“বিতাড়িত শয়তান হতে আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। পরম করুণাময় ও অসীম দয়ালু আল্লাহর নামে আরম্ভ করছি।”

নং আয়াত সূরা
1 আর সে দিনের ভয় কর, যখন কেউ কারও সামান্য উপকারে আসবে না এবং তার পক্ষে কোন সুপারিশও কবুল হবে না; কারও কাছ থেকে ক্ষতিপূরণও নেয়া হবে না এবং তারা কোন রকম সাহায্যও পাবে না।
Then guard yourselves against a day when one soul shall not avail another nor shall intercession be accepted for her, nor shall compensation be taken from her, nor shall anyone be helped (from outside).		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
2 তারা ঐ শাস্ত্রের অনুসরণ করল, যা সুলায়মানের রাজত্ব কালে শয়তানরা আবৃত্তি করত। সুলায়মান কুফর করেনি; শয়তানরাই কুফর করেছিল। তারা মানুষকে জাদুবিদ্যা এবং বাবেল শহরে হারুত ও মারুত দুই ফেরেশতার প্রতি যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছিল, তা শিক্ষা দিত। তারা উভয়ই একথা না বলে কাউকে শিক্ষা দিত না যে, আমরা পরীক্ষার জন্য; কাজেই তুমি কাফের হয়ো না। অতঃপর তারা তাদের কাছ থেকে এমন জাদু শিখত, যদ্দ্বারা স্বামী ও স্ত্রীর মধ্যে বিচ্ছেদ ঘটে। তারা আল্লাহর আদেশ ছাড়া তদ্দ্বারা কারও অনিষ্ট করতে পারত না। যা তাদের ক্ষতি করে এবং উপকার না করে, তারা তাই শিখে। তারা ভালরূপে জানে যে, যে কেউ জাদু অবলম্বন করে, তার জন্য পরকালে কোন অংশ নেই। যার বিনিময়ে তারা আত্নবিক্রয় করেছে, তা খুবই মন্দ যদি তারা জানত।
They followed what the evil ones gave out (falsely) against the power of Solomon: the blasphemers Were, not Solomon, but the evil ones, teaching men Magic, and such things as came down at babylon to the angels Harut and Marut. But neither of these taught anyone (Such things) without saying: "We are only for trial; so do not blaspheme." They learned from them the means to sow discord between man and wife. But they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's permission. And they learned what harmed them, not what profited them. And they knew that the buyers of (magic) would have no share in the happiness of the Hereafter. And vile was the price for which they did sell their souls, if they but knew!		 (আল বাকারা:

3 তারা তোমাকে মদ ও জুয়া সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করে। বলে দাও, এতদুভয়ের মধ্যে রয়েছে মহাপাপ। আর মানুষের জন্যে উপকারিতাও রয়েছে, তবে এগুলোর পাপ উপকারিতা অপেক্ষা অনেক বড়। আর তোমার কাছে জিজ্ঞেস করে, কি তারা ব্যয় করবে? বলে দাও, নিজেদের প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যয়ের পর যা বাঁচে তাই খরচ করবে। এভাবেই আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্যে নির্দেশ সুস্পষ্টরূপে বর্ণনা করেন, যাতে তোমরা চিন্তা করতে পার।
They ask thee concerning wine and gambling. Say: "In them is great sin, and some profit, for men; but the sin is greater than the profit." They ask thee how much they are to spend; Say: "What is beyond your needs." Thus doth Allah Make clear to you His Signs: In order that ye may consider-		 (আল বাকারা:
আয়াতঃ ২১৯)
4 আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের সন্তানদের সম্পর্কে আদেশ করেনঃ একজন পুরুষের অংশ দু?জন নারীর অংশের সমান। অতঃপর যদি শুধু নারীই হয় দু' এর অধিক, তবে তাদের জন্যে ঐ মালের তিন ভাগের দুই ভাগ যা ত্যাগ করে মরে এবং যদি একজনই হয়, তবে তার জন্যে অর্ধেক। মৃতের পিতা-মাতার মধ্য থেকে প্রত্যেকের জন্যে ত্যাজ্য সম্পত্তির ছয় ভাগের এক ভাগ, যদি মৃতের পুত্র থাকে। যদি পুত্র না থাকে এবং পিতা-মাতাই ওয়ারিস হয়, তবে মাতা পাবে তিন ভাগের এক ভাগ। অতঃপর যদি মৃতের কয়েকজন ভাই থাকে, তবে তার মাতা পাবে ছয় ভাগের এক ভাগ ওছিয়্যতের পর, যা করে মরেছে কিংবা ঋণ পরিশোধের পর। তোমাদের পিতা ও পুত্রের মধ্যে কে তোমাদের জন্যে অধিক উপকারী তোমরা জান না। এটা আল্লাহ কতৃক নির্ধারিত অংশ নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, রহস্যবিদ।
Allah (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases ('s) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing, Al-wise.		 (আন নিসা:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
5 অতএব, তাদের অঙ্গীকার ভঙ্গের দরুন আমি তাদের উপর অভিসম্পাত করেছি এবং তাদের অন্তরকে কঠোর করে দিয়েছি। তারা কালামকে তার স্থান থেকে বিচ্যুত করে দেয় এবং তাদেরকে যে উপদেশ দেয়া হয়েছিল, তারা তা থেকে উপকার লাভ করার বিষয়টি বিস্মৃত হয়েছে। আপনি সর্বদা তাদের কোন না কোন প্রতারণা সম্পর্কে অবগত হতে থাকেন, তাদের অল্প কয়েকজন ছাড়া। অতএব, আপনি তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করুন এবং মার্জনা করুন। আল্লাহ অনুগ্রহকারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন।
But because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard; they change the words from their (right) places and forget a good part of the message that was sent them, nor wilt thou cease to find them- barring a few - ever bent on (new) deceits: but forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds): for Allah loveth those who are kind.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
6 যারা বলেঃ আমরা নাছারা, আমি তাদের কাছ থেকেও তাদের অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছিলাম। অতঃপর তারাও যে উপদেশ প্রাপ্ত হয়েছিল, তা থেকে উপকার লাভ করা ভুলে গেল। অতঃপর আমি কেয়ামত পর্যন্ত তাদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক শত্রুতা ও বিদ্বেষ সঞ্চারিত করে দিয়েছি। অবশেষে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে তাদের কৃতকর্ম সম্পর্কে অবহিত করবেন।
From those, too, who call themselves Christians, We did take a covenant, but they forgot a good part of the message that was sent them: so we estranged them, with enmity and hatred between the one and the other, to the day of judgment. And soon will Allah show them what it is they have done.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১৪)
7 বলে দিনঃ তোমরা কি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এমন বস্তুর এবাদত কর যে, তোমাদের অপকার বা উপকার করার ক্ষমতা রাখে না? অথচ আল্লাহ সব শুনেন ও জানেন।
Say: "Will ye worship, besides Allah, something which hath no power either to harm or benefit you? But Allah,- He it is that heareth and knoweth all things."		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭৬)
8 তোমাদের জন্য সমুদ্রের শিকার ও সুমুদ্রের খাদ্য হালাল করা হয়েছে তোমাদের উপকারার্থে এবং তোমাদের এহরামকারীদের জন্যে হারাম করা হয়েছে স্থল শিকার যতক্ষণ এহরাম অবস্থায় থাক। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, যার কাছে তোমরা একত্রিত হবে।
Lawful to you is the pursuit of water-game and its use for food,- for the benefit of yourselves and those who travel; but forbidden is the pursuit of land-game;- as long as ye are in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. And fear Allah, to Whom ye shall be gathered back.		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৯৬)
9 হে, মুমিনগণ, তোমাদের মধ্যে যখন কারও মৃত্যু উপস্থিত হয়, তখন ওছিয়ত করার সময় তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে ধর্মপরায়ন দুজনকে সাক্ষী রেখো। তোমরা সফরে থাকলে এবং সে অবস্থায় তোমাদের মৃত্যু উপস্থিত হলে তোমরা তোমাদের ছাড়াও দু ব্যক্তিকে সাক্ষী রেখো। যদি তোমাদের সন্দেহ হয়, তবে উভয়কে নামাযের পর থাকতে বলবে। অতঃপর উভয়েই আল্লাহর নামে কসম খাবে যে, আমরা এ কসমের বিনিময়ে কোন উপকার গ্রহণ করতে চাই না, যদিও কোন আত্নীয়ও হয় এবং আল্লাহর সাক্ষ্য আমরা গোপন করব না। এমতাবস্থায় কঠোর গোনাহগার হব।
O ye who believe! When death approaches any of you, (take) witnesses among yourselves when making bequests,- two just men of your own (brotherhood) or others from outside if ye are journeying through the earth, and the chance of death befalls you (thus). If ye doubt (their truth), detain them both after prayer, and let them both swear by Allah: "We wish not in this for any worldly gain, even though the (beneficiary) be our near relation: we shall hide not the evidence before Allah: if we do, then behold! the sin be upon us!"		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১০৬)
10 আল্লাহ বললেনঃ আজকের দিনে সত্যবাদীদের সত্যবাদিতা তাদের উপকারে আসবে। তাদের জন্যে উদ্যান রয়েছে, যার তলদেশে নির্ঝরিনী প্রবাহিত হবে; তারা তাতেই চিরকাল থাকবে। আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট। এটিই মহান সফলতা।
Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal Home: Allah well-pleased with them, and they with Allah: That is the great salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires).		 (আল মায়িদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১৯)
11 আপনি বলে দিনঃ আমরা কি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এমন বস্তুকে আহবান করব, যে আমাদের উপকার করতে পারে না এবং ক্ষতিও করতে পারে না এবং আমরা কি পশ্চাৎপদে ফিরে যাব, এরপর যে, আল্লাহ আমাদেরকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেছেন? ঐ ব্যক্তির মত, যাকে শয়তানরা বনভুমিতে বিপথগামী করে দিয়েছে-সে উদভ্রান্ত হয়ে ঘোরাফেরা করছে। তার সহচররা তাকে পথের দিকে ডেকে বলছেঃ আস, আমাদের কাছে। আপনি বলে দিনঃ নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর পথই সুপথ। আমরা আদিষ্ট হয়েছি যাতে স্বীয় পালনকর্তা আজ্ঞাবহ হয়ে যাই।
Say: "Shall we indeed call on others besides Allah,- things that can do us neither good nor harm,- and turn on our heels after receiving guidance from Allah? - like one whom the evil ones have made into a fool, wandering bewildered through the earth, his friends calling, come to us', (vainly) guiding him to the path." Say: "Allah's guidance is the (only) guidance, and we have been directed to submit ourselves to the Lord of the worlds;-		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ৭১)
12 তোমাদের কাছে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে নিদর্শনাবলী এসে গেছে। অতএব, যে প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, সে নিজেরই উপকার করবে এবং যে অন্ধ হবে, সে নিজেরই ক্ষতি করবে। আমি তোমাদের পর্যবেক্ষক নই।
"Now have come to you, from your Lord, proofs (to open your eyes): if any will see, it will be for (the good of) his own soul; if any will be blind, it will be to his own (harm): I am not (here) to watch over your doings."		 (আল আনআম:
আয়াতঃ ১০৪)
13 তিনি আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেন। অতঃপর স্রোতধারা প্রবাহিত হতে থাকে নিজ নিজ পরিমাণ অনুযায়ী। অতঃপর স্রোতধারা স্ফীত ফেনারাশি উপরে নিয়ে আসে। এবং অলঙ্কার অথবা তৈজসপত্রের জন্যে যে বস্তুকে আগুনে উত্তপ্ত করে, তাতেও তেমনি ফেনারাশি থাকে। এমনি ভাবে আল্লাহ সত্য ও অসত্যের দৃষ্টান্ত প্রদান করেন। অতএব, ফেনা তো শুকিয়ে খতম হয়ে যায় এবং যা মানুষের উপকারে আসে, তা জমিতে অবশিষ্ট থাকে। আল্লাহ এমনিভাবে দৃষ্টান্তসমূহ বর্ণনা করেন।
He sends down water from the skies, and the channels flow, each according to its measure: But the torrent bears away to foam that mounts up to the surface. Even so, from that (ore) which they heat in the fire, to make ornaments or utensils therewith, there is a scum likewise. Thus doth Allah (by parables) show forth Truth and Vanity. For the scum disappears like forth cast out; while that which is for the good of mankind remains on the earth. Thus doth Allah set forth parables.		 (রা'দ:
আয়াতঃ ১৭)
14 তখন কোন উপকারে আসল না যা তারা উপার্জন করেছিল।
And of no avail to them was all that they did (with such art and care)!		 (হিজর:
আয়াতঃ ৮৪)
15 চতুষ্পদ জন্তুকে তিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন। এতে তোমাদের জন্যে শীত বস্ত্রের উপকরণ আছে। আর অনেক উপকার হয়েছে এবং কিছু সংখ্যককে তোমরা আহার্যে?2474;রিণত করে থাক।
And cattle He has created for you (men): from them ye derive warmth, and numerous benefits, and of their (meat) ye eat.		 (নাহল:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
16 আমি এই কোরআনে মানুষকে বিভিন্ন উপকার দ্বারা সব রকম বিষয়বস্তু বুঝিয়েছি। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক অস্বীকার না করে থাকেনি।
And We have explained to man, in this Qur'an, every kind of similitude: yet the greater part of men refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude!		 (বনী ইসরাঈল:
আয়াতঃ ৮৯)
17 যখন তিনি তার পিতাকে বললেনঃ হে আমার পিতা, যে শোনে না, দেখে না এবং তোমার কোন উপকারে আসে না, তার এবাদত কেন কর?
Behold, he said to his father: "O my father! why worship that which heareth not and seeth not, and can profit thee nothing?		 (মারইয়াম:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
18 তারা কি দেখে না যে, এটা তাদের কোন কথার উত্তর দেয় না এবং তারে কোন ক্ষতি ও উপকার করার ক্ষমতাও রাখে না?
Could they not see that it could not return them a word (for answer), and that it had no power either to harm them or to do them good?		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ৮৯)
19 দয়াময় আল্লাহ যাকে অনুমতি দেবেন এবং যার কথায় সন্তুষ্ট হবেন সে ছাড়া কারও সুপারিশ সেদিন কোন উপকারে আসবে না।
On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him.		 (ত্বোয়া-হা:
আয়াতঃ ১০৯)
20 তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা কি আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এমন কিছুর এবাদত কর, যা তোমাদের কোন উপকার ও করতে পারে না এবং ক্ষতিও করতে পারে না ?
(Abraham) said, "Do ye then worship, besides Allah, things that can neither be of any good to you nor do you harm?		 (আম্বিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ৬৬)
21 সে আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এমন কিছুকে ডাকে, যে তার অপকার করতে পারে না এবং উপকারও করতে পারে না। এটাই চরম পথভ্রষ্টতা।
They call on such deities, besides Allah, as can neither hurt nor profit them: that is straying far indeed (from the Way)!		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
22 সে এমন কিছুকে ডাকে, যার অপকার উপকারের আগে পৌছে। কত মন্দ এই বন্ধু এবং কত মন্দ এই সঙ্গী।
(Perhaps) they call on one whose hurt is nearer than his profit: evil, indeed, is the patron, and evil the companion (or help)!		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ১৩)
23 চতুস্পদ জন্তুসমূহের মধ্যে তোমাদের জন্যে নির্দিষ্টকাল পর্যন্ত উপকার রয়েছে। অতঃপর এগুলোকে পৌছাতে হবে মুক্ত গৃহ পর্যন্ত।
In them ye have benefits for a term appointed: in the end their place of sacrifice is near the Ancient House.		 (হাজ্জ্ব:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
24 এবং তোমাদের জন্যে চতুস্পদ জন্তু সমূহের মধ্যে চিন্তা করার বিষয় রয়েছে। আমি তোমাদেরকে তাদের উদরস্থিত বস্তু থেকে পান করাই এবং তোমাদের জন্যে তাদের মধ্যে প্রচুর উপকারিতা আছে। তোমরা তাদের কতককে ভক্ষণ কর।
And in cattle (too) ye have an instructive example: from within their bodies We produce (milk) for you to drink; there are, in them, (besides), numerous (other) benefits for you; and of their (meat) ye eat;		 (আল মু'মিনূন:
আয়াতঃ ২১)
25 তারা এবাদত করে আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এমন কিছুর, যা তাদের উপকার করতে পারে না এবং ক্ষতিও করতে পারে না। কাফের তো তার পালনকর্তার প্রতি পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শনকারী।
Yet do they worship, besides Allah, things that can neither profit them nor harm them: and the Misbeliever is a helper (of Evil), against his own Lord!		 (আল-ফুরকান:
আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
26 অথবা তারা কি তোমাদের উপকার কিংবা ক্ষতি করতে পারে?
"Or do you good or harm?"		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩)
27 যে দিবসে ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান সন্ততি কোন উপকারে আসবে না;
"The Day whereon neither wealth nor sons will avail,		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ৮৮)
28 তখন তাদের ভোগ বিলাস তা তাদের কি কোন উপকারে আসবে?
It will profit them not that they enjoyed (this life)!		 (আশ-শো'আরা:
আয়াতঃ ২০৭)
29 কিতাবের জ্ঞান যার ছিল, সে বলল, আপনার দিকে আপনার চোখের পলক ফেলার পূর্বেই আমি তা আপনাকে এনে দেব। অতঃপর সুলায়মান যখন তা সামনে রক্ষিত দেখলেন, তখন বললেন এটা আমার পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ, যাতে তিনি আমাকে পরীক্ষা করেন যে, আমি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করি, না অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করি। যে কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে, সে নিজের উপকারের জন্যেই কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে এবং যে অকৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে সে জানুক যে, আমার পালনকর্তা অভাবমুক্ত কৃপাশীল।
Said one who had knowledge of the Book: "I will bring it to thee within the twinkling of an eye!" Then when (Solomon) saw it placed firmly before him, he said: "This is by the Grace of my Lord!- to test me whether I am grateful or ungrateful! and if any is grateful, truly his gratitude is (a gain) for his own soul; but if any is ungrateful, truly my Lord is Free of all Needs, Supreme in Honour!"		 (নমল:
আয়াতঃ ৪০)
30 ফেরাউনের স্ত্রী বলল, এ শিশু আমার ও তোমার নয়নমণি, তাকে হত্যা করো না। এ আমাদের উপকারে আসতে পারে অথবা আমরা তাকে পুত্র করে নিতে পারি। প্রকৃতপক্ষে পরিণাম সম্পর্কে তাদের কোন খবর ছিল না।
The wife of Pharaoh said: "(Here is) joy of the eye, for me and for thee: slay him not. It may be that he will be use to us, or we may adopt him as a son." And they perceived not (what they were doing)!		 (আল কাসাস:
আয়াতঃ ৯)
31 সেদিন জালেমদের ওযর-আপত্তি তাদের কোন উপকারে আসবে না এবং তওবা করে আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি লাভের সুযোগও তাদের দেয়া হবে না।
So on that Day no excuse of theirs will avail the transgressors, nor will they be invited (then) to seek grace (by repentance).		 (আর-রূম:
আয়াতঃ ৫৭)
32 হে মানব জাতি! তোমরা তোমাদের পালনকর্তাকে ভয় কর এবং ভয় কর এমন এক দিবসকে, যখন পিতা পুত্রের কোন কাজে আসবে না এবং পুত্রও তার পিতার কোন উপকার করতে পারবে না। নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহর ওয়াদা সত্য। অতএব, পার্থিব জীবন যেন তোমাদেরকে ধোঁকা না দেয় এবং আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে প্রতারক শয়তানও যেন তোমাদেরকে প্রতারিত না করে।
O mankind! do your duty to your Lord, and fear (the coming of) a Day when no father can avail aught for his son, nor a son avail aught for his father. Verily, the promise of Allah is true: let not then this present life deceive you, nor let the chief Deceiver deceive you about Allah.		 (লোকমান:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
33 অতএব আজকের দিনে তোমরা একে অপরের কোন উপকার ও অপকার করার অধিকারী হবে না আর আমি জালেমদেরকে বলব, তোমরা আগুনের যে শাস্তিকে মিথ্যা বলতে তা আস্বাদন কর।
So on that Day no power shall they have over each other, for profit or harm: and We shall say to the wrong-doers, "Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire,- the which ye were wont to deny!"		 (সাবা:
আয়াতঃ ৪২)
34 তাদের জন্যে চতুস্পদ জন্তুর মধ্যে অনেক উপকারিতা ও পানীয় রয়েছে। তবুও কেন তারা শুকরিয়া আদায় করে না?
And they have (other) profits from them (besides), and they get (milk) to drink. Will they not then be grateful?		 (ইয়াসীন:
আয়াতঃ ৭৩)
35 তাদের পূর্ববর্তীরাও তাই বলত, অতঃপর তাদের কৃতকর্ম তাদের কোন উপকারে আসেনি।
Thus did the (generations) before them say! But all that they did was of no profit to them.		 (আল-যুমার:
আয়াতঃ ৫০)
36 সে দিন যালেমদের ওযর-আপত্তি কোন উপকারে আসবে না, তাদের জন্যে থাকবে অভিশাপ এবং তাদের জন্যে থাকবে মন্দ গৃহ।
The Day when no profit will it be to Wrong-doers to present their excuses, but they will (only) have the Curse and the Home of Misery.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৫২)
37 তাতে তোমাদের জন্যে অনেক উপকারিতা রয়েছে আর এজন্যে সৃষ্টি করেছেন; যাতে সেগুলোতে আরোহণ করে তোমরা তোমাদের অভীষ্ট প্রয়োজন পূর্ণ করতে পার। এগুলোর উপর এবং নৌকার উপর তোমরা বাহিত হও।
And there are (other) advantages in them for you (besides); that ye may through them attain to any need (there may be) in your hearts; and on them and on ships ye are carried.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৮০)
38 তারা কি পৃথিবীতে ভ্রমণ করেনি? করলে দেখত, তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের কি পরিণাম হয়েছে। তারা তাদের চেয়ে সংখ্যায় বেশী এবং শক্তি ও কীর্তিতে অধিক প্রবল ছিল, অতঃপর তাদের কর্ম তাদেরকে কোন উপকার দেয়নি।
Do they not travel through the earth and see what was the End of those before them? They were more numerous than these and superior in strength and in the traces (they have left) in the land: Yet all that they accomplished was of no profit to them.		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৮২)
39 অতঃপর তাদের এ ঈমান তাদের কোন উপকারে আসল না যখন তারা শাস্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করল। আল্লাহর এ নিয়মই পূর্ব থেকে তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যে প্রচলিত হয়েছে। সেক্ষেত্রে কাফেররা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়।
But their professing the Faith when they (actually) saw Our Punishment was not going to profit them. (Such has been) Allah's Way of dealing with His Servants (from the most ancient times). And even thus did the Rejecters of Allah perish (utterly)!		 (আল-মু'মিন:
আয়াতঃ ৮৫)
40 যে সৎকর্ম করে, সে নিজের উপকারের জন্যেই করে, আর যে অসৎকর্ম করে, তা তার উপরই বর্তাবে। আপনার পালনকর্তা বান্দাদের প্রতি মোটেই যুলুম করেন না।
Whoever works righteousness benefits his own soul; whoever works evil, it is against his own soul: nor is thy Lord ever unjust (in the least) to His Servants.		 (হা-মীম সেজদাহ:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
41 যেদিন কোন বন্ধুই কোন বন্ধুর উপকারে আসবে না এবং তারা সাহায্যপ্রাপ্তও হবে না।
The Day when no protector can avail his client in aught, and no help can they receive,		 (আদ দোখান:
আয়াতঃ ৪১)
42 তিনি আল্লাহ যিনি সমুদ্রকে তোমাদের উপকারার্থে আয়ত্বাধীন করে দিয়েছেন, যাতে তাঁর আদেশক্রমে তাতে জাহাজ চলাচল করে এবং যাতে তোমরা তাঁর অনুগ্রহ তালাশ কর ও তাঁর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ হও।
It is Allah Who has subjected the sea to you, that ships may sail through it by His command, that ye may seek of his Bounty, and that ye may be grateful.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১২)
43 আল্লাহর সামনে তারা আপনার কোন উপকারে আসবে না। যালেমরা একে অপরের বন্ধু। আর আল্লাহ পরহেযগারদের বন্ধু।
They will be of no use to thee in the sight of Allah: it is only Wrong-doers (that stand as) protectors, one to another: but Allah is the Protector of the Righteous.		 (আল জাসিয়া:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
44 মরুবাসীদের মধ্যে যারা গৃহে বসে রয়েছে, তারা আপনাকে বলবেঃ আমরা আমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও পরিবার-পরিজনের কাজে ব্যস্ত ছিলাম। অতএব, আমাদের পাপ মার্জনা করান। তারা মুখে এমন কথা বলবে, যা তাদের অন্তরে নেই। বলুনঃ আল্লাহ তোমাদের ক্ষতি অথবা উপকার সাধনের ইচ্ছা করলে কে তাকে বিরত রাখতে পারে? বরং তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে বিষয় পরিপূর্ণ জ্ঞাত।
The desert Arabs who lagged behind will say to thee: "We were engaged in (looking after) our flocks and herds, and our families: do thou then ask forgiveness for us." They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say: "Who then has any power at all (to intervene) on your behalf with Allah, if His Will is to give you some loss or to give you some profit? But Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do.		 (আল ফাতহ:
আয়াতঃ ১১)
45 এবং বোঝাতে থাকুন; কেননা, বোঝানো মুমিনদের উপকারে আসবে।
But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers.		 (আয-যারিয়াত:
আয়াতঃ ৫৫)
46 সেদিন তাদের চক্রান্ত তাদের কোন উপকারে আসবে না এবং তারা সাহায্যপ্রাপ্তও হবে না।
The Day when their plotting will avail them nothing and no help shall be given them.		 (আত্ব তূর:
আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
47 এটা পরিপূর্ণ জ্ঞান, তবে সতর্ককারীগণ তাদের কোন উপকারে আসে না।
Mature wisdom;- but (the preaching of) Warners profits them not.		 (আল ক্বামার:
আয়াতঃ ৫)
48 আমি আমার রসূলগণকে সুস্পষ্ট নিদর্শনসহ প্রেরণ করেছি এবং তাঁদের সাথে অবতীর্ণ করেছি কিতাব ও ন্যায়নীতি, যাতে মানুষ ইনসাফ প্রতিষ্ঠা করে। আর আমি নাযিল করেছি লৌহ, যাতে আছে প্রচন্ড রণশক্তি এবং মানুষের বহুবিধ উপকার। এটা এজন্যে যে, আল্লাহ জেনে নিবেন কে না দেখে তাঁকে ও তাঁর রসূলগণকে সাহায্য করে। আল্লাহ শক্তিধর, পরাক্রমশালী।
We sent aforetime our messengers with Clear Signs and sent down with them the Book and the Balance (of Right and Wrong), that men may stand forth in justice; and We sent down Iron, in which is (material for) mighty war, as well as many benefits for mankind, that Allah may test who it is that will help, Unseen, Him and His messengers: For Allah is Full of Strength, Exalted in Might (and able to enforce His Will).		 (আল হাদীদ:
আয়াতঃ ২৫)
49 তোমাদের স্বজন-পরিজন ও সন্তান-সন্ততি কিয়ামতের দিন কোন উপকারে আসবে না। তিনি তোমাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করবেন। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
Of no profit to you will be your relatives and your children on the Day of Judgment: He will judge between you: for Allah sees well all that ye do.		 (আল মুমতাহিনা:
আয়াতঃ ৩)
50 তোমাদের জন্যে ইব্রাহীম ও তাঁর সঙ্গীগণের মধ্যে চমৎকার আদর্শ রয়েছে। তারা তাদের সম্প্রদায়কে বলেছিলঃ তোমাদের সাথে এবং তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যার এবাদত কর, তার সাথে আমাদের কোন সম্পর্ক নেই। আমরা তোমাদের মানি না। তোমরা এক আল্লাহর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন না করলে তোমাদের মধ্যে ও আমাদের মধ্যে চিরশত্রুতা থাকবে। কিন্তু ইব্রাহীমের উক্তি তাঁর পিতার উদ্দেশে এই আদর্শের ব্যতিক্রম। তিনি বলেছিলেনঃ আমি অবশ্যই তোমার জন্য ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করব। তোমার উপকারের জন্যে আল্লাহর কাছে আমার আর কিছু করার নেই। হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা! আমরা তোমারই উপর ভরসা করেছি, তোমারই দিকে মুখ করেছি এবং তোমারই নিকট আমাদের প্রত্যাবর্তন।
There is for you an excellent example (to follow) in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people: "We are clear of you and of whatever ye worship besides Allah: we have rejected you, and there has arisen, between us and you, enmity and hatred for ever,- unless ye believe in Allah and Him alone": But not when Abraham said to his father: "I will pray for forgiveness for thee, though I have no power (to get) aught on thy behalf from Allah." (They prayed): "Our Lord! in Thee do we trust, and to Thee do we turn in repentance: to Thee is (our) Final Goal.		 (আল মুমতাহিনা:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
51 আমার ধন-সম্পদ আমার কোন উপকারে আসল না।
"Of no profit to me has been my wealth!		 (আল হাক্বক্বাহ:
আয়াতঃ ২৮)
52 অতএব, সুপারিশকারীদের সুপারিশ তাদের কোন উপকারে আসবে না।
Then will no intercession of (any) intercessors profit them.		 (আল মুদ্দাসসির:
আয়াতঃ ৪৮)
53 তোমাদের ও তোমাদের চতুস্পদ জন্তুদের উপকারার্থে।
For use and convenience to you and your cattle.		 (আন-নযিআ'ত:
আয়াতঃ ৩৩)
54 অথবা উপদেশ গ্রহণ করতো এবং উপদেশ তার উপকার হত।
Or that he might receive admonition, and the teaching might profit him?		 (আবাসা:
আয়াতঃ ৪)
55 যেদিন কেউ কারও কোন উপকার করতে পারবে না এবং সেদিন সব কতৃꦣ2468;্ব হবে আল্লাহর।
(It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.		 (আল ইনফিতার:
আয়াতঃ ১৯)
56 এটা তাদেরকে পুষ্ট করবে না এবং ক্ষুধায়ও উপকার করবে না।
Which will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger.		 (আল গাশিয়াহ:
আয়াতঃ ৭)
