| 1 | কিরূপে? তারা তোমাদের উপর জয়ী হলে তোমাদের আত্নীয়তার ও অঙ্গীকারের কোন মর্যাদা দেবে না। তারা মুখে তোমাদের সন্তুষ্ট করে, কিন্তু তাদের অন্তরসমূহ তা অস্বীকার করে, আর তাদের অধিকাংশ প্রতিশ্রুতি ভঙ্গকারী। How (can there be such a league), seeing that if they get an advantage over you, they respect not in you the ties either of kinship or of covenant? With (fair words from) their mouths they entice you, but their hearts are averse from you; and most of them are rebellious and wicked. |

| 2 | তারা মর্যাদা দেয় না কোন মুসলমানের ক্ষেত্রে আত্নীয়তার, আর না অঙ্গীকারের। আর তারাই সীমালংঘনকারী। In a Believer they respect not the ties either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who have transgressed all bounds. |

| 3 | অতঃপর যখন শিংগায় ফুৎকার দেয়া হবে, সেদিন তাদের পারস্পরিক আত্নীয়তার বন্ধন থাকবে না এবং একে অপরকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করবে না। Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! |

| 4 | এরই সুসংবাদ দেন আল্লাহ তার সেসব বান্দাকে, যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও সৎকর্ম করে। বলুন, আমি আমার দাওয়াতের জন্যে তোমাদের কাছে কেবল আত্নীয়তাজনিত সৌহার্দ চাই। যে কেউ উত্তম কাজ করে, আমি তার জন্যে তাতে পুণ্য বাড়িয়ে দেই। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাকারী, গুণগ্রাহী। That is (the Bounty) whereof Allah gives Glad Tidings to His Servants who believe and do righteous deeds. Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this except the love of those near of kin." And if any one earns any good, We shall give him an increase of good in respect thereof: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Ready to appreciate (service). |

| 5 | ক্ষমতা লাভ করলে, সম্ভবতঃ তোমরা পৃথিবীতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করবে এবং আত্নীয়তা বন্ধন ছিন্ন করবে। Then, is it to be expected of you, if ye were put in authority, that ye will do mischief in the land, and break your ties of kith and kin? |
