"অক্ষম" শব্দযুক্ত আয়াত ম্যাচ করেছেঃ ১১
নং	আয়াত	সূরা
1	হে মুমিনগণ! যখন তোমরা কোন নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্যে ঋনের আদান-প্রদান কর, তখন তা লিপিবদ্ধ করে নাও এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন লেখক ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে তা লিখে দেবে; লেখক লিখতে অস্বীকার করবে না। আল্লাহ তাকে যেমন শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন, তার উচিত তা লিখে দেয়া। এবং ঋন গ্রহীতা যেন লেখার বিষয় বলে দেয় এবং সে যেন স্বীয় পালনকর্তা আল্লাহকে ভয় করে এবং লেখার মধ্যে বিন্দুমাত্রও বেশ কম না করে। অতঃপর ঋণগ্রহীতা যদি নির্বোধ হয় কিংবা দূর্বল হয় অথবা নিজে লেখার বিষয়বস্তু বলে দিতে অক্ষম হয়, তবে তার অভিভাবক ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে লিখাবে। দুজন সাক্ষী কর, তোমাদের পুরুষদের মধ্যে থেকে। যদি দুজন পুরুষ না হয়, তবে একজন পুরুষ ও দুজন মহিলা। ঐ সাক্ষীদের মধ্য থেকে যাদেরকে তোমরা পছন্দ কর যাতে একজন যদি ভুলে যায়, তবে একজন অন্যজনকে স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়। যখন ডাকা হয়, তখন সাক্ষীদের অস্বীকার করা উচিত নয়। তোমরা এটা লিখতে অলসতা করোনা, তা ছোট হোক কিংবা বড়, নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত। এ লিপিবদ্ধ করণ আল্লাহর কাছে সুবিচারকে অধিক কায়েম রাখে, সাক্ষ্যকে অধিক সুসংহত রাখে এবং তোমাদের সন্দেহে পতিত না হওয়ার পক্ষে অধিক উপযুক্ত। কিন্তু যদি কারবার নগদ হয়, পরস্পর হাতে হাতে আদান-প্রদান কর, তবে তা না লিখলে তোমাদের প্রতি কোন অভিযোগ নেই। তোমরা ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের সময় সাক্ষী রাখ। কোন লেখক ও সাক্ষীকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করো না। যদি তোমরা এরূপ কর, তবে তা তোমাদের পক্ষে পাপের বিষয়। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর তিনি তোমাদেরকে শিক্ষা দেন। আল্লাহ সব কিছু জানেন। O ye who believe! When ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period of time, reduce them to writing Let a scribe write down faithfully as between the parties: let not the scribe refuse to write: as Allah Has taught him, so let him write. Let him who incurs the liability dictate, but let him fear His Lord Allah, and not diminish aught of what he owes. If they party liable is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable Himself to dictate, Let his guardian dictate faithfully, and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as ye choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her. The witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (For evidence). Disdain not to reduce to writing (your contract) for a future period, whether it be small or big: it is juster in the sight of Allah, More suitable as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves but if it be a transaction which ye carry out on the spot among yourselves, there is no blame on you if ye reduce it not to writing. But take witness whenever ye make a commercial contract; and let neither scribe nor witness suffer harm. If ye do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So fear Allah; For it is Good that teaches you. And Allah is well acquainted with all things. If ye are on a journey, and cannot find a scribe, a pledge with possession (may serve the purpose). And if one of you deposits a thing on trust with another, let the trustee (faithfully) discharge his trust, and let him Fear his Lord conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it, - his heart is tainted with sin. And Allah knoweth all that ye do.	(আল বাকারা: আয়াতঃ ২৮২)
2	তাদের ভয় করা উচিত, যারা নিজেদের পশ্চাতে দুর্বল অক্ষম সন্তান-সন্ততি ছেড়ে গেলে তাদের জন্যে তারাও আশঙ্কা করে; সুতরাং তারা যেন আল্লাহকে ভয় করে এবং সংগত কথা বলে। Let those (disposing of an estate) have the same fear in their minds as they would have for their own if they had left a helpless family behind: Let them fear Allah, and speak words of appropriate (comfort).	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ৯)
3	তারা আপনার কাছে নারীদের বিবাহের অনুমতি চায়। বলে দিনঃ আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তাদের সম্পর্কে অনুমতি দেন এবং কোরআনে তোমাদেরকে যা যা পাট করে শুনানো হয়, তা ঐ সব পিতৃহীনা-নারীদের বিধান, যাদের কে তোমরা নির্ধারিত অধিকার প্রদান কর না অথচ বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করার বাসনা রাখ। আর অক্ষম শিশুদের বিধান এই যে, এতীমদের জন্যে ইনসাফের উপর কায়েম থাক। তোমরা যা ভাল কাজ করবে, তা আল্লাহ জানেন। They ask thy instruction concerning the women say: Allah doth instruct you about them: And (remember) what hath been rehearsed unto you in the Book, concerning the orphans of women to whom ye give not the portions prescribed, and yet whom ye desire to marry, as also concerning the children who are weak and oppressed: that ye stand firm for justice to orphans. There is not a good deed which ye do, but Allah is well-acquainted therewith.	(আন নিসা: আয়াতঃ ১২৭)
4	যে বিষয়ের ওয়াদা তোমাদের সাথে করা হয়, তা অবশ্যই আগমন করবে এবং তোমরা অক্ষম করতে পারবে না। All that hath been promised unto you will come to pass: nor can ye frustrate it (in the least bit).	(আল আনআম: আয়াতঃ ১৩৪)
5	কিন্তু কথা হল এই যে, তারা মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করতে আরম্ভ করেছে যাকে বুঝতে, তারা অক্ষম। অথচ এখনো এর বিশ্লেষণ আসেনি। এমনিভাবে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে তাদের পূর্ববর্তীরা। অতএব, লক্ষ্য করে দেখ, কেমন হয়েছে পরিণতি। Nay, they charge with falsehood that whose knowledge they cannot compass, even before the elucidation thereof hath reached them: thus did those before them make charges of falsehood: but see what was the end of those who did wrong!	(ইউনুস: আয়াতঃ ৩৯)
6	প্রাচীরের ব্যাপার-সেটি ছিল নগরের দুজন পিতৃহীন বালকের। এর নীচে ছিল তাদের গুপ্তধন এবং তাদের পিতা ছিল সৎকর্ম পরায়ন। সুতরাং আপনার পালনকর্তা দায়বশতঃ ইচ্ছা করলেন যে, তারা যৌবনে পদার্পন করুক এবং নিজেদের গুপ্তধন উদ্ধার করুক। আমি নিজ মতে এটা করিনি। আপনি যে বিষয়ে ধৈর্য্যধারণ করতে অক্ষম হয়েছিলেন, এই হল তার ব্যাখ্যা। "As for the wall, it belonged to two youths, orphans, in the Town; there was, beneath it, a buried treasure, to which they were entitled: their father had been a righteous man: So thy Lord desired that they should attain their age of full strength and get out their treasure - a mercy (and favour) from thy Lord. I did it not of my own accord. Such is the interpretation of (those things) over which thou wast unable to hold patience."	(কাহফ: আয়াতঃ ৮২)
7	তোমরা পৃথিবীতে পলায়ন করে আল্লাহকে অক্ষম করতে পার না এবং আল্লাহ ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন কার্যনির্বাহী নেই, সাহায্যকারীও নেই। Nor can ye frustrate (aught), (fleeing) through the earth; nor have ye, besides Allah, any one to protect or to help.	(আশ-শুরা: আয়াতঃ ৩১)
8	তারা কি এমন ব্যক্তিকে আল্লাহর জন্যে বর্ণনা করে, যে অলংকারে লালিত-পালিত হয় এবং বিতর্কে কথা বলতে অক্ষম। Is then one brought up among trinkets, and unable to give a clear account in a dispute (to be associated with Allah)?	(যুখরুফ: আয়াতঃ ১৮)
9	অতঃপর সে তার পালনকর্তাকে ডেকে বললঃ আমি অক্ষম, অতএব, তুমি প্রতিবিধান কর। Then he called on his Lord: "I am one overcome: do Thou then help (me)!"	(আল ক্বামার: আয়াতঃ ১০)
10	আমি তোমাদের মৃত্যুকাল নির্ধারিত করেছি এবং আমি অক্ষম নই। We have decreed Death to be your common lot, and We are not to be frustrated	(আল ওয়াক্বিয়া: আয়াতঃ ৬০)
11	যার এ সামর্থ্য নেই, সে একে অপরকে স্পর্শ করার পূর্বে একাদিক্রমে দুই মাস রোযা রাখবে। যে এতেও অক্ষম হয় সে ষাট জন মিসকীনকে আহার করাবে। এটা এজন্যে, যাতে তোমরা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর। এগুলো আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত শাস্তি। আর কাফেরদের জন্যে রয়েছে যন্ত্রণা দায়ক আযাব। And if any has not (the wherewithal), he should fast for two months consecutively before they touch each other. But if any is unable to do so, he should feed sixty indigent ones, this, that ye may show your faith in Allah and His Messenger. Those are limits (set by) Allah. For those who reject (Him), there is a grievous Penalty.	(আল মুজাদালাহ: আয়াতঃ ৪)
