৃষ্ট ও অধিক স্থায়ী।
Nor strain thine eyes in longing for the things We have given for enjoyment to parties of them, the splendour of the life of this world, through which We test them: but the provision of thy Lord is better and more enduring.		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩১)
30 যদি আমি এদেরকে ইতিপূর্বে কোন শাস্তি দ্বারা ধ্বংস করতাম, তবে এরা বলতঃ হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, আপনি আমাদের কাছে একজন রসূল প্রেরণ করলেন না কেন? তাহলে তো আমরা অপমানিত ও হেয় হওয়ার পূর্বেই আপনার নিদর্শন সমূহ মেনে চলতাম।
And if We had inflicted on them a penalty before this, they would have said: "Our Lord! If only Thou hadst sent us a messenger, we should certainly have followed Thy Signs before we were humbled and put to shame."		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১৩৪)
31 তারা বললঃ আমরা আমাদের বাপ-দাদাকে এদের পুজা করতে দেখেছি।
They said, "We found our fathers worshipping them."		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৫৩)
32 তিনি বললেনঃ না এদের এই প্রধানই তো একাজ করেছে। অতএব তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস কর, যদি তারা কথা বলতে পারে।
He said: "Nay, this was done by - this is their biggest one! ask them, if they can speak intelligently!"		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩)
33 অতঃপর কেউ এদেরকে ছাড়া অন্যকে কামনা করলে তারা সীমালংঘনকারী হবে।
But those whose desires exceed those limits are transgressors;-		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
34 ব্যভিচারী পুরুষ কেবল ব্যভিচারিণী নারী অথবা মুশরিকা নারীকেই বিয়ে করে এবং ব্যভিচারিণীকে কেবল ব্যভিচারী অথবা মুশরিক পুরুষই বিয়ে করে এবং এদেরকে মুমিনদের জন্যে হারাম করা হয়েছে।
Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever: nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden.		 (আন-নূর:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
35 তারা বলল, আমরা প্রতিমার পূজা করি এবং সারাদিন এদেরকেই নিষ্ঠার সাথে আঁকড়ে থাকি।
They said: "We worship idols, and we remain constantly in attendance on them."		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
36 তিনি শহরে প্রবেশ করলেন, যখন তার অধিবাসীরা ছিল বেখবর। তথায় তিনি দুই ব্যক্তিকে লড়াইরত দেখলেন। এদের একজন ছিল তাঁর নিজ দলের এবং অন্য জন তাঁর শত্রু দলের। অতঃপর যে তাঁর নিজ দলের সে তাঁর শত্রু দলের লোকটির বিরুদ্ধে তাঁর কাছে সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করল। তখন মূসা তাকে ঘুষি মারলেন এবং এতেই তার মৃত্যু হয়ে গেল। মূসা বললেন, এটা শয়তানের কাজ। নিশ্চয় সে প্রকাশ্য শত্রু, বিভ্রান্তকারী।
And he entered the city at a time when its people were not watching: and he found there two men fighting,- one of his own religion, and the other, of his foes. Now the man of his own religion appealed to him against his foe, and Moses struck him with his fist and made an end of him. He said: "This is a work of Evil (Satan): for he is an enemy that manifestly misleads!"		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ১৫)
37 যাদের জন্যে শাস্তির আদেশ অবধারিত হয়েছে, তারা বলবে, হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা। এদেরকেই আমরা পথভ্রষ্ট করেছিলাম। আমরা তাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছিলাম, যেমন আমরা পথভ্রষ্ট হয়েছিলাম। আমরা আপনার সামনে দায়মুক্ত হচ্ছি। তারা কেবল আমাদেরই এবাদত করত না।
Those against whom the charge will be proved, will say: "Our Lord! These are the ones whom we led astray: we led them astray, as we were astray ourselves: we free ourselves (from them) in Thy presence: it was not us they worshipped."		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৬৩)
38 এভাবেই আমি আপনার প্রতি কিতাব অবর্তীণ করেছি। অতঃপর যাদের কে আমি কিতাব দিয়েছিলাম, তারা একে মেনে চলে এবং এদেরও (মক্কাবাসীদেরও) কেউ কেউ এতে বিশ্বাস রাখে। কেবল কাফেররাই আমার আয়াতসমূহ অস্বীকার করে।
And thus (it is) that We have sent down the Book to thee. So the People of the Book believe therein, as also do some of these (pagan Arabs): and none but Unbelievers reject our signs.		 (আল আনকাবুত:
আয়াতঃ ৪৭)
39 একশ্রেণীর লোক আছে যারা মানুষকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে গোমরাহ করার উদ্দেশে অবান্তর কথাবার্তা সংগ্রহ করে অন্ধভাবে এবং উহাকে নিয়ে ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ করে। এদের জন্য রয়েছে অবমাননাকর শাস্তি।
But there are, among men, those who purchase idle tales, without knowledge (or meaning), to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule (on the Path): for such there will be a Humiliating Penalty.		 (লোকমান:
আয়াতঃ ৬)
40 আমি এগুলোকে তাদের হাতে অসহায় করে দিয়েছি। ফলে এদের কতক তাদের বাহন এবং কতক তারা ভক্ষণ করে।
And that We have subjected them to their (use)? of them some do carry them and some they eat:		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৭২)
41 এদের প্রত্যেকেই পয়গম্বরগণের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করেছে। ফলে আমার আযাব প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে।
Not one (of them) but rejected the messengers, but My punishment came justly and inevitably (on them).		 (ছোয়াদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
42 তাদের দুস্কর্ম তাদেরকে বিপদে ফেলেছে, এদের মধ্যেও যারা পাপী, তাদেরকেও অতি সত্ত্বর তাদের দুস্কর্ম বিপদে ফেলবে। তারা তা প্রতিহত করতে সক্ষম হবে না।
Nay, the evil results of their Deeds overtook them. And the wrong-doers of this (generation)- the evil results of their Deeds will soon overtake them (too), and they will never be able to frustrate (Our Plan)!		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৫১)
43 তারা কি দেশ-বিদেশ ভ্রমণ করে না, যাতে দেখত তাদের পূর্বসুরিদের কি পরিণাম হয়েছে? তাদের শক্তি ও কীর্তি পৃথিবীতে এদের অপেক্ষা অধিকতর ছিল। অতঃপর আল্লাহ তাদেরকে তাদের গোনাহের কারণে ধৃত করেছিলেন এবং আল্লাহ থেকে তাদেরকে রক্ষাকারী কেউ হয়নি।
Do they not travel through the earth and see what was the End of those before them? They were even superior to them in strength, and in the traces (they have left) in the land: but Allah did call them to account for their sins, and none had they to defend them against Allah.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
44 যাতে তোমরা তাদের পিঠের উপর আরোহণ কর। অতঃপর তোমাদের পালনকর্তার নেয়ামত স্মরণ কর এবং বল পবিত্র তিনি, যিনি এদেরকে আমাদের বশীভূত করে দিয়েছেন এবং আমরা এদেরকে বশীভূত করতে সক্ষম ছিলাম না।
In order that ye may sit firm and square on their backs, and when so seated, ye may celebrate the (kind) favour of your Lord, and say, "Glory to Him Who has subjected these to our (use), for we could never have accomplished this (by ourselves),		 (যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
45 পরন্ত আমিই এদেরকে ও এদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে জীবনোপভোগ করতে দিয়েছি, অবশেষে তাদের কাছে সত্য ও স্পষ্ট বর্ণনাকারী রসূল আগমন করেছে।
Yea, I have given the good things of this life to these (men) and their fathers, until the Truth has come to them, and a messenger making things clear.		 (যুখরুফ:
আয়াতঃ ২৯)
46 যখন সে আমার কোন আয়াত অবগত হয়, তখন তাকে ঠাট্টারূপে গ্রহণ করে। এদের জন্যই রয়েছে লাঞ্ছনাদায়ক শাস্তি।
And when he learns something of Our Signs, he takes them in jest: for such there will be a humiliating Penalty.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
47 তাদের মধ্যে কতক আপনার দিকে কান পাতে, অতঃপর যখন আপনার কাছ থেকে বাইরে যায়, তখন যারা শিক্ষিত, তাদেরকে বলেঃ এইমাত্র তিনি কি বললেন ? এদের অন্তরে আল্লাহ মোহর মেরে দিয়েছেন এবং তারা নিজেদের খেয়াল-খুশীর অনুসরণ করে।
And among them are men who listen to thee, but in the end, when they go out from thee, they say to those who have received Knowledge, "What is it he said just then?" Such are men whose hearts Allah has sealed, and who follow their own lusts.		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ১৬)
48 এদের প্রতিই আল্লাহ অভিসম্পাত করেন, অতঃপর তাদেরকে বধির ও দৃষ্টিশক্তিহীন করেন।
Such are the men whom Allah has cursed for He has made them deaf and blinded their sight.		 (মুহাম্মদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৩)
49 আমি তাদের পূর্বে বহু সম্প্রদায়কে ধ্বংস করেছি, তারা এদের অপেক্ষা অধিক শক্তিশালী ছিল এবং দেশে-বিদেশে বিচরণ করে ফিরত। তাদের কোন পলায়ন স্থান ছিল না।
But how many generations before them did We destroy (for their sins),- stronger in power than they? Then did they wander through the land: was there any place of escape (for them)?		 (ক্বাফ:
আয়াতঃ ৩৬)
50 মুমিনগণ, যখন তোমাদের কাছে ঈমানদার নারীরা হিজরত করে আগমন করে, তখন তাদেরকে পরীক্ষা কর। আল্লাহ তাদের ঈমান সম্পর্কে সম্যক অবগত আছেন। যদি তোমরা জান যে, তারা ঈমানদার, তবে আর তাদেরকে কাফেরদের কাছে ফেরত পাঠিও না। এরা কাফেরদের জন্যে হালাল নয় এবং কাফেররা এদের জন্যে হালাল নয়। কাফেররা যা ব্যয় করেছে, তা তাদের দিয়ে দাও। তোমরা, এই নারীদেরকে প্রাপ্য মোহরানা দিয়ে বিবাহ করলে তোমাদের অপরাধ হবে না। তোমরা কাফের নারীদের সাথে দাম্পত্য সম্পর্ক বজায় রেখো না। তোমরা যা ব্যয় করেছ, তা চেয়ে নাও এবং তারাও চেয়ে নিবে যা তারা ব্যয় করেছে। এটা আল্লাহর বিধান; তিনি তোমাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করেন। আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ প্রজ্ঞাময়।
O ye who believe! When there come to you believing women refugees, examine (and test) them: Allah knows best as to their Faith: if ye ascertain that they are Believers, then send them not back to the Unbelievers. They are not lawful (wives) for the Unbelievers, nor are the (Unbelievers) lawful (husbands) for them. But pay the Unbelievers what they have spent (on their dower), and there will be no blame on you if ye marry them on payment of their dower to them. But hold not to the guardianship of unbelieving women: ask for what ye have spent on their dowers, and let the (Unbelievers) ask for what they have spent (on the dowers of women who come over to you). Such is the command of Allah: He judges (with justice) between you. And Allah is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom.		 (আল মুমতাহিনা:
আয়াতঃ ১০)
51 অতএব, যারা এদের ছাড়া অন্যকে কামনা করে, তারাই সীমালংঘনকারী।
But those who trespass beyond this are transgressors;-		 (আল মা'আরিজ:
আয়াতঃ ৩১)
