"উদ্ধত" শব্দযুক্ত আয়াত ম্যাচ করেছেঃ ৮

1	এ ছিল আদ জাতি, যারা তাদের পালনকর্তার আয়াতকে অমান্য করেছে, আর তদীয় রসূলগণের অবাধ্যতা করেছে এবং প্রত্যেক উদ্ধত বিরোধীদের আদেশ পালন করেছে। Such were the 'Ad People: they rejected the Signs of their Lord and Cherisher; disobeyed His messengers; And followed the command of every powerful, obstinate transgressor.	(হুদ: আয়াতঃ ৫৯)
2	পিতা-মাতার অনুগত এবং সে উদ্ধত, নাফরমান ছিল না। And kind to his parents, and he was not overbearing or rebellious.	(মারইয়াম: আয়াতঃ ১৪)
3	এবং জননীর অনুগত থাকতে এবং আমাকে তিনি উদ্ধত ও হতভাগ্য করেননি। "(He) hath made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable;	(মারইয়াম: আয়াতঃ ৩২)
4	ফেরাউনের নিকট যাও, সে দারুণ উদ্ধত হয়ে গেছে। "Go thou to Pharaoh, for he has indeed transgressed all bounds."	(ত্বোয়া-হা: আয়াতঃ ২৪)
5	তোমরা উভয়ে ফেরআউনের কাছে যাও সে খুব উদ্ধত হয়ে গেছে। "Go, both of you, to Pharaoh, for he has indeed transgressed all bounds;	(ত্বোয়া-হা: আয়াতঃ ৪৩)
6	ফেরআউন ও তার অমাত্যদের কাছে। অতঃপর তারা অহংকার করল এবং তারা উদ্ধত সম্প্রদায় ছিল। To Pharaoh and his Chiefs: But these behaved insolently: they were an arrogant people.	(আল মু'মিনূন: আয়াতঃ ৪৬)
7	ফেরাউন তার দেশে উদ্ধত হয়েছিল এবং সে দেশবাসীকে বিভিন্ন দলে বিভক্ত করে তাদের একটি দলকে দূর্বল করে দিয়েছিল। সে তাদের পুত্র-সন্তানদেরকে হত্যা করত এবং নারীদেরকে জীবিত রাখত। নিশ্চয় সে ছিল অনর্থ সৃষ্টিকারী। Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sections, depressing a small group among them: their sons he slew, but he kept alive their females: for he was indeed a maker of mischief.	(আল কাসাস: আয়াতঃ ৪)
8	এটা এজন্যে বলা হয়, যাতে তোমরা যা হারাও তজ্জন্যে দুঃখিত না হও এবং তিনি তোমাদেরকে যা দিয়েছেন, তজ্জন্যে উল্লসিত না হও। আল্লাহ কোন উদ্ধত অহংকারীকে পছন্দ করেন না, In order that ye may not despair over matters that pass you by, nor exult over favours bestowed upon you. For Allah loveth not any vainglorious boaster,-	(আল হাদীদ: আয়াতঃ ২৩)
